  • Jake Paul declares war on Logan Paul for the most meme-worthy reason – Dexerto

Jake Paul declares war on Logan Paul for the most meme-worthy reason Vanity Fair / Logan Paul, YouTubePopular YouTuber Jake Paul has declared open war on his older brother, Logan Paul, due to a year-old diss track with over 211 million views. Jake claimed that he was tired of Logan’s video, ‘The Fall of Jake Paul,’ which was created in 2017 and meant as a diss track toward Jake. As of December 19, the track has over 211 million views – so Jake devised a plan to get rid of the video once and for all. Jake broke into Logan’s house with the help of his best friend Anthony (and cameraman Ari) in a ploy to delete the video from a computer logged into Logan’s channel. Under cover of darkness, the trio climbed over the roof of the house and snuck in through an upstairs door, piling onto the ‘imPaulsive’ podcast set to infiltrate Logan’s laptop. Of course, simply deleting the video wasn’t enough; Jake turned on upload notifications for his own channel as a practical joke before heading back out into the living room as if nothing had happened. Read More: Deji lashes out at KSI’s new track, ‘Beerus’ – Logan eventually caught onto Jake’s plot and chased them out of his home -without ever learning the actual reason for Jake’s visit. However, it doesn’t look as though Jake actually deleted the video from Logan’s channel, as the video is still available to view as of December 19, sporting the same view count. Both Logan and Jake have yet to speak out on the prank via social media, leaving fans to wait with bated breath for the next act of war between the brothers.

  • Jake Paul criminally charged following looting video in Arizona – Dexerto

Jake Paul criminally charged following looting video in Arizona Instagram – Jake PaulStar YouTuber Jake Paul has been charged with criminal trespassing and unlawful assembly following a video in which he accompanies looters and rioters in Arizona. On May 30, Paul and his friends attended peaceful protests in Scottsdale, Arizona before eventually following people into the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall—where huge crowds stole merchandise and vandalized shops. Although Paul’s camp has been adamant that they took no part in the looting or rioting, they still did participate in the trespassing. Unsurprisingly, Paul’s team filmed everything as “an effort to share our experience and bring more attention to the anger felt in every neighborhood we traveled through,” as he explained on Twitter. #BREAKING: YouTuber Jake Paul has been charged with criminal trespassing and unlawful assembly after video shows him alongside looters in Scottsdale. STORY: https://t.co/L5gwQ4sQcA #abc15 pic.twitter.com/5hlCK1dznU — ABC15 Arizona (@abc15) June 4, 2020 While hoping for great content, the influencer has now been charged with the aforementioned two misdemeanors, criminal trespassing, and unlawful assembly, since he was easily identified as one of the many still in the mall past its closing time. In an explanation tweet, he clarified that while primarily there for the peaceful protest and then interests in documenting, he does “not condone violence, looting, or breaking the law.” It’s unclear whether that semblance of morality will stack up in a court of law, but it does go against conflicting rumors that he did in fact partake in the looting. https://twitter.com/JoshPescatore/status/1267124943063572480?s=20 Given videos circulating in which Paul was seen obtaining a bottle of vodka from someone who snuck into a PF Chang’s, the controversial YouTuber has continued to have his motives questioned. Many have discredited him for turning a nationwide movement into personal content and for simply going along for the looting ride without caring about the root of its energy. Those critiques are understandable given the Pauls’ history, but hard to verify. For his own part, Jake has responded to the charges levied against him in the correct way: accepting them and wanting to move past them so that they do not distract from the real issues at hand. gimme my charges and let’s put the focus back on George Floyd and Black Lives Matter https://t.co/nwBZmsxFFz — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) June 4, 2020 Perhaps due to community pressure, perhaps due to personal growth, Paul has thus far not turned these charges into easy vlog content about his martyrdom in an exploration of his day trespassing and subsequent criminal litigation. Since the looting incident, his tweets have been centered around amplifying attention for the Black Lives Matter movement and he has been seen attending protests as well as raising money for charity. He can handle the misdemeanor charges and social media backlash, hopefully he’ll continue using his platform for good once both blow over.

  • Jake Paul & David Dobrik roasted in ‘Garbage Pail Kids’ inspired cards from MSCHF – Dexerto

Jake Paul & David Dobrik roasted in ‘Garbage Pail Kids’ inspired cards from MSCHF Reddit: Exotic-Rain-1876 / Instagram: jakepaulInfluencers like David Dobrik and Jake Paul have been roasted in ‘Garbage Pail Kids’ inspired cards from art collective MSCHF, and they’re garnering a lot of attention online. The past year has seen countless influencers get into drama or face controversies online as a result of their actions or behavior. These creators have been widely ridiculed online, and although for some of them many months have passed since their drama, many fans still have not forgotten. Now, art collective MSCHF has taken the criticism of certain influencers to the next level by parodying them in a number of hilarious ‘Garbage Pail Kids’ inspired trading cards. ‘Garbage Pail Kids’ was originally a series of trading cards released in 1985, that parodied the Cabbage Patch Kids dolls. An image of the influencer-inspired cards emerged on the H3H3 subreddit on September 23, and features detailed cartoon recreations of ‘Trasha Paytas,’ ‘Jerk Paul,’ ‘David Dumbrik,’ and ‘Jackass James,’ (referring to James Charles.) The cards include identifying features of each influencer’s respective controversy or career. In David Dobrik’s card, he’s sitting on a crane that’s rolling over a body, which appears to be in reference to Jeff Wittek’s accident which happened after Dobrik swung him around on an excavator. To reflect his boxing career, Jake Paul is wearing his belt and gloves, but is surrounded by flies. The cards come as part of MSCHF’s second edition Boosted Packs collection, but unfortunately for fans looking to get their hands on some, they have already sold out. You are able to enter your phone number in order to get on the priority list for the third edition. This isn’t the first time MSCHF has caused a stir with their drops. They partnered with rapper Lil Nas X on his controversial ‘Satan Shoes’ which contained actual human blood.

  • Jake Paul could get boxing world title shot if he beats Tommy Fury – Dexerto

Jake Paul could get boxing world title shot if he beats Tommy Fury Instagram/JakePaulJake Paul promised the world that he would eventually fight for a boxing title – and a win over Tommy Fury would set him on the path to making good on his word. Jake Paul’s boxing career has jumped off to an impressive start. The YouTuber is currently undefeated at 6-0, with victories over Tyron Woodley and MMA legend Anderson Silva marking the high points of his win streak, so far. A canceled bout against Hasim Rahman Jr. would have been yet another boost to his status, but now a long-awaited date with Fury is the next obstacle in his path. Many have doubted the quality of both Paul and Fury, but according to the World Boxing Council, this could be The Problem Child’s first step towards realizing his dream. Jake Paul will make progress toward WBC title shot if he defeats Tommy Fury In a February 15 statement, the WBC announced that Jake Paul will receive a ranking if he defeats Fury. “If Jake Paul wins vs Tommy Fury, the WBC will rank him in the cruiserweight division,” WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman said. “Jake Paul has been close to the WBC for several years. The WBC will not tolerate discrimination against anyone, he deserves the opportunities that any other boxer has.” Earning a ranking isn’t enough on its own, but it does open the door to landing bigger fights and climbing the ladder toward a Championship bout. The Cruiserweight belt is already being defended on the undercard of Paul v. Fury, putting what was once a highly-criticized dream within arm’s reach for the high-profile fighter. The WBC had previously revealed that they were open to giving Paul a ranking when he was ready, but this is the first time that a condition for the rank has been given. While there’s no way to know if he’ll stun the community once again, his six victories have made quite the case for the young man. Two fights and two wins – including a KO – over Tyron Woodley was a hot start, as well as a unanimous decision victory over Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva that has satisfied the WBC’s curiosity. All Jake Paul has to do now is keep the pedal down if he wants to see his self-created prophecy realized.

  • Jake Paul crashes Floyd Mayweather’s Clubhouse talk with “Gotcha stage” prank – Dexerto

Jake Paul crashes Floyd Mayweather’s Clubhouse talk with “Gotcha stage” prank Instagram: floydmayweather/jakepaulAhead of the highly anticipated boxing match between Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather, Logan’s brother Jake has continued his beef with the boxing legend by pranking him mid-Clubhouse conference. Jake’s feud with Mayweather started at the Logan vs Floyd press conference earlier in May, where he grabbed the 50-0 boxer’s hat off of his head and repeatedly mocked him saying “Gotcha Hat!” The YouTube star even got the phrase tattooed on his leg that night and launched a merch line with the phrase on it, truly capitalizing on the scuffle that made international headlines. Now, not content with leaving it there, Jake has decided to go at Floyd again, pranking him during a Clubhouse talk. Clubhouse is an app where people can host what are essentially conferences or live chats with fans or like-minded people and it is something Mayweather has frequently utilized over recent months. Seeing his opportunity, Jake decided to join the talk which Floyd was hosting and be given speaker status, allowing him to convey his thoughts. Obviously, with not much time before Mayweather would react, Jake had to get his message out quickly. “Hey Floyd… Gotcha stage,” he repeated. “Hey, get off Clubhouse, my brother’s going to beat your a*s!” Is Jake Paul’s banter getting better or worse when it comes to winding up Floyd Mayweather? pic.twitter.com/xgZe16HHxr — Dexerto (@Dexerto) May 27, 2021 Floyd himself didn’t really give much of a reaction and clearly didn’t care for the distraction, simply saying “Okay, that’s cool” before moving Jake back to the audience and getting on with his talk. Jake clearly found the little prank hysterical, delighted at what had happened, but many of the responses don’t seem quite so impressed, saying that he’s “acting like a child” or simply not finding it funny. Regardless of where you stand, Jake is clearly doing everything he can to make this Logan vs Floyd fight even bigger, and it might actually be working.

  • Jake Paul could be recruited to MMA fights by Wiz Khalifa – Dexerto

Jake Paul could be recruited to MMA fights by Wiz Khalifa YouTube: Jake Paul/Flickr: ComeUpShowJake Paul has been flirting with the idea of moving into MMA, and while he might not be involved with the UFC, rapper Wiz Khalifa could be used to get him into the PFL. Over the last few years, Jake Paul has continued to make waves in the fight game as he’s been lining up and knocking out opponents inside the squared circle of boxing. While the YouTuber’s focus might currently be on the sweet science, he has been linked with a move into the world of Mixed Martial Arts. He’s been in constant beef with UFC president Dana White, and has regularly called out Irish superstar Conor McGregor for a bout. Jake has been adamant about racking up a 10-0 boxing record before moving on to something else, but if he decides to make the switch, he is hardly going to be short of offers from MMA organizations. The latest to throw their hat into the ring is PFL – the Professional Fighters League – which is a relatively new promotion compared to it’s rivals but has big broadcast deals with ESPN in the United States. One interesting side to the PFL is their investors, in which they can count rapper Wiz Khalifa. The ‘Black and Yellow’ artist joined PFL as an adviser in 2021, and could be used to entice Jake to their ranks. “Jake is a brilliant marketer and he’s done a lot for combat sports overall, and I think I’ll just let Wiz Khalifa handle all matters for that,” PFL founder Donn Davis told Insider on the possibility of Jake joining up with them. While it’s unknown if he’s already put on a full-court press with recruiting just yet, Wiz has been complimentary of Jake before. The rapper said it’d be “tight” if Jake stepped into PFL, and called him a “cool guy” in an interview with TMZ. Though, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

  • Jake Paul could face a year in jail over criminal charges related to Arizona looting – Dexerto

Jake Paul could face a year in jail over criminal charges related to Arizona looting Twitter, @JakePaulJust days after being cleared on all charges involving his alleged May 2020 looting spree, Jake Paul is back in trouble —this time with city-level charges being pressed against him. If you think of internet entertainers as constantly being involved with some sort of controversy, the Paul brothers are probably towards the top of that list. The case of Jake Paul’s May 2020 Federal charges after an alleged looting spree in a Scottsdale, Arizona shopping mall is no different. Jake responded to the allegations of looting, stating that his crew was at the location to “peacefully protest one of the most horrific injustices our country has ever seen.” Going on in his statement posted to Twitter, he stated: “However, I do not condone violence, looting or breaking the law.” The YouTuber’s statement was taken lightly, due to video of him allegedly taking a bottle of vodka from a PF Chang’s restaurant the day before. Jake Paul’s criminal charges In early June 2020, just days after the Jake Paul’s incident on May 30, he was charged with criminal trespassing and unlawful assembly by the United States FBI. Just two months later, the FBI proceeded to raid the YouTube star’s home. The raid — which was done during a house party at the star’s home — was done in an attempt to find information regarding his alleged looting, but instead, they found guns scattered across Paul’s back yard, all of which were confiscated. Charges cleared — For a few days at least After over a year of almost no news regarding the looting incident, it was finally reported in mid August 2021 that the US Attorney has opted to drop all charges against the Jake Paul crew. “Based upon the investigation and evidence available at this time, the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona is not pursuing federal charges against Jake Paul for his conduct,” they said in an official statement. However, Jake Paul’s not quite out of the woods yet. According to TMZ, the city of Scottsdale, AZ has decided to refile charges against the YouTuber. The charges from the city should come as no surprise, as they had dropped them last year to allow the feds to pursue their own charges. Jake is due in Scottsdale court on September 6, and if convicted, he could face a maximum sentence of one year in jail. What could this mean for the amateur boxer? Jake Paul —also known for his newfound amateur boxing interests— is due to fight Tyron Woodley on August 29, just over a week before he’s due in court for his alleged looting charges. While the fight will not be affected by the new city-level charges, the YouTuber may likely have to postpone checking more opponents off of his “hit list.” Read More: Top 20 most followed Twitch streamers – Posted on his Twitter on August 14, the amateur boxer also made it a point to include his older brother, Logan Paul, on the bottom of the list.

  • Jake Paul confirms he wants “real boxer” Tommy Fury for his next fight – Dexerto

Jake Paul confirms he wants “real boxer” Tommy Fury for his next fight Instagram: Tommy Fury / YouTube: Full Send PodcastAfter months of turning him down, Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury could be on the cards. The YouTube star has confirmed as much on the Full Send podcast, saying Tyson Fury’s younger brother is “at the top of the list”. Jake Paul’s next opponent has been the question on everyone’s lips since he took down Woodley via split decision. While a rematch has been touted, the YouTube star has set his sights on “bigger and better things”. If you’re Tommy Fury, that’s only good news. Fury has had his previous advances rejected by Paul. However, with Jake now itching to “fight a real boxer,” Tommy has moved up to the top of the list. “I think Tommy Fury is at the top of that list. He’s skilled, he’s undefeated, and he’s a real boxer,” Paul said on the Full Send podcast. “He has like 4 million followers on Instagram which is good engagement. He has the fans from like his relationship show [Love Island].” The potential engagement is a big drawcard to Jake Paul. There are two things he really evaluates heading into his next fight: Whether he can promote it, and whether he actually stands a chance. “It all starts with the numbers, like would the fight sell a lot? Would people actually care? I could go and fight the infamous jiujitsu guy who doesn’t shut up on social media, but it’s a hard sell. This guy just beat a UFC hall of fame striker, we’re not going to put him up against a jiujitsu guy in a boxing match. “After each fight, we go back to the drawing board and we’re like ‘who makes the most sense’ — can they actually sell pay-per-views? Can we sell this fight as like ‘this is a tough fight for Jake,’” Paul explained. “I’ve been the favorite, so now I almost want to go into a fight where it’s like ‘there’s no way he’s going to do this.’ “I just want to keep proving people wrong because I could take a social media influencer and fight them right now and make a decent bag. It’s just a tough sell because I did all of that.” The related segment begins at 16:35. Jake Paul wants to keep his reputation as an undefeated fighter intact, and if he faces off against the 7-0 Tommy Fury, something will have to budge. Regardless of who he fights though, you can expect the hallmark “trolling” Paul is known for to continue. “As long as I’m having fun with it, trolling and making myself laugh and it’s authentic to what I want to say and believe. I’m not going to do something that gets myself killed, but also I’ll toe that line and mess with these guys.”

  • Jake Paul confirms when and where he’s fighting KSI in boxing match – Dexerto

Jake Paul confirms when and where he’s fighting KSI in boxing match Instagram: ksi / jakepaulThe next YouTube boxing marquee matchup is apparently planned out and well on its way, as Jake Paul has revealed where and when he will be taking on YouTube boxing’s biggest name, Olajide ‘KSI’ Olatunji. KSI has led the way for YouTube boxing over the years, with his debut amateur match against Joe Weller setting up for huge matchups against Logan Paul, including one professional fight at Los Angeles’ Staples Center. Now, Logan’s brother Jake looks to be taking on KSI to avenge his loss and, although details on the fight have been up in the air – including questions over whether it will ever even go ahead – they’ve been as good as confirmed by Jake. When is Jake Paul vs KSI? Doing a Q&A on Instagram, one of Jake’s fans asked when his next fight is going to be, and rather than keep things under wraps as you would expect, decided to answer honestly. He confirmed in his response that there will be a fight after the ongoing global health crisis is resolved and people are allowed to leave their homes, adding that Jake Paul vs. KSI will take place in New York’s iconic Madison Square Garden – home to some of the biggest names in entertainment history. Madison Square Garden is one of the most prolific venues in the world, and to have a couple of YouTubers boxing in it seems absurd but, considering the great success of KSI vs. Logan Paul 2, it’s no surprise that people wanted to see a little more of what our favorite content creators can do. Obviously, there’s no telling exactly when people will be free to travel again, so it’s impossible to tell how soon this fight will go ahead, with Jake and KSI themselves likely as much in the dark as their fans are. At least, though, it gives us a venue, and fans in New York know they’re now in prime position to witness the fight in person.

