  • Dr Disrespect finally gets handshake from YouTube as Kick contract talks break down – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect finally gets handshake from YouTube as Kick contract talks break down Dr Disrespect/YouTubeLegendary streamer Dr Disrespect has finally gotten a stamp of approval from YouTube Gaming as his contract negotiations with Kick seemingly broke down. Dr Disrespect has been streaming on YouTube ever since being mysteriously banned from Twitch back in 2020, but his time on YT has not been without drama. Back in 2022, the two-time lashed out at YouTube, claiming they didn’t support him and even unfollowed the platform on X, formerly known as Twitter, due to a lack of recognition of his talent. Now, that seems to have finally been cleared up as Doc revealed that YouTube Gaming finally extended its arm for a firm handshake, something he accepted and there may be more to the situation than just social media gestures. Dr Disrespect shakes hands with YouTube as Kick deal falls apart Prior to YouTube extending its hand, Dr Disrespect had been eyeing a deal with Kick and demanded a $50M deal. Doc had been enticed to join the green platform after Twitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel secured a massive bag in the form of a lucrative $100M deal. Despite requesting half of xQc’s contract, Kick’s Head of Product Paulie Chianese implied that it was just too much money and that Doc’s demand was firm. “I love the Doc. I’ve watched him for years and years. I think he’s one of the most entertaining streamers in the business, but fifty million is fifty million,” he said in an interview with streamer Big E. However, shortly after Dr Disrespect posted about getting the follow by YouTube, the platform appeared to tease something on social media by posting a black silhouette of a mystery streamer with a question mark over their head. “Can you name this creator?” YouTube asked. Many in the comments are predicting that this is Doc and might indicate a possible signing for the two-time and an exclusive contract offer, though nothing is certain just yet. We’ll have to wait and see what happens, but for now, it seems like Dr Disrespect is content with continuing on YouTube for the foreseeable future.

  • Dr Disrespect set to finally join Summit1g on GTA RP – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect set to finally join Summit1g on GTA RP Twitch: Dr Disrespect / RockstarAfter GTA RP rose to popularity on Twitch, largely thanks to Summit1g, fans have been eagerly awaiting Dr Disrespect‘s first foray into the game, and they will soon be granted their wish. Grand Theft Auto role play is a mod of the standard GTA V game, which makes players adopt a particular character and play within the strict rules of their role play. Summit1g is credited with helping the mode gain prominence on Twitch, with many other top streamers following suit after him, but Dr Disrespect is yet to try his hand at it. The Doc would be the perfect candidate though, given he already ‘role plays’ as himself on every stream, so making a character would be easy enough. GTA RP is popular because of its ability to create truly bizarre and hilarious moments, and with the Doc’s signature style it would be the perfect match. Although he’s never committed in the past, it looks like the Doc is finally giving in to the GTA RP hype, tweeting on August 20: “I want in GTA RP.” Unfortunately, earning a spot in the RP server is easier said than done. NoPixel is the largest GTA V roleplaying server, used by many the top streamers, but it’s an exclusive club, with would-be players required to fill out an application form. Admittedly, big-name streamers usually get priority over lesser-known players, so given Dr Disrespect‘s profile, he should be able to get a spot. If the Doc does get his spot, viewers will anticipate him teaming up with Summit1g, LIRIK, TimTheTatman and other streamers who have jumped in for some RP action. When Dr Disrespect puts his mind to something though, he typically goes all out, and will likely bring a higher level of production quality than we’ve ever seen for GTA roleplay streams.

  • Dr Disrespect finally apologizes for calling mobile fans “not real gamers” – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect finally apologizes for calling mobile fans “not real gamers” YouTube: Dr DisrespectDr Disrespect has finally apologized for his infamous 2019 tweet suggesting anyone who plays games on mobile phones “aren’t real gamers,” more than 14 months after the controversial comment… but was he really sorry? The Doc has built a career on barbed comments, poking fun at fellow streamers like Shroud and TimTheTatman, as well as the gaming industry as a whole. Recently, he even took aim at the scene’s “repetitive” marketing after Apex Legends dropped its highly-anticipated Season 6 trailer. The newly-minted YouTube superstar was forced to roll back one of his most controversial takes, however, after he paired up with Fnatic’s Tanmay ‘Sc0ut’ Singh, a professional PUBG Mobile player, during his recent August 22 stream. Dr Disrespect and Sc0ut were enjoying a series of duo-queue matches on Warzone when the Doc’s Champions Club reminded him of his 14-month old tweet. The Two-Time, seemingly a little sheepish about his comment, apologized to Fnatic’s mobile star soon after. “Not sure if you ever saw my tweet…” Dr Disrespect said. “I just want to get ahead of the controversy about me saying that mobile gamers aren’t real gamers. It was a spur of the moment thing. I just want to make sure that I get ahead of it.” Sc0ut didn’t seem phased; he didn’t even confirm if he had seen the comment. Instead, the Doc’s Aug. 22 stream partner replied the tweet was “completely fine”. In true Dr Disrespect fashion, however, the YouTube star soon cast a small shadow of doubt over whether he actually had changed his mind on how “real” mobile gamers are since mid-last year. One of the Doc’s fans asked him in a message, “Are you sorry?” The streaming star paused for only a second before making a declaration that seemed to totally go against his earlier apology: “Sorry for what? I don’t apologize.” He did offer up an explanation behind why he’d never been converted by handheld gaming, however. “The one thing that bothers me, with mobile, is I’m putting my thumbs on the screen. I’m taking up space… I’d rather have [them] on the side.” The related Sc0ut segment begins at 2:23:47 in the broadcast video below. Dr Disrespect has been back to his imperious best on YouTube since his shock Twitch ban; he’s been drawing in hundreds of thousands of viewers every stream. The star hit more than 105,000 during his double-up broadcast with Sc0ut. He’s also been doing more and more “team-ups” since his triumphant return. The Two-Time recently played with YouTube king PewDiePie on August 14. The pair went head-to-head in Fall Guys in front of more than 340k viewers.

  • Dr Disrespect finally breaks silence to address Twitch ban – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect finally breaks silence to address Twitch ban Instagram: @drdisrespect[jwplayer Y7PB7YwV]After fans waited hours in agonizing silence, Dr Disrespect has finally spoken out following his abrupt ban from Twitch on June 26. The internet was sent into a meltdown following Dr Disrespect’s ban from the Amazon-owned platform on June 26, with industry expert Rod ‘Slasher’ Breslau revealing that sources claimed it was permanent. Nobody knew the reasonings behind it, with the rumor mill spinning out of control with speculation. He has now broken his silence with a statement thanking his fans for all the support. While he didn’t confirm that the ban was permanent, he stated that “Twitch has not notified me on the specific reason behind their decision.” Dr Disrespect speaks out about Twitch ban On June 27, the online personality finally commented on the ban on Twitter, thanking his fans for the support shown during the ongoing situation. However, he didn’t state how long it was for. “Champions Club, Twitch has not notified me on the specific reason behind their decision,” he tweeted. “Firm handshakes to all for the support during this difficult time.” Champions Club, Twitch has not notified me on the specific reason behind their decision… Firm handshakes to all for the support during this difficult time. -Dr Disrespect — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) June 28, 2020 This marks the first time the streamer has spoken out publicly about his suspension, and it raises questions as to why he has yet to be told the reason behind his removal from Twitch. His tweet echoes a similar statement from his wife ‘Mrs Assassin,’ which she posted to her Instagram Stories on June 26, a few hours after the news of the ban initially broke. She also thanked the Champions Club, stating that their “love, support, strength, and kindness” has been “overwhelming,” and that there’s “no one better.” It is currently unknown whether Dr Disrespect’s ban is actually forever, or whether he will be returning to the streaming platform in due course. That said, fans have been receiving emails from Twitch to notify them of subscription refunds. His emotes have also reportedly been removed entirely, fueling the fire around the speculation of it being a permanent suspension.

  • Dr Disrespect implores Epic to “bring back Jarvis” after Fortnite ban – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect implores Epic to “bring back Jarvis” after Fortnite ban Twitch star Dr Disrespect explained his feelings about FaZe Clan’s Jarvis Kaye following his permanent ban from Fortnite for using an aimbot. Jarvis was handed out a permanent ban from Fortnite by Epic Games over his use of an aimbot in the Creative mode of the game “for content.” While he didn’t use it in a competitive setting, Epic still has a no-tolerance policy for hacks and cheats of this nature so he was banned for good. This is largely because the hacks he used changed the game code, and he even gave a tutorial on how to get these hacks yourself. Many suspected that given his ties to FaZe Clan, the banning wouldn’t last for very long, but Epic stood their ground and said he would remain permanently banned. A few big names have chimed in with their thoughts on the ban including Ninja, xQc, FaZe Banks, and now we can include Dr Disrespect. When asked by a member of his chat what he thought about Jarvis’ permaban, he didn’t pull any punches when discussing the FaZe Clan creator. “Here’s the thing, I do have an opinion on this, ok,” he started. “I kinda looked into it a little bit. At first, you read it like “Jarvis used hacks” and all of a sudden it’s like “sh*t, get him out of here, get him out,” he said. However, Doc changed his tune on that and said he looked into it a little deeper. “Now here’s the thing, I don’t know if the hacks were used in a live environment or not,” he said. “He’s basically using it not for competition, not to go out and bump up his K/D or grinding Champion’s League, or a tournament, or any of that stuff. He’s using it for content for his YouTube channel to show something.” With this knowledge, Doc believes the ban was a bit harsh, especially when considered to XXif and Ronaldo who were caught cheating during the World Cup qualifiers and were only give a two-week ban. “He got permanently banned for it,” he said. “In comparison to these guys that used cheats and hacks during a qualification of a $30 million tournament and they only got two weeks banned. That’s, I feel like Blueballs (Bluehole) and Epic Games are part of the same equation of just clueless. I don’t get it. If anything, Jarvis should just get a temporary ban. He ends his explanation by saying “bring back Jarvis.” (Discussion begins at 3:52) It certainly doesn’t sound like he’ll ever be unbanned, but he will be able to take solace in the fact that he does have his supporters out there. While Fortnite was his main game, Jarvis said his career is far from over and he’s just getting started.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why he’s feeling “no pressure” after game studio launch – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why he’s feeling “no pressure” after game studio launch YouTube/Dr DisrespectDr Disrespect isn’t feeling any pressure off the back of his big Midnight Society game studio launch. Despite hype around his battle royale, the two-time is just going along for the ride and enjoying the journey rather than the result. The two-time is no stranger to making waves in the gaming industry. Not only was he a level designer in his past life, he made a map for Rogue Company under the Doc alias. Now, his own “vertical” battle-royale game dreams are coming to life. With the reveal his own game studio, Midnight Society, hype is brewing around the two-time’s next project. He co-founded his studio with Robert Bowling and Quinn DelHoyo, who have worked on Halo, Call of Duty, and Gears of War. Now, there’s a very real chance that he can be the first (and likely only) person to win both Game of the Year (for when his battle royale goes live) and Streamer of the Year at something like The Game Awards. However, Doc isn’t putting any pressure on himself or his studio to get results. He just wants to enjoy the ride of making his own game. “I think you guys are putting too much pressure on the two-time…there ain’t no pressure. Here’s the thing about it, champs. It ain’t nothing to do with the pressure or the result. It’s about the journey.” Midnight Studio, and his upcoming battle royale, is all about the idea of pursuing something he’s “extremely passionate” about. “I’m telling you, man, that’s the fun of it. “The result is actually kind of sad because the journey is, at that particular moment, not necessarily over, but it’s… the formation of it all, it’s sort of concluded. It’s how you continue to take things to the next level after that, right?” Doc concluded his thoughts by reiterating that he isn’t feeling any pressure to deliver an award-winning game. “There ain’t no pressure. We’re just going to go out there, and we’re just going to have fun and do it.” The Doc is an expert when it comes to dealing with pressure. It’s only natural since he’s the back-to-back 1993-1994 Blockbuster Video Game World Champion. So, it’s not surprising that isn’t an issue for him when it comes to running his own game studio.

  • Dr Disrespect fans convinced Kick move imminent after cryptic tease – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect fans convinced Kick move imminent after cryptic tease Twitter: Dr DisrespectDr Disrespect fans are convinced that a move to streaming platform Kick is imminent after the content creator released a cryptic teaser video. Dr Disrespect has been, as his name implies, one of the most controversial streamers around. However, he is also one of the most popular. One of his most infamous sagas was in 2020 when he was unexpectedly banned from Twitch. This ban meant a move towards YouTube, becoming one of its most-watched streamers alongside other notable banned Twitch streamers like IShowSpeed. And now, with the rise of Kick, Dr Disrespect has been teasing a move to the rival platform and fans are speculating a recently released teaser video as the beginning of his potential move over. In a short teaser video, Dr Disrespect can be seen in a barren desert, holding a bird and shouting in the air with an eagle screeching. More interestingly however, the video ends with a date, October 27, 2023. Many have speculated it could be the date he announces his move to Kick. However, others have also speculated that the bird in the teaser video could be a reference to potentially streaming on Twitter. This comes as the Doc got a “handshake” from YouTube, with a follow back from their Twitter account and possibly accepting a contract with. This was further solidified as the YouTube Gaming account tweeted out a cryptic post, potentially teasing a deal that had been signed between the streaming giant and Doc. As for a move to Kick, Doc has publicly stated that if he were to move to the fresh-faced platform, he wanted a $50 million contract. This demand came right after xQc’s record-breaking streaming deal with Kick was announced. However, that amount was too much for the platform, and Doc seemed to be firm on the amount. As Kick’s Head of Product said in an interview with streamer Big E, “I love the Doc. I’ve watched him for years and years. I think he’s one of the most entertaining streamers in the business, but fifty million is fifty million.” For all the latest entertainment news and updates, be sure to check out Dexerto’s full coverage here.

It comes after several creators have risked suspensions for playing with the Doc, who was famously perma-banned from Twitch. Dr Disrespect‘s famous feud with Twitch is still a hot topic among the streaming community. After receiving an unexpected permanent ban from the platform, what followed was a fiery legal dispute which would last for nearly two years. However, Twitch and the Doc finally patched up their differences in March 2022. However, fans have been left with more questions than answers as he remained banned from Twitch and there was no official reason given in the first place. So, it’s no surprise that fans were shocked to see Dr Disrespect’s appearance in a Fortnite advert that is circulating on Twitch. Dr Disrespect appears in Twitch Fortnite advert In a video shared on Twitter, fans were shocked to see Dr Disrespect pop up an advert promoting ‘Fortnite: Zero Build’ mode on Twitch. Several streamers from both YouTube and Twitch can also be seen in the video including, NICKMERCS, Disguised Toast, and Valkyrae. Not only that, but various content creators have risked being suspended from the Amazon-owned platform after including the banned streamer in their content. However, others were also confused about how he would be allowed to be shown in the ad. One Twitter user explained: “It’s an ad by a company not affiliated with Twitch or Amazon, it does not matter who is in it as long as Twitch is getting the revenue from it.” It’s an ad by a company not affiliated with Twitch or Amazon, it does not matter who is in it as long as Twitch is getting the revenue from it. One user claimed: “Valkyrae isn’t banned from Twitch and the Doc famously is. So it’s interesting he’s allowed on the platform in the form of an ad but not to play with his friends.” Yeah but Valkyrae isn’t banned from twitch and the doc famously is. • Dr Disrespect falls asleep reading viewer’s boring Tarkov donation – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect falls asleep reading viewer’s boring Tarkov donation Twitch icon Dr Disrespect “fell asleep” on stream after reading a viewer’s boring donation, which detailed how to play popular action RPG “Escape From Tarkov.” In the two-time’s latest YouTube video featuring stream highlights, Doc started reading a three dollar donation from a user named “Tequila Tactics.” “You could transfer quest items into the stash for quest items by going to the tasks tab and selecting the items, and click transfer to avoid bringing quest items…” the streamer read quickly before beginning to doze off. (Timestamp 1:08) The instructions certainly killed all the violence, speed and momentum the Doc had as he fell back in his chair and pretended to be fast asleep. Just to sell it home, the entertainer started snoring for good measure. Read More: Top 10 most-watched Twitch clips of 2019 – For over ten seconds straight, the former level designer started dreaming as the game tried to match him into another round. While the donation certainly wasn’t the most interesting in the world, that doesn’t mean Doc doesn’t get messages he enjoys. Earlier in the video, the former Blockbuster video game champion read a fifteen dollar donation referencing when he wielded a hatchet in-game, and chat laughed at him. “F**king kappa faces,” Doc laughed, and proceeded to do his best impression of the TotalBiscuit LUL and Kappa emotes. For his part, Disrespect has been a major supporter of Escape from Tarkov, even claiming to be “addicted” to the rising FPS title. Earlier in January, he praised the game for its attractive quests. “This whole dynamic of scavenging, having NPCs and player-controlled scavengers, and these intervals of which you enter and extract from a server. It’s that whole meta of the game, it’s very intriguing,” he said. Hopefully, the game continues to impress. Otherwise, it may be more than just boring donations that put the Twitch star to sleep.

  • Dr Disrespect fan makes big mistake comparing his stream to TimTheTatman’s – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect fan makes big mistake comparing his stream to TimTheTatman’s YouTube: DrDisrespectDr Disrespect absolutely roasted a fan on stream after they complained in chat about the length of his intros, comparing them to TimTheTatman’s. Ever since TimTheTatman moved to YouTube and reunited with Dr Disrespect on September 1, the duo has played together nearly every day since. Their streams aren’t without plenty of friendly banter, however, as they’ve gone as far as trolling each other with their respective stream thumbnails and Doc has been quite vocal with his feelings about Tim’s Warzone highlight videos. When a fan took to the Champions Club founder’s stream and mentioned that his stream intros are longer than Tim’s, Doc mocked the fan as he read it as he told the fan to “get the f**k out of here.” Dr Disrespect roasts fan On his October 29 stream, the creator read the message out loud, mocking the fan: “Your intros are longer than Tims, ughhhhhh, says Brian f**king Fuentes.” The Two-Time has gained popularity over the years thanks to his high-production skits that often make up a portion of the beginning of each stream, and are usually followed by time spent talking to his community before getting into whatever game he decided to play that day. Dr Disrespect didn’t hold back any feelings towards the fan for his comments as he quickly clapped back with his own response: “Get the f**k out of here, I hate these little b***hes, I hate the b***hy attitude of people these days. Sensitive, b***hy, hand-fed attitude. GET HIM OUT!” (Timestamp at 41:48 in the video below) Doc quickly calmed down after ranting about the fan’s comment as he smiled while he told his chat: “cause I’m feeling good tonight.” Long-time fans of the creator know that he’s not someone to hold back his thoughts about other people, fans or not, as Doc has proven in the past with his roast of NICKMERCS and that time a fan told him to open Apex Legends packs on stream. Maybe next time, this “chubby cheek” will think twice before making a comparison.

  • Dr Disrespect falls asleep in most boring PUBG match ever – still wins – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect falls asleep in most boring PUBG match ever – still wins Dr Disrespect, TwitchPlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, after appearing to fall asleep during the match. The popular Twitch streamer might be known for the violence, speed, and momentum that he usually brings to the arena every time he goes live on the platform, but his August 21 broadcast couldn’t have been more different. Doc has picked up some insane kills and chicken dinners in PUBG over the years, although this one might go down as one of his most memorable. When the going gets tough and the final circle is closing in, not many players would take a step away from the action. The Two-Time didn’t play by those rules, though, as he got across the finish line in the most unlikely way you could imagine – by dozing off in front of the thousands watching at home. When he eventually opened his eyes and saw ‘Winner Winner Chicken Dinner’ plastered across his screen, the streamer took a moment to process what had just happened, before saying: “How long was I out for?” While he might have been wondering how he pulled it off, not controlling his player, viewers were quick to fill him in with their comments in the chat. With just one enemy remaining, they were caught by the circle and were eliminated as a result, making Dr Disrespect the winner. All he had to do was stay put in the safe zone. After waking up from his brief nap, he screamed “Easy!” and continued in his quest for even more victories. If they come as easy as this, he’ll be breaking his Triple Threat Challenge world record again in no time!

  • Dr Disrespect fakes crotch injury with real CSGO knife to teach life lesson – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect fakes crotch injury with real CSGO knife to teach life lesson YouTube/DrDisrespectPopular streamer Dr Disrespect decided to teach his viewers a life lesson by pretending to injure his crotch with a real CS:GO knife. Dr Disrespect spent ages trying to unbox a knife in Counter-Strike and when he finally did, the two-time’s fans decided Doc needed the real thing added to his collection. In an August 2 broadcast, the two-time decided to unbox his present on stream, showcasing the weapon’s piercing blue blade that contrasted well with Doc’s vibrant red vest. In an instant, however, fans were taken aback when Dr Disrespect surprisingly dropped the knife on his groin area and let out a disturbed cry in pain before revealing it was all a trick to teach a lesson. Dr Disrespect uses CSGO knife “injury” to teach viewers life lesson After revealing that he was actually fine and there was no harm done to his manhood, the banned Twitch streamer touched on how quick people were to panic over things. “That’s the problem with today’s world. Everyone panics so fast. Like, just shut up, you know, shut up and be an adult,” he exclaimed. “Stop overreacting, stop panicking, stop voicing your opinion so passionately when you should be focusing on yourself, everyone just needs to settle down in today’s world.” The 6’8 YouTuber went on to claim that too many people are “focused on the wrong things” instead of just enjoying their lives. “Go play a round of golf,” the streamer added, urging viewers to get the most out of their lives instead of arguing about things on the internet. This isn’t the first time Dr Disrespect shared similar sentiments. Earlier this year, Doc sided with NICKMERCS when Call of Duty decided to pull his Operator skin after the MFAM leader faced backlash over comments about Pride events in schools. After uninstalling CoD and demanding Activision apologize for their actions, Doc insisted that people online are too “extreme” and that he simply doesn’t “have time” to talk about politics when he’s trying to put on a show.

