The former FaZe Clan member, who is arguably the biggest name in Fortnite, has been on the path to claiming Twitch supremacy following the exit of Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins. With Blevins headed to Mixer, the race for top spot has boiled down to Tfue and Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek. While Tfue is certainly on course to surpass Shroud in that running, he has been left in the dust by another rival as the fastest-growing Twitch channel for the last 30 days – between July 9 and August 9 – and he’s got little chance of catching up. Tfue has fallen behind a fellow Fortnite star as Twitch’s fastest growing channel. Fortnite World Cup solos winner Kyle ‘Bugha’ Giersdorf has stolen that spot off Tenney with over 500,000 followers gained in that same period of time according to TwitchMetrics. When he isn’t being stream sniped, the Sentinels professional player has been displaying his insane skills with a camera view of his hand – showing off the mind-blowing speed at which he builds. He’s also been playing alongside Ninja in Daniel ‘KEEMSTAR’ Keem’s Friday Fortnite events, which has seemingly helped too. Bugha has left Tfue way behind with his new Twitch success. Despite dethroning Tfue for the thirty days between July 9 to August 9, Bugha still has a ways to go before he’s even close to Tenney’s overall follower count. As of writing, Tfue has over 6.77 million followers and that number is still growing – while Bugh has a touch over 550,000. He is still averaging a higher viewer count on his broadcasts too, including having more than 25 thousand viewers during a stream’s peak. That could all change though if Tfue ever followed through on his threat to uninstall Fortnite. Like Ninja and his band of friends, Tenney has raged about the addition of the BRUTE Mechs in Season Ten – even going as far as telling Epic Games to go “f*ck yourself.” Despite his tirade on August 3, the Fortnite star has chosen to stick with the game and it looks like he will continue to do so. What it remains for his Twitch channel, remains to be seen, but it’s looking unlikely that he will catch Bugha anytime soon.

Tfue surpassed as fastest growing Twitch channel by rival Fortnite pro Tfue/TwitchFortnite star Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney has lost his place as the fastest-growing streamer on Twitch for the last month, being overtaken by a rival professional player.
