  • MrBeast claims he can get 20 million subscribers within months on anonymous YouTube channel – Dexerto

MrBeast claims he can get 20 million subscribers within months on anonymous YouTube channel YouTube: MrwhosethebossMrBeast has sparked a debate after claiming that he can amass 20 million subscribers on a new anonymous YouTube channel within months. Amassing over 164 million subscribers on his main channel alone to date, MrBeast is easily the most-subscribed individual creator on YouTube. With the majority of his videos also garnering over 100 million views at least, it’s fair to say the 25-year-old is the king of the platform. With his knowledge and understanding of the site, the YouTuber has now claimed he could get 20 million subscribers within months on a new channel. MrBeast claims he can get 20 million subscribers within six months In an ‘unfiltered conversation’ with ‘Colin and Samir’, the YouTube star claimed that he can reach 20 million subscribers on a brand new YouTube channel within six months, all while not promoting it or even using his face or voice. “I could start a new channel tomorrow not using my face or my voice, like without ever promoting it, and in six months have 20 million subscribers,” said MrBeast. “I live through people vicariously all the time and help people just get a couple of million subscribers here and there. It’s purely knowledge.” He added: “Like if you knew what I knew you could get 10 million views per video, and get 10 million subscribers no matter where you are right now within six months.” (Timestamp at 1:47:48) While it’s clear MrBeast has a knack for creative mega-viral videos, one YouTuber disputed the claim, stating they don’t think it’s possible, not even for Jimmy. “Y’all buying this? Personally, I don’t think it’s possible. Maybe in a year+. But in 6 months. No way,” they said in a tweet. MrBeast responded by making note of the videos that amass tens of millions of views on his channels, arguing that it wouldn’t be so crazy to do on a new channel. “Why is this so hard to believe? I consistently make 20+ mil bangers on my side channels (that even without me would still bang) and it wouldn’t be that crazy to do on a new channel,” he replied. “Virality is a skill that can be honed, I know most don’t agree but it is. (I also don’t care that much if people disagree. Who cares this is all hypothetical)” Nobody exactly knows the secrets behind his success, leading many to just simply copy what he does in hopes of it working for them. It would certainly be interesting to see if the YouTuber can put his money where his mouth is. Although, with his side ventures such as Beast Philanthropy and Feastables, his hands are already pretty full.

  • MrBeast shows chaotic good side by “destroying” his friends’ cars – Dexerto

MrBeast shows chaotic good side by “destroying” his friends’ cars MrBeast YouTubeYouTube’s biggest wholesome prankster Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson absolutely trashed his friends’ cars in epic fashion. MrBeast isn’t like a lot of the pranksters on YouTube. While he goes out of his way to set up intricate events or incidents that have immediate consequences for someone, it’s usually to the benefit of the people he targets rather than making a joke solely at their expense. Aside from his hilarious pranks, MrBeast also has a long rap-sheet of doing downright bizarre but pure stunts like opening up a pop-up store packed with expensive items only to be Apex Legends. The next entry to MrBeast’s portfolio of classic kind acts shrouded in layers of grim misdirection saw the YouTuber surprise his friends Weddle and Marcus with a task to spend $10,000 in one hour. But without informing the friends, MrBeast and his gang of caring criminals had summoned “meteors” and sledgehammers to tear into the aged vehicles without mercy. “This one is too small,” MrBeast said inspecting the line of boulders that would be craned onto his friends’ cars. “Outer space wouldn’t send this… This one right here! This one goes on Marcus’ truck!” Not one to blindly create chaos, MrBeast showed how many problems each of his friends’ vehicles had that probably should of deemed them a hazard to use. “Before we destroy (Marcus’) car with a meteor,” MrBeast said. “I want to show you how terrible it is. Okay, I have it in drive, but I think that means neutral, from what I’ve heard it’s one off. Yup, its one off. How is this even street legal?” While his friends were off “sweating” from struggling to spend enough money in the allotted time, MrBeast and his juiced crew were hard at work pummeling the doomed cars to the ground. When the calamity ended, their friends came back to see the utter mess. They were in complete shock both before and after MrBeast informed them of their impending upgrades, as the 21-year-old content creator surprised them with $10,000 each for a much better replacement.

  • MrBeast’s insane circle challenge ends with gruelling $500k tag game in a stadium – Dexerto

MrBeast’s insane circle challenge ends with gruelling $500k tag game in a stadium YouTube: MrBeastMrBeast’s circle challenge came to a climactic end in part 2, where he pitted the remaining ten contestants against each other in a huge game of tag with the lucky winner being awarded $500,000. No one does YouTube challenges quite like Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson. The star has over 68 million subscribers on his main channel alone, where he posts some of the wildest content on YouTube, regularly giving away enormous amounts of money to fans, friends, and even strangers. And it’s safe to say he doesn’t do things by halves. In 2020, he even challenged a group of his friends to win an actual $700k island, and his video ideas have only continued to get wilder since. On August 31, Jimmy uploaded a video titled ‘Last To Leave Circle Wins $500,000’ which was the latest addition to his hugely popular circle challenge videos. As the title suggests, they put 100 people into one circle to see who would stay in there the longest, but every day they would make the circle slightly smaller, and introduce various challenges to see how many people they could get to leave. Eventually, over a period of 12 days, they whittled it down to just ten people, and MrBeast surprised everyone by leaving the video on a cliffhanger, revealing that those contestants would now have to battle it out in a game of tag for the prize money. He uploaded the second video on September 4, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Jimmy hired an entire stadium for the challenge, and as soon as it began people tried to get themselves as far away from the YouTuber as they possibly could to ensure the best chance of winning. But no one was giving up on the prize that easily, as Jimmy and the team even had to search for people through the night because they were so committed to staying hidden. Eventually, he even had to shrink the stadium down to just the race track. The game got increasingly tense as people started getting caught, and after a dramatic finale, it was ultimately Lincoln who ended up winning the huge cash prize. The two-part series has already gained around 50 million views collectively, and that number is only set to rise.

MrBeast changes lives of college students with chance at winning $100,000 YouTube’s king of big budget videos has brought another life-changing social experiment to the masses, this time offering passersby the chance at $100,000 in the form of a classic cup game. While his experiment took place both online and offline, he made major waves for students on a college campus, who got a chance at winning the cash through a guessing game using a series of red solo cups. Read More: Mr Beast’s citywide ad campaign is actually helping PewDiePie keep his top spot on YouTube – Students were made to guess which cup the money was hiding beneath. Winning amounts started at $1,000, after which the students could go double or nothing – up to a whopping $100,000. Both students and faculty participated in the challenge, with many students choosing to opt out once they had guessed correctly the first time. MrBeast then switched the guessing game to a game of beer pong, lowering the amount to $100 per cup – then changed the stakes even further by upping the second winning cup to $1,000. A line of students formed for a chance at earning the cash, collectively cheering and groaning at their peers’ successes and failures. The kids even called for an encore after MrBeast’s crew had called for an end to the festivities, with the final winner getting a massive round of applause (and a hug) at his $1,000 victory. MrBeast himself even took part in the game in his studio – but he wasn’t so lucky. This latest video follows MrBeast’s citywide ad campaign to help YouTuber PewDiePie beat out the quickly-approaching Bollywood label T-Series, which saw a major rise in subscribers for the ‘king of YouTube.’

  • MrBeast channels inner-Santa and gives 10,000 presents to people in need – Dexerto

MrBeast channels inner-Santa and gives 10,000 presents to people in need YouTube: MrBeastThe Christmas spirit seems to have hit YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson and his crew pretty hard since the team went on a massive donation drive to nationwide causes. MrBeast is famous for going to insane lengths in order to stitch together charitable plans or hilarious stunts that all work to benefit someone or a batch of people. This time it was no different, with the exception of the sheer volume of people he and his friends aimed to help out during the Holiday season, spanning multiple states and drives throughout the continental United States. In his December 23 video, MrBeast filled up the place with 10,000 presents ranging from Playstation 4’s to Nintendo Switches along with a huge variety of toys for kids. But it wasn’t all going to the same place. MrBeast and his gang hatched up a plan to hit various drives, hospitals and more to hand-deliver hundreds of presents to every center. From Washington D.C. to California, the crew stunned charity workers from across the nation with truckloads of canned goods, toys, toiletries and more. While their massive shopping spree included coats, socks, games and the like, MrBeast had to return to the trenches of the grocery stores when he was informed that the massive amounts of food he bought would only suffice for a few days. After restocking the food bank with the new shipment of donated goods, MrBeast went to a nearby college campus to personally give out thousands of dollars to cover students’ tuition. Then MrBeast returned to a homeless shelter that he’s donated to in the past to once again stock them up for the Holiday season. That’s when MrBeast said that “in 2020 [he] definitely wants to open a few shelters of [his] own.” Surprisingly, MrBeast wasn’t done. Before calling it quits, he went to Best Buy to empty out their PS4s and Switches to hand out to strangers and drive-thru customers at the local Krispy Kreme. Throughout 2019, MrBeast routinely gave away thousands in cash and prizes, so it should be no surprise that the Dexerto YouTuber of the Year would go all out again for Christmas.

Just behind PewDiePie’s 2018 Rewind parody. Right below dad :raised_hands::skin-tone-2: pic.twitter.com/ceazzlKSxR — MrBeast (@MrBeastYT) January 21, 2019 Popular YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is bringing the fame of the ‘Instagram egg’ to YouTube, in an attempt to make his video on the subject the second most liked upload on the platform. YouTube king Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg currently holds the title for the most liked non-music video on the site, due to the overwhelming popularity of his YouTube Rewind 2018 rendition. Despite this major record, MrBeast is taking things a step further by introducing the ‘Instagram egg’ into the mix, hoping that the trend will push his video to the second most liked non-music video in history. The ‘Instagram egg’ went viral after an Instagram account by the name of ‘World Record Egg’ challenged users to surpass Kylie Jenner’s record-holding photo on the platform, which had over 18 million likes at the time of the egg’s post. Since then, the egg has surpassed Kylie’s picture by over twice that amount, now sitting at over 46 million likes. With the egg now taking to Twitter to become the most liked Tweet, MrBeast is bent on following the trend to YouTube – with an intense series of hilarious, egg-related challenges against his friends. Going against each other in games of spin the bottle, rock paper scissors, and ‘you laugh, you lose,’ MrBeast and company finally came down to the final victor, pelting any losers with several cartons of eggs upon their defeat. MrBeast’s video boasted 1.4 million likes at the time this article was posted on January 16.

  • MrBeast challenges T-Series to sub count face-off “for PewDiePie” – Dexerto

MrBeast challenges T-Series to sub count face-off “for PewDiePie” YouTube: PewDiePie, T-Series / Instagram: FeastablesYouTube star MrBeast has officially challenged T-Series to a sub count face-off “for PewDiePie,” after helping the Swede wage war against the Indian music label many years ago. Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is currently YouTube’s most-subscribed independent creator — but this wasn’t always the case. Up until 2022, Swedish creator Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg reigned supreme on the platform; but he, too, was knocked down a peg at one point by Indian music label ‘T-Series.’ T-Series is the number-one most subscribed channel on YouTube, which officially beat out PewDiePie back in 2019 after a fierce war erupted between the Swede’s fanbase and Bollywood fans. MrBeast was in the trenches leading the charge, even appearing at the Super Bowl with a giant sign asking fans to “Subscribe to PewDiePie.” Although T-Series eventually took the top spot on YouTube, PewDiePie remained the platform’s most-subscribed independent creator until last year, when MrBeast took that title away from him. MrBeast takes aim at T-Series as YouTube subscriber gap closes Despite this, the two stars are on good terms, and even met up in Japan to supposedly film a video together — but now, it looks like the gap is closing between MrBeast’s channel and that of T-Series. Currently, MrBeast is the second most-subscribed channel on YouTube, running behind T-Series by just 73 million subscribers. MrBeast took note of this comparison and vowed to take his revenge on the label “for PewDiePie,” waging a ‘war’ on the rival channel in a tweet posted on August 5. Fans are already lining up in support of MrBeast, hoping that the YouTuber can overtake his longstanding rival — but this isn’t the first time Donaldson has waged war against T-Series. In fact, MrBeast made similar comments earlier this year after a fan asked if he thought he could ever overtake T-Series. “Easily,” MrBeast answered. “I’ll get revenge for Poods.” For now, MrBeast is still in second place… but it’s unsure how long T-Series will remain on top.

MrBeast challenged to send his dirty underwear to fan after viral transformation pics Twitter: MrBeast / YouTube: Curiosity StreamYouTube star MrBeast was challenged by a fan to send him his dirty underwear after his body transformation pics took Twitter by storm. Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson sent social media into a frenzy after sharing his weight loss transformation in a series of photos via Twitter on June 29. The internet star is YouTube’s most-subscribed individual creator, boasting over 163 million subscribers on his main channel, alone — but alongside his laser-focus on creating viral content, he’s also dedicating his time to health and fitness. After ten months of lifting, walking 12k steps per day, and eating a cleaner diet, MrBeast showed off his progress, claiming he’s gone from “obese to lean” in under a year. Fans were shocked by his transformation, and even bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger took notice of the photos and extended an invite for MrBeast to work out with him. MrBeast transformation pics inspire fan to ask for YouTuber’s dirty underwear In fact, MrBeast’s pics went so viral that one of his fans (and resident meme-lord) Greg challenged the YouTuber to give him the underwear he wore in the second photo if his tweet managed to reach 50,000 likes. In response, the creator said he’d “consider it” — but it looks like the time is already nigh. Greg managed to reach 50k likes quite easily, and reminded MrBeast that it was “his move.” However, MrBeast seemed totally incredulous at this request. “There is no way you want me to unironically grab my underwear out of the dirty laundry and send it to you,” he replied. Greg clarified that he would, in fact, prefer that MrBeast wash the underwear before sending it to him… but he’ll “take what he can get.” Of course, this isn’t the craziest interaction MrBeast has had with a fan, by far. One rising creator, RichFlows, has actually tattooed MrBeast’s name on his leg numerous times in an apparent attempt to get the YouTuber to notice him.

MrBeast challenges fan to read humiliating speech for $10,000 Unsplash: Miguel Henriques/Instagram: MrBeastYouTube’s number one philanthropist Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is back at it once more. This time, he’s persuaded a fan to read a cringe-inducing speech in front of a thousand ‘people’. Most of us would do whatever it took to get a sniff off $10,000. In past, MrBeast has given out much larger sums to strangers for doing everything from completing Minecraft to quitting their job. Normally he reserves the more difficult or embarrassing challenges for himself and his crew, like burying himself alive for two days. His latest video followed this model, as he had his co-stars lie in a bathtub with snakes, survive 30 seconds with a tarantula, and compete in a press-up contest. But there was one challenge that particularly caught the eye, involving a fan called Randy. Randy was called to an auditorium, handed a script, and told that if he read its entire contents to an audience of 1000 people, he would receive a staggering $10,000 prize. MrBeast had deliberately set Randy up for embarrassment and had co-stars Karl Jacobs and Chris Tyson hide in the auditorium to provide some interaction. Read More: How MrBeast makes money – Randy was forced to spend three minutes talking about “why YouTube is better than everything,” where he namedropped PewDiePie and Dream, and stumbled over the pronunciation of JackSepticEye. He also had to ask the audience to give him a “Hooyah”, referencing the iconic series of Vines, before promoting MrBeast’s fast food burger chain. Mobile users: segment starts at 6:51 But a twist came at the end, as it was revealed Randy had been reading his speech to just a bunch of mannequins. Given the global health crisis, packing a room with a bunch of people probably wouldn’t have been the best idea, so this twist was definitely necessary. Randy was completely overwhelmed when he received the briefcase containing $10,000. “I have no idea what to do,” he said. “I’m giving this money to my mom… thanks for this opportunity, I can’t stop shaking.” Randy’s success reminds us that, beneath all the stupidity of his YouTube challenges, MrBeast’s work really does improve the lives of actual people.

MrBeast calls out YouTube after being hit with false copyright strike MrBeast, YouTube / YouTubePopular YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson uploaded a video to Twitter on February 11, where he bemoaned the current state of YouTube’s Content ID system. MrBeast explained that his video, “I Put 100 Million Orbeez In My Friend’s Backyard,” had been hit with a copyright claim – which was issued from a claimant wholly unrelated to the strike. The YouTuber speculated that his video’s claim may have resulted from his squad singing Bon Jovi’s popular song, ‘Livin’ on a Prayer,’ although no beat or background music were used. Additionally, the claim had been issued for using a song by ‘Pascal Landguirand,’ a Canadian musician of duo ‘Trans-X’ known for their popular 1983 hit ‘Living On.’ MrBeast’s video had been manually reviewed by ‘Living On’s’ record holder under Sony, although his song was never used in the clip, prompting him to edit the offending footage nearly three months later. His videos largely consist of challenges like, “the last on to get out of hypnosis challenge,” and “24 hours in Kindergarten challenge.” Among the videos are some that are strikingly similar to MrBeast’s own content like, “the last one to leave the desert island challenge.” In his tweet, Jimmy wrote: “The largest channel in Russia just takes my thumbnails and photoshops his face on mine.” The thumbnail comparisons show just that, with A4 using some exact copies of MrBeast’s thumbnails with the faces replaced, and others recreating the exact setup of the original thumbnails. At the end of December 2020, YouTuber sensation Mr Beast kicked off his biggest venture to date by starting up MrBeast Burger, and in typical Mr Beast fashion, he gave away some money with the food. The fast-food venture trended on Twitter not long after George dropped another review on May 15. A quick dive into the trend showed that MrBeast Burger was being roasted from all angles, but especially from Minecraft fans. Some of the viral tweets took aim at the under-prepared food – showing images of raw chicken and no toasted bread on sandwiches. Others had burgers that were burnt to a crisp. “I can’t stop laughing at the Mr Beast Burger food, it’s so funny but also makes me want to vomit,” posted one user. “I love Mr Beast and Dream n all, but seriously do not get a Mr Beast Burger. • MrBeast calls out Ninja after hilarious mobile game ad surfaces on Instagram – Dexerto

MrBeast calls out Ninja after hilarious mobile game ad surfaces on Instagram Popular YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has called out one of Fortnite’s biggest streamers, Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, after a hilarious ad for a mobile game pitted the two personalities against each other. The ad, which MrBeast found while scrolling through Instagram, promoted a mobile game called ‘Pong Idle’ (which appears to be a more extreme version of the classic Atari title, ‘Pong’). The advertisement also featured pictures of MrBeast and Ninja just above two separate screenshots of the game, making it look as though they were competing against each other for the better score. However, the crux of the promo was its blatant misnaming of the two internet stars; the advertisement asked, “Can you do better than him?” with “him” being either “Mike” or “Gary,” rather than Ninja and MrBeast, respectively. Hey Mike/@Ninja I want a rematch. pic.twitter.com/3yVQo2UCKI — MrBeast (@MrBeastYT) November 16, 2018 MrBeast Tweeted out a screenshot of the advertisement and tagged Ninja, asking for a rematch of their fictionalized battle in ‘Pong Idle.’ “Hey Mike/Ninja, I want a rematch,” MrBeast wrote. Ninja has since responded to MrBeast’s challenge, but he didn’t necessarily take him up on his offer for a rematch; instead, Ninja commented on the apparent disparity between he and MrBeast’s scores. “This is absurd!” he wrote. “I would not be getting crushed THIS bad. LOL” This hilarious interaction between the two internet personalities follows Ninja’s announcement of a special charity stream to benefit celebrity host Ellen DeGeneres’ The Ellen Fund, set to take place on the 23rd of November 2018.

  • MrBeast Burger is now officially available in the UK – Dexerto

MrBeast Burger is now officially available in the UK MrBeastEnterprising YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has announced that the fast food brand bearing his name will finally be available in the UK at several new London locations. MrBeast is already one of YouTube’s most-subscribed creators thanks to his expensive and philanthropic videos, and in 2020 he debuted a delivery-only fast food chain called MrBeast Burger that quickly became popular with his millions of fans. Since release, it’s steadily become available in most of the 50 US states, and as of May 10 according to a Tweet from the YouTuber himself, the content creator-themed comfort food is now available in the UK. https://twitter.com/MrBeast/status/1391847584524865543?s=20 MrBeast Burger’s European takeover starts with five locations, all in London, but the star promised more locations coming soon to the rest of UK, and eventually the continent as a whole. Now, fans on the other side of the Atlantic can enjoy exclusive menu items including the “dream burger,” and maybe look forward to UK-based creators like Tommyinnit, GeorgeNotFound, and KSI getting their own menu items soon as well. We didn’t just randomly choose three English content creators out of a hat either, MrBeast specifically mentioned each of them along with the announcement on Twitter. Only time will tell exactly who will be the next influencer to get their own item on the MrBeast Burger menu, but George and Tommy at least seemed eager to try it out, even if the latter might have to make a trip, as he doesn’t live in the capital. thanks for opening them for me 🙂 ill try buy a beast burger tomorrow — George (@GeorgeNotFound) May 10, 2021 MrBeast Burger rolled out across the US fairly quickly compared to a traditional fast food business, since it’s 100% delivery-based, with no brick and mortar locations to build. Thanks to that and possibly major world events over the last year, it was able to expand to almost every state. It remains to be seen how long more foreign locations will take to open up, but if the trend continues like it has in the past, Tommy and fans in the rest of the UK/Europe might not have to wait too much longer to give the menu a try.