  • Dr Disrespect explodes after tech issues derail his stream – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explodes after tech issues derail his stream Twitch: Dr Disrespect / The Coalition / MicrosoftTwitch star Dr Disrespect tried his hand at Microsoft’s Gears of War 5 during his September 11 stream, and a major issue that interrupted his broadcast left the Two-Time exploding with rage. Doc has been known to get angry from time to time when a game doesn’t go his way, and has even uninstalled games like Apex Legends as a result of what he thinks was bad game design. But during his stream of the recently released Gears of War 5 which came out on September 6, the Twitch star blew up when a recurring issue interfered with his game and made the whole experience collapse before he could get into it. Dr Disrespect lost his cool While streaming the first person shooter, the Two-Time became frustrated when the Xbox notification pop up for game invites kept appearing on his screen, as many players began to spam him. Read More: Soulja Boy to box Jake Paul on undercard – “Xbox Game Bar is fucking up so much. I’m going to break something man. Stupid ass Xbox App!” Doc said, mimicking the sound of a chainsaw as he stressed his words in anger. The Twitch star then took to Microsoft’s website where he went through tutorials and guides to try to turn off the notifications from showing up in his game. He soon became overwhelmed with frustration as the solution continued to elude him. “Why do I have to do this? This is f*ckin’ terrible man. This is so…” he trailed off, as he raised his hands above his head, and clenched his fists in pure anger and frustration. “This is stupid!” Deep down the rabbit hole of trying to disable the notification, the Two-Time started to become increasingly irritable and hostile towards his chat, after many had made suggestions to fix the issue that didn’t work. “How do we turn off notifications in-game? How!?” Doc screamed before he turned to his chat and read a specific user’s suggestion. “I’m going to start banning. I’m following it. If you’re wrong, and I can’t access that, you’re out of the Champions Club. Simple as that!” he warned. Doc finally exploded After numerous tries to get the notifications to stop showing up, Doc absolutely lost it when his last attempt failed. “You f*ckin’… You gotta be f*ckin’ kidding me!” the Two-Time screamed in absolute rage as he punched his desk. “You gotta be kidding me!” The Twitch star then threw both his hands up and walked off stream as he finally had enough, admitting defeat to his Xbox Notification issue. Despite his epic meltdown, Dr Disrespect’s rage is par the course for the Twitch star, as he often loses his cool during broadcasts. As of time of this article, he remains as one of the top streamers on the platform with over 3.6 million followers.

  • Dr Disrespect fails miserably after trying new Apex Legends spawn portal – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect fails miserably after trying new Apex Legends spawn portal Dr Disrespect, Twitch / Respawn EntertainmentApex Legends, and getting trapped inside it might be one of his worst, but most hilarious, experiences on the game yet. The popular variety Twitch streamer has been rotating between games for quite some time, claiming that he’s frustrated with the current offerings from developers, yet decided to come back to Apex Legends following the Voidwalker update on September 3. This new patch introduced a whole new revamped Town Takeover section, bringing in a huge portal that can be entered as soon as you drop into the match, taking players to the Singh Labs area. Though, it’s fair to say that the Doc didn’t have the most successful of outings when he gave it a try. Teaming up with LyndonFPS, the Two-Time entered the portal right from the start of the game on a number of occasions during his September 3 broadcast on Twitch. As he jumped in, a portal appeared underneath his head on screen, his latest move to improve his production value on the platform, something many fans believe he’s the best at. He said: “Alright let’s do it,” he said, unleashing a loud scream before reaching the bottom. “I can’t see anything! I’m trapped! I’m trapped.” As soon as he reached the ground, the players were hit with a Caustic Nox Gas Trap, meaning that they couldn’t really see what was going on around them. Just moments later, an enemy player knocked out both of the players in quick succession. Of course, this wasn’t the only time that Dr Disrespect jumped inside the new portal. In fact, there were countless games where he tried it out and picked up a few kills, but his reaction to the animation was priceless each and every time.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why streaming beats TV – and wants a Netflix show – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why streaming beats TV – and wants a Netflix show YouTube: Dr DisrespectStreaming icon Dr Disrespect believes that livestreams are, by and large, better than television these days, seeing as fans can dip in and out without missing much. Though, he wouldn’t say no to a Netflix production of his own. Over the past decade, plenty has been made about streaming and YouTube content replacing more traditional forms of entertainment like television and movies. Many content creators have crossed over between both – especially in the world of sports, where streamers have been able to host their own broadcasts of games – but there has still yet to be a takeover by the up-and-coming outlets, even if they are getting increasingly popular day-by-day. However, in the case of Dr Disrespect, he believes streaming has become the go-to for fans and replaced television, seeing as fans can enjoy continuous broadcasts that they can fit their days around. During his April 20 stream, The Doc got a donation from a fan who informed him that they had to stop watching to go to a job interview but they’d returned after a successful trip and were delighted to see him still online. “That’s one of the beautiful things that’s not really talked about in the world of streaming,” The Doc said about his lengthy streams, noting that people can just drop in and out and rarely miss all that much. “You get off work, come back and the Two-Time is still up. The Arena, we’re still rocking! Eight and a half hours later we’re still rolling baby. “That’s one of the most underrated things about a streamer in comparison to say, what, Jimmy Fallon? What’s he do, he shows up and has to read a script for 45 minutes and goes home. That’s easy, man! Holy s**t.” Timestamp of 8:19:00 As ever, the Two-Time also saw it as a moment to put an idea out there, urging Netflix to call him for his own late-night show. “Give me a call man, we’ll set the precedent,” he said. A few years back, The Doc did pen a deal with a TV company for a show based on his iconic persona. Though, who knows if it’ll ever see the light of day. Until then, he’ll still be taking names and winning games on stream.

  • Dr Disrespect explodes at viewer who tried to mock him – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explodes at viewer who tried to mock him Twitch: Dr DisrespectTwitch star Dr Disrespect has hit out at a viewer who tried to mock him after a poor performance in a game of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. Dr Disrespect is undoubtedly one of the biggest streamers out there, having made a name for himself by entertaining viewers with his bold attitude and never being afraid to call anyone out, even people watching his streams. Such was the case during his March 2 broadcast, when one viewer tried to mock the Doc for leaving a PUBG game, and quickly found himself under fire from the streamer. “Hey Doc quit your bitching, you can’t even win with two PUBG no-lifers,” said the viewer, causing the Two-Time to erupt. He opened up the viewer’s profile and relentlessly tore into his Twitch page, mocking just about everything on there. “Oh yeah? Let’s bring up your profile… let’s see what you got,” he said and began to read his description in a mocking raspy voice. “My dream is to make [streaming] a full-time job – Well guess what, YOU NEVER WILL! You’re still working at Burger King and you always will for the rest of your life” began Dr Disrespect, before reading some more and shutting down the viewer’s dreams. He added: “Well guess what… nobody is going to your f**king channel! F**king quit.” It was a classic intense reaction that many would expect from The Doc, who doesn’t take too kindly to smack talk, especially after a rough game. His viewers loved it, though, spamming laughing emotes and enjoying the “destruction” throughout. Many will have no doubt learned from the situation and won’t try to smack talk Dr Disrespect in the future unless they too want to be mocked by him.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why nobody is playing ‘terrible’ PUBG anymore – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why nobody is playing ‘terrible’ PUBG anymore Dr Disrespect / Phero, YouTubePlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds went down a lot worse than he might have imagined, sparking an angered rant where he suggested the only people playing the pioneering battle royale game right now are from South Korea. The streamer, who has voiced his concerns about a lack of content on rival battle royale game Apex Legends of late, decided to give PUBG another try on March 20 as part of his regular ‘Triple Threat Challenge’. Looking for solo wins in PUBG, Fortnite and Apex Legends to complete the task, it soon became clear that the first stumbling block proved too much for the streamer to handle. After Dr Disrespect had fought his way back into the zone on Sanhok, as seen in the clip above, he was shot at by a hidden foe. He glanced around and eventually found the enemy camping, crouched behind a nearby tree, before taking them out – only to be sniped from afar moments later. It’s fair to say that all of these hiding tactics didn’t go down too well with the Two-Time, sparking an anger fuelled rant at the game. “This game is designed for a bunch of pussies. It is! It’s terrible,” he said. “It’s a bunch of ‘crouching, hiding in the bushes, looking out at long range waiting for your one shot’ pussies. That’s why nobody is playing it – except people that are in South Korea.” The Doc took a major issue with how players are rewarded for sitting and waiting in PUBG, instead of taking the initiative by engaging in ‘legitimate’ gunfights – he says. “Not once have I died in a 1-on-1 fight. I haven’t,” he explained. “It’s been from behind, from the left, from desperation, from chubby cheeks. It’s fucking terrible, this game is fucking terrible.” His search for the next solo win in PUBG continues, but it’s uncertain if he’ll go against his better judgement and continue playing the game in the future. Clearly, he doesn’t like how people are playing it.

  • Dr DisRespect Explains Why Shroud is One of the World’s Most Popular Streamers – Dexerto

Dr DisRespect Explains Why Shroud is One of the World’s Most Popular Streamers Twitter/@DaccheiDr DisRespect says Michael “shroud” Grzesiek is so popular on Twitch for good reason, explaining why he can attract over 30,000 viewers every stream. The Doc himself is also one of the biggest names on Twitch, so he is well positioned to explain what is behind bringing in such a large audience. Formerly a professional Counter-Strike player, shroud moved to full time streaming in 2017, and since then has rocketed to the top of the rankings for followers and subscribers. As other streamers, such as Lirik, have pointed out, it is shroud’s background as a professional player that gives him the edge as a broadcaster, as people know they are getting some serious skill on show. And the Doc agrees, going as far as to say that shroud is in fact the best PC gamer that he’s ever seen, on top of being an entertainer. “Shroud gets 30,000 – 50,000 people, the reason he has 50,000 subscribed to him, is because he’s the best PC gamer, that I’ve ever seen. He’s literally the best at everything he does play, because he was born on a mouse and keyboard. He showcases something very special, that no one else has.” The Doc goes on to say that in addition to his skill, shroud is also just a nice guy, and humble, which makes him easy to watch: “He’s easy to watch. It’s a comfortable, kick your feet up, let me watch the best PC gamer absolutely destroy.” It’s a rare moment of the Doc being complimentary, considering he typically claims he is the best gamer to ever do it – and because his character is about disrespect, not respect. Shroud has clearly gained the ‘respect’ of Dr DisRespect.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why he won’t stream Lost Ark: “Where’s the skill?” – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why he won’t stream Lost Ark: “Where’s the skill?” Smilegate RPG/Dr DisrespectPopular streamer Dr Disrespect is not a fan of MMOs and got into a heated argument with fellow YouTuber TimTheTatman about the level of skill needed to play them at a high level. Dr Disrespect is one of the top streamers on the internet. The infamously banned Twitch star has been making a name for himself for years with his highlight-reel FPS snipes, hilarious takes, and unreal production quality. While he may be a force to be reckoned with when he has a sniper rifle in his hands, the Two-Time isn’t as big of a supporter of MMOs such as Lost Ark. During a recent stream, Doc expressed exactly why and took issue with his Warzone teammate’s enthusiasm with the new RPG. “Where’s the skill though?” @DrDisrespect on why he is avoiding Lost Ark and MMO’s in general. pic.twitter.com/YAUnyCS64D — Dexerto (@Dexerto) February 10, 2022 Dr Disrespect explains his issue with MMOs With many players excited to play Lost Ark, Dr Disrespect and TimTheTatman engaged in a debate over why that hype existed in the first place. “If I’m going to invest time into a game…” Doc began before Tim cut him off, citing his dislike of MMOs or other genres he isn’t a fan of. “Please explain why do you like it?” “You get to level your character, you can get rare gear, you can player versus player,” Tim shot back. “Where’s the skill, though?” Doc asked. “Ultimately. In terms of a skill that you might be able to recognize from one player to another. Where’s that difference? If I’m watching shroud and then you play, an MMO is one of those games where I couldn’t tell the f**king difference between who is a better player.” This argument pushed Tim over the edge, comparing MMOs to Lacrosse in how spectators couldn’t tell who is more skilled – something the Two-Time disagreed with. In the end, neither side seemed to break through to the other and they had to agree to disagree. Still, don’t expect to see Doc bring his violence, speed, and momentum to Lost Ark or other MMOs in the near future.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why he’ll never play WoW Classic: “Not on this channel!” – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why he’ll never play WoW Classic: “Not on this channel!” PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. The popular internet personality is usually open to play all different types of games, having hosted livestreams playing Apex Legends, Fortnite Battle Royale, Call of Duty and more in the past. However, it appears that the Doc isn’t going to join Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek on Blizzard’s massively online multiplayer any time soon, based on his comments during a broadcast on August 27. Dr Disrespect is sticking with PUBG The self-proclaimed best video gamer in the world was standing right in front of the Champions Club Arena when he announced that he would be playing PUBG, after mocking the WoW community with an explosive rage. “Inside of that arena, we’re going to be playing a little bit of Battlegrounds. Why? Because there ain’t nothing fucking else to play,” he said. “I ain’t playing no top-down, cute, seventh grade, ball pit, Chucky Cheese, wannabee game called World of Warcraft.” Dr Disrespect went on to explain that he wasn’t exactly a fan of running around hitting dragons, cheetahs and other animals in the game to pick up some XP, and promised that his fans won’t be seeing him play it any time soon. The streamer added: “You got thirty thousand other people doing the exact same thing, all running around de-synced and pinged out of your mind because everybody thinks it’s cool that we’re living back in 2001. That ain’t the case, not on this channel.” Those who thought that the Doc was going to venture away from shooter games and jump on the hype train of World of Warcraft Classic have another thing coming. Even if the title is drawing massive audiences, having surpassed over one million Twitch views already since its August 26 launch, the Two-Time doesn’t appear to be one bit interested. Not even close.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why he’s loving Escape from Tarkov – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why he’s loving Escape from Tarkov Dr Disrespect has explained why he is loving Escape from Tarkov, in a surprisingly positive Twitch clip taken from December 31. Battlestate Games’ Escape from Tarkov originally released in the summer of 2016, as a realistic tactical first-person shooter, in the vein of Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Siege. While the latter has experienced mainstream acclaim, the former has found a new lease of life on streaming platforms. A number of popular streamers, including Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek, have praised the game and shared it to their audiences. On December 31, the Doc became the latest to heap praise on Escape from Tarkov. The Doc is known for playing a variety of games, regularly losing his cool and engaging in passionate rants about how games can improve. However, fans were surprised when, on New Year’s Eve, he fired nothing but compliments the way of Battlestate Games. “This game’s kinda sick,” he said. “I’m not gonna lie – this game’s kinda sick. This game is pretty sweet – I get it. It’s not the fastest game, we’re not jumping out of vehicles, ponytail flapping in the wind.” “[We’re not] getting struck by lightning,” he continued. “While we’re AKing somebody – two tapping them – using proximity chat. I know it’s not that type of violence, speed and momentum, but there is a certain level of intensity and build up.” The Doc suggests he’s enjoying the game as a result of its change of pace – a much slower game than those he is accustomed too. This is a typical feature of tactical FPS games – where players may spend minutes holding one angle just to achieve one kill. “I still have a lot to learn, obviously,” the Doc finished. While he’s fairly new to Tarkov, it seems the game is striking all the right chords with Twitch’s most passionate gamer. The two-time’s audience found the Doc’s praise a nice change of pace – as the Doc is finding Escape from Tarkov in his first few days with the game.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why he “turned off” The Rings of Power – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why he “turned off” The Rings of Power Amazon/DrDisrespectYouTuber Dr Disrespect tried watching Amazon’s expensive new Lord of the Rings show ‘The Rings of Power,’ but revealed why he had to turn it off. The Rings of Power has proven to be quite the controversial new series for Amazon with just two episodes currently out. Amazon has put in place a 72-hour delay for reviews in order to combat what the company perceives as “review bombing,” but that hasn’t stopped folks from sharing their opinions on social media. During a stream, banned Twitch star Dr Disrespect shared his thoughts on the Rings of Power and ultimately why he turned it off. Dr Disrespect wants Rings of Power to be more like Dune After stating he got half-way through the first Rings of Power episode, Doc said he was enjoying the show, but then something went awry. “The production is really nice,” he began. “It started off dark and scary, which I kinda like, but then it got to this, ‘oh it’s a wonderful world’ and it got really soft and vibrant and colorful.” According to the two-time, the show’s change in tone was just too much for him. “It went from one degree to [another] and that’s when I turned it off. I’m sure if I had the patience to sit through it, I’ll get used to it and then you’re attached to these good people,” he added. “I think I was just too tired. I liked how it started, though. The production looks sick.” Dr Disrespect went on to explain how he likes “serious tones” over a series becoming too whimsical. “I just want everything to have the same type of tone as Dune,” he wished. “Because Dune is the mature, serious, darker tone of a movie. And it feels very mature because of it. I just want everything to have the same feel as Dune – soundtrack, cinematography, the scale of everything.” Luckily for the two-time, there are still six more episodes of the Rings of Power to come, so hopefully, he the series can deliver in all the ways he wants it to.

  • Dr DisRespect explains why he won’t be playing the same VR shooter as Shroud – Dexerto

Dr DisRespect explains why he won’t be playing the same VR shooter as Shroud Dr Disrespect / Caveman StudioPopular Twitch streamer Dr DisRespect is been around games long enough to fine-tune his preferences to the point where even pioneering projects in a new interactive environment, which have attracted players such as Shroud, doesn’t suit his interests. Dr DisRespect is well known for his abilities in FPS games, but the virtual reality shooter Contractors built specifically for the innovative space is too bland in design for the Doc to play. The Two-time Back-to-Back World Champion was talking to his stream, when someone brought up the game Shroud was playing the night before, when the Doc gave his thoughts on the VR shooter. The Doc has been in the game industry and worked at Sledgehammer Games as a level designer after joining as a community manager in 2011, so he has a fair idea of what to look for in a game in order to attract his interests. “[Contractors] is like the most basic approach to a game in VR. It’s cool,” the Doc said. “I guess I’m at the point of creativity and game design that I’ve seen it all. I want something that blows my mind.” Contractors VR takes a grounded approach to an FPS, as its main pull lies in experiencing a team-based shooting experience in the full-motion perspective of the virtual world. It’s a novel concept and its VR integration has garnered the appeal of many FPS fans, but Contractors’ basic approach as a game just doesn’t seem to catch the Doc’s curiosity. His reasoning was a let down for those wanting to see the Two-time play more VR, but as it stands, it doesn’t seem like Doc will be playing the popular VR shooter anytime soon.

