Epic Games are bringing back 14 Days of Fortnite and here\u2019s why After initially announcing compensation for the 14 Days of Fortnite event snafu, Epic Games have now announced that they will be bringing back the entirety of the event. The 14 Days of Fortnite event ran through the new year and gave players a chance to unlock special items and take part in new and returning LTMs during each day of the event. It was originally announced that the challenges would still be live after the end of the event to give players a chance to catch up on any items they might have missed during the holidays, but once the 14th day ended, players were shocked to see all of the challenges had gone. On January 2, Epic Games announced that they would be issuing the final reward, the Equalizer Glider, to any player who completed any challenged during the event. After further discussion, however, Epic has now made the announcement that the entire event will be returning next week to give players the chance at obtaining any items they might have missed along the way. We communicated an incorrect end date for the 14 Days of Fortnite event and didn\u2019t feel the Equalizer Glider compensation was the right approach. We\u2019ve decided to bring back this event next week through January 15 at 3 AM ET(0800 UTC). In addition to the challenges, Epic Games also stated that some of the LTMs that released during the event would be making a return, as well. For players who might have completed some of the challenges, but no others, Community Manager Sean \u2018MrPopoTFS\u2019 Hamilton has offered a key clarification. Players who have already completed all 14 Days of Fortnite Challenges will retain all rewards they earned. For any who only completed some of the Challenges \u2013 Any Challenges you did complete will remain completed.