MrBeast Burger to open first physical restaurant: How & where to buy Instagram: MrBeastYouTube star MrBeast is set to open the first brick-and-mortar MrBeast Burger location following the wild success of his delivery-only fast food chain. Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is one of YouTube’s most successful creators, boasting over 100 million subscribers and a slew of viral videos. However, he’s been branching out of the video-making business into other endeavors, including his Feastables chocolate bar line and his very own charity, Beast Philanthropy. In 2020, MrBeast launched his very own fast food chain called ‘MrBeast Burger.’ For the past two years it’s been a delivery-only affair, promising consumers seasoned fries, smashed crispy burgers, and even Shrek-themed quesadillas. After two years of massive success — during which Donldson opened up 1,000 locations across the US and Europe and raked in over $100 million in revenue — there’s another big win on the way for the YouTuber. On August 29, MrBeast revealed that his burger chain would be opening its very first physical location, sending fans into a frenzy. Where is the MrBeast Burger physical restaurant located? The first-ever brick-and-mortar MrBeast Burger will open in the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, N.J. When does the MrBeast Burger physical restaurant open? • MrBeast Burger ghost kitchen company fires back at ‘bully’ MrBeast as lawsuit heats up – Dexerto

MrBeast Burger ghost kitchen company fires back at ‘bully’ MrBeast as lawsuit heats up Instagram: MrBeastThe company behind MrBeast Burger has responded to MrBeast’s lawsuit, calling the YouTube megastar a “bully” and claiming the complaint is “riddled with false statements and inaccuracies”. In November 2020, James “MrBeast” Donaldson partnered with Virtual Dining Concepts, a company that specializes in “ghost kitchens”, to create a chain of MrBeast branded fast food “virtual restaurants” across the US, and eventually the globe. However, throughout its years of existence, the burger chain has made headlines for complaints from fans as various customers received subpar food quality, and even at times served raw. Because of these problems, MrBeast is now suing Virtual Dining Concepts for damages to his brand. However, Virtual Dining Concepts has since responded to the lawsuit, refuting its claims and further accusing MrBeast of being a “bully”. In a statement given to the Daily Mail regarding the lawsuit, Virtual Dining Concepts claims the complaint is “riddled with false statements and inaccuracies and is a thinly-veiled attempt to distract from Mr. Donaldson’s and Beast Investments’ breaches of the agreements between parties.” Virtual Dining Concepts called the lawsuit’s statements “disparaging” and accused MrBeast of “bullying tactics to negotiate a new deal to better serve his own financial interests”. “When Virtual Dining Concepts refused to accede to his bullying tactics to give up more of the company to him, he filed this ill-advised and meritless lawsuit seeking to undermine the MrBeast Burger brand and terminate his existing contractual obligations without cause,” the statement further claims. The statement then adds that the hundreds of pieces of evidence shown in the lawsuit were “a very small minority” of experiences which were by a small subsection of customers, and reiterates that the company takes quality and customer reviews very seriously. “We had hoped Mr. Donaldson would act honorably. Instead, having elevated greed over his worth and the truth, he will face the consequences in court when Virtual Dining Concepts files its claims against him.” In the past, MrBeast has stated that he wanted to move away from MrBeast Burger and rather focus on his other food-related business venture, Feastables. As he said that he has more control over the quality of the product.

The success of MrBeast Burger is unprecedented, even with the eatery being delivery-only. That is, until now. The brick-and-mortar location’s grand opening is already a meteoric hit. MrBeast Burger fans fill an entire mall The American Dream mall wasn’t ready for just how many MrBeast fans would show up to celebrate the grand opening of the very first physical location for this massive restaurant chain. Right before opening time, MrBeast made a tweet telling fans that they might want to stay home and “maybe come tomorrow/later tonight”. An hour later, MrBeast put out a video showing that his most dedicated fans were there for the long haul and ready to wait hours to get their hands on a burger. Even more fans showed up after his warning, flooding the mall. While there were surely people there trying to shop elsewhere, it’s safe to say most of them were there for MrBeast. • MrBeast brings back viral Player 67 from Squid Game video for second chance at Glass Bridge – Dexerto

MrBeast brings back viral Player 67 from Squid Game video for second chance at Glass Bridge YouTube: MrBeastMrBeast has brought back Camilla Araujo a.k.a. Player 67 from his version of Squid Game that went viral on YouTube last year, for a second chance at the impossible Glass Bridge game. Korean drama ‘Squid Game’ was one of the biggest phenomena of 2021, with the thriller gripping millions of Netflix viewers across the world and dominating social media with discussions and memes about the show. YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson decided that he would take on the ambitious project of completely recreating the set used in ‘Squid Game’ so that he could host his own tournament, just like the show (though obviously, this version wasn’t as gory.) The project was a huge hit online, with over 231 million views at the time of writing, and one of the standout stars from the video was Camilla Araujo, a.k.a. Player 67. The model blew up online after her appearance in the video, in much the same way that actress HoYeon Jung did after her appearance in the original ‘Squid Game’ show as Player 67, Kang Sae-byeok. On March 19, MrBeast uploaded a video in which he issued a series of wild challenges to friends and fans, and one of them included him bringing back the set he built for the popular Glass Bridge game that features in the show. In this game, players have to cross a bridge by stepping on a series of panels, but some of them can break, so you have to step wisely. Topic starts at 1:27 Jimmy first brought back Player 456, but although he was quickly told the order to jump in, it was too much to remember and he ended up losing. He then got Camilla to try her hand at the seemingly impossible game, but unfortunately, it didn’t take long for her to fall through as well. Fans loved seeing the return of the Squid Game set, along with Player 67, who gained over 100,000 followers in five days back when the original video was first posted last year. At the time, Camilla described the attention as “absolutely crazy,” and she still has an active Instagram following to this day.

MrBeast brings family to tears after gifting them a house for Halloween Instagram: mrbeastA boy was trick-or-treating on Halloween when he and his family were given a free home by MrBeast. MrBeast’s platform is one of the largest in the streaming world, as he has a total of 208 million YouTube subscribers to date. Though he’s done his fair share of charity throughout his six years of influence, MrBeast’s philanthropy has officially peaked. Not only has he recently built 100 wells in Africa, generating water sources for villages all over the continent, but he has also gifted a grateful family a new home for Halloween. Boy says his “dream came true” after MrBeast gave him a free house during trick-or-treating Though a young boy dressed as a cow rang the doorbell to the giveaway home, he likely could have never imagined that not only was MrBeast behind the door, but he was also prepared to give the boy and his family the keys to the house itself. Sure, it would be no Reese’s or Snickers bars, but ultimately, what’s better than an upgrade on the home front? So, after the boy held his pumpkin candy bucket up for a treat or two, MrBeast said to him, “Hey, I like your costume. Here’s the keys to this house.” The boy’s parents weren’t far behind, as they all appeared shocked when MrBeast proceeded to ask them, “Have you ever seen our channel before?” As the parents answered, “Yeah,” MrBeast replied, “That’s the key to this house that you just won.” The boy then hugged MrBeast to express his gratitude before the family took a tour of their new digs. MrBeast then jokingly said to the family, “I’m glad you guys have seen my videos or this would be very weird.” The family was also given additional gifts like a laptop and headphones. As the video of MrBeast and the very lucky family came to an end, the boy tearfully hugged his parents saying that his “dream came true.” To keep up with everything MrBeast and his latest acts of extreme kindness, check our page here.

  • MrBeast breaks YouTube sub record for 2022 and he can’t believe it – Dexerto

MrBeast breaks YouTube sub record for 2022 and he can’t believe it YouTube: MrBeastYouTube star Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has apparently claimed the record for most subscribers gained in a week during 2022, and even he can’t quite believe it. MrBeast’s rise on YouTube over the last few years has been pretty meteoric, as he’s managed to dethrone Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg as the most-subscribed creator on the platform in recent weeks. Donaldson’s increasingly elaborate videos have been the key to his success, starting out on a local scale before expanding massively. He’s done everything from hiring out a theme park to play hide and seek, buying a private island, and even renting out an entire football stadium just for a few minutes. With the new year right around the corner, there’s no telling the limits to where the MrBeast channel can go, but he’s managed to claim one unique record before the calendar turns over to 2023. MrBeast breaks 2022 YouTube record for most subs in a week According to PwnyyGaming, a Twitter account that tracks YouTube analytics including subscribers, MrBeast’s main channel gained a whopping 3,188,959 subscribers for the week of December 12-19. That massive figure is, according to the stat tracker, the “highest known weekly total across all of YouTube in 2022,” which is quite something given MrBeast has routinely had weeks above 2 million new subscribers. It was a fact even he couldn’t believe, as he replied: “In a week? Crazy lol” shortly after that the graphic went live. Even without the massive growth, MrBeast is comfortably going to hold the top spot when it comes to YouTube subscribers. PewDiePie is unlikely to rally his fans for a T-Series-like war given that he urged Jimmy to take top spot away from him. As we head into the new year, MrBeast will probably have a few massive video ideas up his sleeve, and it’ll be interesting to see if he can beat the 3,188,959 figure in a different week.

MrBeast breaks his own insane YouTube record one week after setting it MrBeastMrBeast has shattered a record that he set just over a week ago, once again achieving the most views in 24 hours on a non-music YouTube video with his latest upload. From being the most-subscribed-to individual creator on the platform, amassing an incredible 175 million subscribers to date, to smashing records time and time again — MrBeast has cemented himself as the king of YouTube. In July, he overtook the reigning king PewDiePie as the creator with the most total channel views at over 29 billion, before then breaking the record for the most views in 24 hours on a non-music video with his ‘7 Days Stranded at Sea’ video. Just one week later, MrBeast has already topped that record, absolutely shattering it in fact, with his newest video. MrBeast breaks YouTube views record again On August 6, MrBeast said he’s living the dream of his 13-year-old self, revealing that he broke the world record for most views in 24 hours on a non-music video. A week later on August 14, the YouTube star has topped his own record. On his latest upload, featuring PewDiePie and the Sidemen, MrBeast amassed over 52.1 million views in the video’s first 24 hours — smashing his previous record by three million views. “Welp, 7 days later and we just broke the record again by another 3 million views lol,” he wrote on Twitter. Teasing his next video, MrBeast has claimed it’s set to be his biggest ever — which he says is even double the size of his viral Squid Game recreation. The YouTube star claims the budget for his next video was upwards of $4 million, where we’ll see one subscriber from every country in the world compete in his version of Extreme Olympics. We’ll just have to wait and see if the tops the record again.

MrBeast breaks the internet after posing with John Cena at WWE SummerSlam Instagram: MrBeast/WikiMedia: Molly Treece – U.S. NavyYouTube star Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson had the internet rolling out some classic jokes after he linked up with John Cena at WWE’s annual SummerSlam event. There has been plenty of crossover between internet sensations and mainstream stars for many years, be it through celebrities appearing in YouTube videos, or content creators going on late-night TV shows. In more recent times, content creators have been linking up with athletes more frequently too – with the Paul brothers, Logan and Jake, stepping into the boxing ring. One other ring they’ve stepped into is the wrestling universe. Logan appeared as a guest star at WWE’s WrestleMania event in April of 2021, and now it’s the turn of MrBeast. Though, he hasn’t quite taken a Stone Cold Stunner. Instead, the YouTube star just took a simple picture with wrestler-turned-movie star John Cena at August 21’s SummerSlam event. While he might have been overjoyed at meeting Cena, and racked a few hundred thousand likes for his post, Donaldson couldn’t help but make a classic joke about the whole thing. “I couldn’t find someone to take a picture with me,” he joked, referring to Cena’s trademark ‘You Can’t See Me’ taunt that has become a meme over the years. I couldn’t find someone to take a picture with me 😔 pic.twitter.com/sWkn1JtP3H — MrBeast (@MrBeast) August 22, 2021 Of course, that also gave his followers the chance to take the ball and run with it, making plenty of similar jokes themselves. How did you get that mask to float Mr Bees?” jokingly quizzed Minecraft star Quackity. “Why did you just post a pic of yourself lmao kind of weird,” said one fan. “hey MrBeast theres a guy next to you btw, you probably cant see him,” added another. https://twitter.com/fluffypenguinrr/status/1429296378484641806 Why are there floating clothes? pic.twitter.com/djDWBXWg8g — Ellie 𓆏 Art 📌 (@EllieKrote) August 22, 2021 Jimmy has continued to raise the bar with his crazy antics, so we wouldn’t put it past him to get inside the squared circle at some point. • MrBeast breaks another record with his MrBeast Burger restaurant opening – Dexerto

MrBeast breaks another record with his MrBeast Burger restaurant opening Twitter/ YouTube: MrBeastYouTube star Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has claimed that the incredible turnout for the opening of his first MrBeast Burger restaurant supposedly “broke the world record for most burgers sold in a day.” MrBeast is no stranger to breaking records. As one of the world’s fastest-growing YouTubers, his various channels have reached incredible numbers and his Squid Game IRL recreation smashed the record for the most views in a single day. Taking a leaf out of his friend Gordon Ramsay’s book, MrBeast opened up his very own restaurant based on his successful takeaway fast food chain MrBeast Burger. The 24-year-old was subsequently blown away as thousands of fans turned up to attend its grand unveiling on September 4 and helped him add yet another record to his ever-growing list. MrBeast’s Restaurant breaks burger sale record Following on from the exciting events during the unveiling of the first Beast Burger restaurant, the YouTuber admitted that he was “exhausted” from the day. However, it was well worth it. On September 5, MrBeast claimed that the mass turnout had helped him and his team break the record “for most burgers sold in a day by a single restaurant.” He added that he reckoned he’d taken “a couple thousand photos” throughout the day with fans who had been waiting for hours to get a table. However, many fans called on MrBeast to show some evidence over the statement and where he sourced the information. Even the Guinness World Record official Twitter page called for “proof.” Yet, MrBeast’s fans quickly jumped to his defense showing the supposed 10,000-strong crowd that was in attendance at the unveiling. So much so, that he had to urge many fans to come on another day. MrBeast has supposedly added yet another world record to his list. Although, with many more fans planning to make a trip to the restaurant, there could be many more on the way.

  • MrBeast breaks down his incredible PewDiePie advertisement at the Super Bowl – Dexerto

MrBeast breaks down his incredible PewDiePie advertisement at the Super Bowl YouTube: MrBeastThe Super Bowl is the largest single television event of the year, which makes sense that popular YouTuber MrBeast would choose the big game as the opportune moment to advertise for people to subscribe to Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg. The largest YouTuber on the platform has had his top spot threatened for months from Indian music label T-Series, which led to hordes of content creators rallying on PewDiePie’s behalf to prevent the overthrow. In his latest video, MrBeast took his audience on a wild journey through Super Bowl Sunday with the main objective of advertising PewDiePie to the millions of viewers tuning into the game. MrBeast had the idea of commissioning special blankets to take to Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium where the big game would be held. The blankets would be a bit risky, however, leading them to wear sweatshirts that read ‘Sub 2 PewDiePie’ when lined up together as a backup plan. On gameday, the crew tried to get in with their blankets, but were immediately asked to throw them away. With backups in place, though, they were still confident their plan would work out. MrBeast and company were sitting slightly to the left behind the goal post that would allow them to be on screen if a team were to attempt a kick in their direction. Well at 5:35 in the first quarter the Patriots lined up for a quick, but it missed to the left, directly where MrBeast and friends were positioned. Stephen Gostkowski misses the 46-yard FG! pic.twitter.com/jEUct0ObCr — ESPN (@espn) February 3, 2019 Although watchers were either reeling or cheering from the miss, the scheme had accomplished its goal. The team were able to get their message on the big screen for everyone to see. MrBeast had an improbable goal, but through persistence, planning, and a kick that went wide left, the team saw their insane mission through. It seems to have paid off, too, as PewDiePie’s lead over T-Series has grown to almost 150,000 despite having fallen to only 40,000 prior to the Super Bowl.

After years of making this insanely viral content and creating the blueprint for creators that want to see success online, MrBeast has finally hit the incredible milestone on July 28, 2022. With his 100 million subscriber video having been in the works all year, Beast and his team have been preparing for this moment for some time and putting together a project to really celebrate the historic achievement. There are several other accounts chasing the 100m subscriber milestone, the most notable of which are all kids channels, run by and targeted at young children. Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is one of YouTube’s most prominent content creators. The North Carolina native is known throughout the internet for his ambitious videos, high-stakes challenges, and charitable projects. Most notably, MrBeast broke records on the site after uploading his highly-anticipated Squid Game recreation in November, which now boasts a whopping 200 million views just over a month later. MrBeast topples T-Series as YouTube’s fastest-growing channel in 2021 It seems that this viral video — alongside his other pursuits like #TeamSeas — has garnered him a huge amount of channel growth, earning him the title of 2021’s fastest-growing channel. According to data from YouTube Battles, MrBeast even beat out the likes of T-Series, the Indian music and entertainment label that notoriously beat out PewDiePie in their subscriber war in 2019. However, MrBeast’s victory was only just — the creator slipped past the powerhouse label by 1.1 million subscribers. Overall, though, Donaldson managed to amass over 37 million subscribers over the past year. That’s not all; MrBeast also sits at YouTube’s fifth-most subscribed channel overall, ranking just below PewDiePie at 87.8 million subscribers. (PewDiePie boasts over 111 million subscribers). Read More: 5 rising Twitch streamers to watch in 2022 – It seems that Donaldson was pretty psyched about beating out his arch-nemesis, T-Series, who he helped PewDiePie fight against in their famed sub war by literally advertising PewDiePie’s channel at the Super Bowl. “Just noticed we were the most subscribed channel in the world last year,” the YouTuber wrote in an Instagram story. “Suck my nuts T-Series!” This news follows MrBeast’s explosive 2021, where the YouTuber kicked off his #TeamSeas project, which aimed to raise $30 million to help clean the world’s oceans as a rival to his previous #TeamTrees effort from 2020. Considering the sheer scale of his projects in 2021, there’s no telling what this YouTuber will pull out of his hat in 2022. One thing’s for certain, though — the sky’s the limit for this influencer.

  • MrBeast backs Messi as “greatest football player” as Ronaldo vows to pass him in YouTube subs – Dexerto

MrBeast backs Messi as “greatest football player” as Ronaldo vows to pass him in YouTube subs YouTube: UR Cristiano/YouTube: Colin and SamirMrBeast has taken a side in the eternal debate over who should be considered the greatest-ever footballer, for the exact reason you expect. Appearing in a September 5 video posted by Argentine streamer Spreen on X/Twitter, MrBeast, real name James Donaldson, was presented with the opportunity to try the favorite tipple of Lionel Messi, mate tea. A misnomer, the drink isn’t tea, but made from the South American holly tree. “That’s something,” the YouTube star said with a grimace after sampling the drink, before calling for someone to get him a “soccer ball” and launching into delivering a controversial take. “Speaking of Messi’s drink, Ronaldo recently said he wants to pass me in subscribers,” he continued, adding, “Messi, you are officially the best football player on the planet.” “The debate is over; this drink is amazing”, Donaldson concluded. Cristiano Ronaldo signed up to YouTube on August 21. Within days, the Al Nassr player had accrued millions of subscribers, subsequently breaking MrBeast’s record of over 20 million subscribers gained in a 24-hour timeframe. Comments made by the Portuguese football icon referred to in the above video came during a September 2 interview in which the former said, “MrBeast is the one I have to beat.” Assuming the feat is even possible, Ronaldo’s subscriber count will likely take years to catch up, with MrBeast enjoying a lead in the hundreds of millions (with 314M subscribers at the time of writing). With that said, the latter has faced multiple controversies of late that could affect his continued domination of the platform. In addition to accusations that he defended sexual assault in the workplace, fellow YouTuber Ludwig cut ties with Donaldson, demanding that he respond to the allegations. For the full history of accusations and controversies that have sprung up around MrBeast in 2024, see our chronological breakdown of the events as they happened.

