According to the Tarkov guru, who shared his thoughts in his January 29 video titled \u201cAmmo \u2014 Which to use in Patch v12.2?\u201d there are only two stats that will actually affect your gameplay, and how you score kills: damage and penetration. There are \u201cpretty much two methods\u201d when it comes to ammo in Escape from Tarkov, Pestily explained, and that\u2019s selecting whether you want to take damage\u2014meaning you\u2019ll have to aim for the legs\u2014or \u2018pen\u2019 for head and body shots.