  • Dr DisRespect Explains Why He Still Plays PUBG Over Fortnite – Dexerto

Dr DisRespect Explains Why He Still Plays PUBG Over Fortnite As the rivalry between battle royale games PUBG and Fortnite rages on, Dr DisRespect explains why still chooses to play the former, in spite of Fortnite’s popularity. PUBG is seen by many as the direct predecessor to Fortnite Battle Royale, at one time by far the most popular and recognized game in the genre, it was later usurped by its cartoonish counterpart in late 2017. But Dr DisRespect, who is best known as a PUBG player and streamer, is one of the few top streamers who more often than not still choose the militaristic style of the game over Fortnite. Some have suggested that this has held back the Doc’s growth, as while other streamers like Ninja and NICKMERCS have massively increased their following with Fortnite, the Doc remains somewhat faithful to PUBG. More: Ninja Pleads With Twitch Fans That Are Feeling Suicidal: “Do not donate to a streamer and tell them that you’re about to kill yourself” – While he does play the game and competes in the weekly ‘Friday Fortnite’ tournaments, he definitely favors PUBG and has now explained his main issue with its rival. “I just don’t get the feeling with Fortnite” he says, before mimicking the constant building of towers and shelters required to win most engagements, highlighting that the game is more focused on building than shooting. “I feel like if I had some kind of digital form of a Fortnite character, I could mimic exactly how to build with just my hands. Right – put up four walls, ramp up, four walls, ramp, floor.” The Doc is highlighting the repetiveness of the building mechanics, as well as the reliance and emphasis the game places on building in order to win engagements. This is an issue that Fortnite developer, Epic Games, recently addressed, signalling their interest in making so that “not every fight has to result in a build-off”. Epic Games is yet to introduce measures to influence this, but has strongly hinted at reducing the maximum materials cap, so that players cannot carry around 999 wood, for example. Perhaps these changes would help convert the Doc and others who dislike the building reliance to the more popular of the two Battle Royale games. But conversely, many argue that building is what makes Fortnite unique, and therefore popular.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why he thinks Overwatch is a “stupid” game – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why he thinks Overwatch is a “stupid” game Twitch: Dr Disrespect / BlizzardTwitch star Dr Disrespect slammed Overwatch as a “stupid” game during a rant about the various problems he has encountered while playing it. Dr Disrespect is well known for his first-person shooter prowess and has been spreading his wings lately, deviating from the usual PUBG and Apex Legends content to try out some Overwatch. He’s had his ups and downs with the game as he’s brought up various problems with it in the past, but he continues to play it on stream nevertheless. In his latest broadcast on March 3 he once again hit out at the game, pointing to one mechanic in particular as he called it stupid and thinks the game could do without. The Overwatch games had not been going well for Dr Disrespect and he had finally had enough and took a break to voice his opinion. “It takes me like… 15 shots… 2 minutes of focus on a God damn turret [to kill it]. It’s stupid!” He screamed, clearly not impressed with Torbjörn’s Turret, which can be put down just about anywhere and does take a bit of time to kill, especially as it can be repaired. The Doc then went on to highlight another issue in a hilarious locker room skit, where he donned three pairs of glasses to make a point of how much players need to pay attention to in Overwatch. “In order to play Overwatch, you need one thing, eyes everywhere. You need to focus in the AI, intelligently designed C++ turret placed on the top ramp in the middle of nowhere and the guy who hides and keeps repairing it, you gotta focus on him.” He continued his rant, pointing at even more frustrating Heroes. “You gotta focus on this flying b**ch trying to heal everything in the world, gotta focus on the big fat guy swinging his hammer around.” The American continued to list some examples before settling down and surprisingly getting back into the game. Clearly, he still enjoys something about it, even if he occasionally rants about it, and fans can expect to see more Overwatch in the future.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why he hasn’t signed with Kick on anniversary of Twitch ban – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why he hasn’t signed with Kick on anniversary of Twitch ban YouTube/DrDisrespect/KickLegendary streamer Dr Disrespect has once again responded to speculation that he is signing with Kick after issuing a $50 million contract request. Kick is making huge waves in the streaming landscape, recently signing big names like xQc and Amouranth with massive deals – and many are wondering if Dr Disresect will make the leap next. Following xQc’s monumental $100M deal with Kick, the two-time revealed his terms and demanded $50M if he were to pack up and transition from YouTube to the rival platform. While Kick has since revealed they’re in talks with Doc’s team, the two-time has doubled down on his contract demands, but he has added a bit more insight into why he hasn’t moved just yet. Dr Disrespect reveals why he hasn’t signed with Kick Dr Disrespect addressed potentially moving to Kick on June 26, which happens to be the anniversary of his mysterious Twitch ban back in 2020. When asked about why he was asking for half of xQc’s deal, Doc joked that he wasn’t sure “how much money” they have, before getting a bit more serious. According to Doc, the main factors at play are his current commitments and business ventures that make a Kick offer a bit more complicated. (segment begins at 28:50) “I’m trying to assess it between maybe streaming just three days a week, that plays a factor. Owning a future billion-dollar game studio, that plays into my time. Black Steel Bourbon, worldwide, couple years, a global sensation,” he said. The FPS streaming sensation added that he has to “balance it out,” but reiterated that if Kick wants him right now, the $50M offer is on the table and he’s up for it. It’s anyone’s guess what will happen with Dr Disrespect, but with the YouTuber without a contract at the moment thanks to his Twitch ban, we’ll have to see if Kick can work some magic to find the two-time a new home.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why he doesn’t speak his ‘hybrid language’ anymore – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why he doesn’t speak his ‘hybrid language’ anymore Twitch streamer Dr Disrespect has explained why he doesn’t speak his “hybrid language” on stream anymore after correcting one of his viewers who asked for a burst of Chinese during his November 26 broadcast. The Doc is one of Twitch’s biggest stars and is renowned for his incredible character work, that often seems him pull out classic bits like his infamous dancing or the various locations he shows off inside “The Arena,” the home of his Champions Club. One skit that hasn’t appeared recently is his “hybrid language,” with one fan requesting the streamer to break into Chinese, something which Dr Disrespect immediately explained was incorrect. While competing in the Code Red 2v2 Modern Warfare tournament, The Doc received a donation from a viewer, asking him to speak Chinese because it “had been a minute” since he had done so. “I’ve never spoken Chinese,” the extremely popular Twitch streamer replied. “I’ve spoken a hybrid language.” an extremely hybrid language.” “An extremely hybrid language that I cannot speak of anymore,” he continued, before baring his teeth to the camera. “That’s a personal choice, that’s out of respect.” It seems unlikely that fans of the “two-time, back-to-back Blockbuster Video Gaming Champion” will ever hear Doc’s ‘hybrid language’ again, but that doesn’t mean there will be any shortage of violence, speed, or momentum coming from Dr Disrespect. The American regularly sits at the top of Twitch whenever his channel goes live, as thousands flock to watch him bring his signature brand of skill and comedy to popular shooters such as Apex Legends, PUBG, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. 2019 has been yet another banner year for The Doc, as he was recently confirmed as the streamer with the most subscribers on the platform, beating out major names like xQc, NICKMERCS, and Tfue.

  • Dr Disrespect explains how kids are “ruining” Fortnite Chapter 2 – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains how kids are “ruining” Fortnite Chapter 2 During his October 18 broadcast, Twitch megastar Dr Disrespect finally began to crack while playing Fortnite’s latest iteration Chapter 2, and gave an impassioned explanation for how kids are “ruining” the game. Despite swearing off Fortnite on multiple occasions and even uninstalling it more times then we can keep track of, the Two-Time gave the latest iteration of Fortnite a chance after Epic Games made some bold moves to overhaul the game. However the Two-Time has started to lose patience with the shooter, and told his audience that he’s been getting “tweaked” and “twisted” over the battle royale because of one element – kids. Doc blames kids for ruining the game Dr Disrespect does not shy away from letting his audience know how he truly feels in the moment, and after some bad experiences with the latest version of Fortnite, he launched into one of his classic rants. “F*cking game man! I’m starting to just tweak, twist, and turn a little bit. Things are starting to shift. I started out in a great mood today. I wanted to jump on Fortnite Chapter 2, and get some wins. And create some new Fortnite dances!” he exclaimed. The Twitch star had promised his chat earlier that for every win, he was going to create a new dance move IRL for the game. However those plans were foiled after he struggled to secure any victories. He then launched into the culprit he blames for the game souring on him. “Everyone that plays this game now is some ten year old, cheeto-eating little punk kid with blonde bangs in front of his face. He doesn’t know how to wipe his a*s, and I’m starting to lose my mind!” Doc roared. (Mobile viewers, click here for the clip.) As his stream went on, Doc’s patience finally broke after being unable to turn things around and he uninstalled the game. “This game is trash. This game is f*ckin terrible. Get it off my system. Holy sh*t. Get that phony pathetic game off my system! I hate it!” The Two-Time raised his fist into the air and screamed “Modern Warfare is just a week awaaaay!” in excitement. “We can get back to serious, high end shooters, and athleticism. None of that phony bullsh*t stuff right there!” he ranted before comparing Fortnite to Nickelodeon and Looney Tunes. (Mobile viewers, click here for the clip.) While it shouldn’t be too shocking that Doc ended up hating Fortnite Chapter 2 as he’s had a rocky relationship with first version of the title, his explosive rants are still entertaining nonetheless. With Modern Warfare coming out on October 25, only time will tell if Dr Disrespect will fall in love with it, or if the latest Call of Duty will also face the wrath of the Two-Time.

  • Dr Disrespect explains what the next battle royale game needs to beat Fortnite – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains what the next battle royale game needs to beat Fortnite Popular Twitch streamer Dr Disrespect believes developers of upcoming battle royale game’s must follow Fortnite‘s unique lead – by adopting a third-person shooting model, rather than the more common first person perspective. The Doc explained that the battle royale market was becoming increasingly saturated, with Battlefield V set to release their take on the genre – Firestorm – on March 25. With Fortnite and Apex Legends still dominating the industry, he believes that developers should take inspiration from Epic Games, who are one of the few developers to use a third-person mechanic exclusively in their game. After watching some gameplay of Battlefield V, and giving his thoughts and predictions for the game’s success, the Doc began to speculate on how the genre can truly evolve. “The industry is flooded with first-person shooter games just trying to figure out what the perfect formula is to extend their shelf life,” he explained while playing PUBG. “Fortnite is the only one that is third person and is absolutely destroying the industry. “The next studio that produces a third person Triple A military style shooter, that’s battle royale and can be competitive multiplayer as well, It’s going to be the next big thing” Dr Disrespect went on to give the example of newly-released The Division 2, as a game that excels in a third-person perspective. “I think The Division 2, if designed right, could be a pretty fun multiplayer/battle royale experience. I think they need to add more mechanics and verticality to their gameplay but I like the look and feel of it.” PUBG of course does offer a third person perspective, but it also has first person too, splitting the player base. There are also complaints about PUBG’s movement mechanics and ‘clunky’ controls when in third person. It remains to be seen whether Battlefield will hit the nail on the head with their new mode with streamers such as shroud already voicing their concerns after watching the early game footage. Time will tell whether Battlefield can prove their early critics wrong and add another worthy competitor to the battle royale market.

  • Dr Disrespect explains his brilliant idea to make esports better – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains his brilliant idea to make esports better Popular Twitch streamer Guy ‘Dr Disrespect’ Beahm has offered his opinion on what he believes the vast majority of esports are doing wrong. Dr Disrespect was discussing his favorite Halo professional players, harking back to the time when ‘trash talk’ was more common, as opponents sat only a few feet away on stage. Now though, many modern esports are played on large stages, using soundproof headphones and even booths, which separates the players more. “The modern day era of esports,” Beahm said. “It’s going in the wrong direction.” He explains that he disagrees with putting players in soundproof booths, wearing soundproof, “multi-layered headsets” and not allowing coaches on stage. Teams are often required to wear soundproof headsets so that the live audience cannot be heard and aid one team unfairly. Also, in some esports, for example Call of Duty’s CWL, coaches have been stopped from coming on stage and communicating with players during a match (although there are calls for this to change). Dr Disrespect went on to say that he wants opposing teams to be able to communicate with one another. He states that when a map has finished, and the broadcast is setting up for the next map, the mics between both teams should be opened up to allow them to “communicate to each other, for like, a minute.” The comedic suggestion from the Doc suggests he wants to see esports allow more opportunities for players to ‘trash talk’ one another, saying “it don’t matter if they won, or they lost, I would have a lot to say!” While not all of the Doc’s ranting should be taken seriously, as his suggestion about allowing teams to trash talk would likely dissolve into chaos, he certainly raises some interesting points about the direction and decisions some esports are taking.

  • Dr Disrespect explains his problem with Overwatch – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains his problem with Overwatch Dr Disrespect/Blizzard EntertainmentLegendary Twitch icon Dr Disrespect tried his luck playing Overwatch on February 26, and while he enjoyed parts of the game, there were some elements that he found aggravating and made his thoughts on the subject public. While in the midst of DPS placement matches as McCree, the two-time and his team were having a difficult time breaking through the enemy’s defenses. Notably, he took issue with how many effects were on screen. “Like, what am I looking at?” he said, baffled, while trying to shoot through shields and an enemy Moira’s Coalescence. “What am I f**king shooting at? I don’t know what I’m playing. I don’t know what to shoot at.” Overwatch has many different effects that can be difficult to understand if you don’t know exactly what each ability does. For someone new to the game, there’s a bit of a learning curve. As time in the round ticked down, the Doc continued to let loose. “There’s like fifty billion shields and VFX all over my f**king screen!” After his difficult loss on Havana, the two-time read a message from a viewer with some advice: play behind shields. Doc, however, didn’t find the tip helpful at all, especially after observing his teammates in the prior game. “Nobody on our team had shields or were pushing up or anything,” he sounded off. “It felt like I was staring at nine people with bubble shields and bubblegum and balloons and cherry pies just flashing all over my screen,” he continued, describing a team fight. “A complete team of VFX,” he raged. “They call that team VFX. That’s what it was, man.” The game itself was stressful – not just for the two-time, but for the members of his team, too. A silver-ranked tank player started complaining about a lack of communication from the DPS players, referring to Dr Disrespect. “DPS are just trash at this game,” the player said, seemingly unknowing his trash-talk was being overheard by the Two-Time. “I’m not saying everybody who plays DPS is garbage, but everyone who’s garbage plays DPS.” For his part, however, Doc remained cool and didn’t start a war of words with the tank player. That said, his time playing Overwatch was a spectacle to say the least, as even the official Overwatch Twitch account gifted him 100 subs during his broadcast. Unfortunately, the gamer never managed to get his rank, after his stream was hijacked WWE’s Undertaker and the broadcast ended abruptly.

  • Dr Disrespect explains how Elon Musk could convince him to get a Cybertuck – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains how Elon Musk could convince him to get a Cybertuck Many popular content creators have slapped down deposits ahead of the release of the controversial Tesla Cybertruck, but Dr Disrespect revealed there’s only one way he’ll ever sit behind the wheel Elon Musk’s latest project. The Tesla Cybertruck has divided everyone since it was announced on November 22, with the electric truck which retails at $39,000 splitting opinions on whether it looks awesome, or like something a child has drawn at school. While The Doc and Tim ‘Timthetatman’ Bettar got into it over their thoughts on the vehicle on November 22, some viewers have still asked whether the leader of the Champions Club will get one, prompting the streamer to explain why we’ll never see Dr Disrespect behind the wheel of a Cybertruck. When his chat started discussing Musk’s newest creation, “The two-time” quickly shut down any chance that he would own one, breaking into a classic Doc rant in the process. “Tesla truck? I would never get that Tesla truck, ever,” he told his audience. “If anything, that Tesla truck convinces me to buy a Ford Raptor. 550 horsepower, raised up, big tires, all black-on-black.” “If anything it convinced me to buy one of those. That thing is atrocious. Unless Elon Musk shows up and hand delivers one to me.” Whether Elon Musk would ever show up at The Arena with a Cybertruck for The Doc remains to be seen, but the businessman is well-known for his appearances in internet culture, even guest hosting a legendary episode of Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg’s Meme Review show. While YouTubers, streamers, and internet personalities all post images of their orders on social media, The Doc has no intention of ponying up the cash himself, labeling it “the worst thing” he’d ever seen on Twitter.

  • Dr Disrespect explains why he’s already addicted to Escape from Tarkov – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains why he’s already addicted to Escape from Tarkov Dr Disrespect may have just entered the intense world of Escape From Tarkov, but the streamer admits he is already addicted just days into playing it, explaining why he finds the game to be so intriguing. The Doc is a lover of violence, speed, and momentum in his video games, but the streamer has long been complaining about a lack of options in terms of titles he can play while broadcasting, growing frustrated with battle royales like Fortnite, Apex Legends, and PUBG. On New Year’s Eve, the leader of the Champions Club finally decided to try his hand at Escape From Tarkov, a tactical first-person shooter which has caught the eye of fellow creators like Jaryd ‘Summit1g’ Lazar and Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek, and two years after claiming he would never play the title, Dr Disrespect has admitted that he’s become addicted to it just three days after hopping in for the first time. Following another successful stream on January 2, The Doc posted a tweet showing himself inside the game, complete with his legendary “prototype” sunglasses and his iconic moustache, featuring the simple caption: “I have a slight adiction.” I have a slight addiction… pic.twitter.com/ufuGzWRS7i — Dr Disrespect (@drdisrespect) January 3, 2020 As for why he’s so addicted, Dr Disrespect explained in detail why the game feels so different to anything else on the market, and how the elements and systems that provide the Tarkov experience are what has captured him in the few short days he’s been playing the game. “What’s surprised me is that there’s something very attractive about how I have these quests,” he explained to the Champions Club. “This whole dynamic of scavenging, having NPCs and player-controlled scavengers, and these intervals of which you enter and extract from a server. It’s that whole meta of the game, it’s very intriguing. That compliments the whole looting, valuing of objects, the detail of the guns and all that stuff. I like it. It’s unique.” Of course, Dr Disrespect isn’t the only streamer to have had a go at Escape From Tarkov recently, with Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel breaking into a classic rant when he found it difficult to kill an enemy in the game, claiming they were “invincible.” Expect to see plenty more of the game from The Doc though, with his addiction likely to grow even stronger as he continues to learn about the tactical FPS title.

  • Dr Disrespect explains biggest concern with Riot’s FPS Project A – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect explains biggest concern with Riot’s FPS Project A Riot GamesDr Disrespect has been quick to offer his verdict on a brand new ‘Project A’ video game in development by Riot Games, but does he think it will be a success? The popular Twitch streamer, who has over 3.7 million followers on the live streaming platform, is exactly the type of person that the game developers will be looking to attract with their new title. Riot Games announced during their October 15 anniversary stream that they would be releasing a tactical first-person shooter game for PC at some point in the future, with more information set to be announced in 2020. The whole project is pretty much shrouded in mystery so far, and with Dr Disrespect calling out developers time and time again during the course of 2019 to come up with something fresh, it seems that he’s finally been given what he wants and hasn’t shied away from backing the intentions of the project. “I’m sure because it’s Riot Games and obviously they’re tackling some of the technical stuff early on, which is exactly what you’ve got to do,” he said during a broadcast on October 16. “Like, there’s no denying that the game is probably going to be really awesome and built for esports competitive – just like every other game they make.” While he was generally talking quite positively about Project A, the Two-Time did take a moment to point out just one problem that it could face – as there are so many different shooter games out there.

  • Dr Disrespect enraged after bug completely breaks his gun in Apex Legends – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect enraged after bug completely breaks his gun in Apex Legends Star Apex Legends glitch that prompted him to be gunless during an intense gunfight. Whether he’s snapping necks or running over opponents in-game, thousands of viewers always tune into Dr Disrespect’s stream on a daily basis to see what he’s getting up to. More often than not, the streamer can be found playing through matches of Apex Legends or PUBG without many problems but sometimes he does run into strange issues – leaving viewers with a confusing, yet, hilarious highlight clip. During his July 22 stream, the popular internet personality took his trademark violence, speed, and momentum into Apex Legends’ ranked mode in the hopes of reaching that all-important Apex Predator level. As you might expect, the Two-Time picked up a couple of wins but while he was on his way to another, he ran into some issues. Fighting around The Cage area, with the zone closing in, he popped Octane’s Stim ability to give himself a boost. However, he was also trying to reload, prompting a glitch to rear its head and leave the streamer without a weapon. He was, of course, absolutely puzzled by what happened. Thankfully he wasn’t a million miles away from safety and managed to crawl back within the zone before being given a helping hand from one of his teammates. Yet, he still couldn’t believe what had unfolded. “I went through my full clip,” Dr Disrespect started, before stumbling over his words. “What happened to my re[load] like, did he just like put the weapon in his pants or something?” Neither he or his chat had any idea about what had happened, but it didn’t seem to matter all that much as the streamer and teammates stole away another victory. Despite that, it became clear the Doc had run into a long-standing issue with Octane as using the stim ability while reloading will prompt the Legend to appear without a weapon. It stems back as far as April, when Reddit user justkhwf picked up on it. Respawn has clearly worked hard to eliminate bugs from their popular title but not everything can be removed for one reason or another. It remains to be seen if the long-standing issue can be fixed or if the Dr Disrespect will be left speechless by the same problem in the future.

  • Dr Disrespect executes daring solo Area 51 raid in amazing skit – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect executes daring solo Area 51 raid in amazing skit Twitch star Dr Disrespect debuted another one of famous skits during his stream and this time, he finally entered Area 51 to see what all the fuss was about. Doc might be best known for his skills on the virtual battlefield, he isn’t the two-time Blockbuster champion for nothing after all, but on top of that, his production value on his streams that is unmatched. During the beginning of his stream on September 3, he showed viewers his trip into Area 51, giving everyone their first look at what the facility looks like on the inside. After standing outside of the site for a little bit, he finally worked up the courage to finally enter but almost immediately mentioned how he might’ve made a huge lapse in judgment. “I think this was a mistake,” he said as he ran through the empty halls. “Alex!? Alex?! It’s gotta be one of these doors. No. No. No no no!” On the bright side, Doc was eventually able to find his way out so he could get back to entertaining the Champion’s Club. We’ve already seen what a world with Doc on Twitch was like, and we’re not sure if we want to experience that again. This might very well be the culmination of his months-long plot to find his way inside the base. In July, he revealed he had a “secret plan” but didn’t give away too many details at the time. “We’ve been, uh, planning some things,” he said. “Can’t talk about ’em, or else we’d probably get killed. From the government.” It appears safe to say that Doc won’t be heading back to Area 51 any time soon unless he wants to go with backup from the Facebook event. For now, his mission is complete and he can put all of this behind him.

  • Dr Disrespect edges out IShowSpeed as YouTube’s most-watched NA streamer – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect edges out IShowSpeed as YouTube’s most-watched NA streamer YouTube/DrDisrespect/IShowSpeed/PixabayDr Disrespect and IShowSpeed have dominated YouTuve Gaming as the most-watched streamers in North America, but Doc managed to pull ahead by just a touch to round out Q3 2023. As the rivalry between Kick and Twitch continues to take center stage, it’s easy to forget that YouTube has some of the most popular streamers as well with Dr Disrespect climbing to the tippity top of the platform. From July to September 2023, the two-time and IShowSpeed battled it out for the top spot on YouTube getting more hours watched than any other creator in the category. Although IShowSpeed ended 2022 significantly ahead of 6’8 Doc, these past few months have shown that you can never count out the Champion’s Club. Violence, IShowSpeed and Momentum dominate YouTube According to a new report by StreamsCharts, Dr Disrespect pulled in a whopping 4.93M hours watched with 266 hours of airtime over the past three months to take the top spot. This was barely enough to take down Speed, who had 4.61M hours watched. Amazingly, however, he was live just a fraction of the time at 92 hours. TimTheTatman rounded out the top three with fans watching his content for a combined 4.41M hours. Dr Disrespect was also the only English-speaking streamer when factoring in all of YouTube Gaming and not just North America, sitting at 8th overall. Retired Mobile Legends pro Jonathan ‘Emperor’ Liandi landed the top spot worldwide, amassing over 8M hours of watch time with Japanese VTuber Pekora coming in second. We’ll have to find out if either Doc or Speed will have enough in the tank to overtake those ahead of them on the overall rankings to round out 2023. That is, of course, if they end up staying on YouTube. Unlike Dr Disrespect, Speed was just recently unbanned on Twitch and could very well decide to make a big return to the purple platform down the line. Meanwhile, Doc seems content on YouTube now that his relationship with the site has improved and his $50M contract request to join Kick was seemingly too rich for the upstart streaming service.

