Facebook posts have been made in his name but as PewDiePie pointed out, that’s likely just a company doing it for him. That’s led to questions regarding his whereabouts and whether or not he plans to return to YouTube or social media in some form in the future. Vlog Squad member Corinna Kopf addressed some of those when she spoke to Pop Galore on April 5, revealing that she’s spoken to him and that she’ll likely join in with his videos if he returns. “Yeah I’ve talked to him, he’s doing good,” Kopf said. However, things quickly escalated after Doherty’s bodyguard, Kane Kongg, according to TMZ, came to check on the conversation and a larger group began to form. In the midst of some back and forth between Kopf and Doherty, Kongg suddenly punched one of Kopf’s friends, knocking him to the ground. Doherty shouted, “Oh no, yo, stop, stop,” as Kongg started to go for a second throw. “What the f*** is wrong with you? After showing up at the door, the officer asked the woman if she ordered food and handed her a bag before explaining the situation. “The driver ended up getting arrested,” he said. “So, instead of having the food sit in the car, I dropped it off for you. Mizkif & Lacari questioned by police on IRL Twitch stream during fast-food challenge Twitter: MizkifThe cops were called on Twitch streamer Lacari, due to a report of allegedly scratching up a car during a stream with Mizkif, where they completed the DougDoug Drive-Thru fast food challenge. During a special Mizkif stream which saw him, and fellow streamers Lacari, Simply and Russel attempt to complete the DougDoug Drive-Thru fast food challenge, the group came across a problem at the tail-end of their “speedrun”. As they were completing their 12th fast food meal of the day, the group was suddenly confronted by a police officer as they were eating. As the police officer talked to the four streamers, they revealed that a car, which was parked next to theirs, was scratched, to which the owners called the police. Since the car next in the parking bay belonged to Lacari, the officers wanted to talk to the group to see if they were the ones who scratched up the car next to them. After all, if a car owner wants to make an insurance claim on damages, there would need to be a police report. However, as Mizkif told the stream, the scratch was allegedly not from Lacari’s car. “He’s claiming that when we got out of the car we hit his car, but we didn’t hit his car. We literally pulled the door to see if we hit it, and it’s not even close,” he told the stream. But it seems Mizkif saw the funny side to the situation as well, as he then chimed in by saying, “He’s trying to mess us up, he’s definitely a LudBud.” The world record the four were trying to beat in their fast food challenge was held by Ludwig at the time. A man allegedly ran an illegal drug trafficking operation out of his Calabasas, California home. One of his associates allegedly delivered fentanyl-laced Oxycodone to Cooper – causing his fatal overdose. According to the report, the two dealers have been charged with one count of distribution of fentanyl resulting in death among other charges. However, a food influencer decided to take it a step further to break a world record, ramping things up to a whole different level. Food influencer Hilda Baci decided to attempt what she dubbed the “Hilda Baci Cook-a-thon” to beat the world record for the Longest Cooking Marathon by an individual. The previous title was held by Lata Tondon where she cooked for 87 hours and 45 minutes straight. Now, Hilda has successfully broken that record with a whopping 88 hours of straight cooking. Though, that was just the start. Breaking the record in Lagos, Nigeria, Hilda cooked with an audience for 88 straight hours to beat the world record, but the overall goal was to cook for four days straight, 96 hours. According to a BBC report, the crowd which gathered to support her pushed her along, motivating her to go for 100 hours straight. In a livestream of the moment Hilda beat the previous world record, the crowd of supporters can be heard cheering for her as her accomplishment was quite the feat. And throughout the attempt, we can see her visibly tired. At the time of writing, however, it seems the official Guinness World Records Twitter account was not so fast in registering the new record. London no longer identifies as British and has asked that media refer to them as Korean. The YouTuber hopes the surgery will lead to them being accepted by Koreans because they will see that the influencer has “the look” and hopes that BTS member Jimin will be “proud” of them now that London has Jimin’s “Korean eyes” and “looks exactly like him”. London also identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. Since London posted their video on Saturday 26th June, it has gone viral online. In March xQc was released from the Dallas Fuel Overwatch League team after a series of incidents that resulted in a league ban and hefty fine. Since his release from the Dallas Fuel, xQc has been focusing on building his stream and providing content for his many fans. Unfortunately for the Canadian streamer, he was raided by police for a second time on May 27th during a live broadcast playing popular new game, Detroit: Become Human. A series of Twitch clips captured the most recent incident, and the footage shows xQc say someone is at his door before he goes to answer it. Unlike the previous police raid, one policeman with a handgun is