In November 2023, they announced that they\u2019d be bringing back the McRib, as well as their seasonal Holiday Pie. Now the chain have introduced a new item: Pizza Pockets. In McDonald\u2019s Germany, customers will be able to pick up marinara and cheese filled morsels encased in dough. Called \u2018Pizzataschen,\u2019 they are available both in three and five piece options. Not only this, but Germany will also be able to reap the rewards of McDonald\u2019s Monopoly, where they can pick up free food items as well as prizes. This is based around stickers that can be found on burger boxes and french fry containers. McDonald\u2019s fans jealous over Pizza Pockets A popular food blogger on Instagram posted a photo of the Pizza Pockets in question, detailing the specifics of the item. Along with the description, they write, \u201cLook I know I whine a lot about international items, but at least give us Monopoly!\u201d Fans seemed to agree with the user\u2019s sentiments, echoing \u201cLike we don\u2019t get anything lately, I feel like they don\u2019t realize that we want this stuff too.\u201d Another concurred, \u201cwe don\u2019t get s**t.\u201d Some were surprised to discover that America doesn\u2019t have McDonald\u2019s Monopoly, stating \u201cWait!? America doesn\u2019t get Monopoly!? It\u2019s huge in Canada.\u201d Both Europe and the UK also partake in McDonald\u2019s Monopoly. It has returned in the US in 2023, after a brief spell when the game was cancelled.