  • Dr Disrespect ends YouTube stream early amid California heatwave – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect ends YouTube stream early amid California heatwave Dr Disrespect, YouTubeDr Disrespect decided to call time on his final YouTube stream of the week, after getting caught up in California’s near record-setting heat wave. The streamer is known for bringing the violence, speed, and momentum for over eight hours on most broadcasts, but decided to cut things short on September 2. The heatwave has been raging across the Western states, such as California, since August 31, with NPR reporting that temperatures are so hot they will test the power grid. Reports say that it could turn out to be a record-breaking heatwave, too, with temperatures soaring to 10 degrees more than normal. Dr Disrespect ends YouTube stream early over heatwave One of California’s biggest and most popular residents, Dr Disrespect (real name Guy Beahm), tried to continue his streaming schedule as normal but decided it was too hot to continue after just four hours. Temperatures reached peaks of 96 degrees in Los Angeles, with a heat warning being issued and AccuWeather projecting around 125-degree heat in Death Valley. After placing 5th in his final Apex Legends match, the Two-Time announced it was too hot to handle on stream. “Four hours live streaming… What do I want to do? In horrible heat conditions, for like 12 hours…” he said, exiting to the desktop. (The segment starts below at 3:59:00) “Yeah, Champs, I gotta call it man. It’s just way too hot right now. It is zapping me, and zapping me, and zapping me. It’s continuing to zap me. “Yeah, Champs – that’s it. What a week. ‘No, I just got here….’ I know man, but I gotta call it. Enjoy the rest of your day.” Dr Disrespect acknowledged that some fans wanted him to go on, thanking those who made last-minute donations on the channel. He’ll be back for more domination next week, without a doubt.

  • Dr Disrespect drops another cheeky hint that he wants to buy a CDL team – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect drops another cheeky hint that he wants to buy a CDL team Activision Blizzard/Dr DisrespectThe Two-Time, Dr Disrespect has yet again hinted that he wants to buy a Call of Duty League team in a teaser that was hidden away in what initially appears to be a totally unrelated tweet. Over the last year, the meme that Doc should own his own CDL team has taken on a life of its own, with the streamer really leaning into the idea of helming his own top-flight Call of Duty squad. The Two-Time has even gone so far as to speculate how he would build his own “powerhouse” squad, and even naming legendary pro Damon ‘Karma’ Barlow as the first big-name player he would sign. Now, months later, it seems like he still hasn’t given the idea up. On March 20, he posted a tweet featuring a preview image of his new book, with his face staring back right on the cover. It wasn’t the book that drew most people’s attention though, it was the to-do list sitting right next to it. A future NY Times Bestseller. Where would they be based? Would it be a new team or an already existing one? Could their name be the “Disrespects?” Leave it to the Two-Time to make a background joke that actually ends up becoming the most-speculated part of his tweet, which was originally meant to promote his upcoming book. So, will Doc blow our minds and announce his very own CDL franchise sometime soon? That remains to be seen, but we do know we’ll have to wait for that before seeing the workout program made for NICKMERCS and for him carrying CouRage to Platinum in Valorant.

  • Dr Disrespect easter egg spotted in Borderlands 3 and his fans are loving it – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect easter egg spotted in Borderlands 3 and his fans are loving it GearboxPopular Twitch streamer Dr. Disrespect stumbled upon an easter egg in Gearbox’s Borderlands 3 that plays off of his popular tagline: violence, speed and momentum. The Doc is one of the top entertainers on Twitch and he’s built his community on the back of his mantra, which has become synonymous with the streamer at this point. Anytime the two-time pops off, you can expect to see someone in chat bring it up, but now violence, speed and momentum have found their way into Borderlands 3. A Dr. Disrespect easter egg in Borderlands 3? Borderlands 3 comes out officially on September 13 for console players, but the game was available on PC at 4 PM PST on September 12 for PC players. This means the game has already seen a lot of stream time and even though Dr. Disrespect wasn’t playing it on his channel, he couldn’t help but notice an homage to himself within the game. Best mod in #Borderlands3 pic.twitter.com/KoJ3PRuW4o — Dr Disrespect (@drdisrespect) September 13, 2019 The easter egg was found in an operative class mod called “Forceful Disruptor”, which grants +1 Violence, +1 Speed and +1 Momentum (along with +17 percent grenade radius). Doc called it “the best mod in Borderlands 3” on Twitter, but it remains to be seen if the easter egg will be enough for him to play the game on stream. There’s no way that a mod granting violence, speed and momentum was just randomly added into Borderlands 3, and Gearbox’s reply to the Doc’s discovery seems to confirm it was intentional. Does this mean Doc will play Borderlands 3 on stream? The Borderlands series is pretty popular and with the game coming out on Friday, September 13, it could be one of the site’s most-streamed games this weekend. Of course, Doc is a big time fan, and CoD partner and with the Modern Warfare Multiplayer beta running through the weekend – there’s a good chance he’ll be sticking to that. Grippin em and rippin em. Whether or not the streamer decides to play Borderlands 3, he’ll still be sticking to his violence, speed and momentum.

  • Dr Disrespect discovers potentially game-breaking Fortnite bullet glitch – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect discovers potentially game-breaking Fortnite bullet glitch Dr Disrespect was trying to bring his violence, speed, and momentum to the world of Apex Legends, Call of Duty: Blackout and more. After coming back to Epic Games’ popular free-to-play game, though, the Doc has had a lot to say – including the suggestion that it could still “die” in the near future – and having a potential bug ruin matches isn’t going to make him change that opinion any time soon. It’s actually pretty difficult to confirm whether or not this is a regular glitch in Chapter 2, but many fans thought something wasn’t right about the play you can see below. Dr Disrespect targets a nearby loot drop spot, before he hears a big shot from behind him, triggering him to turn around and go right on the offense. After using a tree as protection for a moment, just like the ‘peekers’ he hates so much in PUBG, the Two-Time peeked around the tree and appeared to have struck a solid headshot, only to see that no elimination was awarded for his efforts. The self-proclaimed best video gamer in the world might well have thought, at least at first glance, that his first sniper shot should have landed, but the second looked to be an absolute certainty for many viewers in the arena. Whether this is an issue that many other players have experienced or not is unknown, although it’s not mentioned on the Fortnite Trello board – which would suggest that this isn’t something that’s happening in every match. As noted earlier, due to the angle of the play and distance too, it’s difficult to tell if Dr Disrespect perhaps just narrowly missed his opponent, but it’s definitely a potential problem in the future if the bullets did, indeed, just not work as they should do.

  • Dr Disrespect donates to shroud’s stream just to roast him – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect donates to shroud’s stream just to roast him Streaming stars Dr Disrespect and Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek have shared a playful rivalry for years, often taunting each other over their performance in games, but with shroud’s move to Mixer, the Doc has had to find new ways to get his attention. The pair competed against one another in the Code Red Modern Warfare tournament on December 20. The 2v2 tournament was played in the Gunfight mode, and Doc managed to recruit himself CoD World Champion FormaL to compete by his side. Shroud instead opted to duo up with his girlfriend and fellow streamer Bnans, and they pair were beaten by the Doc and FormaL in what was admittedly a fairly close match. Dr Disrespect and FormaL proved to be a formidable due throughout in fact, only eventually losing out to Dallas Empire’s star duos, who went on to win the event overall. By this time, shroud had already moved back to playing Escape from Tarkov, which has been his game of choice for a few months, but the Doc made sure to remind him of his loss. Heading over to Mixer to catch up with his old Twitch rival, Dr Disrespect knew he would have to get shroud’s attention, and so sent in a $50 donation – just to mock him for the defeat. “You thought Hannah was enough to bring you to the championships? I made sure my ponytail was flapping in the wind for that last shotgun blast,” the message read. Although it could have been someone imitating the Doc, shroud instantly recognized the tone and was sure it was his fellow streamer. “I’m assuming that’s actually Doc – we had a close game though, we almost gotcha!” At this point, shroud is used to having Dr Disrespect send odd messages through donations, as it’s often the only way to get in contact during a long stream session. Previously, at the height of WoW Classic’s popularity, the Doc tried to save his friend from the game’s addictive qualities with a whopping $100 donation, pleading with him to move back to other games. However, despite Doc’s mockery, shroud lives safe in the knowledge that he is widely considered the better player in almost any game he touched, even if he was bettered on this occasion. Dr Disrespect may not have the pedigree of the former CSGO professional, but his highly-entertaining character mixed with stellar gameplay is what keeps him at the top of the streaming game.

  • Dr Disrespect donates to summit1g to roast him playing Jump King – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect donates to summit1g to roast him playing Jump King DrDisrespect donated to fellow Twitch streamer Jaryd ‘summit1g’ Lazar, simply to wind him up as he tried the notoriously difficult game, Jump King. Jump King was developed and published by Nexile, originally released in May 2019. It has found a new lease of life recently, as a number of prominent gamers entertain their viewers with Nexile’s jumping simulator. The game is a typical ‘rage game’, designed for players to lose significant amounts of progress at the smallest mistake. Despite throwing shade at streamers’ struggles, PewDiePie himself failed to get past the game’s easiest section. PewDiePie’s comments even led xQc to brilliantly hit back, after the ex-Overwatch pro was one of the streamer’s to struggle with the game. On December 27, summit1g was playing Jump King to his tens of thousands of viewers on Twitch and – understandably – became frustrated with the game as he struggled to traverse some early levels. A number of donations came in, many encouraging Lazar as he struggled. However, one donation was not too kind, and came by way of serial trash talker Dr Disrespect. “Cute game,” the Doc’s donation said. “Seeing you fail and fail and fail at a Virtua Boy Game Boy game makes me… superior?” The donation was signed off by a lot of laughter. While it could be someone impersonating the Doc, he is known to mock other streamers – like shroud – with donations when they are struggling. This summit donation perfectly matched his signature style, written in quotations and signed off ” – Dr Disrespect”. Summit, for his part, smiled wryly and continued playing the game, before letting out a significant groan, as if the Doc’s message was enough to push him over the edge. As the next donation perfectly summarized: “Started from the bottom now we at the bottom”. Lots of other donations came in from fans, trying to put summit off and distract him, or just really rub in how difficult the game was proving. What we really need to see now, is the Doc try his hand at Jump King.

  • Dr Disrespect destroys peeking PUBG players in hilarious Doc Cast – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect destroys peeking PUBG players in hilarious Doc Cast Dr Disrespect, TwitchPlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and while he has the charisma to roast them all night long, taking them out for his Twitch viewers to see might be just as funny to watch. The popular Twitch streamer has had his fair share of problems with PUBG since the game first released, whether it be stream sniping or lagging all around the map not being able to loot. Yet, the Doc appears to have found a new problem and you can’t help but feel that he loves squashing it. He went on what could be described as an all out tirade against peeking players on the battle royale game, clearly frustrated by the tactic. It all started when Dr Disrespect started to roast peeking enemies for a few days on during, where he gave a hilarious reason for wanting to kill them in-game. “It’s one thing when they peek, right, but it’s another thing when they peek and they’ve got ugly looking teeth and bad breath,” he explained while playing PUBG. “Those are the guys that I love knocking out.” While his jokes might have been enough to keep people entertained on that occasion, he stepped up his game in August 9, as he decided to trash talk them in a way only he knows how inside the Champions Club arena. “We’re roughing them up… If they peek!” he screamed, before repeating a hilarious gesture. “Once they peek, six foot deep they sink.” Consistent viewers of his channel will know, however, that he enjoys nothing more than backing himself up and it was exactly the same here after one started to pop shots at him during a Doc Cast segment. It’s fair to say that it didn’t end well for them as he rotated quickly, faced the buildings and destroyed a peeking enemy in seconds. “This guys hiding. Gets shots from his left. This guy didn’t want to rotate out of this building,” he said before firing some shots of his own. “That’s what you get for peeking you stupid son of a bitch.” The streamer might dislike many elements of Bluehole’s video game, but there’s no doubt that when he jumps into the arena and it’s wide open – just like it was in these clips – he’ll make easy work of players that tick him off.

  • Dr Disrespect destroys viewer who roasts his CSGO gameplay – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect destroys viewer who roasts his CSGO gameplay Dr Disrespect is the leader of the Champions Club, but that doesn’t mean his own viewers are safe from his quick wit and sharp tongue if they decide to take shots at his gameplay, as one donator found out while watching him play CS:GO. While taking part in a special set of challenges with fellow streamer Jack ‘CouRageJD’ Dunlop, the pair decided to hop on legendary first-person shooter Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, adding a win on the game to the list of goals they wanted to accomplish. With victory on their mind, the duo hopped into Deathmatch to practice their shots in preparation for their Wingman exploits, when one viewer used the donation tool to send a message to The Doc. With the game mode just loading up, Dr Disrespect quickly checked his donations, spotting a $3 donation from a viewer, reading it aloud for his chat to hear: “Sorry a** gameplay.” Clearly not amused by the comment, The Doc immediately snapped back in typical fashion: “Oh yeah? Why don’t you check your parent’s bank account, and then check your account. You know the difference? Is that you’ve got nothing in yours because they hate you!” CouRage immediately broke down, bursting into fits of giggles, muttering “Holy sh*t Doc,” as he tried to regain his composure, clearly caught off guard by Dr Disrespect’s brutal response to the player. Of course, The Doc’s silver tongue is all part of the extraordinary character he has created during his time on Twitch, and while he’s usually aiming it at teammates or fellow streamers, he’s certainly not afraid to cultivate some laughs at the expense of his viewers if the opportunity presents itself. Dr Disrespect and CouRageJD’s spell on CS:GO did eventually end in a victory, but it wasn’t without its hilarious moments, with the pair left in hysterics after fumbling their way around Overpass, flashing themselves repeatedly. While the duo may have won a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive match eventually, The Doc’s aim on the game certainly isn’t as sharp as his tongue when people disrespect his gameplay.

  • Dr Disrespect demands answers after seeing xQc’s Doc towel in Twitch streaming room – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect demands answers after seeing xQc’s Doc towel in Twitch streaming room Twitch/xQcDr Disrespect was left quite curfuffled after noticing that Twitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel had a towel with his face on it in his streaming room – and he wants answers. Twitch icon xQc has had quite a variety of streaming rooms over the years with his latest featuring a Dr Disrespect towel hanging up in the background. Doc was banned from Twitch for an unknown reason back in 2020 and since then there have been plenty of unofficial, humorous attempts to bring him back through cosplays and creatively inventive broadcasts that bypass rules about banned streamers. During an October 31 broadcast, the two-time tuned into the French Canadian’s stream with xQc’s dad in control of the setup and was left wondering why he had the towel and what its purpose was. Dr Disrespect baffled by xQc’s two-time towel After loading up the broadcast, Doc began pondering about xQc’s use for the towel and started theory-crafting the ways the former Overwatch pro would utilize it. “You don’t use me to dry off, do you, X?” asked Doc. “Or when you go to the beach, is that the towel you use? I need to know the purpose of this thing.” (clip begins at 1:31:05) It wasn’t long before the two-time began rounding off a number of ways his towel could be used, from it being a jacuzzi towel to getting action only when the streamer goes to a water park. “When you go down one of those fast water slides and all the little chubby cheeks are at the bottom and you go right through them, because you say ‘f**k this lifeguard,’ and you’re going right through?” the Champions Club leader brainstormed. Perhaps inadvertently, Doc then suggested xQc uses the towel to clean his car. Adept, xQc’s ex-girlfriend recently confirmed that his $300k McLaren is registered in her name and thereby legally hers. Nonetheless, the two-time was left with more questions than answers, ending his rant by stating he “needs to know the purpose of this towel,” even pondering if he was using it as a shrine. So far, xQc has yet to respond to Dr Disrespect, but hopefully, he can give everyone an answer soon or risk facing Doc’s signature violence, speed, and momentum.

Geared up in full regalia, the Doc was seen next to another ‘greatest shooter in history,’ though not how you’d imagine. Rather than posing for pictures, Curry tripped over while passing by the Doc, leading to a quick response online. It’s a Sunday night, and people are debating if Hecz, or Dr Disrespect tripped Steph Curry What a night pic.twitter.com/JGTw9mt5jA — chris p (@wggchrisp) May 23, 2022 At first, many were quick to joke it was the two time that tripped Curry. Though on further viewing, it appears that he tripped over a vendor selling drinks and snacks to the front row spectators. With Game 2 of the series netting the Mavericks a $100,000 fine for breaching ‘bench decorum’ rules, it appears that the Doc’s presence wasn’t the only thing riling up courtside. Regardless, Dr Disrespect took to Twitter to clarify his position, simply tweeting: “I didn’t trip Stephen Curry.” Making sure that he was also absolved of blame, Hecz also kept it short and sweet, tweeting out: “It wasn’t me” in response to the video. As gaming and esports stars only continue to get further enshrined in all aspects of popular culture, we’re sure that crossover events like this will continue to become more of a frequent occurrence.

Dr Disrespect reveals an unreleased song On February 15, Dr Disrespect was live-streaming Tarkov with fellow YouTube streamer DrLupo when a viewer asked the creator to “play the unreleased song.” After reading the comment, the Two-Time quietly switched from his game and the song began playing just seconds later. Dr Disrespect defends Kevin Durant after NBA star gets into Twitter beef with fans Instagram: easymoneysniper / Instagram: Dr DisrespectBrooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant was in the middle of an argument with a pesky fan on social media when none other than Dr Disrespect jumped into the mix to defend him. With Kevin Durant now in his 14th year as a professional basketball player, it’d be safe to assume he’s done enough to silence the haters. Yet despite his multiple MVP awards, NBA championships, and Olympic gold medals, fans still bug him on social media from time to time. Having noticed a pesky comment on Twitter, the 32 year old small forward took the time to respond on March 18. “I’ve never seen [anybody] carried like [Kevin Durant],” the fan said. “For him to be an all-time great, he never [proved] it.” “I’m convinced y’all don’t watch basketball and you just want a response from me,” KD replied. After trading blows back and forth, this online scuffle caught the attention of fellow accomplished athlete and gaming superstar Dr Disrespect. I’m convinced y’all don’t watch basketball and you just want a response from me.. — Kevin Durant (@KDTrey5) March 18, 2021 “Can I step in here KD?” Doc asked politely. “They don’t understand what it’s like to be 6’8 or tall. They don’t understand what it’s like to have a 37” vert and a silky smooth shimmy fade away in the post.” As a former two-time Blockbuster video game champion, having competed in NBA Jam in 1993 and 1994, Dr Disrespect clearly knows a thing or two about competing at the highest level of the sport. Offering some advice, Doc suggested that KD “not even [address]” haters like this on social media in future. “We’re way better,” he emphasized. “I get what you’re saying,” Durant responded. “But I come to Twitter to argue about sports and music bro, it’s a simple concept for me.” I get what you’re saying but I come to Twitter to argue about sports and music Bro..it’s a simple concept for me lol — Kevin Durant (@KDTrey5) March 18, 2021 That was where the interaction came to an end at the time of writing. While the conversation between icons was brief, some have already labeled it the “greatest Twitter interaction of all time.” It’s hard to disagree. Despite being an NBA Jam champion, Doc is yet to actually show off his skills on a real court. Perhaps an upcoming All-Star Celebrity Game could be in the cards one year soon.

Dr Disrespect ‘debates’ Alex Jones in brilliant Joe Rogan Podcast skit Joe Rogan/Dr DisrespectAn intense fan-made mashup shows what it would be like if Twitch streamer Dr Disrespect and Info Wars host Alex Jones went back and forth on The Joe Rogan Experience. Dr Disrespect is one of the most popular entertainers on Twitch, known for his over-the-top character as well as his incredible stream effects, which show him transforming his studio into his “Arena.” He often uses his video effects to immerse viewers in his stream, however, this time a fan saved him the trouble and created a short clip of what it would be like to see the Doc debating Alex Jones on Joe Rogan’s podcast. Dr Disrespect vs Alex Jones Dr Disrespect reacted to the clip on stream, which showed him arguing with Alex Jones while sat in between Joe Rogan and Eddie Bravo. The brief edited video showed the pair interrupting and yelling at each other before finishing with Alex Jones saying “I’m getting pissed now.” After watching the clip, the Doc played along with the ‘feud’ between him and Alex Jones and even brought Joe Rogan into the fold by saying, “I hope Joe Rogan is on my side, because i’m going to be seeing him on Saturday and if i find out he’s not on my side by Saturday woah…” jokingly suggesting that Joe Rogan might be his next target. Many fans are now calling for Dr Disrespect to make an appearance on the Joe Rogan Podcast to see the real thing take place. Dr Disrespect has hinted at the collaboration in the past when he tweeted at Joe Rogan jokingly stating, “2.5 million dollars isn’t going to be enough for the 2x back-to-back multiplayer online champion”, unfortunately nothing came to fruition as of yet. Hey @joerogan, 2.5 million dollars isn’t going to be enough for the 2x back-to-back multiplayer online champion. Let’s make it 7.1 million, and then you can have me on your podcast. End of discussion. — Dr Disrespect (@drdisrespect) February 17, 2018 Dr Disrespect on Joe Rogan Podcast? On the n0thing episode, the pro player opened Rogan’s eyes to the world of Twitch streaming, but the platform has grown massively in the years since this episode. Perhaps a big name streamer like the Doc would be the perfect candidate, if Rogan wanted to have another gaming/entertainment oriented guest.

