First rising to fame on Twitch, xQc signed a lucrative deal with Kick in June, earning a whopping $100 million to stream on the rival platform. Between his channels on Twitch and Kick, xQc boasts over 12 million followers\u2026 but some of his viewers are getting a bit demanding when it comes to his IRL streams. xQc says he\u2019ll \u201cpurge\u201d demanding Kick viewers as fans beg for IRL streams IRL streams can provide some of the most entertaining content on the internet \u2014 but to xQc, they can also bring out some of the worst in his viewers. \u201cThe thing is, with IRLs, it\u2019s a lot of fun, but it fosters the very bad part of everything,\u201d he said during a recent Kick stream. \u201cEspecially at this scale, it snowballs really bad. At the end of the day, when it\u2019s time to chill out and talk to the community, and do stuff only between us, it\u2019s really f*cking bad.\u201d xQc isn\u2019t wrong; sometimes stream snipers can ruin a creator\u2019s IRL broadcast, and demanding viewers can turn an otherwise fun outing into a miserable experience. To remedy this, xQc claimed he would \u201cpurge\u201d his chat of these kinds of viewers if his fans want to see him do more IRL streams. \u201cAlright, you know what? This is what I\u2019m gonna do. We\u2019ll try something. You see people like this?\u201d he said, pointing out one chatter\u2019s comment that read, \u2018W gaslight.\u2019 \u201cI\u2019ll just permaban all of them.\u201d \u201cIf you want good sh*t and good IRL, the chat is just gonna get purged like crazy,\u201d he continued. \u201cAny absolute dogsh*t people that are like, \u2018Oh, do this or do that,\u2019 or, \u2018Don\u2019t do this or don\u2019t do that,\u2019 you\u2019re just gonna get permabanned.\u201d It\u2019s clear that xQc has had enough of overly-demanding viewers ruining his IRL streams \u2014 but viewers aren\u2019t the only ones who can throw a wrench in an otherwise entertaining IRL broadcast.