MrBeast asks YouTubers to stop creating fake tweets of his for thumbnails Instagram: MrBeast / Twitter: MrBeastMrBeast has clapped back at YouTubers for Photoshopping fake tweets of his in the hopes of increasing views. As the internet becomes oversaturated with content, users are finding new and creative ways to draw in viewers. Clickbait is a popular method used to entice viewers, utilizing deceptive or sensational thumbnails and texts to attract attention. Now, famous YouTuber MrBeast is calling out his fellow content creators for Photoshopping fake tweets of his in the hopes of drawing in a couple of extra clicks. Sharing the thumbnail of one particular YouTube video from ‘Bolo’, one that addressed MrBeast’s Crohn’s disease, he made a plea to stop the fabrication of his tweets. The thumbnail shows an alleged tweet by MrBeast claiming that he will be dead within the next three years. “Thank god for this YouTube video or I wouldn’t have known I’m dying in three years,” MrBeast reacted on Twitter after this video had gone on to reach more 230K views. He went on to say, “Can we end the trend of Photoshopping fake tweets of mine as thumbnails? [Thanks].” However, some took issue with his response, claiming the mega-popular YouTuber has been known to have click baited viewers in the past. “Wait.. so since you’re famous now you are calling out clickbait thumbnails? look in the mirror my guy,” one person tweeted in response to MrBeast’s post. Meanwhile, others came to MrBeast’s defense, pointing out that Photoshopped fake tweets had the potential to pose serious risks if believed at face value. “That [Photoshopped thumbnail] actually worried me, glad you’re okay Jimmy, thank you for all the good you do for this world,” one fan posted. • MrBeast arrested in wild prank by YouTuber Airrack – Dexerto

MrBeast arrested in wild prank by YouTuber Airrack YouTube: AirrackFor a second, MrBeast was convinced that Twitter had finally gotten its way as he was placed in handcuffs and shoved into the back of a cop car — but it turns out it was all an elaborate prank by YouTuber Airrack. Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is one of the most prominent YouTubers in the world. In fact, he’s the single most-subscribed independent creator on the entire website, successfully beating out PewDiePie’s famous record just last year. Sitting at a whopping 154 million subscribers, MrBeast has become known for his over-the-top challenge videos, his big-budget projects recreating major films and TV series, and his viral charitable endeavors — such as paying for 1,000 people’s cataract surgeries who couldn’t afford the procedure themselves. However, being an extremely rich internet superstar does come with its occasional pitfalls…. so it didn’t seem to surprise him too much when he was placed in handcuffs as part of YouTuber Airrack’s latest prank. MrBeast convinced he was getting arrested in wild prank YouTube star Airrack decided to play a huge prank on MrBeast and worked with the New York Police Department to convince MrBeast that he was going to be locked up for good. The video, which has already racked up half a million views mere hours after being uploaded, showed police pulling over MrBeast while he was driving in his Tesla. He was then placed in handcuffs and driven to a local station. At first, Donaldson seemed to be a bit amused by the whole ordeal… but once an officer put him in the back of his cruiser and asked if anyone had threatened him, he began to get quiet and refused to speak with him. MrBeast was then placed in a holding cell where he was denied food or water. After a period of waiting, he was allowed to make a phone call — and that was when Airrack admitted that it was all a prank. “I thought it was real,” MrBeast admitted. “And then I was like, this might be a prank. I was like, this is a lot of resources for a prank. When I got in there I was like, okay wait. Maybe this isn’t a prank.” It looks like Airrack got MrBeast good — but there’s no telling what grueling challenge video MrBeast will put him in to get his revenge. • MrBeast asks fans to help ‘sabotage’ Feastables competitors in local stores – Dexerto

MrBeast asks fans to help ‘sabotage’ Feastables competitors in local stores MrBeastYouTube star and philanthropist MrBeast has asked his fans to sabotage his competitor as he looks to take over the chocolate bar market with Feastables. A lot has changed for creators and influencers over the past few years. Today, we see many of our favorite stars launching their own brands. Many of them have even come to reach incredible heights — which would’ve been thought impossible years ago. The likes of KSI’s and Logan Paul’s Prime Hydration beverage have certainly put a dent in the market, and similarly, MrBeast’s Feastables chocolate bar has too. However, MrBeast is calling for his fans to lend a hand in helping his Feastable bars go even further. MrBeast calls for fans to help stop competitors In a March 3 tweet, Jimmy called for his fans’ help. The popular YouTuber asked his fanatics to help clean up Feastable bar displays in their local stores — before asking them to sabotage competitors while they’re at it. “I need your help! Next time you see Feastables in Walmart (and soon to be new retailers) if you could clean up the presentation and make it look better that’d make me very happy,” he wrote. The YouTube star also noted that he’s building a team that will routinely clean up displays, before calling on his fans to sabotage Hershey. “I’m building a team to do this routinely, just need help in the short term,” he added. “And while you’re at it if you want to maybe move some Hershey’s bars and make sure Feastables has plenty of space.. I wouldn’t complain.” Since launching in early 2022, Feastables has made its way into every Walmart store across the U.S, and has even come close to having its very own Super Bowl commercial. One thing’s for certain, the Feastables brand is definitely on track to reach even greater heights.

  • MrBeast apologizes for copyright claims on reactions to his videos – Dexerto

MrBeast apologizes for copyright claims on reactions to his videos YouTube: FLAGRANTMrBeast has issued an apology to fans after facing copyright claims on reactions to his YouTube videos. Until recently, MrBeast held several records on YouTube, such as the most views on a non-music video in its first 24 hours. However, that record was ultimately shattered by Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer less than half a day after its release. Still, MrBeast lays claim as the biggest YouTuber in the world, and by a far margin too, with no other independent creator anywhere close to his enormous 215 million subscribers. Being so popular, it’s no wonder other creators are trying to ride on his hype train, uploading reactions to MrBeast’s viral videos. MrBeast issues apology for copyright claims on reaction videos In a post on Twitter/X on December 12, creator ‘Thinknoodles’ explained that their upload reacting to MrBeast’s ‘World’s Most Deadliest Lazer Maze’ video was copyright claimed by ‘Spotter’ — the company that holds the license to the YouTube star’s content. Responding, MrBeast clarified that the copyright claim wasn’t intended, and encouraged fans to react to his videos more. “That was a weird fluke,” he wrote. “Should be gone.” He added: “I love when people react to my videos and encourage it! Do more.” Surely enough, the claim was quickly lifted without the creator even needing to dispute it. “Thanks man! You took care of that insanely quickly,” Thinknoodles replied to MrBeast. Others in the replies explained that they faced a similar problem, with their reaction videos also being hit with claims, deterring them from uploading more. However, with MrBeast encouraging creators to make more reactions, it appears many plan on doing so. “I was getting my videos claimed so I stopped reacting to you, but this is awesome news and definitely will be bringing back my MrBeast reactions!” one wrote. “Time to start a new channel only reacting to MrBeast videos,” said another. It’s not the first time MrBeast has encouraged fans and other creators to upload reactions to his videos. Earlier in 2023, the YouTuber claimed he “doesn’t mind” and urged them to “go for it.”

  • MrBeast appears in official Super Bowl LVII commercial for new NFL promotion – Dexerto

MrBeast appears in official Super Bowl LVII commercial for new NFL promotion YouTube: NFLYouTuber Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson had a surprise appearance in a Super Bowl LVII commercial, showing up in the NFL’s ‘Run With It’ video to highlight women in football. YouTuber MrBeast is probably most well-known for his insane challenges and feats on the video-sharing platform. With over 133 million subscribers on just his main channel on YouTube, he’s arguably one of the most popular internet celebs in the public eye today. With the Super Bowl LVII just finished, fans were able to watch through the showing, with keen-eyed ones able to spot out MrBeast as he appeared in one of the marquee ads during some downtime. MrBeast was sure to help out viewers, however, announcing earlier on his Twitter that he would be a part of the show in one of the commercials. MrBeast appeared in the Run With It commercial, which specifically looked to highlight women in football, with the end tagline: “To the women pushing football forward, we can’t wait to see where you take this game.” The commercial follows Diana Flores, a Flag Football Global Ambassador as she is pursued by everyone else in town. The YouTube star appears about a minute into the commercial, pretending to be one of the mallgoers who are bystanders to the epic chase that Diana Flores is undertaking. As one of the pursuers passes MrBeast, the camera turns over and highlights him, just in time for him to say “I missed it.” His appearance did not go unnoticed, however, with many Twitter users tweeting out about seeing him. A welcome surprise to many younger fans tuned into the big game. Funnily enough, MrBeast took to Twitter to reprise the same role he had in the commercial by going out of his way to say he can’t believe he missed it. With MrBeast being the latest YouTuber to appear in a Super Bowl commercial, it paves the way for the future Super Bowls to contain many of our favorite internet stars. Who knows who we may see on the screen in the future.

  • MrBeast and MoistCr1TiKaL partner on new “Moist Cheese” sandwich at MrBeast Burger – Dexerto

MrBeast and MoistCr1TiKaL partner on new “Moist Cheese” sandwich at MrBeast Burger YouTube: IMPAULSIVE, penguinz0 / MrBeast BurgerYouTube star MrBeast has partnered with fellow influencer Charles ‘MoistCr1TiKaL’ White to create a brand-new sandwich at his very own restaurant, MrBeast Burger. MrBeast — a massively popular YouTuber with over a collective 109 million subscribers across multiple channels — unleashed his own restaurant in 2020, shocking the internet. The fast food joint quickly became the talk of the town, and has now opened a total of 1,000 locations all across the United States and even the United Kingdom. Since opening its doors, MrBeast has reigned in some of his fellow content creators to collaborate with him on certain items, including Minecraft star ‘Dream,’ who got his very own specialty burger complete with avocado. Now, he’s joined forces with MoistCr1TiKaL, otherwise known as penguinz0, who creates all manner of videos but is best known for his humorous commentary and reviews of TV shows, anime, and movies. What is the MoistCr1TiKaL ‘Moist Cheese’ sandwich? The ‘Moist Cheese’ melt isn’t a burger; instead, it’s a melted sandwich, consisting of: “Chopped seasoned ground beef, caramelized onions, melted American cheese, served with sliced tomato, shredded iceberg lettuce, mayonnaise and hot sauce on a toasted roll.” https://twitter.com/MrBeast/status/1448362815106998274 How to get MoistCr1TiKaL’s Moist Cheese melt at MrBeast Burger To order your very own Moist Cheese melt, all you’ll have to do is navigate to the MrBeast Burger website and choose a location near you to order from. The sandwich is available at every single MrBeast Burger location, so there’s no worrying that any particular area won’t have it. You’ll be met with a menu. The Moist Cheese is under the ‘sandwich’ tab, not the ‘burgers’ option. All you’ll have to do is add the sandwich to your bag and check out whenever you’re ready. How much is MoistCr1TiKaL’s Moist Cheese melt? The Moist Cheese melt rings up at $7.99 — a dollar cheaper than the other sandwich options at MrBeast burger. However, the site lists the sandwich as a “limited time offer,” so it’s likely that the sandwich will disappear from the restaurant after some time has passed. “It’s a very unique chopped cheese sandwich, and gotta tell ya, this bad boy bangs,” MoistCr1TiKaL said of his latest venture in a YouTube video (and, of course, celebrated this iconic moment with a MrBeast Burger mukbang). As for how it tastes, we have yet to see… but we’re sure ReviewBrah will weigh in on the latest MrBeast Burger collab as soon as he’s able.

  • MrBeast announces “biggest video ever” that’s double the size of Squid Game recreation – Dexerto

MrBeast announces “biggest video ever” that’s double the size of Squid Game recreation MrBeastYouTube star MrBeast has teased his “biggest video” to date, which he claims is double the size of his viral Squid Game recreation. With over 175 million subscribers, MrBeast has long cemented himself as the king of YouTube. For years, the 25-year-old has spent upwards of millions of dollars on a single video and has continuously smashed his records time and time again. Recently he even shattered the record for the most views on a non-music YouTube video in 24 hours with his ‘lost at sea’ video. However, one video is known to top them all. With Netflix’s hit 2021 TV show Squid Game, the YouTuber shocked the internet with his recreation, which was almost an exact replica — even earning him the title for the fastest non-music video to reach 100 million views. MrBeast isn’t stopping there, teasing that his next video will be his biggest ever — even surpassing Squid Game. MrBeast teases his “biggest video ever” In a tweet on August 12, following the release of his latest video which fans said had crossovers with Pewdiepie and the Sidemen, the YouTuber claimed his biggest video ever is on the way. “Next Saturday’s video I had a subscriber from every country on earth compete in my own version of Extreme Olympics…” he wrote. “The sets are 2x bigger than our squid game sets and it’s my biggest video ever.” The YouTube star also included several screenshots, showing the enormous size of the sets used within the video. Furthermore, replying to a fan MrBeast revealed that the budget for the video was over $4 million. There’s just absolutely no telling what could be in store next for fans, as it’s clear MrBeast continues to reach bigger and bigger heights. However, the YouTube star has recently got himself muddled up in a lawsuit after making “disparaging” comments toward Virtual Dining Concepts — the company behind his Beast Burger restaurants, who claim damages exceed $100 million.

  • MrBeast aims for new Twitter retweet record with massive giveaway – Dexerto

MrBeast aims for new Twitter retweet record with massive giveaway MrBeast – Twitter / CryptoPulseA massive online giveaway put together by superstar YouTuber MrBeast could see him challenge for the retweet record on Twitter. MrBeast can be called many things, but what he’s certainly not is predictable and boring, as he’s set quite a high standard when it comes to out-of-the-box YouTube content. Over the years, he’s been known to give hundreds of thousands of dollars to random Twitch streamers, purchased vehicles and homes for strangers, and done experiments that have been utterly outrageous. His latest project, which kicked off on May 7, is to give one random person on Twitter $10,000, in honor of his birthday. “I’m going to give someone random who retweets this tweet $10,000, because it’s my birthday and I feel like being nice,” he tweeted. I’m going give someone random who retweets this tweet $10,000 because it’s my birthday and I feel like being nice ☺️ (you have to be following me so I can dm you the code if you win) — MrBeast (@MrBeastYT) May 7, 2019 MrBeast has officially set the contest to run for 72 hours, and since the original tweet was posted at about 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET on May 7, fans will have until the same time on May 10 to retweet and still be eligible to win. The idea to give away money in this fashion, of course, is definitely not new, but the trend has unfortunately given rise to a lot of scams and fake giveaways that end up hording all the attention and never paying out. However, considering MrBeast’s track record for giving insane amounts of money away in the past, and his prominent status in the online entertainment scene, it seems almost 100% certain that he will go through with his promise. Could MrBeast set a new retweet record? Considering how many Twitter users will not want to pass on the opportunity of possibly winning MrBeast’s giveaway, the tweet has the potential of racking up a tremendous amount of retweets by May 10. So many, in fact, that it could challenge the tweet that currently holds the record for most retweets. Ironically, that tweet is also for a massive cash giveaway, posted by a Japanese billionaire who plans on giving away 100 million yen ($924,000), split between 100 lucky winners. #月に行くならお年玉 pic.twitter.com/cKQfPPbOI3 — Yusaku Maezawa (MZ) 前澤友作 (@yousuck2020) January 5, 2019 The tweet was first posted on January 5, and as of May 7, it currently has a whopping 4.69 million retweets, and that number could keep on rising as long as the giveaway is still active. Considering that MrBeast currently has 1.94 million followers on Twitter, it seems unlikely that his tweet could end up claiming the top spot for retweets. That being said, it’s best never to say never when it comes to the world of social media, so we’ll just have to wait and see.

  • MrBeast and Doublelift troll Tyler1 over classic height meme – Dexerto

MrBeast and Doublelift troll Tyler1 over classic height meme MrBeast/Doublelift/Tyler1The classic meme that makes fun of Tyler1’s height made a hilarious return on Twitch after he streamed with MrBeast and Doublelift. League of Legends has kicked off the preseason for Season 12, as Riot Games has introduced a ton of new items and mechanics to Summoner’s Rift. To ring in the new season, Twitch and YouTube stars MrBeast, Doublelift and Tyler1 decided to queue up together in flex mode. In between matches, the group analyzed the classic “Short Tyler1” meme, which lead to Tyler staging a massive defense of his height. MrBeast and Doublelift roast Tyler1’s height The trio played League together on November 17 when the infamous “Short Tyler1” meme came up. Tyler said of the picture: “Bad camera angle. Bad lighting. They had her standing on a box. AND, photoshop.” MrBeast responded, “I’m starting to pick up on the joke. So you’re not six foot five.” As Doublelift burst into laughter Tyler1 wasn’t happy, he shouted back: “I am six foot five you stupid b****. You hear me boy? I AM six foot five. I’ve been measured on stream several times.” As Tyler exited the room, MrBeast said to Doublelift: “I’ve just never seen someone six foot five have to prove they’re six foot five.” Double replied: “Yeah, usually people who are six foot five aren’t constantly bringing it up. I gotta say, last time I saw Tyler IRL, I casted a shadow over him. It was humiliating.” The iconic meme of Tyler1 being towered over comes from TwitchCon 2018, when Tyler was on stage with Riot employee Mel Capperino-Garcia, who said she was six feet tall with heels on. Sadly for Tyler1, who reports being six foot five, the famous meme proves his claim otherwise.

  • MrBeast hits back at criticism over viral video curing blindness – Dexerto

MrBeast hits back at criticism over viral video curing blindness YouTube: FLAGRANTYouTube star MrBeast is hitting back at his critics after receiving blowback for curing blindness for 1,000 people in a viral video. Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is the most subscribed content creator on YouTube, successfully beating out PewDiePie’s years-long record in 2022. Donaldson’s videos almost always achieve viral status and usually involve some sort of high-stakes challenge, expensive project, or extremely charitable act. His latest act of kindness saw the YouTuber foot the bill for life-changing cataract removal surgery for 1,000 blind people around the world. Throughout the video, MrBeast gave away large amounts of cash (and, of course, Teslas) to strangers, and even made a $100,000 donation to the cause. The video racked up over 49 million views just days after being uploaded — but quite a few viewers were critical of his philanthropic project, taking issue with the creator for not calling out the injustices of the US healthcare system in the upload. A notable post on Twitter even called MrBeast’s video “demonic,” while others labeled it “charity p*rn” and accused him of using people experiencing blindness to get views. Even Twitch streamer Hasan seemed a bit off-put by the video, saying he was “deeply frustrated” by the United States’ healthcare problems, noting that the people in MrBeast’s video had to rely on a rich person to pay for their life-altering surgery but couldn’t afford it. According to a study from the National Library of Medicine, Small Incision Manual Cataract Surgery costs hospitals less than $16 for materials. However, the average price of cataract surgery in the US can range anywhere from $1,600 to $2,600 — a huge amount in comparison to the cost of materials. MrBeast addresses healthcare issues after blindness surgery criticism A day after the discourse surrounding his video went viral, MrBeast appeared to address the issue in a Tweet, asking why the government doesn’t pay for such surgeries. “I don’t understand why curable blindness is a thing,” he wrote. “Why don’t governments step in and help? Even if you’re thinking purely from a financial standpoint it’s hard to see how they don’t ROI on taxes from people being able to work again.” That’s not all; a little while later, MrBeast admitted that he was surprised his video performed so well, noting that it’s gained 50 million views in just two days. It wasn’t long before the YouTuber posted a tweet directly calling out his critics. “Twitter – Rich people should help others with their money,” he wrote. “Me – Okay, I’ll use my money to help people and I promise to give away all my money before I die. Every single penny. Twitter – MrBeast bad. Several other high-profile creators responded in support of MrBeast, with names like KSI saying, “Twitter is just full of sad, stupid people.” MrBeast polls fans on US Presidency campaign after blindness video criticism MrBeast had a lot to say the day after his video took the net by storm. He even posted a poll asking users they’d vote for him if he ran for President – and thus far, the majority voted “yes.” This isn’t the first time MrBeast has raised the possibility of a Presidential campaign. In fact, he’s considered it a few times in the past, most recently saying he’d be open to running once he hits 40 years old. “I wanna try to make a ton of money and then just give it all away right before I announce my campaign,” he said in a 2022 interview. “Imagine I have 10 billion dollars and I just give it all away, and I’m just like, ‘I can’t be bought.’ I had it all. Give it all away. That’s pretty powerful.” “And then, instead of giving in to lobbyists or agendas, I just like, do whatever’s good for the American people. Sounds like it’d be a good idea.”

  • MrBeast agrees to sponsorship deal with NBA team – Dexerto

MrBeast agrees to sponsorship deal with NBA team Charlotte HornetsThe Charlotte Hornets announced a jersey-patch partnership with MrBeast for the upcoming 2023/24 NBA season. MrBeast dips his toes in almost every form of content creation, including sports. In September, the YouTube star competed in the Sidemen Charity Match. Rumors also pointed toward a potential boxing match as MrBeast trained with Logan Paul. As the most-subscribed YouTuber with over 186 million subscribers on the platform, there aren’t many ventures out of the realm of possibility for him to explore further in sports. This especially holds true considering a new Forbes report revealed the entrepreneur is more than doubling his competitor’s annual income. Between June 2022 and June 2023, Forbes estimated the popular YouTuber made a whopping $82 million in gross earnings. MrBeast used that financial boost to embark on a new ambitious sports venture. Hornets launch jersey-patch deal with MrBeast On September 2, ESPN reported: “The Charlotte Hornets are launching a jersey-patch partnership with YouTube and social media sensation MrBeast, a novel entrée between an influencer and an NBA franchise.” MrBeast’s chocolate brand Feastables logo will feature on the Hornet’s uniforms and media backdrops for news conferences. It’s important to note the press release did not mention wearing the logo during official games. The move hits close to home, as the YouTuber is a native of Greenville, North Carolina, where he reportedly purchased a whole neighborhood’s worth of properties for his staff to live in. Charlotte starts its season on October 10 against the Miami Heat. It remains to be seen if the jersey will be available to purchase with the Feastables logo. Fans can keep an eye on that by checking the NBA Store website. For all of the latest, make sure to check out the rest of our MrBeast coverage.

