When ducking by a McDonald\u2018s drive-thru for some Chicken McNugets, choosing your sauces is an integral part of the order. But how many sauces is too many? Well, according to the fast food chain\u2019s policy, the number of sauces per nugget has already been determined, with any extras costing the buyer more. Now, one customer has been left furious after spotting the policy being enforced, taking to TikTok to question when and why McDonald\u2019s started limiting buyers\u2019 sauce options. TikTok user \u2018Brymarixx\u2018 posted a video to the platform showing a laminated sheet displayed at the McDonald\u2019s drive-thru she was visiting. The sheet informed buyers as to how many sauces came for free with each order, which follows as: 4 nuggets = 1 sauce – 6 nuggets = 2 sauces – 10 nuggets = 3 sauces – 20 nuggets = 5 sauces – 40 nuggets = 8 sauces – \u201cMcDonald\u2019s has chosen violence in 2024,\u201d Brymarixx wrote. \u201cMcDonald\u2019s we need answers!\u201d According to viewers, however, the policy has been around for some time and is even the norm in other countries such as Canada, with one commenter writing, \u201cCanada \u2026.6 piece we get one sauce lol. I pay $0.50 for additional sauce.\u201d That didn\u2019t stop nugget lovers though from expressing their dismay at the company beginning to crack down on free sauces. One person said, \u201cIt\u2019s honestly ridiculous and greedy considering I work at a semi-expensive restaurant and we don\u2019t charge for extra sauce.\u201d \u201cThe comments are filled with people who don\u2019t love sauce the same way we do.
