Here’s everything you need to know about how to get it and how it works. With the introduction of a plethora of new items in Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 3, such as the Nitro Fists, Mythic Nitro Cars, and Ride the Lightning guitar, among others, leveling up in the game can be pretty tough if you just started hopping back in after a while, unfamiliar with the current meta. Fortunately, Supercharged XP is now back in the game, allowing players to get a sweet XP boost to rack up levels. But how exactly does it work? Read everything you need to know about Supercharged XP in Fortnite’s Chapter 5, Season 3, and how to use it to your advantage. Fortnite: How to get Supercharged XP & how it works Supercharged XP in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 works like an XP boost, allowing you to earn more XP than usual in-game when completing various actions, such as getting eliminations, looting items or consumables, opening chests, and so on. At the time of writing, players can get Supercharged XP automatically when logging into the game. But there’s a catch. The Supercharged XP in Fortnite isn’t unlimited. Rather, it’s only active when it comes to gaining several levels this season, meaning that once you’ve racked up a few levels, the Supercharged XP boost will end. You can tell the Supercharged XP is active since there’ll be a gold “Supercharged” sign near the XP bar on your screen. Once this turns to purple, you’ll no longer benefit from the effect. So, don’t expect to be able to level up your Battle Pass from the second page all the way to the end instantly from the Supercharged XP. While this isn’t an “infinite resource,” it’s undoubtedly still a welcome addition, especially to those who missed out during certain in-game events with quests. That said, if you add match quests, weekly quests, LEGO and Fortnite Festival quests and other challenges to the mix, you’ll be able to rack up a lot of XP—even more so when you add the Metallica quests to the mix. There are also other ways to level up XP quickly. If you’re not a fan of sitting in Battle Royale matches to complete quests, you can also opt to play in Team Rumble. It’s quicker, and you can respawn when you die instead of having to go back to the lobby and queue for the next match. Additionally, you can earn XP by playing in Creative Maps. Some include a Free for All mode, Red vs. Blue, and many others.

How to get Supercharged XP in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 Epic GamesFortnite has just dropped Supercharged XP in Chapter 5, Season 3.
