Chipotle prices have been the subject of debate for a long time, with many fans complaining that the prices are far too high. In December, an actual Chipotle employee warned fans that they were being skimped, claiming that the chain was doing it on purpose. Now, however, in a video that\u2019s since been deleted, people have changed their minds, witnessing the extensive meal prep that happens behind the scenes. A TikToker named Jari, who regularly posts Chipotle content, uploaded a video titled \u201cDay in the life of a Chipotle employee.\u201d In the video, we can see that she gets to work super early: \u201cAs you guys can see, I\u2019m just cutting up the lettuce, and it\u2019s, like, around 7:17 am, and I\u2019m here alone prepping by myself,\u201d she says. \u201cAfter every product, you have to take the dishes back to the dishwasher, spray them off, and run them through\u2026 And make sure you wipe down and sanitize your area.\u201d She then goes on to finely chop the onions, eyes watering, before prepping the peppers, cilantro and guacamole.
