Jake Paul’s ‘Team 10’ agency could be in legal trouble for destruction of $10 million mansion Tubefilter / Luxury RetreatsControversial YouTuber Jake Paul could be facing a hefty fine for his company, thanks to a rowdy 21st birthday party the social media star threw in a $10 million Starwood mansion in January of 2018. Jake Paul celebrated his 21st at a mansion in Aspen, Colorado, rented by Team 10 for around $61,000 over an 11-day period. During this time frame, Paul engaged in a plethora of rambunctious shenanigans, including throwing dishes at a bedroom window in the house and racing around the yard in a series of off-road ATVs (reportedly worth up to $40,000). Mansion owner Isabelle Freidheim filed a lawsuit against Team 10 talent manager Krista Burditt in June of 2018, with claims that Burditt had violated terms of the rental lease – which included using the estate for “commercial purposes,” as evidenced by Paul’s vlog of the experience. Freidheim has since expanded the suit to include Team 10, which was confirmed by a judge on Wednesday, December 19. Team 10’s lawyers are now fighting this expansion, arguing that the home was rented for Paul’s personal use, specifically. https://twitter.com/ClevverTV/status/918108659544154112 According to the lawsuit, the squad was “prohibited from using the home for any disorderly conduct or in a manner that created excessive or unreasonable noise or nuisance.” With thirteen minutes of video evidence standing against the group, it comes as no surprise that Pitkin County District Court judge Denise Lynch ruled in favor of the Freidheim’s claim, although a potential trial date has yet to be set for the debacle.

Jake Paul’s payout for Ben Askren fight revealed – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s payout for Ben Askren fight revealed Instagram: JakePaul/UnsplashThe figures behind Jake Paul’s payout for the Ben Askren fight have been revealed before the pair square off, and it’s a pretty lucrative payday for both men. Fighting at the highest level in boxing has always been a lucrative payday. Fighters who are at the top of their game can make tens of millions for just a few hours, and maybe even minutes, work. YouTubers like Jake and Logan Paul haven’t been dumped right in at the top level, but their popularity from social media, YouTube, and beyond means they’re still making bank for their fights. Ben Askren, who Jake will be fighting on April 17, revealed that their bout was going to be the biggest payday of his life, despite his glittering MMA career. Now, those exact figures have been revealed. How much is Jake Paul being paid for Ben Askren fight? Ahead of the Paul vs Askren pay-per-view bout, MMAFighting were able to get their hands on the payout that every fighter on the card will receive just for getting into the ring. Jake Paul will net himself a nice $690,000 for squaring off against Askren, while the former UFC fighter himself will receive a cool $500,000. While they top the bill on fight night, it’s neither the YouTuber or the MMA veteran who will make the most cash from their involvement. That goes to former WBA World Super Light Title holder Regis Prograis who will take home $850,000 for fighting Ivan Redkach. As noted, these figures are just what the fighters will get for getting into the ring. There’s no mention of what their split of pay-per-view buys or potential fight bonuses could be, but they should add a pretty nice extra lump of cash. Once the dust has settled, Jake will probably let loose on just how much he’s made as he eyes up his next opponents, regardless of whether he wins or loses in Atlanta. The YouTuber has already made it know that he wants to fight Conor McGregor, but he wouldn’t be averse to squaring up against fellow content creators either.

Jake Paul’s sparring partner says he’s made more in 2 months than entire MMA career – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s sparring partner says he’s made more in 2 months than entire MMA career Instagram/anthony_prettyboy/JakePaulJake Paul’s sparring partner, Anthony Taylor, has revealed he’s made more money in two months helping the YouTuber prepare for his fight against Tyron Woodley than he’s earned in his entire MMA career. YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has risen up in the ranks with an undefeated 3-0 record. Now, he’s set for his biggest challenge yet against former UFC champ Tyron Woodley, and is paying his sparring partner some big bucks in the process. Anthony Taylor is set to battle Tommy Fury, the brother of boxing icon Tyson Fury, on the same card. As such, he’s been training too, and views Jake Paul as a real competitor. Speaking with Betway Insider, Taylor explained how much better Paul has become in the six weeks of sparring with him. Jake Paul has leveled up “You can see his improvements from his first fight with Gib through to Nate Robinson and Ben Askren, kind of cleaning up some of the sloppiness,” he revealed. “He’s kind of like A.J. McKee. The way that A.J. shows something different every fight, he’s developing every fight. Jake’s improved every camp; he’s developing power, he’s developed speed in his punches, great footwork, inside boxing. He’s becoming a complete boxer in his world.” That doesn’t mean he believes that Paul is going to suddenly start fighting for boxing championships, but Taylor is impressed with The Problem Child. “I’m not saying he’s going to fight Canelo or he’s going to fight a top five boxer, but he looks great, prepared and ready to go,” he said. Jake Paul’s sparring partner cashes in Taylor also revealed how lucrative the chance to train with Paul has been. “I had the opportunity to fight in Cage Warriors but I couldn’t pass up the money Jake was offering,” he stated. “I’m getting paid more money as Jake’s training partner in two months than I made in my whole entire MMA career in six years. I swear to God, I made more money with Jake in two months than my whole MMA career,” he claimed. “That’s disturbing when you think about it, because I fought for Bellator. I’ve fought two top five contenders in Bellator and I had a good run.” As for his prediction for Jake’s match with Tyron, Taylor predicts Paul will take it. “When you put a guy like Jake in the boxing ring with a guy like Tyron, Jake’s going to win that all day, just because he’s been working on the repetition and the mechanics of boxing. Tyron technically has a puncher’s chance but Jake is a better boxer. Tyron is a better fighter because of his MMA background, but Jake is a better boxer,” Taylor explained. “There’s a lot of people that think Tyron is going to knock out Jake. But I see it the other way around. He’s looking great.” Jake Paul faces off against Tyron Woodley on August 29. Here’s how you can tune in.

Jake Paul’s next boxing fight date leaked by coach for 2023 – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s next boxing fight date leaked by coach for 2023 YouTube: Showtime SportsJake Paul’s boxing coach, BJ Flores, has seemingly leaked the date for the YouTuber’s return to the boxing ring in early 2023. After he beat Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva at the end of October, Jake Paul quickly turned his mind to the turn of the year and staying active in the boxing ring. The YouTuber-turned-boxer initially seemed to be lined up to fight longtime rival Tommy Fury, as the pair went back and forth on conditions for a fight. Though, Jake confirmed he’d left his options open by putting multiple fight offers out there to potential opponents. As of writing, Jake hasn’t locked in an opponent yet, but is still eager to be back inside the ring in early 2023. In fact, it seems the date for his return has already been leaked. Jake Paul 2023 boxing fight date leaked by coach It happened on December 18 when a couple of eagle-eyed fans spotted his trainer, former cruiserweight contender BJ Flores, tweeting at a ring card girl about coming to Jake’s next fight. “Come to the Jake Paul fight on February 18. DM me if interested,” Flores tweeted, in a post that has since been deleted by the 43-year-old. Seeing as the majority of Jake’s fights have been on a Saturday night, February 18 would make sense as it does tick that box. There also doesn’t appear to be many clashes with that date either. As it stands, only a fight between Adrian Broner and Ivan Redkach has been scheduled for the same night. Jake’s recent fights have had to contend with UFC events, but as it stands, the MMA promotion has a big card the week before. They don’t appear to have anything in the works for February 18 as it stands. With the tweet from Flores being deleted, it gives some credence that it is the date of choice for Jake’s next bout, and that he may have revealed things a bit too soon. Though, we’ll have to wait for an official announcement to confirm that.

Jake Paul confirms Tommy Fury fight is off with new opponent locked in – Dexerto
Jake Paul confirms Tommy Fury fight is off with new opponent locked in Instagram: JakePaul / Instagram: _jrInternet sensation Jake Paul is reportedly set to face 12-1 pro boxer Hasim Rahman Jr. on his August 6 Madison Square Garden PPV following Tommy Fury’s well-documented visa issues. Jake has now confirmed that once again, the Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight has been called off. Having initially signed to fight last year before Tyron Woodley stepped in, the two were then linked to headline an August 6 event this year. However, various setbacks now seem to have scrapped the contest a second time. Ahead of a June 29 press conference to promote the fight, Fury was denied entry to the United States. With a deadline since set in stone for the British boxer to resolve his issues, Paul quickly began the search for another backup opponent. Paul has officially announced that fight vs Fury will not go ahead, accusing him of “going into hiding.” Fury’s received a termination notice. MVP did everything it could 2 help him & team. He wasn’t interested & he literally went into hiding. 2nd time in a row he has pulled out. 2nd time in a row I’m going to step up & take on a new opponent on short notice. AUG 6. MSG. 📣 tmw — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) July 6, 2022 Sports Illustrated is now reporting a new dance partner for Paul. The former YouTuber is now “finalizing a deal” to square off with 12-1 pro boxer Hasim Rahman Jr., according to the report. Jake Paul is finalizing a deal to face Hasim Rahman Jr. on August 6th, sources familiar with the negotiations told @SInow. Rahman (12-1) is the son of ex-heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman. Paul pivoting away from Tommy Fury, who was denied entry into the U.S. last week. — Chris Mannix (@SIChrisMannix) July 6, 2022 31-year-old Rahman Jr. is the son of Hasim Rahman, an accomplished American boxer who fought for two decades as a heavyweight, winning the WBC title multiple times throughout his run. Rahman Jr. began his professional career in 2017, winning 12 fights in a row before his first TKO loss in 2022. While the likes of Olympic-caliber boxers and even Mike Tyson had been floated as potential opponents amid doubts over Fury’s status, Rahman Jr. appears to have been selected by Paul’s camp, according to Sports Illustrated. Should this deal go ahead, it would mark Paul’s first time stepping into a boxing ring against an established boxer. Having triumphed over a YouTuber, an NBA player, and two former MMA fights, Paul could now be setting his sights on his first true competitor in the sport. Neither Paul nor Rahman Jr. have confirmed the reports at the time of writing. Should the MSG headliner officially change in the coming days, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.

Jake Paul MMA debut still happening against “big name” despite Tommy Fury loss – Dexerto
Jake Paul MMA debut still happening against “big name” despite Tommy Fury loss YouTube: Jake PaulJake Paul’s planned MMA debut is still on despite his recent loss to Tommy Fury, and PFL have given an update on the search for his opponent. Over the last few years, as he’s fought numerous Mixed Martial Artists in the boxing ring, Jake Paul has constantly talked about wanting to make the switch and get inside the Octagon. While his feud with UFC boss Dana White has seen that particular door closed, he has signed a deal with PFL – the Professional Fighters League – to join their new ‘Super Fight’ division. He offered Nate Diaz the first crack at that, with a second fight in the boxing ring, but that seems to be off the table. Given that Jake is also keen to avenge his loss to Tommy Fury and there have been rumors of a rematch in July, there was talk that his MMA debut may have to be shelved. However, that doesn’t appear to be the case. Jake Paul’s MMA debut is still planned for 2023 In fact, the PFL are still planning on having him fight in the cage before the year is out, but they still haven’t been able to lock down an opponent for Jake just yet. “Jake Paul is absolutely going to fight in 2023,” PFL’s Loren Mack told MMAMania. “I mean, that’s, that’s been the plan all along. I know, he’s in the gym, and he’s training, taking it very seriously. So expect to see him in the PFL cage in 2023, and it’s going to be MMA.” Mack noted that there is “nothing concrete yet” about Jake’s opponent, but there have been a few discussions. “If you know Jake, he will want a big name for his debut,” he added. As noted, Jake has penned a “multi-year” deal with PFL, but that was before he lost to Tommy and his plans got thrown out of whack. It remains to be seen just exactly when he’ll step into the cage, but there’s sure to be plenty of interest when he does.

Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions gives major update on KSI boxing match – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions gives major update on KSI boxing match YouTube: Jake PaulYouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul and his Most Valuable Promotions organization have provided fans with a major update on the status of the long-anticipated KSI fight. After a five-year-long feud, and both sides frequently throwing shade at one another, Jake Paul and KSI are almost set to finally touch gloves. Fans have anticipated a bout between the two since 2018 after the British YouTube star called out the Paul brothers following his triumph over Joe Weller. However, the longtime rivals have gone on their own separate paths in the last couple of years, with the Brit focusing on music as well as new entrepreneurial ventures such as Prime Hydration. On the other hand, Jake Paul has made a name for himself in the boxing world. Now, it’s expected they’ll finally clash in the ring later this year, and recently Jake Paul’s own boxing promotion MVP has given a major update on the fight. Most Valuable Promotions gives update on KSI vs Jake Paul The two YouTubers promised fans a winner takes all showdown sometime in 2023, a deal they’ve now agreed upon twice. However, according to Jake Paul’s boxing promotion MVP, nothing is signed just yet. “Lots of fake news regarding Jake Pal vs KSI,” they said in an Instagram story. “Nothing is signed. “Only fact is Jake and KSI have publicly agreed that the winner takes all. 100% of everything.” Recently, the two YouTube stars have gone back and forth arguing over weight disputes. However, upon publicly agreeing to the weight-and-rehydration clause, as well as confirming the winner will take the entire purse, it’s looking like they’ll finally be stepping into the ring.

FBI reportedly seize numerous weapons after raiding Jake Paul’s home – Dexerto
FBI reportedly seize numerous weapons after raiding Jake Paul’s home YouTube: Jake PaulJake Paul’s home has reportedly been searched by the FBI under a sealed federal warrant, with agents appearing to seize several weapons and firearms during the raid. UPDATE: It has since come to light that the firearms were connected to Paul’s involvement in a June 5 Arizona shopping mall riot, according to ABC7. Furthermore, the Scottsdale Police have dismissed charges against Paul, allowing for a federal investigation to come through. Footage of the FBI raid shows officers walking out of the Team 10 mansion with a slew of guns. According to reports by TMZ, Paul’s home was filled with a “small militia’s” worth of weapons. While no reports of any items being seized were released beforehand, it seems that Paul’s arsenal has been confiscated. https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1291091138544168960?s=20 TMZ also reported that the famous Vegas Graffiti Mansion, owned by Paul’s good friend Armani Izadi, was also searched by federal agents, who also took someone in custody. Paul and Izadi were seen together as recently as early July, according to the news outlet. Original story Popular YouTuber Jake Paul’s home in Calabasas was raided by the FBI in the early hours of the morning on Wednesday, August 5, according to TMZ who snapped images and a video of the officers outside, but the reasons why are yet to be revealed. The search is allegedly part of an ongoing investigation, and agents are seeking evidence in an existing case, but representatives for the FBI Los Angeles division have confirmed that the warrant affidavit is sealed, meaning that they cannot comment on the investigation. They do not plan on making any arrests. TMZ’s video shows a heavily armored vehicle leaving Jake’s pad, with roughly 20 people executing the search. Paul is known for his extreme stunts and controversial actions, but more recently he held a huge party at his $10 million Team 10 mansion in spite of social-distancing recommendations. The party, which was featured in the music video for his latest single “Fresh Outta London” was attended by several famous TikTok and YouTube stars and was condemned by the Mayor of Calabasas. In June, Paul was charged with criminal trespass and unlawful assembly following his presence at riots in Scottsdale, Arizona, although the YouTuber later denied any involvement in the looting. The 23-year-old and Team 10 founder has more than 20 million subscribers on YouTube, and 13 million Instagram followers. Dexerto will update this story as it develops.

Jake Paul’s million-dollar challenge accepted by Mike Perry, Bradley Martyn MIA – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s million-dollar challenge accepted by Mike Perry, Bradley Martyn MIA BKFC / IG: bradleymartynJake Paul has tossed a seven-figure challenge into the ring, daring YouTuber and bodybuilder Bradley Martyn to a ‘street fight’ with ex-UFC fighter Mike Perry. Martyn, notorious for his size advantage, remains silent. Jake Paul, who’s preparing to fight Nate Diaz this Saturday, has tried to coax Bradley Martyn into the ring before. In a recent episode of BS w/ Jake Paul, Paul didn’t hold back, “I’ve tried to get Bradley to fight… he’s never actually wanted to fight… it’s kind of corny that he says all these things, acts like a tough guy but then doesn’t actually [want to] back it up.” But now, Paul has upped the ante and given Martyn a golden opportunity to prove his claims. “It’s time for Bradley to either man up or shut up. And Bradley, I have seven figures for you…To fight Mike Perry in a ‘street fight’ – which is what you’re talking about. “Mike Perry is already down, he said he’s [going to] do it. You’re bigger than him, so this goes along with your whole size advantage theory,” Paul said. Perry confirmed his interest on Twitter, accepting Paul’s seven-figure offer, writing: “I accept [Bradley Martyn], I’m 180 but I hit like 260 brotha [sic], accept the offer and I’ll see you in Saudi Arabia alhumdulla 💪”. “Platinum” Mike Perry has had a successful career in combat sports, competing in the UFC for nearly five years before transitioning to bare-knuckle boxing. In his last fight, Perry earned a stoppage victory against former UFC champion Luke Rockhold. Martyn has been vocal about believing he could defeat professional fighters in a street fight. In particular, Martyn caused a stir by claiming that he could ‘beat the f***’ out of Devin Haney, a boxing champion, in a street fight. Combat sports fans aren’t buying it, however. They are skeptical of Martyn’s claims and were quick to point out that professional training could give even a much smaller fighter the upper hand against Martyn, who lacks professional fighting experience. Perry’s not the first to accept an offer to fight Martyn. Demetrious Johnson, one of the greatest UFC fighters of all time, has also hinted at fighting Martyn after the bodybuilder claimed that he would handle the 135-pound opponent and “crush his head on the floor.” It remains to be seen whether Martyn will respond to Paul’s seven-figure offer to fight Perry.

Jake Paul’s ex claims she’s “in love” with Tana Mongeau on Halloween – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s ex claims she’s “in love” with Tana Mongeau on Halloween YouTube stars Tana Mongeau and Jake Paul may have tied the knot in their livestreamed Las Vegas wedding – but it doesn’t look like the two are especially possessive, considering Mongeau’s recent stunt at a Halloween party. Before dating model and music artist Erika Costell, Jake Paul courted fellow YouTuber Alissa Violet, which ended in an exceptionally messy breakup that included alleged mental abuse and infidelity. Both parties spilled the beans on their relationship during Shane Dawson’s “Mind of Jake Paul” docuseries, which included Violet’s confession that she slept with Logan Paul in response to Jake’s purported cheating. Alissa Violet dated Jake Paul way before his wedding to Tana Mongeau – but there doesn’t seem to be any beef between the two women.600https://www.instagram.com/p/BqlVmw_gFki/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link However, it doesn’t seem that there’s any beef between Violet and Jake’s wifey, as the two got together during a Halloween party on October 30 for a spicy Instagram video that has fans scratching their heads. In the video, the two internet stars pose seductively for the camera, later falling out of view of the camera for several moments. That’s not all: Violet even captioned the video “We’re in love,” sparking rumors that the stars may have been getting a bit cozier than the footage let on. Although such rumors have yet to be confirmed, this video marks a surprising move from Violet, who broke up with ex-boyfriend FaZe Banks after he admitted to sleeping with Tana Mongeau prior to his and Violet’s relationship. While both Violet and Banks claimed that their split (and prior fight) was not related to this information whatsoever, that didn’t stop fans from speculating that Tana’s involvement had something to do with their breakup. FaZe Banks and Alissa Violet split up shortly after the FaZe co-founder admitted to sleeping with Tana Mongeau prior to their relationship.600 Despite these rumors, it doesn’t look like there’s any bad blood between two of YouTube’s top blondes, in spite of Violet’s tumultuous relationship with Paul in the past. This may not be the case where Costell is involved, though, as Mongeau appeared to be openly distressed that Paul was spotted at lunch with the model without Tana’s knowledge – prompting a passive-aggressive Tweet directed toward the issue. As of writing this article, Jake Paul has yet to comment on his wife’s Instagram appearance – but considering her previous fling with Noah Cyrus, we can assume he won’t be too upset about the ordeal.

Jake Paul’s girlfriend Julia Rose reveals Tommy Fury’s partner declined boxing wagers – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s girlfriend Julia Rose reveals Tommy Fury’s partner declined boxing wagers Instagram/juliarosepaul/mollymaeJake Paul’s girlfriend Julia Rose is claiming that Tommy Fury’s partner Molly-Mae Hague has turned down wagers leading up to their boyfriend’s boxing match and now wants to mud-wrestle her. YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul has taken the influencer boxing craze by storm. Alongside his brother Logan, the two have earned the praise of fighting greats such as Mike Tyson for breathing new life into the sport. Now, with Jake set to battle Tommy Fury in December, his girlfriend has been trying to get a piece of the action too, following in her boyfriend’s footsteps. While Jake’s bet with Tommy will mean he will need to officially change his last name from Fury to “Fumbles,” Rose has been trying to set up a wager of her own, but to no avail. Julia Rose challenges Molly-Mae Hague to mud wrestle Speaking with TMZ, Rose revealed she tried making a bet with Molly about the outcome of the upcoming boxing match, but it didn’t pan out. “I tried having a bet, she didn’t respond,” she said. “Molly’s not too confident in her man. “Molly, let’s make a bet. How confident are you in Tommy? Let’s see?” When pressed on what the terms of the bet would have been, she joked that if Tommy was going to have to change his name to Fumbles then maybe her last name should be “Mumbles.” However, she later stated that their wager didn’t have to be a last name-style one and perhaps instead of boxing, they could mud wrestle. We’ll have to wait and see if the two do end up getting dirty on the Paul vs Fury undercard or if yet another of Rose’s challenges goes unanswered.

Jake Paul’s “dangerous” boxing style might be advantage in Tommy Fury fight – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s “dangerous” boxing style might be advantage in Tommy Fury fight Instagram: Jake Paul/Tommy FuryTommy Fury’s former training partner and UFC star Tom Aspinall believes that Jake Paul is a “dangerous” fight for his fellow Brit, given his “erratic” fighting style. Jake Paul and Tommy Fury were finally set to settle their long-standing feud back in December, as a highly-anticipated fight between the pair was brokered. Though, a late set of injuries to Tommy saw the fight canceled. Even though Jake has stated that he’d rather fight Tommy in a few years’ time, it looks like the fight may finally be happening in August, after boxing promoter Eddie Hearn claimed that it was all ironed out. As of now, the fight hasn’t been officially announced, but if it is, the YouTuber-turned-boxer presents a dangerous proposition for Fury – that’s according to UFC star Tom Aspinall, who used to train with the Fury camp. The UFC heavyweight contender appeared on The Fellas podcast and dove into his history with Tommy, before being asked for his thoughts on Jake’s boxing skills, and whether a fight between the two long-time rivals might finally happen. Read More: KSI laughs off Liam Payne’s boxing challenge – “From what I’ve seen, which is minimal of Jake Paul, I think Tommy has got the skills to beat him but I don’t think it’s a pushover fight,” Aspinall said, noting that Jake needs to be “taken seriously” as a fighter. “There are actually some skills there and he’s quite dangerous. His style is quite erratic and he’s got some power, so I don’t think it’s as smooth sailing as people might think it is (for Tommy).” Timestamp of 4:00 The UFC heavyweight contender added that he “respects” Jake as he has some “natural talent for fighting,” but he can’t just get by paying for top trainers. There is serious work that needs to be done, but he’s got positives in his corner. As noted, it looks like the fight will finally happen in August after long last, but it remains to be seen as to when we’ll get official confirmation. Once that happens, then the trash talk should kick up another level.

