How to get verified on TikTok Up until November 2022, there was no way for a user themselves to request verification on TikTok, but now users in certain areas are able to do so through the app. If you have the feature on the app and you want to apply, just do as follows: 1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom. 2. Tap the Menu \u2630 button at the top. 3. Tap Settings and privacy. 4. Tap Account, then tap Verification. \u0f1a If you\u2019re registered as a Business Account, then you can only apply for a business verification. \u0f1a If you\u2019re registered as a Personal Account, then you can apply for personal and institution verifications 5. Follow the steps in the app to submit a verification request. To support your application for a verified badge, you must provide credible written media coverage, such as news articles.
