The TMNT, Family Guy, and Metal Gear crossovers were a hit with players who enjoyed seeing their favorite franchises being brought into the world of Fortnite. However, outside of these crossovers, players were overall unimpressed with the season and its content. Now that the season is coming to a close, players are focusing on the aspects that Fortnite could have capitalized on like the bosses, medallions, and points of interest that could have made it more content-driven.