Jake Paul’s ex-best friend teases possible return to Team 10 with cryptic picture – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s ex-best friend teases possible return to Team 10 with cryptic picture Chance Sutton, Jake Paul – InstagramEx-Team 10 member and popular YouTuber Chance Sutton could be making a return to the org, after posting a mysterious picture to his Instagram story. Sutton posted an over-the-shoulder mirror photo of himself posing in a Team 10 hoodie on January 10 – which led to massive speculation that the YouTuber could be set to rejoin the group. However, due to the lack of a caption on the photo and no forthcoming statements from neither Sutton nor Team 10’s originator, Jake Paul, this theory remains up in the air; however, Team 10’s social media accounts remain in limbo, simply stating “A new Team 10 is coming” in their Instagram and Twitter bios. Sutton left Team 10 in May of 2018, days after the org’s COO, Nick Crompton, likewise took leave of the group. Sutton claimed that he hoped to focus on his solo career, while his previous comedy partner, Anthony Trujillo, remained with the organization. Despite expressing goodwill towards Jake Paul, Sutton found himself at the center of allegations from the YouTuber later in October, who insinuated that Sutton owed him money – despite flexing his new crib on SnapChat a few days prior to the scandal. errybody out here acting like they making moves.. snap chatting new homes & shit but they still owe me money don’t think I forgot:eyes: I got bigger fish to fry but it’s just got me over here laughing at how broke y’all really be#StickToTheCode — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) October 16, 2018 Paul also accused Sutton of stealing his joint account with Trujillo during an episode of Shane Dawson’s documentary series – which Sutton vehemently denied. According to Sutton, Trujillo had changed the password to their account at the behest of Jake and his father, Greg Paul – after Sutton had made himself manager of the account to avoid such an ordeal. After changing the password once more, Sutton offered to split the channel with Trujillo, who ultimately declined the offer, opting to use Jake Paul’s second account, instead. https://www.dexerto.com/entertainment/chance-sutton-hits-back-at-jake-pauls-allegations-of-youtube-account-theft-185940

Jake Paul’s company mocks KSI’s plan to finally fight long-time rival – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s company mocks KSI’s plan to finally fight long-time rival Instagram: Jake Paul/YouTube: KSIJake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions brand responded to Jake’s long-time rival KSI saying that he still wants to clash with his fellow YouTuber inside the ring at some point. Even though Jake and Logan Paul have taken influencer boxing to new heights, KSI was one of the content creators who blazed a trail by helping kick it all off. The Brit, who has three fights under his belt, has not been in the ring since his win over Logan Paul back in 2019, but will be stepping back into action at the end of August. Like Jake Paul, KSI hasn’t yet announced his opponent for his return, but has already teased a look ahead of what could follow his return. He and Jake have both repeatedly stated that they’d like to square off at some point, and KSI is seemingly aiming to make it happen in a few fights time. Though, Jake’s MVP brand has other ideas. Speaking as a part of a YouTube Premium live stream, the YouTuber said that he’s aiming to fight Jake after getting another two or three fights under his belt, and that people may be surprised by his skills. “I always put in 110%, I mean business. After I annihilate my next opponent it is on to the next one,” KSI said. “Then, hopefully, eventually Jake Paul.” Those quotes caught the eye of Jake’s Most Valuable Promotions brand, who seemed to shut that idea down. “Goals have to be admired,” they commented on Instagram, attaching the clapping emoji as well. As noted, the pair have gone back-and-forth over the years about a possible fight, with KSI most recently taking shots at Jake’s skills and saying he’s had ‘easy’ fights. Even though he wants to fight the likes of Canelo Alvarez, KSI has appeared a few times on Jake’s boxing ‘hitlist’ so maybe it’ll happen one day.

Jake Paul’s company responds to Floyd Mayweather’s reason for not paying Logan – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s company responds to Floyd Mayweather’s reason for not paying Logan Amanda Westcott for SHOWTIMEJake Paul’s boxing company Most Valuable Promotions is calling out Floyd Mayweather after the boxer hit back at Logan Paul’s lawsuit threats for allegedly not paying him for their fight. The boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul may have ended months ago, but their feud is far from over. In the months since the YouTuber went the distance with the 50-0 boxing champ, Logan Paul has alleged that Mayweather has refused to pay him and could even take the matter to court. However, Mayweather responded to the legal threats, claiming it takes time to get paid. Furthermore, he said that The Maverick should just, “be happy with the biggest payday you ever got in your life.” 99% of PPV back end is paid within 4 months…@FloydMayweather stop with the cap and pay Jake’s big bro https://t.co/nocvkjnWFN — Most Valuable Promotions (@MostVpromotions) February 16, 2022 Jake Paul’s company slams Mayweather’s explanation In response to claims ‘Money’ made about Logan having to wait to get paid, brother Jake’s Most Valuable Promotions stepped up to demand he pay up. “99% of PPV back end is paid within 4 months,” the company claimed in a tweet referencing Mayweather saying he was still collecting cheques from fights that were eight years ago. Of course, it’s been well over four months since the two fought in the ring, so something doesn’t add up for Jake’s boxing promotion. “Stop with the cap and pay Jake’s big bro,” they added, tagging Mayweather in the process. While it’s unlikely that the company will have any influence in changing Floyd’s decision, it will be interesting to see if the two end up going to court to finally settle the matter. So far, The Maverick and his team are “still talking about it,” but given Money’s response, it seems like this feud is still far from over.

Jake Paul’s childhood neighbor exposes his ‘lies’ about growing up poor & getting bullied YouTube: Sir YatchFollowing Jake Paul’s one-round victory over Ben Askren in their recent boxing bout, a childhood neighbour, a YouTuber named Sir Yatch, has once again come out to refute Paul’s post-fight claims that he “came from nothing.” Paul was visibly emotional after being declared the winner of the highly-anticipated Triller Fight Club boxing event on April 17, especially when he talked about his upbringing in a post-fight interview with Snoop Dawg. “Just a couple of years ago my teachers were making fun of me, telling me I can’t do anything,” he said. “Telling me I wasn’t smart. My schoolmates making fun of me. I used to landscape and I just had a dream, and I chased it and I worked hard.” These comments didn’t sit right with YouTuber and Paul’s former neighbor Sir Yatch (real name Joey Kinsley); the day after the boxing fight, he uploaded an explosive video claiming that a lot of the post-bout claims were actually false and exaggerated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cVRkl2zTpw&t=3s In the now-viral video titled ‘Jake Paul LIES about being bullied in high school,’ Kinsley claims to have grown up “ten minutes down the street” from the Paul family, who were raised in Westlake, Ohio. Read More: Why is #JoshFight trending on Twitter? Hundreds gather to fight over who is the ‘one true Josh’ – Mocking Paul’s claims that landscaping meant that he “struggled”, Kinsley said, “Dude, you landscaped and had rich a** parents. That’s not the struggle. That’s just what every high schooler that was privileged did.” Showing footage of the upper-middle-class houses from his hometown, Joey mocked Jake’s supposedly tough living conditions: “These are the type of houses he was landscaping in the mean streets of Westlake, Ohio.” Sharing some further insight into what Westlake was like growing up, Joey added: “All you have to worry about round here is how mean the chihuahuas are and how loud the moms are in their Range Rovers.” He also took issue with Jake’s claims that he was bullied by teachers and other students, claiming that Jake “was the worst person ever at Westlake High School; he was the bully!” He also refuted the comments about teachers making fun of the younger Paul brother, saying that “they probably just asked you to shut the f*** up in class and stop being a nuisance.” https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1386038927748780034 Sir Yatch has called out Jake Paul before This isn’t the first time that Kinsey has exposed Paul for saying he came from humble beginnings. In a now-viral YouTube video from 2019, entitled “I WENT TO JAKE PAUL’S HOMETOWN TO PROVE HE’S A FRAUD”, Kinsey went back to Cleveland, Ohio to show that, contrary to Paul’s comments at the time that he and brother Logan “didn’t have s**t” growing up,” the two actually grew up in a pretty affluent area. In this video, he also claimed that the Paul brothers actually lived a fairly affluent lifestyle, with their parents being successful real estate tycoons. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzqcrqyFCSU Jake has yet to respond to these claims made by Sir Yatch.

Jake Pauls claims to Eddie Hearn that he will defeat Canelo in the future – Dexerto
Jake Pauls claims to Eddie Hearn that he will defeat Canelo in the future YouTube: IFL TVJake Paul and boxing promoter Eddie Hearn got caught in a slightly heated interview as the YouTuber claimed he’d beat any of Hearn’s up-and-coming fighters, and then go after Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez. Despite only having a 5-0 record, and not fighting a ‘real’ boxer in that time, Jake Paul is supremely confident in his boxing skills. Whether he’s hyping up his own fight, or someone else’, the YouTuber is convinced he’ll beat anybody. The 25-year-old is making his return to the ring in August after taking time away to focus on the promotional side of the sport, as he’s been building hype for the megafight between Armando Serrano and Katie Taylor. While he’s promoting Serrano’s side of things, Taylor is a part of the Matchroom Boxing stable and works with Eddie Hearn – who isn’t shy about giving his take on Jake’s boxing career. So much so, that the two got a little heated in a pre-fight interview. Jake Paul & Eddie Hearn heated debate over boxing world champ claims Paul and Hearn were conducting one of their final pre-fight media scrums ahead of the fight at Madison Square Garden when Jake talked about becoming a world champion and potentially fighting Canelo, someone who also works with Hearn. “Everyone is entitled to have a dream, I’m being serious. I think there is absolutely no way he can beat a world champion,” said Hearn of Jake’s future, before questioning how the YouTuber has yet to fight a ‘real’ boxer. Jake took offense to that, pointing to how he’s beaten Tyron Woodley on two occasions. “I’ll give you the respect, you’re improving all the time but the proof will be in the pudding,” Hearn added. “I’ve said that I think Jake Paul is better than some fighters, but I don’t believe you will ever get close to being a world-class fighter.” The pair didn’t stop there, though, as Jake claimed that he could beat any of Hearn’s fighters, in any weight class, provided they’ve got less than 10 fights under their belt. He even questioned Canelo’s future opponent Dmitry Bivol – a 19-0 world champion. “I’ve already said I’m down. We’re betting a million dollars, I’m taking on anyone on your roster with under 10 fights, no problem,” said Jake. “And that’s right now too. Just wait, give me a couple of years bro, I’m coming for your boy Canelo. That’s on God.” Eddie: “I’m sure you think you could beat Dmitry Bivol as well” 💀 pic.twitter.com/3pBxZ7LEP3 — ape (@qpe) April 29, 2022 While he might be a long way off it now, Jake hasn’t shied away from his desire to fight someone like Canelo – who is boxing current’s Pound for Pound king. If Hearn is right, it’s unlikely to ever happen, but Jake has silenced plenty of critics to this point so who knows.

Jake Paul’s boxing manager meets with Andrew Tate as fight rumors rise – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s boxing manager meets with Andrew Tate as fight rumors rise YouTube: Flagrant, CEOCASTRumors of a possible fight between Andrew Tate and Jake Paul continue to rise as ‘The Problem Child’s’ boxing manager was recently seen posing in a photo with Tate. Jake Paul’s summer boxing match was unceremoniously canceled after issues with two opponents put his highly-anticipated bout on a permanent hiatus. However, some fans are eyeing a potential fight with internet personality and former kickboxer Andrew Tate after the controversial mogul called out Paul in 2021. Since then, Tate has been open to the possibility of a match with the youngest Paul brother, saying that he respects the budding boxer after previously claiming he’d “destroy” him in a fight. Jake Paul himself has also spoken out on the matter, giving big bro Logan his “blessing” to take on Tate after brutally roasting the influencer and his “virgin” fanbase. “If my brother doesn’t f**k you up, I will,” Jake challenged. “It has to go down.” Well, this might be the case after eagle-eyed fans noticed that Jake’s boxing manager, Nakisa Bidarian, posted a pic with Tate to social media, sending theories flying that these two internet powerhouses might finally face off in the boxing ring. This wouldn’t be out of the question; Tate himself hinted that possible fight negotiations were underway earlier this month, calling the proceedings a “sophisticated” affair during a live stream with Twitch star Adin Ross. It seems as though anything is possible at the moment. Logan Paul says he’d brought the idea of a fight with Tate to his team, but said his publicists were wary of the idea due to potential low interest in Tate down the line. That being said, neither Logan nor Jake are sure the fight will actually happen, with Jake notably saying that it might be “too big of a risk” for Tate to take. For now, the future of Tate vs the Paul bros is unclear, but one thing’s for certain… this is a bout that fans would love to see.

Jake Paul’s Champions Video Reaches Impressive Dislike Ratio Jake Paul / YouTubeJake Paul’s new music video has amassed an astonishing amount of dislikes just seven days after release. Champion is a battle cry for the Paul brothers as they prepare for their respective boxing matches against KSI and Deji on Saturday August 25 in Manchester. Unfortunately for Jake Paul, the current like to dislike ratio on the video, which features long-time collaborators Jitt n Quan, isn’t looking particularly healthy! In fact, as of August 22, Champions has a total of just 210,000 likes and over 264,000 dislikes. Viewers have taken to the comments section to voice their displeasure at Paul’s latest release, with many comments questioning Paul’s ability to rap, and pointing out the fact that Jitt & Quan perform a large quantity of the song. Jake Paul is no stranger to a huge amount of dislikes, as his debut song It’s Everyday Bro currently sits on a mind-boggling 3.8 million dislikes. Champions features Jake Paul preparing and training for his fight against KSI’s brother, Deji, showing him practicing his footwork in the ring, and punching bags. The YouTube sensation also seems extremely confident about his and his brother’s upcoming fights, with one lyric boasting: “Logan and Jake tonight, They will be crowned the greatest.” In one of the first shots, the 21-year-old takes the opportunity to call out his British opponent by appearing in the ring showing off his mouthguard with the message “Deji, you’re a bitch” written on it. Jake Paul’s boxing company teases third Tyron Woodley fight – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s boxing company teases third Tyron Woodley fight Instagram: Jake PaulJake Paul’s boxing promotion company, Most Valuable Promotions, may have dropped a breadcrumb hinting at yet another rematch against former UFC champ Tyron Woodley. Jake Paul’s boxing company may have dropped a major hint about ‘The Problem Child’s’ next big match. Boasting an undefeated 5-0 record, Paul is currently seeking out an opponent for his next bout this August… but negotiations have proven somewhat difficult for the star. His ongoing talks with British boxer Tommy Fury haven’t exactly come to fruition. After finally agreeing to the fight due to Jake’s 24-hour warning, Fury claims he was denied entry to the US for their press conference, putting their fight in jeopardy. Now, Paul is claiming he’s got even bigger names in the books for his next match — but it might not be what fans expect. On July 4, 2022, Most Valuable Promotions dropped a humorous hint regarding Paul’s upcoming August bout, appearing to tease yet another rematch against Tyron Woodley in an Instagram comment. “Our sense is the fans are clamoring for Paul vs Woodley III?” they wrote. While this could just be a big practical joke, some fans are taking it as an obvious hint that this could be Jake’s next fight. Read More: How to watch KSI vs Alex Wassabi – After all, he’s already faced off against Woodley twice over — once in August 2021, which Paul took by split decision, and again in December 2021, which he won by TKO. Footage of the Jake Paul KO over Tyron Woodley 👀 pic.twitter.com/TtRb66Rx5L — Dexerto (@Dexerto) December 19, 2021 However, Woodley is far from the only option on Paul’s docket of possible opponents; amid his talks with Fury, Paul was openly discussing a probable bout with the UFC’s Nate Diaz, who begged Prez. Dana White to release him from his contract to fight the YouTuber. For now, the future is still unclear for Paul’s August fight, but one thing’s certain — another Tyron Woodley bout would definitely divide his fanbase.

Jake Paul’s boxing company wants Tommy Fury vs Tyron Woodley – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s boxing company wants Tommy Fury vs Tyron Woodley Amanda Westcott, SHOWTIME / Instagram: tommyfury, twooodleyUFC champ Tyron Woodley has responded to calls to fight Tommy Fury after Jake Paul’s boxing company, Most Valuable Promotions, brought up the idea. In winter 2021, YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul was all set to face off against Love Island star Tommy Fury in the ring. Unfortunately, Fury pulled out of the match at the last minute due to an injury, prompting Paul to schedule a rematch against five-time former UFC Champ Tyron Woodley after their initial bout in August. Paul ended up emerging the victor of both fights and is now on the lookout for another opponent — but Tommy Fury isn’t done with him yet. In an interview with Sky Sports, Fury claimed that he’d “like to see the fight [with Jake] happen at the back end of the year,” but it seems as though Jake has other plans for his rival. Tyron Woodley responds to Jake Paul’s calls for him to fight Tommy Fury In response to a tweet sharing Fury’s goals for the year, Paul’s boxing company, Most Valuable Promotions, called for a match between Fury and Tyron Woodley instead. “This should say Tommy plans to fight on the Fury Whyte card against a real opponent,” the org wrote. “We know a guy….Tyron. @tommyfury vs @Twoodley — make it happen.” This should say Tommy plans to fight on the Fury Whyte card against a real opponent. We know a guy….Tyron. @tommytntfury vs @TWooodley – make it happen @frankwarren_tv https://t.co/2G8Sho0U30 — Most Valuable Promotions (@MostVpromotions) February 23, 2022 This fight isn’t a mere a dream, as Woodley has since responded to the tweet in his Instagram stories. The champ appears to be down with the idea, writing “I’m wit it” with a shrugging emoji alongside a screenshot of the tweet. Thus far, Fury hasn’t given a reply to the ordeal, and it’s unclear if he will. It seems as though he’s determined to make good on his promise to face off with Jake and fight on the Tyson Fury vs. Dillian Whyte undercard in April. That being said, fans are keeping their eyes and ears open for any news of another fight for Jake, who is currently calling out the likes of Conor McGregor as he continues to push for pair pay for fighters in the UFC.

Jake Paul’s 2020 Arizona trespassing charges dropped after alleged looting incident – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s 2020 Arizona trespassing charges dropped after alleged looting incident YouTube/Jake PaulThe city of Scottsdale Arizona has decided to drop the more serious charges against Jake Paul stemming from video of the social media star allegedly participating in a 2020 looting incident. Paul initially faced federal charges after allegedly participating in looting during riots in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2020. In mid August 2021, the US Attorney dropped all federal charges against Jake and his crew, but he still faced charges from the city, itself. Now, more than two years later, the city has dropped the criminal trespassing charges against the YouTuber-turned-boxer, after he plead guilty to a lesser charge. Trespassing charges from 2020 against Jake Paul dropped Paul was facing one count of permitting nuisance/unlawful gathering, and two counts of criminal trespass in the 2nd degree. If he had been convicted for the criminal trespass, he could have faced up to a year in jail. On January 20, the city of Scottsdale’s website indicated he had pled guilty to the unlawful gathering, with the city attorney dismissing the criminal trespassing charges the same day. According to the Scottsdale city ordinance concerning unlawful gatherings, Paul will have to pay a minimum fine of $500. However, as the trespassing charges were dropped, he won’t be facing any jail time over the incident. Responding to the allegations of looting back in May 2020, Paul stated that he and his crew had “spent the day doing our part to peacefully protest one of the most horrific injustices our country has ever seen.” Neither Paul nor the city of Scottsdale have commented on the dropping of the charges, or Paul pleading guilty to the lesser one. So, this seems to be the end of this particular saga for Jake, once he gets the fine taken care of and paid.

Jake Paul’s boxing called “garbage” by Julio Cesar Chavez Jr who wants fight next – Dexerto
Jake Paul’s boxing called “garbage” by Julio Cesar Chavez Jr who wants fight next Instagram: Jake PaulFormer Middleweight boxing champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr labeled Jake Paul as “garbage” and promised to win via knockout should the pair meet in the ring. Following his devastating knockout victory over Tyron Woodley in their rematch, plenty of fans have been waiting for Jake Paul to announce who he’ll be taking on next. The social media star has rubbished the idea that he’ll reschedule the long-awaited Tommy Fury fight after the Brit pulled out of their original clash with injury. Jake has even gone as far as saying he’d rather fight heavyweight boxing king Tyson Fury instead. One name of interest, though, has been that of Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. The Mexican, who held the WBC Middleweight Title for over two years, has apparently been offered the chance to fight Jake, and seems pretty down to square off. Jake Paul & Julio Cesar Chavez Jr trash talk The 35-year-old, who followed his loss to Anderson Silva by defeating Peruvian fighter David Zegarra, is confident of beating the YouTuber-turned-boxer if a fight gets agreed. “I assure you I will beat Jake Paul’s ass,” the former Middleweight champion said on a recent Instagram live. “I want it as winner takes all when I fight Jake Paul. Winner takes all the money.” Doubling down on that, Chavez Jr later proclaimed that Jake is “garbage” in the ring and he’s “going to knock him out” if he gets the chance to do so. www.youtube.com/embed/U-xmLCkYVG0?start=21&feature=oembed”” frameborder=””0″” allow=””accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share”” referrerpolicy=””strict-origin-when-cross-origin”” allowfullscreen>If the fight gets signed, the Mexican would represent the first “real boxer” that Jake has squared off against. Jake Paul won’t let Tommy Fury “weasel” out of fight after boxer denied entry to US – Dexerto
Jake Paul won’t let Tommy Fury “weasel” out of fight after boxer denied entry to US After his opponent Tommy Fury was denied entry into the US, Jake Paul said he would do whatever he could to ensure the British boxer wouldn’t be able to “weasel” his way out of their August 6 bout. On June 28 ahead of a scheduled press conference the next day, British boxer Tommy Fury revealed he was denied entry into the US in an Instagram story. With the August 6 fight little more than a month away, this could spell big trouble for the fate of the faceoff. However, Fury’s opponent Jake Paul has sworn to do everything in his power to make sure it ends up happening. Jake Paul says he won’t let Fury “weasel” out of fight Just after Fury posted his story to Instagram, Paul responded, calling the fighter a “scared little b**ch,” and vowing to do whatever he could to ensure the match would go down on August 6. “Tommy, no matter how hard u try to get out of this fight, I’m going 2 do everything in my power 2 not let u weasel ur way out,” Paul wrote on Twitter. Tommy, no matter how hard u try to get out of this fight, I’m going 2 do everything in my power 2 not let u weasel ur way out. My team & my partners have made it clear the steps u need to take 2 solve ur latest excuse. Take them or admit ur a scared little bitch. #TommyFumbles — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) June 28, 2022 He also called out Fury’s “latest excuse” and claimed his team had communicated how to solve the issues he was facing. “My team & my partners have made it clear the steps u need to take 2 solve ur latest excuse,” the influencer continued. “Take them or admit ur a scared little bitch.” Fury said his application was denied “for a reason I apparently know,” but also claimed that he’s done “absolutely nothing wrong, and I have no clue why I am not allowed to travel to the USA.” Tyson Fury — two-time world heavyweight champion and older half-brother of Tommy — has been denied entry into the US two times before, but it’s not clear if that has anything to do with the current situation. Whatever happens, if Tommy isn’t able to get into the US, that would make it very difficult to make the fight in Madison Square Garden on August 6, no matter what Paul does.

