Salif San\u00e9\u2019s FIFA 20 Ultimate Team starting XI revealed Instagram: doudou_salouf \/ EA SportsSchalke 04 defender Salif San\u00e9 is clearly a big fan of FIFA 20 Ultimate Team, with his starting XI being revealed and showing that he\u2019s clearly happy to sink time into the game to build his squad. San\u00e9\u2019s Schalke squad currently sits in sixth place in the ever-more competitive German Bundesliga, seven points outside of the Champions League qualification spots and currently on course to make the Europa League qualifiers. Although San\u00e9 hasn\u2019t always been able to nail down a starting spot for Schalke, he\u2019s taken his skill \u2013 and his 99-rated Ultimate Team card \u2013 to FIFA 20, and he\u2019s got a pretty decent team supporting him. Though San\u00e9 has a backline consisting of mostly Bundesliga players, the rest of his squad is filled with some of the biggest and best icons in the game, with four icons finding a spot in his starting XI including Ruud Gullit, who just about every player seems to love. With a squad rated 88 overall with 100 chemistry, there\u2019s little San\u00e9 could do to elevate this team, though there are a couple of strange additions or omissions that the most impassioned FUT 20 players might take issue with. Here\u2019s his starting XI, played in a 4-2-2-2 formation: GK: Marc-Andre Ter Stegen (92) – RB: Kevin Mbabu (84) – CB: Salif San\u00e9 (99) – CB: Jeremiah St. Juste (84) – LB: Patrick van Aanholt (84) – CDM: Frenkie de Jong (94) – CDM: Ruud Gullit (90) – CAM: Johan Cruyff (89) – CAM: Pele (95) – ST: Ronaldo (94) – ST: Neymar (93) – Though San\u00e9\u2019s attackers are near enough unbeatable, he\u2019s definitely opted for a weird composition at the back, perhaps aiming to prioritize chemistry where other players with his expendable income may opt for Icons such as Maldini, or to get the ever-reliable Virgil van Dijk in. Most interesting is probably the inclusion of Crystal Palace\u2019s van Aanholt, who makes little to no sense in this team. Someone like Roberto Carlos would be perfect there or, to stick to his full Bundesliga back-four, someone like Angelino or Alphonso Davies seem more obvious picks.
