Dr Disrespect blasts Epic Games over his biggest Fortnite complaint Mega-popular Twitch streamer Dr Disrespect has had his fair share of run ins with game developers, and the latest to face his fury is Fortnite creator Epic Games. After becoming disinterested in both PUBG and Blackout, the Doc has switched focus to another battle royale title, and the number one game in the world, Fortnite. Since the start of 2019, the former level designer at Sledgehammer Games has almost exclusively played Fortnite, preferring it over its competition, but that doesn\u2019t mean he has no issues with it at all. In typical Dr Disrespect fashion, he wasn\u2019t exactly respectful in communicating his biggest \u2018concern\u2019 with the game. Calling the Epic Games team the \u201cEpic Fortnite nerds from North Carolina\u201d, the Doc was enraged at audio problems, which had ultimately caused him to be eliminated after he couldn\u2019t hear an enemy, that he claims was only five feet away. \u201cHey, Epic Fortnite nerdy developers from North Carolina, we have no audio! Sometimes there\u2019s just no audio! That\u2019s a concern\u201d, Dr Disrespect exclaimed, \u201cThat\u2019s a big, big concern. [\u2026] Hey, nerdy Epic, North Carolina, Fortnite, skinny, ugly looking nerds, developer group \u2013 you got some issues with your audio team.\u201d Dr Disrespect has had some humorous names for developers in the past, namely PUBG devs \u2018Bluehole Entertainment\u2019, which he affectionately named \u2018Blue Balls Entertainment, but \u201cEpic Fortnite nerds from North Carolina\u201d might be the best yet.
