Since then the game has exploded in popularity, but Trainwrecks thinks the whole thing is a ploy designed to collect American\u2019s online information. No, really. While playing Tarkov with fellow streamer Pokelawls, Trainwrecks shared his conspiracy theory that anyone who plays the game could become the \u201cnext Hillary Clinton.\u201d \u201cWe\u2019re allowing an installation of their application on our PCs in America,\u201d Train said. \u201cImagine one day you decide to go off and run for f**king president, okay? Now Russia has your entire compute search history, every file, guess what\u2019s gonna come out? You\u2019re gonna be the next goddamn Hillary Clinton.\u201d As with all good conspiracy theories, there may be a kernel of truth in what Trainwrecks is saying, but his theory didn\u2019t seem to convince Pokelawls. \u201cMaybe they\u2019re right dude,\u201d Poke admitted. \u201cThis game brainwashed me because it\u2019s a good ass game.\u201d To be clear, there is absolutely no evidence Tarkov\u2019s publishers, Battlestate Games, are in any way linked to the Russian government, and Trainwrecks\u2019 conspiracy theory remains just that \u2014 a theory.
