Surprise Fortnite update fixes bugs and new skin styles \u2013 Patch notes Epic GamesEpic Games have released a surprise update for Fortnite on January 29, adding new content to battle royale and changes to the Save the World mode. There is one more significant update expected before Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 2 starts on February 20, v11.50. This is not that update, but appears to be a small content drop following the v11.40 patch. Epic Games hadn\u2019t previously announced that this update was coming, and there\u2019s no downtime expected as it\u2019s only a small patch. New football skin styles According to Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR, the main addition for battle royale players are the new skin styles for the football outfits, plus a new emote. The leaker also explains that there are \u201cseveral updates for Save the World\u201d, but there\u2019s no mention of anything fresh for Creative mode. Fortnite just got an update!
