Fortnite Creative is a new sandbox mode that will allow players to experiment, create, and share endless scenes and game types on their own private island. In publishing the Fortnite Creative Code, Epic Games wants to put a preemptive stop to inappropriate or offensive content or behavior that might come out of the inventive mode. The code of conduct has your typical do\u2019s and don\u2019ts, but the developers gave some of them a cultural spin that looks for players to \u201cbe an extension of the brand.\u201d The developers aren\u2019t kidding either, some language in the code of conduct suggests that violations to the edict might be met with stringent consequences. \u201cThe Fortnite Creative code is not final and will change over time, make sure you are checking back to stay up to date,\u201d Fortnite\u2019s latest post said. \u201c\u2018But, I didn\u2019t know\u2026\u2019 is not a valid excuse, and honestly a pretty bad one. We\u2019re all here to have fun and enjoy the world of Fortnite!\u201d The Fortnite developers have seen just how imaginative their players can be, so they still want to provide what they market, which is a free and creative space. Epic Games wants to provide as safe of an environment to its players while juggling all the new content from the beginning of Season 7 on December 6 to Fortnite Creative\u2019s early access launch and subsequent public launch on December 13. Be kind when creating and editing with others. Discriminatory language, hate speech, threats, spam, and other forms of harassment or illegal behavior will not be tolerated. &#8211; Keep account information safe and private. Do not share your account information or the account information of others. &#8211; Be friendly and have fun! &#8211; If you see players not respecting the Fortnite Creative code, please reach out to us in-game via the report a player button or by contacting player support . We will investigate all feedback and take action if or when necessary.
