Fortunately, they were, but the car was a write-off. \u201cNobody was hurt,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s only funny until it\u2019s not. Please, do not try this at home. I had no idea this was going to happen. I do not condone reckless behavior that endangers the lives of others. Everyone is lucky to be alive.\u201d The LAPD is aware of the incident. They posted a video of it on their YouTube Channel and revealed the car was a rental 2018 Tesla S-BLM, the driver collided with two parked vehicles upon landing and abandoned the car at the scene. They also described it as a misdemeanor hit-and-run and vowed to follow it up.
