In the videos, 14-year-old Noodle the Pug stands up and if he stays upright, it means it\u2019s a \u201cBones Day,\u201d which is synonymous with having a good day. However, if he lays back down then it\u2019s a \u201cNo Bones Day,\u201d which is described as a day to take care of your mental and physical health every way you can. Jon hasn\u2019t uploaded the infamous videos as often lately and has explained why in his recent video.
