The electrifying internet personality tweeted out a personalized pickax design at Fortnite, calling the idea \u201ca multi billion dollar\u201d skin. While Fortnite has never directly acknowledged there to be any affiliation between its in-game skins and content creators, they have added several items that have been deemed to be themed after popular streamers. The \u2018Plunja\u2019 pickax was designed for Fortnite extraordinaire Tyler \u2018Ninja\u2019 Blevins while the [+] \u2018Positivity\u2019 emote was made to pay homage to \u2018CDNThe3rd.\u2019 Now, Dr DisRespect wants to get in on the fun, and this is the themed pickax skin he tweeted to Fortnite. Although the Doc does not give credit to anyone in his tweet, it appears that the design was originally created by Danny Dufford on Twitter, who posted this time-lapse of the process in the comments section as proof.