  • Dr Disrespect debuts new song about opponents “peeking” and it’s a banger – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect debuts new song about opponents “peeking” and it’s a banger Twitch megastar Dr Disrespect debuted a new song during his January 10 broadcast and it’s a banger, proving that the Two-Time champion is the ultimate entertainer. Dr Disrespect is one of the most popular streamers on Twitch, as his 80s action hero persona and movie level quality production puts him on a whole other level from his peers. Proving this further, he debuted a new song during his Escape from Tarkov broadcast where he sings about his opponents peeking a few too many times to their demise – and it’s actually extremely catchy. Dr Disrespect debuts new song The streamer was in the middle of playing Tarkov when he decided to treat his viewers to a new song that he collaborated on with Danish recording artist Wice, and it’s all about “peeking” – AKA when an enemy pokes their head out of cover to try and shoot you, or to see where you’re at. Read More: Jeffree Star confirms break up rumors – The 80s synthwave style track features Doc’s vocals, as he recites his iconic speeches, before hilariously singing “I know you want to try. I know you gonna die if you peek twice!” After the stream, a full version of the track was uploaded to the musician’s Soundcloud account, which Doc tweeted out for his fans to enjoy. The song’s official title is appropriately named “Peek Once Peek Twice.” This isn’t the first time the Two-Time has showed off his musical chops. While he’s been known to belt out some tunes during his streams, he collaborated with Jason Folks ‘J+1’ to make power ballad “Give ‘Em The Love” in August 2019. Hilariously, the track featured audio from one of Doc’s broadcasts with fellow streamer Nick ‘Halifax’, where he sang a tune for stream snipers that try to ruin matches. The popular Twitch personality also created a song in December about streamers going over to Mixer, where he sang “Come over to Mixer, and stream with all of us. We’re happy, we’re friendly!” With another song in his ever expanding catalog, perhaps Dr Disrespect will one day consider putting out an album or EP, given how catchy his latest track is. The streamer had an incredible year in 2019, winning Esports Awards Streamer of the Year, and signing a TV deal with The Walking Dead creators to make a show about his character, showing that he has certainly been living up to his moniker.

  • Dr Disrespect criticizes “underdeveloped” YouTube Gaming compared to Twitch – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect criticizes “underdeveloped” YouTube Gaming compared to Twitch YouTube: Dr DisrespectStreaming star Dr Disrespect couldn’t help but fire some shots at YouTube’s livestreaming service after ZLaner asked why he couldn’t clip a highlight during their Warzone games. When Dr Disrespect was banned from Twitch in June of 2020, and it became clear that he wasn’t returning, members of the Champions Club wondered as to where he’d be streaming next. Rumors about his own platform, Spotify, and others popped up, but The Doc headed for YouTube, where he has experienced plenty of success. He’s still not allowed on Twitch – aside from an accidental appearance – and he rarely ever mentions the Amazon-owned platform anymore, but fans couldn’t help but make some connections with his old home after he took aim at YouTube. During his May 19 stream, the Doc was tag-teaming with ZLaner in Warzone when the Canadian found himself alone and made a highlight play to survive. Z quickly quizzed his partner on why he couldn’t clip the YouTube stream and celebrate the play. “You can’t do anything on YouTube!” the Doc said. “You can’t do anything on YouTube, Z. It’s underdeveloped right now. It’s very underdeveloped for live streaming,” he continued. “The big announcement they made recently was like the chat can be subscriber-only chat. I mean, that’s an idea from 1999! What are we getting excited about man?” Timestamp of 1:01:00 Z also asked why YouTube hasn’t followed Twitch’s example of gifted subs, but the Doc wasn’t sure either, noting it pretty easy to do. YouTube does offer clipping on some channels, and it is being rolled out further and further, but you have to be a partner and Doc isn’t. Plenty of YouTube-only streamers have asked for additional Twitch-like features such as emotes and a better directory, but it remains to be seen if their calls will be heard.

  • Dr Disrespect cuts ties with Esports Awards after Twitch ban censorship – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect cuts ties with Esports Awards after Twitch ban censorship YouTube/DrDisrespectYouTube star Dr Disrespect has announced he is cutting ties with the Esports Awards after they bowed to Twitch’s rules on showing banned streamers during the event. The Esports Awards is an annual event where those in the industry are honored. From teams, players, coaches, commentators, websites and even streamers – there are plenty to go around. Being the top tier entertainer that he is, the two-time was nominated as one of the finalists for the 2021 Streamer of the Year Award. Poggers, right? Well, for Doc, because the award show was broadcasted on Twitch, a platform he was mysteriously permanently banned from, they had to censor his nomination – something the 6’6 gaming icon was not happy about. Dr Disrespect puts Esports Awards on blast In response to a fan asking if the two-time had received his Esports Awards, Doc was baffled and went on a tirade about why he wants nothing to do with them any longer. “We had a good run with Esports Awards. After this last one, at this point, don’t even mention the Doc,” he said, shaking his head. “Don’t even throw me up on any social media, don’t do anything. The first year dropping me completely. And then this year…” In order to comply with Twitch’s rules about banned streamers, the Esports Awards didn’t show Doc at all and even muted his gameplay during the presentation while everyone else had their faces and audio intact. Dr Disrespect states he no longer wants to be a part of Esports Awards in any capacity pic.twitter.com/ffff1s45RP — Dexerto (@Dexerto) December 3, 2021 “Don’t even involve me whatsoever! The credibility from me…” he seethed, clearly upset talking about the whole debacle. Dr Disrespect isn’t taking his Twitch ban lightly either. In the time since his move to YouTube, he has stated he plans on suing the platform and knows exactly why he was banned, though he hasn’t shared the reason publicly yet.

  • Dr Disrespect has a brilliant conspiracy theory about Epic Games – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect has a brilliant conspiracy theory about Epic Games L: Dr Disrespect. R: Glassdoor.Popular Fortnite Battle Royale. While he may have called them “nerds,” in the past, the Two-Time has taken his trash talking that one step further – revealing his theory behind the true identity of Epic’s development team and why they may not be human after all. Dr Disrespect thinks Epic are ‘creatures’ During his April 26 stream, the Doc received a donation that praised him for having skills that are “from another dimension.” However, he didn’t want to hear that, instead, turning his focus to Fortnite Battle Royale and Epic Games. “Fortnite is from another dimension man,” started The Doc. “I feel like there are demons over there. I feel like the developers are literally demons – some demonic cult that even the government doesn’t even know about.” He continued: “[They’re] part Alien but somehow, someway, they’re manipulating. That’s the new thing, it used to be through telepathy, the mainstream media but now it’s through video game development and these guys from Epic, they are a bunch of creatures.” To prove his theory, the streamer wanted to see some pictures of Epic’s North Carolina-based HQ. After showing some images of what looked generic office buildings, the Doc immediately jumped to the conclusion that they were fake and covering up from some Area 51-like underground facility. “I’m telling you, there’s something up with Epic Games,” added The Doc. “I think they’re a part of a higher species.” Will the Doc be proven right? While he does, clearly, have some issues with Epic, The Doc had to be joking about his belief that the developers aren’t entirely human. However, if his theory does somehow turn out to be true, it’ll be interesting to see if the two-time takes up learning another language in a bid to communicate his anger and get some changes made.

  • Dr Disrespect continues his assault on Epic Games with passionate Fortnite audio rant – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect continues his assault on Epic Games with passionate Fortnite audio rant Graphics from GFUEL / Epic GamesFortnite Battle Royale during his April 22 stream, but there’s nothing he could do when a potential audio problems prevented him from knowing where his opponent had gone. Audio issues in Fortnite Battle Royale For a moment, the popular Twitch streamer might have thought that he was playing against Call of Duty players with Dead Silence, but that simply wasn’t the case. Epic Games’ audio in Fortnite Battle Royale has long been subject to immense scrutiny for quite some time, certainly among the competitive community, and Dr Disrespect has now branded it a “terrible” problem that needs dealing with. Dr Disrespect questions Fortnite’s audio “What the fuck is up with this audio?” the Doc said during his livestream. “It’s terrible. It’s so fucking terrible. It’s bad” he said, after being shot by an opponent he didn’t hear coming. Just moment later, the enemy swooped in for a second swipe at the Two-Time before eliminating him from the game with a shotgun, despite the streamer’s best efforts to protect himself with materials. “It’s BAD! The audio is terrible. Look at this guy, you can’t even hear him. He’s a terrible gamer,” he shouted, clearly bemused by what had just happened. Dr Disrespect and other streamers have been talking about general audio issues for quite some time, but this time he was much more specific after being eliminated. Audio issues explained “It sounded like he dropped onto the ground,” the Two-Time added, continuing to pile on with his criticism of the sound. “It literally sounded like he jumped off and hit the ground, like he was on ground level, but he was three stories above me. It just didn’t make sense. The sounds are way off.” Many members of the Twitch chat also agreed with the Doc, with some suggesting that it might have been a bug. However, based on the footage, it does appear as if the player did drop down at the time he said they were up high. This isn’t the first time he’s made his feelings clear about Fortnite’s issues, though. Dr Disrespect has criticized not only the game’s sound problems, but has also branded its content “terrible” in the past – predicting that it would “die” in a year. Epic Games are yet to comment about potential audio issues in the battle royale game, but many players would argue that these aren’t new problems, but instead much more long standing. Whether or not improvements are on the way to enhance the game’s audio remains to be seen.

  • Dr Disrespect crashes WWE SmackDown show in full costume – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect crashes WWE SmackDown show in full costume WWEThe preview show for WWE’s Friday Night SmackDown was treated to a “surprise” appearance from Twitch star Dr Disrespect, who appeared in his full costume, no less. Very few online entertainers are as dedicated to their craft as Dr Disrespect, who wears his iconic outfit so much, some may even consider him a method actor at this point. Rarely has he ever been seen without his jet black wig, steely sunglasses, gaming headset, and bright red vest, whether it be on his stream or public appearances. That held true on October 4 as well, when he suddenly appeared on camera while two WWE hosts were conducted a preview show for the October 4 session of Friday Night SmackDown. Read More: Doc hits out at Apex over shotguns – While the hosts were going through the motions of the broadcast, they were suddenly engulfed in the menacing shadow of the Doc, who had casually walked into view as if he owned the place. “I’m looking for someone,” he growled, when the befuddled hosts inquired about what he was doing there. When asked if he was indeed the Doc, the Two-Time responded in his usual manner – casual, confident, and even a touch of arrogance: “Yeah, the back-to-back, two-time video game champion.” Before anyone could say anything else, he strutted off after whoever he was “looking for,” leaving the two on camera as confused as ever. However, after a few moments, they began to marvel at what had just transpired. “He’s very tall, very intimidating. I don’t want to be the person that he’s looking for. Wow, that was actually awesome. You sure he was looking for us?” Segment begins at 8:05 mark for mobile users. While this little skit was played out very comically, it was obviously not a random incident that the Doc just happened to appear on the preview show. He later tweeted a picture of himself standing next to the WWE logo, captioned #SmackDown, confirming that he was indeed involved with the popular wrestling entertainment company in some capacity. After seeing the clip, and the tweet, there was really only one question that fans were probably asking – would the Two-Time actually actually appear on the SmackDown main event? Of course, this isn’t the first time that the Blockbuster champion has made an appearance on the broadcast of a sporting event in full costume. During the 2019 NBA Finals in June, he was spotted on the live broadcast of game two of the series, wearing his customary wig, glasses, headset, and vest, along with a blue Warriors scarf to celebrate his favorite team. At this point, maybe everyone should just expect this to become a normality, because let’s face it, when is the Doc ever really going to take his costume off?

  • Dr Disrespect “considering” legal action against Twitch after ban – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect “considering” legal action against Twitch after ban Twitch: Dr Disrespect[jwplayer h3XPfMqQ]On July 16, Dr Disrespect broke his silence and spoke out on his shocking Twitch ban in June. In an interview, the star revealed that he has no plans to ever return to the Amazon-owned streaming platform, and is even “considering legal action.” Over the last decade, Dr Disrespect had become the face of streaming for many. The personality’s over-the-top 80s action hero persona and movie-level quality production made him must-see entertainment. However on June 26, the star was abruptly banned on Twitch without a reason why from the platform. After weeks of silence, he finally spoke up and also revealed his future streaming plans. Dr Disrespect considering legal action The popular streamer sat down with some outlets to discuss his shocking ban for the first time. However, during his conversation with PC Gamer, he revealed that he won’t be returning to Twitch after they abruptly removed him from the platform. “Yeah, that’s the kind of the mind blowing thing about all of this. Obviously, for legal counsel, I have to be careful here. But I can say however, that I will not be returning to Twitch, so, I mean, that’s it,” he said. When he was asked why he hasn’t taken to social media to contest their decision, he explained, “There are things behind the scenes in terms from a legal standpoint that, you know, I can’t… that’s where it’s at. And so, I don’t want to go on social media and say the wrong thing or the right thing—or whatever it is.” The former Twitch star was then asked if he was considering taking legal action against the Amazon-owned streaming platform, to which he stated it was in consideration: “We are considering taking legal action.” Doc was also asked by PC Gamer if his talk about 5G and conspiracy theories during past broadcasts led to Twitch removing him from the platform. Responding, he said “I don’t think so. In fact, I—”, however his publicist then jumped in. “We’re getting really close to dangerous territory here. So, you know, Doc, we don’t know why Twitch banned him, and there is no formal warnings or reprimand on record. That’s all legal is going to let him say,” they said. While the Two-Time still claims he has no idea why he was banned, the star tweeted a new song teaser later in the day. The lyrics state: “It’s out of my hands, but I’m still in control. It’s out of my hands, you can never take away the power of my soul.” Whatever Twitch’s reasons were for the decision, it seems that the 38-year old is ready to part ways with the platform. For the time being, members of his Champions Club will have to hang tight.

  • Dr Disrespect is considering YouTube break to focus on Midnight Society – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect is considering YouTube break to focus on Midnight Society YouTube/Dr Disrespect/Midnight SocietyYouTube superstar Dr Disrespect has hinted at the possibility he will be taking a multi-year break from the platform so that he can direct his attention towards his new dev studio Midnight Society. Dr Disrespect’s game studio, Midnight Society, is set to break into the AAA market with violence, speed, and momentum. It’ll be a much-needed relief for the industry, in Doc’s eyes, after the releases have fallen into a lull — so much so he’s struggling to find games he can be bothered to stream. That’s got him more motivated to turn away from streaming and focus on game development full-time with his studio’s upcoming FPS title Project Moon. “I’m really considering taking a year or two off to make this game,” he said on stream. “I’m considering a year or two off, then come back. “For the full, complete game, it’s going to be a two-year timeline, I think. It’s a big vision game, large scale.” It came at the tail end of his six-hour broadcast on July 14. Dr Disrespect was growing frustrated because he had “nothing to play.” “I was sitting in my command center thinking, what am I going to play?”. The streamer then went on to add how this has been affecting his attitude towards the wider gaming space. “That’s what the gaming industry is for me right now. I’m in one of those spells.” While this may come as a shock to fans, the two-time has been very vocal lately about his dissatisfaction at the quality and state of games at the moment. In a recent YouTube stream he was even discussing how he’s “going insane” with no new games to look forward to. If he was to step away from streaming for a while, he believes it will likely be until the beginning of 2024. The reasoning for his break being to continue working on building up his dev studio. While he may not have previous experience running a dev studio, Dr Disrespect has worked in the field. His last big role was at Sledgehammer games. He was working for the company as a lead designer on some multiplayer maps for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. If Dr Disrespect does take a YouTube break it will be a massive change up for him and his followers.

  • Dr Disrespect conjures up crazy plan for $250,000 full-body racing simulator – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect conjures up crazy plan for $250,000 full-body racing simulator YouTube: Dr DisrespectMustached maverick and YouTube streamer Dr Disrespect has floated the bizarre idea of investing $250,000 (or more) into a 360-degree full-body racing simulator. Viewers of Dr Disrespect’s YouTube (formerly Twitch) streams will be familiar with the eclectic activities that occur regularly. The Doc’s big personality is like a magnet for the absurd – and his streams are all the better for it. We’ve seen him take on the challenge of producing his own Rogue Company map, which he passed with flying colors, as well as hitting out at The New York Times’ bestseller list because his memoir failed to feature. During an April stream though, the Doc turned his attention to a rather niche area of gaming – full-body motion simulators. The moments were captured in an April 25 YouTube video, in which the Doc floated the idea of investing a quarter-of-a-million dollars into a full-body racing simulator. His imagination was captured while watching the Gran Turismo 7 trailer, and the Doc spiraled from there: “I want a full-motion simulation system. I do, I’ll pay two to three hundred grand. There I said it… I’ll buy the full 360-degree motion simulation system. I’ll get into racing. Why not?” Timestamp 4:45 He quickly found a video showcasing an awesome full-body racing simulator, but it wasn’t quite as fashionable as the Doc wanted. “See I wanna build like panels around here with the Doc logo,” he said, gesturing at the back of the simulator’s seat. “Almost like the outline of a black sports car. Just give it a nice special look.” He even said that his dream simulator would have an iPad build it, allowing him to read chat while he’s simulating a high-tension race. While we can’t comment on whether the Doc’s investment idea will lead anywhere, we’d certainly be interested in seeing the two-time stream from his own full-body racing simulator. Imagine how good the mustache would look.

  • Ludwig hits back at Dr Disrespect for calling Streamer Awards a “fake show” – Dexerto

Ludwig hits back at Dr Disrespect for calling Streamer Awards a “fake show” YouTube: Ludwig / Dr DisrespectDr Disrespect clashed with Ludwig and QTCinderella after calling the Streamer Awards a “fake show,” which prompted them to clap back about Midnight Studio’s Founders Pass NFTs. The two-time was one of many influencers who reacted to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the 94th Academy Awards. As the arbiter of violence, speed, and momentum, he described the slap as “nothing impressive.” This drew a reaction from ConnorEatsPants, who urged Doc to show up to the Streamer Awards next year so he can “cause a scene” — which wouldn’t be allowed since he still can’t appear on Twitch streams following his mysterious ban, even after settling the legal dispute over it. Doc responded by roasting the Streamer Awards into oblivion. “Imagine creating a fake awards show to give your best friends credit for something they’re not even close to competing in,” he said. Imagine creating a fake awards show to give your best friends credit for something they’re not even close to competing in. — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) March 28, 2022 Naturally, this didn’t sit well with Ludwig since his partner QTCinderella worked incredibly hard to make it happen. “I’ll ask QT to include NFT’s in the gift bag. That should help you make an appearance,” he said, referring to Midnight Studio’s Founders Pass NFTs. “The difficulty of the truth sometimes hits tough, doesn’t it?” responded Doc. He also followed it up with another tweet, saying: “You called everyone you could to try to win some sort of streamer of the year award, and you did. I give you two more years of relevance. That’s it.” QTCinderella also chimed in with a tongue-in-cheek tweet of her own to help diffuse the situation. “Just ask for an invite instead of being a d*ck,” she said. “I’ll make sure to save a seat for you and two plus ones next year.” The difficulty of the truth sometimes hits tough doesn’t it? — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) March 28, 2022 However, it seems like things fizzled out shortly after thanks to a slew of other streamers popping in. Maya, who played an instrumental role in organizing and co-hosting the event, said: “Dr Disrespect made me cry!” This led to a playful back and forth between Esfand, Dr Disrespect, and Maya, which ultimately ended with her challenging them to a tetherball match. “I’ve never lost a tetherball match, ever,” said the two-time.

Dr Disrespect claims Twitch ban has caused “insane defamation” Dr Disrespect / TwitchDr Disrespect’s ongoing dispute with Twitch over his permanent ban from the platform has taken another turn, as the streamer has claimed it caused “insane defamation” to his image. Defamation is the charge of a false statement being presented as fact, harming the reputation of another person and causing financial loss or emotional distress. While the law varies in wording across nations, it appears that over in the United States – where the Two-Time is based – he’s not happy with how Twitch handled his permanent ban. The real reason behind the removal of his Twitch channel has never surfaced, at least publicly, though the streamer has admitted it caused him tremendous difficulties, including a claimed loss of earnings. Dr Disrespect says Twitch ban has caused “defamation” It’s on record that Dr Disrespect is already suing the company over the situation, though during his YouTube stream of November 12, the leader of the Champions Club delved deeper into the topic. After revealing he had been shadowbanned by EA, he proceeded: “I’m on a list. That’s just touching the [surface]. Since the purple snake, scummy, ban, we have taken a hit on so many different things behind the scenes, champs. “There’s a reason why Activision doesn’t do a Call of Duty partner [stream],” he said. “All of the stuff we did with EA, y’know. To not be involved with the Battlefield launch. First off, it’s been a year and a half. EA – don’t be pathetic. You’re talking about the two-time, back to back. I’m looking at trophies right over my left shoulder. “Don’t be so pathetic and scared to death, holy s**t. It’s embarrassing.” Since Doc was forced to relocate to YouTube, the streamer has still created many iconic moments for the Champions Club – but clearly, he’s not happy with the situation. Whether or not his ties with major gaming partners will be rekindled in the future remains to be seen. Until then, he’s putting the blame at Twitch’s door.

  • Dr Disrespect claims viral “not real” plane woman was all a marketing stunt – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect claims viral “not real” plane woman was all a marketing stunt YouTube/DrDisrespect/TikTokLegendary streamer Dr Disrespect has shared his thoughts on the viral “not real” plane woman fiasco, and believes the whole thing was just a marketing stunt. In July, a woman by the name of Tiffany Gomas went viral on TikTok after footage emerged showing her yelling about a person on her flight who she firmly believed was “not real.” Gomas blew up on social media and has since gone public to address the drama, giving interviews and even creating an assortment of new accounts and even creating a website amid her newfound popularity. Although some have since debated if Gomas and the woman in the video are actually the same, streaming star Dr Disrespect believes this was all planned. Dr Disrespect says “not real” plane woman faked viral video After Doc watched Gomas’ new video addressing the controversy and apologizing, he theorized that the woman is actually a “marketing genius.” “I got a new theory now, champs. It was all set up. This is all her plan,” he explained, suggesting that she caused a scene on purpose to blow up on social media. (segment begins at 4:40) The two-time theorized that Gomas intentionally planned on going dark before releasing her website along with an assortment of new accounts. “She’s a marketing genius! Like, next level,” he exclaimed. “That’s how I dissect the situation. That’s how I analyze. I tell you man, I’m really good at analyzing situations.” Only time will tell if Dr Disrespect ends up being right about Gomas, but hopefully we won’t have long to wait. The viral sensation has teased more videos coming on her website by telling visitors to “stay tuned.”

