It\u2019s a game that took full advantage of PS5 hardware but some fans have been keen to know when it will be available on PC ever since. Thankfully, the much-anticipated port has finally been confirmed, and we\u2019ve got all the information you need right here. Final Fantasy 16 PC release date Final Fantasy 16 will be coming to PC on September 17, 2024. This was officially confirmed on August 19, 2024, in a post shared on the game\u2019s X (formerly Twitter) account. Alongside the release date, it was revealed that a free demo is available to play via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Demo content The PC demo lets you play through the opening section of Final Fantasy 16 where you\u2019re introduced to Clive, his brother Joshua, and his childhood friend Jill. You can also carry over your progress into the full game when it launches. Once the opening segment has been completed, you can dive into the \u201cEikonic Challenge\u201d mode that\u2019s been made specifically for the demo. You won\u2019t be able to carry over any progress, or save or load game data in this mode. Editions There are two versions of Final Fantasy 16 you can purchase on PC. We\u2019ve got a full rundown of them both below: Standard edition \u2013 $49.99 The standard version of Final Fantasy 16 comes with the base game, and the following pre-order bonuses: Brave Blade Weapon – Cait Sith Charm (Gil Boost Accessory) – \u201cSixteen Bells\u201d Orchestrion Roll – Complete edition \u2013 $69.99 Everything included in the Standard edition – Echoes of the Fallen DLC chapter – The Rising Tide DLC chapter – Finally, if you\u2019d prefer to purchase the DLCs separately the Expansion Pass that includes both chapters will be available to buy when the PC port launches in September.
