Now, though, it seems Fortnite may be returning to its roots with a season of FNCS solos, giving the best individual players a chance to shine in a competitive environment. In a tweet posted by TrickFN, he\u2019s quite clearly excited at the idea of a solo tournament \u2013 if the leaked image is to be believed. He said: \u201cA new auto-update just rolled out across all platforms and this PNG was added to the game files. Solo play has not been as heavily emphasized in recent months, with the last major solo tournament being at the 2019 Fortnite World Cup, which gave $3 million to winner Kyle \u2018Bugha\u2019 Giersdorf.
