While many ban their tenants from keeping pets like dogs and cats, it\u2019s not very often that you get restrictions on fish. However, much to Nic\u2019s surprise, her contract included a clause stating \u201cfish allowed\u201d as long as they\u2019re \u201cnon-aggressive breeds.\u201d The monthly pet rent for fish was listed as $15, with a one-time fee of $200. \u201cThey\u2019re now charging pet rent for fishes?\u201d the TikToker asked in the video caption, adding that she\u2019s \u201cspeechless.\u201d In the comments, many TikTok users were just as stunned to learn that tenants require permission to keep fish. \u201cBro it\u2019s a fish.