  • Dr Disrespect claims Bethesda refused him Starfield sponsorship due to “past controversies” – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect claims Bethesda refused him Starfield sponsorship due to “past controversies” Dr DisrespectDr Disrespect claims that, though he wanted to work with Bethesda, the developers behind Starfield, to help promote the game upon launch, the company has refused to work with him based on “past controversies.” From the Twitch ban, we’ll likely never know the real reason behind being a part of the NICKMERCS Call of Duty skin drama, Dr Disrespect has had no shortage of controversy surrounding him on his rise up to one of the internet’s biggest streamers. That said, his voice holds a lot of weight in the gaming community. He gets tens of thousands of live viewers and millions of viewers on his video content. His opinions are heard by many, giving him no shortage of opportunities to take on sponsors or even explore his own business ventures. However, Bethesda had no interest in working with Dr Disrespect, according to the streamer himself. Dr Disrespect slams Bethesda for refusing Starfield sponsorship According to the Doc, he’s been hyping up Starfield for “a while” and was really looking forward to playing it. Though he’s known mainly for his prowess in multiplayer games like Call of Duty Warzone, CSGO, and many other competitive multiplayer shooters, he enjoys playing single-player games from time to time. However, Doc was taken aback when opening the character creation screen and noticing that his character had an option for pronouns. He stared at the screen for around 10 seconds, dumbfounded, and then exhaled deeply. This led to him opening Twitter and taking a jab at Pete Hines, Bethesda’s head of publishing, for having pronouns in his bio. Right around the 1:05:30 mark in the VoD, the Doc had this to say: “He/him… Got it, ok. Now everything’s starting to make sense.” This turned into Dr Disrespect claiming that Bethesda directly denied him a sponsorship. “I just gotta get it off my chest. Obviously, we’ve been hyping up [Starfield] for a very long time. We’ve been making it very vocal, right champs? We had our team reach out, ‘Hey, can we work with you, can we do something?’” Doc put on another voice and mocked Bethesda’s representative. “‘Due to past controversies, there’s no way we can work with Dr Disrespect.’” He went on to claim that he asked for the ability to at least play the game at the same time as other streamers who had early access, a request that was also denied on the same grounds. Though Doc went on to play Starfield for over 9 hours during his stream and was “impressed” by the game’s sheer scale and wealth of content, he clearly has some gripes with Bethesda. Dr Disrespect has since addressed the clip, saying that he feels his words are being “taken out of context”. The tweet Doc quoted claimed he was transphobic and that he “wouldn’t survive MW2 lobbies” if this was his reaction. Doc replied by saying, “Some of these poor young people are just depressed. No life experience and completely misdirected by the internet. Look at my words being taken out of context here. Their insecurities are obvious.” Though Dr Disrespect has addressed his words on stream, Bethesda have yet to comment on whether or not they had this interaction with him and have yet to confirm if they directly denied him a sponsorship.

  • Dr Disrespect claims his memoir was snubbed on “scam” Times bestseller list – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect claims his memoir was snubbed on “scam” Times bestseller list Twitter: Dr DisrespectDr Disrespect isn’t impressed with his memoir, “Violence. Speed. Momentum,” being left off the New York Times’ best seller list for April 2021. The two-time himself claims his book outsold practically every other on the “scam” list, issuing a challenge to the panel: Put him on the list, or he will die trying. Guy Beahm, the man behind Dr Disrespect, has taken a step away from the stream deck to pen a memoir on his streaming career in his infamous alter ego. The former Call of Duty developer turned YouTube superstar has been in the headlines for years. From his scandalous streams to his eventual ban on Twitch, the memoir goes through all the big moments in a unique autobiography labeled “KSI meets Ron Burgundy.” Violence. Speed. Momentum. Available now!https://t.co/cLj8QBzBLf pic.twitter.com/IKjUTHIR1q — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) March 30, 2021 The book sold like hotcakes. People were pre-ordering it across the world. Dr Disrespect claimed “billions” were waiting for a copy (likely closer to hundreds of thousands), and he had his sights set on the prestigious New York Times bestseller list. However, the Times’ list, widely recognized as the best globally, didn’t believe the two-time’s biography was all it was chopped up to be. Being left off the first weekly list after the memoir’s March 31 release, the Doc let them know about it. “Hey New York Times, a book that made Top 15 on your new bestseller list sold under 5,000 copies. We sold more than that first day of announcing and we didn’t even make the list? You’re a fucking scam,” he said on Twitter. Hey @nytimes, a book that made Top 15 on your new bestseller list sold under 5k copies. We sold more than that first day of announcing and we didn’t even make the list? You’re a fucking scam. — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) April 8, 2021 While it’s not exactly clear what book Dr Disrespect is referencing, four new books managed to crack into the Top 15 this week. 15th place in the non-fiction category was Tammy Duckworth’s “Every Day Is a Gift,” a memoir written by the Illinois senator. “We did [five times] more books sold than a book that premiered in Top 15 on this shitty New York Times phony massacre best sellers list. And we were completely left off the list,” he said in a now-deleted follow-up. The two-time, not one to take a loss lightly, has issued the New York Times a challenge. He will continue pumping his book numbers through the roof, and crack into the Top 15. “We created an objective and we blew it out of the water just to be [f**ked] in the end. I like this challenge. Game on.” He might be the two-time Blockbuster video game world champion, but the Doc has high hopes his memoir will crack that record.

  • Dr Disrespect challenges Nadeshot to golf match: “I’d wipe you up so fast” – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect challenges Nadeshot to golf match: “I’d wipe you up so fast” 2K Games, Dr DisrespectNadeshot, founder of 100 Thieves, recently appeared in the reveal trailer for PGA Tour 2K23 and Dr Disrespect has responded to being overlooked, challenging Nadeshot to a match in the process. 2K is hard at work on the next golf game in the franchise, PGA Tour 2K23, and to get players and fans interested, the company unveiled the game’s debut trailer on August 22, 2022. Towards the end of the trailer, former OpTic legend Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag appeared and hit a shot off of the top of a golf cart. The now content creator, described as a “13 Handicap,” said the opportunity was “truly a dream come true.” However, the trailer caught the attention of another big name in the gaming community, the one and only Dr Disrespect. The two-time is also a self-professed golf fanatic and has issued a challenge to Nadeshot. PGA Tour 2K23 links Dr Disrespect and Nadeshot The concept of Doc playing and enjoying golf may be foreign to some, but he’s previously teased doing an IRL golf stream and has also been caught having lessons with the GoodGood crew – one of the biggest golfing YouTube channels in the world. GoodGood has also worked with Nadeshot as well, meaning that Doc and Nadeshot’s potential match-up has even more intrigue and similarities than first thought. After seeing Nadeshot in the game’s trailer, here’s what the Doc had to say: “I’d wipe you up so fast both in the game and on the course. That’s a guarantee from the 2x. I have a camera crew ready.” We haven’t had an official response from Nadeshot yet, but one interesting comment had this to say: “Make this event a PPV, I’d pay to watch it! My money is on Doc, and it’s not even close.” It becomes a waiting game now to see if Nadeshot will accept Dr Disrespect’s challenge to a match – in real-life or otherwise. If he does, we’ll have to wait and see if it’s Stroke Play or Match Play and if there is anything at stake. PGA Tour 2K23 is scheduled to release on October 14, 2022, or October 11, 2022, for buyers of more expensive editions, and at the very least we could see the two go toe-to-toe in a virtual match.

  • Dr Disrespect challenges NICKMERCS to fight after Twitter feud – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect challenges NICKMERCS to fight after Twitter feud Dr Disrespect, NICKMERCSDr Disrespect and NICKMERCS are no strangers to Twitter beef, but this time, things have heated up to a whole new level between the two streaming powerhouses. Dr Disrespect hasn’t been shy about his recent frustrations surrounding aim assist, as the famed streamer has consistently bashed on controller players. As Doc does, he aired some of these frustrations on Twitter and was met by a rather strong response from his Twitch counterpart NICKMERCS. The ensuing Twitter feud turned into something that few saw coming. Is this the battle of YouTube Gaming versus Twitch that fans have been waiting for? Dr Disrespect & NICKMERCS fight incoming? On October 20, NICKMERCS replied to a Dr Disrepect tweet, calling the two time a “p***y” for his complaints concerning aim assist. The next day, Doc fired back at the FaZe streamer, threatening to “slap those plastic Ray Bans” off his face. The interaction has fans grabbing their popcorn buckets, wondering if the two streamers will ever take their internet squabble to the streets, or even the boxing ring, for a real fight. Things getting a little heated between DrDisrespect and Nickmercs pic.twitter.com/BTmrkC4Rm0 — Dexerto (@Dexerto) October 21, 2021 Since then, the two have begun going back and forth on the thread with the most recent jabs before this article’s publishing being linked below. There’s almost no chance things stop here, as each streamer has a knack for having the last laugh. Such a fight would almost definitely break the internet, especially seeing the notoriety that the Paul brothers have been able to achieve in the ring. Yet, for right now, these remain idle threats and pure internet banter. We will provide updates if the situation develops any further or if something were to actualize. Until then, hop on Twitter, check out each of their streams, and buckle up for more zingers that will surely be on the way.

  • Dr Disrespect challenges Summit1g to iRacing showdown and claims it’d be “easy” – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect challenges Summit1g to iRacing showdown and claims it’d be “easy” Streaming star Dr Disrespect has called out and challenged fellow content creator Summit1g to an iRacing showdown, and believes he’d beat him pretty easily. In 2021, popular variety streamer Jaryd ‘Summit1g’ Lazar dived into the world of sim racing with his jaw-dropping $7500 setup consisting of the best gear you can buy. With him slowly venturing back into the genre, as he’s been playing iRacing on stream more frequently with his top-tier rig, he’s even got Dr Disrespect’s interest piqued. In fact, the Doc has even claimed he’d “he’d wipe him clean” if the two were to go head to head in an iRacing showdown. In an April 17 tweet, the two-time Blockbuster video gaming champion once again showed his interest in sim racing, stating that he needs set-up of his own. “I want a state-of-the-art racing rig ASAP,” the Doc tweeted, along with a screenshot from Summit1g enjoying his rig while playing iRacing on stream. “This guy would get wiped… clean,” he added, practically challenging Summit to a race. I want a state of the art racing rig ASAP. This guy would get wiped… clean. pic.twitter.com/hItoRL7Hqu — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) April 17, 2022 Clearly indicating that he’s looking to get into the scene, we can only imagine the setup Dr Disrespect will put together. Typically, he’s well-known for going overboard with his production quality. Recently, Summit1g opened up about why regrets the “salty” relationship he had with the Doc when he was just an up-and-coming creator on Twitch, so it’s a possibility we could see the “frenemies” make up and run a couple of races. Although it’s worth noting that despite settling his lawsuit dispute with Twitch, Dr Disrespect is still prohibited from appearing in streams on the Amazon-owned platform, so the two coming together is already difficult. However, given the competitive nature of the two popular creators, it would be nothing short of hilarious to see them face off.

  • Dr Disrespect celebrates hitting “”1 billion”” YouTube subscribers in classic Doc fashion – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect celebrates hitting “”1 billion”” YouTube subscribers in classic Doc fashion Dr Disrespect celebrated his impressive “one billion” subscribers on YouTube with a brand-new plaque, made just for him. While the Two-Time is best known as a Twitch streamer, he actually began his entertainment career on YouTube, and has also made a name for himself there, as evidenced by him crossing the one million subscriber count. With his trademark over-exaggeration, he claimed it was in fact one billion, which is adding a couple extra zeroes, but the Doc’s milestone is still no small feat. The Doc celebrated with his new plaque Doc showed off an “image” of his plaque congratulating him on becoming the first YouTuber to cross one billion subscribers, something confirmed by YouTube themselves. In his very real looking image, you can see YouTube’s heartfelt message complete with the signature Dr Disrespect logo plastered on the front. First to 1 billion. No easy feat. This plaque was made out of the tears of many children you defeated out on the battlefield, 2x. — Ryan Wyatt (@Fwiz) May 14, 2019 Dr Disrespect addressed the milestone during his May 15 stream with his viewers, as he celebrated his massive achievement “Ladies and gentlemen, a hell of an accomplishment for the Champion’s Club,” he said. “We hit one billion subscribers on YouTube, it was verified by Fwiz, he’s the global head of gaming, tech and VR.” Of course, Doc had to question Ryan ‘Fwiz‘ Wyatt’s choice of a header on Twitter as it featured rival streamer Ninja. He spent a couple of seconds staring at it before scrambling to get it off his screen. In all seriousness, the Doc crossing one million subscribers is deserving of some firm handshakes as it’s a number not many a YouTuber is able to cross. Doc will always be known for his live broadcasts, but returning to, and maintaining, his YouTube following, as many streamers do, opens the door for a new audience to discover him, as well as offering another source of income, which is never anything to complain about. YouTube will be sending him a plaque for this milestone but it’s probably safe to assume it won’t be solid gold like the one he posted a picture of. It’s going to be hard to top one billion subscribers but if anyone can do it, it’s the Two-Time.

Dr Disrespect challenges fellow streamers after KSI vs Logan Paul Popular Twitch streamer Dr Disrespect issued a challenge to some of his fellow content creators following the Logan Paul and KSI boxing rematch. Many viewers tuned in to the highly anticipated rematch between Logan Paul and KSI and after the event had concluded, fans began to suggest future matchups between some of the internet’s most popular stars. Among those interested in the fight was Dr Disrespect, who began to consider his possible opponents if he was ever to step inside a boxing ring for a similar event. In classic Doc fashion, the popular streamer explained that he was unsure if there would be any content creators on his level when it comes to hand-to-hand combat. “I’m trying to think who’d I would hop in the ring with in my profession,” Dr Disrespect explained, before taking shots at some of the other streamers, “Nobody is on my level in terms of athleticism and size.” The hype of the clash between KSI and Logan Paul has seen many of the top creators also considering what their options in the ring would be, such as PewDiePie who issued an ultimate challenge to fellow YouTubers. I’m trying to think who’d I would hop in the ring with in my profession. Nobody is on my level in terms of athleticism and size. — Dr Disrespect (@drdisrespect) November 10, 2019 Many fans began to suggest options for Dr Disrespect to consider with notable names in the streaming community such as Tyler1, who is also known for praising his athletic abilities to his viewers, popping up as first choice for the Two Time to face. YouTube star Syndicate seemed keen on calling the Doc out after taking shots at the Twitch star in response to his challenge, “Yeah because nobody’s on the same whining b*tch scale you’re on.” Yeah because nobody’s on the same whining bitch scale you’re on :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing: — Thomas Syndicate (@ProSyndicate) November 10, 2019 This is not the first time that Syndicate has called him out, he also fired shots at Dr Disrespect after complaints the streamer made about the state of Modern Warfare with players camping and making use of claymores. Tyler1 has also frequently been an antagonist of the Doc’s, with the pair often trading insults at each other when streaming. Read More: PewDiePie issues ultimate YouTube challenge – However, it is unlikely that these online feuds would result in them sharing the ring, as it would require a lot of time and training to prepare for such an event especially if it was done similarly to the one between KSI and Logan Paul. • Dr Disrespect casts Summit1g’s hilarious Splitgate free-for-all fail – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect casts Summit1g’s hilarious Splitgate free-for-all fail Twitch / Dr Disrespect / summit1gTwitch streamers Dr Disrespect and summit1g have reignited their feud as two of the most popular and competitive broadcasters, vying for superiority in the newly-released Halo-inspired Splitgate: Arena Warfare. The pair are set to face off in a 1v1 on Halo, when the classic series finally comes to PC later in 2019, but for now are warming up their battle rifle shots on Splitgate. The Doc has already fired some shots in summit’s direction, boasting of his skills in the arena shooter, but decided to tune into his rival’s stream to see how his practice was coming along. Starting one of his fan-favorite ‘Doc Casts’ segments, where he transforms into an esports shout-caster to commentate the action, he wasn’t intimidated in the slightest by what he saw from summit. “[Summit] getting shot in his back, he does have the rocket to his advantage – but does not utilize it and absolutely gets destroyed,” Doc says, casting summit’s gameplay. However, he was more complimentary when summit began to pick things up, acquiring the sniper rifle and hitting some clean shots to get back into contention for the match. “Boom! That’s what happens when you peak summit1g!” The Doc exclaimed, clearly somewhat impressed with summit’s accuracy – at least for now. Unfortunately though, despite a valiant effort at the comeback, summit fell just short, losing the free-for-all match 24-25. Dr Disrespect may have been rooting for his rival at one point, but showed little sympathy: “Just like that – defeat!” Fans of the two streamers will be looking forward to their Halo 1v1 with heightened anticipation now, thanks to all the trash talk between them. Soon enough, we’ll likely see Dr Disrespect and summit1g go head-to-head on Splitgate too, which will be a tantalizing match up.

  • Dr Disrespect celebrates epic 39 kill PUBG game to complete challenge – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect celebrates epic 39 kill PUBG game to complete challenge Dr Disrespect, Twitch / PUBGPlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds challenge, after linking up with fellow Twitch streamer chocoTaco during his May 21 stream. The Two-Time and his team were just one away from a 40 bomb on Vikendi, a map he said was his “favorite” after the victory, despite being very critical of it in the past. For those who aren’t aware, Dr Disrespect’s PUBG challenge requires wins on four different maps in the popular battle royale title. On this occasion, they managed to wipe out the competition in Sanhok, Erangel, Miramar, and Vikendi, in just under two hours of gameplay. The final win, though, was far and away the most impressive of them all. Dr Disrespect picked up nine kills of his own, while his teammates chipped in with a further 30, dominating enemies with some of that vintage violence, speed, and momentum that fans have become all too familiar with from his streams. “God, that’s all the maps! Check it off,” he shouted after the final win. The Doc then turned the music right up and started to dance around on stream, before attempting to sing. But, that didn’t last long as his voice started to break. This is one of the most impressive attempts of completing the challenge, but it might be just short in the all-time rankings as the self-professed best video gamer of all time once finished his Triple Threat Challenge in just under two hours of gameplay – picking up solo wins on PUBG, Battlefield V Firestorm, and Call of Duty Blackout. Nevertheless, let’s take a look at how the end of that final match finished, as well as all of the other successful games they had on their way to dominating on all four maps…. Sanhok Dr Disrespect was the one who had the final say in the first win in Sanhok, as the team chased down a final player – who Doc said was “scared to death” by their approach – and he soon finished them off with his KAR98k. “It’s that easy,” he shouted. Erangel It took a few games to get to the final circle, but this one was a little easier for the team, as the final circle was full of players that weren’t too keen on attacking the Doc or any other players for that matter. Dr Disrespect finished the final team off with no-scopes, using his KAR98k again. “I didn’t mean to ruin that,” he said before moving onto the next map. Miramar The Two-Time made it back-to-back victories with a win on Miramar just after, but he wasn’t alive to see it. His teammates disposed of all enemies in final circle, setting up a grandstand finish on a map Dr Disrespect claims was built by a 7th grader – Vikendi. Vikendi Dr Disrespect fans will be hoping that he continues checking off more and more maps during his challenges in the future, too. Not many teams would be able to pick up this many victories in such a short space of time, while wearing a wig dripping with success.

  • Dr Disrespect can’t believe Marshmello got a Fortnite skin before Ninja and Tfue – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect can’t believe Marshmello got a Fortnite skin before Ninja and Tfue Dr Disrespect/Epic GamesTwitch streamer Marshmello themed event that is taking place on February 2 in-game. Players will have the chance to boogie at Pleasant Park while the DJ hosts a show. However, the Doc was not happy with his chat pushing him to look at the new additions to the Battle Royale game that are based on the popular musician, questioning why popular streamers like Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins and Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney haven’t had the privilege yet. The Doc said: “Don’t tell me this guy (Marshmello) got an outfit (skin),” before clicking on to the store page, seeing the skin for himself and bursting into laughter. “And it has begun. Ladies and Gentlemen, the world of high-end agencies has started – well, it had already started as you can tell with the rise of Fortnite.” Presumably the Doc is referring to the increase of ‘celebrity’ engagement with video games, rather than embracing the video game community’s own celebrities – like Dr Disrespect himself. After a few seconds of silence, Doc added: “Wow,” before shaking his head in disbelief and laughing again. “Oh, this industry cracks me up sometimes ladies and gentlemen.” However, the Doc wasn’t finished there, going on to further question Epic about their reluctance to reward top community players with in-game items. He continued his rant, stating: “Let’s just be straight up and honest, like if Tfue doesn’t get one or if Ninja doesn’t get one at this point then it’s like ‘Epic what the hell are you doing?’” The Doc also added: “At this point, If I’m not seeing a Ninja skin in this game or a Tfue skin in this game or a Daequan skin, then come on man. Those are the top community players. Where’s the NickMercs (items)?” Despite making it one of his main genres of games, the Doc has seemingly fallen out of love with Battle Royale games. After uninstalling PlayerUnkown’s Battlegrounds yet again, the two-time returned to the game in a bid to complete his challenge of winning a solo game in each of the three popular battle royale games – Fortnite, Blackout and PUBG. However, the Doc messed up and lost a final one vs one in PUBG, causing him to lose his mind and – once again – remove the game from his PC.