Logan Paul reveals Jake worried about attending “hostile” Dillon Danis fight – Dexerto
Logan Paul reveals Jake worried about attending “hostile” Dillon Danis fight YouTube: Jake Paul/Phillip DeFrancoLogan Paul has said that Jake Paul is “worried” about attending his fight against Dillon Danis as it’ll be a “hostile” environment for him in the UK. Ever since stepping foot in the boxing world, Jake Paul has gone after some big names. He’s verbally clashed with the likes of Conor McGregor, Dana White, Tyson Fury, and Floyd Mayweather both to build his own fights and the ones he’s promoting. In terms of clashing with other creators, KSI is pretty his longest-term rival, as the pair have butted heads for nearly a decade at this point. They’re even still hyping up a fight happening someday too. So, seeing that his brother Logan is fighting in the UK on a fight card that involves KSI and Tommy Fury – who Jake lost to back in January – it makes sense that he might be a little worried about the reception he’d face in that melting pot of rivals. Jake Paul worried about attending Logan Paul vs Dillon Danis fight Well, according to Logan, he wants to have Jake in his corner, but his brother is a little wary about how things might go down. It came up during his recent appearance on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, as the Impaulsive host was quizzed on whether he believes Dillon Danis would absolutely show up, and if his brother would be there. “We’re working on it. He’s worried about the environment, he thinks it will be kind of hostile,” Logan told Helwani, who joked about the fact Jake would have to face KSI and Tommy Fury fans. Timestamp of 27:30 Despite the brothers butting heads over the last few weeks, they do typically show out for one another. Logan rushed from his last wrestling match at WWE’s SummerSlam to make it in time for Jake’s fight with Nate Diaz. There won’t be any instances of cutting it close on time this time around, but Jake might just be flanked by a security guard or two if he tries to sit ringside.

Jake Paul will take AnEsonGib boxing rematch but on one condition – Dexerto
Jake Paul will take AnEsonGib boxing rematch but on one condition YouTube: Jake PaulJake Paul has laid out his sole condition for a fight with AnEsonGib after the Brit delivered a devastating knockout to beat Austin McBroom at Social Gloves: No More Talk. Even though Jake Paul is gearing up to face Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva in October, there has been no lack of talk about who he might fight afterwards and later down the line. There has been plenty of talk about him finally fighting KSI as well as former UFC star Nate Diaz, but another name has entered the frame as well – British YouTuber AnEsonGib. The pair have fought once before, with Jake coming out on top in that bout back in January of 2020 thanks to a first-round TKO, but Gib has been on a winning streak since then. Jake Paul has one condition for AnEsonGib boxing rematch Gib picked up a devastating win over Austin McBroom on the Social Gloves: No More Talk card, as the Brit delivered five knockdowns before eventually scoring a knockout victory in the fourth round. The majority of social media celebrated his win, with Jake giving him some props as well. “WOW. INSANE. You can’t play boxing. Congrats to GIB,” he tweeted shortly after the fight concluded. Though, a few hours later, he followed up on that after suggestions that a rematch between the pair could be in the offing. “I would 100% fight Gib again if he beats KSI,” Jake added. While Gib and KSI are good friends, the Prime Hydration mogul has stated that he’d be open to fighting the in-form boxer – even though he suggested that Gib should fight Slim Albaher next time out. KSI is stepping back into the ring in January, and hasn’t named an opponent just yet. Though, it would be interesting if he and Gib decided to take on an eliminator fight for one of them to eventually fight Jake later down the line.

Jake Paul wins AnEsonGib boxing match by 1st round TKO – Dexerto
Jake Paul wins AnEsonGib boxing match by 1st round TKO Jake Paul, AnEsonGib, Instagram – DAZNYouTube stars Jake Paul and AnEsonGib threw down in their first-ever professional boxing match on January 30, adding an entirely new chapter to the already explosive storyline of YouTube fighting. After over a month of back-and-forth banter, British content creator AnEsonGib and Team 10’s Jake Paul met in the ring to settle their differences once and for all, with Paul coming out on top by TKO. Their Miami-based fight ended in the very first round, with Paul dropping Gib three times with his jab, alone. As Gib lost his footing due to his unique crouching stance, Jake Paul was able to use his consistent training in Big Bear, CA to end their grudge in a jaw-dropping performance. Ok – maybe I got a little carried away…it’s just that I love Jake Paul SO MUCH!! pic.twitter.com/h7129zoJWj — Cousin Sal (@TheCousinSal) January 31, 2020 With Paul under the guidance of former professional boxer “Sugar” Shane Mosely and Gib being coached by Viddal Riley, it’s safe to say that both social media stars brought the pain to their January 30 meeting — but Paul’s victory comes as little surprise to fans, considering his infamous grudge with rival KSI. Since KSI won his 2019 rematch against Logan Paul, Jake is seeking out revenge for his older brother’s loss; and as KSI ultimately agreed to a bout with Jake should he defeat Gib, it seems like he’s got yet another fight with the Paul brothers coming his way. “That was lit,” Jake admitted after his win. “I caught the boxing bug. I put the work in, and I’m in love with this sport. My power, my speed took him out in the first round.” Having referred to his bout against Gib as nothing more than a “doormat” on his quest to defeat KSI, it looks like his next fight is already determined, although its exact logistics have yet to be announced at the time of writing. That’s not all: Paul even got into a post-fight kerfuffle with KSI that saw the two go head to head in a heated exchange that nearly got physical, with both YouTubers being forced away in a confrontation that promises for another explosive fight between them at a later date. Taking place on yet another all-pro fight card, Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib continues YouTube’s foray into the world of professional fighting — and it doesn’t look like online entertainers will be giving up the sport anytime soon.

Jake Paul will be boxing world champion claims Oscar De La Hoya – Dexerto
Jake Paul will be boxing world champion claims Oscar De La Hoya Instagram: Jake PaulBoxing legend Oscar De La Hoya believes Jake Paul can be a serious threat in boxing and is well on his way to becoming a world champion as he is the “real deal.” Ever since joining the professional ranks, Jake Paul has made clear that he wants to fight the best of the best that boxing has to offer – even if he hasn’t fought a ‘real’ boxer to this point. The social media star, who holds a 5-0 record after defeating MMA stars Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren, has traded verbal jabs with the likes of Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez in recent months and wants to the fight boxing’s Pound for Pound king before he retires. He’s been called out by other world champions as well, including cruiserweight star Maris Breidis – who says he’d give Jake a world title shot if he wanted it. And, getting his hands on a championship is something that the YouTuber has been tipped to do by one of the greats. Former lightweight, middleweight, and welterweight champion Oscar De La Hoya was speaking to TMZ Sports about Jake’s rise up the ranks, and he was full of praise for ‘The Problem Child.’ “Let me tell you one thing about Jake Paul. He’s the real deal. I’m gonna tell you that, with only four or five fights, and the way he’s taking it serious, Jake Paul is the real deal,” the Golden Boy promoter said. De La Hoya urged experienced fighters to call Jake out because he believes the YouTuber can takedown “great champions” with his skills. “He’s on his way to becoming a contender, and he’s on his way to becoming a world contender, then a world champion if he keeps it up,” he added. As noted, Jake has stated that he’d want to be a world champion one day but knows that it is a fair way off at the minute. The YouTuber is stepping back into the ring in August, and while an opponent has yet to be named, there is plenty of intrigue around the fight.

Jake Paul will be officially ranked if he beats Hasim Rahman Jr. – Dexerto
Jake Paul will be officially ranked if he beats Hasim Rahman Jr. Seeking to be seen as a legitimate professional boxer, Jake Paul has the opportunity to earn a WBC Boxing rank during his fight with Hasim Rahman Jr. Following his first amateur match in 2020, Jake Paul fell in love with the brutal sport of boxing. But despite his 5-0 record against formidable athletes, the boxing community has struggled to see him as a legitimate competitor. While he’s fought professional basketball players and two MMA champions, none of his opponents have been professional boxers. They’ve also been much older than Jake leading spectators to believe the fights didn’t prove much of Paul’s abilities. However, on August 6, Jake Paul will fight his youngest opponent yet, Professional boxer Hasim Rahman Jr. With a 12-1 record and weighing more than Paul, the odds are in Rahman’s favor. But there’s a lot more on the line for Paul than there is for Rahman. Jake Paul fighting for a rank Regardless of how individuals in the boxing community see Paul, this fight is his chance to finally show he’s a professional boxer. But not just because of his display of skill against a daunting opponent. On July 29, World Boxing Council president Mauricio Sulaiman tweeted, “Coming August 6 Jake Paul will take on Hasim Rahman Jr. Winning this fight will earn him a World Boxing Council ranking.” However, Sulaiman wasn’t specific about where Paul would rank. But his wording made it clear that Jake Paul would not be ranked if he wasn’t able to beat Rahman Jr. Members of the boxing community weren’t happy with this announcement. Professional boxed Ishe Smith called it “absolutely pathetic” pointing out Jake only had one pro boxer on his resume that hadn’t even happened yet. Another user pointed out that the WBC was inconsistent with their ratings seeing as Kenzie Morrison had beaten the undefeated Rahman Jr, but wasn’t in the WBC top 50. Of course, Jake Paul’s WBC rank rides on his ability to overcome a more experienced and heavier opponent. The problem child hasn’t had any trouble taking down his opponents in the past, but he’s never fought against a real professional boxer.

Jake Paul was the third highest-earning boxer in the past year – Dexerto
Jake Paul was the third highest-earning boxer in the past year Instagram: jakepaulJake Paul was officially the third highest-earning boxer between 2021 to ‘22, with the YouTuber making the list of the top 100 earning sportsmen and women throughout the year. Jake Paul has long been a divisive figure online, alongside older brother Logan, but they’ve been putting in some serious work since entering the combat sports world. While Logan has started into various other ventures, including launching his own hydration drink with KSI and creating the 99 Originals NFT collection, Jake has gone all-in on boxing — and clearly, it’s paying off. Going up to bat against some of the most relevant and richest sportspeople, Jake is clearly making his mark in the space. Sportico released their list of the top 100 highest-earning athletes of the last 12 months in May 2022, featuring the likes of LeBron James, Lionel Messi, Tiger Woods, and more of the most famous athletes in the world. Only three boxers were featured in the top 100, with Paul among them. Here’s what the boxing list looked like: Canelo Alvarez — $89m – Tyson Fury — $69m – Jake Paul — $36m – The figure sees him ranked as the joint-45th highest earner of the last year, level with the New York Yankees’ Gerrit Cole, just shy of golfer Phil Mickelson and ahead of the likes of Stefon Diggs, Devin Booker, Mo Salah, and more. Whether the next year proves as fruitful remains a big question, but with rumors constantly floating around of Jake fighting big names such as Conor McGregor and Canelo Alvarez, it’s fair to say his bank account will be looking healthy for quite some time.

Jake Paul warned about “tremendous mistake” fighting ex-UFC star as Mike Tyson replacement – Dexerto
Jake Paul warned about “tremendous mistake” fighting ex-UFC star as Mike Tyson replacement Instagram: jakepaulJake Paul has been warned that he’s making a “tremendous mistake” if he takes on Mike Perry by UFC legend Micheal Bisping, as the Brit claims it won’t be an “easy” fight for the YouTuber-turned-boxer. When Jake Paul’s fight with Mike Tyson was postponed due to the 57-year-old’s ulcer flare-up, many fighters from across boxing and the MMA world were quick to throw their hats into the ring as a replacement. The YouTuber-turned-boxer has had offers from the likes of Amir Khan, Darren Till, and even Ryan Garcia, but hasn’t yet confirmed if he’ll be stepping into the ring before the rearranged clash with Tyson in November. There have been some claims that he’ll fight former UFC star ‘Platinum’ Mike Perry in July to keep himself active, but it hasn’t been confirmed yet. Despite that, Jake has been warned about potentially fighting the former UFC star. “When you’re talking about Mike Perry, he is a savage. He’s got good technique when you look at the boxing of Jake Paul,” Michael Bisping said in his June 14 video. “Even though he was going up against Mike Tyson, there was a chance and danger that he would lose that fight in devastating fashion. He thinks Mike Perry is easy work, he’s a big name, he’s a big star. He thinks he is going to go out there and beat him, but he’s wrong. He is the epitome of a real fighter. He’s an absolute star in the bare-knuckle organization.” Timestamp of 4:50 Bisping added that he believes Jake has made a “big mistake” if he does take on Perry, and even upgraded it to a “tremendous” mistake. “Jake Paul has made a tremendous mistake because Mike is a real fighter and he is going to go right at Jake. The man has got a chin and the fire still burns,” the former UFC champion added. A fight between the ‘Problem Child’ and Perry would be quite interesting, especially as Jake has eyes to make an MMA debut, but it remains to be seen if they will actually square off.

Jake Paul warned he will “pay dearly” if he fights Anderson Silva – Dexerto
Jake Paul warned he will “pay dearly” if he fights Anderson Silva Instagram: Jake Paul/Anderson SilvaAnderson Silva’s boxing coach Luis Carlos Dorea says Jake Paul will “pay dearly” if he goes through with his plan to fight the former UFC superstar inside the boxing ring. After a brief hiatus from in-ring action, where he’s focused on building up his stable of fighters under the Most Valuable Promotions brand, Jake Paul will be returning to boxing on August 13. As of now, the YouTuber-turned-boxer doesn’t have an opponent for his return fight, but plenty of names have been mentioned, including former UFC king Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva. The Brazillian superstar has made the transition from MMA to boxing with relative ease, picking up a 3-1 record. He even has a win over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr under his belt. Silva has seemingly become the frontrunner to fight Jake in the summer, seeing as he’s in-ring shape and active. Though, the YouTuber has been warned about making the fight a reality. Silva’s boxing coach, Luis Carlos Dorea, spoke to MMAFighting about the possibility of having ‘The Spider’ take on ‘The Problem Child’ at some point, and he was pretty surprised that it’s a serious consideration. “You have to laugh, right? Have to laugh. Jake Paul is doing his part, which is to promote,” Dorea told MMAFighting about Jake’s idea of fighting both Anderson and Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather. “He has to think of an exhibition,” Silva’s coach added. “If he’s considering a fight, I think he will pay dearly. In promoting, it’s all valid. He’s doing his part, using his tongue, but you can’t use your tongue inside the ring. You have to use your fists, and it’s a whole other story. Anderson is far better.” The former UFC middleweight champion has said that a fight between himself and Jake is “possible,” with the YouTuber also changing on his previous stance of not wanting to fight Anderson. At this point, it remains to be seen as to who Jake will fight on August 13, but a bout with Silva would be incredibly interesting and match what he wants from an opponent.

Jake Paul wants Tyson Fury fight instead of rearranging Tommy Fury clash – Dexerto
Jake Paul wants Tyson Fury fight instead of rearranging Tommy Fury clash Instagram: Jake PaulYouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul has lifted the lid on his expectations for 2022, stating that he isn’t too sure about a rescheduled bout with Tommy Fury, and is more willing to fight Tyson Fury. The explosion in YouTube boxing has been one of the more surprising turn of events in the online community. What started as Joe Weller and KSI settling their differences has spiraled into multi-million dollar fights featuring a host of talent, from both the YouTube world and the fighting one. At the heart of it has been Jake Paul, who has bested AnEsonGib, Nate Robinson, Ben Askren and, most recently, Tyron Woodley. The rematch against Woodley was organized late in the day, after original opponent Tommy Fury pulled out due to injury. Although Tommy has been keen to reschedule, a recent interview with TheVolumeSports’ Boxing with Chris Mannix podcast suggests Paul is looking elsewhere. “He wants the payday. But, you know, I’ve said it before – I don’t want to take the fight with him,” Jake said about Tommy. He doesn’t deserve it. I’d rather fight Tyson. I’ll fight his brother or his dad before I fight Tommy.” Asked what he wants for 2022, Jake said a fight with retired Mexican boxer Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. appeals to him as a way to silence the critics. .@JakePaul wants his next fight to be a “”real boxer”” Would rather face @Tyson_Fury before @TommyTNTFury 🍿 pic.twitter.com/hKsuTSfffB — The Volume (@TheVolumeSports) January 7, 2022 “Julio Cesar Chavez, I like that fight a lot because it silences the critics,” Paul responded. “You know, he was a former world champion and I know I can beat him. That challenge excites me and I’m down. This is what people don’t understand… Even after I knocked out Woodley they say ‘fight a real boxer’. I’m like you guys I tried and he dropped out of the fight two weeks before.” Because a fight with Tyson would likely result in Paul being killed, we’d suggest a bout with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr is more likely. But we’ve learned to say never say never when it comes to Jake Paul and boxing.

Jake Paul wants WWE star to fight ex-NBA player Glen Davis on his undercard – Dexerto
Jake Paul wants WWE star to fight ex-NBA player Glen Davis on his undercard Instagram/JakePaul/Pixabay/WWEJake Paul may still not have an opponent set for his return to the ring in August, but The Problem Child is aiming to have former NBA player Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis compete against a WWE wrestler. Influencer Jake Paul is looking to go 6-0 in his boxing career when he faces off against a still unknown foe this Summer, but in order to hype the event up, he’s looking for some matches to fill up the undercard. Enter Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis, a retired NBA pro who weighs over 300 pounds. According to a new report by ESPN, former LA Clippers player is being approached by Paul’s team, Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), for a bout. As for who he will face? Apparently, MVP is looking to get a professional wrestler to throw down with the baller in a sports entertainment meets sports battle. Jake Paul searching for WWE wrestler to fight Glen Davis The report by ESPN states that MVP is trying to get a WWE wrestler, in particular, a former heavyweight star, to compete. While the report doesn’t indicate any WWE superstar specifically that MVP is targeting, there are some who might make for good opponents. Glenn Thomas Jacobs, better known by his wrestling monicker ‘Kane’ is currently Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, but at over 300 pounds himself, ‘The Big Red Machine’ might be a good foe. Another fun option could be Brock Lesnar, a former WWE and UFC champion who has voiced respect for both Logan and Jake Paul in the past. Of course, it’s also possible that the event doesn’t end up featuring either party, but until anything is officially announced, let the speculation begin as we gear up for Paul’s boxing return.

Jake Paul wants to fight Floyd Mayweather after Logan Paul exhibition – Dexerto
Jake Paul wants to fight Floyd Mayweather after Logan Paul exhibition YouTube: Jake Paul, REVOLT TV, imPaulsiveYouTube star-turned-pro boxer Jake Paul is still fresh off of his 2nd round victory over Nate Robinson — but while his next opponent has yet to be revealed, it seems that he’s already got a potential candidate in mind. Jake’s unexpected win over Robinson was quickly overshadowed by yet another internet-shattering development after older brother Logan Paul announced that he would be boxing 50-0 champ, Floyd Mayweather, in February 2021. Since then, Jake has been calling out every high-profile fighter in the scene for a chance at scoring an equally jaw-dropping match — including his own brother’s upcoming opponent. On January 2, Logan Paul tweeted that he hopes to take on Avengers star Chris Hemsworth in the ring one day, a similar statement to another post he made in February 2019: “I’ll fight him after Mayweather.” View this post on Instagram However, Jake wasn’t going to let his older brother’s shine go unchecked, and replied to his post with an equally surprising take regarding his future endeavors in the sport of boxing: “And then I’ll fight Mayweather.” Jake’s statement comes in wake of his particularly scathing thoughts regarding Logan’s forthcoming fight with Mayweather, where he called his older brother a “fake fighter” and claimed the bout was “just for clout” and “bad for the sport.” Mayweather himself has yet to respond to Jake’s callout, but this is far from the first time the star has boasted about taking on high-profile fighters after he called out the likes of Dillon Danis, Ben Askren and even Conor McGregor, although nothing has yet come of these challenges. As mentioned above, Logan has expressed a desire to throw down with Hemsworth in the past, claiming that it would “probably be an even match” after the actor joked that he was only as good as the green screen made him. Considering his ability to score a boxing match with the likes of Mayweather, there’s no telling what Logan will pull off next — although we’re still unsure if Mayweather will be interested in throwing down with his younger brother just yet.

Jake Paul wants Tommy Fury rematch before KSI bout – Dexerto
Jake Paul wants Tommy Fury rematch before KSI bout YouTube: BS w/ Jake PaulYouTube star Jake Paul says he wants his rematch with Tommy Fury before taking any other fights — and that seems to include his highly-anticipated bout with longtime rival KSI. Jake Paul has taken the first loss in his boxing career, falling to British rival Tommy Fury by split-decision on Sunday, February 26. Luckily, he’ll have the chance to run it back thanks to a rematch clause in his contract — but thus far, it’s unclear when these two will face off again. Many fans are eyeing Paul’s long-awaited fight with KSI, which both parties initially penned for December 2023… but it’s looking like the Jake vs Tommy rematch might throw a wrench in those plans. Jake Paul wants Tommy Fury rematch for next fight Jake spoke out on his upcoming fights in an episode of ‘BS w/ Jake Paul‘ on March 1, where he claimed he hopes to touch gloves with Fury before taking on any other opponents. “Obviously there’s still so many names out there for me to fight,” he said. “I wanna do the rematch with Tommy, but I think all those fights are still there and still massive.” “You don’t know which one you’re leaning towards?” big bro Logan asked. “I think the rematch,” Jake answered. “I gotta go get that back.” “You wanna do that first?” “Yeah. Run it back,” he confirmed. (Topic begins at 17:50) It’s worth noting that KSI’s manager, Mams Taylor, has claimed that Jake Paul vs KSI might not even happen if Jake takes the rematch with Fury and loses, and hopes to schedule the bout this summer to give the rematch room to breathe for winter. For now, it’s not clear who Jake will take on next, but fans are certainly antsy as they await another fight announcement in the near future.