  • MrBeast accused of bullying by former employees – Dexerto

MrBeast accused of bullying by former employees YouTube: MrBeastJimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is a huge YouTube star, best known for his charitable giveaways and over-the-top challenge videos — but his popularity is being contested by accusations from his former employees. MrBeast is one of the first to come to mind for many YouTube viewers when considering the site’s most popular content creators. Having enjoyed recent success with his very own restaurant chain, MrBeast Burger, it seems that Donaldson is truly on top of the world. However, claims from his critics and former editors are threatening to darken his otherwise pristine image. The YouTuber has come under fire as of late after viewers took issue with some of his older content, in which the star uses homophobic slurs. A recent report from the New York Times’ Taylor Lorenz contains interviews with some of Donaldson’s past editors, who claim that they were bullied by the YouTube star while they were under his employment. 22-year old Nate Anderson, who edited for MrBeast in March 2018, quit after just a week of work, claiming that Donaldson was a “perfectionist” who made “unreasonable demands.” “Nothing ever worked for him,” Anderson stated. “He always wanted it a certain way.” Anderson made further claims about the situation in a now-deleted YouTube video, in which he said that he’d allegedly received death threats and hateful comments from MrBeast’s fanbase as a result of his assertions. Anderson isn’t the first to have spoken out about a toxic work environment while editing for MrBeast; in October 2019, former editor Matt “Turnur” Turner made a series of similar claims against the YouTuber, many of which have since been scrubbed from social media — one of which accused the influencer of using a slur against him meant to insult those with mental disabilities. While MrBeast has yet to respond to these latest accusations, the star purportedly got on a phone call with Drama Alert’s KEEMSTAR to discuss Turner’s claims in 2019, allegedly stating that he’d given the editor a $10,000 severance payment and had even helped him nab another job at SoaR Gaming. For now, fans are lying in wait for MrBeast to address the newest claims against him in the aftermath of names like Karl Jacobs and Disguised Toast being called out for their own past content.

  • MrBeast accused of “editing out” Rosanna Pansino after placing in Creator Games 3 – Dexerto

MrBeast accused of “editing out” Rosanna Pansino after placing in Creator Games 3 YouTube: MrBeast / Instagram: rosannapansinoRosanna Pansino has slammed MrBeast, accusing him of lying about who placed in the top three of his hide-and-seek challenge in Creator Games 3. Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson may be the biggest YouTuber on the platform, but that doesn’t make him immune to controversy. Known for giving away massive amounts of cash and hosting extravagant challenges, MrBeast is now being accused of editing his content to present a false narrative. Rosanna Pansino, who boasts over 14.5 million subscribers on YouTube, took to Twitter to slam MrBeast after she competed in one of his videos, Creator Games 3. And according to Pansino, her placement in the game was completely edited out. Having already competed in multiple challenges orchestrated by MrBeast, it was the Creator Games 3 competition that seemingly pushed Pasino to ‘find’ her “voice.” Pansino stated she had decided to “start standing up for [herself]” after being “fed up” with people treating her “poorly in private for many years.” “When the video was released I was shocked, disappointed, and felt hurt. MrBeast (Jimmy) had edited the video to make me look like I performed worse than I did,” Pansino said. “This was extra upsetting because I genuinely believed him when he said that his videos are ‘authentic and real’.” The top three shown in MrBeast’s video were ‘Zach King’, Logan Paul, and ‘Larray’, however, according to Pansino, this is not true. “The final [three] people were actually Zach, Quackity, and myself,” Pansino said. “This is what actually happened. Despite Jimmy editing out the only female in the top [three], I was proud of what I achieved.” While MrBeast has yet to respond to these accusations, many have flocked to show their support for Pansino. “I’m very happy and proud that you are speaking out,” one person said. Another shared a similar sentiment, writing “You’ve worked so hard throughout your career, on and off of YouTube, and you deserve to be respected for that and your unwavering kindness.” Others were baffled by MrBeast’s alleged actions; “What did he think was going to happen? Like what was his plan here? That you’d just take this [lying] down?” We’ll be sure to keep you updated as the story progresses. • Mr Beast’s #TeamSeas raises mind-blowing amount after less than a week – Dexerto

Mr Beast’s #TeamSeas raises mind-blowing amount after less than a week Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is looking to help the world again with the #TeamSeas campaign, and in just three days the YouTube sensation has raised over $6M to clean up the oceans with the help of the internet. For those familiar with MrBeast, you may remember the YouTuber’s ambitious goal in the fall of 2019, where he set out to raise $20M to plant 20M trees by the end of the year. The internet completely smashed the goal out of the park – with the fundraiser still even receiving generous donations every day. Well, MrBeast is looking to do some more good and topple his last fundraiser, once again teaming up with the world’s biggest creators in a bid to raise $30M to remove 30M pounds of trash from our oceans with the #TeamSeas initiative. In just three days since the launch of Team Seas, the internet has exceeded expectations. So far, over $6.6M has been raised, achieving more than 20% of the campaign’s goal, with plenty of time left until the end date of January 1st. The highest donation yet is $1M from The Bikoff Foundation, where they matched all donations up to $1M on October 30. Of course, the internet jumped at the opportunity and made sure the foundation paid up as much as it could. Other donators include YouTube themselves with $400,000, as well as a fair share of content creators like PrestonPlayz & Brianna, Milad Mirg, and musician Alan Walker. YOU GUYS ARE CRUSHING IThttps://t.co/SbN0Hkynwb pic.twitter.com/pJJkNm4lo7 — MrBeast (@MrBeast) October 31, 2021 All donations to Team Seas will go directly to two non-profit organizations, Ocean Conservancy and The Ocean Cleanup. The money will go towards volunteer clean-ups and the same robots that were featured in Mark Rober’s video that picks up trash flowing down rivers to stop the problem. With such a strong showing of support in Team Seas’ early days, it seems like the campaign will smash the goal of $30m with relative ease.

  • Mr Beast’s new charity ‘Beast Philanthropy’ is already making a huge difference for people in need – Dexerto

Mr Beast’s new charity ‘Beast Philanthropy’ is already making a huge difference for people in need YouTube: Beast PhilanthropyInternet star Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson is taking his charitable side to the next level with his brand-new YouTube channel, Beast Philanthropy, which is already making a huge difference in five of his local communities. Mr Beast may be one of the biggest content creators out there, but he’s not big on showing off his new Teslas or bragging about lining his own pockets. Instead, this influencer is all about making a difference in the lives of people in need, and has uploaded a slew of videos as a testament to this fact. Who could forget his “free car dealership” and his “free bank,” where he literally gave cash to needy people in his community? (Or that time he helped plant 20 million trees before 2020?) While Mr Beast has been itching to start a food bank for some time now, it seems that he’s finally started the project with the help of his new YouTube channel, Beast Philanthropy, which he advertised in a Tweet on June 27. I just uploaded an update video about my charity! So far Beast Philanthropy has gotten hundreds of thousands of meals into the hands of people that need it the most. Watch this to help us feed people! 🙂https://t.co/rSwXV32S1Q — MrBeast (@MrBeast) July 27, 2021 The channel already boasts 5 videos, which have helped sustain his charity — a project he admitted wasn’t feasible without regular income, and is now funded by viewers of the new channel. Mr Beast explained that 100% of the earnings from Beast Philanthropy will go to his charity by the same name. So far, Mr Beast and co. have given away over 550 million pounds of food and have been able to feed five communities “every single month.” They’ve also given a huge helping hand to local food banks and charities that were petering out of business, so they can continue to serve their communities. “We are literally putting over 100,000 pounds of food into the hands of people who need it the most,” Donaldson said of his charity. As for the most impressive part about Mr Beast’s new project? This was just what they were able to accomplish in the month of June, alone. With over 4.7 million subscribers already, there’s no telling what the YouTuber will go on to do in the future — and his fans are following him every step of the way.

  • MrBeast reveals tricky tax situation after giving away millions of dollars – Dexerto

MrBeast reveals tricky tax situation after giving away millions of dollars YouTubeJimmy ‘MrBeast‘ Donaldson is known to give out large amounts of money to random people, but this comes with a toll when he files his taxes each year. If you’re a small Twitch streamer and you’ve ever seen MrBeast’s name pop up in your channel, you know you’re in for a good time. MrBeast is known for donating large sums of money to various streamers, the amounts of which can reach upwards of tens of thousands of dollars. As MrBeast has recently discovered, this creates a problem when tax time rolls around. MrBeast has a lot to deal with when it comes to taxes In a recent episode of the H3 Podcast, MrBeast was a guest and he touched on his complicated tax situation due to his constant charitable efforts. “The hard part is when I give my boys $100K to spend, who pays taxes on it?” MrBeast asks. “Them? They can’t taxes on it so I guess I have to pay taxes on it.” He brings up an interesting point about game shows requiring winners of cars or vacations to pay taxes on the prize, which he guesses leads people to not accept the prizes at all. MrBeast says he spent $500K last year on videos which will no doubt be messy when he goes to file them this year. Are MrBeast’s donations tax deductible? When asked if his videos would open him up to a tax deduction since his donations are actually expenses, MrBeast didn’t sound so sure if that was the case. “I’m pretty sure someone has to pay,” he said. “We’re going to find out.” Read More: Top 20 most subscribed YouTube channels – He also mentions that even if someone gets gifted something like a car, they will still have to pay taxes on it, despite not buying it themselves. He shared an example of buying a car for one of his friends, which also echoes back to winning a car from a game show. “I buy him a car and then it’s like pay $8,000 on this car I gave you when they don’t have $8,000,” he said. “That’s the dilemma so I have to take it upon myself.”

  • MrBeast’s former editor accuses him of faking donation amounts – Dexerto

MrBeast’s former editor accuses him of faking donation amounts Mrbeast / turnerMatt ‘Turnur’ Turner, former editor of YouTube star Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson, has released a video with more allegations about his time working for the popular content creator. MrBeast is one of the most popular YouTubers on the platform, and is known for some of his charitable videos which include giving large amounts of money away to random people, including streamers. However, it came as a shock when his now-former editor initially accused MrBeast of bullying him in a series of tweets on October 6. The pair have since gone back and forth with MrBeast responding to some of his former employee’s allegations, detailing he gave his editor severance of $10,000 and found him a new job according to a reported phone call with KEEMSTAR. Turner uploaded a new 24-minute video on October 9, detailing his full experience working for MrBeast and claiming he was taking a stance for “mistreated” editors in the community as well as mental health. The editor also claimed that MrBeast had been rounding up some of his donation totals for clickbait, highlighting one incident where the YouTube star supposedly forced Turner to re-edit a compilation video multiple times in a row to fabricate the amount he had actually donated in his videos. Discussion starts at 3:00 for mobile users “Instead of the $500,000 he wants it to hit its maybe $410,000, I’m like Jimmy clickbait is a thing you need to take into consideration” he explained, before claiming the YouTuber refused to budge, “Even if you delete the project file and make me restart, make me cut up all these clips, I can’t make this equal $500,000.” He further explained that this incident apparently led to MrBeast calling him “retarded” and forcing him to continue editing the video, “40 hours on the same video, me getting screamed at telling me I better get back in this room with no windows and after so long of editing I was like, I’m literally going to start crying.” Turner also claimed that he was constantly being reminded that he was easily replaceable, expressing how difficult he found the work environment to be while receiving little to no credit for the work that he did. Despite criticizing the work environment and pressure he was put under, he later admitted that he was not trying to take anything away from MrBeast and that he simply needed to get it off his chest, aware that he was likely to receive a lot of hate in return. As of yet, MrBeast has not yet responded to the recent allegations made by his former editor but we will be sure to keep you updated when more information becomes available. • Mr Beast’s girlfriend floored by absolutely insane Valentine’s Day gift – Dexerto

Mr Beast’s girlfriend floored by absolutely insane Valentine’s Day gift MrBeast, YouTubeYouTube star and internet philanthropist Jimmy “Mr Beast” Donaldson is known for his charitable giveaways and over-the-top content, which he took to the next level for a jaw-dropping Valentine’s Day stunt. Although the YouTuber had been notably single for his entire career, he finally unveiled his girlfriend “Maddy” in June 2019, effectively shocking the internet with his surprise relationship. However, Mr Beast had yet to feature his amore in any of his videos — that is, until Valentine’s Day 2020 rolled around. As one of YouTube’s top content creators, it comes as little surprise that Donaldson went above and beyond for Maddy’s Valentine’s Day gift, which required two entire trailers’ worth of 50,000 roses each. He wasn’t going to surprise her with the flowers outright, though: instead, Mr Beast decided to pull a heartwarming “prank” on his girlfriend, telling her that they were invited to a house party later that evening. Rather than throwing a house party, though, he instead covered the home with the 100,000 roses from floor-to-ceiling, making for a seriously impressive romantic gesture that will leave just about anyone feeling shown up. That’s not all: Mr Beast even hired a professional florist for further flair, who arranged a series of petals in the shape of ‘The Mandalorian’s’ baby Yoda. The YouTuber even filmed a short Q & A segment about his relationship, where he revealed that he and Maddy met through Twitter and have been dating for eight months. It looks like they’ll be together for quite some time, considering her reaction to his incredible surprise. “This is the best Valentine’s Day gift ever,” she said, embracing him in a tight hug after touring the petal-strewn house. Of course, Mr Beast is also known for his environmental exploits, and wouldn’t let the roses go to waste. Instead, he partnered with local farmers to dispose of the flowers, who will turn the plants into compost as fertilizer for their crops. With Valentine’s Day in full swing, this YouTuber has definitely outdone himself — although he’s unsure how he (or anyone else, for that matter) can top his latest romantic stunt for next year.

  • Mr Beast’s $100K subscriber challenge ends in surprise marriage proposal – Dexerto

Mr Beast’s $100K subscriber challenge ends in surprise marriage proposal YouTube: Mr BeastMr Beast is at it again – the hugely popular YouTuber giving out large sums of money and a host of expensive items in his most recent video. But as always, he throws in a catch to raise the stakes. Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson has firmly cemented his place as among the most entertaining philanthropists on YouTube. At only 22 years old he boasts a huge and dedicated subscriber base of almost 44 million. As his channel grew he was able to facilitate even more colossal prizes, recently going as far as to purchase a $700,000 island that he had friends and fans compete to win. His crazy ideas combined with his kindness have made him a smash hit on the video-sharing platform. In August he did a similar video where he gave fans ultimatums between high-value items, with one subscriber even having to choose between a Lamborghini and a new house. He also put his subscribers to different challenges, one including opening a safe to obtain their diamond and cash reward. This time Jimmy set out to challenge and reward his loyal subscribers all over again, but turned up the notch even higher. He kicked off the video with a bang by asking somebody whether they would rather have a $38,000 dollar diamond or a cheque with an unknown amount of money. The fan took the diamond to be safe, only to find out that he’d missed out on a further $62,000. Still, he was delighted with the ring as $38,000 is certainly not something to scoff at. From then on, every challenge Jimmy threw at the participants was varying levels of insane. People were hacking at ice with a pickaxe, stacking solo cups on the ground, and guessing how many jellybeans there are in a jar with one million dollars at stake (naturally a near-impossible task.) In a super sweet turn of events, Jimmy challenged one couple to get the same answers to three questions about their love life correct with a sizey prize pool at stake. The final question was “will you marry me?” and the pair left newly engaged and $15,000 richer. The best thing about Mr Beasts’s content is knowing that the next huge act of generosity will be right around the corner, so subscribers will be waiting in hope that next time they’ll have a shot at winning something.

  • Mr Beast’s $700,000 private island challenge ends in dramatic fashion – Dexerto

Mr Beast’s $700,000 private island challenge ends in dramatic fashion YouTube: Mr BeastYouTuber star Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson gave away his $700,000 private island just days after buying it, by putting ten contestants through a series of challenges. In the end, it came down to a dramatic conclusion between two. As his channel has exploded in popularity, Mr Beast has become synonymous with giving away ridiculous amounts of money or prizes to his friends, fans, and random strangers. In the past, he’s given away a cool $1,000,000 to whoever could hold onto a glass case the longest, dropped thousands upon thousands in random Twitch donations, and even challenged his friends to repeatedly ride rollercoasters for cash. Back on August 13, though, the YouTuber revealed perhaps his craziest prize yet. He had struck it rich after buying $1,000,000 worth of scratch cards and spent his winnings on a private island. After giving fans a tour of his island, which is the size of four football fields, he revealed that he wasn’t going to hold on to it for too long. Instead of flipping it and making a quick profit, the insanely popular YouTuber decided to put 10 contestants through a series of challenges in the hopes of handing it off to one of them. Though, the challenges weren’t exactly excruciating to complete. They started off with coconut throwing and game of hide and seek. There was a Survivor-like vote off, as well as a treasure chest hunt. In the end though, it came down to a dramatic vote between Carl and Chandler. With the scores tied at four votes apiece, one contestant was made to draw one name out of a box to settle the contest. One of Chandler’s cards was plucked, leaving him as the winner. As you’d expect, the celebrations got pretty wild pretty quickly, seeing as Chandler had just landed himself a $700,000 windfall. Whatever happens with the island remains to be seen but we’re sure Mr Beast will give fans an update later down the line.

  • Mr Beast’s $1 million winner explains how the money changed his life – Dexerto

Mr Beast’s $1 million winner explains how the money changed his life YouTube star Jimmy “Mr Beast” Donaldson wrapped-up his viral $1 million dollar challenge series with a gripping twist, changing the final winner’s life in a major way that left him emotionally shaken. In a thrilling conclusion, contestant Mark ended up bagging the big money after his fellow contestants suffered knee spasms and accidental slip-ups that caused them to forfeit the challenge of being the last to keep their hands on the $1 million. However, that wasn’t Mark’s last challenge — the winner was also tasked with spending the cash in a single, 24-hour period (nothing new to longtime fans of Mr Beast). While anyone would get a thrill out of a $1 million shopping spree, Mark made sure to show Mr Beast and crew exactly how much the cash would change his life, after the squad made a visit to his family home. Mark gave the film crew a tour of his house, showing that he shared the small abode with a second family and that his cousin was currently sleeping on a popped air mattress. That’s not all: Mark’s 2001 Toyota Camry even sported significant damage around the front left bumper — a condition that Mark claimed he’d bought the vehicle in for a $600 price tag. “Can I just say that I’m super glad you won the million dollars?” Mr Beast asked. “I really am. The more you show us around, the more I’m like, thank god you won the million dollars.” Luckily for Mark, he was able to score both a new car and a brand-new home, which his realtor priced at $165k. “You guys really don’t know, like, where I came from,” Mark admitted. “I’m so grateful for everything that the Mr Beast crew has done for me. A week ago, I only had $5 in my bank account. I didn’t have nothing. I couldn’t feed my wife, I couldn’t feed my sister. But now I’m able to provide for my family, so this is a really, really good experience for me.” After setting aside $340k for taxes, it seems that Mark is set for the future — a future that Mr Beast and crew helped improve for a person in need.

  • Mr Beast tested ultimate survival skills for latest $10,000 giveaway – Dexerto

Mr Beast tested ultimate survival skills for latest $10,000 giveaway Instagram: mrbeast / Unsplash: Pepi StojanovskiYouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast‘ Donaldson has taken his friends back a few years to their boy scouts days, but with a twist. In true MrBeast fashion, he put $10,000 on the line for whoever could earn the most badges. MrBeast’s entire come-up has been based around his generosity, giving away literally millions of dollars to friends and strangers alike. As such, it’s no surprise to see him continue the trend and find new ways to share his good fortune with his friends, and this series of boy scout challenges seems like one of the most inventive ways to do it. MrBeast starts off by laying out the rules, which are fairly simple: all four of his cohorts will complete a list of challenges, including fire-starting, rock climbing, and archery among other things, and earn a badge for each challenge they complete. There was a total of 12 badges up for grabs, and each participant took it in turns to try and earn each one. Beast even had a real boy scout, ten years old, on the sidelines ready to help out and offer help when it was needed. Of course, it wouldn’t be a MrBeast video without a couple of curveballs thrown in there, and there were challenges such as the “basketball challenge” and the “Sunkist challenge,” which saw players have to drive back to a park they were at to collect MrBeast’s bottle of soda. Obviously, at some point MrBeast decided to up the stakes, doubling the prize money to a mouth-watering $20,000 to entice his friends to try that little bit harder. By the end of the day, there was a three-way tie with each contestant having 10 badges each, so Donaldson had to go back to the drawing board to figure out how best to crown a winner. The answer, it would appear, was fairly simple: just go back to the first task and get contestants to start a fire again. With Chris getting his fire going first – using one of his socks to help – he took home the $20,000 and left the others empty-handed. The money, MrBeast said, could be used to “care for his unborn child,” a thoughtful gesture and a figure that would go pretty far to cover the costs of bringing a baby into the world. You would think that MrBeast is running out of ideas by now, but he keeps managing to find ways to give money away that are new and original – and that might be exactly the kind of friend we all need.