  • Jake Paul confirms talks with Mike Tyson for August fight – Dexerto

Jake Paul confirms talks with Mike Tyson for August fight Instagram/Jakepaul/MiketysonYouTuber-turned-boxing sensation Jake Paul has confirmed that he’s in talks with legendary fighter Mike Tyson to be his next opponent in what could be the “biggest pay-per-view of all time.” Rumors of a fight with Jake Paul or his brother Logan taking on Mike Tyson began a long time ago, but it seems that although there were discussions, nothing substantial ever came of them. While Tyson seemed to laugh off a possible fight on most occasions when asked publicly about it, his tune changed during a recent conversation with Joe Rogan. The possibility of breaking Floyd Mayweather’s pay-per-view sales record, in particular, motivated Tyson. Now, with a fight between Jake Paul and Tyson looking more likely than ever, the 5-0 boxer has confirmed that he’s in talks with Iron Mike to make the dream event a reality. Jake Paul teases Mike Tyson fight In an interview with Boxing Social, Paul claimed that former UFC champion Anderson Silva was among those the top of his list for potential opponents, but Tyson’s recent comments changed things up. “We’re still having some conversations with people like Mike Tyson who recently said he wanted to fight. We’re trying to see what is going to be the biggest fight and make me the most excited to get into the ring,” Paul teased, noting how he wasn’t close to securing an August foe yet. When pressed on a possible Tyson fight, ‘The Problem Child’ revealed that he would take it in a heartbeat above all others. (segment begins at 5:16 for mobile users) “That’s legendary. The old generation of boxing with the new generation of boxing all mixed into one. And like Mike said on the Joe Rogan podcast, you know, I think it would be the biggest or one of the biggest pay-per-views of all time,” he added. “Together, when we were on the same card, we sold almost $2m pay-per-views, so imagine if we fought?” Before ending the interview, Paul called on Tyson to make the fight happen, further stating, “I know I would win. Mike thinks that he would win, so let’s do it!” Only time will tell if Jake and Tyson agree to battle it out and break pay-per-view records, but hopefully, Paul doesn’t end up losing an ear in the process if a fight ends up going ahead this summer.

  • Jake Paul confirms he sent Tommy Fury $2.5 million fight contract – Dexerto

Jake Paul confirms he sent Tommy Fury $2.5 million fight contract Instagram: Jake Paul / Tommy FuryYouTube star turned-boxer Jake Paul has seemingly confirmed reports of a whopping $2.5 million fight offer for Tommy Fury to step in the ring with him. The tale of Paul vs Fury appears to have a new chapter. While the two have been linked to fight on multiple occasions and constantly bicker online, it now seems an exact dollar amount for the highly-anticipated bout has spilled out online. Budding commentator and social media personality Wade Plem reported that Fury was offered a $2.5 million contract to fight Paul. Moments later and Paul cheekily acknowledged the news saying: “I cannot confirm nor deny this accurate statement.” If true, it would undoubtedly be the biggest payday the younger Fury brother has seen thus far and one of the biggest for a non-championship fight in boxing history. “What I can confirm is Tommy Fury is never going to see the kind of money he is being offered to step in the ring with me,” Paul added. “Yet he’s still on the run.” The two have a long and winding history in the boxing scene. Given Paul’s transition from the social media realm to the combat sport, many have been badgering him for years now to ‘fight a real boxer.’ Answering the calls, the former YouTuber has sought to do just that. After months of back and forth online, an official bout agreement was signed as far back as 2021, with the pair set to clash on December 18 of that year. That fight never came to fruition, however, as ex-UFC champ Tyron Woodley stepped in for a rematch instead. Once again putting pen to paper, Fury and Paul were locked in for a second time with a PPV event on August 6, 2022 at Madison Square Garden. Due to alleged issues entering the United States, that fight was too called off at the last minute. While Paul attempted to salvage the card with an ‘actual boxer,’ backup opponent Hasim Rahman Jr. also failed to make the walk, forcing the event to be scrapped altogether. Now, even with these two false starts and costly mishaps, the two still remain on a collision course. Following his win over MMA legend Anderson Silva, Paul appears eager to challenge Fury once again, having sent out new contracts with a $2.5 million dollar price attached. For the time being, Fury is yet to respond to the report or address a third attempt at booking the Paul fight. We’ll be sure to keep you posted as the two prepare to lock horns.

Since Joe Weller and KSI took their differences into a boxing ring back in 2018, it has become the norm for YouTube stars to fight one another in order to settle their feuds. Among those who have been heavily involved are Jake and Logan Paul. Jake has proved talented in the boxing arena, beating KSI’s younger brother Deji, before annihilating AnEsonGib in January of 2020. Since then, rumors have reamined about who his next fight will be against and, while those details remain purely speculative, he has confirmed that fans can expect an official announcement soon. In an impromptu interview with TheHollywoodFix, Jake revealed that fans can get excited for an official fight announcement very soon, but he refrained from naming his opponent. “I got some sh*t in the works,” Paul said, when asked what he’s been working on lately. “I got a fight announcement bro.” Unfortunately, when asked whether he’ll be fighting Deji or KSI, Paul did not elaborate further. Regardless, we expect the fight to be against KSI. Following the Brit’s victory over Logan Paul, and Jake’s destruction of AnEsonGib, the pair seem very likely to meet in the ring for one final match. Timestamp: 0:10 Rumors have been flying regarding a match up, with both KSI and Jake Paul incredibly vocal about their talents, and their potential opponent’s shortcomings. The conversation then moved onto other topics, including music. Paul, who has produced songs in the past, described his previous music as “trash” and confirmed more will be on the way. When it comes to boxing, however, he was less talkative. Fan anticipation will continue to grow but, hopefully, we’ll find out who he’s fighting sooner rather than later.

  • Jake Paul finally confirms next boxing fight date with mystery opponent – Dexerto

Jake Paul finally confirms next boxing fight date with mystery opponent Instagram: Jake PaulYouTuber and boxing superstar Jake Paul has finally confirmed when he’s returning to the ring, but his opponent remains a mystery – despite links to several UFC stars. In recent months, Jake Paul has made it known that he wants to drive up fighter pay in boxing and UFC, taking on Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Dana White publicly on the matter. While Dana has previously confirmed that Jake rejected an offer to compete in the octagon, it hasn’t stopped the content creator from putting several former champions on his radar. Conor McGregor can’t stop talking about him at the moment, following several troll MMA videos aimed at the Irishman, and even Jake’s big brother Logan Paul has predicted Nate Diaz could be his next opponent. Jake Paul confirms boxing return An announcement was posted on Instagram via the Most Valuable Promotions account, showing a short clip of the younger Paul brother back inside the boxing ring. In the video, Jake says: “August, I’m back baby!” View this post on Instagram He goes on to say: “Anyone who’s been talking, ya’ll going to be silenced again. I’m knocking ya’ll the f**k out.” While it’s unclear who Jake Paul’s next opponent will be — as he’s been calling out fighters left and right — KSI’s boxing trainer notably claimed the UK rapper was set to take on a bout this August, as well. KSI, however, has denied knowing exactly when he’s returning to the ring, despite rumors that suggest he’s set to fight Alex Wassabi and Austin McBroom. That doesn’t mean fans aren’t eyeing a possible bout between Jake Paul and KSI, though, after the two have made no bones about wanting to fight for the past two years. For now, there’s no telling what this next bout will entail. Stay tuned to Dexerto for further news about this upcoming boxing event.

  • Jake Paul confirms fight talks with Conor McGregor and says it “will happen” – Dexerto

Jake Paul confirms fight talks with Conor McGregor and says it “will happen” Instagram: Jake Paul/Conor McGregorInternet sensation Jake Paul says he is in talks with Conor McGregor’s team over a fight saying he’s the “money fight” for the UFC legend. When Jake Paul and his brother Logan first stepped into boxing, they were settling scores with other YouTubers. Though, they’ve gone beyond that in the last few months, fighting actual athletes and fighters. While Logan has gone the distance with Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather, Jake’s big fish is the notorious one – Conor McGregor. The YouTuber has called out the Irish UFC star on numerous occasions, even commissioning a ‘sleepy McGregor’ chain that mocks his first loss to Dustin Poirier. While a fight has always seemed like a pipe dream, it could actually happen. During an appearance on Fox Sports’ The Herd with Colin Cowherd, Jake revealed that he’s in talks with McGregor’s camp over a potential bout. “I think it will happen. Look, I’m the money fight for Conor McGregor right now,” the influencer told Cowherd. “There is no other fighter right now who is on a bigger level than me that is calling out Conor McGregor and wants to fight Conor. Our team is in touch with his team and there’s talk of it actually happening.” Jake noted that people thought him wanting to fight McGregor was a joke at first but now, well, he says “it’s as real as it gets,” and he’s aiming to meet the MMA star in the ring. If they do eventual square off, well, Jake is backing himself to knockout McGregor just like he has Nate Robinson and Ben Askren. While he hasn’t responded to this new development, the former UFC Champion did say that he was open to fighting the Paul’s prior to his most recent loss. It would obviously be a huge fight, but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.

  • Jake Paul confirms boxing return after 8 month break – Dexerto

Jake Paul confirms boxing return after 8 month break Amanda Westcott, SHOWTIMEJake Paul has officially revealed he’ll be returning to the boxing ring in 2022, with a set date for the fight already. Following the Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano fight on Saturday, April 30, which Paul was a co-promoter for, the influencer teased his return to the ring. Paul hasn’t fought since his rematch with Tyron Woodley on December 18, 2021. However, the social media star-turned-boxer revealed when he’ll be back in action on May 1. Jake Paul reveals 2022 fight date In a tweet on May 1, Paul revealed that he would be headed back into the ring on August 13, 2022 by tweeting “I’m back,” along with the date. Other than a promise to return and a set date, there’s not too much on what we can expect once August 13 does roll around. A third rematch with Woodley, or a reunion with any of his previous opponents is probably pretty slim, based on the disappointing return Paul vs. Woodley II brought in PPV-wise. So, one of the biggest questions remaining since we know when the fight will be happening, is who will Jake Paul be facing off against? Who will Jake Paul fight on August 13? In his tweet, Paul makes no mention at all of who he’s fighting, but that info should surely be coming out in the months and weeks leading up to the fight. We may not know exactly who Jake will be facing, but there has been plenty of criticism about him not fighting a “real” boxer in any of his fights yet. Will that change for the August 13 bout? All we can do for now, is wait and see.

  • Jake Paul confirms breakup with Erika Costell, claims it happened ‘a while ago’ – Dexerto

Jake Paul confirms breakup with Erika Costell, claims it happened ‘a while ago’ Social media star Jake Paul has confirmed the breakup rumors surrounding himself and popular YouTuber Erika Costell. As posted in a Tweet on November 7, Paul admitted that the two had actually broken up ‘a while ago,’ and had been attempting to work on a solution for weeks before finally realizing that their best option was to part ways. However, there appears to be no hard feelings between them, as Paul wrote that he will be ‘forever grateful’ for his time with Erika. While Paul has made no statement as to what actually drove them to break up, Drama Alert host Daniel ‘KEEMSTAR’ Keem theorized that the couple’s split was due to events surrounding the release of Shane Dawson’s documentary series. According to DMs from Instagram model Nikki Banner (and KEEMSTAR’s own speculations), Paul has been hooking up with multiple girls ever since he and Erika parted ways. “…he did do it to her, but he also did the same thing to me,” Banner said of the situation. “He lied to both of us.” While Erika told KEEMSTAR that she wants time to heal privately, her recent Twitter posts show a cheerful side of the YouTuber – although she does feel as though her life is an episode of ‘Gossip Girl.’ It is unknown if Erika will remain a part of Team 10 after her breakup with Paul; with the organization’s upcoming rebranding, there is no telling who will leave the squad and who will remain in its ranks.

  • Jake Paul confirms 10-1 pro boxer as opponent for December 15 boxing return – Dexerto

Jake Paul confirms 10-1 pro boxer as opponent for December 15 boxing return YouTube: BS w/ Jake PaulJake Paul has confirmed that he’ll be fighting Andre August in his December 15 return to the boxing ring, as he looks to continue his winning ways. Since stepping into the world of boxing, Jake Paul hasn’t been shy about letting everyone know his ambitions to win a world championship. The YouTube star is obviously a long way off from that point, especially after suffering a loss to Tommy Fury. After losing to Fury back in February, Jake took a small hiatus from boxing to focus on a few other things. He signed a deal to make his MMA debut with PFL – which has yet to happen – before returning to the ring to face Nate Diaz in August. The ‘Problem Child’ was ultimately comfortable in defeating the former UFC star, picking up victory via unanimous decision. While there had been talk of a rematch, or possible MMA fight between them, that isn’t happening yet. Jake Paul confirms Andre August as opponent for December 15 fight There had been rumors that the YouTuber-turned-boxer would fight ‘Platinum’ Mike Perry after he was preparing to step in for Dillon Danis if Danis could not fight Jake’s brother, Logan, back in October. Instead, Jake has revealed that he’ll be fighting Andre August in his next bout on December 15, in Orlando, Florida. August, 35, is 10-1 -1 in his short boxing career, with five wins coming by way of knockout. He’s not exactly a known quantity either, having contested a majority of his fights on smaller cards in Texas. MVP had promised that Jake would face someone with a better record than Tyson Fury, Canelo Alvarez, and Floyd Mayweather all faced in their ninth fights. The records for those opponents were 4-23-5, 17-0-1, and, 1-13-1 respectively, so it was always going to be a mixed bag.

  • Jake Paul confirms boxing bucket list with big-name opponents: Canelo, Fury & more – Dexerto

Jake Paul confirms boxing bucket list with big-name opponents: Canelo, Fury & more YouTube: Showtime SportsSocial media star turned undefeated boxer Jake Paul has revealed his boxing bucket list, and there are quite a few high-profile names on there. Ever since he first stepped into the boxing ring in a professional capacity, Jake Paul has been calling out big names and teasing the possibility of mouth-watering fights. He’s been in a long-time war of words with Conor McGregor, he’s almost come to blows with Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather, and has recently gone after UFC star Jorge Masvidal. Following his stunning knockout victory over Tyron Woodley in their last-minute rematch, the focus has switched to who Jake will fight in 2022. Even though he doubts that he and Tommy Fury will finally square off, he’s got a boxing bucket list that includes some of the toughest fighters around. Just like before the first Woodley fight, Jake has kept just one of the names from his longer boxing ‘hit list’ on his ‘bucket list’, that being Mexican superstar Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez. Just behind the pound-for-pound king, Jake has also added Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather to his list. There are also spots for Mike Tyson and Tyson Fury – with the latter threatening to ‘back hand’ Jake and his brother Logan before. On the bottom of his bucket list, however, is UFC president Dana White. While not an actual fighter, Jake and the UFC boss have traded verbal jabs over a number of different topics. My boxing bucket list: 1) Canelo Alvarez 2) Floyd Mayweather 3) Mike Tyson 4) Tyson Furry 5) Dana White— Jake Paul (@jakepaul) December 23, 2021 Now, whether or not Jake will get to square off with any of them is a different story. In recent months, Canelo has softened his stance on the Paul brothers’ foray into boxing, but remains leagues ahead of Jake in the ring. Fury is the only other active boxer on the list, and he’s in a totally different weight class to Jake. Tyson and Floyd have taken exhibition bouts recently, so that may be an option at some point, and maybe Dana White can be coerced into a friendly contest. We’ll have to wait and see.

  • Jake Paul compares Austin McBroom to Fyre Festival amid YouTube vs TikTok PPV drama – Dexerto

Jake Paul compares Austin McBroom to Fyre Festival amid YouTube vs TikTok PPV drama Instagram: jakepaul / YouTube: The ACE FamilyJake Paul has compared YouTuber Austin McBroom to Fyre Festival creator Billy McFarland on Twitter after TikTokers who fought in the Battle of the Platforms event alleged they have yet to be paid by organizers Social Gloves. Although the highly anticipated YouTubers vs. TikTokers fight happened weeks ago, the event is still making headlines thanks to accusations from influencers and other event staff that they have yet to be paid. TikToker Vinnie Hacker claimed on the BFFs podcast that he personally hasn’t received his money yet, and Josh Richards claimed that there were lawsuits going on behind the scenes. The event was run by Social Gloves, and it has since been alleged that Austin McBroom, one of the headline fighters for the event, owns part of the company. YouTuber Tana Mongeau was one such person to claim this, saying on Twitter: “not Austin McBroom owning most of Social Gloves and then everyone being surprised people aren’t getting paid.” Not the most desperate human being speaking on shit she doesn’t know about. Don’t try and bring me or the event down to make you feel better about Tanacon. Every fighter including myself will be getting paid and a lawsuit is happening and it’s not with social gloves dumb dumb — Austin McBroom (@AustinMcbroom) June 26, 2021 However, in his reply he wrote: “Every fighter including myself will be getting paid and a lawsuit is happening and it’s not with Social Gloves.” Social Gloves claimed they’re “working tirelessly” to pay everyone in a reasonable time frame, following accusations that the event only sold 136,000 PPV buys compared to the predicted 500,000. In response, Austin added: “The real numbers will come out soon. Just know Social Gloves weren’t the ones who collected PPV numbers [and] purchases.” Now, YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul has compared Austin to the founder of Fyre Festival, Billy McFarland, putting pictures of the pair next to each other on Twitter with the caption, “spot the difference.” Fyre Festival was a music festival that took place in 2017, but the event famously failed due to fraudulent marketing. McFarland is now serving a 6-year prison sentence as a result. Jake also said in an earlier tweet that “followers don’t equal PPV buys.” Months prior to the event, Jake and his brother Logan predicted that the YouTubers vs. TikTokers event wouldn’t sell a third of what the organizers predicted when it comes to PPV sales. This controversy has proven to be an unexpected end to the Battle of the Platforms event, but how things will unfold in the coming weeks, and whether staff and talent get paid, remains to be seen.

