XDefiant relies on Ubisoft Connect, the studio\u2019s shared ecosystem that allows crossplay functions and rewards players for playing Ubisoft games. Follow the below steps to add friends in-game: Load up XDefiant and click on Social. – Select Ubisoft Connect. – From there, you must enter the friend\u2019s Ubisoft ID. – Once the list opens, click on the Add button. – Enter your friend\u2019s username and click on Search. – If you\u2019re on a PC, you also get the option to import friends from Steam. – That\u2019s it!