captured on stream. Police officer: He’s playing video games. No one behind this mattress. A second clip shows another police officer enters the room and we hear another police officer try to explain the situation. Police Officer 1: He’s a streamer, so he makes money because people watch him. Policer Officer 2: Felix? So he’s like a YouTuber? Police Officer 1: Hmm. Through their ASMR and hot tub streams, the content creator was able to rake in mass viewership and followers. Like other hot tub and ASMR streamers, however, she did not go without her fair share of controversy, resulting in over 6 bans before they were given an indefinite one. Indiefoxx would eventually go on to reveal why she was perma-banned from the streaming site, blaming a wardrobe malfunction as the culprit. After the ban, Indiefoxx would continue to create content on her OnlyFans, whilst accusing Twitch of blocking her unban requests. Now almost two years on from her removal and Twitch has finally upended its decision, allowing Indiefoxx to stream once again. Many have congratulated the streamer for being unbanned, showing support as they return to the platform. Others have celebrated the return of her stream, for reasons personal to them. However, others have wondered if the unban was a ploy to bring Twitch back into the limelight after the recent Kick signings. With esports caster and host Eevisu claiming that Twitch is “pulling out all the stops to battle Kick, the war is just starting.” The news has also made other Twitch viewers speculate if other popular streamers may see a return to the platform, with notable figures such as Ice Poseidon, JiDion, and Dr Disrespect being among the biggest ones mentioned. After his ban, he moved to YouTube streaming, and later Mixer, where, alongside the Cx network, he continued his IRL streaming antics. His fanbase itself has been the source of backlash. They largely congregated on the now-banned subreddit dedicated to him and his content. The Cx network officially folded in March 2019, following an FBI raid on their property, where all electronics in the house were seized. With over 160 million subscribers, MrBeast’s blockbuster videos all but guarantee a tonne of views given their innovative concepts and immense production value. The American YouTuber is best known for his diverse challenges, often bringing in a range of contestants from all walks of life. However, it seems his latest challenge may have taken a wrong turn after contestants reportedly sustained injuries while competing. A direct source told TMZ that an “Olympic-style” challenge resulted in several athletes requiring medical attention. Part of the competition supposedly involved a running event where contestants had to pass through hurdles and obstacles. MrBeast allegedly called in representatives from all over the world to compete in this global production. But it seems the challenge may have been a little too intense for some. “MrBeast was working on an upcoming video with athletic challenges, and there were three minor medical issues out of almost 200 participants,” a representative told TMZ. Luckily it seems the injuries sustained weren’t too serious. “Medical personnel attended to the people immediately and released them shortly after,” the rep went on to say. Filming has reportedly resumed, so it can be assumed that any potential dangers have now passed. In all likelihood, fans can expect to see the finished video on YouTube in a matter of weeks when editing wraps up. However, the popular review channel did not seem to be too impressed after realizing that YouTube had taken a thumbnail from one of their videos for one of their own newly added movies. One of the most popular series on the DeadMeat channel is called “Kill Count,” where they keep track of how many deaths there were in many of the fan-favorite horror films. The content creators did an episode for the 6th movie in the popular A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise, “Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare” in February 2018. However, when the movie was later added to the video-sharing site for horror fans to rent or purchase, DeadMeat was quite surprised at how familiar the thumbnail that YouTube decided to use was. Patrick now has a buddy, and he don’t look too mad about it either,” he said. Woman claims China found land populated by dinosaurs In a viral video, TikToker ravenguru2 claimed that when she was getting her nails done in a salon, the Chinese nail technicians were watching the “Chinese news.” Using a translator app to listen along, she said she heard some interesting news. “Lo and behold, the Chinese have discovered unchartered land. I’m talking about land untouched,” she said. “You guys, that’s not even the shock. They have found dinosaur-like creatures over 13 feet tall.” Raven said that this “information” isn’t available in the USA, and she can’t find any sources reporting on it. However, she claimed that her nail tech confirmed the news by saying there were “hundreds or thousands” of these creatures. The TikToker also alleged that a group of scientists found anywhere from thousands to millions of the dinosaurs in the “untouched” land. She suggested that the creatures could pose a threat to the public. Her clip has amassed over 686,000 views, and many users have since posted duetting reaction videos. Content creator cojack84 said in his video: “I’ve looked all over the internet and can’t find anything about it.