  • Jake Paul confident he’d beat brother Logan Paul in possible boxing match – Dexerto

Jake Paul confident he’d beat brother Logan Paul in possible boxing match YouTube: Piers Morgan UncensoredYouTube-boxer Jake Paul told Piers Morgan he’d win if he ever fought against his big brother Logan Paul — but he’s not confident the matchup will ever happen. Jake Paul is gearing up to fight longtime rival Tommy Fury this Sunday, February 26. As such, he’s been making the rounds with the media, giving hints as to his next opponent once he’s done with Fury in Dubai and his now-definite future in MMA after signing to the Professional Fighters League. However, one question has always come up throughout his boxing career — will he ever fight his big brother Logan Paul? Jake Paul says he’d win in possible fight with Logan Paul The two have admitted they once had a fierce rivalry, although this competition seems to have cooled in the last few years as both brothers are now quite close. British broadcaster Piers Morgan brought up the topic on his Piers Morgan Uncensored TV show, where Jake made no bones about how he thinks their hypothetical bout would resolve… although he did seem a bit uncertain that such a fight would ever happen, in the first place. “I don’t know if it will ever happen, man,” he admitted with a laugh. “We can fantasize about it. Who knows? I think it could be really interesting.” “Who would win?” Piers asked. “I would win,” Jake immediately answered, clearly confident in his ability over his big bro. “He’s okay with being the older brother who loses. I would do the fight, but I just don’t know if he’s gonna be okay with that.” (Topic begins at 10:20) It’s clear that, out of the two brothers, Jake’s record is the superior; thus far, ‘The Problem Child’ boasts a 7-0 record, winning every fight he’s taken so far. On the other side, Logan currently boasts a 0-1 record, having lost against KSI (without counting his exhibition with Floyd, which had no winner). This is far from the first time Jake has teased a fight against his older brother, either. In fact, he claimed that they were about to throw down in 2022, but it doesn’t seem like this matchup will be taking place anytime soon.

  • Jake Paul praised by boxer Claressa Shields for supporting women’s boxing – Dexerto

Jake Paul praised by boxer Claressa Shields for supporting women’s boxing Instagram: claressashields2 / jakepaulBoxer Claressa Shields has praised Jake Paul months after their online beef, saying she “appreciates him” for getting involved in women’s boxing. YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has certainly shaken things up in the boxing scene over the past few years, and as well as taking on several high-profile fights, he’s also landed himself in beef with a variety of people such as UFC President Dana White. Paul and pro boxer Claressa Shields have been going back and forth with each other over the past few months, with Shields claiming Paul would get his “ass whooped” if he steps inside a boxing ring with her. This later led to the influencer criticizing her on social media after she lost a fight to Abigail Montes by split decision. I love karma @Claressashields, Congrats Abigail Montes! Someone get her a Twitter! pic.twitter.com/gRTqKLZt8A — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) October 28, 2021 However, it looks like the beef between the two fighters may have been squashed, as in an interview with TMZ, Shields praised Paul for his work in women’s boxing, particularly for helping to finalize a fight between Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor. “I wish [Jake] the best,” she said, adding: “What he’s doing for Amanda is great. I think that him getting involved in helping the fight with Katie Taylor is great for Amanda and Katie and it’s great for women’s boxing. I appreciate him for that and I just wish him the best in whatever he does and just keeps his damn hands up, that’s it.” However, it appears that Paul’s previous comments on her loss have not been forgotten, as she called him out for calling her a “loser.” “The only beef I have with Jake Paul is don’t ever disrespect me,” she said. “He tried to kick me when I was down and also going to a new sport. “I lost a split decision. I didn’t get submitted, I didn’t get knocked out, I didn’t get beat up. It was a split and I’m also brand new in MMA and when he made that comment, calling me a loser and stuff, that’s what really made me want to fight him.” Paul is continuing to make waves in the boxing industry, and it looks like he has big plans for the future, even hinting that he may even make a move to the NFL after eventually retiring from boxing.

  • Jake Paul cleared of all charges in relation to Arizona looting – Dexerto

Jake Paul cleared of all charges in relation to Arizona looting Instagram: Jake PaulJake Paul has been cleared of charges relating to his alleged involvement in a looting spree at an Arizona shopping mall in May 2020 when nationwide protests following George Floyd’s death reached their peak. In May 2020, Jake attended peaceful protests in Scottsdale, Arizona, before following people into the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, where all hell broke loose, and countless people started looting and pillaging the building. He was inside the mall when it happened and was subsequently arrested for trespassing and slapped with misdemeanor charges. However, he denied any involvement in looting and vandalism, claiming he was only recording the situation. Still, local police at the time claimed they saw him taking part in the chaos, which prompted the FBI to investigate the allegations and even raid his home. But they didn’t find enough evidence to convict him and ultimately dismissed the charges. “Based upon the investigation and evidence available at this time, the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona is not pursuing federal charges against Jake Paul for his conduct,” they said in an official statement. TMZ reached out to Jake’s attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, for a comment. “We are pleased that the U.S. Attorney concluded that no charges should be filed,” they said. Jake is presumably happy, too. View this post on Instagram Now that he’s been fully cleared of any charges, Jake is free to focus on his upcoming fight against former UFC Middleweight Champion Tyron Woodley without any distractions, which kicks off on Sunday, August 29. As for what he does next, well, it could be anything from fighting Nate Diaz to becoming a Twitch streamer and maybe even running for President. So, it’s fair to say that he’s feeling pretty good about himself moving forward.

  • Jake Paul claps back at Tommy Fury fight challenge for October – Dexerto

Jake Paul claps back at Tommy Fury fight challenge for October Instagram: Jake Paul/Tommy FuryJake Paul appeared to clap back at Tommy Fury after the British boxer called out the YouTuber and made an offer to be his opponent in October. The rivalry between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury has stepped up over the last couple of years, with the social media stars constantly biting at each other with jabs across Twitter and Instagram. To this point, the pair have tried to organize two fights to settle their score, but they’ve both been scrapped at the last minute to problems on Tommy’s side. After their planned fight for August was canceled, Jake is now looking to return to the ring in October, and has said he’ll fight a professional boxer who holds a winning record. Of course, Tommy wants to fill that spot. Tommy Fury calls out Jake Paul for October fight Not long after Jake confirmed he’ll be back in the ring in October, the British boxing prospect called him out on Instagram. “I see that he’s put out he’ll be fighting in October at 185lbs, I’ve already been training, I’m ready for October,” Tommy said. The reality TV star urged Jake to fly to the UK for the fight too, adding a caption to his video saying: “You were willing to fight to fly over to the UK to fight KSI so where’s that energy to fight me?” In a since-deleted tweet, Jake appeared to respond to Tommy’s call out, simply posting: “Groundhog Day.” It’s unknown as to whether or not Jake would entertain the prospect of fighting Fury, seeing as the two previous fights have been canceled so late in the day, but there is still plenty of interest surrounding their beef. Fighting, and winning, in the UK ahead of a proposed clash with KSI would also boost interest in that fight, so it could be a win-win all around. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

  • Jake Paul claps back at UFC superstar Nate Diaz after Ben Askren comments – Dexerto

Jake Paul claps back at UFC superstar Nate Diaz after Ben Askren comments Instagram/Jake Paul/Nate DiazJake Paul has clapped back at UFC superstar Nate Diaz after the Stockton fighter played down his victory over Ben Askren by pointing out that he’s lost six times more fights than Askren. Jake Paul’s boxing career started picking up in momentum after he knocked out Ben Askren in the first round of their Triller Fight Club bout back in April 2021. He kept the ball rolling three months later by beating former UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley via unanimous decision. Now, he’s looking to do it again in his upcoming fight against Tommy Fury. In an interview with BJPENN.COM, Askren praised Paul’s boxing ability in their fight. Nate Diaz played it down by implying that Askren, who isn’t known for his boxing prowess, simply wasn’t up for the challenge. Paul has now clapped back at the UFC superstar with a cheeky jab of his own. “Jake is kind of good at this,” said Askren. “I think what played out is he’s kind of good at it. And if you saw the way I saw it, he was still impressive in his showing, and he has obviously put a lot of time into it. “So, he’s not bad. I’ll say that much.” Diaz responded to a post of the article. He downplayed Paul’s win by pointing out that Askren is retired and isn’t known for his boxing prowess. “Coming from a retired wrestler who can’t fight or box,” he said. Paul clapped back by roasting Diaz’s 21-13-0 UFC record. “You have six times as many losses as Ben Askren,” he said. “Let that sink in.” you have 6 times as many losses as Ben Askren Let that sink in https://t.co/SMTsXkhs9i — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) November 23, 2021 Diaz hasn’t responded yet. • Jake Paul claps back at Conor McGregor after PPV sale claims – Dexerto

Jake Paul claps back at Conor McGregor after PPV sale claims Instagram: Jake Paul/Conor McGregorJake Paul clapped back at Conor McGregor with a pretty simple message after the Irish MMA star weighed in on the success of the YouTuber-turned-boxer’s last fight. At the end of 2021, Jake Paul was supposed to settle his long-standing beef with British reality star and boxer Tommy Fury before the Brit pulled out due to injury. With Jake wanting the show to go on, he squared off against Tyron Woodley in a rematch from their clash in the summer, with the social media star scoring a brutal knockout victory over the former UFC Champion. While the fight was a success for Jake’s undefeated streak, many talking heads and fighters have suggested that it didn’t do as well commercially as he claimed, both with ticket sales and pay-per-view buys being drawn into question. Irish Mixed Martial Arts superstar Conor McGregor also joined in the pile-on of Jake’s supposed low pay-per-view buys, claiming he didn’t watch the Woodley fight. “I didn’t see the Woodley fight, it only did a couple thousand buys I saw online,” he told the Daily Mirror’s Fighting section. “I didn’t hear the diss track on Dana. I don’t pay attention to all that.” However, Jake intimated that the Notorious one might not be telling the truth, responding to a social media post about McGregor’s comments by simply saying: “I love my fans.” Click here if post doesn’t load View this post on Instagram While the pair have rarely, if ever, addressed each other directly with their beef, they aren’t afraid of sending thinly veiled shots at one another. In terms of them settling their score in the ring, Conor has softened his stance on that over the years and recently suggested that it is in a “never say never” state, rather than being completely opposed to it. So, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens, but fans would want to see it.

  • Jake Paul claps back at Floyd Mayweather claiming he’ll give him a “proper retirement” – Dexerto

Jake Paul claps back at Floyd Mayweather claiming he’ll give him a “proper retirement” Instagram/Mayweather/JakePaulAfter Mayweather took shots at Jake Paul in a TMZ interview, Paul clapped back on Twitter claiming he would give the professional boxer a “proper retirement.” Jake Paul is slated to former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva in five short weeks, but that isn’t stopping him from picking fights with other opponents in the meantime. He recently claimed that controversial figure Andrew Tate was “scared” to fight him or his older brother Logan Paul. Additionally, Jake continues to throw insults at the American boxing promoter Floyd Mayweather Jr. In a recent interview with TMZ, Mayweather admitted that he is open to fighting Jake Paul despite Jake only wanting to take on “real fights” and not exhibitions. But Floyd stated he would fight Paul at his current weight – a near 50-pounds lighter than Jake Paul. Jake Paul claps back at Mayweather In the same TMZ interview, Mayweather stated, “As long as [Jake Paul] continues to fight MMA guys and YouTubers, he’s gonna continue to look good and shine, but once he fights a real fighter it’s not gonna be good. He’d get f***ed up by Canelo. There is no way. He’d get demolished.” Jake – who rarely refuses to respond to online trash talk – had a quote of his own to share. He tweeted, “My brother took you the distance. I would finish you in 6. Stephen Espinoza please make this fight happen so I can send him into proper retirement.” Logan Paul fought Floyd Mayweather in June 2021 which was the older Paul brother’s last time in the ring. The exhibition went all eight rounds with no winner declared at the end, but many viewers claimed Floyd dominated Logan. While the two continue to exchange verbal blows, Mayweather will be gearing up for his fight against YouTuber turned boxer Deji who recently secured his first professional win against Fousey during the Two Fights One Night KSI event.

  • Jake Paul claims Tommy Fury is “scared” and doubts fight will ever happen – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Tommy Fury is “scared” and doubts fight will ever happen YouTube: In DepthJake Paul thinks that a fight will Tommy Fury won’t happen anytime soon as his long-time rival is “scared” and will be further worried after his fight with Hasim Rahman Jr. It’s been a few years since Jake Paul and Tommy Fury first kicked off their rivalry with some firey social media exchanges, and in that time, the pair have been scheduled to fight in the boxing ring twice. The first time, at the end of 2021, Tommy pulled out of the fight due to an injury suffered late in training camp, which prompted Jake to fight Tyron Woodley in his place. The pair were then slated to fight on August 6th in New York, but travel problems prevented the Brit from entering the United States and made the fight pretty impossible. Instead of fighting his longtime rival, Jake will be fighting Hasim Rahman Jr. – who holds a 12-1-0 record as a heavyweight – and while Jake has made some overtures about fighting Tommy down the line, he thinks it won’t happen. Jake Paul believes Tommy Fury is “scared” of boxing fight The Problem Child, who in the final part of his preparations for the bout at Madison Square Garden, joined the DAZN Boxing Show to chat about the fight, and eventually got on to the subject of Tommy. “I just don’t think Tommy will fight me after he sees what I do to someone who’s more experienced than him,” Jake told the DAZN Boxing Show with his textbook confidence about the upcoming fight. “He’s (Rahman Jr.) heavier than him (Tommy), he’s taller than him. Tommy is already scared now so after I beat a professional boxer what do you think is going to happen?” As noted, Jake has offered to fight Tommy in his own backyard of the UK, but he won’t do it cheaply. He wants a nice payday for making the trip across the Atlantic. At this point, it appears as if Jake is shifting everything onto Tommy to make the fight happen and putting the ball in his court. Who knows, though, if the pair will ever touch gloves.

Jake Paul claps back at Conor McGregor after former UFC champ calls him “jackass” IG: Jake Paul / Conor McGregorJake Paul clapped back at Conor McGregor after the former double UFC champion called him a “jackass” by comparing their achievements in the past two years, including fight wins. Another day, another jab between Jake Paul and Conor McGregor. They’ve been going at it for years now, although it’s mostly been spurred on by Jake. However, this time it was started by the UFC star himself. The back and forth on social media started with McGregor throwing Jake shade for wearing pink lens sunglasses at the Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano pay-per-view event at Madison Square Garden, New York. “Who the f**k is this jackass in the pink Jimmy Savile glasses?” said McGregor, referring to the late Sir James Wilson Vincent Savile, an English DJ, television, and radio personality who wore similar-looking sunglasses. Jake clapped back shortly after, listing all his achievements in the past few years compared to McGregor, including helping fighters get paid, winning fights himself, and making other fights happen. “I’m the one who has done more for fighters than you ever have,” he said. “The one who has won 5 fights in the past two years while you have lost 5. The one who isn’t owned by Dana White. The one who made the fight you just watched happen. The one who got your hero Katie Taylor paid. That’s who!” Im the one who has done more for fighters than you ever have the one who has won 5 fights in the past 2 years while you have lost 5 the one who isn’t owned by Dana White the one who made the fight you just watched happen the 1 who got your hero Katie Taylor paid that’s who https://t.co/tV86m1GtxX — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) May 1, 2022 McGregor responded almost instantly, but he didn’t say much. Instead, he posted a picture of Jimmy Savile wearing the sunglasses he was referring to. After that, the tension between them more or less fizzled out. However, it’s one of the few times McGregor has acknowledged Jake, and it’s added more fuel to the fire regarding a potential super fight between them. Jake insisted it’ll only happen if Dana White improves fighter pay.

Jake Paul claims “scared” Floyd Mayweather is ducking boxing fight with him YouTube: Jake Paul/ShowTime SportsJake Paul is eager to fight Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather at some point, but he believes the boxing legend is “scared” to step into the ring with him. Since swapping the world of YouTube for boxing, Jake Paul has called out some of the biggest names in the fight game to step inside the ring with him for a fight. Despite the noticeable weight difference, ‘The Problem Child’ has gone after the likes of Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez, Conor McGregor, and Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather – managing to rile up ‘Money’ by stealing his hat in the build-up to his fight with Jake’s brother, Logan. With Logan still embroiled in legal drama with Floyd as he awaits payment for that fight, Jake has gotten involved with a few taunts of his own, and he even wants to fight the undefeated boxing icon at some point. Jake Paul wants to fight Floyd Mayweather On the first episode of his Betr show – BS with Jake Paul – the YouTuber-turned-boxer was interviewing boxing star Devin Haney and took a moment to call out Floyd after Haney praised the boxing legend. “Yeah, no, Floyd we respect you bro,” Jake said. “I took your hat but if you asked anyone in my camp, I always talk about how awesome you are and how legendary you are. “So, we respect Floyd on this side of things and I know you’re scared to fight me in a real professional bout.” Timestamp of 30:43 As noted, while a fight between Jake and Floyd would generate some serious interest, it is a massive mismatch when it comes to size. Jake has been fighting at Cruiserweight and was supposed to fight at Heavyweight against Hasim Rahman Jr, which is around 50lbs heavier than Floyd’s size at Welterweight. If Jake was to drop significant weight and get closer to Floyd’s size, the pair could engage in a catchweight fight but questions would no doubt remain. It seems unlikely that the pair will ever square off inside the ring, but it is something to keep an eye on.

  • Jake Paul Claims Team 10 Could Have Been Bigger than the Kardashians – Dexerto

Jake Paul Claims Team 10 Could Have Been Bigger than the Kardashians YouTuber Jake Paul had high hopes for Team 10, claiming the group could have been bigger than the Kardashians. In an interview with True Geordie, Paul discussed where it all went wrong. True Geordie asked Paul about how his year has gone, specifically how he felt about Team 10 members leaving. Paul did not hold back, saying he was shocked about how some of the former members handled the exit. It’s the weirdest feeling in the world. Literally, kids who I have been best friends with since 7th grade, wake up and are like, ‘oh there’s a moving truck here, peace out.’ And they are not even adult enough to have a conversation with me about it. Team 10 is the Jake Paul headed YouTube collaboration channel that is meant to grow the social presence of smaller influencers. It has had a cast with a high turnover rate as members left in apparent frustration with the Paul family’s style of management. In response to Jake being surprised about members leaving without notice, Geordie asked him if he felt he was being used. Yeah, 100%. To this day, I haven’t made a single dollar off of Team 10. I’ve only invested my own money into it to make it successful. With Paul sounding down on the whole experience, True Geordie asked if he regretted doing Team 10. I don’t. If you think about it, if Team 10 were together right now, we’d be bigger than the Kardashians. He also had stinging words for the members who left his team. Since Team 10 still exists with new members, Paul did not mince words when commenting on the prospects of those who quit. As we’ve seen members leave Team 10, we’ve seen them all turn into nothing and make mistakes and fumble. I think they are like, ‘oh s***, maybe what I had was amazing.’ I don’t know, that is just how I see it. For the complete interview, which covers a number of topics including Paul’s upcoming fight with Deji, you can watch the video below.

