Martinez required treatment after a second-half collision with Vladimir Coufal and, although he originally attempted to play on, was withdrawn just minutes later. Martinez has been plagued by foot problems since fracturing a metatarsal in April but returned to the side last month. However, his comeback only lasted four games and he is now set for another spell on the sidelines.
