The Five Nights at Freddy\u2019s series has cemented itself in video game history thanks to its unique gameplay, original storyline, and cast of terrifying animatronic characters (who kicked off the ongoing trend of mascot horror games, for better or worse). The franchise became so big that it even scored its very own Hollywood horror film, which was released in theaters on October 27, 2023, courtesy of Blumhouse Productions. Although rumors abounded about a certain YouTuber having a potential cameo in the film thanks to a leaked trailer back in May, this cameo was confirmed just a month later. However, since the movie was released, fans spotted a slew of other influencer appearances. CoryxKenshin, 8-Bit Ryan, & other YouTubers appear in FNAF movie Before the FNAF movie was released, fans anticipated seeing several YouTubers and influencers, most of whom were first spotted in the movie\u2019s trailer. The full list of YouTubers who\u2019ve made an appearance in the FNAF movie are as follows: Perhaps the most notable cameo out of the bunch comes from YouTube star CoryxKenshin, who plays a taxi driver who unknowingly transports Josh Hutcherson\u2019s little sister and a busted-up Freddy animatronic in the back of his car. This cameo was known among fans for some time after a trailer for the FNAF movie leaked back in May. However, those who didn\u2019t get to see the advertisement at first were delighted to see the Samurai himself showing off his acting chops. The other YouTubers listed above also make an appearance in the movie, albeit in a comparatively smaller role. In the background of one of the trailer\u2019s shots, fans can spot a display case showing off \u2018Employees of the Month,\u2019 where 8-Bit Ryan, Baz, Razzbowski, FusionZGamer, and Dawko all pose wearing uniforms for Freddy Fazbear\u2019s Pizzeria. YouTuber MatPat was also featured in the Five Nights at Freddy\u2019s movie, playing a waiter in Sparky\u2019s Diner. It\u2019s an adorable nod to some of the creators who have made content for the series throughout the years\u2026 although it looks like they all, unfortunately, fell prey to the animatronics roaming the pizzeria\u2019s halls at night. Is Markiplier in the FNAF movie? However, there\u2019s one major YouTuber who\u2019s missing: Markiplier. Although speculation was high that he\u2019d make an appearance in the film, the creator confirmed in an October 16 livestream that he would not be getting a cameo in the movie. Mark claimed that scheduling conflicts with his own movie, Iron Lung, were to blame for this issue. \u201cLet\u2019s get this straight, it was supposed to happen,\u201d he said. \u201cUnfortunately, the Five Nights at Freddy\u2019s movie and my movie, Iron Lung, were being filmed at the exact same time.\u201d Prior to this livestream, Mark was quite cagey about the whole thing. He made a comment about the situation in an interview back in March, claiming he \u201ccouldn\u2019t say anything\u201d about a possible cameo in the film. He also alluded to possible scheduling conflicts, which fans theorized could have been due to him filming Iron Lung \u2013 and it looks like they weren\u2019t far off base.
