This week\u2019s running of Friday Fortnite was the fifth since the competition was brought back at the end of May following its year-long hiatus. Grand Final recap and highlights Thanks to the fact that they came into the grand final having won the Winners Bracket, Nate Hill and Funk had the huge advantage of having to only win one series, while Dubs and Megga had to win both. While everyone expected this final to be an intense affair, since all four players had previously qualified for the Fortnite World Cup, the first map saw Dubs and Megga shockingly go down early, giving their opponents the rest of the match to try and build a lead. And build they did, as Nate Hill went on one of his typically relentless runs, helping Funk clear out the lobby and take a whopping 28-5 lead going into map two.