  • Jake Paul claims Nate Diaz “ducked” $10m MMA fight after agreeing before – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Nate Diaz “ducked” $10m MMA fight after agreeing before Twitter: Jake Paul/Nate DiazJake Paul claimed that Nate Diaz has “ducked” the $10 million offer for an MMA fight despite previously agreeing to it before their boxing match in early August. Since stepping into the world of professional boxing, Jake Paul has been adding to his previously stellar record by fighting mixed martial artists who want to try their hand in the ring. He’s also gone after Conor McGregor for a fight, as well as UFC boss Dana White, as he’s been keen to leave a mark on the MMA world. As a result, he’s signed a deal with the PFL – Professional Fighters League – to make his MMA debut in their super fights division. When Jake defeated Nate Diaz at the start of August, the pair had agreed that, no matter the result, they’d run the fight back inside the cage. Well, that was the case, but has claimed that Nate has “ducked” their $10 million agreement. Jake Paul says Nate Diaz “ducked” MMA fight offer despite accepting before That’s right, prior to their boxing match on August 5, Jake offered Nate a two-fight deal – with the first being inside the boxing ring, and the second inside the MMA cage. Nate agreed, but on the condition that it didn’t happen in the PFL, given he has “no connection” to the promotion. Naturally, it was something that came up during Jake’s September 5 interview with TMZ Sports. “We’re at the drawing board right now. Nate Diaz ducked the $10 million offer, so he’s not the badass that everyone said he was,” the YouTuber-turned-boxer said. “I wanted to fight him in MMA and do something that no boxer has really ever done, which is, in the prime of their career, go over to MMA. MMA fighters have gone over to boxing, but I want to go over to MMA and Nate Diaz ducked the offer.” Jake said he tried to “push forward” with an agreement behind the scenes after Nate’s public acceptance, but that came to “no avail” and now he’s looking for someone else to fight. He still hasn’t got a concrete date for when he’ll be back in the boxing ring, or debut in the cage, other than he’s hoping to do something “soon.” So, we’ll have to wait and see.

  • Jake Paul claims “scared” Andrew Tate won’t fight him or Logan Paul – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims “scared” Andrew Tate won’t fight him or Logan Paul YouTube: Jake PaulJake Paul believes Andrew Tate is too “scared” to fight either him or his brother Logan, seeing as it’ll risk his “alpha male appearance” if he loses. Even though he’s scheduled to fight Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva at the end of October, Jake Paul hasn’t been shy about looking to the future and calling out who he might face in the aftermath. Some fans want to see him and longtime rival KSI finally tangle at some point, but Jake admits that is unlikely to happen. Others, though, would like to see him and Andrew Tate settle their recent beef inside the boxing ring instead. Tate, a former kickboxing world champion, has offered to fight a number of social media personalities over the last few months, especially those who have criticized his controversial views and stated that he should be banned across different platforms. Jake Paul believes Andrew Tate won’t fight him or Logan Jake actually wants him to be free to speak across social media, agreeing with Mike Majlak’s take on that front. Though, he also agrees with Majlak’s belief that Tate won’t fight either Jake or Logan. “I don’t think he ever gets into the ring and risks his ‘alpha male’ appearance to fight me or Logan,” Jake said during episode 7 of his BS with Jake Paul show. “Andrew Tate, you’re scared to get into the ring with one of us!” Timestamp of 2:37 As noted, the YouTuber hasn’t been shy with his call outs recently and is targeting bigger names as he goes. Jake ultimately wants to fight Pound for Pound king Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez one day too. As for Tate, he’s been called out by KSI as well, with the British YouTuber planning to fight again in January. Who knows if that’ll happen, but an eliminator fight of sorts, with the winner getting to fight Jake, would certainly spark plenty of intrigue.

  • Jake Paul claims Logan Paul fight is finally about to happen – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Logan Paul fight is finally about to happen Instagram: Logan PaulJake Paul has suggested that he and his brother Logan could finally be set to face off in the boxing ring and it is “about’ to happen. Ever since Jake and Logan Paul got involved with boxing, there have always been rumors about them potentially squaring off inside the ring at some point or potentially inside the Octagon for an MMA bout. They’ve always joked that the possibility of a fight stems back to their YouTube beef days, but that their dad wouldn’t let them fight anyway – even though the internet might want to see it happen. While Jake has gone from strength to strength in boxing, picking up a 5-0 record, Logan has had some time away from the ring after his exhibition with Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather. He’s planning a return in January though, and after that, the brothers could be planning to square off. Jake Paul still wants to fight Logan Paul It was a topic that was brought up during episode 8 of the BS with Jake Paul show, as the ‘Problem Child’ touched on potentially fighting his brother at long last. “Bro, I’m about to fight Logan. Yeah, I think we wanna do that,” Jake told his co-hosts and Tyron Woodley after being asked if he could fight a friend in a championship scenario. “I think we want to do that, I think we should do that. But just because no one’s ever done it… I think it’s a sport. It is a sport.” Timestamp of 54:40 The YouTuber-turned-boxer didn’t offer up any further details about the potential clash, but seeing as he’s fighting in October, and Logan is trying to fight in January, their clash could be a long way off just yet. Obviously, it also remains to be seen if they’ll actually do it. The pair have spoken on their willingness to fight each other a few times but have never gone through with it. So, we’ll have to wait and see what happens this time around.

  • Jake Paul claims Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor fights will happen “for sure” – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor fights will happen “for sure” YouTube: Jake PaulJake Paul believes that he will fight Nate Diaz within the next two years, and should he win, it’ll lead to a superfight with Conor McGregor. Since stepping into the world of boxing, Jake Paul has gotten himself involved in a number of high-profile clashes with different fighters and promoters. Though, his biggest have come with those involved in the UFC. The YouTuber-turned-boxer has gone after the likes of Dana White, Conor McGregor, and Nate Diaz, with Jake wanting to fight both Conor and Nate at some point. A fight with Nate is more likely, seeing as his UFC contract expires after his next fight – which comes on September 10 – and the fact that the pair have been teasing it for a few months now. Though, Jake sees a bigger picture too. Jake Paul believes Conor McGregor fight will happen eventually ‘The Problem Child’ just UFC star ‘Sugar’ Sean O’Malley on episode 200 of the TimboSugar Podcast, where he revealed that a fight offer has gone out to a “big name” ahead of an event in October. Following on from that, Jake was also quizzed on whether or not he and Nate will square off in the next year or two. “Yeah, that’s going to happen within the next two years for sure,” he answered. “It’s huge, man, and it’s getting closer and closer to being real. Me versus Nate will probably be at 180lb and then, you know, I think it is like ‘okay, Jake Paul beats Nate’ and then it gets closer and closer to Conor not being able to duck me anymore.” Timestamp of 38:39 While a fight between Jake and Conor may have seemed completely unrealistic when Jake first started boxing, the Irish superstar has engaged with the YouTuber’s jabs on social media. McGregor still has some time to run on his UFC contract, and he’ll likely want to fight inside the Octagon a few times before doing something new, but him vs Jake would be very interesting. So, it would make sense for it to happen eventually.

  • KSI responds to Jake Paul claims he would reject boxing match after offer to replace Alex Wassabi – Dexerto

KSI responds to Jake Paul claims he would reject boxing match after offer to replace Alex Wassabi KSI/Jake PaulAccording to a new report, Alex Wassabi is backing out of his fight versus KSI and now Jake Paul is offering to fight the British YouTuber in his place. KSI vs. Alex Wassabi has been one of the most hyped influencer boxing fights of the year. Although the fight is planned to go down August 27, according to an insider, Wassabi might have to bow out of the fight due to concerns relating to a recent concussion. The injury could open a door for another boxing influencer looking for a bout himself: Jake Paul. Jake Paul delivers fight offer to KSI The rumors of Wassabi’s potential backing out popped up on August 6, leading to Jake to make a public offering to KSI to be the replacement fighter. Paul said, “KSI… everything happens for a reason. I’ll come to fight in your hometown. Your boxing company. You are A-Side. I also agree to make 180 pounds for August 27. You accept?” Jake continued to publicly poke fun at KSI and said, “Prediction of reply from KSI: I accept, haha, I will f*ck up Jake Paul, haha. He needs me, haha. But, my team told me I should wait to make this a big event. Blah blah blah.” Paul even uploaded a poll asking his followers if they think KSI will accept the fight if they both agree to be 180 pounds in London on August 27. In response to Jake, KSI revealed on Twitter that he had contracted another fighter just in case something like this happened. “What you didn’t know is that we actually contracted another fighter in case you guys pulled something like this,” KSI told Paul. “We will fight on my terms and when we do, it’ll be done on the biggest stage,” he continued. “I’m talking Wembley stadium fam. With a full camp tailored just for you and I, so that there are no excuses when we fight. None of this short notice s**t.” So, while a fight between Jake Paul and KSI could happen eventually, it doesn’t seem like it will be happening as soon as August 27.

  • Jake Paul claims KSI’s win over Temperrr makes a fight with him closer – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims KSI’s win over Temperrr makes a fight with him closer IG: KSI / JakePaulJake Paul has mocked KSI following the Brit’s simple victory of FaZe Clan’s Temperrr, but also suggested that a much-anticipated fight between the pair is closer than ever. KSI’s January 14 bout with FaZe Temperrr was simultaneously explosive and anti-climactic. After American MMA fighter Dillon Danis withdrew late on, Temperrr stepped up to the plate, only to be knocked out in the first round. Unsurprisingly, the fight’s conclusion gave way to trash talking and callouts, with pro fighter Joe Fournier already among those to have thrown their name into the ring as a potential next opponent for KSI. However, the fight many want to see is versus Jake Paul who, like KSI, has taken to boxing incredibly well. The American has now reacted to KSI’s brutal victory, mocking the rapper but also suggesting that a fight could be closer than ever. Jake Paul mocks KSI following FaZe Temperrr KO In a short video posted by his brother Logan, business partner of KSI, he mocked KSI and joked he’s “shivering” after being called out. “What are you gonna do?” Logan asked him, before Jake responded sarcastically: “I’m shivering with fear.” However, he did later claim that KSI continuing to beat opponents with ease makes a fight with him more likely. His reason was the “confidence” KSI gains every time he wins. He said: “I love when KSI wins because it gives him more confidence for him to actually get in the ring with me.” It does seem very likely we’ll see Jake and KSI finally fight in 2023, but it’s just a matter of the when, where and how.

  • Jake Paul claims KSI is scared to fight him – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims KSI is scared to fight him YouTube: Jake Paul / JJ OlatunjiYouTube star-turned-pro boxer Jake Paul has claimed that rival creator KSI is too chicken to throw down with him in the ring after inciting a beef with the British rapper in early 2020. The rivalry between Jake Paul and KSI goes back to Logan Paul’s first fight with the YouTuber in 2018. Ever since then, the younger Paul brother has been itching to face off with KSI whenever possible, culminating in a head-to-head standoff with the UK-based personality after Jake’s win over AnEsonGib a year ago. With KSI having defeated his older brother, it seems that Jake is hankering to restore his family’s honor — but amid the current global pandemic, it doesn’t look like KSI is interested in risking his health for a boxing match. Jake Paul spoke on this apparent issue during a video uploaded on January 27, 2021, a year after he and KSI nearly came to blows in the ring. According to Jake, KSI is “scared” to fight him, and is using the ongoing global health crisis as an excuse to duck a potential bout. “This guy is scared of me,” he claimed. “He’s legitimately scared. You can see through all of his shit. You can see through it all. This guy keeps blaming not fighting me because of COVID.” Despite doing his best to rile up KSI into fighting him, Jake isn’t too sure their match will ever happen — and isn’t sure he even wants to accept it, having now scheduled an event with former MMA fighter Ben Askren. “I don’t know what KSI is doing,” he added. “I doubt that fight is ever gonna happen. I’m just gonna be fighting these MMA, these professional fighters, and my skill level is just growing and growing. I’m not gonna go backwards and fight a YouTuber who I’m just gonna kill.” This is far from the first time Jake has accused KSI of ducking him; this particular song and dance has been going on since last year, with KSI reminding Jake that, “You’re acting like a pandemic isn’t happening right now.” Will these two ever face off? That possibility is still up in the air, but for now, fans can look forward to Jake’s upcoming bout with Ben Askren — as well as Logan’s forthcoming Super Exhibition fight with none other than Floyd Mayweather.

  • Jake Paul claims KSI “needs” him for boxing fight but he wants McGregor – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims KSI “needs” him for boxing fight but he wants McGregor Instagram: Jake Paul/DAZNJake Paul has explained why he’s not overly desperate to fight KSI, claiming that his longtime rival “needs” someone else to latch onto in order to sell pay-per-views. Despite the pair of them moving on to fight professional fighters and mixed martial arts stars, plenty of fans still want to see Jake Paul and KSI clash inside a boxing ring. Off the back of his wins over Swarmz and Luis Pineda, KSI said he still had some work to do to reach Jake’s level. On the flip side, Jake said he’d fight KSI in the UK if the British YouTube star put a portion of his PRIME Hydration business on the line. Two two ‘agreed’ to fight at some point in 2023, but Jake’s side has certainly soured on that. He’s apparently verbally agreed to fight Tommy Fury, and still wants to take on Nate Diaz. And, in terms of a super fight, he doesn’t see KSI as that. Jake Paul says KSI “needs” him for boxing fight Prior to Floyd Mayweather’s win over Deji, which he was a guest at, Jake spoke to DAZN about his future plans and whether or not he sees himself against KSI as the biggest fight financially for him. “No,” Jake said in a succinct response. “I think me vs McGregor is probably the biggest because he’s still active, still young. The press conferences would be absurd.” He did circle back to a potential fight with KSI though. “KSI doesn’t really actually sell pay-per-views on his own. He needs a Logan Paul or a Jake Paul,” he added. “He sells a lot of merch like Sidemen shit and whatever, but pay-per-view is different when someone is forking out 60 dollars.” Timestamp of 6:00 While Jake is reluctant to step inside the ring with his longtime foe, KSI will have the chance to disprove his claims in the new year on his PRIME boxing card. If he can pick up another win there and get Jake’s attention with sales, who knows what could happen later down the line.

  • Jake Paul claims KSI fight may never happen despite years of animosity – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims KSI fight may never happen despite years of animosity Instagram: KSI / Instagram: Jake PaulDespite being at each other’s throats for years and largely keeping the influencer boxing scene alive, Jake Paul and KSI may never throw down in a boxing ring. Paul argued as much in a recent interview with Ariel Helwani, claiming KSI’s loss to Tommy Fury may see him hang up the gloves for good. While the influencer boxing craze largely took off thanks to KSI vs Logan Paul, arguably the most anticipated matchup since has been KSI against the younger Paul brother. Jake Paul and the Sidemen star have been going back and forth constantly over the years, with countless threats, dozens of Twitter exchanges, and supposedly even multiple fight offers falling through. Ultimately, push has never quite come to shove. Despite the animosity and despite it being one of the hottest matchups in the bubble, Jake Paul is now suggesting the fight may never come to fruition. Following his loss to Tommy Fury, he argues KSI may be stepping away from the sport once and for all. When pressed on the potential fight during a November 15 appearance on Ariel Helwani’s The MMA Hour, Paul pointed the finger at his British rival as to why the fight hasn’t yet happened. “All of this has always depended on KSI and him actually wanting to do this,” Paul claimed. “He just hasn’t wanted to.” For years the pair have gone back and forth, arguing over weight classes, locations, timing, and every other factor in-between. While they seemed to be on an inevitable collision course, doubt has now been cast on the fight ever happening. “I think the [Tommy Fury] loss, and how badly it hurt his ego… kind of just shows, if he’s that salty about that loss, if he would lose to me, it would be the end of his entire world,” Paul added. “I don’t think he’s ready for that mental burden and risk everything to fight me.” Doubling down, Paul suggested KSI might be done with the sport altogether following his first loss. “I just don’t think he’s going to come back to the boxing ring. He’s playing video games, doing reaction videos, while I’m sparring world champions.” Jake Paul discusses the KSI fight from the 11:00 mark below. Given their animosity, however, the door may always be open for a potential blockbuster PPV, with Paul still more than eager to settle their “personal vendetta” in the ring. Though with his next opponent locked in, 10-1 boxer Andre August, his goals are now a little different. Rather than chasing the biggest payday, Paul is instead focused on climbing the ranks on the way to the title. His path forward begins on December 16 in Orland, Florida.

  • Jake Paul claims KSI is being “carried” by Logan Paul with Prime drink business – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims KSI is being “carried” by Logan Paul with Prime drink business Instagram: Jake Paul/PRIMEJake Paul claims that his brother Logan is “carrying” his and KSI’s PRIME Hydration drink venture, but admitted it is “dope” to see the pair link up. Over the years, plenty of content creators have used their massive platform to turn their eyes towards the world of business – launching plenty of different products of their own. Most recently, Logan Paul and KSI broke the internet with the launch of PRIME Hydration – a brand-new sports drink – as they squashed their years-long beef to become business partners. The new drink has become extremely hard to get ahold of, and is still sold out on the PRIME website. While the pair have been advertising it alongside everything they do, Logan’s brother Jake believes he is “carrying” things in regards to PRIME. The YouTuber-turned boxer joined Rob Moore’s Disruptors podcast on February 14 to discuss his own business ventures – including the world of boxing promoting – and what his plans are for the future. As he commented on his brother and long-time rival’s new venture, Jake admitted it was “smart” to do, but believes Logan is carrying things as it stands. “I think it’s dope, I think it’s smart,” Jake said. “They’re doing… well, Logan is sort of carrying the whole company, but obviously KSI has got a big name, but it’s crushing it and I’m proud of Logan, and it’s very smart by him.” Timestamp of 13:00 The YouTuber-turned-boxer was also quizzed on possibly, at long last, fighting KSI. However, he doesn’t believe he’d have to put in much time at the gym if that were to happen. “I’ll fight him, wherever, whenever, I don’t even got to train,” Jake continued. “But, he knows better than to do that.” Even though the pair have been somewhat cordial in recent times, there still appears to be some beef there. Though, who knows if it’ll ever get settled one way or another.

