The likes of Bennett, Xingqiu, and Xiangling have remained staple picks amongst the game\u2019s meta, but unlocking Constellation buffs for 4-stars can prove incredibly difficult. This is especially true for 4-stars that don\u2019t have special rate-ups on current banners or those not featured on Paimon\u2019s Bargains. Genshin Impact players demand changes to Paimon\u2019s Bargains \u201cI just ran out of Primos and have Sara now at C5 (I was looking to get Raiden C2, got C1), but that C6 is SO important to her. And even if I fork over some money right now, that won\u2019t guarantee that I won\u2019t just keep rolling Bennett copies,\u201d wrote one player on the official Genshin Impact Reddit page. \u201cPaimon\u2019s Bargains feel like they should be the answer to that sort of problem, but for some reason, Hoyo refuses to update the roster of available 4-stars from that. It\u2019s frankly bizarre that they don\u2019t update it to include all 4-stars prior to 3.0 (at the very least).\u201d So far, Paimon\u2019s Bargains have featured 12 of the 38 playable 4-stars that have been released since Genshin Impact\u2019s launch. This severely limits the 4-star characters that can be unlocked, making it extremely difficult for players to unlock Constellation buffs. Instead, Travelers have to try their luck at pulling the 4-star they want via the game\u2019s banners \u2013 an area that many believe needs to change. The Genshin Impact community recently called upon the devs to add 4-star banners to help alleviate this issue. Meanwhile, veteran players have also noted how newer Travelers are the ones who get hit the hardest by the lack of 4-star character rotations. \u201cI feel bad for new players, imagine starting up doing two ten pulls and getting Candace and Kaveh lmao, you\u2019re screwed.\u201d The community has even come up with ways to how HoYoverse could improve upon Paimon\u2019s Bargains, explaining how they\u2019d implement changes to make it more useful. \u201cThe best case scenario for Paimon\u2019s Bargains would be the following: Add 2 more slots for characters to be available each month, remove Amber, Kaeya, and Lisa from the rotation, and make them always available each month, add the current banner\u2019s featured 4 stars into the shop for the duration of the banner,\u201d noted one player.