  • Mr Beast warns of fake YouTube adverts scamming his fans – Dexerto

Mr Beast warns of fake YouTube adverts scamming his fans Twitter: Mr Beast/ YouTube: Mr BeastPopular YouTuber and philanthropist Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson has warned his fans of a fake YouTube advert that is scamming people out of tens of thousands of dollars. Mr Beast has more than 39 million subscribers on his YouTube channel thanks to his YouTube videos that mainly see him handing out money to his friends and strangers if they can complete a series of challenges. Since the YouTuber is known for his philanthropy, it’s not surprising that fans believe that Mr Beast himself is giving away free cash, but not this time. He tweeted: “If you see this ad, it’s not me. I’ve been getting tons of tweets about it and it’s a scam. I will ONLY mention giveaways on my verified accounts. If it’s not verified, it’s not me.” He added: “Beastcards or whoever the hell you are, stop scamming my fans or I will walk into a lawyers office, hand him $100,000 and say figure out some way to sue this crap company. Idk how legal stuff works but I’ll throw every dollar I have at it.” If you see this ad, it’s not me. I’ve been getting tons of tweets about it and it’s a scam :/ I will ONLY mention giveaways on my verified accounts. If it’s not verified, it’s not me. pic.twitter.com/bPf379ITVG — MrBeast (@MrBeast) August 10, 2020 The advert in question makes it look as though the YouTuber is offering $100 PlayStation gift cards out for free, and comes from a user called “Beastcards,” a channel with no verification, description or content. User @JennyPhoenx on Twitter, in a now-deleted tweet, said that she had been scammed already by this person pretending to be Mr Beast, and had both of her bank cards compromised. She shared a screenshot within the thread which showed a conversation with the scammer who asked for $10,000. Other users have reported receiving messages on Instagram from “Social media department staff at Mr Beast giveaway 2020,” which reads: “Congratulations, for the people I followed today, you were selected as the winner” and claims to give away thousands of dollars and iPhones if you register using a link. The fake user can be reported by clicking on the flag in the top right corner when you visit the “BeastCards” channel on YouTube.

  • Mr Beast was turned down by Quibi before app went bust – Dexerto

Mr Beast was turned down by Quibi before app went bust Mr Beast/QuibiNow that the not-so-popular streaming service Quibi is shutting down after it failed to receive the stardom it once hoped to achieve, some old tweets from the manager of YouTube star Mr Beast may shine some light on a missed opportunity that may have helped it stay afloat. Over the past year or so, Quibi was thought, at least internally, to have potential to be the next big streaming service that everyone wanted to get their hands on. With large executives who used to work at Disney and big stars attached to the service, there was definitely some merit behind the idea. Several months later, the service is shutting down, according to company founder Jeffery Katzenberg. After its failure to take off, many aren’t surprised by the news and thought it was only a matter of time before it shut its doors. If some old tweets are to be believed, however, the company once had an opportunity that would have possibly made it successful. Back in June, Reed Duchscher, the CEO of Night Media and the business manager behind Mr Beast, stated that he and the company attempted to bring the aforementioned YouTuber onto Quibi in the past – but the people behind the service ended up saying no. Duchscher never expounded on this, so we’ll never know the reason why the company decided to say no to someone as popular as Mr Beast. It’s possible that they never came up with a good idea for a show centered around him, although this is pure speculation and seems rather unlikely. Regardless of the reasoning behind Quibi’s refusal, it almost certainly would have been beneficial for them. Even though the company had major stars attached to it on the outset, getting someone as popular as Mr Beast – who currently has 45 million subscribers – probably would have helped out at least a little bit. Of course, hindsight is 20/20, and they more than likely didn’t think it was worth it back then.

  • Mr Beast teases “millions” spent on upcoming YouTube videos – Dexerto

Mr Beast teases “millions” spent on upcoming YouTube videos Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson is one of the biggest names on YouTube, known for giving away generous amounts of cash and orchestrating insane challenges. But his content doesn’t come cheaply. While it comes as no surprise that giving away an entire lot of used cars and handing out literal thousands on college campuses can burn a hole in anyone’s pocket, MrBeast has teased the budget of a few of his future videos. As if spending 24 hours in the literal Bermuda Triangle wasn’t enough, the YouTuber hinted at even crazier videos to come – and how expensive these projects are. According to the YouTube philanthropist, his projects from now until the end of the year will cost literal “millions,” as stated in a series of Tweets on November 12. “We have some massive videos coming up that we’ve put months of work into,” he wrote. “Can’t wait for you guys to see this stuff. […] I’m literally spending millions of dollars on content between now and the end of the year.” I’m literally spending millions of dollars on content between now and the end of the year 😅😁 — MrBeast (@MrBeast) November 12, 2019 Compared to his previous figures, this would make MrBeast’s future projects some of his most expensive yet: the YouTuber claimed that he’d spent less last year, which led up to his current major fame on the platform. During an April episode of the H3 podcast, Donaldson claimed that he’d spent $500K on videos in 2018 alone. Of course, this also includes his stint at the 2018 Super Bowl, where he and his squad held up signs that urged viewers to “Subscribe to PewDiePie.” However, MrBeast wasn’t always one of YouTube’s biggest stars: in fact, the entertainer claimed that he used to make only a dollar a day, and reinvested every penny into making his content what it is today. “I used to make a dollar a day, so I didn’t even have a microphone,” Donaldson explained during an interview with vlogger Casey Neistat. “My mindset was just ‘reinvest everything I make’ – every time I got a paycheck, that was the month’s budget.” It seems that MrBeast’s mindset has paid off – and his upcoming videos promise to be bigger than ever before.

  • Mr Beast teases new project after reaching “insane” YouTube milestone – Dexerto

Mr Beast teases new project after reaching “insane” YouTube milestone Twitter: MrBeastJimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson seems to have some of the deepest pockets in the world, and now it looks like the YouTube star will be digging into them again for a bold new project to celebrate hitting 30 million subscribers. Last October, MrBeast called on the internet to donate for a new project, Team Trees, to celebrate his 20 million subscriber milestone. For every dollar raised, he would plant a tree. With the help of stars like Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg, Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, and even Elon Musk, it took less than a month to raise $20 million. Now, just months after the YouTube philanthropist first announced his collaboration with the Arbor Day Foundation, he’s hit another “insane” milestone—30,000,000 subscribers—and with it has come a plan for another mega-project. What could MrBeast’s next project be? After the success of Team Trees, Donaldson announced he was keen to make environmental projects “a yearly thing,” and just days before hitting his YouTube milestone he added that he wants to “change the world before [he] dies.” It looks like MrBeast may have to change his plans a little, considering how rapidly he hit his next big goal, and even he’s agreed, teasing a new, sea-based project similar to Team Trees to come sometime in the near future. “20 million subscribers was TeamTrees. 30 million subscribers, TeamSeas?” he tweeted on February 12 after hitting the YouTube milestone. While he gave no indication of how he wanted to move his efforts to a more watery focus, and did admit he “didn’t know yet,” it looks like he wants to focus on ocean pollution. “I want plastic out of the ocean,” he explained. 20 million subscribers = TeamTrees 30 million subscribers = TeamSeas? 😳🤪 pic.twitter.com/vuuFGyXI15— MrBeast (@MrBeast) February 13, 2020 MrBeast gets retrospective for his milestone While many of the celebrations around MrBeast recently have been related to his Team Trees achievements, and rightly so, the 21-year-old also took some time to look inward after his total subscriber count ticked over to 30 million. According to the content creator, the number of followers he now boasts was “mindblowing” to him, and he added that his younger self would have only dreamed of what they would go on to achieve on YouTube and in the world. “30,000,000 subscribers is insane. 13-year-old me used to dream of the life I’m living, and I swear on my life I’ll never take it for granted,” he said, before re-stating his aim to keep up with the projects. “Let’s change the world gamers.” 30,000,000 subscribers is insane. 13 year old me used to dream of the life I’m living and I swear on my life I’ll never take it for granted. Let’s change the world gamers ❤️ — MrBeast (@MrBeastYT) February 13, 2020 The internet embraces Team Seas straight away Donaldson may not have announced the exact details of the teased “Team Seas” just yet, but just like when Team Trees first started, personalities and stars from across the internet are already lining up to get involved. League of Legends and Counter-Strike organization Team Liquid joined the initial surge of support, sharing one of their brand images which had been altered to read “Team Seas,” along with pink and blue colors. Fortnite streaming star Ali ‘SypherPK’ Hassan also immediately put his hand up, suggesting the project could “clean up the oceans and save the marine ecosystem” by “getting rid of 30,000,000 pieces of waste from the ocean.” Let’s clean up the oceans and save the marine ecosystem. Get your scuba gear we’re getting rid of 30,000,000 pieces of waste from the ocean. — SypherPK (@SypherPK) February 13, 2020 While it looks like Team Seas will have a lot of support straight away, just like the $20 million fundraiser Team Trees, it may be a little bit of a wait before MrBeast actually reveals what he has planned, considering it may take time to set up. Keep your eyes peeled though. Once the charity drive goes live, just like his first celebration project, there’s every chance everyone will have the ability to get involved, and raise money for another great, and important, cause.

  • Mr Beast teases “a lot more to come” after reaching Team Trees goal – Dexerto

Mr Beast teases “a lot more to come” after reaching Team Trees goal YouTuber and philanthropist Jimmy “Mr Beast” Donaldson reached his goal of planting 20 million trees on December 19 — but his viral environmental initiative is far from over. After smashing his goal at the beginning of the month, the YouTuber returned on December 28 for an extra announcement regarding his massive undertaking. Rather than taking the credit for reaching such a prestigious goal, Mr Beast thanked every person who donated to the cause, claiming that Team Trees had grown far beyond his own brand. “I want to on the record say that I know I’ll get most of the credit for Team Trees, but I really shouldn’t,” he began. “This all started when I hit 20 million subscribers. As a joke, we were like, ‘Let’s plant 20 million trees!’ Team Trees may have started with me, but it definitely outgrew me.” The YouTuber even revealed that over 500,000 unique donators had contributed to the cause — people who he asked viewers to thank for their efforts in meeting the Team Trees goal. That’s not all: it looks like there’s more in store for Team Trees than was originally intended, with Mr Beast hinting at a yearly recurrence of the charitable project in the spirit of forest preservation. Receiving help from the likes of Tesla CEO Elon Musk and even Shopify’s Tobias Lütke, Mr Beast was able to crush his goal before 2020 arrived — a goal that started out as a mere joke, which has since expanded to become one of the most widespread positive changes in internet history.

  • Mr Beast teases chess match with grandmaster Hikaru – Dexerto

Mr Beast teases chess match with grandmaster Hikaru Youtube: MrBeast/TSMThe Beast’s Gambit? After YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson revealed his ‘addiction’ to chess, and his wish to play with other creators, esports org TSM offered the services of their chess grandmaster, Hikaru Nakamura – and it’s looking like a collaboration is on the cards. Chess has seen a big resurgence in popularity over the past year. After streamers like xQc and Forsen picked up the game early in 2020, chess.com established the Pogchamps: an amateur chess tournament. After the success of the first tournament, a second edition was completed in September. Then Netflix released ‘The Queen’s Gambit’, a miniseries about a chess protege on a quest to conquer the chess world. The cultural impact has been insane. When the series was released, the International Chess Federation found that Google searches for people wanting to learn chess quadrupled. MrBeast has already made his wish to get involved with esports abundantly clear. While chess isn’t technically an esport, the two overlap a lot nowadays, and this latest development seems like a definite step in that direction. MrBeast teases match with TSM chess grandmaster Hikaru After MrBeast tweeted out his desire to be matched up with chess content creators, TSM responded by offering the services of grandmaster, Hikaru. “Just started playing chess a few days ago, any creators want to play? I’m addicted,” MrBeast said. MrBeast then talked about his fascination with Hikaru’s work, explaining how he “watch[es] all his videos.” TSM looked to seal the deal, and replied: “Let’s make it happen.” A chess matchup between MrBeast and Hikaru, or even some sort of tutorial, would be an exciting piece of prospective chess content. Hikaru seems keen to capitalize on the current hype around chess. After the success of the first two Pogchamps, Hikaru tweeted his desire for the third edition of PogChamps to be created. He’s already had responses from big names, with Fnatic League coach YamatoCannon and StarCraft commentator Artosis willing to get involved. If Hikaru’s bid to put together a new tournament comes to a head, perhaps we’ll be seeing MrBeast lining up as one of the competitors.

  • Mr Beast targets new retweet record with massive Christmas giveaway – Dexerto

Mr Beast targets new retweet record with massive Christmas giveaway MrBeastWhat do you get when you combine MrBeast, Twitter and Christmas? The answer is a potential new retweet record, as the YouTuber offered to dish out $10,000 each to five lucky retweeters. The tweet has unsurprisingly exploded. YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is best known for conjuring up crazy initiatives with the idea of helping make people’s lives better. This Christmas, he’s done everything from opening up his own burger chain to relaunching his “Finger on the App” challenge with a $100k prize – all in the name of charity. This latest giveaway is a bit more simple, and isn’t the first time he’s done a giveaway like it, either. Back in May 2019, to celebrate his birthday, he offered a $10,000 prize to a lucky retweeter, and the tweet blew up. Prior to this latest giveaway, it has over 1.1million retweets, and was easily his most popular. It’s currently sat snugly in the top 20 most-retweeted tweets ever. I’m going give someone random who retweets this tweet $10,000 because it’s my birthday and I feel like being nice ☺️ (you have to be following me so I can dm you the code if you win) — MrBeast (@MrBeast) May 7, 2019 In fact, it got so popular he ended up adding a secondary prize, as bonus cash prizes of $1,000 were sent to ten other retweeters as a “runner-up” prize in the competition. However, it’s looking like this latest giveaway, where he’s giving five random retweeters $10,000 each, has blown his 2019 one out the water. At the time of writing, it’s not quite hit the 1.1m mark I’m going to give 5 people that retweet this tweet $10,000 each to celebrate Christmas! (Make sure you follow me so I can dm you if you win!). I will show proof! — MrBeast (@MrBeast) December 25, 2020 He’s got a way to go if he’s to beat the most-retweeted tweet of all-time, though. Japanese billionaire Yusaka Maezawa offered to give away 100 lots of 1million yen ($9661.84) back in January 2019. He clocked in well over 4million retweets, so MrBeast still has some ground to catch up. To crack the top ten, he’ll need to outdo this tweet by Spaniard elrubius, who offered to give away free lemonade to retweeters. That sits at just over 1.5m retweets, which feels much more achievable. Either way, the competition’s still got plenty of time left to run. If word spreads well enough, we could be seeing MrBeast smashing all kinds of records.

  • Mr Beast survives being “tortured” in solitary confinement for two days – Dexerto

Mr Beast survives being “tortured” in solitary confinement for two days YouTube: MrBeastPopular YouTuber Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson spent over 50 hours locked up for his May 30 upload. The philanthropist had to endure torture from his friends, including a prank featuring an actor from Drake & Josh. Mr Beast was the breakout star of YouTube in 2019, gaining millions of subscribers to his channel. The personality’s insane money challenges, and incredibly generous giveaways made him a hit on the platform. However during his latest episode, the star found himself being tested emotionally through isolation. Locked in a room for days, the content creator’s friends hilariously tried to make him break and leave the experiment early. Mr Beast survives insane isolation challenge Instead of a typical solitary confinement, Mr Beast added an extra layer to the challenge by allowing his friends to harass him during his lockup. “I’m going to spend 50 hours alone. If I leave early, I have to get slimed. But if I survive, then the boys have to get slimed,” he explained. Immediately, his friends began to scream into a microphone, and blast sounds nonstop, which already had the star on edge. “After listening to this iPhone alarm on repeat for over an hour, I realized this was going to be a lot harder than I thought. I’m kind of going crazy,” he said. Hilariously, Mr Beast realized he could stop the sound by using his camera tripod to knock the speakers off that were mounted in his room. However, after his crew realized what he had done, they punched a hole through the ceiling to dangle down a new set. 32 hours in, they played a video featuring actor Drake Bell from the Nickelodeon show Drake & Josh. “I hope you succeed in your challenge, but Carl wants me to say you should really leave your room,” he said. The clip ended up backfiring as it only encouraged him further. (Topic starts at 0:58.) The YouTuber ended up resisting his friends’ frenzied attempts to make him break. He even turned down an opportunity to leave the room with his girlfriend. In the end, he was able to succeed and win the challenge – despite the ridiculous torture. Impressively, the star ended up lasting a total of 51 hours in the white padded cell. He stayed an extra 60 minutes after worrying that his crew had messed with the clock as last ditch effort to make him lose on a technicality. While most of his videos in the last year have been incredible money giveaways and charities, Mr Beast has made a name for himself on YouTube with his over-the-top challenges that have his friends competing for insane prizes. The personality has become a huge hit with his content, and has amassed over 35 million subscribers to his channel at the time of writing. Each of his uploads pulls in millions of views, making him one of the most watched on the platform.

  • Mr Beast takes over abandoned amusement park for $70K hide-and-seek – Dexerto

Mr Beast takes over abandoned amusement park for $70K hide-and-seek Mr Beast, YouTubeJimmy “Mr Beast” Donaldson has returned with another epic hide-and-seek challenge for his buddies — but this time, he turned things up a notch by taking over an entire abandoned theme park. Mr Beast is hailed as the internet’s philanthropist, known for giving out huge amounts of cash in creative ways with unique challenges. From forcing his friends to stand in a small circle to taking them on crazy obstacle courses in high-priced luxury cars, Mr Beast has done it all — but nothing tops his latest game of high-stakes hide-and-seek. While the YouTuber has undertaken such a project before, this time, he used an entire run-down theme park for the challenge, which he tasked ten other content creators to hide in for a $70,000 cash prize. With each contestant boasting their own face cam and walkie-talkies, their game was something hauntingly akin to the Hunger Games — especially when Mr Beast turned up the stakes with a crazy addition. After tracking down three competitors, Mr Beast announced to the remaining players that he’d placed an alarm in each of their backpacks, which could not be turned off. This new addition, alongside forcing them out of an entire area of the park, turned an already challenging situation even more desperate as Mr Beast and friend Chris turned the haunting theme park upside down. That’s not all: Donaldson even made the defeated players vote to close down yet another area of the park and allowed them to help search for the remaining hiders, giving them some sort of revenge on their opposition and upping the stakes even further. After a long stint of looking under old arcade cabinets, behind stage curtains, and even in attics, Mr Beast and crew awarded their victor, having reached a two-hour long stalemate with their final two hiders. Thomas ended up being the last man standing, taking home the coveted $70k prize due to his stellar hiding skills and closing another chapter of Mr Beast’s most terrifying game of hide-and-seek yet. Considering the craziness of this game, there’s no telling what he’ll pull for another challenge in the future.

  • Mr Beast struggles through ridiculous 24-hour ice house challenge – Dexerto

Mr Beast struggles through ridiculous 24-hour ice house challenge YouTube: Mr BeastJimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson is no stranger to over the top challenges but his latest video was one of the most difficult he’s ever filmed, as he struggled to endure 24 hours in a house made completely of ice. [jwplayer smynPnSq] While Mr Beast loves to giveaway crazy prizes to competitors, friends, and even just strangers on the street, he also loves a good challenge. From 24 hours in a prison to surviving on a deserted island, the popular YouTuber has done just about everything. Looking to push the boundaries even further, his latest task was to endure the freezing cold for a full day. It wasn’t just a cold room with the air conditioning cranked, it was an entire house made of ice. Brick by brick the structure fully was completely encased in ice to keep Mr Beast as cold as possible. Everything from the chairs to the toilet was also frozen solid. Mere hours into the attempt it had quickly become “one of the harder challenges [he’s] ever done.” So what was the motive to remain in the ice house? If Mr Beast survived all 24 hours, his closest friends would have to cover themselves “in syrup and feathers” in public. On the other hand, if he left early, the same punishment would be applied. After a few hours of pacing back and forth to keep his body active, he bargained for a pair of gloves. A nearby crew member handed them over and agreed to a $10,000 deal to be Mr Beast’s “spy” throughout the challenge. This was certainly one of the more unique challenges on the channel as the gimmick never let up. Mr Beast was even forced to eat a stack of pancakes with a fork made entirely of ice. At the 12 hour mark, he conceded that “it was brutal.” “Literally the coldest I’ve ever been in my entire life,” he said after the fact. “I was miserable.” Despite the odds being stacked against him and his friends trying to make the challenge even harder, he pushed through to the very end. Days after revealing his most expensive video ever, it turns out this rather simple challenge was quite costly as well. “This video cost me around $300,000 to make. For the price that it cost me to build an ice house, I could have bought a real house.”

  • Mr Beast stuns YouTube sub with insane 40 car giveaway challenge – Dexerto

Mr Beast stuns YouTube sub with insane 40 car giveaway challenge YouTube: MrBeastYouTube star Mr Beast has taken his generosity to the next level as he hit the amazing milestone of 40 million subscribers, giving the 40 millionth fan a whole 40 cars to thank him for joining the community. If there’s anyone who knows how to shock people with wildly valuable prizes, it’s Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson. Since he started YouTube at just 13 years old in 2012, he has amassed a huge fan base, and as revenue began to pour in, he was able to facilitate progressively more expensive and ridiculous prizes. In recent months he has given away anything from a $10,000 dollar Taco Bell gift card, to an actual $700,000 island, so there’s nothing that’s out of the realms of opportunity for this young creator. In an August 20 video, Jimmy even asked a subscriber to choose between a Lamborghini and a house as a gift. But that pales in comparison to the whopping 40 cars Jimmy purchased to celebrate his latest YouTube milestone. He messaged the lucky subscriber, Luke, telling them he had a surprise for him but gave no other details away. After a ten-hour journey to reach Luke, they blindfolded him and loaded all the cars onto his lawn, before delivering him a challenge. If he could give away all 40 cars in under 24 hours, he would win a stunning custom wrapped Tesla commemorating 40 million subs. Luke was handing out cars left right and centre, to family members, friends, food delivery drivers, and even random strangers at Walmart. The final nine cars were wrapped under a cloth, so the people picking them had no idea what was underneath, making the final leg of the challenge just that bit harder. After finally managing to offload all the cars, even the ones that didn’t run, or with a crazy design on the exterior, Luke was finally awarded his custom wrapped Tesla. If this is what Jimmy has pulled out of the bag for his 40 million subscriber milestone, there’s no doubt that his 50 million subscriber event will up the ante even more. And with the growth of his channel looking like it won’t slow down any time soon, it seems that the next milestone could be closer than anticipated.

