Tfue is currently preparing for the upcoming Fortnite World Cup with duo partner Dennis \u2018Cloak\u2018 Lepore but could be forced for an extended period away from the game due to medical reasons. The 22-year-old revealed that he had been prescribed antibiotics to help resolve an unknown issue on his neck and admitted that surgery may be required to rectify the problem for good. He believes the problem could be a result of streaming too much and not drinking enough water while gaming. \u201cIt\u2019s from playing too much \u2013 I was dehydrated when we were playing,\u201d he added. \u201cI was streaming way too much and was waking up with the worst headaches ever.\u201d As shown in the clip above, the problem looks serious and can hopefully be resolved in time for Tfue to compete in the $30 million World Cup event which starts in April.