Jake Paul wants Kanye West to box Pete Davidson while he fights McGregor in MMA – Dexerto
Jake Paul wants Kanye West to box Pete Davidson while he fights McGregor in MMA Instagram/Pete Davidson/Kanye West/Jake PaulYouTuber Jake Paul could be about to make one of the biggest pay-per-view events in history happen by recruiting Kanye West to fight Pete Davidson on a card that features Elon Musk battling Vladimir Putin, and an MMA match between Conor McGregor and himself. Jake Paul has taken over the boxing world and has earned an impressive 5-0 record with KOs against former UFC stars Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley. He’s also started his own company, Most Valuable Promotions, to help build the sport. In his quest for boxing supremacy, The Problem Child has frequently called out UFC superstar Conor McGregor, challenging the Irishman to take him on in an MMA fight. Now, Paul is pitching his biggest event to date, wanting to put Kim Kardashian’s ex lover Kanye West against current boo Pete Davidson and has a plan to make it a reality. Jake Paul makes offer to Kanye West & Pete Davidson to fight On March 14, the influencer said that if he received 10,000 RTs he would find a way to make a fight between Elon Musk and Russian President Vladimir Putin happen, but that’s not all. Paul has previously joked about a fight between himself and Vladimir Putin, but the tone seems to have changed ever since Elon challenged the Russian leader to “single combat” for Ukraine. For the PPV undercard, he called for Kanye West to battle Pete Davidson and an MMA match between himself and Conor McGregor. 10,000 retweets and I’ll make Elon Musk Vs. Putin boxing match happen Undercard: Kanye West Vs. Pete DavidsonMe Vs. Mcgregor In MMA — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) March 14, 2022 In a follow-up tweet, the boxing promoter made a pitch to the rapper and comedian, guaranteeing the duo $30 million each if they fought in a six-round boxing match. “Let’s settle this beef like men, before the children get any more impacted,” he said. So far, neither Kanye or Pete have responded to the offer, and it’s unclear what Kim Kardashian herself would have to say about the whole ordeal. My official @MostVpromotions offer for @kanyewest & Pete Davidson I have $30m guaranteed for Kanye And $30m guaranteed for Pete + PPV upside Money will be put in escrow before 6 round boxing match Let’s settle this beef like men, before the children get any more impacted — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) March 14, 2022 Since breaking up with Kanye and dating Pete Davidson, the rapper has frequently attacked the comedian, but that didn’t stop the SNL star from bragging about “being in bed” with Kim in leaked text messages between the two. In the unlikely event every match ends up actually being approved upon, we could see one of the biggest pay-per-view events of all time, but with no responses, the dream card may end up remaining just that.

Jake Paul wants to “break down” Conor McGregor in the boxing ring like Dustin Poirier – Dexerto
Jake Paul wants to “break down” Conor McGregor in the boxing ring like Dustin Poirier YouTube: Jake Paul, ESPN MMAYouTube star Jake Paul has made no bones about his goal to take on some of combat sports’ greatest athletes — and he just sent a scathing jab toward Conor McGregor after his loss to Dustin Poirier. Jake Paul is showing the world that he is truly the “Problem Child” of influencer boxing, one interview at a time. The YouTuber-turned-boxer, who made his first foray into the ring in 2018, now boasts a 3-0 professional record, and he’s hopeful to score a fourth victory against his upcoming opponent, Tyron Woodley, come August 29. Before that, though, the influencer has been on a tear of interviews… many of which are allowing him to set up future potential opponents, in the process. It’s no secret that Paul’s eyes are potentially bigger than his stomach when it comes to the names he’s got on his proverbial boxing “hit list,” taunting the likes of Nate Diaz, Canelo, and even Conor McGregor. While Jake has called out ‘The Notorious’ McGregor multiple times in the past (even making a chain of the injured athlete after his loss to Dustin Poirier on July 10), this time, he’s really egging it on. During an interview with MMAFightingonSBN, Paul revealed that he hopes to leave McGregor in a similar state as Poirier did during their last grudge match at UFC 264. “He sort of lost that spunk, and I think that people are kind of second-guessing him,” he began. “He’s not the same Conor, that’s for sure. It’s not as interesting. However, I would still just like to beat him up. I would want him to freak out in the ring and go crazy and lose his shit. I think it would be funny to see him break down, like how he did against Dustin Poirier.” (Topic begins at 19:42) Despite his trash-talk, Paul made sure to note that viewers should continue to respect McGregor due to his major accomplishments, and stated that regardless of his most recent loss, a fight with the Notorious would certainly be a major one to grace Jake’s record. McGregor himself has expressed a passing interest in shifting to boxing over MMA — but whether or not these two will ever hash it out in the future remains to be seen.

Jake Paul wants to fight Canelo Alvarez for a boxing World Championship – Dexerto
Jake Paul wants to fight Canelo Alvarez for a boxing World Championship Instagram: canelo/JakepaulJake Paul says his quest to become the “most disruptive boxer in history” may lead to a fight against the reigning super middleweight world champion, Canelo Alvarez, down the line. YouTuber-turned-boxing sensation Jake Paul has taken the fighting world by storm, earning victories against NBA player Nate Robinson and former mixed martial artist Ben Askren. Now, with the problem child taking on former UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley on August 28, Paul believes this could be the start to something much bigger. Speaking with TMZ Sports, Paul was asked about where he sees himself in five years, and insisted that he wants to continue to become the “most disruptive boxer in the history of the sport” by taking things on a fight-by-fight basis. According to Paul, he wants to “continue to build these fights and make them even bigger and even bigger” by taking on more serious opponents. So far, Jake is making good on his goal, with the younger Paul brother going from fighting non-combat sport athletes to former title holders. “Look, if you [told] me I was going to be where I’m at three years ago, I wouldn’t believe you. So, I don’t want to cap myself with possibilities. I’m open-minded,” he added. “I think anything is possible. I think I could be fighting against Canelo Alvarez for the WBC or WBO championship belt.” While a bout against Alvarez may seem like a pipe dream at the moment, Paul says it all comes down to how serious he takes the sport – and he’s taking it very seriously. “The sky’s the limit in just about how serious I take it!” he beamed. “And I do take it seriously. More seriously than 99.9% of these ‘professional boxers’ that are out there.” During the interview, Paul also said he was trying to get UFC legend Anderson Silva added to his undercard against Woodley in a match against Roy Jones JR, and may even face off against the winner at a future event. There’s no telling what the future holds, but it’s clear that Jake Paul has his sights set on taking things to the next level. We’ll see what happens when he faces off against Woodley in a fight that Jake says will make or break his career.

Jake Paul wants Floyd Mayweather fight but on one major condition – Dexerto
Jake Paul wants Floyd Mayweather fight but on one major condition YouTube: Jake Paul/Fight Hub TVJake Paul is still eager to fight Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather but doesn’t believe the boxing icon will risk his 50-0 undefeated record against the social media phenomenon. Even though he’s preparing to fight Anderson Silva at the end of October, Jake Paul hasn’t been shy in letting people know that he’s got plans for once he’s done with the MMA legend. The YouTuber-turned-boxer has teased a move into the world of Mixed Martial Arts himself, but still wants to fight top-name boxers too. And that includes Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather, even though the pair are vastly different when it comes to weight classes. Jake has urged Floyd to fight him a few times now, but has ramped things up, seeing as the undefeated boxing legend is fighting Deji in November. Though, Jake doesn’t just want it to be an exhibition. Jake Paul wants Floyd Mayweather to risk boxing record against him ‘The Problem Child’ spoke to MMA Fighting about the possibility of fighting ‘Money’ at some point, and he’s still eager for it to happen – but he wants it to be high stakes. “I think he would [fight me] if it was an exhibition for sure,” Paul told the combat sports website. “The thing is I want it to be a real pro bout and take his undefeated record, which I don’t think he’ll risk.” Jake believes that having it as a pro bout would make things “three times as big” compared to an exhibition. “I definitely think there’s a fight for us in the future,” Paul added. “Whether it’s an exhibition or not, we’ll figure that part out.” To this point, Floyd hasn’t risked his 50-0 record since fighting Conor McGregor back in 2017, instead focusing on exhibition fights against celebrities and other athletes. It would certainly still be a lucrative fight for the pair of them if they went the exhibition route, but it wouldn’t be as high stakes as it could be. So, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

Jake Paul wants Conor McGregor fight after Tommy Fury: “It’s very real” thenotoriousmma Instagram / SHOWTIME Sports YouTubeJake Paul is set for his fifth boxing bout against Tommy Fury but the Problem Child is already looking ahead to a fight with Conor McGregor. The younger Paul brother has been goading the UFC star for almost an entire year trying to get him into the ring. So far, nothing has convinced the Irish fighter to take on the 24-year-old YouTuber. Still, Jake (4-0) thinks that Paul vs McGregor could happen very soon despite there being no sign of the stars lining up. While it might sound like wishful thinking, the young boxer says that the fight “is very real.” Ahead of Paul vs Fury, the American boxer is convinced that the deal is going to go through and even set a timeline for his next match. “It’s very real,” Paul said of a possible fight vs McGregor. “I think that fight happens in the next 48 months , 36 months. For sure.” “It makes financial sense. At this point, he needs me more than I need him. He’s a fucking loser, he’s a drunk motherf****r running around with his bulls***… The guy’s a mess.” Paul went on to berate the four-time UFC Champ in his challenge as McGregor is rumored to make his action sports comeback soon. McGregor hasn’t publicly indicated an interest in fighting Paul but that hasn’t stopped his year-long campaign to get an event together. Before then, he’s got a date with Tommy Fury (7-0) on December 18 in Las Vegas for his next test. Though he’s been training for Fury, he already has his sights set on McGregor soon after.

Jake Paul slams “BS” pay-per-view numbers for rematch with Tyron Woodley – Dexerto
Jake Paul slams “BS” pay-per-view numbers for rematch with Tyron Woodley Amanda Westcott, SHOWTIMEThe Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley rematch was reportedly a commercial failure as new PPV sales figures have revealed the second fight drew considerably less than their first meeting… but Jake Paul doesn’t buy the reports. Although Paul walked away with arguably his most viral knockout yet, his latest boxing event is reportedly his worst-selling to date. After a last-minute opponent swap, as Tommy Fury backed out and Woodley stepped in, the PPV appears to have “bombed,” according to reports from DAZN Boxing. While official numbers haven’t been revealed, initial reports claim the rematch “did under 65,000 buys.” This puts Paul vs. Woodley 2 as the social media celeb’s weakest outing to date. In fact, it appears to be his first boxing event not to crack the six-figure sales mark. Sources: Have learned that Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley 2 “bombed” on cable/satelitte PPV. Numbers are below November’s #AEW Full Gear which did under 65,000 buys on terrestrial TV. The PPV number rumors are bullshit 1st fight w Woodley we sold 500k+ Numbers for this one are still rolling in but still looking positive Not my best business night But remember.. Everyone wanted to see me Vs. Fury and that’s what we sold.. — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) December 29, 2021 Their first fight back in August, a contest that ended in a split-decision, sold roughly 500,000 PPVs, according to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. If these early figures for the rematch hold true, the initial bout sold more than 7x better in the United States. It is worth noting, however, that these figures don’t take into account digital streaming sales just yet. Rather, these PPV buys come directly from cable and satellite providers. The event sold at $59.99 in the US, meaning early figures translate to under $4 million in total PPV revenue. It didn’t take long before social media ran wild with these reports. Even Paul’s targeted opponent Jorge Masvidal of UFC fame was quick to mock the low figures. “B**ch boy can’t afford the big boys,” he joked on Twitter. “Never again do I want to hear my name associated with the fake.” Bitch boy can’t afford the big boys Never again do I want to hear my name associated with the fake. 3 0 5 day is coming #supernecessary pic.twitter.com/XloN8Kex88 — Jorge Masvidal UFC (@GamebredFighter) December 29, 2021 We’ll have to see what the total numbers end up adding up to, and if Paul can return to his former pay-per-view selling himself the next time he steps foot into the ring with a new opponent.

Jake Paul wants a Canelo Álvarez fight despite Stephen A. Smith’s warnings – Dexerto
Jake Paul wants a Canelo Álvarez fight despite Stephen A. Smith’s warnings Instagram: canelo/JakepaulJake Paul went on First Take with Stephen A. Smith with some big aspirations, including a future fight with boxing superstar Canelo Alvarez. Jake Paul has been making waves in the boxing and sports world recently, even considering a move to the UFC or the NFL. But it seems his heart still remains, at least in part, in boxing. This comes from an interview Jake recently did with ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith, where the two talked boxing, Jake’s future fights, and much more. Jake Paul wants a Canelo Alvarez fight Jake Paul’s first five boxing matches have earned him a 5-0 record, taking down some big names in the process. But what’s next for the superstar? One of his greatest critiques, and one that Stephen A. Smith made on their interview on First Take, is that Paul has yet to fight a real boxer. But, Jake wants to change that. “I’m bigger than Canelo, I’m faster than Canelo, I’m more athletic than Canelo. Can I box better? Probably not. But, give me three years, and that’s going to be a big fight,” Jake said when asked about a fight with Canelo. Canelo Alvarez is currently 57-2-1, only losing once to none other than Floyd Mayweather. Jake continued in the interview defending his desire to fight the best, saying: “Other people try to place limits on you when you’re a unicorn doing something different… but for me, I can accomplish anything I set my mind to, and I know I can get after Canelo.” Jake Paul is nothing else if not confident in himself when it comes to his various pursuits in life, including a desire to box against someone like Canelo Alvarez or join the National Football League. Time will tell how Jake Paul’s career shakes out, as he joked about UFC, the NFL, and even NASCAR in the interview with Stephen A. Make sure and stay tuned so you can keep up with what the younger Paul brother is up to next!

Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury reportedly set for late 2021 fight date – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury reportedly set for late 2021 fight date Instagram: tommyfury, jakepaulYouTuber Jake Paul is becoming one of the biggest prize fighters in boxing, and it looks like he could be set to take on Tommy Fury, younger brother of one of the greatest heavyweights ever, Tyson Fury. Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury is not a completely new idea, having long been rumored and doing the rounds on social media. Earlier in May 2021, Jake rejected a fight offer from Fury, saying that the reality TV star has “some ladders to climb to get on my level.” The pair have regularly gone back and forth throughout the latter half of 2021, and despite Jake saying it wouldn’t happen, it is now being reported that the fight will occur — and much sooner than expected. In a conversation with iFL TV, Fury’s promoter Frank Warren suggested that a deal is on the horizon and the fight could happen before long. “At the moment we’re quite close, we’re working through the terms and we’re hoping we can get it over the line,” Warren revealed. “It’s a great fight for Tommy, it’s a very lucrative fight for him… Financially, how can you turn that down?” He went on: “I think he wins it, but it’s captured everybody’s imagination. Hopefully, we’ll finish it off this week… It will be late November/December.” Topic starts at 31:45 Tommy has been boxing far longer than Jake, but the younger Paul brother has been slowly working his way through the ranks with some high-profile matchups against the likes of UFC legend Tyron Woodley. Jake Paul v Tommy Fury betting odds With less history in the ring, Jake Paul is being looked at as the underdog by bookmakers who are already offering odds for the market. According to oddschecker, as of October 8, 2021, Tommy Fury was -175 to win, giving him an implied probability of winning of about 63%. So, while it’s not a landslide probability, there’s definitely more belief in the younger Fury brother to have his hand raised at the end of the fight.

A fight between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury has been on the cards for quite some time, as the pair have traded verbal jabs online for years. After two previous attempts to fight fell through, due to issues on Tommy’s side, they’ll finally square off in Saudi Arabia on February 26. Beyond just bragging rights being on the line, there is also some serious money up for grabs. As has become custom with Jake’s fights, he wanted to make a pre-fight bet with Tommy. Instead of having him get a tattoo or change his name, he instead offered the idea of a “winner take all” fight, which the Fury camp agreed to during their final pre-fight press conference on February 23. How much money will Jake Paul and Tommy Fury make from fight? That has naturally left fans asking just how much the pair will, or at least were, supposed to make. Getting exact figures is difficult seeing as the Saudi fight commission doesn’t openly reveal purses and there is also a tonne of sponsors. However, according to Sports Zion and other outlets, Jake was set to earn $3.2 million for the fight before factoring in his split of the pay-per-view money – reported to be in the region of 65%. As for Tommy, he was slated to make $2 million for the fight, with a PPV split of around 35%. That means the winner, in a winner takes all clash, would net at least $5.2 million before the box office figures are factored in. Jake’s previous fight against Anderson Silva reportedly did between 200,000-300,000 sales, which the YouTuber-turned-boxer called “upsetting” after his win. The fight with Tommy is being broadcast on ESPN+ in the US and BT Sport Box Office in the UK, priced at $49.99 and £19.95 respectively. So, another set of buys will bolster that purse by at least a few million.

Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury ‘leaked script’ details fight outcome & Fury injury – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury ‘leaked script’ details fight outcome & Fury injury Instagram: jakepaul / tommyfuryAn alleged ‘leaked script’ detailing the round-by-round outcome of the Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight is circulating on social media, claiming that Paul will be declared winner by TKO. However, many doubt its authenticity. Jake Paul and Tommy Fury are finally set to step into the ring together for their first bout on February 26, after the first two fights they planned in 2021 and 2022 couldn’t go ahead. On the day of the fight, backup opponent, Mike Perry, shared an image of an alleged ‘script’ for the event to Twitter, along with the caption, “What’s happening?” The script is titled “Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury Script Revision #4” and claims to detail what is set to happen in each of the fight’s eight rounds. It is stamped with the logo of ‘Troop Boxing Promotions.’ In Round 4, the script says that “Fury seems to be having trouble with his left eye, which is starting to swell shut.” In Round 5, it reads that Fury’s eye is “almost completely closed,” but that a doctor determines he can continue in the fight. In the final round, it details that “Paul lands a huge right hand that sends Fury crashing to the canvas.” It goes on to say that Paul wins by TKO, and lists a few “key moments” that will happen after the fight is over. The image has been shared widely across social media, however, many have cast doubt on the authenticity of the alleged script. Commenters mentioned that it would be difficult to script someone’s eye swelling shut, and pointed out that ‘Troop Boxing Promotions,’ doesn’t appear to actually exist. Fight organizers reportedly went on to tell Mirror Fighting that the script is fake. The script has caused a huge stir online, drumming up even more anticipation for the long-awaited bout between Fury and Paul. Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury rematch reportedly set to take place this summer – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury rematch reportedly set to take place this summer YouTube: BT SportJake Paul and Tommy Fury look to already have a rematch date in mind, with reports suggesting that the pair could be fighting again as soon as mid-Summer. At the end of February, Jake Paul and Tommy Fury ended their years of trash talk by finally stepping inside the boxing ring and doing battle in Saudi Arabia. While Jake scored the only knockdown of the fight, it was Tommy who came away with the split decision victory, as he was ultimately rather comfortable in the grudge match. Naturally, there has been plenty of talk about a rematch, with Jake eager to get one back over his longtime rival and get revenge. While there had been some concerns that his planned MMA debut may disrupt that, it seems as if the pair are already working on a date. Is there a date for Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury rematch fight? That’s according to ESPN boxing reporter Mike Coppinger, who appeared on Max Kellerman’s Max On Boxing on March 4 to discuss the Paul vs Fury fight. When quizzed about a possible rematch, the boxing insider said: “I believe there will be (an immediate rematch). I’m hearing that they’re looking at July for the rematch and I think it’s going to be even bigger than the first fight.” There’s no word on the exact date, or just exactly where it will be held, but it appears as if they’re zeroing in on a fight happening before the end of the summer at the very least. As noted, a fight in July will disrupt Jake’s plans to make his MMA debut with the PFL, but he wasn’t banking on losing to Tommy in the first place anyway. It remains to be seen as to where the rematch will be, but given he got the win in the first fight, Tommy may have enough leverage to make it happen in the UK.

Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight off as Jake says he’s “moving on” to next opponent – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight off as Jake says he’s “moving on” to next opponent YouTube: Jake Paul / Instagram: tommytntfuryJake Paul has hinted that his bout with Tommy Fury is over, claiming he’s “moving on” in a Tweet after Visa issues prevented his opponent from entering the US. Jake Paul is looking for another opponent to fill his next fight months after his last bout against former UFC champ Tyron Woodley late last year. Unfortunately, nailing down a rival has been difficult for the ‘Problem Child,’ who finally seemed to secure a match against Fury just weeks ago. The two were originally slated to fight last year before an injury prompted Fury to drop out at the last minute. It looks like yet another extenuating circumstance has given Fury difficulties, as he claims he wasn’t allowed to enter the US due to issues with Homeland Security ahead of their press conference. Jake sent a few tweets Fury’s way, begging him to visit his embassy, before finally appearing to call off the fight in a tweet posted on June 30. Paul has also called out a slew of other high-profile fighters in the past, including the likes of Conor McGregor, Floyd Mayweather, and even Anderson Silva — who has said that he’s down to take on the Paul bros. For now, it’s unclear who Jake’s next boxing opponent will be as his August 6 match seems in limbo.

Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury confirmed for long-awaited fight in February Instagram: jakepaulJake Paul vs Tommy Fury has finally been confirmed as the rivals are set to clash at the end of February. Here’s what you need to know. Ever since Jake Paul ended his boxing hiatus, there has only been one fight that fans have wanted to see – him vs Tommy Fury. The long-time rivals were scheduled to fight back in August, but travel troubles prevented Tommy and his team from getting into the United States. Jake Paul vs Nate Robinson boxing match delayed until November – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Nate Robinson boxing match delayed until November Instagram: Jake Paul, Nate Robinson[jwplayer mgzBNoPb]YouTube star Jake Paul’s highly-anticipated boxing match against former NBA pro Nate Robinson will reportedly not be taking place on September 12, and has instead been postponed to November. Jake Paul is more than an online entertainer; the Team 10 founder has taken his talents to the boxing ring, and has already boasts two victories in his white-collar-turned-professional career. After taking out AnEsonGib in his first-ever pro boxing match, Paul was slated to face off against none other than former NBA point guard Nate Robinson on one of the biggest fight cards to date — Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. Getting a spot on such a massive event was nothing short of legendary to the YouTuber, who made sure to say so via a number of social media posts; but now, it looks like both he and his fans will have to wait for his next stint in the ring. https://www.instagram.com/p/CDCVAqhDm5U/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link When is Jake Paul vs Nate Robinson? According to reports by The Ring’s Ryan O’Hara, Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr has been rescheduled for November 28 — over two months from the bout’s initial date and just two days after Thanksgiving. The reason for this rescheduling isn’t due to current global events, either, as many had initially suspected; rather, Tyson’s team felt they could maximize revenue by pushing back the date, a decision that was also agreed upon by Jones. https://www.instagram.com/p/CDmTK9Uh0Yr/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Where can you watch the match? While no official links have yet been given, reports indicate that the Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr boxing match will be available to watch exclusively via social media app Triller and other Pay-Per-View platforms. Similarly, reports have revealed that the cost to watch the bout will land at $49.99 — a pretty penny for one of the world’s most anticipated fights yet. https://www.instagram.com/p/CDjazX5lceu/ Neither Robinson nor Paul have yet to comment on the match’s rescheduling, which comes just a week after Paul’s home was raided by the FBI over his appearance at a May 30 looting in Scottsdale, Arizona. While fans are still waiting for further information regarding the situation, older brother Logan Paul has assured viewers that he is physically safe and has the full support of the Paul family.

Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury 2: Rematch clause activated after Paul’s undefeated run ends – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury 2: Rematch clause activated after Paul’s undefeated run ends Instagram: jakepaul / tommyfuryTommy Fury has announced he is more than happy to take on Jake Paul again in a rematch after today’s boxing match, stating in a post-match interview to “Bring it on”. Tommy Fury just took down Jake Paul earlier today in his first-ever loss in the boxing world. Judges awarded Fury victory via scorecards, with a 74-75 for Paul and 2x 76-73 for Fury, resulting in an overall victory over the influencer. After taking the loss against Fury, Paul’s rematch clause has come into effect, meaning the boxers will see a rematch sometime down the line. Fury was incredibly grateful for the victory over Paul, giving thanks to his supporters throughout his emotional post-match interview. When asked if we would see him again in the ring for another fight, Fury was more than ready and willing to take on Jake Paul once more if it came to it. “100%, this is my first main event. I’m only going to go stronger, I’m only going to go bigger and I’m only going to go better. There’s a lot of nerves coming into here, I override that. If he wants a rematch, bring it on.” Fury was the first fighter to hand Paul a loss in his boxing career, he took it respectfully and was more than ready and believing that a rematch was on the cards for the future of the two. “All respect to Tommy, he won. Don’t judge me by my wins, judge me by my losses. I’ll come back, I think we deserve that rematch, it was a great fight, it was a close fight.” Tommy Fury vs Jake Paul 2: Will the rematch go ahead? Despite losing closely to Tommy, Paul stated how proud he was of how far he had come as a boxer, saying that he has “already won in life.” “I’ve already won, I’ve won in every single way. I have an amazing family, amazing friends, amazing work ethic. I’ve made it farther than I ever thought I would, and beyond. So this is definitely a humbling experience, I’ll take it on the chin, get back in the gym and we can run it back. Because I think we put on an amazing show for the fans tonight.” However, the rematch clause rule in boxing could see the two battle it out once again. In the sport, a fighter is allowed to state in their contract that, if they lose a match, their competitor will have to accept a rematch challenge and honor the deal. Given Tommy Fury has already expressed interest in going back for more against Jake Paul, this clause could see the two go toe-to-toe once again in a rematch fight. It appears that discussion is already underway for the next rematch to take place, as Paul announced in a press conference. “I’m gonna go back for this rematch, I just talked to Tommy in the medical room and he’s like let’s go, let’s do it again. He’s down for it, so I think that’ll be the focus first and foremost. I’m going to prove I can go and fight a better fight than I did tonight and get that W.” With the close outcome of today’s match, it’s likely we’ll see Paul and Fury run it back in the ring again, which could happen later this year.

Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz confirmed as former UFC fighter’s boxing debut – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz confirmed as former UFC fighter’s boxing debut Instagram: Jake PaulYouTube-boxer Jake Paul is facing off against Nate Diaz this summer, finally quashing their feud in the UFC star’s professional boxing debut. Jake Paul has just taken the first loss of his star-studded boxing career… but he’s already moving on to bigger and better things. Just a month after being defeated by British boxer Tommy Fury, Paul has announced his next bout — and it’s a huge one, especially for combat sports fans who have been following his fights over the years. On April 12, Paul announced that he will be taking on former UFC star Nate Diaz on August 5 in Dallas, Texas. Jake Paul confirms boxing match with Nate Diaz Although Jake has signed on with the Professional Fighter’s League, a prolific MMA organization, it looks like Diaz is stepping into the boxing ring to settle his beef with the ‘Problem Child,’ marking the mixed martial artist’s first professional boxing match. This bout comes after Paul officially extended a fight offer to Diaz, whose contract with the UFC has ended — and Paul couldn’t help but send a few jabs toward prez Dana White, who he’s publicly decried over UFC fighter pay many times in the past. “August 5th we commemorate the funeral for Nathaniel Diaz as we send him in a casket back to Dana,” Paul said in an Instagram post. “Refreshments will be provided at the service. Black Tie Attire.” Fans can tune into Paul vs Diaz on PPV globally on DAZN, a subscription-based streaming service for all things combat sports-related. This marks the latest chapter in an ongoing feud between the two stars, who have been butting heads for some time. In fact, Diaz has been beefing with both Paul brothers, with Logan Paul most recently accusing the UFC fighter of “ducking” a bout with him. This latest news follows another huge announcement in the world of influencer-boxing after Tommy Fury seemed to hint at a possible match with One Direction’s Liam Payne.

Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz is ‘confirmed’ says former UFC fighter – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz is ‘confirmed’ says former UFC fighter Instagram/Jakepaul/natediaz209Jake Paul’s next boxing opponent may have been confirmed by former UFC fighter Josh Thomson, who claimed that Nate Diaz will be taking on the YouTube sensation. Ever since Jake Paul scored a split-decision victory over Tyron Woodley to improve to 4-0, fans have been wondering who The Problem Child would be taking on next. Despite reports that he’d be duking it out with Tommy Fury, Paul has since said he’s looking at other adversaries. One such foe is Nate Diaz, who Josh Thompson says is ready to leave the UFC and will be throwing fists with Jake Paul next. Speaking on the Weighing In podcast, Thompson explained what the future holds for both combatants. (segment starts at 1:45:37) Josh Thompson claims Nate Diaz vs Jake Paul is confirmed “I want you guys all to know this. He’s leaving the UFC and he’s fighting Jake Paul. Just stop, okay?” he revealed. “This is his last fight. He’s not fighting in the UFC anymore. He’s gonna fight and he’s gonna fight Jake Paul.” Jake Paul has previously gone on record saying he’s very interested in fighting Diaz, even more so than a bout with Connor McGregor. According to Thompson, Diaz is just trying to get a fight and be finished with MMA, noting that a boxing match against Jake Paul would be quite lucrative. Although John McCarthy said he had heard the same things, he brought up a possible trilogy between Diaz and McGregor, Thompson simply shook his head, saying that McGregor doesn’t have the same type of draw anymore. “I think Nate’s going to leave and fight Jake Paul in boxing. He can probably make anywhere from ten to fifteen million to make that one fight,” he noted. “If he can fight one time in boxing against someone he has a lot more experience than.” It will be interesting to see what the future holds for both fighters and if this boxing match really does come to fruition.

Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight won’t happen according to his sparring partner – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight won’t happen according to his sparring partner Instagram: Jake Paul/Mike TysonAnthony Taylor, Jake Paul’s boxing sparring partner, doesn’t believe the YouTuber will eventually square off with Mike Tyson. However, he believes a fight with Canelo would be “competitive.” After putting his own boxing career on hold to help promote the super fight between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano, Jake Paul will be stepping back into the ring on August 12. The YouTuber-turned-boxer has yet to announce his opponent, but there has been plenty of rumors and speculation around who he will be squaring off against. Former Heavyweight king and boxing icon ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson has been one of the most interesting names mentioned, especially as the 55-year-old said he’d take the fight. While it’s unlikely that Tyson will be in fighting shape come August, the possibility of him and Jake fighting down the road has also been mooted. However, part of Jake’s camp is unsure about that. Anthony ‘Pretty Boy’ Taylor, one of Jake’s regular sparring partners and someone who has fought on the undercards for his fights, thinks that the mutual respect between Jake and ‘Iron’ Mike will prevent it from happening. “I really don’t see Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fighting just because they’re very good friends. They have too much mutual respect between them to be involved in having a fight,” Taylor told MyBettingSites. “Maybe I’m missing something, maybe they are going to fight, but I just don’t really see Mike going in there any time soon with Jake, I would be surprised.” Aside from fighting Tyson, the Cruiserweight believes Jake could be “competitive” with Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez in a few years’ time, especially given the skills he’s already put on display. As noted, Tyson has already registered his interest in fighting Jake, given the payday that would come with it. Though, he’s unsure if the social media star could stay out of trouble in the pre-fight build-up. It’ll be interesting to see who Jake takes on come the summer, and should he win, it’ll be doubly intriguing to see who he plans to go after next.

Jake Paul vs Mike Perry confirmed after Mike Tyson fight delay – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Mike Perry confirmed after Mike Tyson fight delay X/JakePaulJake Paul has found a new opponent to battle on July 20 after he was forced to postpone his bout with boxing legend Mike Tyson. Rumors of Jake Paul taking on former UFC fighter Mike Perry first surfaced following ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson’s decision to postpone his return to the ring following an ulcer flare-up, and was advised by his doctors to lighten his training and recover. On June 18, Paul confirmed that he was swapping Mikes for July 20, with 14-8 MMA fighter Mike Perry agreeing to take him on. However, instead of battling it out in Texas on Netflix, this fight will be taking place at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. According to Paul, the moment his fight with Tyson was delayed, he knew he still wanted an opponent for July 20. Although his brother, Logan, hinted that he would be down to fill in for Tyson and even approached Netflix to make it happen, it seems like the streaming platform is keen on broadcasting Tyson’s return. “When Paul vs. Tyson was rescheduled, I knew immediately that I wanted to still fight on Saturday, July 20. Now, as I prepare for my fight against Iron Mike, there’s no better opponent for me than Mike Perry,” Paul said. “He’s a proven knockout artist who has shown to be a maniac in and out of the ring. This is the perfect experience for me to gain in advance of facing Mike Tyson. But getting that experience comes with risk. Those who know me know I’m a risk taker and while ‘Platinum’ Perry might try to end me, I’m Titanium Jake Paul and I fear no man. I’m going to get the W and give everyone a preview of what I’m bringing to the ring against Mike Tyson.” Perry, meanwhile, has promised to give fans one hell of a fight and will “put the Platinum pressure on The Problem Child.” While the bout has only just been announced, rumors of the contest have been spreading for awhile, leading to some former UFC legends warning Jake against fighting Perry. Former UFC champ Micheal Bisping called it a “tremendous mistake” for Jake, praising Perry as the “epitome of a real fighter.” Paul, meanwhile, seems undeterred and appears as confident as ever once the fight was made official. “The fact is every opponent has touched the floor. Five months until Tyson and I go to war. So in the meantime, me and Perry are going to make Tampa roar,” Paul proclaimed. “I fear no man, anytime, anywhere, anyplace.” Paul is still slated to take on Tyson later this year on Friday, November 15.

Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr. canceled over weight issues – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr. canceled over weight issues YouTube: MMA FightingJake Paul’s August 6th fight with Hasim Rahman Jr. has been canceled due to apparent weight issues from Rahman’s camp, and the YouTuber isn’t lining up a replacement. After Tommy Fury was unable to travel to the United States, Jake Paul was left scrambling to find an opponent for the August 6th booking he’d made for an event at Madison Square Garden. The Problem Child found Fury’s replacement in the form of Hasim Rahman Jr., a Heavyweight and one of his own former sparring partners. Given that Rahman is a natural Heavyweight, and the fight was scheduled to take place at Cruiserweight, there were a number of concerns that the fight would eventually not happen due to the difficulties in cutting such weight. Plus, the fact there was a rehydration clause preventing the Heavyweight bloating up to a bigger weight. Well, it seems those concerns were pretty valid. Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr. canceled less than a week out On July 31, less than a week out from the clash in New York, Jake’s Most Valuable Promotions brand confirmed that the fight had been scrapped as Rahman is apparently not on course to make the required weight. According to MVP’s statement on the cancelation, they were allegedly informed by Rahman’s camp that the Heavyweight “planned to weigh in at 215lbs” rather than the 205lbs limit set for the Cruiserweight division. “Most Valuable Promotions and Jake Paul will not reward someone that has conducted themselves in such a deceiving and calculated manner,” MVP said in a statement posted to Twitter. “This forced outcome impacts Jake Paul, Amanda Serrano, and every other fighter on this card who trained tirelessly over the past few months for this event.” The YouTuber-turned-boxer took his own shots at Rahman Jr’s late cancelation, while also poking fun at longtime rival Tommy Fury. “First Tommy Fumbled and now Hasim Rahman Crumbled. These boxers are the most difficult people to work with and continually lack professionalism and confidence to fight me,” Jake tweeted. Finding a replacement at such a late date would prove a pretty difficult task, seeing as the New York Athletic State Commission was already pretty choosy about who Jake could and couldn’t fight. As of writing, Jake has not yet announced any plans for what he may do in the meantime, but keep checking back for updates.

Jake Paul vs KSI fight in limbo as KSI reveals plans after Tommy Fury loss – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs KSI fight in limbo as KSI reveals plans after Tommy Fury loss SidemenKSI vs Jake Paul appears to be in turmoil as KSI has revealed his plans for the future after losing to Tommy Fury. On October 14, KSI and Tommy Fury finally put on their gloves and stepped in the ring on the highly-anticipated Prime Card. While aiming to do what his rival Jake Paul couldn’t and beat a professional boxer, it was ultimately Fury who walked out on top, taking the win by a controversial unanimous decision. With the fight done and dusted, fans have now set their sights on the ultimate showdown of KSI vs Jake Paul. However, the fight looks to be further away than imagined. KSI reveals plans after Tommy Fury loss In the recent Sidemen Sunday on October 22, KSI was asked what his future plans are now that he’s touched gloves with Fury, where he made it clear he’d be taking a bit of time to relax. “What am I doing next? I’m actually relaxing man,” he said, meanwhile, the Sidemen erupted with cheers.”You’ll see me in more Sidemen videos yeah,” the YouTuber added. “I need to relax, I need to.” Fellow Sidemen member Vikkstar asked KSI exactly how long he’d be relaxing for. While the YouTube star joked he’d be back in a month, he admitted he needs some time to enjoy his success after relentless hard work for years. “Give me about a month,” he joked. “Nah, I feel like I need to enjoy my hard work. I feel like I’ve just been working for so many f**king years.” (Timestamp at 1:43) The Sidemen agreed, acknowledging KSI has a ton more on his plate since the last time he took time to relax, taking into account his ventures in the boxing business on top of the highly successful Prime and his music. While the two YouTube stars agreed to throw down sometime in 2023, it doesn’t look like a bout is on the cards for this year given Jake is expected to fight in December. Sadly, there’s just no telling when we’ll finally see KSI face ‘The Problem Child’. For the time being, KSI has sent an official appeal to the PBA, the governing body that sanctioned his fight with Tommy Fury in hopes of overturning the “outrageous” decision.

Jake Paul’s boxing events continue to build spectacles that have been disruptive to combat sports. Williams spent 12 years in the NBA. He was a 1st-round pick in 2005 when the Utah Jazz recruited him with the third selection in the draft. He’s trained in MMA since he was a child and co-owns Fortis MMA, a gym in Texas. Gore is a former NFL running back who still holds the third-most total rushing yards (16,000) in league history. He’s been training for his fight against Williams and is getting high praise from former teammates. Both athletes will make their pro boxing debuts in the Paul/Fury undercard that also features Amanda Serrano vs Miriam Gutierrez. “”When I tell you @frankgore has been boxing and training for years, I’m telling you no lie. @DeronWilliams, you better be prepared.”” @BMarshall weighs in backstage after filming #InsideTheNFL. pic.twitter.com/zUcETN5fAo — Inside the NFL (@insidetheNFL) November 9, 2021 The YouTuber is looking to keep his momentum rolling and he’s already eyeing a bout against UFC legend Conor McGregor sometime after Tommy Fury – though a deal has yet to be made. Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr. boxing match is struggling to sell tickets – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr. boxing match is struggling to sell tickets INSTAGRAM: JAKEPAULThe Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr. bout scheduled to take place on August 6 is reportedly struggling to make sales. Paul is set to face Hasim Rahman Jr. at Madison Square Garden, but despite his large fanbase, many tickets remain unsold for the match. Recently, fans were complaining about the PPV prices being too expensive, calling the event “a massive rip-off.” To watch the pay-per-view on Showtime, you would need to pay $60 (similar price to some stadium tickets), which even caught KSI by surprise. Since then, KSI manager Mams Taylor claimed that the match has “barely” sold 50% of its tickets. Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman tickets While Paul is hoping to sell 20,000 tickets in his sixth boxing match, based on Ticketmaster listings, it is not going as well as The Problem Child would have hoped. As shown below, the availability of tickets remains pretty high, with the event being just around the corner. This shows the seats that are still available to purchase, as prices range between $56 for standard and over $2,000 for VIP packages. Blue seats mean they are available, while gray and white seats indicate that they have been sold. As it stands, it would be very easy to get a ticket for the event. Jake Paul talks ticket sales Despite this, Paul is still confident that he can sell all 20,000 tickets, as he previously told his opponent: “I don’t do this sport to spar. I do this sport to fight. When he gets under the lights at Madison Square Garden in front of 20,000 fans, you’ll see what the result is.” The Executive Vice President at The Garden, Joel Fisher, seems to agree with Paul, as he believes there’ll be no issue regarding the event. “Jake is an incredibly great partner. He’s really into the business of boxing and a real supporter of women’s boxing” he said during the press conference. He continued: “But we also know that Jake is into boxing. He’s passionate about it. I’m sure he’s in tremendous shape.” The boxing match between Paul and Rahman Jr. takes place on August 6. With just over a week to go, will Paul’s wish to sell out Madison Square Garden be fulfilled? We’ll have to wait and see.

Paul vs Askren was more than your usual boxing match; taking notes from KSI vs Logan Paul II and Jake Paul vs Nate Robinson, it featured a slew of the music industry’s biggest names and even the debut of a new (but wholly old-school) rap group. Everyone from Doja Cat, Saweetie, Justin Bieber, and The Black Keys to Hip Hop veterans Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg put on a wild show. Snoop Dogg didn’t just perform though, he also commentated the event alongside Pete Davidson, Mario Lopez, and seasoned boxing analysts including Ray Flores, Al Bernstein, and Mike Coppinger. TikTok stars Charli and Dixie D’Amelio also made an appearance too. They were in charge of putting the belts on the winners after each fight. The start of Ben Askren vs Jake Paul Jake Paul was desperate to find a worthy challenger after his win over Nate Robinson, but nobody except Ben Askren stepped up to the plate. He accepted the fight by posting a short video on Twitter, which made it official. Since the fight’s official announcement in January, Askren and Paul have had some heated interactions, with the two even getting into a physical altercation at their pre-fight press conference in late March. (Staredown starts at 2:29:40) Askren admitting that the “biggest payday” of his career could also be a loss on his end, which ended up being true. How much money did Ben Askren make from Jake Paul boxing match? Ben Askren expected a major payout from his boxing match against Paul; and while the exact figures from the match haven’t been revealed, Jake claimed that the event generated $65 million in a YouTube video. According to BadLeftHook, the fight had 1.45 million buys, with PPV prices slated at $49.99 each. Paul’s salary was reportedly set at $690,000. Askren took home $500,000 – excluding some extra dough from PPV purchases. Will Jake Paul fight Ben Askren again? It’s unlikely that Jake Paul will face off against Ben Askren again. Following his bout against the former Olympic mixed martial artist, Paul went on to defeat UFC champ Tyron Woodley in August, who he took out once again in a December rematch. There have been no talks between Paul and Askren for a proposed rematch, and at the time of writing, Paul has set his sights on other major names in the world of combat sports like Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather. My boxing bucket list: 1) Canelo Alvarez 2) Floyd Mayweather 3) Mike Tyson 4) Tyson Furry 5) Dana White— Jake Paul (@jakepaul) December 23, 2021 Although the beef between Jake Paul and Ben Askren is history, it certainly made for a bizarre yet intriguing event that created headlines around the world from start to finish.

Jake Paul vs FaZe Banks may not happen after all, and here’s why – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs FaZe Banks may not happen after all, and here’s why Jake Paul, FaZe Banks – InstagramControversial YouTuber Jake Paul called out FaZe’s Ricky Banks during a vlog on December 9, officially challenging him to a boxing match ahead of the KSI vs Logan Paul rematch in 2019. While Banks appeared to entertain the idea (hinted at by a response Tweet posted shortly after Paul’s vlog went live), others YouTubers aren’t so certain that their boxing match will actually come to fruition. Drama Alert host Daniel ‘KEEMSTAR’ Keem expressed some doubt as to the actual possibility of the bout, revealing that Paul hopes to throw down with Banks within a three month timespan. KEEM felt that giving Banks a mere three months to train for the fight would put him at a major disadvantage against Paul – who has been training since his fight against Deji earlier this year. “Jake is trying to pull a fast one,” KEEMSTAR said of the news. “He’s been training nonstop in secret, getting ready to challenge Ricky, only to give him three months to get ready for a fight. That’s ridiculously unfair.” Jake’s older brother, Logan Paul, had backed up these claims on an episode of his ‘imPaulsive’ podcast prior to KEEMSTAR’s comments over the matter, alleging that Jake has been sparring everyday – although no one knows what the YouTube star is training for. Additionally, KEEMSTAR claimed that Banks is seriously considering a fight with Paul, despite his ambivalent Twitter poll to the contrary. While he has yet to make a concrete decision on the matter, Paul is raring to go – and reportedly has the smoke to back up his challenge.

Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib boxing fight confirmed: Date, Venue, more – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib boxing fight confirmed: Date, Venue, more Popular content creator AnEsonGib has finally confirmed the date for his upcoming fight with American YouTuber Jake Paul, following months of speculation among fans. Since Jake Paul defeated Deji on the undercard for their brothers’ fight back in August 2018, there has been rampant speculation over the boxing future of both men. While Jake Paul had reportedly been seeking a fight with Deji or KSI, he has finally accepted a fight with AnEsonGib. AnEsonGib has only had two bouts thus far, previously fighting on the undercards of KSI versus Joe Weller – where he beat MaxPlays – and the first KSI versus Logan Paul – where he beat TGF’s Jay Swingler. When is Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib? On December 20, AnEsonGib confirmed that the fight will be taking place on January 30, 2020. Also, while Gib’s previous two fights have been amateur – meaning the fighters involved have required protective headgear – the fight with Paul will be a professional fight, as the second KSI vs Logan Paul was. Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib stream? In another similarity to KSI vs Logan Paul 2, the match is in association with MatchroomBoxing and DAZN. The former indicates the involvement of British boxing promoter Eddie Hearn, while the latter indicates it will only be available on a pay-per-view basis. It’s Official, Pro Debut Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib Miami, January 30th@matchroomboxing @DAZN_USA pic.twitter.com/oO4AZiinDv— Ali (@AnEsonGib) December 20, 2019 Where is Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib fight? Finally, the match will take place in Miami, Florida, where the crowd will likely be behind their compatriot in Jake Paul. While the first KSI vs Logan Paul fight took place in Manchester, England, the second came from the infamous Staples Center in Los Angeles. However, KSI managed to overcome Paul’s home advantage, winning by a slim margin. In his previous fight with Jay Swingler, Gib weighed in at 79kg. For his fight with Deji in the summer of 2018, Jake Paul weighed in at 82.5kg. While the two weigh similar amounts, Paul holds an advantage in terms of height and reach. AnEsonGib is 1.73m tall, while his opponent stands at 1.83m, meaning the British YouTuber will have to overcome a 10cm height differential. Similarly, Gib will be at a disadvantage when it comes to reach. For his fight with Swingler, Gib’s reach was measured at 66 inches. Jake Paul, however, has a reach a few inches longer. Gib will have to recreate the success of KSI, who overcame a height and reach disadvantage to beat Logan Paul in the second fight. To do so will be no easy feat, but Gib has displayed a natural aptitude for boxing in his first two fights, something he will hope to replicate on January 30.