  • Mr Beast spent $100,000 on lottery tickets with a predictable outcome – Dexerto

Mr Beast spent $100,000 on lottery tickets with a predictable outcome YouTube star Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson splashed the cash once again in his October 31 video, spending $100,000 on lottery tickets to find out how much he would make from his investment in prize money. Mr Beast is well-known for taking on crazy challenges, and grabbed his friends Chris and Chandler to take part in his latest experiment, which saw him spend $100,000 on lottery tickets. The tickets were split in half between Chris and Chandler, with whoever won the most money from their share of the tickets walking away with the amount they won. While the boys did win money, unsurprisingly, it wasn’t as successful as either of them had hoped. The pair sat down in different rooms with screens behind them showing their totals, and despite some antics from Mr Beast to try and give Chris some bad luck, including making him scan his tickets under a ladder and putting up drawings of black cats, he romped to victory over a dejected Chandler. In the end, Chris won a total of $35,630 from his share of the tickets, beating Chandler by $5,000, who had only managed to win $30,650, leaving Chris to take home his winnings, despite the overall loss. From Mr Beast’s $100,000 tickets, the pair won a combined $66,000 from the scratch-off lottery tickets, meaning the American actually lost money in the end, with $34,000 going down the drain in losing tickets. Even though he won, Chris graciously handed off a handful of his winning tickets to Chandler, meaning neither man left empty-handed. It’s not just his friends who are receiving money from the 21-year-old, as Mr Beast is currently raising money to plant 20 million trees in an effort to make a difference in the fight against climate change. His drive so far has been a big success, with Elon Musk, Felix ‘pewdiepie’ Kjellberg, and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey all donating to the cause, with the drive currently sitting at 11 million trees planted on Friday, November 1.

Mr Beast starting whole new YouTube channel for huge food bank project Instagram: mrbeastYouTube’s favorite young philanthropist Mr Beast has announced that he has secured a warehouse for a brand new YouTube channel where 100% of the proceeds from ad revenue, merch, and brand deals will go to charity. Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson has made waves in theYouTube world with his large scale and often ridiculously high budget videos, each racking up view counts in the tens of millions. While his content is very lighthearted, focusing on giving back to his online community with enormous prizes such as the likes of houses or Lamborghinis, he is also a keen giver to charity. The 22-year-old has used money gained from his huge internet presence to make crazy videos like giving $100,000 to a homeless man, presents to children’s hospitals, and a whopping $1 million worth of food to food banks. While it would seem that Jimmy has already gone more than the extra mile for people in need, he isn’t planning on stopping anytime soon, and has announced plans for his biggest charity project to date. In an October 14 tweet, Mr Beast announced his newest project, saying he “finally worked out all the legal stuff and now we are securing/up fitting a warehouse for the food bank!” He revealed that the warehouse is for a brand new YouTube channel where all proceeds are put towards charitable causes such as his food bank. “I’m dying to start up the new channel where 100% of all ad rev, merch, and brand deals will go towards running the food bank! I want to see how big we can grow this.” Let’s make it where people don’t have to choose between paying rent or eating food. — MrBeast (@MrBeast) October 14, 2020 What might seem like an impossibly big project for many is certainly not to Jimmy, as we have seen in the past with his incredible dedication to Team Trees, where he united with his fan base to raise the money to plant 20 million trees in order to help the environment. There’s no doubt that this brand new channel will be a success, and fans are eagerly awaiting the new project to see ways in which they are able to help the YouTube mogul use his popularity for good.

  • Mr Beast shocked after staying the night in luxurious underground bunker – Dexerto

Mr Beast shocked after staying the night in luxurious underground bunker Mr Beast YouTubeMr Beast was floored after exploring a massive Doomsday bunker with over a dozen floors, making their 24-hour challenge something to look forward to. Typically underground safe houses conjure images of canned foods and a single bed within small reinforced rooms. But the concrete shelter that Mr Beast and his friends went to was something much more luxurious and infinitely more effective at warding away the end of the world. The 14-level safe haven that the YouTuber visited used to be a missile silo and has everything one would need to pass the time if a Doomsday scenario was threatening the globe. Complete with a library, a study, a pool, a gym, needless to say, life in this concrete tube wouldn’t take long to get used to. “To be honest, I completely forgot I was 11 stories deep underground,” Mr Beast said. “This feels like a normal house.” Their exploration even revealed a self-sustaining food supply that grows vegetables and fish, in case a prolonged stay in the silo should be needed. But as far as high-end, upscale bunkers go, that was hardly the most impressive feature packed into the enclosure. Equipped with a furnished home movie theater and lavish pool, residents of the bunker would have a hard time missing the outside world with how many amenities inside of the structure. The gang of YouTubers proved that by splitting up among the different levels. While Mr Beast went to read a book, his friends Chandler and Chris went to the local game room and gym. It didn’t look like the trio were suffering from lack of things to do as they were enjoying the bunker’s ping pong table, rock-climbing wall, punching bags, and more. The condos in the underground bunker cost about $2.5 million each and can house up to 10 people. Going through a full day inside of the former missile silo, Mr Beast was able to easily see how the shelter could provide comfortable living even with all of those people stuck underground.

As you can expect, with Mr Beast giving viewers the chance to build anything they want, there were a few impressive and hilarious builds. Some fans decided to show off their creative side by building new homes and PCs, while others built cars and Pepsi cans. One fan even asked for his college tuition to be played, but it was a three PC setup from FireLotus200 that got Mr Beast intrigued. The viewer noted that it wasn’t three PCs and monitors for himself, but also for his friends. As Mr Beast and his fellow judges gave the impressive build a score of 29/30, FireLotus came out on top but the YouTuber wasn’t finished handing out prizes there. His fellow judges were also impressed by a build of the Ultimate Collector Series Millennium Falcon LEGO set. So, after another viewer won a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors, they also got what they wanted. The popular YouTuber is sure to be back with more Minecraft tasks in the future, but what will be up for grabs there, remains to be seen. • Mr Beast reveals “terrifying” cost to keep making YouTube videos – Dexerto

Mr Beast reveals “terrifying” cost to keep making YouTube videos YouTube: AnthonyPadilla[jwplayer h3XPfMqQ]In an interview with Anthony Padilla, Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson explained why the insane amount of money he spends on videos is starting to become scary. The young philanthropist told the Smosh creator that he’s dropped over $3 million dollars on his content for August. In many ways, YouTube in 2019 could be defined by the rise of Mr Beast. The 22-year-old exploded in popularity on the platform after captivating audiences with his charitable giveaways and mind-blowing challenges. However in an interview on July 24 with Anthony Padilla, Donaldson explained how the rising cost of making his content has become “terrifying.” The star revealed his drive to “one-up” his previous videos now costs him millions. Mr Beast reveals cost of making content During the interview, Mr Beast opened up to Padilla about his constant drive to always make his latest video bigger than his last one. The star explained that he had spent over $3 million dollars on his upcoming videos. “Looking at our books, I think next month we’re gonna spend around $3 million dollars on videos. That’s going to be my most expensive month to date,” he said. Shocked, the Smosh creator joked, “A low-budget film every month with the amount of money you are putting into it!” Donaldson then revealed that insane expense costs have become scary. “It’s actually kind of terrifying because once it goes up, once you have a two million dollar month, now like a three million, it’s like can we afford that? We good? I think we’re good.” When Padilla asked him about what the hardest part about staying relevant on YouTube is, the star exclaimed, “The hardest part for me was getting relevant! It took like five years to get like anywhere. And the entire time, every week I was just like ‘Should I just quit? Am I wasting my time?’” (Topic starts at 18:39.) However, the 22-year-old did not give up, and in 2018 saw a rapid climb in views and subscribers. His channel exploded in growth in 2019 after taking the lead in the epic PewDiePie vs T-Series feud. The content creator also became a worldwide name when he launched his Team Trees initiative to plant 20 million trees. The viral campaign even got celebrities like Tesla CEO Elon Musk to donate to the cause.

  • Mr Beast reveals why his most expensive videos didn’t make it to YouTube – Dexerto

Mr Beast reveals why his most expensive videos didn’t make it to YouTube Mr Beast, YouTubeYouTube star and internet philanthropist ‘Mr Beast’ is known for pulling off some insanely expensive stunts for his videos — but some of his most costly projects never made it past the ‘publish’ button. Mr Beast isn’t one to pinch pennies when it comes to content; the star has given away entire homes, opened free car dealerships, and even awarded a lucky contestant with one million dollars in the past. With that in mind, it comes as little surprise that some of his scrapped projects were also insanely expensive — as well as equally time consuming. In a video uploaded on April 30, Mr Beast revealed some of his wildest projects that never actually made it to YouTube, which included constructing the world’s longest domino chain, and even sending his crew to the Seven Wonders of the World. While it certainly seemed like a good idea (and a great way for his buddies to spend a free vacation), the YouTuber revealed that he wasn’t able to complete his Seven Wonders video, as he’d left his camera on the plane and his area in Italy had no stores with high-tech cameras. Thus, Mr Beast’s costly project went into the bin — as well as its whopping $90k budget, which included travel expenses for his squad to see such sights as the Great Pyramids of Giza and even Stonehenge. That’s not the only expensive idea that got trashed, either; the star also revealed his failed plan to break the world record for the longest domino chain was similarly scrapped, calling it “boring” and a “disaster.” Mr Beast also revealed that it wasn’t a cheap project, either, noting that the dominoes cost a hefty $70k — a fact that he seemed pained to admit. Other projects that failed to make it on Mr Beast’s channel included such ideas as creating an entire city of bouncy houses, renovating a barn into a “doggy wonderland” for pets, and raiding a mall wearing dinosaur costumes. Despite these failed attempts, Mr Beast still reigns as one of YouTube’s most successful content creators, boasting over 34 million subscribers — but even the biggest YouTubers can run into bumps in the road, as evidenced by his video on the subject.

  • Mr Beast reveals how “stalkers” stopped him from keeping custom Tesla – Dexerto

Mr Beast reveals how “stalkers” stopped him from keeping custom Tesla ZHC, YouTubeJimmy “Mr Beast” Donaldson is one of YouTube’s top content creators, best known for giving out huge amounts of cash in his videos — but it seems like his reputation has kept him from receiving a massive gift himself. Mr Beast is hailed across the net as one of social media’s biggest philanthropists, having given away money at “free banks” and even opening a free car dealership for families in need of transportation. With over 31.9 million subscribers on YouTube, it comes as little surprise that Donaldson boasts a massive fanbase — but fame isn’t all sunshine and roses, as he revealed during a collaborative video with artist “ZHC.” ZHC, who has historically gifted Mr Beast and other YouTube stars such custom items as phone cases, art prints, and shoes, turned things up a notch by customizing a Tesla with Donaldson’s tiger logo. After driving the vehicle to Mr Beast’s home state, the YouTuber sadly revealed that he couldn’t actually keep the car, admitting that past home invasions are keeping him cautious of anything that would give away his identity. “I’ve had people break into my house before, and so that would give away where I live,” he explained to ZHC, instead opting to gift the Tesla to one of his friends. “My house has been broken into before, and I have a lot of stalkers,” he continued. “So I obviously can’t drive a car like this. People will follow me.” (Segment begins at 11:45 for mobile readers) Therefore, he conducted a match of rock, paper scissors between partners Chris and Chandler, with the winner getting to keep the vehicle, with Chris ultimately emerging the victor. Mr Beast isn’t the only online superstar who has fallen victim to stalkers: Twitch streamer “Sweet Anita” revealed that a stalker had moved to her city, and even slept outside of her home, claiming that he was later released by police in spite of his disturbing advances. He has also gone from planning a short visit my town, to moving to a place 4 minutes from me permanently. I’m very used to the lack of protection from the police at this point, I guess I’ll have to get used to seeing him around too. — Sweet Anita (@sweetanita) November 8, 2019 Even YouTube king PewDiePie has dealt with such issues, notably begging fans to stop visiting his house and even getting robbed in 2019, losing “90%” of his and his wife’s valuables from their home in Japan. In spite of their massive success online, being famous isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, with Mr Beast’s case being one of many experienced by content creators the world over.

That figure pales in comparison to how the year came to a close — December 19, 2019, marks the date of their most costly video and there’s a good chance it isn’t topped anytime soon. “What’s the most money you’ve ever spent on one video?” Nadeshot asked, putting him on the spot. “The most we spent was probably $1.2 million,” Mr Beast responded without hesitation. “We did ‘Last to Take Hand Off $1,000,000 Keeps It,’ and then the second place got $30,000.” Third place also got a good chunk of change, and it cost “around $40,000 to set up,” he added. Given the extraordinary cost of his biggest project to date, it took a bigger hit than perhaps even the crew had planned. “Literally at the end of 2019, our cash flow was low… We had to borrow a little money to keep filming.” While some videos may see “six-figures” in ad revenue along with sponsorship bonuses on the side, Mr Beast confirmed that a majority of income goes straight back into the channel. “We go hard. We dump it all back in.” “When we first started scaling up my mum and I would fight all the time,” he said. “She thought I was crazy.” Despite the arguments, things have only gotten more out of hand with Mr Beast’s surging popularity. Read More: How to use special fonts on Twitter – Just over $1 million is the biggest video to date. Though Nadeshot was curious what the creator would do with 100 times that. “I would buy a private island, put 100 YouTubers on it, and whoever survives the longest, gets it.” A real-world battle royale is his dream video. Only time will tell if this crazy project ever gets greenlit, but if anyone’s going to pull it off, it’ll be Mr Beast.

  • Mr Beast reveals how he more than doubled YouTube subscribers in 2019 – Dexerto

Mr Beast reveals how he more than doubled YouTube subscribers in 2019 YouTube challenge extraordinaire Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson has summed up his insane year of 2019 on the platform, revealing how he managed to double his subscriber count. When it comes to challenges and incredibly viral videos on YouTube, there’s perhaps nobody who had a bigger year than Mr Beast. The generous content creator kicked the year off by giving away a few thousand dollars in each video before building it up to an incredible end. On the eve of Christmas 2019, Donaldson capped off his year by giving away $1 million dollars in a who can keep a hand on the money challenge. That climax of the year cemented him as one of the biggest YouTuber’s around, but his stats for the year really paint an incredible picture. With his first upload of 2020, ‘2019 Was The Craziest Year Ever’, Mr Beast showed how he managed to more than double his sub count – amassing over 15,000,000 new subs in the last year. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the YouTuber managed to do it by coming up with innovative and increasingly ridiculous challenges that viewers clearly wanted to watch. Thanks to SocialBlade, a website that tracks social media stats, you can really see where his growth came. The YouTuber started January 2019 with nearly 13.5 million subscribers, but by the time the middle of the year came around, he had already surpassed 22 million – gaining an additional seven million towards the end. However, the YouTuber has already promised to kick it up a notch in the new year. “If you thought 2019 was crazy, I can’t wait for you to see what we have in 2020,” he said, closing out his recap. Just what Mr Beast and his cast of friends have up their sleeves for 2020, though, remains to be seen – but he will have to go some way to beat his 2019. Maybe, just maybe, he’ll be able to pull off a successful version of his ‘last to leave the rollercoaster’ challenge by throwing his friends onto something a little more high speed than last time.

  • Mr Beast reveals how he wasted over $100K on “scrapped” YouTube videos – Dexerto

Mr Beast reveals how he wasted over $100K on “scrapped” YouTube videos MrBeast, YouTube / UnsplashPopular content creator Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson revealed that he has spent over $100,000 on YouTube videos that he has decided against posting on his channel. Mr Beast has built a massive following of over 30 million subscribers on his YouTube channel for his generosity, often giving away thousands of dollars to random strangers in his videos. The YouTube star invests quite a lot of money into creating more content for his fans and on February 15, he shared that some of the more pricey videos he had created never even made it to his channel. MrBeast is also known for coming up with some bizarre challenge videos, such as his recent Lamborghini giveaway, and revealed that some of the ones he had already filmed in 2020 did not meet his quality standards. “We’ve already scrapped 3 big videos so far this year,” MrBeast shockingly revealed, “I only want to upload the best of the best for you guys!” The popular YouTuber also shared that it had cost him $100,000 to produce the three unused videos, “I don’t care if we spent $100k and a week filming, if it isn’t perfect I don’t upload it.” We’ve already scrapped 3 big videos so far this year 😅. I only want to upload the best of the best for you guys! Idc if we spent $100k and a week filming, if it isn’t perfect I don’t upload it. — MrBeast (@MrBeast) February 15, 2020 Many fans were shocked at the massive figure and fellow content creator WILDCAT reached out to MrBeast, jokingly offering him $20 to upload them on his own channel. MrBeast hilariously agreed and began “selling” them at a low price, revealing that he spent a large portion of the cash traveling to the seven wonders of the world to film one of challenge video, roughly $85,000. Sure. You can have the video where we visited all the 7 wonders of the world. At least I’ll get $20 of the $85,000 back lol — MrBeast (@MrBeast) February 15, 2020 “Sure. You can have the video where we visited all the 7 wonders of the world. At least I’ll get $20 of the $85,000 back lol,” he jokingly offered. Although it is unlikely that MrBeast would actually giveaway his videos for $20, many of his fans called for him to upload the “scrapped” videos on a second channel so that his hard work wouldn’t go to waste.

  • Mr Beast reveals details of $1,000,000 ‘final’ challenge – Dexerto

Mr Beast reveals details of $1,000,000 ‘final’ challenge YouTube sensation Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has revealed the details behind his ‘final’ $1,000,000 challenge that will pit four “champions” against each other in a supreme battle of wits. MrBeast has made his name on YouTube for making videos where he challenges his friends, strangers, and others to do something in order to win some huge slices of cash – or he just gives it away anyway. In the past, he’s challenged his friends to continuously ride rollercoasters, sent them diving through dumpsters, while also waiting hours to give away a few thousand dollars after barely bumping into a car. Yet, he’s taking things up a notch ahead of the holiday period. On December 16, the popular content creator revealed that he has concocted a ‘final’ $1,000,000 challenge that may seem pretty simple on the outset but will undoubtedly be filled with hilarious and tense moments. In his teaser, Donaldson noted that he has four competitors who have seemingly been training for the winner takes all task. In the challenge, the four strangers will have to keep their hands firmly locked to a glass case that is filled to the brim with the cash that they hope to win. “I don’t care if it takes a day, week, a month, or a year,” says MrBeast before the close of the trailer, “the last one of you to remove your hand off this million dollars keeps it.” https://twitter.com/MrBeastYT/status/1206538525925167104 Of course, as the YouTuber heads off-screen, the teaser draws to a close and reveals that fans can settle down to watch the video on Thursday, December 19th at 4pm EST/9PM GMT/1PM PST. What shenanigans lie ahead remain to be seen but with the huge sum of money on the line, Mr Beast and his pals will surely have some dastardly plans in mind to make it one of, if not the best, videos he’s ever been a part of.

  • Mr Beast reveals how canceled YouTube video cost him $800k – Dexerto

Mr Beast reveals how canceled YouTube video cost him $800k YouTube: MrBeastYouTube sensation Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson is known for his extravagant, high-cost videos — but he’s now revealed that a recently-canceled three-part YouTube video has cost him $800,000. Mr Beast usually loses his money from videos in which he gives away expensive prizes, even including a private island, so it is usually well-planned out and, at the very least, his millions of subscribers get to enjoy the content that comes out of it. Now, Mr Beast has come out to apologize on his second Twitter account for the lack of main channel uploads of late, having not posted a video there since November 28, or for 17 days at the time of writing. He also revealed that this is due to a three-part YouTube video, similar to that of the island mentioned above, “falling apart” after they spent weeks on it. Sorry for lack of main channel uploads, we had a massive video that we spent weeks on fall apart and it would have been a three part series like the island! :/ Consistent uploads start again on Tuesday 🙂 — BeastMr (@MrBeastExtra) December 14, 2020 Obviously, this is disappointing for fans of the YouTuber who would’ve loved to see what came of this three-part miniseries and what it was all about. More disappointing, though, is on Mr Beast’s bank account, which clearly suffered big-time when it came to these videos “falling apart.” After a fan asked how much money was essentially wasted putting together these videos, Beast responded that he “spent about $800,000 on the videos that didn’t work out” — which must be a seriously frustrating blow to see the content not come off with such investment. I spent about $800,000 on the videos that didn’t work out 😅😔 — BeastMr (@MrBeastExtra) December 14, 2020 That works out to over $250k per video and, while we can’t imagine that’s how much Mr Beast spends on every single one, it goes to show that it’s not all sunshine and rainbows if you’re a top YouTuber; this is a seriously devastating amount of money. This makes us question just how big the YouTube videos were going to be and, with that kind of investment, we imagine it would’ve made for some seriously fun viewing.