  • Jake Paul claims influencer boxing is “dying” as he casts doubt on long-hyped McGregor fight – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims influencer boxing is “dying” as he casts doubt on long-hyped McGregor fight Associated PressDespite being a poster boy for influencer boxing, Jake Paul claimed that the sport’s days are numbered and that the scene is “dying out”. In a September 6 interview with Daily Mail, Paul, 27, stated his belief that fans of the sport, born from Logan Paul’s clash with KSI in 2019, had grown “tired of seeing the s***** punches”, criticizing fixtures as “sloppy”. “Now that they’re fans of the sport, I think they want to see like, more real, higher level skill. So it’s definitely dying out”, he continued. Following his victory over former UFC fighter Mike Perry in July, Paul’s next fight is scheduled to be against heavyweight boxing legend Mike Tyson. The matchup is penciled in for November, though doubts remain over if the match will go ahead, due to the latter’s ongoing health issues. Should Tyson, 58, be forced to pull out, Paul stated previously that he doesn’t currently have a backup in place. As for other fixtures, Paul, when asked to share his thoughts on a potential fight with Irish MMA star Conor McGregor, wasn’t optimistic. “I don’t think we will [fight], just because he knows what will happen,” the YouTuber said. The pair have traded blows on social media numerous times in the past, and Paul pulled no verbal punches this time, either. “Conor has a brittle body,” Paul continued, adding, “He’s known for getting injuries all the time. It’s basically like every camp, he was getting injured even in his prime. So he just needs to drink some milk”. After Paul’s victory over Mike Perry in July, McGregor slammed the former, labeling him the “biggest p***bag I have ever seen in my life.” Jake Paul has only lost one boxing fixture to date, against Tommy Fury in 2023. You can find a complete breakdown of the former’s boxing record in our dedicated breakdown.

  • Jake Paul claims he’ll “knock the *** out” of Fouseytube in boxing match – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims he’ll “knock the *** out” of Fouseytube in boxing match Jake ‘n Logan, Fouseytube / YouTubeWith YouTube stars Logan Paul and KSI throwing down in their highly-anticipated boxing rematch this November, fans are curious to see which YouTubers will fight on the undercard – and there might be a potential match, already. Returning from a year-long social media hiatus, YouTuber Yousef “Fouseytube” Erakat is back and better than ever, scheduled to box Slim Albaher for charity in September – but he’s already looking for another challenge. Fouseytube called out Jake Paul in a video on August 21, claiming that he wants “all the smoke” with the Team 10 leader due to “personal” reasons that he refrained from stating. While Jake was initially silent on the subject, he finally spoke out on Fousey’s challenge in a joint video with older brother Logan Paul three days later – and he seemed fairly confident of his chances against his potential opponent. “I would knock the fuck out of him,” Paul said of the matter. “Have you seen his sparring videos? The sad part about it is, I think he knows he would lose, deep down, but he won’t ever admit it. I know he knows that he will lose.” (Timestamp: 1:27 for mobile users) That’s not all: Jake even claimed that Fouseytube is boxing “for the wrong reasons,” alleging that he is only fighting for “clout,” and predicted a KO for his own fight in three rounds or less – “guaranteed.” Although Paul didn’t make an official response to Fousey’s request, he isn’t the only YouTuber Erakat has called out: he likewise confronted KSI’s little brother, Deji Olatunji, who challenged him to a sparring match during a livestream. “Deji, I don’t know what you’re thinking,” Fousey replied. “I don’t know who you thought you were against Jake, but you are not about that life. If you want to spar, you can get it any time.” With the KSI vs Logan Paul rematch slated for November 9, those fighting in the event have just three months to prepare, with both Paul brothers suffering leg injuries ahead of the rematch – making for an interesting slew of predictions ahead of their bout.

  • Jake Paul claims he’s hospitalized ahead of Mike Tyson undercard fight – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims he’s hospitalized ahead of Mike Tyson undercard fight YouTube: Jake Paul / Instagram: Mike TysonYouTube star Jake Paul shook up the boxing world after being confirmed for the upcoming Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. exhibition match — but his statement from a recent press conference is sparking rumors that he may not be fit to compete. [jwplayer mgzBNoPb] The youngest Paul brother boasts a short, if successful, boxing history; after defeating fellow influencer Deji on the undercard of Logan Paul’s August 2018 bout, Jake took his talents to the professional level, taking out YouTuber AnEsonGib in a first round KO in January 2020. Now, Jake has been confirmed to fight on the undercard of Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. against ex-NBA star Nate Robinson — but some are wondering if he’ll even appear in the ring. However, some fans are claiming that they think Paul has a black eye, or even a broken nose, although his mask admittedly makes it a bit difficult to see if these alleged injuries are for real. Jake Paul claims he’s planning to play in the NFL after boxing Instagram: Jake Paul/WikiMedia: All Pro ReelsYouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul claims he wants to join the ranks of the NFL when he finishes with boxing, as he plans to retire with a 10-0 record. Since Jake Paul first stepped into the boxing world back in 2018, he’s only continued to make forward steps – both in the ring with his skills, and out of it with the size of the events. Following his knockout win over Tyron Woodley at the end of 2021, the social media sensation has linked himself with a fight against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, and even teased that he may move into MMA. However, in another big twist, the Ohio native has already planned out his future beyond boxing – and it involves taking over a different sport altogether, football. After appearing on ESPN’s First Take, and backing himself to face off with Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez, the 24-year-old joined Stephen A’s World to talk a bit more about things. When pressed on what he wants to do after boxing, Jake surprised the host with his hopes of strapping on the pads and hitting the gridiron. “Stephen, I can run a 4.5-second 40-yard dash,” the YouTuber said. “You don’t think the Browns would draft me? Come on now, I can play Free Safety!” While it may have appeared to be a joke, Jake further noted that he even could play wide receiver. “I’ll be up in there scoring touchdowns. You’ll see me on SportsCenter highlight reels.” .@jakepaul’s plans: retire from boxing with a 10-0 record then make a move to the NFL 🏈 @stephenasmith pic.twitter.com/krmuNmowAo — ESPN+ (@ESPNPlus) January 28, 2022 Even though the NFL might be a pretty big reach, Jake’s hopes of walking away with a perfect 10-0 boxing record aren’t all that far off. He currently sits at 5-0, and his repeatedly demonstrated his knockout power. If he wanted to go into the NFL, it would take some serious work on his part, but at this point, it’s difficult to doubt Jake as he proven critics wrong time and time again.

  • Jake Paul claims he’s done fighting “old dudes” but younger fighters are “scared” – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims he’s done fighting “old dudes” but younger fighters are “scared” YouTube: The SchmoJake Paul says he wants to move on from fighting “old dudes” after being called out by former UFC star Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone. As Jake Paul has risen up the ranks of combat sports, he’s constantly been lambasted for his choice of opponents. Some critics have suggested that he hasn’t fought a real boxer, while others have focused on him fighting former MMA fighters who are beyond their prime. The Problem Child has attempted to make fights to respond to these criticisms, but they’ve been called off due to different issues. His clash with Hasim Rahman Jr was canceled due to issues with the weigh-in while Tommy Fury couldn’t get into the United States to fight Jake. As he looks towards 2023 and a supposed return to the ring in mid-Feburary, Jake has already been called out by a few former UFC fighters. However, it appears he’s moved on from fights with “old dudes” for now. Jake Paul responds to Donald Cerrone fight call-out Jake spoke with MMA YouTuber The Schmo on January 2 and was quizzed about a possible fight with Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone after the former UFC Lightweight contender said he’d be open to fighting Jake. “I don’t know, I’m kind of tired of beating these old dudes up like that, you know what I’m saying,” the YouTuber-turned-boxer told the MMA journalist. “So, I’m just trying to get someone in there who is younger, but they’re all scared honestly. They’re just trying to protect their records, Schmo. You know, you know.” As noted, Jake has been tipped to return to the ring in mid-February, with a long-awaited clash against Tommy Fury potentially finally happening as the Fury camp have said it’s still on the cards. It remains to be seen who’ll be opposite Jake when he next takes to the ring, but if he gets his wish, it’ll be someone in their prime or at least approaching it.

  • Jake Paul claims he’ll be boxing champ in 2025 if he keeps doing one thing – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims he’ll be boxing champ in 2025 if he keeps doing one thing YouTube: Jake PaulJake Paul has claimed that he’ll be cruiserweight world champion in 2025 if he manages to do another big thing in his boxing career. Ever since Jake Paul stepped into the professional boxing world, the social media superstar has made a few things clear, including wanting to be looked at as one of the best boxers around. Well, to do that, you’ve got to capture a world title at some point. The ‘Problem Child’ has also been steadfast in his belief that he will, eventually, become world champion in the Cruiserweight division and get fights against some of the best boxers of all time. Some critics have, of course, downplayed that target, but the YouTuber-turned-boxer has reiterated his desire to be a world champion, and he’s got one big objective on his path there – knocking out Mike Tyson and Mike Perry. That’s right, Jake told ESPN that he believes he needs to score a few more knockout victories if he wants to go on to claim a world title. “I believe in 2025 I will most likely be a world champion. I think I’m ready for it in the next couple of months here and I’m most likely going to go for it in 2025,” he said. “It’s really just my God-given ability and willpower to do this. People haven’t really seen me fight in the past year because of two first-round knockouts. If Mike Perry can make it out of the first or second round, maybe people will see a little more of me, but I don’t believe that anybody can hang with me at 200 pounds.” Timestamp of 6:00 Despite Jake’s claims, wins over Perry and Tyson are unlikely to land him with a world ranking as neither qualifies for any ranking points. The WBC had previously confirmed that Jake would have been ranked had he fought and beat Hasim Rahman Jr., so he’ll have to get back on that track if he truly wants to be world champion.

  • Jake Paul claims he’s “dedicating his life” to beating Conor McGregor – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims he’s “dedicating his life” to beating Conor McGregor Instagram: Jake Paul / Wikimedia CommonsSocial media star turned occasional boxer Jake Paul has revealed just how far he will go to beat the MMA superstar Conor McGregor in a fight, saying he’s “dedicating his life” to the ultimate match. Since his undercard fight with Deji at the Logan Paul vs KSI event back in August 2018, the youngest Paul brother has undeniably developed a taste for the sport. Most recently he fought Nate Robinson, and in just two rounds Jake managed to knock his opponent out, in a clip that promptly went viral. The YouTuber reportedly scooped up millions in earnings from the fight. But Jake is by no means planning to stop there. He’s now setting his sights on some much higher-level opponents, saying in a post-fight interview: “I’m taking this seriously. There’s a long list of opponents that I want. Conor McGregor, Dillon Danis, I’m going to knock them both out.” In an interview with ESPN’s Marc Raimondi, Jake has revealed just how committed he is to fighting the mixed martial arts star, though acknowledges that it will take a whole lot of preparation. He explained: “I want to fight a couple more people, I think, first. But we’re figuring that out. Because I wanna prove to the world that I’m gonna knock out all these fighters.” Topic starts at 8:48 “Conor McGregor can maybe be like the final boss,” Jake continued. “You know if we were playing a video game he could maybe be the final boss. And then I’ll probably retire after I beat McGregor.” The star also made sure to hammer home to viewers that he really is in this game for the long run, saying “people just think it’s a joke, people are like ‘ah, he’s gonna get killed.’ I am dedicating my life to beating Conor McGregor.” A Paul vs. McGregor fight would certainly be one to tune in to, and with these events being a huge revenue magnet, the chances of its continuation are substantial.

  • Jake Paul claims he should “sue” Tommy Fury following second fight cancellation – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims he should “sue” Tommy Fury following second fight cancellation YouTube: Jake PaulAmerican YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul has claimed he should “sue” Tommy Fury, after the British fighter cancelled their rescheduled boxing bout. Comments from Tommy’s father, trainer John Fury, have incensed Paul further. Despite being highly anticipated among fans of YouTube and boxing, the bout between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury is yet to come to fruition. An original fight, scheduled to take place in 2021, was cancelled after Tommy Fury suffered a severe chest infection and broken rib. The fight was then reorganized and set for August 2022, but issues with Tommy’s entrance to the United States have seen it cancelled again, this time replaced with a fight versus Hasim Rahman Jr. Jake has made no secret of his displeasure at “Tommy Fumbles”, claiming the younger brother of world-champion boxer Tyson Fury is deliberately avoiding a fight, especially one set to take place in the US. He took his criticism one step further on July 9, claiming that he “should sue” Tommy following the second cancellation, and pointing to comments from John Fury, Tommy’s father. His tweet reads: “I should sue this fool. Own dad exposes why he pulled out a second time.” Attached were transcribed comments from John Fury, a world-renowned boxing coach. He said to DAZN: “Tommy wasn’t exactly in training, I told him I know you could be fitter, you’re overweight, but it’s up to you because I can’t do the camp, go over there and box him.” I should sue this fool. While no legal action has actually been brought about so far, Jake seems increasingly incensed at the second delay to the fight fans are so desperate to see. Here’s hoping, at some point in the near future, we will finally get to see the two men do battle in the ring.

Influencer-turned-boxer Jake Paul stunned the boxing world by scoring a knockout victory in the sixth round in his rematch against former UFC welterweight champ Woodley. During the fight, however, it seems as if there was some trouble afoot ringside with a TikToker claiming that Masvidal tried to fight him. In a viral TikTok video, user Corbin Millet made explained his side of the story and accused the mixed martial artist’s team of taking his footage. Click here if TikTok fails to load Jake Paul defends fan after Jorge Masvidal altercation “Everyone is saying that I pushed Masvidal, which is complete bulls**t. All I said is that Jake would knock him out like Woodley. Obviously, he didn’t like that, so his managers took my phone and deleted the whole video,” he said. According to Millet, the UFC star’s managers were lying about the situation and are trying to make him look bad. Now, he’s offering $5,000 to anyone that can provide a video where he supposedly pushed the fighter. In the original viral video of the altercation shows an upset Jorge getting into a heated exchange with Millet at the Woodley vs Paul match. During the verbal onslaught, Millet has his hands raised, seemingly not wanting a piece of the pro fighter. Jake Paul, however, commented on the clip writing, “if he touched you I would’ve slept him.” Masvidal and Paul have been trying to find a common battleground to square off. The UFC star turned down a $5M payday from the YouTuber. Instead, he suggested Jake sign a one fight deal with the UFC, as the company wouldn’t let him leave the promotion to fight in a boxing event. Whether or not we see Paul vs Masvidal remains to be seen, but it could end up being one of the best rivalries in the boxer’s young career if the two ever come to an agreement.

Read More: Wolf of Wall Street Jordan Belfort claims Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather was “obviously” staged – In an exclusive interview with DailyMailTV, Paul revealed that he made an “eight figure” profit from the fight, although he refused to divulge the exact amount. “The money is great, the business is great, it is,” Paul told the outlet. “I work blood, sweat, and tears in the gym, but this is a product of working day in and day out since I was 17 years old.” Influencer boxing is a hugely profitable sport This only adds to the already eyebrow-raising profits he’s raked in from his past three fights. Sportico’s Sports Valuations Reporter, Kurt Badenhausen, reported that Paul had made a whopping $20 million in the wake of his first-round victory over Ben Askren in April. Jake seemed to confirm this amount, writing in a tweet, “Oh, we just getting warmed up.” If true, Jake’s latest bout with Woodley was a multi-million dollar deal. That’s HUGE for a YouTuber — and it makes sense why the likes of Floyd Mayweather would be looking to get in on the influencer boxing trend, who joked that he’d made $100 million from his fight with Logan in June. It seems that influencer boxing is a hugely profitable venture, and one that doesn’t look like it’ll slow down anytime soon, if these numbers are anything to go by.

  • Jake Paul claims he made even more than $45 million in 2021 – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims he made even more than $45 million in 2021 Instagram: jakepaulYouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has revealed that he actually earned even more than the $45 million that Forbes estimated he earned in 2021. 24-year-old Jake Paul first launched his YouTube channel in 2014, and since then he has gone on to become a hugely topical creator thanks to endeavors like the Team Ten content house and his recent ventures into the world of boxing. He’s also one of several creators who featured on Forbes’ Highest-Paid YouTube Stars list published in January 2022, alongside other stars such as MrBeast, and brother Logan Paul. They estimated that Jake earned $45 million in 2021, with his boxing work accounting for nearly 90% of that total. But the YouTuber has now responded to his inclusion on the list, saying that the figure was inaccurate — but not because it was an overestimate. In a message posted to his Instagram story, Paul wrote: “True story on my momma. So my dad called me today and asked me if the numbers that were reported today were inflated. ‘I knew you made close to that, but did you really make that?’” “The answer was, ‘yes Dad, and in fact the numbers are slightly low.’ Mind you, I don’t lie to my dad and he knows everything about my life. Even my brother thought the numbers were lower (according to my dad’s convo with him.)” Paul revealed that estimations of his earnings in the past had a tendency to be higher than what they actually were. “A lot of times, Forbes inflates the number made. In 2018 when I made the list, I made $17 million and they reported $22 million I believe,” he said. “On this day they are actually behind and the numbers are actually low. Most celebs would say, ‘thank the lord I’m so blessed’ but I say any regular motherf**ker could do this sh*t if you a sicko and ready to die for your cause.” With Paul looking keen to continue his boxing endeavors, he could be set to make an even bigger amount of money in the coming year.

  • Jake Paul claims he gets “in trouble” when Logan is in controversy for no reason – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims he gets “in trouble” when Logan is in controversy for no reason YouTube: Jake PaulJake Paul has suggested that people don’t see him as a “real person” and that he gets into trouble for things his brother Logan does, even if he’s not involved. Starting out a child star can produce plenty of issues for actors and content creators. You can get pigeonholed into becoming known for just one thing early on, and you also have to grow up in front of a massive audience. The latter part of that has happened to the Paul brothers – Jake and Logan – after they started out as Disney stars before moving into the world of YouTube. They’ve both put that early part behind them in a way by venturing into other avenues like boxing, wrestling, the drinks business, and others. Despite them having plenty of their own things, Jake believes he gets unfairly wrapped up in things whenever Logan gets into trouble – even if he’s got zero to do with it. Jake Paul claims people don’t view him as a “real person” Speaking to The Independent ahead of his fight with Nate Diaz, Jake touched on the way people view him after growing up as a child star and ultimately becoming who he is today, even the misconceptions. “I think people… they don’t think I’m a real person. And I think they judge me from my past a lot, versus looking at who I am today. I think, as humans, we naturally do that, so I get it. “But yeah, I think that’s it…” he told them. Then he touched on the constant comparisons between himself and Logan. “And they compare me to my brother. Whenever he does something wrong, I get in trouble for it. I would probably say that’s the biggest thing,” Jake added. Being brothers, the pair are naturally connected, and while they do support each other’s ventures, they have forged their own paths. Logan has a massive podcast, drinks business with PRIME, and has become a wrestling star. Jake has continued to get increasingly more involved with boxing – something Logan hasn’t done – by becoming a promoter. So, there are certainly differences if people take the time to separate them.

