Fortnite\u2019s Automatic Sniper Rifle looks insanely powerful from first footage Epic GamesA brand new Automatic Sniper Rifle has landed in Fortnite and with footage of the weapon surfacing online already, there\u2019s no doubt that the first patch of Season 10 has included a potential game-changer. Epic Games revealed their v10.00 content update on August 6, confirming previous leaks and speculation involving a brand new long-range gun coming soon to the game. Now, it\u2019s available to play with. Players can find it in Rare, Epic, and Legendary variants all over the game\u2019s battle royale map, and it looks a lot more effective than some of the other snipers that have been released in the past. For those who aren\u2019t aware, it deals a base damage of 31\/33\/35, with headshots set to take 66\/66\/70 health \u2013 depending on what variant of it you\u2019re able to find. From first footage though, just because of the sheer speed that this new sniper can roll through mags it looks like it will be much more popular than its semi-auto predecessors and a mainstay in some players\u2019 load-outs for sure.
