In an unexpected turn of events, the YouTuber clarified that he\u2019d had to undergo surgery on his testicles, which he laughingly claimed had filled with fluid over a period of time. The procedure, called a \u201chydrocelectomy,\u201d repairs this buildup of fluid, which can resolve itself over time or become exacerbated due to swelling and pain. \u201cI would say, do not Google or YouTube this,\u201d Nogla joked. \u201cIt\u2019s the most horrible thing you\u2019ll ever see, especially if you\u2019re a man, because the surgery was on my balls! That\u2019s right. I got surgery on my balls.\u201d He went on to explain that the surgery had been complicated by an infection, and that he\u2019d been under anesthesia for an hour longer than originally anticipated, ultimately deciding to go to the doctor after experiencing searing pain in his nether regions. \u201cI woke up one morning with about a 9 out of 10 pain in my balls,\u201d he continued. \u201cIt was pretty extreme. Especially my left side. I was very scared of doctors and dentists and everything back then.
