Contents Is there a Crysis 4 release date? With the game still in early development, and some job vacancies for the project, it doesn\u2019t appear we\u2019ll be playing Crysis 4 anytime soon. This espeically holds true given Crytek\u2019s latest update on the fourth installment. As of April 2023, the studio is still staffing as it works towards building the new story campaign. The open positions include Lead Producer, Lead AI Programmer, and Lead Environment Artist. With a fair few lead roles in need of filling, reason suggests the sci-fi shooter remains in the nascent stages of production. The last game in the franchise, Crysis 3, launched back in 2013, meaning it\u2019ll likely have been over a decade between entries by the time Crysis 4 rolls around. Thankfully, the trilogy was remastered in 2021, giving players an opportunity to relive the iconic series in all new 4K.