  • MrBeast reveals ambitious plan to boost PewDiePie subscribers in 11 hour video – Dexerto

MrBeast reveals ambitious plan to boost PewDiePie subscribers in 11 hour video Popular YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has hatched another plan in the hopes of defeating Bollywood label T-Series from surpassing PewDiePie in subscribers – and it took him over 11 hours to pull off. MrBeast uploaded a video that exceeded 11 hours and 48 minutes on November 25, where he said PewDiePie’s name over 100,000 times. In keeping with his hatred of T-Series, he likewise destroyed a picture of the label’s logo after every 10,000 words, finally finishing his quest in a state of near-delirium. Additionally, MrBeast introduced a new concept to reward those who promote PewDiePie’s channel, granting them titles of Private, Corporal, and General, depending on how many people they manage to reach. He even encouraged fans to persuade their entire high school classes to subscribe to PewDiePie, in order to become a “General in the Bro Army.” However, that isn’t the end of MrBeast’s ambitions; he also admitted that he had initially planned to travel to India for the video, intending to copy his previous citywide ad campaign and purchase even more billboards across the South Asian country. gained a significant surge in subscribers within an hour of MrBeast’s upload, competing with his previous increase of 36,000 subs following MrBeast’s massive advertisement campaign in late October.

  • Mr Beast reveals crazy reason he hasn’t been uploading YouTube videos – Dexerto

Mr Beast reveals crazy reason he hasn’t been uploading YouTube videos YouTube: Mr Beast[jwplayer mgzBNoPb]Mr Beast is one of YouTube’s biggest stars, boasting over 43 million subscribers due to his habit of giving away huge amounts of cash and his insane challenges — one of which caused an unexpected halt to his usual content schedule. Considering his popularity, it comes as little surprise that Jimmy “Mr Beast” Donaldson’s merchandise is also highly sought-after — but little did he know that fans would be ordering his latest line in droves. On August 2, Mr Beast challenged the internet with a unique proposal: he would sign every single limited edition T-shirt each time someone bought one, as told in a humorous live stream with his friends. However, the challenge ended up being much more than he could chew, with the ensuing project taking around twelve days to complete — no thanks to his subsequent tweet that dared the entire internet to buy a shirt. While the profits are likely outstanding, so was the pain in Mr Beast’s wrist from signing so many shirts, the entire amount of which he revealed in a YouTube video on September 17. Joking that he’d made a “big mistake,” the YouTuber showed off the massive haul of shirts he was expected to sign, which even included ones that hadn’t yet been printed with the design due to high demand. I had to cancel 3 videos because this is project to last 7 to 10 days! Assuming I’m signing for over 10 hours a day 😅 — MrBeast (@MrBeast) August 14, 2020 That’s not all; Mr Beast even conscripted the services of a professional physical therapist to massage his shoulder as he signed the shirts, as the constant writing started up a cramp in his muscles. The total number of shirts signed ended up tallying up to 68,337 — an endeavor that took him well over a week to complete. Considering this fact, it stands to reason that the rest of his content was somewhat delayed, explaining that he needed to sign all the shirts to raise money for his upcoming 40 million subscriber video. “This was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my entire life,” he said of the project. “…I suffered to make the best content possible for you guys.” The YouTuber also teased that his massive 40 million subscriber special will be airing in two days, so fans should mark their calendars to avoid missing on the video that cost Mr Beast 12 days of intense shoulder pain.

Charli & Dixie D’Amelio win Mr Beast’s $300k Creator Games 2 Mr BeastMr Beast brought back his ever-popular Creator Games, pitting personalities like Charli D’Amelio, KSI, Addison Rae, MKBHD, and more to the ultimate test of wits. With $300,000 on the line for their fans, one duo reigned supreme: the D’Amelio sisters. [jwplayer smynPnSq] Mr Beast is back at it again for another round of his well-received Creator Games, a live event that sees some of the most popular influencers both on and off YouTube compete in a series of challenges to determine who the ultimate winner is. Of course, the biggest prize for the YouTubers will be the title of “Smartest Creator in the World.” The winner of last year’s Rock, Paper, Scissors mashup event, Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag, didn’t return to defend his title however. This means that there’s going to be a new champion of The Creator Games to crown, though the contestants shouldn’t expect the same format as last year. Instead, Mr Beast is going to change the competition with a “Wheel of Games” that will pick every matchup game. They brought two extra brains on board: their parents. While they didn’t take part in the final against ZHC, they were in the background cheering their daughters on. To make it fairer, Mr Beast made sure that only one D’Amelio could take on ZHC in the trivia final. That high-pressure task fell to the eldest sister, Dixie. However, she held her composure, getting the closest number on two questions to beat ZHC in the best-of-three Trivia final. They’re going to put that money to good use, giving it back to their fans in need. “We’re going to do something on our family channel just to give back to the people who really need it,” Dixie said after pulling off the victory for the D’Amelios. • Mr Beast responds to $10 million Rocket League 1v1 wager from pro player – Dexerto

Mr Beast responds to $10 million Rocket League 1v1 wager from pro player Instagram: Mr Beast / PsyonixIf you thought Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson was rich enough, he might just pocket another $10 million. Rocket League player and coach Treyven ‘Lethamyr’ Robitaille has challenged the YouTuber to a wager match of epic proportions, and Mr Beast is keen. Wager matches for a tenner, $50, or even upwards of $100 aren’t unheard of. Winning a wager is not only a nice little ego boost, but can be a handy way to get cash if you are a top player. However, a $10 million wager is unheard of. It’s a ludicrous amount of money. Even if it was safe as houses – which it isn’t – would seem pretty unreasonable. However, that’s exactly what former Mousesports Rocket League coach Lethamyr has done when he challenged Mr Beast on Twitter this week. “I hereby challenge Mr Beast to a game of Rocket League 1v1. If he can defeat me with his own two hands on his controller, I will pay him $10 million. Challenge is valid for one week,” he said on Twitter. I hereby challenge @MrBeastYT to a game of @RocketLeague 1v1. If he can defeat me with his own 2 hands on his controller, I will pay him $10 MILLION DOLLARS. Challenge is valid for 1 week. — SSG Lethamyr (@Lethamyr_RL) July 9, 2020 Mr Beast has dabbled in Rocket League before — but not in the way you’d expect. In classic Mr Beast fashion, he brought the rocket-propelled cars to life, posting a video back in 2018 of him playing soccer with real life cars. The video has attracted over 15 million views to date. For perspective, Lethamyr, who was an active pro from 2016 to this year, earned approximately $48,175 according to Liquipedia. The wager he’s putting on this match with Mr Beast is 207 times more than his reported prize money earnings over four years. Not only that, Mr Beast could also become the richest RL “pro” to date. According to Esports Earnings, the title is held by French star Alexandre ‘Kaydop’ Courant, who has won three RLCS titles and approximately $365,972. Presumably as soon as Donaldson got the notification (it was very quick) he hit the Rocket League star back up. “Send me a contract and I’ll do it,” he replied. The cogs are seemingly turning in the backend, with Lethamyr jokingly saying Mr Beast is “gonna cheat” to get his hands on the $10 million. Regardless of the amount that ends up getting wagered though, this is going to be one hell of a game. Mr Beast may not be able to complete the wager at home though. He admitted on Twitter he got rid of his gaming computer at home so he can focus on the main love of his life — creating YouTube videos. “I got rid of my gaming computer and all distractions in my house that took me away from making videos and doing what I love. Best decision I ever made. “I really don’t want to live a materialistic life. I’d rather focus on making content and doing things that bring me long term fulfilment.” I want to eventually get a terrible car and remove even more stuff. I really don’t want to live a materialistic life. I’d rather focus on making content and doing things that bring me long term fullfillment. — MrBeast (@MrBeast) July 9, 2020 Whether it goes ahead for the full $10 million remains to be seen. If Mr Beast wins it all though, there’s going to be plenty of happy fans in upcoming videos down the line. Or perhaps we could see Mr Beast on the RLCS stage in Season 10.

  • Mr Beast responds to YouTuber eating his face every day for $50k – Dexerto

Mr Beast responds to YouTuber eating his face every day for $50k Fifty K, YouTubeYouTuber Jimmy “Mr Beast” Donaldson has responded to another content creator who is eating a photo of the star’s face every day until he scores a $50,000 donation — but he, among other top names like Ninja, aren’t convinced just yet. Mr Beast is touted for his remarkable generosity and over-the-top content, having opened free banks, free car dealerships, and even tipped a pizza delivery driver with an entire house in the past. However, one fellow content creator is taking Mr Beast’s famous philanthropy to the next level by taking on an insane challenge in exchange for a whopping $50k donation. YouTuber “Fifty K” has is eating a photo of Mr Beast’s face every day until the star notices and decides to gift him $50k — hearkening to the famous meme, “For $50k, I will stop.” Fifty K’s entire YouTube channel is dedicated to this single purpose, with his latest video being the 464th day of his challenge — meaning the creator has eaten a photo of Mr Beast’s face 464 times at the time of writing. Thankfully, Fifty K’s insane undertaking has finally been noticed by Mr Beast, who posted a series of Tweets on the subject on May 13. “This guy has eaten a picture of my face every single day for the last 464 days,” the star wrote. “Normal People: goes to college. This man: eats my face until he gets $50,000.” Despite his impressive dedication to the challenge, Mr Beast wasn’t immediately keen on donating the amount, jokingly writing, “What if I pay him the $50,000 and he eats that as well? We gotta be careful.” What if I pay him the $50,000 and he eats that as well? We gotta be careful. — MrBeast (@MrBeast) May 14, 2020 Ultimately, the star opted to poll his own fanbase, asking if he should accede to the YouTuber’s demands and pay him the coveted $50k. Thus far, it seems that his viewers are overwhelmingly in favor of the donation — but Mr Beast knows from experience that this action could birth a monstrous trend. “But if I pay him, I might inspire tons of you to eat pictures of me, and I genuinely don’t know if that’s what I want my legacy to become,” he joked. “Teenagers, eating pictures of me.” But if I pay him I might inspire tons of you to eat pictures of me and I genuinely don’t know if that’s what I want my legacy to become. Teenagers, eating pictures of me. — MrBeast (@MrBeast) May 14, 2020 Even streaming star Tyler “Ninja” Blevins weighed in on the subject, seemingly worried about the YouTuber’s digestion after 464 days of eating ink-filled paper. “Yes, It might pay for the stomach problems he might have developed,” he replied. Yes, It might pay for the stomach problems he might have developed >.< — Ninja (@Ninja) May 14, 2020 Still others were concerned that, should Mr Beast give in, it might set a dangerous precedent for fans to do outrageous things to get noticed by him — but so far, the donation has yet to be made, leaving fans waiting for a conclusion to the ridiculous affair.

  • Mr Beast promises “better” content for his YouTube channel in 2020 – Dexerto

Mr Beast promises “better” content for his YouTube channel in 2020 Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson promises an even bigger year in 2020 for his YouTube channel. It’s hard to top the type of year Mr Beast had in 2019, considering this was the year he managed to plant 20 million trees. However, the YouTube star has plans to top his monumental 2019 and keep the incredible content going into the next year. It’ll be hard to do, but if anyone can do it, it’ll be MrBeast. He even has a chance to take home the crown as the most popular YouTuber in 2020 as PewDiePie, the current top creator, has announced he’ll be taking a break from uploads sometime in the year. He says that the upcoming year will be improved videos across the board with better ideas, quality, humor, and much more. “2019 was crazy for my channel, but 2020 will be better,” he tweeted. “I don’t care what it takes I want more original videos, bigger ideas, better quality videos, funnier videos, better pacing, better literally everything. I want to never stop improving for you guys.” 2019 was crazy for my channel but 2020 will be better. I don’t care what it takes I want more creative videos, bigger ideas, better quality videos, funnier videos, better pacing, better literally everything. I want to never stop improving for you guys ❤️ — MrBeast (@MrBeast) December 30, 2019 An average MrBeast video earns over 10 million views, with many of them getting way more than that, so it’s clear a lot of eyes are already on his content. He boasts over 28 million subscribers, so it makes sense that he wants to keep on improving. Better videos would result in more views and subscribers, which are very important to YouTubers. In November 2019, he said he was spending millions on content between then and the end of the year. There’s no reason for that to end in the next year, so look for him to keep on pouring money into his content. His most popular videos tend to be the ones where he’s giving money to people, so it’s not like he’ll have to reinvent the wheel in 2020. Perhaps what he has become most known for is his tendency to give away bundles of cash to people if they can complete a simple task. On top of that, he will sometimes outright give gifts to people without them having to do anything. There are so many different routes MrBeast could take with content going into the next year, including planting even more trees. Of course, people will also do a lot of things for money so it’ll be fun to watch for videos there. We’re excited to see what he has in store as we close out the decade and move into 2020.

  • MrBeast proved what people will do for $10,000 in latest video – Dexerto

MrBeast proved what people will do for $10,000 in latest video MRBeast Youtube / WikipediaYouTube star Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson continued to spread his wealth in his latest video, offering $10,000 to strangers if they would eat a Ghost Pepper and even creating his own game show. MrBeast is well-known for the insane sums of money he offers people to take part in his crazy challenges, or even on occasions where he is just feeling generous. The YouTuber’s incredible gestures have lead to him collaborating with some of the platform’s biggest stars, such as hosting PewDiePie’s Meme Review and hosting an IRL YouTube Battle Royale. The 21-year-old was creating challenges for the general public once again, handing out $10,000 for simply eating what seemed to be ghost chilli peppers. Many of the participants found themselves struggling to ingest the pepper initially, scared of the potential agony that it would bring them. After taking a bite and chewing for a moment, it became clear that it wasn’t a ghost pepper after all, much to their relief, and were delighted to hear that they would still receive the $10,000 prize as a reward for their bravery. “Yeah so those weren’t real, normally YouTubers would make them eat real ghost peppers but we don’t like torturing people.” MrBeast continued to go around offering people more money to take part in his challenges, even inviting an audience to his custom-made game show which was setup with a wheel of tasks and cash prizes which he referred to as “Wheel of Beast.” The contestants faced a wide variety of challenges ranging from ringing ex girlfriends in front of the audience and playing games of “Rock, Paper, Scissors,” to a more extreme challenge in squeezing lemon juice in their eyes. As with many of MrBeast’s videos, his latest offering has already reached over 10 million views in just a couple of days, with his audience eager to see what he will pull off next.

Mr Beast planning insane collaboration with the US Navy Instagram: Mr Beast / US NavyImmensely popular YouTuber Mr Beast has said that he’s planning on trying to borrow a ship from the US navy for a video, after they praised his content on the Navy’s own social media accounts. Jimmy Donaldson, a.k.a. Mr Beast is by no means known for being lowkey. For his 44 million subscribers he has pulled out a whole host of bizarre challenges, with ridiculously high budget rewards. Some of his most ridiculous videos include buying a whole island for £700,000 and having his friends compete to win it, giving one small YouTuber 1 million subscribers, and even giving away a house as part of an epic subscriber giveaway. It seems as though no one would turn down the chance to collab with Mr Beast, his enormous subscriber base and brilliant ideas certainly make it an opportunity no one would want to miss out on. Jimmy has set his sights higher than ever before with this next video idea, however, becoming interested in producing a video with the US Navy after they praised his content on their Instagram story. “Why do you always comment on Mr Beast’s posts?” one curious commenter asked them. They replied: “We like good content” and tagged the huge creator in their story. This prompted Jimmy to tweet out the screenshot, along with the message: “The US Navy seems to like our videos (probably the weirdest sentence I’ve ever typed.) The Navy seem to have tried to advertise with other YouTubers in the past, so maybe this isn’t quite so far-fetched as it first sounds. Mr Beast’s tweet about the crazy video idea has already garnered 71,000 likes, and 40,000 additional likes on his reply, so it’s safe to say that if the video were to be made it would certainly be a popular one.

  • Mr Beast praised after revealing plans for three huge donations – Dexerto

Mr Beast praised after revealing plans for three huge donations YouTube: Mr BeastPopular YouTuber Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson has pledged to donate a huge sum of money to three different causes related to Black Lives Matter. On Blackout Tuesday, June 2, Mr Beast announced to his 5.9m Twitter followers that he would be donating $150,000 in total. The first $50,000 will go to an organization “that supports the fight for racial equality”, $10,000 each will go to 5 small businesses affected “who genuinely need the help.” Mr Beast stated that the last $50,000 will go to an organization “that fights for police reform”, and advocated for “more accountability and change in this area” in the long-term. I’ve spent the last few days trying to figure out how to help with what’s going on and here’s what I’ve come up with. I’m donating $150,000 split between three causes listed below. — MrBeast (@MrBeast) June 2, 2020 He has not yet said which organizations the money will go to. Mr Beast previously faced some criticism on social media for staying silent as an influencer with a lot of money and a reputation for very generous giveaways. This YouTube star only deals in big numbers. In May, he gave away $200,000 to people in quarantine, while in 2019 he gave away several million dollars to those taking part in challenges for his YouTube channel where he has more than 35 million subscribers. His most popular video to date ‘I Put 100 Million Orbeez In My Friend’s Backyard’, has 83 million views. Mr Beast’s ‘Team Trees’ fundraising project, which he began in October last year raised $20 million to plant 20 million trees after he persuaded huge names including Jeffree Star and PewDiePie to donate. The YouTuber himself gave $200.002 to the cause. One tweet on May 30, which accrued 5.3k likes, said, “I don’t see him making [a fund] to donate to BLM community”. He responded to the tweet saying “I’m honestly not quite sure where would be best at genuinely helping. I’ll 1000000% make the donation soon.” I want to donate $50,000 in support of BLM but I’m honestly not quite sure where would be best at genuinely helping. I’ll 1000000% make the donation soon. — MrBeast (@MrBeast) May 31, 2020 Cleary, his plans changed from the original $50,000 to the new figure of $150,000, going to different causes related to the ongoing circumstances. His most recent charitable effort before this saw him raise money for the ongoing global health crisis, with a $250,000 Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament featuring other top YouTubers and streamers.

  • Mr Beast, NICKMERCS & more nominated for 2020 Shorty Awards – Dexerto

Mr Beast, NICKMERCS & more nominated for 2020 Shorty Awards NICKMERCS, MrBeast, Jeffree Star – InstagramThe 2020 Shorty Awards are on the horizon, bringing with them a slew of high-profile nominees from all corners of the internet, including stars like Mr Beast, Jeffree Star, NICKMERCS and more. The Shorty Awards recognizes the biggest personalities in the online entertainment space, focusing on social media outlets like Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and more. As such, the Awards attract quite a bit of attention, and this year is no different. With categories like Twitch Streamer and YouTuber of the Year, YouTube Comedian of the Year, Best Breakout YouTuber and more, the Shortys have already stirred up ample conversation among fans and creators alike. YouTuber of the Year While the 2019 Streamy Awards saw Tana Mongeau emerge the winner, the MTV starlet is not listed on the Shorty Awards’ list of top YouTube talent, instead recognizing creators like Eugenia Cooney, Jeffree Star, Nikki Tutorials, and Mr Beast. Known for the concern that spurred online in reaction to her 2019 cosplay video, Eugenia Cooney has since made a major comeback to social media, returning from a hiatus with a documentary from Shane Dawson detailing her struggle with mental health. Nikki Tutorials also tops the Shorty’s list of stars, having recently come out as a transgender woman, shocking YouTube’s beauty community after being blackmailed by anonymous parties. Of course, it comes as no surprise that Mr Beast made the lineup, having also been nominated for the Streamys last year. Although names like Jake Paul chose him as his personal favorite, it looks like he’s also a strong contender to take this year’s Shortys, as even Jeffree Star threw a vote his way. Wow this is humbling and I really appreciate the nomination! 😭😭 PS. I’m voting for @MrBeastYT!!! https://t.co/DOtZBhwldv — Jeffree Star (@JeffreeStar) January 21, 2020 Twitch Streamer of the Year Among social media sites dominating the web, Twitch takes the cake, featuring a slew of top-tier talent that have brought some unforgettable moments to the platform. Gaming pro and partnered streamer Annemunition stands at the top of the category’s nominees, known for calling out toxicity in the video game community. OfflineTV’s LilyPichu likewise stands as a massive name on the list, as both a League of Legends player and musical broadcaster. Having recently parted ways with boyfriend Sleightlymusical, Pichu’s inclusion in the category marks a major bright spot after a highly publicized breakup. Fortnite stars NICKMERCS and Dakotaz also made the cut, touted for their hilarious interactions with other top players in the battle royale game — not counting the fact that Dakotaz has also opted for more facecam in his future streams. How to vote for 2020 Shorty Awards Fans can vote for their favorite content creators on the Shorty Awards’ website, via the “Categories” tab. However, there are a myriad of categories listed in the menu, so be prepared to take your time if you plan on contributing to each one. Fans can vote on each nominee one time per day, every day until the cutoff date of February 20, 2020. The Shorty Awards ceremony will take place later this year, although a date has yet to be announced for the event at the time of writing. With so many major content creators in the running, there’s no telling how the Awards will pan out. Who do you want to take YouTuber and Twitch streamer of the year?

