Hofstetter has had a whirlwind last few months, leaving 100T\u2019s new LA abode after signing with the org in 2018, and penning a huge exclusive deal with YouTube. Needless to say, the streamer is looking forward to a break. One of the ways she\u2019s planning on managing her fast-paced lifestyle, which now includes big YouTube streams, creating personal vlogs, and teaming up with all her 100 Thieves co-stars, was to get her own space, Valkyrae revealed. According to the 28-year-old, who addressed the shift during a house tour video on February 10, she had been struggling with balancing her \u201cwork and home life,\u201d and decided she needed to pull the plug on \u201c24\/7 100 Thieves\u201d by moving out. It\u2019s a bold move, and one that may have shocked many of her fans, especially considering she was the first streamer to join Nadeshot. All good things come to an end, however, and Valkyrae\u2019s stay in the new LA spot is just one of those. That\u2019s not to say that she\u2019s stepping back from her 100T videos and content in the slightest, she promised. It\u2019s just important for her to keep her \u201chealth and wellness\u201d in mind, and she had been struggling to do that living where she works. \u201cWhy I left the house\u2026 I just kind of wanted to separate myself from it all. As some of you know, Matt [Nadeshot], Jack [CouRage], and Brooke live in the content house, but I wanted to separate my work life from my home life,\u201d she revealed. \u201cThe house is just five minutes away, so it\u2019s not like I\u2019m far. I have my laptop here, so I come home, can still game, and I get away from my work computer. \u201cI made the call because I\u2019m trying to focus on health, wellness, and fitness, and Michael [her partner and fellow streamer Michael \u2018SonyD\u2019 Sherman] encourages me to do that here as well, so that\u2019s perfect and great. I think it will be a good change.\u201d Like the streaming star mentioned, however, her move away from the 100T content house and into her own home doesn\u2019t mean she\u2019ll be any less involved in the org. In fact, she believes it will \u201cenergize\u201d her to do even more. \u201cIt feels like a bit of a reset moving in real life, and onto YouTube,\u201d she continued. \u201cI\u2019ve been gaming my entire life, but now with the move I can focus on beauty, fitness, and as well as everything with 100 Thieves. I couldn\u2019t be more excited.\u201d She also added that she had \u201clearned so much from [her] roommates,\u201d and said she hoped they would still remain \u201cincredibly supportive towards [her] decisions\u201d moving forward outside of the org\u2019s Los Angeles content house.
