Hot off the heels of Nintendo\u2019s latest Direct event, Sony was next in line for a huge showcase. State of Play broadcasts have ranged from smaller indie events to blockbuster hardware reveals. This time around, Sony focused entirely on upcoming PS4 and PS5 titles. From new indie titles to huge updates on AAA games, the latest stream had it all. Here\u2019s a complete recap of the event. 10 games featured throughout State of Play During the roughly 30 minute event, Sony highlighted 10 upcoming titles. Some received brief trailers while others had more time on display. Arguably the biggest announcement featured in the event was that of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. Set to launch on April 10, this PS5 version of the popular remake closed the show with a bang. Not only does it come with improved graphical settings for the next-generation, but also an entirely new episode centered around Yuffie Kisaragi. Moreover, the stream provided new looks at Returnal, Kena Bridge of Spirits, Deathlooop, Oddworld Soulstorm, FNAF Security Breach, Knockout City, and Crash Bandicoot 4\u2019s PS5 update. Outside of the previously known titles, there was one brand new game unveiled. SIFU is a fresh beat-em-up title from Sloclap Games, the studio behind Absolver. It\u2019s a stylish indie game with a core focus on hand-to-hand combat. While highly anticipated PS5 games such as Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, or Horizon Forbidden West were not on display, the showcase gave us a good look at what\u2019s coming over the next few months.