  • Jake Paul claims he is giving KSI an “advantage” by accepting fight demands – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims he is giving KSI an “advantage” by accepting fight demands YouTube: Jake Paul/KSIJake Paul says he’s trying to give KSI an “advantage” for their proposed super fight by giving into the Britsh YouTuber’s conditions about weight and location. A fight between Jake Paul and KSI has been one that has been on the cards for years, but they haven’t quite been able to make it happen just yet. The longtime rivals have circled around each other since getting first getting involved with influencer boxing back in 2019, though Jake has had fights on a more regular basis than KSI, who only returned to the ring at the end of 2022. As they’ve both been back in the gym, they agreed to a fight in 2023, stating that it would take place at Wembley Stadium. However, Jake’s MMA debut has thrown a spanner in the works, and the pair are now targeting a fight in late 2023 rather than the summer. Jake Paul gives KSI “advantage” to make them actually fight They reignited the negotiations on February 5, as Jake and KSI went back and forth on Twitter over a “winner take all” clash that will happen in the UK. KSI stipulated that it has to take place at 180lbs, with a 10lbs rehydration clause also in the contract for their weight cut. He called Jake an “idiot” for agreeing to those terms, believing he’ll easily win. The ‘Problem Child’ clapped back at that, though, saying he’s giving his rival an “advantage” as he looks to claim ultimate bragging rights. “Yeah I gave into your “demands” to try and give you an advantage for you to actually agree to fight me,” Jake tweeted. “Again ZERO to the loser. Not you, not your fake ass promotion.” As it stands, the pair haven’t set a date for the fight, nor have they named a location, but they have talked about making it happen in December. That would rule out Wembley, given the UK specializes in terrible weather, but Cardiff’s Millenium Stadium could be on the cards as it can be fully covered. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

Gigi Hadid fires back at Jake Paul over Zayn Malik confrontation YouTube: Jake Paul / Instagram: Gigi HadidYouTube star Jake Paul claimed he almost had to “clap up” former One Direction star Zayn Malik after the pair apparently crossed paths during a trip to Las Vegas. Zayn’s girlfriend Gigi Hadid has now hit back at the YouTuber. Jake Paul and his brother Logan are no strangers to getting involved in beef on the internet and settling it in person – they’ve got the boxing fights behind them to prove just that. However, while they usually clash with fellow YouTubers or people who have taken shots at them on social media, they’ve traded shots with bigger names in recent. Logan himself has laid down the gauntlet to former NFL star Antonio Brown while Jake seemingly almost came to blows with Zayn Malik. Jake set Twitter alight in the early hours of February 23 when he dropped a tweet out the blue that took a few personal shots at the British pop star. “Almost had to clap up [Zayn] from 1 direction because he is a little guy and has an attitude and basically told me to f**k off for no reason when I was being nice to him,” Jake tweeted. “Zane [I know] you’re reading this… stop being angry cause u came home alone to ur big ass hotel room hahaha.” https://twitter.com/jakepaul/status/1231529242938077185 Close to an hour later, the Paul brother followed up on his original tweet with a few more details about their sudden interaction. “Bro he literally started yelling and freaking the f**k out,” he added before claiming Zayn said, “you wanna test me mate.” Jake concluded: “lol I feel bad for childhood stars.” https://twitter.com/jakepaul/status/1231539101708406784 Gigi Hadid responds to Jake Paul Zayn’s longtime partner Gigi Hadid was quick to respond to Paul’s comments. Go to bed.” https://twitter.com/gigihadid/status/1231560100437012480?s=21 Jake and Zayn were in Las Vegas for the Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury rematch where, if you didn’t know already, the British boxer scored the victory and reclaimed a few of the titles that he relinquished back in 2016. Whether or not the Paul brother and former One Direction star decide to lace up the gloves and settle whatever difference they have in the ring, though, remains to be seen – especially as we haven’t heard Malik’s side of the story just yet.

Jake Paul claims he could retire Conor McGregor with only 6 months training Instagram: Jake Paul/Conor McGregorJake Paul is adamant he wants to fight Conor McGregor inside the Octagon, claiming it would only take six months for him to be ready and that he’d even send the ‘Notorious’ one into retirement. Ever since he first stepped into the boxing ring, Jake Paul has had big plans for his fighting career, regularly going after some of the biggest names in the sport. That also includes MMA superstar Conor McGregor. While the Irish fighting icon is more at home in the confines of the Octagon, Jake has been urging him to get back into the boxing ring – sending repeated verbal jabs his way, as well as laying out a few fight offers. On top of that, the social media star has also been teasing a transition into MMA himself, with the plan of beating McGregor on his home turf. And, he’s pretty confident it wouldn’t take all that long to make happen. Despite being on a short hiatus from boxing, focusing more on the promoting side of things, Jake has been eyeing up a fight before the end of 2022. In an interview with The Sun, the 25-year-old noted that it could be against McGregor inside the cage, as he’d only need six months to prepare for that. “Who said I’m not worried? He’s been at it for 15 years. But I know I have a great chance given I’m rising and he’s declining,” Jake said. “I will spend six months, morning, day, and night training with the best MMA coaches in the world and put myself in a position to win. Jake Paul claims Floyd Mayweather is “ruining his legacy”, sets conditions for fight After an extensive back and forth between Jake Paul and Floyd Mayweather, the younger Paul brother has laid out the conditions for a fight to stop Mayweather from “ruining his legacy”. As Jake Paul and Floyd Mayweather gear up to take on different opponents later this year, the two can’t help but send shots at one another. On September 24, Mayweather told TMZ he would be open to fighting Jake which was almost immediately met with more trash talk from Jake. Jake claimed he would give Mayweather a “proper retirement” if the two were to meet in the ring, and urged Showtime Sports executive Stephen Espinoza to make the fight happen. The 24th also saw Mayweather step into the ring for an exhibition match in Japan. And while there was no winner, Mayweather easily knocked out his “no name” opponent Mikuru Asakura. But fighting a little-known boxer has given the Paul brothers more ammo to fire shots at Floyd. Jake Paul lays out conditions for Mayweather fight On September 25, Jake would address his followers on Twitter via a video captioned “Dear Floyd Mayweather”. He would call out Floyd once again followed by a set of conditions for a fight between the two. “Picture this. It’s 2022. Floyd Mayweather is ruining his legacy fighting no-name guys, wasting his fans’ money, wasting his fans’ time. He doesn’t even know the names of the guys he’s fighting, and then he chooses to fight Comedy Shorts Gamer. To make some money to pay his tax bills,” Jake stated. He then took on a more serious persona to lay out the conditions of their potential fight. Floyd would need to get his weight up to 165 and Jake would drop down to 175. For reference, Mayweather weighed 155 during his fight against Logan Paul who weighed just over 189 pounds – a 34-pound difference. “Floyd, I will fight you, and you know that’s one of the biggest fights to make in boxing. Make a couple hundred million dollars, but what will your excuse be?” Jake claimed. “You didn’t care what my brother weighed, so why do you care what I weigh?” But Jake wasn’t confident in Floyd accepting the fight. He claimed that Mayweather would find a way to “dance around” the challenge, and offered up an excuse that Floyd might use to avoid the fight. “‘Once he fights a professional fighter he’s gonna get destroyed. It’ll be bad for him.’ Why not let that be you?” Jake asked. He closed by stating that he couldn’t believe it’s 2022 and Floyd Mayweather is “scared” to fight Jake Paul.

Jake Paul claims Hasim Rahman Jr. fight is chance to prove he’s a real professional boxer Despite his pristine 5-0 record, Jake Paul feels his upcoming bout against Hasim Rahman Jr. is his chance to prove he is a real professional boxer. The younger Paul brother stepped into the ring for his first official boxing match in 2020 against fellow YouTube star AnEsonGib. Winning by a TKO, Jake Paul would fall in love with the sport, pouring himself into it and abandoning content creation. He would go on to compete in four more fights in 2020-2021. Knocking out NBA star Nate Robinson and former MMA champion Ben Askren, he would then face another former MMA champion, Tyron Woodley. Their first bout would end in a win for Paul by split decision, but their rematch would end in round six as Woodley’s limp body hit the mat solidifying another victory for Jake. But despite his wins and obvious boxing prowess, Jake Paul is still scrutinized by the boxing community. He has yet to fight a real boxer or a fighter close to his age, but that’s about to change come August. Jake Paul’s chance to prove himself Paul has been looking to face a ‘real boxer’ to finally prove he belongs in the community. He was slated to fight Tommy Fury, a professional boxer from the UK, in December of 2021. However, the fight fell through and was rescheduled for August 2022. But after Fury claimed he couldn’t get into the United States, the fight fell through a second time. But Paul had another pro-boxer ready to fight if Fury were to back out. The heavyweight boxer with a 12-1 record Hasim Rahman Jr. has agreed to step into the ring with Jake Paul on August 6, 2022. In an interview with The New York Times, Jake was asked if there was any added excitement for this fight since Rahman is an actual boxer. To which Jake responded, “Yeah, exactly. And that’s been the biggest criticism. ‘Fight a real boxer, fight a real boxer. Fight someone who’s around your age. Fight someone your weight.” The 25-year-old continued, “I’m doing all of that now. He’s 12-1, comes from a legendary bloodline, is a heavyweight, so he’s actually bigger and taller than me. And I’m going to go out there and show the world that I’m a professional boxer.” ✅ Bigger ✅ Stronger ✅ More experienced ✅ KO powerBut it doesn’t matter. At one point in time, a crossover between Jake Paul, Logan Paul, and Floyd Mayweather seemed like an unlikely scenario. However, that changed after Logan fought against Mayweather in an exhibition bout in June 2021. Since then, Logan headed in a different direction — becoming a professional wrestler for the WWE. Not only is he taking on Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania 38, but he’s even considering performing in the ring full-time. Meanwhile, Jake made waves in the boxing scene, beating former UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley not once but twice. His next fight has more or less been confirmed, but he hasn’t ruled out a match against Mayweather. First, Paul admitted he was open to fighting Mayweather. “I’m open [to it],” he said. “I mean, I would fight Mayweather, but he would he wouldn’t fight me” — implying the boxing legend is avoiding him on purpose. Jake Paul claims Floyd Mayweather hired “gangsters” to have him killed YouTube: MILLION DOLLA WORTH OF GAME, FULL SEND PODCASTYouTube star-turned-pro boxer Jake Paul has levied a shocking accusation toward 50-0 champ Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather, claiming the boxing legend had put a ‘hit’ out on him due to his ‘Gotcha Hat’ stunt in May. Jake Paul is the self-proclaimed ‘Problem Child’ of the internet for a reason. Aside from his career as a bombastic YouTuber, Paul isn’t shy of calling out anyone and everyone in the combat sports world for a potential bout — even to the point of putting himself in harm’s way. In May of this year, Paul notably sauntered up to Floyd Mayweather just after his press conference with older brother Logan Paul, who Mayweather was set to face off with in a month’s time. In true ‘Problem Child’ fashion, Jake snatched the hat from Floyd’s head, chanting, “Gotcha hat!” — a phrase he almost immediately emblazoned onto merchandise that fell into the hands of fans around the world. “”Got your hat!”” Floyd Mayweather & Jake Paul got into a scuffle at the #MayweatherPaul press conference 🤯pic.twitter.com/uFEueh6FWk — Dexerto (@Dexerto) May 6, 2021 Their ensuing scuffle resulted in a massive brawl that had Mayweather claiming he would “kill” Jake over his hat stunt. During an episode of the NELK Boys’ FULL SEND podcast on September 8, Jake alleged that Mayweather had actually hired “gangsters” to “kill” him as a result of his taunting. “He was trying to get me killed behind the scenes, for sure,” Jake claimed. “He was calling, like, ‘the gangsters,’ because we were in Miami at the time. He was, like, calling the ‘street people,’ ’cause my security is tapped into the street people.” “They were like, ‘Yo, you guys gotta be f**king careful. He’s trying to do something,’” he continued. “So, whatever the f**k that meant, or means. … I was like, ‘Alright, if this is how I die, this is how I die.’” (Topic begins at 42:19) Shortly after Jake’s scuffle with Mayweather made headlines, Logan claimed in a subsequent interview that he’d upped his security due to the champ’s threats, posting bodyguards around them “everywhere at all times.” Jake has just come off his split-decision victory against Tyron Woodley and is currently seeking a fight with Tommy Fury… but there’s no telling if another bout between Mayweather and another Paul brother will happen someday in the future.

  • Jake Paul sprints away after Floyd Mayweather and his team try to “jump” him – Dexerto

Jake Paul sprints away after Floyd Mayweather and his team try to “jump” him YouTube: Jake PaulContent creator turned boxer Jake Paul has called out Floyd Mayweather on Twitter, with the Paul brother accusing Mayweather of trying to “jump” him with a group of people. Following his loss to Tommy Fury, Jake Paul has been extremely active on social media, conducting numerous interviews as well as posting about his desire to have his rematch against Tommy Fury set up as soon as possible. And while Jake Paul’s eyes seemed set on Tommy, the Problem Child has now called out another boxer online, accusing Floyd Mayweather and his team of ganging up on him. Jake posted a tweet at first, calling out Mayweather by writing, “Floyd if you want to fight one-on-one we can do that but don’t try to hop out of three cars 25 dudes deep tryna to jump me while I’m tryna enjoy my Wednesday night.” Before long, a full video of the altercation surfaced online through TMZ. In the brief clip, we can see multiple members of Mayweather’s team approaching the younger Paul brother. While one security guard tries to keep the peace, it wasn’t long before Paul ran away from the tense situation. Given he already has his rematch with Tommy planned as well as his eventual showdown against KSI, it seems unlikely that Jake would already be looking for a third matchup in Mayweather. However, there’s no denying the two have history, given the infamous ‘gotcha hat’ moment ahead of Floyd’s fight with Logan Paul. One boxer who has responded to Jake’s initial message is KSI, with the British influencer retweeting the post and asking Jake if he “just had another wet dream.” This comment from KSI is a direct reference to something Jake said during the most recent episode of the IMPAULSIVE podcast wherein he discussed having a wet dream before his match again Tommy Fury. Jake Paul responds after Floyd Mayweather’s team “ambushes” him Several hours later, Jake addressed the matter in a tweet, saying that he’s more than willing to meet Mayweather mano-a-mano in the ring. “Floyd will not see me 1 on 1 in a real fight,” he wrote. “That’s a fact. His team ahs hit my team numerous times to do his ‘exhibitions.’ Now he ambushes me. Come see me in the ring, real fight, no exhibition robbing fans bullsh*t.” With Paul slated to face off with Tommy Fury this summer, it’s unclear when a possible match with Mayweather would take place – but this latest interaction between Jake and Floyd’s team is certainly drawing attention from fans, either way. • Jake Paul claims fight with Conor McGregor is not far away – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims fight with Conor McGregor is not far away Instagram: Jake PaulYouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has been wanting a fight with UFC icon Conor McGregor for a long time, and now, he’s promising it could happen very soon. Jake Paul and his brother Logan have taken the boxing world by storm, duking it out with combat sports veterans such as Floyd Mayweather and Tyron Woodley. But the biggest fight for either brother may be still to come. In December, Jake will be fighting Tommy Fury, the brother of boxing champion Tyson Fury. Meanwhile, Logan is rumored to take on Mike Tyson in February in what should be a slobber knocker of a match. Although The Problem Child’s sights are still set on securing the win against Tommy and making him change his last name to ‘Fumbles,’ a fight with Conor McGregor seems to be inching closer and closer. Jake Paul promises fans a fight with Conor McGregor In an interview with Bleacher Report, Paul explained how his rise to boxing stardom began with him challenging McGregor, said and he will end up securing that deal. “People were like, ‘Oh, that kid’s crazy. McGregor will kill him!’” Paul mocked his critics before revealing the fight could be happening sooner than people realize. “That fight could happen in the next 24 months,” he revealed, claiming the bout is just two years away. “One-hundred percent it probably will, and I will beat him. People are seeing how serious I am about this and change the way they think about it.” With McGregor currently on a two-fight losing streak having lost back-to-back against Dustin Poirier – something Paul mocked him for – it will be interesting to see what his next step ends up being. Ultimately, it comes down to McGregor wanting to step foot into the ring with Jake, but the YouTuber seems confident that the fight will happen and that he’ll emerge victorious over the Notorious One.

  • Jake Paul claims Dana White is “ducking” his Conor McGregor UFC fight offer – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Dana White is “ducking” his Conor McGregor UFC fight offer Instagram: Jake Paul/Conor McGregorJake Paul claims that Dana White is “ducking” his offer to take on Conor McGregor and that he is completely serious about fighting the Irish superstar. Since stepping into the fight game, Jake Paul has been making waves in the world of boxing. Though, he’s also been causing a bit of chaos on the Mixed Martial Arts side of things as well. The YouTuber-turned-boxer has gone after UFC President Dana White over fighter pay and healthcare, tried to convince Jorge Masvidal to step into the boxing ring, and has repeatedly taken shots at Conor McGregor about his recent losses. Jake has also offered to fight McGregor on numerous occasions as well, both in the Octagon and the boxing ring – with his most recent offer having the added bonus of him dropping his beef with the UFC once and for all. Well, according to Jake, the UFC and Dana have been ducking him on that proposal despite doing a few media appearances in that time. The 25-year-old was quizzed by TMZ Sports about whether or not he’d heard any rumblings, and he confirmed he hadn’t. “Not as of yet, you know he keeps on going on interviews, he was on my brother’s podcast and he seems to be ducking the whole entire thing,” Jake said. One bone of contention that White has had about the fight is that Jake and Conor are in vastly different weight classes. Though, Jake believes that’s not really a hurdle. “He doesn’t realize that Conor and I weigh the exact same right now, Conor is walking around at 190 lbs and I’m walking around at 190 lbs.” Even though McGregor is one of the UFC’s greatest attractions, Jake is convinced that he’d only need six months’ worth of training to beat him, as he believes the Irishman is “declining.” The social media star has already confirmed that he’ll be back in action come August, and while he isn’t sure if that’ll be against McGregor, he does an ideal opponent in mind.

