It\u2019s bad enough when your opponent beats you, but when the game beats you as well, it\u2019s hard to maintain your composure and keep calm. In FIFA\u2019s Ultimate Team mode, players create teams consisting of the cards they\u2019ve collected or purchased, and compete in offline or online competition for rewards and bragging rights. Following an online match where bugged out gameplay cost him not one, but two goals given to the opponent, streamer and YouTuber Mavric took to Twitter the showcase how serious in the in-game issues are, and called on developer EA to do something about it. https:\/\/twitter.com\/MWMavric\/status\/1218537764444102656 The first goal shown is the one Mavric says is the slightly less egregious goal, but still somewhat problematic. He shows his opponent\u2019s pass getting away from them, yet his adversary\u2019s Kylian Mbapp\u00e9 is still able to magically recover the loose ball, then twist their legs unnaturally to get a shot off, and then have it bounce off the goalkeeper\u2019s back for a Mavric own goal. But the kicker, he alleges, is the second goal, which he sarcastically refers to as the \u201ccr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me.\u201d Upon first glance, it looks like the biggest issue is the fact that his opponent is clearly offside and interferes with the goalkeeper\u2019s ability to block the shot. However, upon closer inspection, it\u2019s actually way worse than it initially seems, as the ball passes directly through the torso of the offside attacker, and ends up in the back of the net.