The January 8 press conference will be streamed via AnEsonGib’s YouTube channel, as well as combat sports streaming platform DAZN, who will also host the bout on their platform on fight night. Jake Paul vs Andrew Tate boxing match all but confirmed as “negotiations” begin – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Andrew Tate boxing match all but confirmed as “negotiations” begin Twitter: Jake PaulJake Paul has suggested that he and Andrew Tate are in “negotiations” over a fight after the pair finally came face-to-face in Dubai. As he’s been getting back inside the boxing ring, Jake Paul has been on the offensive when it comes to the war of words. He’s gone after the likes of KSI, Tommy Fury, and Andrew Tate, as he lines up his next few opponents. The Problem Child extended his boxing record to 6-0 with a win over Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva at the end of October, and focused more on professional boxers with his post-fight callouts – going after Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez. With Jake looking to get back into the ring in early 2023, his battle against pro boxers might be taking a brief hiatus as he’s come face-to-face with Andrew Tate for “negotiations” in Dubai. Jake Paul and Andrew Tate come face-to-face for “negotiations” The YouTuber-turned-boxer has been in Dubai as he is making a special guest appearance at the Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather vs Deji fight, and has been sparring with world champion boxer Lawrence Okolie. Though, on November 10, he set the internet alight when he posted a video of himself and Tate. In the short clip, Jake and the controversial internet personality came to face-to-face, as if they were at a weigh-in for a fight. The caption on the video simply reads “negotiations,” with Jake’s Most Valuable Promotion brand also being tagged after they posted it on Instagram as well. A fight between the pair would certainly be interesting, especially given the heated rivalry between the Paul brothers and Tate. Logan has been the one that seemed closest to fighting Tate, but that appears to have changed. As it stands, Jake hasn’t named his next opponent but he is eager to get back into the ring. So, we’ll just have to wait and see if it will be Tate or somebody else.

Jake Paul vs Andrew Tate boxing match: Everything we know so far – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Andrew Tate boxing match: Everything we know so far YouTube: PBD Podcast, BS w/ Jake PaulYouTube star Jake Paul faced off with controversial internet personality Andrew Tate in a viral video — but are they going to duke it out in the boxing ring? Here’s everything we know so far about this shocking matchup. Jake Paul is arguably the biggest face in the influencer boxing world right now. Although he isn’t credited with starting the movement (that accolade goes to KSI, Logan Paul, and Joe Weller), he’s certainly taken the reins to make it one of the hottest fads out there. Boasting a 6-0 record after his latest victory against Anderson Silva, Paul is already looking forward to his next match… and many fans are thinking he could be taking on Andrew Tate in the near future. On November 10, Paul uploaded a video to Twitter that showed him facing off with inflammatory online commentator Andrew Tate. The video instantly racked up thousands of views and sparked rumors that Tate could be Jake’s next opponent. Is Jake Paul fighting Andrew Tate? Thus far, nothing has been confirmed regarding a possible fight between Jake and Tate. In fact, Jake himself wasn’t sure that Tate would actually accept a bout with either him or his brother, saying in a past podcast episode that the former kickboxer was “scared to get into the ring with one of us.” That being said, Paul did caption his viral Twitter video with “negotiations,” appearing to hint that these two are in talks for a potential bout. Jake’s video also comes as a bit of a surprise to fans, who had their eyes set on a fight between Tate and Logan Paul, instead. Although Logan had previously dismissed any idea of a bout with Tate, he has since changed his tune, and even appeared to be in talks with the controversial internet star in a viral tweet thread. However, Logan sustained a few injuries after his WWE Universal match against Roman Reigns, claiming he suffered a torn meniscus, MCL, and a possible torn ACL. Considering this, it makes sense that Logan may have been unable to scrap with Tate and is instead passing the opportunity off to his little bro. For now, it’s uncertain when, or if, these two stars will touch gloves in the boxing ring — but judging by fans’ responses to Jake’s faceoff video, this potential matchup will definitely be one for the ages.

Jake Paul defeats Anderson Silva after 8 rounds: live results, fight card & more – Dexerto
Jake Paul defeats Anderson Silva after 8 rounds: live results, fight card & more Twitter: Jake Paul, Most Valuable PromotionsJake Paul entered his biggest fight yet against Brazilian MMA star Anderson Silva, and took home the victory after going the eight-round distance. Here’s everything you need to know to catch the action live. YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul is gearing up for the biggest bout of his career. This will mark his first fight of 2022; initially, Paul was slated to face off against Tommy Fury on August 6, but travel problems kept the British boxer out of America’s borders, and weight issues with replacement Hasim Rahman Jr. ended up getting the fight canceled for good. Luckily Paul was able to score the match of a lifetime, announcing a bout with Anderson Silva, that would end in a win for the Problem Child. Contents Paul vs Silva Fight card & results – Fight recaps & highlights – When is Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva? – Where to watch Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva – Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva PPV Price & where to buy – Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva fight card – Is the Paul vs Silva fight still happening? – Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva: A history – Paul vs Silva Fight card & results Jake Paul defeats childhood hero Anderson Silva The Main Event of the night saw young spry Jake Paul face off against the living MMA legend Anderson Silva. Despite a hiccup that nearly led to the fight being canceled, the two made it to the ring for a fight that would be as electric as it is exciting. Having met Silva 12 years ago at a local MMA event, Paul has continuously called his opponent his childhood hero. Now, the 25-year-old problem child is facing his hero in an eight-round bout. But commentators and spectators alike have concerns as Silva is attempting a high-octane boxing match at 47 years old. Jake Paul predicted he would win the fight by stoppage before the end of the fifth round, but Silva claims his experience will outweigh the age difference ending in a win for the MMA veteran. And with 14k+ people in attendance, the crowd watched with bated breath hoping Silva would deliver in “teaching this kid a lesson.” But the crowd being on Silva’s side didn’t phase Paul. The former vlogger started with his iconic jab flashes, but Silva easily avoided Paul’s shots. And as the commentators predicted, Silva spent the majority of the first round observing his opponent and learning his moves. Anderson was then able to capitalize on his intel and land a heavy blow with his left hand. Silva carried the momentum over from the end of round one into round two, forcing Paul into the ropes and turning the tide of the fight. And while he is more familiar with MMA, Silva looked incredibly comfortable in round two, when at times Paul looked sheepish. Paul needed to overcome his frustration in order to get back into the fight. And while he looked more comfortable in round three, Silva looked unphased by anything Jake threw at him. The fight slowed in round four as blood poured from Silva’s nose. Despite his injury, he was still able to dodge Jake’s punches – even if by mere millimeters. But as the round progressed, and Paul chipped at his defenses, more and more punches found their way through Silva’s guard. But the round ended with both fighters looking like they still have a decent shot at victory. Despite Paul predicting a fifth-round knockout, the Problem Child wouldn’t get so lucky. In fact, Silva dominated Jake in the first half of round five. He landed an incredible amount of right-handed uppercuts while keeping Paul on the ropes, easily winning the fifth round. But Jake seemingly found his stride in round six landing a considerable number of blows. However, Silva continued to match his tenacity with every attack. Silva would look gassed in round seven as Jake was finally able to land a series of volatile shots, both to Silva’s body and face. While he was able to come alive near the end of the round, Paul left Silva feeling frustrated. Anderson would open round eight with a level of intensity the bout had yet to see, but he overextended himself allowing Paul to send him to the mat. The fight resumed, but both fighters quickly became exhausted. Time counted down and the bell sounded signifying Jake Paul and Anderson Silva had made it the distance. The decision went to the officials – and likely thanks to the knockdown in round eight – Jake Paul won the match by unanimous decision. Chris Avila vs Dr. Mike fight results Dr. Mike stepped back into the ring for the first time since his bout with iDubbbz during the Creator Clash to kick off the night. Not only was this the event’s inaugural fight, but it was also the professional debut for People Magazine’s ‘Sexiest Doctor Alive’. His opponent, Chris Avila, stepped into the ring with a 1-1 record looking to bring his record into the positive. But the Doctor used his size to his advantage putting pressure on Avila for the majority of the first round. However, Avila was able to slip past Mike’s punches to land a few considerable blows of his own. The second round saw a bit more aggression from Dr. Mike. He dug into his arsenal to throw jabs and uppercuts, but none dealing any real damage to Avila. Chris Avila, on the other hand, was able to connect multiple times during the round throwing Mike off his aggressive style and stumbling into round three. The third round was a mirror image of round one. Avila took an aggressive stance in an attempt to capitalize on the momentum from round two. Despite his smaller stature, Avila dictated the flow of the fight and dominated his opponent. Going into the fourth and final round, Dr. Mike would have to secure a knockout in order to win this fight. His performance up until now had been less than impressive, and round four wouldn’t look much different. Dr. Mike tried to fight through fatigue and pain, but Avila never gave Mike the respite he needed. Keeping the pressure on and punishing Mike’s sluggish punches, Avila took his opponent the distance and won by unanimous decision. Uriah Hall vs Le’Veon Bell fight results The second fight of the night also featured a pro debut from former professional football player Le’Veon Bell. However, his opponent is a formidable fighter, former professional MMA fighter, and middleweight knockout record holder Uriah Hall. Hall also possesses a slight height and reach advantage. Bell’s unique movement gave him a decent opening in round one. He was able to land multiple body blows throughout the round, but Hall was barely phased by the shots. Regardless, Bell’s movement and pressure dictated the pace for the majority of the round. That was until Hall found his aggression and landed powerful hits that knocked Bell out of his comfort zone. Round two started with a renewed tenacity from Hall, and his long-time experience in the octagon began to show. But the fight slowed to a crawl as both fighters lost their steam. The pace of the fight frustrated the crowd who began to ‘boo’, urging Hall and Bell to throw more punches. Hall, once again, started the third round with a level of intensity he couldn’t keep up for long. The round featured a lot of hugging and misplaced jabs drawing even more ‘boos’ from the crowd. A notable hit was landed by Bell late in the third round, but the fighters staggered into round four. Hall and Bell started round four with zero gas in the tank. They spent the majority of the final round leaning on one another and throwing some half-hearted punches, but Uriah Hall would walk away the victor of the rather uneventful fight. Regardless, Le’Veon Bell could consider this fight a moral victory as he was able to go the distance against a much more experienced opponent. Alexandro Santiago vs Antonio Nieves fight results The third fight of the night featured a rematch between Alexandro Santiago and Antonio Nieves. The two fought in 2016, but their initial bout ended in a tie. Now, each fighter is aiming to walk away from this matchup with the victory they thought they deserved six years ago. Scheduled for 10 rounds, the bantamweight fighters would have to last four in order for the fight to be ruled an official bout. But from the get-go, this fight felt more professional than the previous two. The first two rounds went by in a flash as both fighters bounced around the ring, throwing lighting fast punches, and failing to connect with any big hits. But in round 3, Santiago caught Nieves with a critical blow followed by a flurry of punches. He would go on to control the fight for the next few minutes. The fighters, who possessed unlimited energy in the first three rounds, started to slow down in round four. They focused more on putting power behind their punches, and their defense suffered a as result. While neither fighter landed hits that turned the tide of the match, more hits snuck through in round four than in the first three rounds. But round five was when the bout really started to turn in Santiago’s favor. While Nieves was able to throw a few decent hooks, Santiago spent the entirety of round five on the offensive. However, the fighters still had the second half of the fight ahead of them. Round six would prove that the previous round was a fight-changing round. The Santiago dominated for the entirety of the three minutes and carried his momentum into the seventh. Santiago would spend the last minute of the fight marching down Nieves, throwing devastating jabs when the opportunities arose. Before the eighth round could begin, Nieves would throw in the towel giving Santiago the win by stoppage. The 14th win for Alexandro would also be the biggest victory of his career. Ashton Sylve vs Braulio Rodriguez fight results 18-year-old Ashton Sylve, with a record of 7-0, would be stepping into the ring against his most challenging opponent yet, Braulio Rodriguez. Scheduled for eight rounds, this would be Rodriguez’s first professional fight in 35 months. And while Sylve is known for his knockout wins, Rodriguez hasn’t won a fight via knockout since 2015. Sylve is used to knocking out his opponents in four rounds or less, but that didn’t stop Rodriguez from taunting his opponent at the start of round one. And just when he started to come alive, Sylve sent him to the mat within the first 35 seconds. Unable to regain his composure, the fight was decided in less than a minute giving Sylve his eighth consecutive win. When is Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva? Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva confirmed for October boxing fight – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva confirmed for October boxing fight Instagram: Jake Paul/Anderson SilvaJake Paul has confirmed his opponent for his October return to the boxing ring, and it’s none other than former UFC champion Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva. Shortly after the turn of the year, Jake Paul planned to end his lengthy hiatus from boxing action and get back into the ring at some point in August. Though, that didn’t go to plan. The Problem Child was scheduled to fight longtime rival Tommy Fury, but that didn’t happen. Nor did he get the chance to fight Hasim Rahman Jr. in place of the Brit. Shortly after that, he stated he’d be fighting instead in October. That has now been confirmed, and Jake will be fighting UFC legend Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva on October 29 at Gila River Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. Jake Paul confirmed to fight Anderson Silva in October The fight, which was previously rumored to take place at 185lbs, will be contested at heavyweight – which means the fighters will have to weigh in at the previously rumored 185lbs. So, hopefully, that’ll prevent any weight issues like those that saw the Rahman Jr. fight called off. “It is official, me vs Anderson Silva, October 29th, Phoenix, Arizona. It is an honor to be in there with the legendary Anderson Silva,” Jake said. “Although, I’m going to knock him out in under five rounds!” With the fight finally being confirmed, and an October date set, it ends a near-year-long absence from the ring for Jake. Silva has been active in that time, fighting Bruno Machida on the undercard of the Floyd Mayweather vs Don Moore fight card. Jake has previously stated that he’ll be the “underdog” in this fight, and whether or not he can shake off the ring rust in quick time will be a huge focal point for fans and pundits alike. As we get closer to the fight, we’ll have more coverage, so keep checking back with Dexerto for further updates.

Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva fight could be canceled amid review by boxing commission – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva fight could be canceled amid review by boxing commission Twitter/combateJake Paul’s long-awaited return to boxing might be canceled as the Arizona Boxing & MMA Commission meets to determine if Ander Silva can fight after the Brazilian claimed he was KO’d twice in practice. After two straight fights being canceled for Jake Paul, The Problem Child might be cursed. According to a new report by ESPN, Anderson Silva may not be allowed to compete. News broke this week that UFC legend Anderson Silva was knocked out twice while sparring ahead of his bout this Saturday against Jake Paul. While Silva has walked back these claims, saying he misspoke, it’s drawn the attention of combat sports authorities. ESPN Combat Sports reporter Marc Raimondi says that the Arizona Boxing & MMA Commission will meet at some point tonight to determine if Silva will be eligible to compete. An Arizona public information officer has said, however, that the Commission will “review additional documentation submitted” by Silva during its proceedings. Silva claimed that he misspoke in the interview because English isn’t his first language and was “joking” about being knocked out twice anyway. If The Spider is unable to compete, this will be the third straight opponent set to battle Jake Paul that has been unable to. Previously, Tommy Fury backed out following Visa issues and earlier this year, weight issues resulted in his bout against Hasim Rahman Jr being pulled. Jake Paul says both cancelations cost him millions and his match against Silva could as well, considering ticket presales had already sold more than the UFC’s last event at the same arena. Only time will tell if the fight can go ahead or if Jake will be forced to reschedule yet another boxing match as he looks toward a rumored 2023 fight against rival KSI.

Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva beats UFC’s ticket sales record at Desert Diamond Arena – Dexerto
Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva beats UFC’s ticket sales record at Desert Diamond Arena Twitter/JakePaulThe upcoming fight between Jake Paul and Anderson Silva has broken multiple arena ticket sales records and is shaping up to be one of the most hotly anticipated fights in recent years. Love him or hate him, Youtuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul brings in a big crowd. His upcoming bout against Anderson Silva is yet another example of how must-see “The Problem Child” has become. According to Boxing Scene, Paul’s fight against UFC legend Anderson “The Spider” Silva has already become the highest-grossing boxing event for ticket revenue at the Desert Diamond Arena. Even more impressive, the match is also currently sitting as the second highest-grossing ticket event across all combat sports for the venue. The only combat sports event to sell more tickets than Paul vs Silva at Desert Diamond Arena is UFC 263, which took place on June 12, 2021. It featured MMA icon Nate Diaz, with the headline fight being a rematch between middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and Marvin Vettori. With the Paul vs Silva match still five days away, ticket sales could still increase and even knock off the UFC 263 event to be the high-grossing combat sporting tournament at Desert Diamond Arena. While Paul has been boxing for quite some time now, this match is his fight for 2022. Originally, the plan was for Paul was slated to face off against Tommy Fury on August 6. However issues getting into the country kept the British boxer out of America’s borders. Paul’s next opponent, Hasim Rahman Jr., eventually canceled their fight after weight issues and requirements kept forcing the fight to be pushed back. Paul was then able to score the match of his career when he announced a bout with Anderson Silva would be taking place in October 2022. Jake Paul and Anderson Silva will face off on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Fans can catch Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva via Showtime on Amazon Prime Video and Hulu.

Jake Paul vows to knock Conor McGregor out – in boxing or MMA – Dexerto
Jake Paul vows to knock Conor McGregor out – in boxing or MMA IG: Jake Paul / Wikimedia CommonsJake Paul and Conor McGregor have once again locked horns on social media, trading barbs in which the YouTuber turned boxer promised to knock the Irish MMA star out in a boxing or cage fighting match. Jake Paul’s rise to boxing stardom has been indisputably impressive. From beating out AnEsonGib and Nate Robinson to outclassing legendary fighters like Anderson Silva, his unbeaten record continues to raise eyebrows. It’s not currently known who Jake will be taking on in his next fight, but recent rumors point to a date in mid-February 2023. While the likes of Tommy Fury seem more probable, there has been long-standing tension with legendary UFC fighter Conor McGregor. On December 22, it reached a head once again. Jake Paul promises to knock Conor McGregor out – in a cage fight After initially poking fun at KSI, McGregor responded to a fan who said he’d be willing to fight in the influencer boxing space. Asking “will there be belts?” McGregor did say he’d be open to that “genre” of boxing. That’s when Jake Paul came in. The American mocked McGregor for his lack of recent title fights, as well as promising to knock him out – in cage fighting or boxing. “You fight for belts?” he said. “Last time you fought for a belt was 4 years ago. Lost 3 of your last 4 fights. I would knock you out in the squared circle with one hand tied behind my back. To be fair, in the cage I would need two hands. But [the] same result.” It would certainly be a departure from his existing time in the pro fighting industry. To this point, Jake has only competed in straight boxing, rather than MMA, cage fighting, or another mixed combat sport. He has hinted at similar things in the past but nothing has materialized – yet. It’s also an outlandish claim from Paul given McGregor’s record in the UFC, still considered one of the best to ever do it despite a late-career decline in results and belts. If there’s one thing we’ve learned about Paul to this point, he doesn’t like to back down from challenges.

Jake Paul versus Anderson Silva boxing match just got a lot more likely – Dexerto
Jake Paul versus Anderson Silva boxing match just got a lot more likely Showtime/Instagram/AndersonsilvaInfluencer turned boxer Jake Paul is rumored to be fighting UFC legend Anderson Silva when he returns to the ring in August and the possible bout just got a big boost in likelihood. Jake Paul has taken the boxing world by storm. With a 5-0 record, ‘The Problem Child’ has KO’d everyone he has fought including former mixed martial artists Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley. Now, a third former UFC star could be next on Jake Paul’s list with the YouTuber even challenging Silva and undefeated boxing icon Floyd Mayweather to fights on the “same night.” While it’s unlikely that Paul faces two opponents, the possibility of a fight against Silva, in particular, could end up happening soon according to California State Athletic Commission executive director Andy Foster. Jake Paul could fight Anderson Silva next During an interview with MMA Hour’s host Ariel Helwani, Andy Foster was asked about sanctioning a fight between Paul and Anderson Silva. “I think so, yeah,” he said. “I mean, Jake can fight. This idea that he can’t fight? He absolutely can fight.” “But Anderson Silva beat Chavez Jr down there and that was close, that’s a real guy. And he beat him in Mexico a while back,” the director added. “He’s in shape, he trains hard. I think that fight’s reasonable. It depends on the fight rules, how many rounds.” (segment begins at 32:38 for mobile users) To that, Helwani suggested an eight-round match to which Foster approved, nodding his head. A fight between Silva and Paul has been a popular idea for quite sometime with even UFC President Dana White urging the influencer to brawl it out against ‘The Spider.’ Whether or not the two actually end up touching gloves remains to be seen, but with Jake Paul promising a return to the ring in August and no shortage of opponents, we won’t have long to wait until we see him fight again.

Jake Paul vows to go to space with Elon Musk for 25th birthday – Dexerto
Jake Paul vows to go to space with Elon Musk for 25th birthday Elon Musk/Instagram/JakePaulInfluencer-turned-boxer Jake Paul celebrated his 25th birthday in style, posting a nude photo with girlfriend Julia Rose, and promising some special highlights for his quarter-life milestone. Jake Paul is one of the most stylish celebrities in the internet era, frequently flaunting his wealth, over-the-top life, and boxing challenges. For his birthday, the 5-0 boxer revealed five goals for his 25th year on this planet. While some seem tame, others would be prosperous if he manages to pull them off. Primarily, he wants to go to space with Elon Musk – something that could break the internet. View this post on Instagram Jake Paul x Elon Musk? In an Instagram post, the younger Paul brother posted a nude picture with girlfriend and explained his goals for his 25th birthday. “Get better every single day & enjoy every moment doing it,” he wrote to begin. Following this, he commented how he wanted to elevate women’s boxing and help kids through his charity, Boxing Bullies. Next, he promised to “expose” UFC President Dana White while fighting for fighters. Jake has been feuding with White for many months now with Paul trying to get the UFC boss to pay his athletes more for competing. Finally, The Problem Child outlined his most insane goal of all: “Go to outer space with Jeff, Richard, or Elon.” Seeing Paul and Elon Musk together in space could be one of the greatest spectacles of the year if it ends up happening, but it’s unclear if he has actually reached out to the SpaceX founder to make it a reality. We’ll have to see what happens as the year rolls on, but 2022 could be one for the ages if things go Jake Paul’s way.

