He is, however, extremely critical of the way Blizzard handles content from teams and players within the league – with xQc believing that the need for approval from the very top and sporadic posts doesn’t help. While playing Apex Legends alongside current Atlanta Reign player Daniel ‘Dafran’ Francesca, xQc asked if Dafran was in California before telling him that he’d visit him at his new team house in the near future. “Dude, I can do a IRL stream at the house,” xQc said, before Dafran quickly told him “No, no, we have to do a house tour first.” However, the former pro wanted that video to be produced soon. “Oh dude, then fucking post it, you fucking bitch,” he told Dafran. However, he wasn’t finished there. xQc then began a lengthy rant by again asking the current pro “Dafran, how hard can it be to film the house for ten minutes and post it? It can’t be that hard. No, the problem is that Blizzard wants to control everything and they want every single file that ever comes across their desk to review everything.” He continued his rant, turning his aim further towards Blizzard: “If you make content, you have to send it to your boss, then send it to your org, they send it to the top and then they send it to Blizzard and they approve it and then you can post it. It takes sixty fucking million years to post anything at all dude. It’s so trash.” He finished his passionate rant by stating: “People barely want to consume the content that Orgs put out because they’re so new yet they take so long to do it and they do it so sporadically – honestly, it’s dogshit but whatever, I’m going to stop ranting. Shit drives me up the wall dude.” The highly-anticipated second season of the Overwatch League kicks off on February 14 but it’s unlikely that xQc will be tuning in for any pre-game videos.

xQc slams Blizzard for their ‘obsession with control’ of Overwatch content Overwatch League pro Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has slammed Blizzard for the way they handle content in the league – claiming fans barely care about the stuff they put out currently. xQc created tips and tricks content about the game on YouTube before becoming a […]

[1

post-65496","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
