Non-negotiables could be a combination of giving up time on social media, exercising every day, daily meditation, clean eating, and replenishing with water. The results are meant to help you get rid of the excess noise and narrow your priorities down to more natural habits in order to be more productive and centered. One TikToker who has practiced going into \u2018monk mode\u2019 explained the process, saying, \u201cMonk mode is a state of extreme focus and discipline. It involves creating a structured routine and environment that promotes deep focus and productivity.\u201d The TikToker continued, \u201cThis means eliminating all your distractions so that you focus on your goals and achieve your dreams.\u201d They also mentioned that sleep should take rank as a non-negotiable, because it aids in the body\u2019s mental and physical stamina. Those who have attempted to achieve \u2018monk mode\u2019 have commented on TikTok to share their results. While one participant admitted that its process was \u201ca lot,\u201d others have shared their more positive results, saying, \u201cI felt my whole entire body open up\u201d while they meditated and stretched. \u2018Monk mode\u2019 can be practiced by anyone, as it\u2019s essentially the individual\u2019s decision what to include as their non-negotiables for the day.