  • Jake Paul claims Disney didn’t fire him after Bizaardvark controversy – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Disney didn’t fire him after Bizaardvark controversy Instagram: Jake PaulJake Paul has dismissed new claims he was fired by Disney back in 2017 during his stint on sitcom Bizaardvark, addressing the three-and-a-half-year-old controversy in a recent interview. Jake Paul, while juggling his YouTube and Vine antics back in 2017, was fast-becoming one of Disney’s biggest stars. The then 20-year-old played Dirk Mann on the sitcom Bizaardvark for two seasons. However, his stay on the set was cut abruptly short in June 2017. He parted ways with the project, and there was a mixed reaction. Back then, Jake Paul said that he and Disney “came to the agreement” to mutually part ways. However, others have claimed the star was fired over a series of controversies, including a news segment that saw neighbours complain about the then-Disney star. Paul has rubbished those claims though. He doubled down on his initial statement three years ago, saying that he played along with the community sentiment as a joke. “It’s funny because, for the last three years I’ve sort of ran with everyone saying, “Oh, he got fired,” just because I think it’s funnier to say, “I got fired by Disney,” but in reality it was a mutual decision to split from each other,” he told The Daily Beast. The decision was purely a business one, according to Paul. He wanted more money, and Disney wasn’t offering it. “They weren’t paying me enough. I was making millions more — per week — than I was on that show, and it was a mutual decision for us to split up,” he added. “Everyone I worked with on that show was fantastic, but from a business standpoint it didn’t make sense. I was aging up and wanted more money.” Jake Paul has since gone on to grow his career on YouTube, even expanding into boxing the likes of AnEsonGib on a Mike Tyson card, something the younger Paul brother said was the highlight of his life. However, the real reasoning behind his parting with Disney will always be questioned.

  • Jake Paul claims Conor McGregor fight is next after he “knocks out” Nate Diaz – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Conor McGregor fight is next after he “knocks out” Nate Diaz Instagram: Jake Paul / Instagram: thenotoriousmmaDespite having Nate Diaz in front of him, Jake Paul already has his next steps mapped out, claiming that a fight with Irish MMA star Conor McGregor will follow close behind. Social media celeb turned divisive boxing up-and-comer Jake Paul seemingly hasn’t tempered his expectations in the face of defeat. Having been handed his first boxing loss in his most recent bout against Tommy Fury, Paul’s future in the sport remained unclear. Though just months later and he’s now gearing up for a major rebound. With a fight already locked in against combat sports veteran Nate Diaz, Paul is getting right back in the ring with another huge draw. Set to lock horns on Saturday, August 5, the former YouTube sensation will be looking to avoid a second consecutive loss when taking on Stockton’s finest. However, beyond this upcoming clash, Paul already appears to be confident in what will follow it up. After “[knocking] out” the Diaz brother, he’s targeting his biggest fight yet with the notorious Conor McGregor. Moments after stepping off stage from his first press conference with Nate Diaz, Paul spoke with ESPN’s Marc Raimondi. During this conversation, he locked in his next target, a familiar name he’s been plenty vocal about in recent years. “This fight made the most sense and the opportunity was there, he was a free agent,” Paul first said on Diaz, arguing it made the most sense coming off his decision loss to Fury. “[Nate is] someone I’ve always wanted to fight and someone that’s always been on my list. I see a roadmap where I knock out Nate and go to Conor McGregor. “Do what Conor couldn’t do, knock out Nate, then that would be the biggest fight in combat sports that could possibly be made, me vs Conor.” Obviously, words are just words for now and Paul’s vision is but a pipe dream at this stage. But combat sports fans should know best never to say never. Many of the sport’s top pundits claimed Mayweather vs McGregor was never going to happen, until it did. So who truly knows how likely or unlikely a potential bout between Paul and McGregor really is. Should Paul live up to his own expectations, however, he could be the first to properly knock Diaz out cold, a task no fighter has cleanly accomplished before. Though no doubt it’s a very big if, and looking beyond his next opponent could certainly backfire. We’ll just have to wait and see how it all plays out in the coming weeks. Here’s how you can tune into the Paul vs Diaz fight as it goes down.

  • Jake Paul claims Conor McGregor is “the most underpaid fighter” amid Dana White feud – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Conor McGregor is “the most underpaid fighter” amid Dana White feud YouTube: Jake Paul / Instagram: thenotoriousmmaYouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has claimed that Conor McGregor is “the most underpaid fighter in history” amid his feud with UFC president Dana White over fighters’ pay. Over the past year particularly, YouTuber Jake Paul, who has over 20 million subscribers on his channel, has turned his attention primarily to boxing, where he’s been stepping into the ring with some big pro-fighters. One thing about the industry he has been vocal about is the issue of fighters not getting paid what they’re worth by big organizations like UFC. This has led him to enter into a back-and-forth feud with UFC president Dana White. After White disputed the PPV numbers for Paul’s fight with Ben Askren, the YouTuber hit back by saying “maybe it’s time to pay your fighters their fair share.” After Showtime Sports executive Stephen Espinoza appeared in an interview talking about Paul’s stance, the influencer explained why they’ve teamed up. “I partnered with @stephenespinoza bc he created the biggest PPVs in history & made sure fighters got majority of the revenue..not 10% like UFC does,” he said. The social media star then went on to claim: “McGregor is the most underpaid fighter in history (what he gets paid to fight versus the value he has brought to UFC, ESPN and MMA)” I partnered with @stephenespinoza bc he created the biggest PPVs in history & made sure fighters got majority of the revenue..not 10% like UFC does. • Jake Paul claims Conor McGregor fight could happen within “24 months” – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Conor McGregor fight could happen within “24 months” Instagram: jakepaul / Instagram: thenotoriousmmaJust days out from his boxing match against Ben Askren, controversial social media celebrity Jake Paul has doubled down on the idea of a potential fight with Conor McGregor in the near future. In the build to his showdown with wrestling legend Askren, the younger Paul brother hasn’t been afraid to call out anyone and everyone. Despite only having two pro fights under his belt – one against a fellow YouTuber and one against a retired NBA player – Paul appears confident enough to take on MMAs best. In the pre-fight press conference, Paul looked well beyond his immediate opponent. Having teased McGregor plenty in the past, his name was in focus once again here as the two are “on a road to each other,” according to Paul. “He’s an A-list celebrity and there are very few fighters who are A-list celebrities. We’ll see what happens,” he said. View this post on Instagram Having supposedly put an official offer to McGregor in recent months, nothing ever materialized. The former UFC champ-champ instead went on his octagon return where he fell to Dustin Poirier in their Lightweight rematch. After losing his first fight back in 12 months, Paul was quick to mock him online. With the trilogy now locked in, Paul “hopes” McGregor rebounds so they can eventually cross paths. “I hope he wins against Dustin so that the fight becomes more exciting. “He just keeps on taking L’s. I think him fighting me would not only be his money fight, but it would technically be the easiest challenge.” As to when such a scrap might take place, Paul believes it could happen sooner than anyone is expecting. “We’re a lot closer to a Jake Paul vs Conor McGregor fight than anyone thinks,” he explained. “I think it could happen in the next 24 months.” View this post on Instagram Outside of former MMA champs, Paul also has his eyes on more social media stars for future bouts. “There’s a company right now that wants to pay me an absurdly large amount of money to fight an influencer,” he revealed. As to who that might be, we’ll just have to wait and see. Paul first needs to get through Askren as the two collide on April 17.

  • Jake Paul claims Conor McGregor fight is bigger than Floyd Mayweather rematch – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Conor McGregor fight is bigger than Floyd Mayweather rematch Instagram: Jake Paul/Conor McGregorJake Paul believes that a fight between himself and Conor McGregor would be bigger than a potential rematch between the Irish MMA star and Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather. Ever since he first stepped into the world of boxing, Jake Paul has been trying to get UFC superstar Conor McGregor to ditch the Octagon and get back into the boxing ring. The Irish MMA star, who hasn’t fought inside the cage since July 2021, made waves back in 2017 when he took on Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather in ‘The Biggest Fight in Combat Sports’ in his first ever professional boxing match. Mayweather ultimately defeated McGregor, taking his boxing record to a perfect 50-0, with the pair reportedly making a few hundred million each for the bout. There has been plenty of talk about them running it back – especially as Mayweather is fighting Japanese MMA star Mikuru Asakura in September. Though, Jake also wants to get in on the action too. Jake Paul still wants Conor McGregor fight The YouTuber-turned-boxer is scheduled to face Hasim Rahman Jr. on August 6, but has already made plenty of noise about who he wants to face afterwards – which includes a possible meeting with Mike Tyson. Though when he appeared on The DAZN Boxing Show, Jake suggested that fighting Conor could still be on the cards.”Me vs Conor McGregor is a way bigger fight [than Floyd Mayweather rematch]. We’ve already seen that fight,” Jake told the show’s hosts. “Me vs Conor’s going to be way more competitive, way more s**t talk, way more entertaining. That’s the one everyone really wants.” Given that Jake and Conor have gone back and forth with the trash talking for a few years, there’s definitely some interest in the fight, but it would take Conor getting out of his UFC contract to make it happen. Whether or not that will ever happen given Jake’s ongoing feud with the MMA promotion and its president Dana White, remains to be seen.

Jake Paul claims boxing ‘helped save his life’: “I felt lost” YouTube: Jake PaulAs a guest on an episode of the ‘Subject to Change’ podcast, YouTuber Jake Paul revealed that when he felt “lost,” it was boxing that helped save his life. While 24-year-old Jake Paul was once known as being a constant source of controversy, in the past few years he’s become better known as an influencer-turned-boxer along with brother Logan, and has fought people like Ben Askren, Nate Robinson, and has a bout coming up with UFC star Tyron Woodley. The star has also recently been putting effort into other projects, including the launch of an anti-cyberbullying charity called “Boxing Bullies.” It’s clear that the YouTuber has found a great love for the sport, and on a July 22 episode of ‘Subject to Change,’ Jake explained how exactly his life changed after getting into boxing. When asked if he believed in fate, he replied: “Yeah, I do. I believe, you know, there’s chosen people in this world who have special destinies and special paths. I believe I was chosen 100% by the higher powers to live and fulfill this destiny for a higher purpose.” Topic starts at 10:22 He went on to say that “for me that higher purpose I think is, inspiring millions of kids who came from a humble background like me, to pursue their dreams and not let anyone stop them. And to take up the sport of boxing because it helped save my life. You know, I didn’t know who I was, I didn’t have purpose in LA, I felt lost, and boxing got me on the straight and narrow.” Jake explained that he didn’t have anyone “knock on [his] door and inspire [him]” to accomplish anything, so he wants to knock on doors and tell kids that there’s more out there in the world than college and a 9 to 5 job.

  • Jake Paul claims boxing is “easier” than MMA after being called out for easy fights – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims boxing is “easier” than MMA after being called out for easy fights YouTube: Jake PaulSocial media star Jake Paul believes boxers are “easier” to fight than MMA stars as he remains serious about wanting to challenge himself against some of the world’s best. Despite many critics doubting his skills at first, Jake Paul has managed to make a splash in the boxing scene – both inside, and out of, the ring. The YouTuber is currently undefeated with a 5-0 record, and wants to finish with a clean 10-0 record when it’s all said and done. His last win, a devastating knockout victory over Tyron Woodley, reinforced that he has the power to match some pretty competent fighters, but as ever, he’s eyeing up a massive leap – and is serious about a meeting with Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez. Before he gets close to that point, however, he’s going to have to keep racking up wins. And while some might want him to fight ‘real’ boxers, Jake is open to anything. The YouTuber-turned-boxer appeared on Talksport’s Breakfast show on February 7, alongside boxing promoter Eddie Hearn – who had been the one to urge Jake to take on ‘real’ boxers originally. Jake noted that he tried to meet that demand with the Tommy Fury fight, but the Brit pulled out on injury grounds, but he’s also happy to fight MMA stars, as he believes they’re a bit more challenging to take on. “I think boxers are easier to fight than MMA fighters. They are more predictable and don’t hit as hard and they can’t take as big of a punch,” Jake stated, though, Hearn immediately disagreed, questioning if he was serious or not. 😡 “I tried to fight a real boxer & he faked an injury, that’s @TommyTNTFury!” 🥇 “I know I can become a world champ as I spar against world champions.” 👊 “I want to prove everyone wrong and I am going to just for fun!”@JakePaul has BIG ambitions for his career in boxing 🥊 pic.twitter.com/F6KDnpUp6S — talkSPORT (@talkSPORT) February 7, 2022 The YouTuber further made the point that he is serious about what he says when it comes to boxing, and even wants Hearn to promote the fight between himself and Canelo – should it happen. His take on boxers being ‘easier’ to fight than MMA stars will, undoubtedly, be debated until he fights someone who has dedicated their life to the sweet science. However, it’s not like he hasn’t got any suiters – both Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and Mairis Briedis, boxing world champions in their respective divisions, want to face him.

  • Jake Paul claims Austin McBroom’s company could go bankrupt after YouTube vs TikTok event – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims Austin McBroom’s company could go bankrupt after YouTube vs TikTok event YouTube: ACE Family / Jake PaulYouTuber Jake Paul has explained why he thinks Social Gloves, which Austin McBroom reportedly owns part of, could go bankrupt after underselling PPV tickets for YouTubers vs TikTokers. The June 12 YouTubers vs TikTokers bout was a boxing event that turned out to be a lot more memorable than many fans expected. With knockout moments, controversies, and more, they even ended up trending widely on social media. However, the drama didn’t stop after the event was over, as two weeks later fighters like Vinnie Hacker claimed that they were yet to be paid. Reportedly, the event only made 136,000 PPV sales, falling short of the projected 500,000. Following this, Austin McBroom was accused of owning part of Social Gloves, the company that organized the event, with internet users digging up records from the United States Patent and Trademark Office directory. Fellow influencer turned boxer Jake Paul thinks the pay drama and the massive loss in profit could even bankrupt Social Gloves. “They thought they were gonna sell a certain amount of pay-per-views, and they didn’t sell anywhere near that, and they spent way too much money putting the event on,” Jake explained. “So it probably has to bankrupt the company. It’s harder to sell pay-per-views than people think.” He went on to suggest that the high ticket prices and the fact that many of these influencers have young audiences were to blame for the lack of sales. Topic starts at 4:06 “To come out and hit their first event ever and charge $60, with an audience that is very technically savvy—there was a ton of illegal streams happening for that fight, like hundreds and thousands of people watching it for free, because these are young 13-year-old kids who are gonna find it on the illegal website,” he explained. Jake Paul and Chris Brown finally face off at ACE Family charity basketball match Eva Rinaldi, Flickr / Jake Paul, YouTubeControversial YouTuber Jake Paul called out singer-songwriter Chris Brown for a potential fight after his pay-per-view boxing match in August 2018 – and now, the two have finally faced off, thanks to a charity basketball game held by YouTubers ‘The Ace Family.’ Massively popular family vloggers known as the ACE Family held their annual charity basketball event on June 29, which saw the participation of massive YouTube stars like MrBeast, RiceGum, and even A-List celebrities like Lil Pump and Chris Brown. This marked a major turning point for Jake Paul, who’d called out the controversial music artist for a potential fight nearly a year ago – and even called him a “bitch” during a following vlog in November 2018. [Timestamp: 0:18 for mobile viewers] Thanks to the ACE Family’s charity basketball event, Paul was able to confront Chris Brown face-to-face, leading to some hilarious trash-talk on the court. “You can hide from me calling you out on the fight, but you can’t hide now,” Paul challenged in the middle of their game at the Los Angeles Staples Center. Things heated up as Paul attempted to guard Brown just inside the three point line, before Brown hit him with a quick crossover before draining an easy jumper – ultimately throwing Paul’s challenge back in his face without ever saying a word. [Timestamp: 8:03 for mobile viewers] Brown went on to score yet another three-pointer in Pauls’ face, with the YouTuber begging him to “please don’t do that again” – a fact that he admitted was pretty embarrassing, after hyping up his skills ahead of the game. • Jake Paul claims AnEsonGib is a “doormat” on his path to beating KSI – Dexerto

Jake Paul claims AnEsonGib is a “doormat” on his path to beating KSI YouTubers-turned-boxing pros Jake Paul and AnEsonGib met face to face ahead of their January 30 fight — but it doesn’t seem that Gib is Paul’s end game, in the slightest. Boasting three title matches on their fight card, Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib marks the second-ever professional YouTube boxing match, following the KSI vs Logan Paul rematch on November 9, 2019. However, the rematch gave Jake something to look forward to — a revenge bout, in order to clear his brother’s name, who lost by a two-point deduction from the judges after hitting KSI while he was downed in the fourth round. Jake explained his game plan during his January 8 press conference in Hollywood, CA, claiming that Gib is nothing more than a “doormat” on his path to defeating KSI in the ring. “Gib’s a doormat to me,” Paul stated. “He’s merely something I’m wiping my shoes on, on the path to avenge my brother. My brother lost because of a two point deduction. KSI got the win. All respect to him. After I beat Gib, KSI will get the smoke. To me, that’s where this is all naturally going.” However, Gib himself is bent on ending “the Paul name,” reminding fans that he “forced” the fight on Paul and claiming he’d hoped for an easier fight with names like Fouseytube and rapper Soulja Boy. “It’s the fight I wanted,” Gib claimed. “[Jake] didn’t want this fight. I forced this fight upon him. …I’m more conditioned than you. You got out-conditioned by Deji. Under the spotlight, you are a coward. That’s why you went after Fouseytube, Soulja Boy. You’ve got no heart, that’s facts.” After the trash talk was finished, the two completed the conference with a staredown, which ended in some pushing and shoving that ultimately signaled the end of the broadcast as the two were escorted away. With Gib claiming to have better interactions on social media and Jake eschewing Gib as his ultimate opponent, tensions are rising higher than ever as the internet stars prepare for their debut match in Miami, Florida at the end of the month.

