While Clix has long been one of the biggest names in the Fortnite scene, the 16-year-old player can\u2019t seem to help landing himself in controversy. From alarming Twitch bans to \u2018illegal\u2019 wagers, the young gun is always making headlines. Now, Clix has had a huge stream of income stripped away overnight. His \u2018Creator Code\u2019 is no longer active in Fortnite. This means fans can no longer make in-game purchases with his referral code. While it may not seem like a huge deal at first, Creator Codes grant 5% of revenue straight to the streamer or pro. With Tyler \u2018Ninja\u2019 Blevins confirming a hefty $5m payout in just one month alone, it\u2019s a considerable hit to Clix\u2019s wallet. \u201cLost my code,\u201d Clix revealed on May 13. \u201cNot really sure why.\u201d At first, he thought it may have been due to a violation of Epic\u2019s terms of service. Previously engaging in online wagers, he put a stop to such activity back in March. \u201cHaven\u2019t done viewer wagers since I got my first warning,\u201d he confirmed. Just minutes after he broke the news, however, the reason became clear. A May 11 tweet discussing \u201claxatives\u201d and eating out of toilets \u2013 no really \u2013 landed him in Epic\u2019s bad books. Before the post was deleted, it gathered more than 15,000 likes along with hundreds of retweets. \u201cI thought everyone would take it as a joke,\u201d Clix explained. There\u2019s currently no telling whether the devs will reinstate it anytime soon.