  • Dr Disrespect casts shroud reading PUBG patch notes and it’s glorious – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect casts shroud reading PUBG patch notes and it’s glorious L: Twitch: Dr Disrespect. R: Twitch: Shroud.Dr Disrespect finally brought out his Doc Cast camera to commentate over Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek’s on-stream action but had to settle for making his own entertainment. When it comes to production on Twitch, especially for solo streamers, Dr Disrespect has set the bar time and time again – and has even raised it even further during his most recent return from suspension. The Doc has a number of segments and transitions he can bust out but perhaps his best is the Doc Cast – where he heads behind a desk and starts commentating the action on his screen. He jumped right into that segment while hoping to get some action from shroud but as the Canadian didn’t deliver, the Doc tried making the most of it. During his July 18 stream, the ‘Two-Time’ had been spectating shroud while looking for a game to play. Yet, he sat in on the former CS:GO pro reading patch notes, not popping off with headshots. In a bid to liven the whole thing up for his viewers, The Doc dove right into his Doc Casts mode and began commentating on what he was watching. “Jumping into an intense situation, let’s jump right into the action,” stated The Doc’s transition, despite the fact that shroud was being quiet and there was no combat on-screen. Without any gunfights or any sort of close-quarters combat to shout over, Dr Disrespect was resigned to pointing out how shroud was highlighting text with his cursor and glancing over to his chat. As the former CS:GO pro couldn’t deliver the violence, speed, and momentum that The Doc was looking for, the Doc Cast quickly came to an end. “Still in the same area, nothing is coming up, nothing is happening, Shroud is done!” the Doc exclaimed as he brought his moment of commentary to a close – leaving his viewers to congratulate him on a job well done. Of course, the Doc Cast segment is usually reserved for high intense situations that always seemingly backfire thanks to his growing ‘Doc Cast curse’. Maybe next time fans will actually get to see shroud break out his human aim-bot like skills on opponent players, and not a webpage.

  • Dr Disrespect calls Pokimane’s new streamer company a “fantastic move” – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect calls Pokimane’s new streamer company a “fantastic move” RTS/DrDisrespectTwitch streaming star Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys launched a new talent management company, RTS, and Dr Disrespect was very impressed with the 25-year-old’s initiative. On October 27, Pokimane revealed RTS to the world, with the company’s goal being to “fix the gaming and esports industry.” Thus far, RTS has already established itself by working alongside Facebook, Epic Games, and the Fortnite World Cup, and will even be joining Sony in managing EVO, the world’s biggest fighting game event. As it turns out, YouTube streamer Dr Disrespect is not only on board with the idea, but thinks it could be very successful. Dr Disrespect impressed with Pokimane’s company ‘RTS’ During a stream, the two-time explained how the company could grow into something bigger and how he thinks the idea is simply “fantastic.” “I saw an announcement that Pokimane is starting an agency for streamers and content creators. I think it’s a fantastic move on her part,” Doc said. “It’s something that we’ve internally discussed for a couple of years now.” The streamer then revealed that while his business partner pushed the idea on him, he wasn’t as passionate about it at the time and wanted to start a game studio instead. It was just a matter of time before some influencer was going to start that in this space.” To top off his kind remarks, the two-time said he believes that RTS is going to be “very successful.” Only time will tell if it is, but considering she already has some major support from one of the world’s biggest entertainers with Doc’s stamp of approval, it could be a sign for things to come.

  • Dr Disrespect can’t believe Cyberpunk 2077 picked Keanu Reeves instead of him – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect can’t believe Cyberpunk 2077 picked Keanu Reeves instead of him CD Projekt RED/Twitch: DrDisrespectTwitch star Dr Disrespect has joked that he can’t believe he wasn’t picked to play the role of Johnny Silverhand in the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 – a role given to Canadian megastar Keanu Reeves. The Doc has never been one to lack confidence in his own abilities, a trait he demonstrated once again in an August 30 YouTube video, when he called out CD Projekt RED for not coming to him about a motion capture role. Cyberpunk 2077 is the hugely anticipated title coming out of CD Projekt RED, developers of the critically acclaimed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Keanu Reeves has been confirmed to be playing the supporting role of Johnny Silverhand; a role the Doc claims he would have been perfect for. Cyberpunk 2077 launches in April 2020. In his YouTube video entitled ‘DrDisrespect reacts to new Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay’, the Doc goes through some new footage and, for the most part, conveys how excited he is about the upcoming game. However, one thing the two-time was not happy about was the casting of Keanu Reeves in the video game. “I can’t believe they got Keanu Reeves!” he exclaimed. “What a generic sellout! Are you kidding me? You could have had a six-foot-eight powerhouse!” (Timestamp: 1:45) “Enough with the “let’s loosely meet!”” continued Doc. “Let’s just meet! Let’s get it done! Enough. I don’t even wanna meet him (Reeves)!” Cyberpunk 2077 is set in the dystopian Night City, a dark imagining of a future metropolis in California. Players control a mercenary known as ‘V’, exploring the open world and completing missions. Johnny Silverhand will be played by Keanu Reeves. Developers have confirmed the game will be dark and violent, as well as commenting on contemporary society. V’s interactions with Keanu Reeves’ character will significantly impact the game’s ending, and shape who V is as a moral protagonist, highlighting the key supporting role Reeves will have. We certainly think the Doc could pull off a character of that complexity, and his character could well fit into the Cyberpunk aesthetic – who knows, maybe we’ll see a cameo in the final game.

  • Dr Disrespect calls out xQc for playing ‘boring’ Bloons TD 6 on stream – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect calls out xQc for playing ‘boring’ Bloons TD 6 on stream xQc / Dr DisrespectDr. Disrespect couldn’t believe he saw xQc playing Bloons TD 6 in front of 60,000 viewers, so he posted a hilarious video and called him out on Twitter. Dr. Disrespect is not one to hold back his thoughts and mince his words. He’ll tell it like it is, even if it lands him in hot water. It’s not surprising for a man whose personal motto is “violence, speed, and momentum.” The Doc has done everything from trolling mobile gamers to rile them up and respond to the backlash in a hilarious way to dishing out well-thought-out criticism on his favorite games. Now, he’s set his sights on fellow streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel. He called him out for playing Bloons TD 6, a tower defense game on steam, in front of thousands of viewers. Dr. Disrespect posted a video of him watching xQc play the game. It starts with him staring into the abyss, wondering what the hell he is witnessing. Eventually, he manages to let the rage subside, collect his thoughts, and drop some fire. “xQc, you got 60,000 people watching you play Bloons Tenacious Destruction 6. Whatever the f**k it’s called,” he said. Then, he takes a long pause and slowly turns towards the camera. “Are you f**king kidding me?” he says, right at the end. He posted the video on Twitter and tagged xQc. It’s already been viewed more than 15,000 times and liked by 5,000 people, and many others left comments laughing about it. https://twitter.com/drdisrespect/status/1340173464162848768?s=21 xQc hasn’t responded yet, nor has he explained why he’s on Bloons TD 6. To be fair, it’s pretty addictive, and he just spent hours playing all kinds of different games. He probably wanted to end the session with something chilled. Either way, Dr. Disrespect managed to summarize what many other fans and followers were thinking. Of course, it’s all in good fun, and there’s nothing malicious about it. But that doesn’t make it any less funny.

  • Dr Disrespect calls out YouTube after lag ruins Deadrop stream intro – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect calls out YouTube after lag ruins Deadrop stream intro Dr Disrespect, YouTubeDr Disrespect called out YouTube after a laggy start to his Deadrop Snapshot 3 stream ruined his iconic intro. The streamer has been pretty critical of YouTube since moving the Champions Club over to their platform, following a mysterious Twitch ban in 2020. He has slammed its chat, clip, and gifting features in the past. Just this May, he said YouTube Gaming doesn’t support him “one bit”, after unfollowing them in a very public way. It’s always been his nature to speak his mind when the live button flashes on – in fact, that’s what many of his followers tune in for. Though, in recent times, many have been following the development of his upcoming game Deadrop. Dr Disrespect slams YouTube after laggy intro On November 8, Doc hosted a Deadrop Snapshot 3 stream on YouTube, pinging out the usual 30-minute warning to alert fans. As the cameras started to roll, regulars might have been expecting the usual introduction they have become to accustomed to seeing, but technical difficulties got in the way. As the chat blamed Alex for the laggy screen, Dr Disrespect had other ideas. (If the clip below doesn’t load, you can watch it here) “The name is Doctor… Dis… Respect. A lot of you are hitting refresh stream, or F5, or saying ‘is the stream done? I’m out of here’. He didn’t stop there, either. “That’s fine – seeya! I don’t have time for it and I certainly don’t have time for YouTube. When the 6ft 8 gaming great arrives to an arena in style, I can’t have any technical issues. YouTube, that’s on you. Fix it.” The broadcast gave Dr Disrespect another chance to walk the Deadrop community through some announcements and changes that have been made since Snapshot 2. It’s unclear as to whether the lag was caused on Dr Disrespect’s end or if the blame is with YouTube, but one thing is for certain… Doc has made his mind up.

  • Dr Disrespect calls out YouTube Gaming after putting them “on the map” – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect calls out YouTube Gaming after putting them “on the map” Twitter, @DrDisrespect / YouTubeThe notorious Two-Time, Dr Disrespect, has called out YouTube Gaming. The streamer pointed out just how little the platform supports him, even after he switched over from Twitch and put them “on the map.” In the streaming world, perhaps no name has as much gravity as Dr Disrespect. The 2019 Streamer of the Year has maintained his prominence in the scene, even after being permanently banned from Twitch. After being snubbed in the 2022 Streamer Awards, Doc had some choice words for the event. Going further, he’s now calling out someone else for seemingly snubbing him: his very own platform, YouTube Gaming. In a March 17 tweet, he gave the Champions Club something to “think about.” Claiming to have given YouTube Gaming their relevance, Doc claims they never promote or support him. Dr Disrespect slams YouTube Gaming’s lack of support Like a late-night thought that found its way to the public eye, Doc’s tweet is a candid reflection on his relationship with his platform. When you put @YouTubeGaming streaming on the map yet they don’t even follow you, tweet about you, mention you etc… I mean, seriously just stop and think about it for a second. We really are on another level baby. — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) March 17, 2022 Getting straight to the point, he shared a realization: “When you put YouTube Gaming streaming on the map yet they don’t even follow you, tweet about you, mention you etc…” Doc then asked his 2.3 million followers to “seriously just stop and think about it for a second.” Concluding, he noted that he, and his community, “are on another level, baby” – likely referencing his continued success despite that lack of platform promotion. In the replies, fans and streamers alike echoed Doc’s sentiment. Twitch’s AmericanDad replied in agreement: “YouTube gaming really doesn’t have a good discoverability, yet you slay. It’s actually insane.” Others laughed about the content YouTube Gaming tweets about it instead, quoting a March 16 tweet that asked users to “reply with an NPC quote and let others guess which game it’s from.” While Doc’s legal dispute with Twitch has been settled, the streamer remains tied to YouTube Gaming for the foreseeable future. Whether the issue with his platform is centered on discoverability issues or simply a lack of support on social media, he seems to believe their relationship is a little one-sided. All we know, for now, is that the Champions Club will be closely watching YouTube Gaming’s “following” list on Twitter – awaiting a response from the Two-Time’s partners.

  • Dr Disrespect calls out streamers who team up in Escape From Tarkov – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect calls out streamers who team up in Escape From Tarkov Twitch star Dr Disrespect took aim at his fellow streamers for having their hands held in Escape from Tarkov while he plays all by his lonesome, attempting to take on the world with his trademark violence, speed, and momentum. Ever since Battlestate Games made free drops available from Escape from Tarkov streams, the incredibly realistic shooter has become one of the most-watched games on Twitch. Its growth has allowed smaller streamers to rocket up in popularity, while also adding viewers to already established channels. Even though the drops have since gone away and some viewers have gone back to watching other titles, plenty of streamers have stuck around. That includes Dr Disrespect who, unlike many of his fellow broadcasters, has been spending the majority of his time playing as a solo rather than in a group of streamers. During his January 9 stream, The Doc had been coming to a close when he took a break from one of his final raids to talk to his chat. After taking a few questions and making a few observations, he explained why he doesn’t find it all that impressive that his fellow streamers are teaming up to tear through raids. “You’ve got to remember though, all these other guys are playing with their groups, their friends, and the duos,” said the Doc. He added: “So when you see another streamer and they’re just smoking through a f**king level, that’s because they’ve got some high-end, four or five thousand hour male assistant to guide them, ok. Like, that’s not impressive to me. You go do what I do!” Of course, the Two-Time isn’t averse to having some assistance of his own in games – he regularly plays duos in PUBG, in fact – but Tarkov has been a way for him to spread his wings and prove that he’s still got that high-level solo skill. He might need some back-up later down the line, especially if the game continues with its growth, but for now, you’ll be able to catch him riding solo.

  • Dr Disrespect calls out WWE’s Roman Reigns for ducking him in Logan Paul match – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect calls out WWE’s Roman Reigns for ducking him in Logan Paul match YouTube: Dr Disrespect/WWEStreaming star Dr Disrespect couldn’t help but point out that it appeared as if Roman Reigns was going to call him out during his match with Logan Paul but decided against it. Over the last few years, stars from YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok have started crossing over to the mainstream with increased regularity. Some have become TV stars, while others have gone into music and business avenues. In the case of Logan Paul, he’s done all that and much more, as he now has his eyes set on conquering the WWE. The imPaulsive Podcast host has been impressing fans with his work inside the squared circle, and even found himself in the main event of the recent Crown Jewel event. During Logan’s match with Roman Reigns, the long-standing WWE champion took the time to call out some of The Maverick’s fellow trendsetters in Mr Beast and KSI. Though, he may have also been planning to call out someone else. Dr Disrespect says WWE’s Roman Reigns ducked him That’s according to Dr Disrespect, who claimed that the Tribal Chief may have ducked the opportunity to call out The Two-Time alongside the other names. “We’re putting an end to this. This is it, right here. Ain’t no more YouTubers coming over here, anymore. This is the last YouTuber you’re ever gonna see on the WWE,” Reign shouted, specifically naming KSI and Mr Beast. Responding to the viral clip, the Doc couldn’t help but point out that it did sound like his name was coming next. “Noticed who he was about to say, but then decided against it,” the streamer said. It did very much sound like Reigns was cut off from saying Doc’s name as Logan turned the submission around and got back to his feet. And plenty of fans agreed too. “I rewatched it a few times. 100% was about to say the Doc,” said one. I didn’t even notice till I played it again. I heard him say “Dr. dis…” lmao. He knew better, NOBODY wants that smoke,” added another. If the Doc was to get involved, it wouldn’t be the first time he’s crossed paths with WWE stars. He called out The Undertaker back in 2020, and the two had a ‘confrontation’ on stream but it wasn’t exactly a match-of-the-year contender.

  • Dr Disrespect calls Call of Duty “pathetic” for removing NICKMERCS skin – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect calls Call of Duty “pathetic” for removing NICKMERCS skin Dr DisrespectDr Disrespect has labeled Call of Duty “pathetic,” after Activision removed NICKMERC’s operator bundle following the streamer’s controversial comments on a pro-LGBT demonstration. FaZe member and co-owner NICKMERCS came under heavy criticism after responding to a tweet showing a protest over Pride Month being recognized in a school. Nick responded by saying “they should leave little children alone,” resulting in backlash on Twitter. He then went on to defend his stance and insisted it was fair, citing the recent birth of his child as motivation for his comment. This resulted in Call of Duty removing his bundle from MW2 and Warzone 2. Some members of the community were supportive of this while others uninstalled CoD in protest. Now a big personality has given their take on the topic, with Dr Disrespect believing that Call of Duty made the wrong call. Dr Disrespect slams CoD PR team after NICKMERCS bundle is removed Dr Disrespect has slammed the “Call of Duty PR” team following its decision to remove the NICKMERCS bundle from MW2 and Warzone 2. Speaking on the situation he tweeted: “Who’s running Call of Duty PR and Marketing now? Same people from the purple snakes? Pathetic.” The phrase “purple snakes,” is Dr Disrespect’s name for Twitch and the people responsible for running the streaming platform. He has been vocal against Twitch’s policy changes most recently taking a swipe at its retracted plans to restrict branded content. The Doc’s comments on the removal of NICKMERCS’ bundle come from a unique standpoint. Although he is known for streaming these days, he was once a Call of Duty developer working as a level designer for Sledgehammer Games. During his time at Sledgehammer Games, Dr Disrespect helped design several of the multiplayer maps for Advanced Warfare including Quarantine, Recovery, and Solar. He admitted in October 2022 that he would love to see Advanced Warfare 2 and would consider getting involved again if asked.

Dr Disrespect made his major return streaming on August 7 with a YouTube broadcast that pulled in over 520k viewers. To finish out his first week back, the star teamed up with the platform’s biggest creator Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg for an epic collaboration in Fall Guys. However before the event started, the Two-Time Champion reacted to the Apex Legends Season 6 gameplay trailer. While watching, the 38-year-old launched into a passionate rant about why he thinks the games industry has started to become “repetitive” in its marketing. Dr Disrespect on games industry marketing The popular streamer was reacting to the latest Apex Legends trailer when he paused the video to explain the issue he has with how mainstream projects are being marketed. “Okay, no offense to Respawn. This is not directly to Respawn 0r Apex in general. It’s more of a response to the bigger people up at the top in terms of how we are marketing f**king products in mainstream media,” he said. The star then hit out at trailers starting to feel the same. “Whether it’s music, movies, video games… Everything feels the exact same, man! It’s so vanilla out there. It’s repetitive!” Slamming his hand on his desk, he exclaimed, “That’s why I want to start a production company that will f**king take things to the f**king next level!” Doc then hilariously gave his description of modern marketing. “Here comes the rap music. It’s very generic. Sliding around montage. SICK! We’ve been seeing for twenty years. It’s the same s**t. IT REALLY IS!” he yelled. (Topic starts at 59:08.) As for how he would do marketing, the streamer explained, “I want to take people through a goddamn journey, man! We’re talking about the most popular industry in the world – video games. And it’s interactive. The online stuff. I feel like we can be taking these and showcasing these type of trailers to the next level.” Read More: Ninja scene cut from Jumanji: The Next Level – Dr Disrespect knows a lot about how to put on a show with his streams featuring quality production. Dr Disrespect brutally roasted by random Fortnite kid on TimTheTatman’s stream Twitch streamer Fortnite when he came across a younger player who had an unfiltered take on Dr Disrespect. The Doc is easily one of the more recognizable personalities on the platform because of his epic outfits, hilarious banter, and rage induced rants, but one player’s most memorable Doc moment left Tim hilariously scrambling on stream. In a April 3 stream, the young Fortnite player was hyped to have duo’d with Tim, so after getting eliminated the streamer decided to stay a while in the game to ask him a question regarding the Doc. “Hey yo, you know who Dr Disrespect is,” Tim asked. “Yeah, I know him, yeah,” the young player said. “Isn’t he a trashcan? Tim was a bit taken back by the surprising response and immediately looked to kill the conversation, saying: “whoa, whoa, whoa, alright easy. Easy kid, alright.” The response sent Tim’s Twitch Chat in a roar of laughter from the kid’s random reply. It seems like Dr Disrespect was lurking in Tim’s channel at the time simply replying “‘Jesus christ!!!!’ -Dr Disrespect.”