Jake Paul urges Tommy Fury to finally fight him as pair clash on FaceTime – Dexerto
Jake Paul urges Tommy Fury to finally fight him as pair clash on FaceTime YouTube: Jake Paul/VIPBoxingPromotionsJake Paul has teased that he and Tommy Fury might, finally, fight in the boxing ring after the two came face-to-face on a FaceTime call. The rivalry between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury has been brewing for a few years now, with the pair constantly trading shots at each other over social media about their boxing skills, respective love lives, and beyond. They’ve been scheduled to square off inside the ring on two separate occasions, with Tommy prompting the cancelation of both – first due to injury, and the second, which happened in August, due to travel troubles. Fans are still eager to see the pair clash, and while Jake is preparing to fight Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva in October, he is looking forward to what’s next. And it seems as if a fight with Tommy isn’t out of the question yet. Jake Paul urges Tommy Fury to finally make boxing match happen After staying away from each other for a little while, Jake and Tommy came face-to-face on a video call after Amanda Serrano’s fight on September 24. Jake, who had been speaking to Serrano, was a little shocked to see his longtime rival appear on the call, and immediately dished out some trash talk. “Oh no, Tommy! Wait, are you dating Amanda Serrano now?” the YouTuber-turned-boxer said. “Tommy, bro, let’s make the fight happen, buddy, let’s make it happen!” The Brit didn’t say yes or no to that request, but simply offered up a “see you soon” before the call came to an end. As noted, they were scheduled to fight in New York in August but that fell through as Tommy couldn’t travel to the States. Jake has offered to make it happen in the UK before, but he’d want a significant pay increase to make the trip across the Atlantic. Tommy has even offered to let Jake pick where they fight, as he’s eager to make things happen at long last. There are plenty of fighters and personalities that are eager to fight Jake after he takes on Silva, but it remains to be seen as to who’ll square off. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Jake Paul v Ben Askren: YouTuber against UFC star boxing fight announced – Dexerto
Jake Paul v Ben Askren: YouTuber against UFC star boxing fight announced Instagram: benaskrenYouTuber Jake Paul is due to take to the ring for another boxing match later this year, and it will be against none other than former UFC star Ben Askren. Paul has been looking to make a name for himself outside of the content space in recent months, with boxing his path of choice. Brother Logan has also been making waves in combat sports, with a fight scheduled to take place against undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather. Jake most recently took on former NBA star Nate Robinson, which he won in emphatic fashion, and has since been trying to goad a $50,000,000 fight out of Conor McGregor. Now, his next fight looks to be official, with Paul set to take on retired MMA fighter Ben Askren in a professional, eight round boxing match on April 17, 2021. Jake Paul will fight Ben Askren in an eight-round pro boxing match on April 17, per Triller founder Ryan Kavanaugh. The fight will serve as the main event of the next Triller Fight Club card. Location TBD. Done deal. — Ariel Helwani (@arielhelwani) January 26, 2021 As reported by ESPN, this will be organized by Triller Fight Club at an unannounced location. The full card is expected to feature familiar names from the world of boxing both present and past, as well as other social media celebrities and MMA fighters. These announcements are expected in the coming weeks. “I started boxing two years ago and I’m still going to knock his ass out faster than [Jorge] Masvidal,” Paul said. “These MMA guys think because they throw punches they know how to box. After Ben Askren is added to my knockout meme collection, what can anybody say?” It’s official😈. April 17th. @triller Fight Club. pic.twitter.com/eYcaTOJhlt — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) January 26, 2021 Askren was also full of fighting words for Jake, who hasn’t had quite the fighting career he himself has enjoyed yet. “I know Jake Paul is enjoying pretending he is a fighter. I think on April 17 he is going to have a rude awakening to what being a fighter is really like.” Askren added that Paul has had “a privileged life” and “doesn’t really know what the meaning of being a fighter is.” Ben himself is a former Bellator and ONE welterweight champion, a two-time NCAA champion and had a 19-2-0 record in his MMA career. All fighting fans — and Jake Paul fans — now set their sights to April 17 to see whether Paul is really a fighter that can hang with the professionals, or whether he’s all talk.

Jake Paul urges Conor McGregor to “stop drinking” as boxing trash talk continues – Dexerto
Jake Paul urges Conor McGregor to “stop drinking” as boxing trash talk continues Instagram: Conor McGregor/YouTube: FULL SEND PodcastJake Paul has once again taken some jabs at Conor McGregor telling him to stop drinking and focus on getting back into fighting shape as he continues to press for a fight. Since breaking into the fight game, Jake Paul has made no bones about wanting to take on actual athletes and fighters rather than just fellow content creators. After beating former NBA star Nate Robinson, the YouTuber turned boxer has also managed to grab wins against MMA fighter Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley – and he’s set his prizes on bigger fights as well. Jake has routinely called out both Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez and Conor McGregor, getting the fighting icons to soften their stance from dismissing the influencer fight scene as a joke at first. McGregor had been reluctant to engage the Paul brothers at first, but has relented and admitted he’d fight the “dingbats.” McGregor’s return to fighting, and subsequent injury, has only given Jake more ammo to work with as he tries to wrangle a fight with the Irish superstar – going as far as getting a custom ‘Sleepy McGregor’ chain made to commemorate one of his defeats to Dustin Poirier. With Jake fully embracing the fight game and getting involved with a new boxing promoter – MVP – he was asked what advice he’d give McGregor on getting back into fighting shape. “If Conor was my client I would say stop drinking you Irish idiot,” he told Talksport’s Alex McCarthy. “Put the bottle down, put the bottle down and get some Ws! And those fake teeth are ugly as f**k.” Of course, he’s referring to McGregor’s recent social media posts about his injury rehab where he hasn’t been shy in sharing snaps from his parties in Miami. In terms of whether or not the pair will actually square off, Jake believes it “will happen” at some point but he’s supposed to have a rematch with Tyron Woodley before anything else gets put into motion.

Jake Paul urges KSI to retire from everything after calling out “trash” music stats – Dexerto
Jake Paul urges KSI to retire from everything after calling out “trash” music stats Upon making his return to YouTube, Jake Paul immediately called out longtime rival KSI, suggesting he should retire from “everything” he’s doing. Jake Paul and KSI have a longstanding online rivalry that has fans wanting them to settle their score inside the boxing ring. While they haven’t come to blows yet, the pair have constantly traded jabs on social media – with Jake mocking KSI’s music, KSI taking shots at Jake’s videos, and beyond. Even though he’s preparing to fight Tommy Fury in December, the American social media star has made a return to YouTube and it didn’t take long for him to take shots at his longtime rival, suggesting the Brit should just retire from everything. During his return video, Jake answered a wide range of questions, covering everything from the fight with Tommy to him stopping content creation, and more. One question asked for Jake Paul’s opinion on KSI’s former coach Vidal Riley, which gave him the chance to take shots at the British YouTuber. “I think KSI should retire everything he’s doing,” responded Jake, before looking up KSI’s monthly listener stats from Spotify. He insisted that KSI’s 7M monthly listeners is “pretty trash for it to be his main focus” and estimated that it’s only making $360,000 a year. Jake then questioned why there’s so much focus on music when he could make $5M from a single fight. He then came to the conclusion that KSI is just scared to step into the ring with him at this point. Topic begins at 18:25 The rivals have both shown interest in fighting each other numerous times, but Jake did admit that he was “unsure” it would happen. KSI has expressed that there are no intentions to slow down, so retirement is out of the question, but who knows if he’ll have an answer for Jake’s thoughts.

Jake Paul unveils letter he sent Dustin Poirier alongside $100K “Sleepy McGregor” chain – Dexerto
Jake Paul unveils letter he sent Dustin Poirier alongside $100K “Sleepy McGregor” chain Instagram/Jakepaul/DustinpoirierYouTuber-turned-boxing sensation Jake Paul has revealed a personal letter he sent to UFC star Dustin Poirier, along with his custom $100,000 “sleepy” Conor McGregor chain. Jake Paul has been trying to pick a fight with UFC legend Conor McGregor for months now, and with the Irish mixed martial artist avoiding the self-proclaimed Problem Child, Paul has turned up the heat. To celebrate Poirier’s famous and meme-worthy KO of McGregor, Paul purchased a custom $100,000 chain featuring the fighter in his knocked-out position. Jake first unveiled his chain in the build-up to UFC 264, an event marking the third time McGregor and Poirier would duke it out. Poirier would end up earning the win via doctor stoppage in round one after Conor suffered a serious ankle injury. With the feud between the two UFC stars far from over and a possible fourth match in the cards, Jake decided that Dustin deserved the chain more than he did and offered it to the #1 ranked lightweight – which The Diamond was happy to accept. In a tweet on July 15, Paul revealed a letter he personally wrote to Poirier, congratulating him on his triumphant victory. “I love what you are doing with your Good Fight Foundation,” he wrote, referencing the MMA star’s charitable work. “You deserve this chain more than me! Good always beats evil!” Crazy press week but finally got time to get to a FedEx to ship this to Dustin🙏🏼 It’s on the way @DustinPoirier 💎 pic.twitter.com/De4i6aVGQd — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) July 15, 2021 As a PS, Jake asked Dustin to tell his wife that he says hi and that she’s a “badass.” Notably, after the fight with Conor, Jolie Poirier flipped off The Notorious One as he sat defeated in the octagon. It’s quite interesting to see Paul and Poirier in such good spirits, and it may end up paving the way to that long-awaited match between McGregor and Jake down the line. Previously, McGregor has stated he is open to the idea of fighting with Jake or Logan – something he was highly dismissive of in the past. With Paul fighting for UFC champ Tyron Woodley next and Conor recovering from an ankle injury, it’s doubtful that fight will be soon… but if Jake wins his next match, who knows what the future could hold.

Jake Paul urged to fight Tommy Fury when he makes boxing return – Dexerto
Jake Paul urged to fight Tommy Fury when he makes boxing return Instagram: Jake Paul/Tommy FuryJake Paul has been urged to change his mind on not fighting Tommy Fury and take a fight against the Brit once he makes his long-awaited return to the ring. It’s been well documented that Jake Paul and Tommy Fury were supposed to settle their social media beef inside the ring at the end of 2021. Though, it didn’t happen due to injuries sustained by Tommy during his fight camp. Jake, who went on to defeat Tyron Woodley in place of the Brit, has disputed the severity of the injuries that caused the fight to be postponed and stated that he’s got no interest in taking on Tommy anytime soon. The Fury camp – including heavyweight boxing king Tyson Fury – have claimed that Jake vs Tommy is the only fight that makes sense once Jake makes his return to the ring. And, it seems as if the fans agree as well. On March 10, Most Valuable Promotions – Jake’s boxing promoting company – dropped an Instagram post teasing the YouTuber’s return to the ring at some point in the summer. The post asked a simple question: “Who is next for Jake Paul? Tell us who Jake should fight next,” and it didn’t take long for the suggestions to come flooding in. The overwhelming majority of responses stated that Tommy is the fight for Jake should be making. “Tommy Fury is the only fight we want,” stated one fan. “He should fight Tommy Fury on the Fury-Whyte card,” added a couple of others. View this post on Instagram Obviously, not every response was in favor of a fight with Tommy. Many others suggested that Jake and KSI should finally meet in the ring, though plenty of others just urged him to take on a boxer. Jake has stated that he’s aiming to return to the ring between the back half of the summer and September, which gives him plenty of time to figure out an opponent. So, we’ll just have to wait and see.

Jake Paul under fire for victory party after Nate Robinson knockout – Dexerto
Jake Paul under fire for victory party after Nate Robinson knockout Jake Paul YouTubeJake Paul is coming under fire for throwing a massive afterparty upon winning his undercard match against Nate Robinson. Brother Logan Paul, Tana Mongeau and other prominent online personalities were also in attendance. A stay-at-home order for Los Angeles County, where Paul resides, was announced on Nov 27. Health officials put the restrictions into effect Nov 30. Other than church gatherings and protests, the order prohibits public or private gatherings among multiple households. Paul knocked out Robinson in the second round of his undercard match at the Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. Exhibition, after a hyped lead-up to the big day made it a major talking point among viewers. Due to the ongoing health crisis, the online community is now blasting the Paul brothers for staging the large gatherings amid rising cases in the area. https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1333168414173499392 ‘The Problem Child,’ Paul’s name in the ring, has been in L.A. Mayor Alicia Weintraub’s crosshairs before. Back in July, she raised concerns about Paul’s parties, given they attract an “outrageous” amount of people. “I was very upset that somebody would hold such an outrageous gathering in our community,” Weintraub said at the time. “We’re trying to do everything we can to get our numbers down and keep our community safe, and something like this just does the opposite.” The latest videos to come out of the Paul camp mirror similar ones held back in the summer, showing L.A.’s influencers ignoring social-distancing recommendations without many masks in sight. Can we please throw people in jail, and give them a huge fine when they do shit like this? I’m really tired of people, especially famous ones, thinking they can just do stuff like this…This is why we’re in lockdown. — Yamifire (@Yamifell) November 29, 2020 “Can we please throw people in jail, and give them a huge fine when they do s**t like this?” one person wrote in response to the videos. “I’m really tired of people, especially famous ones, thinking they can just do stuff like this…This is why we’re in lockdown.” “The rich in LA (or the entire US) live by a different set of unwritten laws and Jake is just flaunting that,” another said. Paul has yet to comment on the backlash. Since beating Robinson, more footage of big watch parties filled with influencers have been surfacing as Los Angeles braces for another stay-at-home order.

Jake Paul unsure KSI fight will happen but still wants to “pummel” boxing rival – Dexerto
Jake Paul unsure KSI fight will happen but still wants to “pummel” boxing rival Instagram: Jake Paul/YouTube: KSIInternet sensation Jake Paul claims his feud with KSI is over, but he still wants to fight the British YouTuber in a boxing ring at some point. The Paul brothers, Jake and Logan, are pretty controversial to a lot of YouTube viewers and social media users, but the pair have blazed a trail for others to follow. Since taking over YouTube, the pair have ventured into the mainstream once again, mostly through their boxing endeavors, selling out arenas across the United States for fights. The most anticipated of which, outside of another YouTuber vs Celebrity bout, is Jake Paul vs KSI. The pair have gone back and forth for years over a potential fight, especially as KSI owns a win over Logan. While they constantly take shots at each other, fans might be shocked to hear that Jake considers their feud “over.” However, he’s not letting go of the hope of settling their score in the ring. “I think it’s over,” Jake told the Mirror. “I don’t see it happening. However, I will take that fight and do it wherever or whenever and I would love nothing more than to pummel his face into the canvas.” The former Disney channel believes that KSI would be “signing up to lose” if they actually squared off as his skills have way surpassed that of his British counterpart. While KSI hasn’t stepped into the ring since beating Logan back in November of 2019, he has repeatedly said he’s open to fighting again, it’s just about nailing down an opponent. For Jake, he still has to get through Tyron Woodley – a fight that KSI believes he’ll dominate in – before moving on to his next challenge. If it is to be KSI, fans will be salivating at the prospect of them finally squaring off.

Jake Paul under fire for boxing match party after Mike Tyson delay – Dexerto
Jake Paul under fire for boxing match party after Mike Tyson delay YouTube, Instagram: Jake Paul[jwplayer mgzBNoPb]YouTube star Jake Paul came under scrutiny in July for throwing a massive house party amid quarantine — but it doesn’t look like he’s finished living it up in spite of the backlash. Jake Paul became the subject of widespread backlash after breaking quarantine to throw a massive house party with several high-profile influencers at his Team 10 mansion in Calabasas, California. The raucous get-together incited the ire of his neighbors, considering the current global climate, and even earned the anger of Calabasas mayor Alicia Weintraub, who worked with local law enforcement to enact a “zero-tolerance” policy against large gatherings. However, it seems that the threat of law enforcement isn’t enough to dissuade Paul, who has thrown yet another massive party — this time, with a complete boxing match. Footage from the gathering has made the rounds online, showing two opponents throwing down in the ring in the middle of the Team 10 mansion, surrounded on all sides by eager onlookers (many of whom don’t seem to be wearing a mask). Since the footage went viral, Paul has been met with criticism on all sides, with many decrying the YouTuber for throwing yet another party in the middle of a massive health crisis. https://twitter.com/SFTYNetwork/status/1294018982433955840?s=20 Of course, Paul isn’t the only influencer to come under fire for partying; other stars, such as those involved in the Sway House of TikTok fame and even names like Dixie D’Amelio, are likewise catching heat for living it up every night. https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1293910407153725447?s=20 Despite influencers seemingly being above the law, California has mandated that large gatherings are prohibited in LA County — but that doesn’t seem to be stopping these internet famous moguls, and critics are calling for their mobile applications to take a stand. “At this point, the apps that they’re on — whether it be Youtube or TikTok — need to take action,” one user tweeted. “You take away their revenue, I guarantee they’ll stop.” At this point the apps that they’re on whether it be Youtube or TikTok need to take action. You take away their revenue I guarantee they’ll stop — Youtube : It’s Malcolm ?? (@ItsMalcolmYT) August 13, 2020 “Something serious needs to be done,” another wrote. “It makes me furious that after 4 f**king months, they still don’t understand how serious this is. I don’t understand how selfish and careless you have to be to keep doing this stuff that’s is affecting other people.” something serious needs to be done, it makes me furious that after 4 fucking months they still don’t understand how serious this is. I don’t understand how selfish and careless you have to be to keep doing this stuff that’s is affecting other people. — Trinidad (@NamjoonsboyUwU) August 13, 2020 For now, it doesn’t look like Jake Paul, at least, is giving a single care about what other people think — although whether that’s a wise decision in the midst of his FBI investigation remains to be seen. The latest buzz around Jake Paul’s party likewise follows the delay of his upcoming boxing match against former NBA star Nate Robinson on the Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr undercard — though it looks like audience-filled boxing matches aren’t going to happen anytime soon, with the way influencers are bending the rules.

Jake Paul under fire for throwing massive house party amid lockdown Jake Paul, YouTube[jwplayer mgzBNoPb]YouTube star Jake Paul is facing backlash from both his neighbors and online critics after throwing a massive house party at the Team 10 mansion — despite the danger of current global affairs. Jake Paul is a massive name in the online entertainment world, and not always for the most upstanding reasons; best known for his over-the-top vlogs and wild antics therein, Paul has come under fire for those very same antics multiple times in the past. From trashing a $10 million mansion in Colorado for his 21st birthday bash to being caught out in a crowd of Arizona looters during the Black Lives Matter protests, Paul has a storied history of disturbing the peace — and it doesn’t seem that this reputation is leaving him, any time soon. Critics across the net sounded off in outrage after news outlets reported that Paul had thrown a massive party at the Team 10 mansion in Calabasas, California on Saturday, July 11, in spite of social distancing recommendations in light of current world events. According to reports, Paul’s neighbors were “outraged” by the party, calling it “irresponsible and selfish,” and claiming, “It’s businesses and workers who pay the price for this with lockdowns.” Neighbors weren’t the only one upset by Paul’s party, either; other YouTubers also took to the net to vent their concerns, including massive internet personality Tyler Oakley, who had but one thing to say: “F*** you, Jake Paul.” Needless to say, it doesn’t seem like Paul is taking the outrage very seriously, as he retweeted Oakley’s comment in apparent disregard of the state of global affairs. Still other neighbors went online with footage of the insane party, which showed partygoers hanging onto the end of a bulldozer “like a [mechanical] bull.” Several frustrated neighbors contacted me this morning and shared their own videos of the party. Calabasas’ mayor tells me she’s working with the Lost Hills Sheriffs station to ensure a zero tolerance policy on house parties from now on, no more warnings. Full video 10pm @FOXLA pic.twitter.com/PHRdw8TngK — Bill Melugin (@BillFOXLA) July 15, 2020 Several high-profile TikTokers and YouTubers were also in attendance, including the likes of several Sway House members and even Tana Mongeau, who posted their own videos of the party to their respective accounts. Calabasas Mayor Alicia Weintraub claims she is working with the Lost Hill’s law enforcement to enact a future “zero-tolerance” policy on large indoor gatherings in response to Paul’s party. Paul has yet to officially address the backlash, which comes after the YouTuber was charged with criminal trespassing and unlawful assembly in early June. California has entered its second lockdown as of Monday, July 13, with Governor Gavin Newsom ordering another closure of indoor businesses.

Jake Paul under fire again after being spotted at another party with influencers – Dexerto
Jake Paul under fire again after being spotted at another party with influencers Instagram: Jake PaulYouTuber and amateur boxer Jake Paul is facing the wrath of fans after he was spotted attending a party in his home state of Ohio despite the current health crisis. Since beating ex-NBA player Nate Robinson in just two rounds in a boxing match last night, things haven’t slowed down for Jake Paul. As well as becoming embroiled in feuds with Conor McGregor and Dillon Daniels, he’s also gotten on the wrong side of the law, as he was recently sued by a man who accused him of beating him up at his victory afterparty. It seems that now, Paul is on the wrong side of the law once again as he was caught partying in Ohio despite current Health Order currently in place in the state. https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1343219234130653186 In a series of Instagram stories posted by TikTok star Jon Marianek, Paul, who was born in Cleveland, can be seen in an incredibly packed and crowded room along with former Team 10 crewmate Anthony Trujillo. Ohio’s current Health Order, which has been in place since November, prohibits socializing or activities in open congregate areas. The Order also states that masks should be worn at all times. None of the partygoers, who seem to be inside a house, appear to be wearing masks. Fans on Twitter were definitely unimpressed to see Paul once again breaking rules. One Twitter user said: I wish there was a punishment for it. He’s literally spreading a virus, there should be jail time for what he’s doing since he’s just going around freely going to parties and stuff. And doesn’t care this is why we never get better.” Another fan called on YouTube to take action, tagging them in their Tweet and saying: “He’ll never learn but if YouTube demonetizes his content then he may learn some kind of lesson.” Read More: Who is CodeMiko? – A further fan blamed Paul for the continuation of the health crisis, saying: “You know, I was hoping that I would have a graduation this year but looks like that’s not happening because of people like him.” Paul has not yet responded to this backlash, but based on how much online vitriol he receives on a regular basis, it might just be another day in the office for him.

Jake Paul under fire for announcing “fight” with Vladimir Putin – Dexerto
Jake Paul under fire for announcing “fight” with Vladimir Putin Jake Paul, InstagramYouTube boxing star Jake Paul has posted a mock fight poster joking that Russian President Vladimir Putin is his next opponent, sparking some instant backlash on Twitter and Instagram. The ‘Problem Child’ has previously competed in the boxing ring against former UFC Welterweight champion Tyron Woodley, locked horns with Ben Askren, and still enjoys an undefeated record in the sport. Following the invasion of Ukraine by Russia’s military forces, as reported by the BBC, Jake Paul has joked that Putin is next on his hit list by creating a fake fight poster, claiming that tickets will be on sale “next week”. Paul first commented on the conflict, showing solidarity with Ukraine, on February 24. He said: “My thoughts are with the people of Ukraine and Russia who are both going to suffer greatly from all of this mayhem.” Jake Paul posts about Vladimir Putin “fight” With no boxing matches marked on the calendar for 2022 so far, the YouTube boxing star has been linked with multiple opponents, including former UFC champ Conor McGregor. Many of Jake’s followers might have been surprised to see a new fight poster appear on his social media accounts on March 3, but it obviously was not genuine. The 25-year-old said: “Big news. Tickets on sale next week. #PaulPutin brought to you by TimJDillion promotions.” The post came just days after stand-up comic Tim Dillon joked about a fight between the two. Big news. Tickets on sale next week. #PaulPutin brought to you by @TimJDillon promotions. pic.twitter.com/O45FjVRxd8 — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) March 3, 2022 Logan Paul responds In the replies, his big brother Logan Paul also played along. Logan said: “He needs to be putin his place,” and followed up with: “He gonna be russian to the hospital after this.” Twitter & Instagram reactions After a bruising week of Russian attacks on the Ukrainian people, the poster has divided fans. Some found the funnier side of the meme, though many were left disappointed by the wisecrack. The post racked up nearly 5,000 likes during the first hour of it being sent out on Twitter, and a further 300,000 likes on Instagram. One reply on Instagram, with over 600 likes, said: “Too soon bro.” Another reads: “Bro fix your comments,” condemning those who laughed along. “Literally making fun of a World War? So mature” and “clout chasing at its finest” were also among the replies. With this being an obvious prank, only time will tell who his next real boxing opponent will be.

