However, with the two open-world games possibly releasing close together, fans think there\u2019s a chance GTA gets delayed. Following Mafia 4\u2019s announcement, fans began to debate on Reddit about whether or not this could be bad news for their planned vacation to Vice City. \u201cI don\u2019t really want to stir up worry but it has me worried because if we get a date for Mafia 4 before GTA VI I\u2019m pretty sure that\u2019ll hint when GTA VI will drop and if that date is in fall 2025\u2026 I don\u2019t even want to say this\u2026 but GTA VI may be getting delayed into 2026,\u201d one player said.