Dr Disrespect brutally roasts shroud and Mixer over new Xbox commercial Twitch: Dr Disrespect / Twitter: @shroudTwitch star Dr Disrespect hilariously mocked Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek’s Xbox commercial on Twitter. The Two-Time took jab’s at his friend’s streaming platform Mixer. On April 24, shroud revealed he had made a commercial for Microsoft’s Xbox. The Mixer personality’s comically bizarre advertisement had him flying over a green screen. However, his close friend Dr Disrespect had the perfect response to it, and brutally mocked the clip by comparing it to his own announcement video he had cut with Twitch. Dr Disrespect mocks shroud’s commercial The whole thing kicked off when shroud posted his new Xbox Game Pass commercial on Twitter and stated, “I made an advertisement where they let me fly a hang-glider and feed a beaver. Well kinda…” Doc reacted to it a day later, and reposted a clip from the epic video he made in March to announce his multi-year Twitch deal. The streamer’s tweet edited the two commercial’s side by side with the caption, “The difference between Twitch and Mixer.” The stark contrast between the two ads is hilarious as shroud dangling from a green screen looks ridiculous compared to the Two-Time propelling himself out of a military jet and flying with his wingsuit. Getting in on the joke, Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins jumped in and jabbed back at Dr Disrespect for mocking Mixer. He brought up Twitch streamer Alinity, who had a wardrobe malfunction during her broadcast on April 24. “I was expecting this tweet to contain a nip slip without being banned or a cat being thrown over your head. • Dr Disrespect breaks silence on Twitch ban: ‘We don’t know why’ – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect breaks silence on Twitch ban: ‘We don’t know why’ Dr DisrespectDr Disrespect has finally opened up on one of the biggest running stories on the internet, his Twitch ban. He still doesn’t know the reason why his channel was removed and has confirmed his time on the platform is over, for good. [jwplayer n2Qv7kxI] The leader of the Champions Club has spoken to the Washington Post about the situation, his first interview since his channel – which had some four million followers – was suddenly removed. Doc was just two months into a brand new exclusive contract with the streaming giant, and was considered by many to be the face of the platform. With no answers from Twitch about the reason why, he’s finally broken his silence on the situation, claiming it’s been a time of tremendous stress and anxiety for his family. “We just don’t know” – Dr Disrespect Having had his contract terminated and usual work schedule scrapped, he said the following about the ban: “Honestly, we just don’t know.” “It was a total shock. Imagine showing up to work and the doors are closed and you can’t get inside. You’re going, ‘What’s going on?’ And you’ve been told you’ve been fired. But you haven’t been told the reason why. We just weren’t given an answer… It was the worst feeling.” During the interview, Dr Disrespect (real name Guy Beahm), revealed that he had found out about his ban while watching another friend stream, and sent out an email to Twitch immediately for an update. Usually, in cases like these, it would be the other way around and Twitch would issue a response to the streamer stating the reason as to why action has been taken against their account. They did say this, though: “As is our process, we take appropriate action when we have evidence that a streamer has acted in violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. These apply to all streamers regardless of status or prominence in the community.” Dr Disrespect not returning to Twitch Since the ban, almost the entire internet has been silent on the situation. Some members of the online gaming community have engaged with rumors of the streamer having their channel removed due to intentions of starting his own platform, although Doc labeled it “crazy speculation” not worth commenting on in the sit-down with The Post. In a second interview, this time with PCGamer, the Two-Time confirmed that his time on Twitch has certainly come to an end. His next big move is in the works, and he seems to have a few options on the table. He said: “Obviously, for legal counsel, I have to be careful here. But I can say however, that I will not be returning to Twitch, so, I mean, that’s it.” “Let’s just say all the cards are on the table. I’m more focused on just making sure whatever we do next, whether it’s a platform move or not, that it’s the right decision for the community and Champions Club that follows me. And that makes sense to what I want to continue to accomplish with this character in terms of taking things to the next level, and whether it’s streaming or outside of streaming. So it’s just being conscientious of that decision.” The report confirmed that in an email, Doc confirmed that he’s considering streaming on his own website, championsclub.gg, and has other options like YouTube and Facebook Gaming as well. Aside from that, it was also noted that he’s considering legal action. Will we see Dr Disrespect return to streaming every day soon? Perhaps, but his time on Twitch is over.

Dr Disrespect brings back Gillette song and forgets the words YouTube: Dr DisrespectPopular streaming personality Dr Disrespect created his own version of a song in 2017 called “Gillette.” He brought this now-iconic record back during his YouTube stream on October 3, but amusingly forgot the lyrics while singing along. Many know Dr Disrespect for his hilarious content and FPS skills, alongside his community events, such as the upcoming Halloween Doctober contest. But what most don’t know is he’s also a musical artist and singer at heart. Dr Disrespect created a single song called “Gillette” in 2017. This was a mix of the streamer singing along to Gillette’s popular 1989 commercial, “The Best a Man Can Get.” The content creator’s version of the song gained massive traction, now boasting more than 38 million views on Spotify. He recently surprised his viewers with a short, but imperfect, live performance of his hit song. Something we rarely see from the Doc, as he toils away behind the scenes on his very own album. Dr. Disrespect butchers the words to his own song While preparing his stream, Dr. Disrespect suddenly played his hit release Gillette. The music amped up, and the streaming personality preparing himself to perform the song live for his loving fans. “Gillette!” he passionately sang, smiling during the pauses between the music. “The best a man can get! I f**king know the words.” He continued, finishing up his performance, and then asked his stream: “so tell me about my mic. Is it too loud?” Dr Disrespect took another jab at performing the song live at the 16:34 mark in the video. The majority of this second ‘performance’ was spent simply jamming to the song while it plays in the background. Though Dr Disrespect may not use the song as frequently anymore, fans loved to see the song make a return, despite how brief and fleeting the return was.

Dr Disrespect breaks fourth wall in The Division 2 with brilliant phone call sketch Dr Disrespect / TwitchIt’s not often that you see the fourth wall being broken on video games, but Dr Disrespect pulled it off in style when playing The Division 2. The popular Twitch streamer, who has over 3.3 million followers on the platform, is well-known for providing some incredible video production for his fans and he decided to take it to a whole other level on the new Division game. After his character stopped in the middle of the road and whipped out their phone, so too did The Doc in a hilarious interaction. “Yeah hello. Good to see you man,” Dr Disrespect said, pretending to respond to a call from his in-game character. “If you can accomplish the next mission with all headshots I’ll throw a Lamborghini in there.” The Doc joked that Twitch would grant his character a brand new 2019 Lamborghini Aventador if he completed the mission on those terms. However, it’s unknown how his character was responding. For all we know, he was saying he didn’t need a new sports car. It didn’t stop there. Dr Disrespect’s flip phone started to ring soon after and – of course – it was his character again. This time he seemed to be stressed about the mission he was undertaking. In an attempt to pacify his anxiety, the streamer calmed down the character before he ran away to complete another part of the mission.

Dr Disrespect releases new batch of Black Steel Bourbon The second batch, which is currently available in a limited edition supply, won’t last long according to the Doc, who says they’re nearly sold out yet again. In a short advertisement for the liquor, a bartender asks a man sitting at a bar if he would like another drink before the camera then flashes to an out-of-costume Doc who smiles at the audience. “Yeah, I think it’s time for another round,” he says, announcing that Batch 2 of Black Steel Bourbon was available. In a follow-up tweet, Guy remarked, “Excited for the release of Black Steel Batch No. 2. We’re almost sold out again. I hope you enjoy this flavor profile as much as I do.” In an amusing twist, the banned Twitch streamer then used his official Dr Disrespect account to quote tweet his real-life persona to poke fun at himself in a very meta way. “This Guy is a joke. So fake,” the two-time said, capitalizing Guy for a nice play on words while drawing attention to the booze announcement. We’ll have to see what fans think of the second batch and when a third will be available, but in the meantime, be sure to pre-order your bottle now while you can.

  • Dr Disrespect breaks character to remember “incredible” Kobe Bryant – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect breaks character to remember “incredible” Kobe Bryant Twitch: @drdisrespect / Instagram: @kobebryantTwitch star Dr Disrespect paid tribute to NBA legend Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna in an emotional stream after they sadly passed away on January 26. Bryant was just 41-years-old when he and his 13-year-old daughter were the victims of a fatal helicopter crash in Calabasas, California while on the way to a practice session at Mamba Academy in Thousand Oaks, CA. Seven other passengers were also killed, including the pilot. The internet came together to pay tribute to the tragedy, and on January 27, Dr Disrespect dedicated his entire broadcast to the basketball star, calling him an “incredible” person. Upon starting his stream, the Two-Time stayed silent for a few minutes to collect his thoughts and get ready to talk about what had happened the day before. He finally began by saying how hard the news has been on him. “It’s amazing to find out how much someone means to you when they’re actually gone. I had no idea the impact Kobe had on me,” he said. “No celebrity, no sports athlete, in fact nobody up to this point in my life, being an only child, having a small family… and yesterday was really tough. It f**king sucks!” the 37-year-old continued. “He was just getting started too, man. And his daughter was obviously just getting started as well,” Doc stated in emotion. “It’s only been 24 hours, tough one to swallow.” After thanking donators, he read a fan message out that stated “Tell us what the Mamba meant to you and California.” “I had deep admiration for him. Growing up as a basketball player, the Killer Instinct, the mentality that he had, when he got later towards the end of his career, I think the respect just grew and grew as I matured as well,” he said. “Seeing him in post-retirement, seeing how incredible of a person he… He started opening up, he’s a very private person, so we got more glimpses of him after he retired and he was doing such good things.” Doc continued, as he started to talk about his own beginnings in the sport. “Basketball was my life, when he was a rookie in the NBA, I was a freshman with goals of playing college basketball. I started on a freshman on a varsity team at my high school and that’s all I was,” he said. “I grew up a Lakers fan… Magic Johnson was my guy, and then Kobe came along, he was a rookie in ‘96 and I was a freshman in high school, and so you can just imagine how, being inspired during that same era,” he continued. Dr Disrespect finished by stating, “Just to see how successful Kobe was… What he did on the basketball court was just amazing. He grew from just being a basketball player to this incredible intellect of the game and life, and it’s unfortunate, it sucks.” Kobe’s $100m firm Bryant Stibel invested in Epic Games in 2018, and also into the Mamba Sports Academy, including an esports training ground. He played his 20-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers, winning five championships and making it to 18 All-Star games before he retired in April 2016.

  • Dr Disrespect breaks character to call out “zero communication” from YouTube Gaming – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect breaks character to call out “zero communication” from YouTube Gaming YouTube/Dr DisrespectGuy Beahm – more commonly known as Dr Disrespect on the internet – has taken to his personal Twitter to call out YouTube Gaming for maintaining “zero communication” over the last two years. In June of 2020, Dr Disrespect was permanently banned from Twitch seemingly without reason. And two years later, fans still don’t have a concrete reason for the ban despite a lawsuit between both entities being settled in March of this year. While the doc took a brief hiatus from streaming following the ban, he returned in immaculate fashion to YouTube Gaming’s blossoming streaming platform. Amid launching his own game studio and partnering with Mtn Dew Game Fuel, Dr Disrespect has maintained a massive viewership. That being said, the two-time continuously calls out the team at YouTube gaming for their lack of support for his career on their platform. Usually, this comes from the Doc’s dagger tongue, but this time around, he has broken character showing his true disappointment in Team YouTube. Dr Disrespect feels “taken advantage” by YouTube Gaming On August 13, Dr Disrespect dropped his Google Prototype Specs and dripping black steel mullet to address his fans as Guy Beahm. He wrote to his Twitter followers: “It’s amazing to think the platform Doc streams on doesn’t support him one bit. No follow, zero communication, absolutely no love.” He continued, “The impact we’ve had on YouTube streaming growth is insane. We’ve been taken advantage of…. Jesus YouTube, show some respect.” His followers quickly flooded the comments claiming The Doc has paved the way for streamers to make the switch from other platforms to YouTube. “So many streamers wanted to jump ship from Twitch way before the Doc ban. And you showing them that success on YT is possible and get nothing in return,” one user stated. Several users tagged YouTube Gaming and Team YouTube in the replies in an attempt to draw attention to the issue. One fan suggested Doc attempt to get on popular shows on YouTube like Good Mythical Morning and Hot Ones. While Dr Disrespect isn’t happy with how he’s been treated by YouTube, he doesn’t have many options. Twitch won’t allow him to come back and Facebook Gaming doesn’t have the audience to compete with either platform. Many of his fans have suggested starting his own streaming platform. But with 12am and Deadrop, Dr Disrespect might have enough on his plate at the moment.

  • Dr Disrespect breaks character to practice his golf skills with popular YouTube channel – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect breaks character to practice his golf skills with popular YouTube channel Dr Disrespect, GoodGoodA rare public appearance without his iconic headgear was on the cards for Dr Disrespect recently as he was seen spending time at popular YouTube channel GoodGood’s main base of operations. Doc has made no secret of his love and admiration for the sport of golf before. When he’s not courtside for NBA games or teasing a WWE appearance, Dr Disrespect enjoys spending some time out on the course. In fact, the 2x champ has even flirted with the idea of hosting his own golf stream fueled by sessions of PGA 2K21. So it’s not too surprising to learn that the Doc was recently at GoodGood HQ spending some time with the team, honing his skills, and learning from some of the very best golfers on YouTube. Dr Disrespect & GoodGood collaboration? After rising to prominence through their own individual channels, helped massively by the success of Garrett Clark’s GM Golf channel, GoodGood is the brainchild of a group of guys from America who continue to putt (pun intended) out stellar content week after week to their nearly 700,000-strong subscribers. You could say that the production values are on par with Dr Disrespect’s elaborate streams he conducts himself, and he’s even previously acknowledged the good work the group is doing. @goodgood_golf A Good Good shout out from the legendary 2X @drdisrespect https://t.co/xLxloy8h9t — Ryan Fulmer (@RyanFulmer) December 3, 2021 Matt Scharff is arguably the most energetic member of the group and has miraculously achieved the remarkable feat of two holes-in-one during videos with the channel, including one on a Par 4. He’s known to be a huge fan of the Doc and posted to his Instagram a picture and a couple of videos of the Doc at GoodGood’s state-of-the-art golf simulator studio. View this post on Instagram Matt said on the post: “I met an absolute legend yesterday!! It meant the world that I could hang out and spend some time with this beast! You’ve done so much in the gaming community and have impacted millions. Shoutout to Hecz for setting this up!” By hecz, he means OpTic HECZ – Hector Rodriguez – the legendary founder of the iconic OpTic Gaming. The connection is an easy one as Rodriguez’s ‘Heczquarters’ are actually next door to the GoodGood studio. In the clip, the YouTuber can be seen launching into his epic speech about his back-t0-back Blockbuster championship wins. It takes a lot to make Doc break character as he is usually jacked to the gills with violence, speed, and momentum. • Dr Disrespect breaks character to give speech on how he turned his life around – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect breaks character to give speech on how he turned his life around Twitch: Dr DisrespectIconic Twitch streamer Dr Disrespect very briefly went out of character during his August 30 stream, explaining to his viewers how he achieved his success with an incredible speech. Guy Beahm started his Dr Disrespect character in 2009 and 2010, but shelved the idea after finally getting his dream job in game development with Sledgehammer Games, first as a Community Manager and later a Level Designer. He returned to his Dr Disrespect alter-ego in 2016, and quickly ascended up the ranks on Twitch, becoming one of the biggest names on the platform. But, when a viewer explained to him that they were suffering from depression and anxiety, the Doc gave an inspiring speech about the dark times in his own life. “I’ll tell you this right now, three and a half years ago, before the Two-Time stepped into the arena on Twitch, the Doctor [was] unemployed, looking for a job in the video gaming industry,” Beahm began. “Little baby assassin less than a year old, living in a one and a half bedroom apartment, on a corner where you could just open up the blinds and see the drug dealing. And that was a tough time.” “And then we decided to jump into this,” the Doc concluded, “I’m telling you right now, it’s just a temporary phase, so attack! And go out there, and do you. That’s the most important part about it.” Dr Disrespect’s leap of faith to go full-time with streaming was a risk, but one that has certainly paid off, as he now sits as the eighth-most followed streamer on Twitch. Despite his advice that people “do you”, it is, in fact, Guy Beahm’s Dr Disrespect character that earned him his success, as he stood out from the crowd of other streamers. Also impressive is his level of production value, which is rivaled by very few on the platform. But, his words of wisdom go beyond just streaming on Twitch.

  • Dr Disrespect breaks character after major tech issues derail stream – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect breaks character after major tech issues derail stream YouTube: Dr DisrespectDr Disrespect completely lost his patience in a recent live after he was hit with a litany of PC issues that stopped him from being able to play a single game on stream, stating that it might be “time for an upgrade” following the mess. Dr Disrespect is one of the most-watched streamers online. The Doc became a well-known character and figure in the space through his Call of Duty content, game development company, and more. However, the Doc is prone to the occasional outburst on his stream. In a video titled, “IT HAPPENED AGAIN,” Doc spent 11 minutes showcasing his major technical difficulties. A few profanities and curse words were thrown into the mix while he was trying to simply play through a game. After trying to launch PUBG, Doc was hit with a blue screen and a no-signal sign before screaming out “f*ck” and cutting off the video for a brief moment. “I booted up my monitor and it took a dump,” Doc began. “This f*cking computer has been blue-screening all morning long. It might be time for an upgrade.” The streamer then added, “I thought a $150,000 PC would be enough. I guess I’ve got to spend more.” After spending almost 10 minutes on stream fixing his PC, the Doc was finally able to launch PUBG. Telling his fans, “you’ve got to have a little bit of patience when working with the two-time.” However, after a quick minute of gameplay, the computer then once again bugs out and the no signal screen appears. Dr Disrespect’s patience really begins to waver here, stating he “is gonna break something” after rebooting his PC time and time again. “I’ve been real patient all day today, have you noticed? I’ve been patient. My setup at the moment is absolute trash. I don’t know what else to say.” After it crashes once again, the Doc decides to call it and ends the live. Not before turning to the camera, smiling and stating, “God I love being a streamer.” After more entertainment news and updates? Be sure to check out Dexerto’s full coverage here.

  • Dr Disrespect breaks character after receiving emotional viewer donation – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect breaks character after receiving emotional viewer donation Twitch star Dr Disrespect unexpectedly broke character during his December 20 broadcast after a fan sent in an inspiring donation message that got him emotional. Dr Disrespect is one of the most popular streamers on Twitch as his over top explosive persona, and movie-level quality production makes him one of the most ambitious personalities on the platform. However, the streamer shed his 80’s action hero inspired character when a viewer wrote in to him, and explained how meeting the Two-Time champion in person changed his life. Dr Disrespect breaks character after emotional donation The popular Twitch personality was in the middle of a broadcast when a fan donated, and explained how meeting the streamer in person at an event changed his life. “Hey Doc, I met you at EA Play earlier this year, and just wanted to say since then I’ve lost over 110 pounds and counting. I was close to 430 pounds, and then I felt embarrassed to share the pic we took. The mindset of the Two-Time has helped me be inspired,” Dr Disrespect read aloud. Read More: PewDiePie roasts new Xbox Series X’s design – Breaking character, the Twitch star replied to the viewer, and confessed “That makes me feel really really good, man. Not only did you make my day, you made my weekend. I love it, man. I truly mean that.” After reading the personal donation, he then got emotional and explained to his audience, “99% of the time I’m bullsh***ing. I fake my feelings on this channel. But this 1% I am truly genuine.” The Twitch star jokingly told the viewer who wrote in “The other stuff… we will keep this between you and I. I don’t want this leaked out, then all the Champion’s Club will think they have a phony leader or something.” Doc seemed blown away by the amount of weight the viewer had lost, at one point screaming “SINCE!” given that EA Play took place on June 8, making that an incredible amount to lose in just under six months. While Dr Disrespect’s brand is built on his entertaining persona, the streamer has been known from time to time to get real with viewers, as he’s built a loyal fan base with his Champion’s Club. The Two-Time continues to prove to be the most sought after personality on Twitch, winning Streamer of the Year at the Esports Awards 2019, and announcing in December he’d signed a TV-show deal with the Walking Dead creators, living up to his moniker.

  • Dr Disrespect boots donator from stream after they admit to abusing wife – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect boots donator from stream after they admit to abusing wife Dr Disrespect may live by the words speed, violence, and momentum but this viewer crossed the line and forced the Doc to take action. The Two-Time invites everyone who subscribes to his channel to the Champion’s Club, which is just a cool name he has for those who go the extra mile with their support. However, just because viewers donate doesn’t mean they will always be welcomed. One viewer donated $9 to the Doc and admitted to “abusing his wife,” though the veracity of the donator’s claims could have just been a joke. The donator was likely looking for some support but instead got the complete opposite response. “Hey Doc, yesterday I had a really bad day,” read the donation. “I choked my wife after a dispute. I’m very unhappy about this and not excusing it.” Doc thanked him for the donation, but he didn’t condone the physical violence in any way, shape, or form. After thinking about it for a bit, he decided to kick him out of the stream for his actions. The rest of his chat also joined in and shared their confusion about the donation, while also agreeing the donator should be removed from the stream. “That’s physical abuse,” Doc replied. “I don’t think you belong in the Champion’s Club. In fact, get the f*ck out. Get out of here.” Whether the viewer was joking about the incident or not, it’s clear Dr Disrespect has no tolerance for abuse like that, so he quickly gave them the boot. You genuinely don’t know what you’re going to encounter on any given day while you’re streaming, especially if you pull an audience as broad as Doc’s. This goes for the viewers too as every Doc stream is extremely unpredictable as no two streams are ever the same. You don’t know when you’re going to see an explosive tirade about a game, an inspirational speech, or some mixture of the two. There’s a reason he sits at the top of Twitch, and it’s due to his off-the-wall antics and unmatched ability to entertain.

  • Dr Disrespect labels EA ‘dumb’ after latest Firestorm change – Dexerto

Dr Disrespect labels EA ‘dumb’ after latest Firestorm change Dr Disrespect, Twitch / EA DICEMany Battlefield V Firestorm players will have lauded the confirmed arrival of several new features when the game’s first patch went live on April 5, but Dr Disrespect has singled out what he believes to be a “dumb” change from EA DICE. The popular Twitch streamer, who has over 3.4 million followers on the platform at the time of writing, is certainly not one to hold back his opinion on changes to battle royale games. That wasn’t any different, either, when the Two-Time discussed the changes that were revealed by EA DICE in the patch notes for Battlefield’s new battle royale mode. What’s Dr Disrespect’s problem with Firestorm? Firestorm’s first major patch was fairly sizeable and included several tweaks to not just gameplay, but the map as well. The notes for the update confirmed that a brand new Duos mode would be added – news which doesn’t seem to have gone down too well with Dr Disrespect. “You’re talking about five hundred or six hundred total [working] on Battlefield 5. Right, let’s do the math,” he said, as he tried to work out how much money the developer might have spent on developing the original game and Firestorm. Doc targets game developers “That’s a fucking lot of money that they [EA] spent and these dumb, dumb idiots had two modes for Firestorm – play solo mode and play squad mode. They couldn’t even fill up one of those and they go: ‘oh, let’s throw duos in too!’” The streamer doesn’t seem to believe that Firestorm has enough reach in order to fill up the game modes that it will soon offer. DICE is not the only game developer that Dr Disrespect has targeted, though, as the streamer has produced several scathing attacks on Epic Games and even Respawn Entertainment in the past. The Doc went as far as saying Apex Legends still feels like a demo on April 24, as seen in the clip below. Whether or not he will be proved right with his Battlefield criticism remains to be seen, but DICE will be hoping that acting upon the wishes of many fans to add another game mode will only attract more players in the future.
