However, despite giving his viewers such power, xQc is still picky over what he likes to hear \u2013 to the point that if someone links something he isn\u2019t fond of, he will hit them with a ban. This new rule was introduced after a viewer had requested \u2018Riptide\u2019 by Vance Joy, a 2013 song which has admittedly been somewhat overplayed since, which xQc called \u201csleeper (boring) as hell.\u201d \u201cGuys, there\u2019s a new rule, if you link something like this, if you\u2019re on Plug DJ, and you request shit like this, you\u2019re fucking banned,\u201d the former Overwatch pro explained. After skipping Riptide, the next song in the queue played, which equally wasn\u2019t to xQc\u2019s liking, and so instantly exclaimed \u201calso banned.\u201d How exactly his viewers are to know when a song will be to Lengyel\u2019s liking is unclear, but presumable 2013 pop songs aren\u2019t the way to go.
