FaZe Clan reveals four new members as organization \u201creboots\u201d FaZe ClanFaZe Clan has started rebuilding its team of content creators after \u201ckicking\u201d all but 14 members from the organization. FaZe Clan is in the midst of a restructuring phase after co-founder Banks laid off over one hundred employees and most of its arsenal of content creators, leaving only fourteen influencers on its roster. In April 2024, the esports and entertainment organization unveiled a few new members as part of its ongoing \u201creboot,\u201d with more changes on the way. The first creator to be introduced to this new version of FaZe Clan was PlaqueBoy Max, who now goes by \u2018FaZe Max\u2019 on social media. He is primarily a Just Chatting streamer on Twitch who will occasionally play games like Fortnite, Fall Guys, and Roblox. Max started his streaming journey in 2021 with only 9 Twitch followers and has since skyrocketed to almost 700,000. He has gained a further 20,000 followers since the announcement. Twitch partner Silky, now known as FaZe Silky, was the next addition to FaZe\u2019s new roster, who was announced in a video on Twitter\/X on April 29. Boasting over 441,000 followers on Twitch, Silky is best known for his Just Chatting streams, alongside some occasional GTA V and NBA 2K20 broadcasts where around 3,600 viewers enjoy his content every day. The next creator to join FaZe\u2019s arsenal was Jason Ween, a prominent Twitch streamer with over 270,000 followers. The popular variety streamer also has a healthy presence on YouTube, where he\u2019s garnered over 520K subscribers thanks to his sense of humor, often cracking jokes about his \u201cgirl addiction\u201d and bantering with other top broadcasters in multiplayer games. Finally, on May 1, Twitch streamer Lacy was revealed as the final new member. FaZe Lacy, a Fortnite pro, has over 500,000 Twitch followers, along with nearly 1M followers on TikTok and 170K subscribers on YouTube. Lacy\u2019s reveal rounds out the new member additions, as confirmed by Banks, who said \u201cthat\u2019s a f**king wrap\u201d following the latest announcement. Banks, the newly appointed CEO, began the reboot on April 27 by kicking a majority of its content creators, in what he has said is an attempt to bring the organization back to its glory days.