  • MrBeast offering $10k reward to fan who wore his merch on TV – Dexerto

MrBeast offering $10k reward to fan who wore his merch on TV MrBeast, YouTube – TwitterPopular YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is known for his insane acts of charity – which could be branching out from his videos, according to one of his Tweets. MrBeast uploaded a video from a Dallas vs San Antonio basketball game, where a young boy was captured in the crowd wearing one of MrBeast’s hoodies (as well as sporting a popcorn container on his head). MrBeast appeared to be pleased with the kid’s enthusiasm, and even offered a $10,000 reward to the child for wearing his merchandise on TV. Someone get me in contact with this kid so I can give him $10,000 for wearing my merch on t.v. 😀 pic.twitter.com/r4PuFzxzdS — MrBeast (@MrBeastYT) March 21, 2019 “Someone get me in contact with this kid so I can give him $10,000 for wearing my merch on TV,” MrBeast Tweeted, prompting a slew of hilarious responses beneath the post. Despite the widespread jokes, the child in question actually reached out to the YouTuber in a video response beneath the Tweet. “I love your sweatshirt, I love your channel, I love all your merch,” the boy said, revealing his name as Timothy Wright. “…I greatly appreciate the shout out.” The child went on to give out his contact information, including a phone number – which resulted in Twitter user Katie Wright (likely the mother of the boy) learning a hilarious lesson. “Oof, you definitely shouldn’t have put the phone number there,” one user responded to the video. “I just learned a lesson,” Wright responded. Other notable personalities in the space had humorous reactions to the tweet, with Fortnite caster and streamer KittyPlays calling the kid a “legend,” while others, like model Corinna Kopf, claiming that they were actually the boy, instead of Timothy.

  • Mr Beast leaves man stunned after “breaking into” his house to gift $50k – Dexerto

Mr Beast leaves man stunned after “breaking into” his house to gift $50k YouTube: MrBeastYouTube star Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson has upped the ante of his content, once again, this time breaking into someone’s house to gift them a whopping $50k as a surprising gift. Mr Beast is a hugely popular face on YouTube, known for his over-the-top stunts and his penchant for giving away insane amounts of cash in various charitable experiments. However, instead of opening a free bank or tipping waitresses in literal gold bars, this time Mr Beast decided to turn the tables in a completely unexpected way. The YouTuber, along with his squad, “broke into” the home of his friend, Chandler’s father, with the aim of taking everything out of the house and leaving $50k in a duffel bag. During this “heist,” Chandler’s father participated in one of Mr Beast’s “last to leave” challenges, being tricked into thinking he had to lay in a bed for longer than other participants for the chance at winning a $10k prize. Instead, Mr Beast and company completely emptied his home, carefully wrapping up glassware and other valuables into boxes — while jokingly yelling “We’re robbing the neighborhood!” https://www.instagram.com/p/CB3uXMQB-Am/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link For extra caution, Donaldson clarified that he’d received permission to go through with project from all of Chandler’s family members, who even helped empty the house — although Chandler himself was somewhat worried about his father’s reaction to the prank. After an entire day of moving, Chandler’s father, Todd, finally made it back to his home (after being told he’d won his ‘last to leave’ challenge) — and was shocked at what he saw. Thanks to the hidden cameras placed around the house, viewers got a good view of his reaction, with Todd immediately calling out for a family member in fear as he ran through the now-empty home. “You’re gonna give me a heart attack,” Todd could be heard saying before the squad admitted their plans, opening up an Adidas duffel bag to reveal the $50k — a huge amount on top of his $10k prize for “winning” the fake challenge beforehand. “We’re gonna redo your entire house, so we just took the liberty of getting rid of all the furniture,” Mr Beast explained. That’s not all: Todd’s wife had spent the day buying their new furniture, which Mr Beast had also paid for, leaving their $50k gift as a nice “vacation” fund. In such uncertain times, Mr Beast’s remarkable acts of charity are enough to put a smile on anyone’s face, acting as a much-needed reprieve from the challenges of the day-to-day — and his latest upload is no different.

  • Mr Beast & Moistcr1tikal slam Twitch for “spitting” on streamers amid YouTube rivalry – Dexerto

Mr Beast & Moistcr1tikal slam Twitch for “spitting” on streamers amid YouTube rivalry Moistcr1tikal/MrBeastAs the competition between Twitch and YouTube Gaming continues to heat up, Mr Beast and Moistcr1tkal have taken swipes at Twitch for “spitting” on creators as YouTube makes major changes. Over the years, there have been plenty of outlets to stream on, but Twitch has reigned supreme for quite some time. Other challengers have come and gone, but YouTube is seemingly making an imprint in Twitch’s monopoly. After signing a handful of Twitch’s biggest names, YouTube has also confirmed that they’ve been working with streamers to bring Twitch-like features to the platform – including Gifted Memberships, the ability to raid other channels, and more. As YouTube has made changes, Twitch has stood somewhat still – even ignoring backlash from streamers and pressing on with the controversial paid boost feature. The Amazon-backed platform has even been accused of “spitting” in the face of creators by Moistcr1tkal and Mr Beast. Twitch is “spitting” in the face of creators With streaming staples such as TimTheTatMan, Valkyrae, and DrLupo now utilizing YouTube as a viable streaming outlet, the platform can lay claim to having some of the biggest personalities in the scene on it’s side now, and is closing the gap on Twitch. In a pointed response to YouTube’s plans to improve their streaming platform moving into 2022, Moistcr1tkal claimed that “Twitch doesn’t have the streaming monopoly it thinks it does.” The content creator noted that “YouTube is making huge moves” as “Twitch keeps spitting on its streamers” by ignoring their complaints. Mr Beast quipped that it’s almost like Twitch “want them (YouTube) to win” by standing still. While Twitch hasn’t announced any direct moves to counter YouTube’s streaming rise, Moist added that “they will have some real competition” if meaningful changes aren’t introduced soon. With YouTube dominating the traditional means of video content creation, getting more streamers onside can only take the platform into a bold, fresh era. YouTube’s initial ideas may be Twitch-inspired, but who knows what could happen in the future.

  • Mr Beast, Jeffree Star & more got millions in small-business PPP loans – Dexerto

Mr Beast, Jeffree Star & more got millions in small-business PPP loans Twitter, @JeffreeStar / Instagram, @MrBeast[jwplayer 91I9RIGm]Recent reports indicate that massive online brands and influencers like FaZe Clan, Mr Beast, and Jeffree Star received millions of dollars in federal relief PPP loans, which were intended for struggling small businesses. The U.S. government’s Paycheck Protection Program was intended to offer struggling small businesses an infusion of cash to help them stay afloat in a difficult environment. However, the program has encountered legitimate controversy as much of the funds quickly ran out with reports of major, successful companies like Shake Shack and the Los Angeles Lakers receiving substantial loans instead of smaller enterprises. Now, it has been confirmed that some widely successful online figures received heavy funding. While it was reported months ago that FaZe Clan was among various esports organizations (including NRG and AndBox) to receive big-figure loans, Mashable’s Morgan Sung went through the ProPublica public database for loans to discover that Mr Beast and Jeffree Star are among the successful online figures to partake in the federal lending programs. MrBeast YouTube LLC received $377,000 in PPP loans. FaZe Clan received just under $1.1 million. Jeffree Star Cosmetics didn’t confirm how much the company received, but SBA data says it’s between $350,000 and $1 million — morgan sung (@morgan_sung) September 9, 2020 FaZe’s loan was confirmed to have been in the $1-2 million range. For Mr Beast, his Mr Beast YouTube LLC received $377,000. And, for Star, his Jeffree Star Cosmetics, Inc. received a loan that was between $350,000 and $1 million, with the exact amount undisclosed. Unlike traditional loans, the PPP loans do not need to be repaid if they are used to satisfy salary needs for employees. Considering the successes some of these organizations have had relative to smaller, struggling businesses, this has led to a degree of public outcry as people are concerned their taxpayer money is being given to those who need it least, rather than those who need it most. https://twitter.com/MottsNile/status/1303854682058571777 Considering that each of these brands makes most of their money online, it is unsurprising that people believed that their businesses were not as impacted by the situation over the last several months than locally focused small businesses. While restaurants and retail stores were unable to access their typical clientele, the Atlanta FaZe continued to win Call of Duty League prize money and each brand was able to continue posting videos to YouTube and the like. https://twitter.com/JeffreeStar/status/1304140976517246979 The belief that these individuals are not in need of funding has also been amplified by some of their recent spending, or, in FaZe’s case, recent valuations. After a $40 million funding round in April 2020, FaZe was valued at $240 million. More recently, Mr Beast bought a small island for $700,000, and Star was scrutinized for taking a private jet to Wyoming in order to avoid California’s fires. As of yet, none of the groups criticized have responded to fan concerns over these newly confirmed loans. Similarly, there has been little government response to the public’s questioning of the loaning process.

  • Mr Beast joins exclusive club as second channel hits major milestone – Dexerto

Mr Beast joins exclusive club as second channel hits major milestone MrBeast/YouTubeMrBeast hast hit another huge milestone as his secondary, gaming-based YouTube channel surpassed 10 million subscribers, joining a very select group of content creators who can also boast such an achievement. In the YouTube scene, getting over a million subscribers is a big deal and is usually lauded. 10 million subscribers or more, on the other hand, is a whole other ball game and signifies that a YouTuber has, well and truly, made it big. Even among that relatively small club (if you consider how many YouTuber channels there are in the world), even fewer are able to say that their secondary channel has over 10 million subs. Now, at least one more YouTuber has joined that exclusive club. Thank you for 10,000,000 on the gaming channel ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ pic.twitter.com/PvLzrN2lqg — MrBeast (@MrBeast) November 1, 2020 On the evening of October 31, 2020, MrBeast’s second channel, titled MrBeast Gaming, climbed over the 10 million mark – an insanely impressive number for any channel, let alone one that’s considered to be his “second.” What’s more amazing is that this channel was created on April 7, 2020, so it only took less than eight months to achieve the milestone. That said, the fact that his primary page has over 45 million subscribers makes this much less of a surprise since MrBeast is very much a household name at this point. His gaming videos were regularly bringing in over 10 million viewers so it was really a matter of when and not if. What does make this news even more interesting is the fact that the star YouTuber, back on September 1, tweet out that if MrBeast Gaming ever hit 10 million subs, he and the boys would “each get a tattoo.” He’s since talked about this pledge more and more as his channel’s numbers continued to skyrocket, even going as far as to say that almost their entire group had already picked out their tattoos’ designs. Me, Karl, and Chris already know what we want. Any idea what chandler should get? Lol — MrBeast (@MrBeast) September 1, 2020 Mr Beast joins exclusive company As mentioned above, very few YouTubers even have over 10 million subs on their main channel, let alone a second one. With this milestone, MrBeast joins a very exclusive group of content creators that includes the likes of KSI, Like Nastya, Vlad and Nikki, and a few others. Now the only thing left is to see what tattoos he and his team have chosen to get, and when they’ll get them. Either way, expect a massive video because, well, that’s what MrBeast does!

  • Mr Beast ends Finger on the App challenge early with four $20k winners – Dexerto

Mr Beast ends Finger on the App challenge early with four $20k winners YouTube: MrBeast/Unsplash[jwplayer h3XPfMqQ]YouTube sensation Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson has officially ended his ‘Finger on the App’ challenge, paying off the final four contestants to end the strenuous challenge after three long days. MrBeast has become synonymous with YouTube challenges that see either his friends or his viewers winning thousands of dollars or tonnes of expensive technology. As he’s continued to up the ante, making the challenges even more intense and adding bigger payouts, his Finger on the App challenge has swept the globe. It’s pretty simple, download his specific app and keep your finger on the screen longer than anybody else that is competing. Though, as you might expect, the field whittled down pretty quickly. Players have bowed out because they’ve answered a call, their phone has ran out of battery, or because someone has sabotaged them (“Hey, Siri”). Yet, the YouTuber has now cut down the field himself with cash. Late into the day on July 2, Mr Beast dropped a dastardly tweet that suggested he was willing to start buying people out of the tournament. He quickly followed that up by appearing in livestreams of people taking part in the challenge, offering them $5,000 to bow out. MrBeast gave them five minutes to make their decision – scoop up the easy $5,000 or hold on and try to bag the top prize of $25,000. He revealed that two quickly took him up on the offer and bowed out with the quick cash. Offered him $5,000 and he took his finger off the app! 9 people remain. pic.twitter.com/rCYJ8LvCr4 — MrBeast (@MrBeast) July 3, 2020 On July 3, the 22-year-old went a step further and called up another player to offer them a whopping $10,000 in exchange for taking their finger off the app. “I just… I want this to end,” the participant said in a phone call conversation shared on Twitter by the YouTuber. “Well, dude. I’ll give you $10,000 if you take your finger off right now,” Mr Beast replied. “$10,000. Has your name on it.” After hesitating for a couple of seconds, the contestant agreed to take the cash and quit early, leaving just four players in the battle for victory. Got another person to take their finger off the app for $10,000! 4 players remain pic.twitter.com/zzaF61MFpk — MrBeast (@MrBeast) July 3, 2020 Obviously, some players ignored his offer and powered on in the hope of winning the top prize, but the players who quit were obviously content with taking the guaranteed money. Dear the four remaining contestants with your finger still on the app, I’m ending it here. Three days is insane! You ALL win and will ALL receive $20,0000! CONGRATULATIONS! — MrBeast (@MrBeast) July 3, 2020 Maybe less content now that they found out, just a few hours later, the top four were each been bought out, at $20,000 apiece. One of the weirdest, most draining challenges has finally reached its conclusion. Four people are $20,000 richer, one is $10,000 richer, and another two are $5,000 richer. In a challenge meant to test how far people would go to win $25,000, we actually ended up finding out MrBeast’s own limits—and that he’d eventually pay about $80,000 just for this whole thing to end.

Rather than rewarding the fan with a huge cash sum immediately, he gave them a choice: “Would you rather me give you $5,000 now or if you do another 365 days I give you $15,000? Good luck.” Congrats! • Mr Beast humiliated by eating champion in 18-pound pizza slice challenge – Dexerto

Mr Beast humiliated by eating champion in 18-pound pizza slice challenge YouTube: Mr Beast[jwplayer mgzBNoPb]Popular YouTuber and philanthropist Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson has taken on one of the world’s most prolific competitive eaters in a challenge to see who can eat the world’s largest pizza slice the fastest. Mr Beast has more than 39 million subscribers on his YouTube channel thanks to his YouTube videos that mainly see him handing out cash to his friends and strangers if they can complete a series of challenges. He has recently made a comeback after a short two-week hiatus from posting videos. He came back with a bang, filming a stunt where he got every single dog in a shelter adopted. Mr Beast and six of his pals were up against Joey Chestnut, the fastest competitive eater in the world. Joey has 50 different world records for eating, including eating 121 twinkies in 6 minutes, 30 gyros in ten minutes, and 126 tacos in 8 minutes. Mr Beast’s team included Chris Tyson and Chandler Hallow who went up against Joey to see who could eat a 6-foot, 18-pound pizza, split between them, the fastest. The gang was confident at first that three of them could beat one Joey Chestnut, but they were beaten even with four extra people on board. Joey finished his pizza in just over 30 minutes, while Mr Beast’s team were unable to finish their slice at all. Before the challenge began, each man weighed themselves to compare with how much weight they had gained post-pizza. Joey weighed 229 pounds before eating and had gained 21 pounds after eating (and drinking lots of water). Mr Beast, Chandler, and Chris together weighed 537 pounds before competing and gained a collective 10 pounds. Even Joey himself said that this pizza was one of the hardest challenges he’d ever done. Last week, Mr Beast challenged his fans to solve the “World’s hardest riddle” and offered a $100,000 reward to the first person to find the answer. The riddle took 8 hours in total to be completed.

  • MrBeast hosts PewDiePie’s Meme Review to stop T-Series YouTube takeover – Dexerto

MrBeast hosts PewDiePie’s Meme Review to stop T-Series YouTube takeover PewDiePie, YouTube / MrBeast, TwitterTop YouTuber Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg has pulled another ace from up his sleeve by having MrBeast host Meme Review in a bid to fend off T-Series in their ongoing subscriber battle. Mr Beast is an extraordinarily popular content creator in his own right, with over 15.5 million subscribers as of March 5, and PewDiePie will be hoping that his guest appearance will help maintain his lead over T-Series as the most subscribed to YouTube channel. The YouTuber hit over 88 million subscribers on March 4 and, at the time of writing, live sub counts show a that he has a lead of 44,000 over the Indian Production Company. However, T-Series is still very much in the hunt. The Swede made the shock announcement during a video on March 5, where he revealed MrBeast would be in charge of the Meme Review segment. This week’s host is just the latest popular face to have hosted an episode of the popular YouTube series, after Tesla’s founder Elon Musk was revealed as a guest host on February 22. (For mobile readers, PewDiePie introduces MrBeast as the Meme Review host at 10:50 in the video below) Despite admitting that he’s running out of ideas to increase his sub count, Pewds has managed to use these shock appearances to move further away from T-Series – who were just 9,000 subs away from him before Musk came in to help. Even after Musk’s episode, T-Series continued to gain, and the gap fell as low as 1,400 at one point. Thankfully, MrBeast’s appearance has given him a much needed boost, and the lead is now at 44,000, as of March 6. Whether or not the YouTube king will keep up the pace and continue to distance himself from his closest challenger remains to be seen, but these new hosts of Meme Review certainly seem to be helping him a lot.

  • Mr Beast goes undercover as news anchor for $20k giveaway – Dexerto

Mr Beast goes undercover as news anchor for $20k giveaway Mr Beast, YouTubeYouTube star Jimmy “Mr Beast” Donaldson is known for giving away insane amounts of cash in creative ways, and has taken his talents to the next level with an “undercover” operation in light of current global affairs. While Mr Beast has opened free banks, free car dealerships, and even tipped wait staff with actual gold bars, it’s a bit harder to pull off such stunts with the ongoing worldwide situation in mind. Thus, the YouTuber opted to go virtual with his next giveaway in an operation that might even rival classic spy movies — with a comedic twist, of course. Going undercover as a news anchor, college professor, construction worker and even a lawyer, Mr Beast and his crew used their connections to score video interviews with individuals affected by the global crisis under the pretense of interviews and case studies. With a $200k budget in hand, the social media star shocked teachers, students, and others who had been negatively impacted by the issue, who he tricked into thinking they were merely part of a survey. One interviewee admitted that she hadn’t had a car since August 2019, which she claimed she would put her $5,000 towards after Mr Beast blew his cover. The content creator nearly shed a tear himself, after giving away $10k to a New York-based woman who’d been laid off, who began crying after he revealed his charitable plans. “Rent will be paid,” she said. “Maybe I can get a good night’s sleep tonight, and maybe I can pay it forward like you guys did for me.” However, this is far from the greatest of Mr Beast’s future plans; the YouTuber admitted that his video call giveaway stunt was merely the beginning of the charitable exploits he has penned for the coming years. “This is just the beginning of what I want to do,” he revealed. “Over the next few years, I want to help thousands of people.” Having planted over 20 million trees, directly impacted struggling families in his own community and even aiding those impacted by global affairs, it’s no secret that Mr Beast is one of the internet’s most philanthropic stars, rising to the top alongside names like David Dobrik to spread smiles one video at a time.

  • Mr Beast goes viral after incredibly romantic gesture for his girlfriend – Dexerto

Mr Beast goes viral after incredibly romantic gesture for his girlfriend Jimmy ‘Mr Beast’ Donaldson is well-known for his generosity and crazy stunts on YouTube, but the American went viral on December 18 when he showed how romantic he can be with a lovely gesture for his girlfriend. The YouTube star has given away millions of dollars in his videos, buying and decorating a house for a pizza delivery guy who desperately needed a new home, and even opening a car dealership where every vehicle was free. However, the 21-year-old showed more of his softer side in a tweet posted on December 18, showing off a cute surprise he had arranged for his girlfriend Maddy that immediately sent social media into overdrive. The pair headed to the movie theater to see Frozen 2, but Maddy could never have expected the surprise she received when she stepped through the doors and took her seat, ready to enjoy the sequel to Disney’s winter-themed blockbuster. She may have noticed that the couple were a little lonely in the screening, but that wasn’t because nobody wanted to see the movie, but rather Mr Beast had managed to rent out the entire theater so they would be the only ones enjoying popcorn with Frozen 2 that evening. On top of that, before the movie could even get started, a video montage played, showing every picture the couple had ever taken together, adding even more to what was surely an unforgettable evening. I told Maddy we were going to Frozen 2 and then surprised her with a rented out movie theater and a video montage of every picture we’ve taken ? pic.twitter.com/pOLfDahnQW — MrBeast (@MrBeastYT) December 19, 2019 The tweet immediately blew up on Twitter, racking up over 7,000 retweets and 131,000 likes in less than 12 hours, with many replies commending Mr Beast for his special treat. “This is next level,” wrote one impressed fan, while another said: “If this ain’t the cutest thing ever, then I don’t know what is!” Maddy was clearly delighted with the gesture, beaming with joy in the short clip that the YouTuber uploaded to Twitter, panning from her smiling face to the massive movie screen showing the pair posing together. One thing is for sure, though, Mr Beast has definitely set an extremely high bar for boyfriends to meet, especially with Valentine’s Day just a couple of months away!