Jake Paul under fire after videos allegedly show him looting – Dexerto
Jake Paul under fire after videos allegedly show him looting IG: JakePaulYouTube star Jake Paul has come under fire after appearing to be involved in the riots and looting that are sweeping across the United States. The death of George Floyd, an unarmed black man who died after a police officer knelt on his neck, has sent shockwaves through America and led to widespread protests, some of which have developed into looting and riots. The developments have caused many US cities to implement curfews in efforts to curb the riots. On May 31, YouTube star Jake Paul appeared to be filmed taking part in some of the looting, leading to widespread condemnation. Update, May 31, 3:30pm EST: Jake Paul has now issued a statement responding to the allegations, in which he denies taking part in any looting or rioting. One tweet shows Jake Paul present in Fashion Square in Scottsdale, Arizona, as fireworks are being set off by protesters. Fashion Square is now totally closed as protests continue. “Some people were saying Jake Paul didn’t stay,” the tweet’s caption reads, “or wasn’t doing anything wrong but here he is very clearly at Fashion Square lighting fireworks with friends. All of this for content.” https://twitter.com/SUGARClNEMA/status/1267017359254081537?s=20 YouTuber Adam22 also spoke out about the videos spreading of Jake, calling the footage “pretty ridiculous.” https://t.co/eEPdflGLKW I don’t actually know that he was “looting” per say but this footage is pretty ridiculous — adam22 (@adam22) May 31, 2020 Another tweet appears to show protesters throwing objects at a building, with Jake Paul stood nearby. The caption criticizes Paul for being present while he is incredibly wealthy: “He’s a millionaire looting while people are outside protesting, getting shot with rubber bullets, teargas, beat by cops.” It’s not entirely clear what Paul was doing at the riots, whether he was actually taking part, or was seeking to document the events for upcoming YouTube videos. https://twitter.com/SUGARClNEMA/status/1267002742427586560 Regardless, a host of internet users were critical of Paul’s presence, stating that someone with his platform should not be present at all, and accusing him of trying to exploit the disturbances for his own gain. “Jake Paul films himself looting during protests of the murder of an innocent black man,” one user said. “The Pauls are the embodiment of white privilege. Profiting off of others suffering and getting away with it.” Another commented that: “Jake Paul has a 19 million dollar net worth and a giant platform consisting of mainly kids, and he’s out here looting whilst others get teargassed and beat? F**k off he really isn’t sh*t”. It remains unclear whether Paul was just a bystander or was actively taking part in the disturbances, but his presence alone has been enough for many to criticize the 23-year-old.

Jake Paul unbanned from Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul after hat brawl – Dexerto
Jake Paul unbanned from Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul after hat brawl via The Sportsman / Jake Paul InstagramThe exhibition bout between Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather heated up to such a point that YouTuber Jake Paul was reportedly banned from the fight. Just over a week later, though, the younger Paul brother has been cleared to go to the event, creating another layer of stories for the hyped match. Previously, Jake attended the May 6 press conference for Mayweather v Paul and stole headlines shortly after the event finished when he swiped the 50-0 boxing legend’s hat from his head. Admittedly, Jake wasn’t aware of how mad Mayweather would get at the stunt. A brawl broke out between Jake and Mayweather’s team over the incident, and it was later revealed that the YouTuber was banned from the upcoming boxing match. “They’re not letting you into the fight,” Logan said later in the day after the fight broke out. “You’re literally banned from the Hardrock Stadium on January 6.” Timestamp at 3:40 for mobile viewers But CEO of Mayweather Promotions, Leonard Ellerbe, said on May 18 any restriction that might have been on Jake attending the fight is no more, and he is free to attend. After being asked point blank if Jake Paul is banned from the fight, Ellerbe directly said that he wasn’t barred from attending. Jake and Logan have been training together and doing appearances with each other throughout their boxing careers. It would have been surprising not to see Jake in Logan’s corner at the event. Since the Paul brothers will presumably be at the fight together, it could give the night another layer of dramatics to watch out for. Logan reportedly bumped up the security after Jake’s brawl with Mayweather after the boxing champ said “I’ll kill you” to the younger brother. In the same interview, Ellerbe said mentioned that “there’s a price that you got to pay for when you do dumb sh*t,” in regard to Jake’s antics. Whether the beef between Jake and Mayweather materializes into anything else, or them two ending up in a ring together, remains to be seen. But come June 6, when Logan and Mayweather step onto the stage, both Paul brothers could be in attendance at the Hard Rock Stadium.

Be it on social media or inside the boxing ring, Jake Paul has become a lightning rod for controversy. No matter where he goes or what he does, somebody will try to pick holes in it, though he has started to prove people wrong with boxing gloves on. After winning decisively against Nate Robinson and Ben Askren, the YouTuber faced his toughest test to date in the form of former UFC Champion Tyron Woodley. Jake managed to pick up a split decision victory after slugging it out with T-Wood, but there are some viewers who believe that something might be amiss. Accusations have started to appear As these highly viewed events pour in the revenue, some viewers aren’t too sure about the validity of the fight. The boxing community has seen accusations of rigging appear countless times and, just like with the Ben Askren bout, Paul is under the magnifying glass again. Read More: Who will Jake Paul fight next? – Many social media users have pointed to Woodley’s approach in the fight as being unusual. Despite managing to rock Paul’s world with a mean right hook in the fourth round, Woodley didn’t push for the knockout. “Hella times Tyron Woodley would hit Jake Paul with a shot and had no follow up, it’s almost like he’ll hit him and wait for him to recover like “aye u good??” posted DJ Akademiks. “Jake was throwing scared punches and he just looked sloppy. No reason for Woodley not to win that fight, he was just too passive” said one disappointed fan on Woodley’s performance. I understand why ppl saying rigged.. hella times Tyron Woodley would hit Jake Paul wit a shot and had no follow up it’s almost like he’ll hit him and wait for him to recover like “aye u good??” — DJ Akademiks (@Akademiks) August 30, 2021 Other onlookers questioned the judges too. “They had 2 Ohio judges and 1 PA (Pennsylvania) judge. The 2 Ohio judges chose Jake and the pa judge chose Woodley,” said one. “Jake Paul was always gonna win by decision, judges know where the money is,” added another. Countless other social media users poked fun about the standard of judging but many others ultimately suggested that Paul deserved the win – if only by a smaller margin. Jake Paul shouldn’t have won against Woodley. That’s taking money out of my pocket to give all boxers the biggest payday of their lives.” Both fighters have yet to respond to the accusations.

Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley face off: “You’re about to get beat up by a Disney kid” – Dexerto
Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley face off: “You’re about to get beat up by a Disney kid” Jake Paul YouTubeJake Paul and Tyron Woodley came face-to-face ahead of their August 28 boxing match, and plenty of tension was on display to hype up the future bout. The celebrity boxing trend has exploded to create spectacles that include some of the biggest names in boxing like Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul to whole platforms against each other like the YouTube vs TikTok event. Jake Paul, an early and adamant adopter of the combat sport, has his next match set against former UFC champ Tyron Woodley – and the two are itching to get into the ring on August 28. The faceoff between the two started off slow but quickly got personal as they stacked accolades, with Jake raising the stakes in the heat of the moment. Woodley is coming into the bout as the heavy favorite. While Jake only has three fights, and wins, under his belt, Woodley isn’t impressed with anything that the younger Paul brother has done in the ring. “You don’t know about them boxing gloves,” Jake belted, hinting that it could be an even affair with MMA star Woodley having to lace-up his hands. “What do you know about them?” Woodley retorted. “You fought three times in your life, I’ve been fighting since I was [young.]” Jake was confident in his abilities, however. Woodley pointed out the YouTuber’s Gucci x Disney bag, taking shots at his on-camera come-up. Granted, Woodley has the more impressive wins to his name from his MMA career, but that didn’t deter Jake’s endless supply of confidence. “You’re about to get beat up by a Disney kid,” Paul said. “It’s gonna be pretty embarrassing for you.” Woodley joked that he wants Showtime to add a “No bitch out” clause for Jake, hinting that the 24-year-old boxing upstart would back out. Meanwhile Jake raised the stakes: he told Woodley if he wins Jake will double his purse, but if he loses, he has to donate his purse to the charity of Jake’s choice. The two instead settled on simply exchanging insults shortly after. Needless to say, both fighters are raring to go ahead of their August 28 match.

Woodley, who thought he won the fight, will be even unhappier, and a potential rematch is certainly on the cards. ROUND 8 over and it’s GOING TO THE JUDGES. Tyron once again didn’t do much in the last round, very bizarre behaviour. You should be expecting a Jake Paul victory from the judges, but anything can happen. However, he got the job done via unanimous decision and believes he did enough to warrant becoming Jake Paul’s next opponent. Jake Paul trolls UFC champ Kamaru Usman after “locked room” fight challenge – Dexerto
Jake Paul trolls UFC champ Kamaru Usman after “locked room” fight challenge Instagram/Jakepaul/usman84kgInfluencer Jake Paul and UFC Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman got into a heated war of words over boxing with the YouTuber eventually being challenged to fight in a locked room. Jake Paul has lived up to his nickname ‘The Problem Child’ ever since he broke into the boxing scene. The undefeated up-and-comer has KO’d everyone he has fought and is no stranger to calling out seemingly anyone and everyone. In a social media kerfuffle on May 2, Paul responded to Usman making some disparaging comments towards boxing, claiming “lowlives” destroyed the sport. Stepping in to defend the combat sport like a white knight wearing boxing gloves, Jake Paul immediately called out Usman, sparking a back and forth between the two that got a tad ugly. Our fans know who the best is because “The best fight The best” not run & hide and fight nobody’s with those plastic belts & call themselves “super champion”. Keep quiet next time & if you need lessons on how to save that dying sport let me know I’ve got Dana on speed dial👊🏿 — KAMARU USMAN (@USMAN84kg) April 28, 2022 Jake Paul and Kamaru Usman spark social media brouhaha In a quote-tweet, Paul accused the UFC star of being a hypocrite, bringing up how he wants to box Canelo despite his complaints about the sport. “You’re really good at this internet tough guy sh*t, I give you that,” Usman struck back before asking the influencer a couple of questions. “You and me locked in a room, who makes it out alive? That didn’t stop Paul from firing right back, however, in typical Problem Child fashion. “Me and you locked in a room together…sounds like a good time to me,” he trolled with a winky face. “I’ll bring the fuzzy handcuffs.” me and you locked in a room together… sounds like a good time to me 😉 I’ll bring the fuzzy handcuffs https://t.co/5dsB7YWqqz pic.twitter.com/aB0UDHs754 — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) May 3, 2022 Paul also added a photoshopped image of Jose Caceres choking out Usman, mocking the mixed martial artist. So far, Usman hasn’t responded to Paul’s last remark, but it’s clear that there’s no love lost between the two. With Jake still looking for an opponent for his return to the ring in August, one might wonder if Kamaru would be willing to settle things there instead of on social media.

Jake Paul turned down KSI fight after ‘agreeing’ to everything – Dexerto
Jake Paul turned down KSI fight after ‘agreeing’ to everything KSI / Jake PaulJake Paul apparently turned down the chance to fight KSI after the pair agreed on pretty much everything, with Jake deciding to fight Nate Diaz instead. Since the influencer boxing scene was brought to life, KSI and Jake Paul have been at the forefront of things. KSI was involved in the first YouTube boxing fight – taking on Joe Weller – before Jake joined him on the card that saw KSI and Logan Paul clash for the first time. A fight between the two YouTube stars has been discussed ever since they defeated each other’s brothers, but it has yet to happen. However, there has been plenty of talk – both in public and in private. They had previously agreed to a ‘winner takes all’ fight at Wembley before Jake took on – and lost to – Tommy Fury. Yet, it appears they also had things lined up for a fight after that until Jake decided to take it off the table. Jake Paul rejected KSI fight after agreeing & chose Nate Diaz instead That’s according to KSI’s manager, Mams Taylor, who revealed that the pair had everything in place to fight after Jake’s loss to Tommy before he changed his mind late in the day. “Jake said no, I don’t want to do this fight,” Taylor said in his interview with True Geordie on October 8. “His excuse was I want to redeem my loss by fighting a bigger name, which, let’s face it, as big a name as Nate is, he’s not as tough a challenge as JJ would be.” Taylor also revealed that the fight was set to take place on December 3 in Cardiff at the Principality Stadium. Things like the weight and undercard had also been put in place, with Jake’s side wanting Amanda Serrano to be in the co-main event. Timestamp of 1:09:48 The Misfits boss added that he ‘hoped’ the fight could still happen in the future, but noted it might be tough given how much has changed previously. It is certainly a fight that a lot of fans are eager to see, though many have given up hopes of seeing them clash in the ring. So, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens after KSI fights Tommy Fury.

Jake Paul trolls Tommy Fury by claiming he’s going to fight other opponents – Dexerto
Jake Paul trolls Tommy Fury by claiming he’s going to fight other opponents Showtime Boxing/Tommy FuryJake Paul has trolled Tommy Fury, claiming the undefeated fighter “doesn’t cut it” for his next fight, and that he’d rather face off against a slate of other stars lining up to meet him in the ring. A potential bout between Tommy Fury and Jake Paul was reported back on October 20. While neither camp has actually confirmed it’s happening, that hasn’t stopped Paul from throwing shade already. On October 24 the younger Paul brother claimed that Fury, who has a 7-0 undefeated record, wouldn’t “cut it” for his next fight. Not only that, he went on to name two opponents that, according to Paul’s hashtag, would be a serious downgrade in status. Jake Paul trolls Tommy Fury “7-0 Fury doesn’t cut it for my 5th fight,” Paul tweeted. “I’m fighting either Hector Lopez or Javier Martinez next!!” If you haven’t heard of Hector Lopez or Javier Martinez, that’s alright. All you need to know is that neither have very stellar records in the ring when compared to Fury. Paul said, “Hector was “Tanks” 8th opponent, came in 0-0 and retired 0-1. Hector was an MMAer who was 2-0,” Jake explained. “Javier was Canelo’s 10th opponent, entered the fight 0-0 and retired at 0-1.” Paul saying he’d rather fight two much less accomplished fighters is an obvious dig at Fury, and on par with the smack talk we’ve seen from the social media star turned boxer before. 7-0 Fury doesn’t cut it for my 5th fight I’m fighting either Hector Lopez or Javier Martinez next!! Hector was “Tanks” 8th opponent, came in 0-0 and retired 0-1. Hector was an MMAer who was 2-0 Javier was Canelos 10th opponent, entered the fight 0-0 and retired at 0-1#Clowns — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) October 24, 2021 Will Jake Paul fight Tommy Fury? For now, whether or not Fury and Paul will face off in the ring remains to be seen. Officially, neither fighter has revealed it’s actually happening, but some people in the fighting community are already acting like it’s a sure thing. If a fight is confirmed between the two though, you can bet this will only be the start of the trash-talking from Jake Paul leading up to the match.

Jake Paul trolls Tyron Woodley for getting embarrassing tattoo to ink boxing rematch – Dexerto
Jake Paul trolls Tyron Woodley for getting embarrassing tattoo to ink boxing rematch YouTube/JakePaul/Instagram/TyronWoodleyYouTuber turned boxing star Jake Paul posted a video response to former rival Tyron Woodley finally fulfilling his end of an embarrassing tattoo bet in hopes of securing a boxing rematch. Former UFC champion Tyron Woodley lost to Jake Paul via split-decision back in August and has been trying to secure a rematch with the YouTuber ever since. Originally, the two made a bet where the loser would need to get a tattoo of the winner’s choosing. Almost right after their fight and Paul had been declared the victor, the bet evolved to Tyron needing to get the tattoo for a rematch to happen. After weeks of waiting and Woodley demanding Paul “send the contract” before he would be inked, the MMA veteran broke down and decided to get “I love Jake Paul” tattooed on his finger. Jake Paul responds to Woodley’s tattoo “No way did a grown-ass man just get a tattoo that says ‘I love Jake Paul!’” the YouTuber grinned in his response video. “This is my official response to Tyron Woodley getting the tattoo.” Rather than simply accept the rematch, as Woodley was likely hoping, instead, Paul pulled a folded-up piece of paper out of his mouth. He then unfolded it, and held it up for the camera, revealing it to say “I love you too” with a big purple heart. “Can I grab those cheeks now, papi?” he rhetorically asked as the video ended. View this post on Instagram It seems increasingly unlikely that Paul and Woodley will go for round 2, especially now that the upcoming boxer is trying to secure fights with Tommy Fury, Anderson Silva and Jorge Masvidal. Still, as Woodley has been proclaiming on Instagram, a deal is a deal, so if Paul refuses to sign the rematch, expect Tyron to get rid of the tattoo as soon as possible.

Jake Paul trolls Ben Askren’s coach with prank call pretending to be ESPN – Dexerto
Jake Paul trolls Ben Askren’s coach with prank call pretending to be ESPN Instagram: benaskren / jakepaulYouTuber Jake Paul has continued his training tradition by prank-calling upcoming opponent Ben Askren’s coach, pretending to be someone from ESPN requesting an interview. Jake Paul has had his attention almost entirely on his boxing career as of late, getting into drama with various fighters and trying to set up fights with huge names for even bigger amounts of money. The YouTube star is set to fight pro-MMA fighter Ben Askren on April 17, and fans are waiting in anticipation for the fight, torn over who has the better chance at winning. Askren even posted screenshots of DMs between him and the younger Paul brother, that showed a fierce exchanging of insults between them ahead of the upcoming fight. Jake definitely isn’t someone to shy away from making the build-up to his fights as drama-filled as possible, and for this training camp he decided to continue his tradition of prank calling his opponent’s coach. He previously did this with Nate Robinson’s coach prior to their fight in November, so Jake was excited to recreate the prank with his new opponent. Jake Paul pranks Ben Askren’s coach After getting Ben Askren’s coach K9 Bundrage’s number from boxer J’Leon, Jake had friend Dcut make the call. He pretended to be a reporter from sports outlet ESPN, saying they were “reaching out to both camps to see how Ben’s looking.” K9 revealed that Ben is, “looking very good,” and that he’s “actually better than I actually thought he was gonna be. ” He also went onto say that he’s “very happy to be working with him” and that he “thanks him for the opportunity.” Topic starts at 7:59 However, the call took another turn when Dcut said, “one more question. What do you think it’s gonna taste like when Jake Paul knocks Ben the f**k out, and he sh*ts on him?” Askren’s coach seemed taken aback by the sudden change in topic, saying, “you’re such a hater, you’re such a hater. And the joke’s on you homie.” Jake finished the call with one final comment, before the trio hung up, looking thrilled thanks to their bizarre prank. Fans will be waiting to see if Jake has any more tricks up his sleeve before the fight in April, but fans seem to be enjoying the YouTuber’s content in the lead-up to the event.

Jake Paul trolls Conor McGregor again with MMA training video – Dexerto
Jake Paul trolls Conor McGregor again with MMA training video Instagram: Jake Paul/Conor McGregorJake Paul has hit back at Conor McGregor’s “jackass” dig on Twitter, revealing that he’s “training MMA” once again as their feud continues to heat up. While Jake Paul has made waves in the boxing world, he hasn’t been afraid of throwing virtual jabs at many of those who are in the world of MMA, with his big target being Conor McGregor. The social media star and Irish fighting icon have gone back and forth on a few occasions, with Jake regularly using McGregor’s defeats inside the Octagon as a way to taunt him and throw out fight offers. With Jake teasing that he may make the switch from boxing to MMA, fans are eager to see him and McGregor actually square off, and while that’s unlikely to happen anytime soon, it isn’t stopping the beef. After McGregor posted a training video of himself working on his boxing skills, Jake was quick to jump in and say that he was less than impressed by what he’d seen. Of course, the Notorious one didn’t let it lie, firing back with a video of him simply laughing and calling the YouTuber a “jackass” for what he’d posted. Though, that gave Jake a bit of fuel. On March 12, the YouTuber-turned-boxer went after McGregor again with a training montage of his own. While I’m training MMA, TheNotoriousMMA is drinking Jack Daniels in Dubai putting up sloppy boxing videos. Jackass,” he said while hilariously using the ‘jackass’ sound from McGregor’s video in his own clips. After asking for suggestions about who he should take on, the replies naturally filled up with responses for McGregor, as well as Khabib and Ben Askren. Though, with Dana White stating he’s very much over their beef, it seems unlikely that they’ll get a deal done.

Jake Paul & Tommy Fury set to fight in February after being called out by John Fury – Dexerto
Jake Paul & Tommy Fury set to fight in February after being called out by John Fury Jake Paul and Tommy Fury have arranged to fight in February, after John Fury claims Paul’s manager verbally agreed to the bout after a ringside clash. Despite failed attempts of getting the two in the ring together, we may finally see Jake Paul face off against Tommy Fury next year. The two were first linked to fight all the way back in December 2021, where Fury was forced to pull out of the arranged bout due to a broken rib injury. Once more, the Love Island star was expected to be finally facing Paul at the Madison Square Garden in August, which ultimately fell through after Fury’s camp struggled to enter the United States. John Fury guarantees Jake vs Tommy bout During a post-fight press conference, and after a ringside clash with Jake Paul after Tommy’s exhibition against Rolly Lambert, John Fury claimed that a bout between Jake and Tommy is planned for February. According to John, The Problem Child’s manager agreed that the two would finally be stepping in the ring, with the two sides verbally agreeing and shaking on it. “I have looked him down, backed him up into a corner, and check-mated him. He has agreed to a February bout,” said John claimed. “He shook my hand and he gave me his word of honor, his manager. It’s happening in February. I said ‘listen if you renege or back out you’ll never live it down in your life’ and you can’t break a man’s handshake. “Contracts mean nothing to me, but a handshake does. My word you can build a tower block on it. He’s given me his word, his manager, we fight in February.” Anticipation for a bout between the two is certainly high, especially after the ringside clash between Fury’s camp and Jake Paul. Despite going the length for six rounds in a mundane exhibition against Rolly Lambert, both John and Tommy were up for more, and called for Jake to step in the ring. Though nothing came of it, fans are definitely excited to see the two finally meet in the ring. But, given previous fights falling through, there will be some skepticism about this one actually going ahead.