  • Jake Paul challenges UFC fighter Conor McGregor to boxing match in Ireland – Dexerto

Jake Paul challenges UFC fighter Conor McGregor to boxing match in Ireland Instagram/jakepaul/thenotoriousmmaJake Paul is once again calling out UFC star Conor McGregor for a fight, this time letting the Irishman know that he wants their boxing match to take place on his own turf. Influencer-turned-boxer Jake Paul has taken the fight world by storm. With a 5-0 record, the Problem Child has secured KOs over UFC fighters such as Ben Askren and former Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley. As he continues to make his mark, there has been one opponent on Paul’s radar for over a year: Conor McGregor. Yet, despite his best efforts to provoke a confrontation, the Irishman has yet to accept the YouTuber’s challenges. That all might change now that Jake has outlined where he wants a fight between the two to take place: McGregor’s home country of Ireland. Jake Paul makes bold fight offer to Conor McGregor Speaking at a London press conference for the upcoming fight between Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor, Paul touched on the ultimate goal of his fighting career, that being a bout with The Notorious One himself. “I want to fight McGregor, I will fight him in a boxing ring in Ireland,” Paul said. “This is partially how the journey [in boxing] started.” According to Paul, securing a fight with the former UFC Lightweight and Featherweight double champion is what made him want to get into boxing to begin with. “I made up my mind that I was going to get a fight with McGregor and win it and that is what motivated me to jump into this boxing career,” the influencer added. Will McGregor accept Jake Paul’s fight offer? As Dexerto previously reported, Paul had stated that in order for a fight with McGregor to go down, he would need the embattled star to “figure out his life,” but still wanted to “smack him in the head.” Unfortunately, as McGregor is currently recovering from a leg injury sustained during his trilogy bout against Dustin Poirier last summer and wants to make a UFC return, a boxing match with Paul could be unlikely. That said, with Jake wanting to get involved in MMA himself, there is always a chance that the two end up meeting at some point, potentially in the octagon instead of a boxing ring.

  • Jake Paul changes stance on potential Anderson Silva fight amid rumors – Dexerto

Jake Paul changes stance on potential Anderson Silva fight amid rumors Instagram: Jake Paul/Anderson SilvaYouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has changed his tune when it comes to a potential fight with Anderson Silva, admitting he’d now be open to it happening. Since Jake Paul beat Tyron Woodley in their long-awaited rematch at the end of 2021, the YouTuber has been linked to fight plenty of different names. The frontrunner, it seemed, was former Middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, while current Cruiserweight champion Mairis Briedis also threw his hat into the ring by getting a tattoo aimed at Jake on his leg. Mike Tyson has even been mentioned, but that rumor has been shut down a few times. Aside from those, some fans have speculated about the YouTuber taking on ‘The Spider’ Anderson Silva, after the MMA legend also made a move into boxing. At first, Jake spoke glowingly about being a longtime fan of Silva, and why he wouldn’t take the fight. Though, he has softened that stance since. The social media superstar was asked about the possibility of taking on Silva during his recent appearance on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, where he, once again, spoke about being a massive fan of the Brazillian. “Yes, definitely. Definitely. I would love that fight,” Jake said when asked about taking on ‘The Spider’ inside the boxing ring. “Interesting story, he was the first celebrity I ever saw,” the YouTuber added, recalling a trip Silva made to his home state of Ohio. “I actually asked for his autograph and we took a picture with him… I’m maybe like 12-years-old. But, I think he was the first celebrity that I met. So, it would be fun to bring it back full circle and fight, I guess, someone who was one of my first idols.” Timestamp of 34:27 In terms of when they could square off, Jake has noted that he’s in the midst of a break because of all his other ventures, but wants to return to the ring in the back half of 2022. Whether or not he’ll be sharing the ring with Silva, though, remains to be seen.

  • Jake Paul challenges KSI to wager ownership of Prime Hydration in summer 2023 fight – Dexerto

Jake Paul challenges KSI to wager ownership of Prime Hydration in summer 2023 fight Instagram/JakePaul/KSIYouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul is challenging British rival KSI to wager his stake in Prime Hydration to match his ownership of Betr in a winner-take-all fight next summer. Jake Paul will finally be stepping back into the ring this October when he battles UFC legend Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva in Arizona, but his next bout could be his biggest yet. The feud between Jake Paul and KSI has been going on for years at this point. While KSI has only recently returned to the fight world by picking up two victories in one night, he still stands as one of the biggest names in influencer boxing. With the two tentatively agreeing to battle it out in 2023, Jake Paul has urged KSI to up the ante and is willing to put up his ownership of Betr if the Brit is willing to do the same with Prime Hydration. Jake Paul calls out KSI in boxing match wager Speaking with brother and co-owner of Prime Hydration, Logan Paul, Jake demanded KSI answer his call to put up or shut up. “JJ, I’m proposing to you that when we fight, if I win I take half of your Prime equity,” the Problem Child suggested. “Winner takes all and I get half of your Prime equity, but if you beat me you get half of my Betr equity.” Logan wasn’t exactly approving of the bet, asking Jake if he was “insane” for putting up so much, but for the younger Paul bro, it’s all about sending a message. (segment begins at 13:17) “KSI, I’ve always said it that you can be the A-Side for your ego. Obviously, you have an ego issue, I don’t give a f**k about being the A-Side. We all know who the real A-Side is. I just want to knock you the f**k out. I’ll do it in your own country,” he blasted. “I’ll let you be the A-Side because it doesn’t matter when it’s all said and done and you’re asleep on the f**king canvas.” Hopefully, the two actually end up squaring off in 2023 and we can finally see who really is YouTube’s top boxer once and for all.

  • Jake Paul challenges Floyd Mayweather & Anderson Silva to fights on “same night” – Dexerto

Jake Paul challenges Floyd Mayweather & Anderson Silva to fights on “same night” Instagram: Jake Paul/Floyd MayweatherJake Paul has laid down the gauntlet to Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather and Anderson Silva as he was less than impressed with their performances on the Mayweather vs Don Moore fight card. As he’s cemented his place in the world of boxing, Jake Paul hasn’t been afraid of trash-talking some of the best fighters around. He’s eager to fight Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez at some point and believes he’ll be a world champion, even if others don’t. The YouTuber-turned-boxer has also gotten into things with Floyd Mayweather, starting with the whole ‘got yo hat’ drama from May 2021 to Jake calling out Floyd for not paying his brother Logan for their fight. Despite the difference in their respective weight classes – Jake fights around Cruiserweight while Floyd is a much lighter Welterweight – the social media star has targeted a fight with the boxing legend, and even called him out after his return to the ring in Abu Dhabi – with Anderson Silva also getting caught up in the call-out. The two fighters were a part of the two main events on the May 21 show in the UAE, with Mayweather taking on his former sparring partner ‘Dangerous’ Don Moore and Silva fighting his compatriot Bruno Machado. Despite it being an exhibition bout, Mayweather was able to dispatch of Moore after eight rounds, with a brutal body shot bringing an end to proceedings. Silva and Machado went the distance in their fight, with Silva likely being named the winner had it not been an exhibition. The performances didn’t impress Jake Paul though, who claimed that he could beat fighters on the same night, and with relative ease as well. Of course, while Jake is confident in his own skills, beating two highly-skilled fighters in one night would be nigh on impossible – especially when one of them has an argument to be boxing’s GOAT. He is more likely to get his hands on Silva, given the former UFC king said he’s open to fighting Jake down the line. Though, we’ll have to wait and see what happens.

  • Jake Paul challenges Soulja Boy to boxing match – Soulja Boy responds – Dexerto

Jake Paul challenges Soulja Boy to boxing match – Soulja Boy responds Jake Paul, Instagram / Prince Williams, Film MagicPopular YouTuber Jake Paul has challenged yet another notable personality to a boxing match – and this time, his potential opponent happens to be the American rapper known as Soulja Boy. Paul, who previously boxed and won vs YouTuber Deji, called out the rapper in a Tweet on February 1, simply writing, “I wanna box Soulja Boy.” Update: Soulja Boy has since responded, and it seems like the fight could be on. He replied on Twitter, writing, “Boy, I’ll knock you out.” Boy I’ll knock you out https://t.co/67S2zlEbNW — Soulja Boy (Young Drako) :heavy_dollar_sign::electric_plug::pistol: (@souljaboy) February 2, 2019 Jake Paul has since fired back in kind, Tweeting, “Yeah yeah, and you probably think Tyson copied the way you punch.” yeah yeah & you probably think Tyson copied the way you punch.. https://t.co/HqsnKfyAHj — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) February 2, 2019 Soulja Boy himself was part of a recent scandal, after openly selling knock-off consoles on his website in late December and early January. His initial console line was removed from his store after apparent legal action from Nintendo, and his site was completely taken off the net following the subsequent release of his ‘Soulja Game’ console (a knock-off PS Vita with PSP specs). Paul’s latest callout follows his previous challenge towards FaZe content creator Ricky Banks, who Paul hoped to fight in a boxing match preceding Logan Paul’s rematch with YouTuber KSI. While Banks appeared to entertain the idea, no official date has been set for a bout between the two internet personalities, and it appears that their fight may never come to fruition. Soulja Boy isn’t the first rapper Paul has challenged, either; the YouTuber has likewise called out singer-songwriter Chris Brown multiple times, making sure to call Brown a “bitch” during a vlog in November of 2018. Paul has called out other notable personalities, as well, one of which was mixed martial artist Dillon Danis. After talking smack online, the two finally met in person at a nightclub, where they surprisingly appeared to get along. https://www.dexerto.com/entertainment/jake-paul-finally-meets-dillon-danis-with-a-surprising-outcome-267635Jake made it clear that he would not be granting a rematch to YouTuber Deji Olatunji, claiming that he wants to fight someone “at an elevated level.”

  • Jake Paul challenges Dana White to insane $5M bet on Anderson Silva fight – Dexerto

Jake Paul challenges Dana White to insane $5M bet on Anderson Silva fight YouTube: Showtime SportsJake Paul has offered to make a ridiculous $5 million bet with UFC owner Dana White ahead of his match against UFC legend Anderson Silva. On Jake’s journey to becoming one of the most significant names in the boxing world, he has often been brash, loud, and very confident in his ability, sliding right into the combat sports world with ease, a far cry from his YouTube and Disney Channel background. As a result, he’s made a number of enemies on the way. As well as the likes of fellow YouTuber KSI and MMA star Conor McGregor, UFC owner Dana White has had a frequent back-and-forth beef with the younger Paul brother. With Jake often calling for Dana to increase fighter pay, he’s now challenged the UFC boss to a substantial bet. “Dana, I know you’re watching bro,” he said, calling out White directly at the press conference for his fight with Anderson Silva. “You still owe me $1 million from when you bet against me on Ben Askren. “I want you to come out of hiding, stop being a b*tch, and make a bet against me and Anderson, and actually pay up this time, because you didn’t think I would take this fight. So, let’s make a bet, let’s put $1m, $2m, let’s put $5m on it. But I bet you won’t, Dana, because you’re a b*tch.” This bet comes less than two weeks after Dana White called for people to “stop asking him” about Jake Paul, clearly done with any conversation around the YouTuber-turned-boxer. For that reason, we shouldn’t expect Dana to respond to Paul’s bet, but if he does it could mean there are way more stakes in the fight than there already is.

  • Jake Paul challenges Conor McGregor to boxing match in Dublin – Dexerto

Jake Paul challenges Conor McGregor to boxing match in Dublin Jake Paul has called out UFC double Champion Conor McGregor, challenging him to a co-main event boxing match in Dublin, Ireland on May 20. Following the ‘It Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This’ main event bout between Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia, UFC powerhouse Conor McGregor was asked who he thought would win in the upcoming match between YouTuber Jake Paul and MMA vet Nate Diaz. McGregor has a 1-1 record against Diaz, fighting twice in 2016. Having experienced what it’s like to be in the ring with the MMA scrapper, McGregor matter-o-factly stated, “I think Nate Diaz slaps the head off [Jake Paul], and I’m looking forward to it.” Of course, Jake Paul didn’t let these shots slide, as he took to Twitter to extend a challenge to McGregor. Jake Paul calls out Conor McGregor Shortly after the prediction, Jake Paul took to Twitter to exchange words with McGregor. “I’m a better boxer than you, Conor,” Paul stated. “[I’ll] do what you couldn’t and knock Nate out.” When McGregor fought Diaz in 2016, he lost in the second round via submission. But in their rematch just five months later, McGregor pulled off the victory. However, the fight went all five rounds, and McGregor was decided the victor by the judges. “After Nate, let’s box as the co-main event the same night as Katie Taylor VS. Amanda Serrano in Dublin,” Jake laid down the challenge. However, this line is a bit confusing. Taylor and Serrano are set to rematch on May 20, 2023, a whole three months before Jake’s bout with Diaz. Seeing as Jake or McGregor would have to have a significant weight change before their fight. It’s likely Jake is referencing a potential third fight between Serran and Taylor sometime in 2024. Jake then topped off his challenge with a jab of his own, stating, “But since you’re not your own boss, you will hide behind Dana or just drink the rest of your life away. August 5th, you will see.” Nate Diaz is Jake Paul’s first opponent since his loss against Tommy Fury in February. Paul, known for knocking out his opponents, wasn’t able to put Fury to sleep, going the distance but ultimately losing by decision.

  • Jake Paul challenges Conor McGregor, Logan Paul & more after boxing win – Dexerto

Jake Paul challenges Conor McGregor, Logan Paul & more after boxing win Jakepaul, InstagramJake Paul has already set his sights on new boxing opponents such as Conor McGregor, Dillon Danis and even his brother Logan Paul, after his impressive second round K.O. victory over former NBA star Nate Robinson. Following the highly anticipated Tyson vs Jones Jr boxing card on November 28, YouTube star Jake Paul came away from the night as one of the biggest winners after his win over Nate Robinson went viral. The Calabasas-based content creator put on a strong performance in the co-main event with a knockout in the second round, moving to a 2-0 record as a professional boxer, and immediately began issuing challenges for his next bout. During the post-fight interview, Jake Paul revealed that he would soon be looking to take a step up in competition after his time off, even challenging some of the biggest MMA stars in the world. He explained that he would be interested in taking on Conor McGregor, a two-division UFC champion, as well as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu star and undefeated Bellator fighter, Dillon Danis, who he has had an ongoing feud with. “I’m taking this seriously,” Paul explained, predicting KO victories over both athletes, “There’s a long list of opponents that I want. Conor McGregor, Dillon Danis, I’m going to knock them both out.” https://twitter.com/arielhelwani/status/1332907845038317571 While many viewers claimed it could be too soon for Jake to take on life-long fighters, he also shared a list of other content creators he’d like to meet in the ring, including his brother Logan Paul and YouTube rival KSI. “There’s my brother, there’s KSI on the line, Austin McBroom.” he admitted, “I want to be in this sport a long time. I’m in love with it, so why not.” I mean what fighter with this big of a platform is calling out Mcgregor? ITS GONNA HAPPEN. YOU WILL ALL SEE. @AudieAttar I’ll call you this week— Jake Paul (@jakepaul) November 29, 2020 KSI was quick to respond to the challenge, claiming that he was not impressed with Jake’s performance on the night, even though he had earned multiple knockdowns during the bout. Whether he will get to fight any of these stars in the coming months remains unclear, but he has certainly generated a lot of hype around his name following his impressive win.

  • Jake Paul challenges Chris Brown yet again, calls him a bitch – Dexerto

Jake Paul challenges Chris Brown yet again, calls him a bitch As if calling out mixed martial artist Dillon Danis wasn’t enough, massively popular YouTuber and social media star Jake Paul has challenged American music artist Chris Brown to a fight once again. Jake made the callout in a recent vlog, uploaded on November 3, where he made sure to refer to Brown as a “bitch.” “Speaking of Chris Brown,” Paul began, segwaying from complimenting his own dancing skills, “You wanna fight, bitch?” Paul’s latest challenge calls back to his first callout of the controversial singer-songwriter, which he made just after winning his boxing match against fellow YouTuber Deji in late August during the KSI vs Logan Paul fight card. However, the success of Paul’s challenges is debatable, as Chris Brown allegedly ‘has no clue’ who Paul is. According to sources for celebrity news outlet Hollywoodlife, Brown assumes that Paul’s challenge is a publicity stunt – and he doesn’t want any part of it. Of course, Paul isn’t limiting his options to Chris Brown; he even called out mixed martial artist Dillon Danis in a Tweet on November 3, claiming that he would ‘beat his ass’ should Danis accept his offer. Danis has yet to respond to Paul’s challenge. However, unlike Jake, brother Logan Paul appears to have a slew of offers headed his way; mixed martial artists Sage Northcutt and Tyrone Woodley appear to have a fairly optimistic prediction of Logan’s potential future in the UFC, backed up by commentator Joe Rogan. With the KSI vs Logan Paul rematch set to throw down in summer of 2019, it looks like Jake is searching for a new opponent – although Chris Brown might not be his best bet.

  • Jake Paul challenges “coked-up” Conor McGregor to attack him after alleged DJ assault – Dexerto

Jake Paul challenges “coked-up” Conor McGregor to attack him after alleged DJ assault Instagram/Jake PaulYouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul is once again challenging UFC star Conor McGregor to throw down with him after the Irish fighter allegedly assaulted a DJ in Italy. The feud between Jake Paul and the UFC’s biggest star has been largely one way, with the Problem Child frequently calling out McGregor at every possible turn. According to TMZ, Italian DJ Francesco Facchinetti and his wife were hanging out with Conor and his fiance in Rome and were having a good time, so much so that McGregor invited them to another party. When they didn’t leave, however, the fighter allegedly punched Facchinetti in front of multiple witnesses, breaking his nose in the process. Now, after news of McGregor’s latest alleged altercation broke, Paul responded by daring The Notorious One to come after him. Coked up Conor likes to play tough guy with musicians… Conor PLEASE try and do something when you see me !! https://t.co/CZfPtJApGo — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) October 17, 2021 Jake Paul dares Conor McGregor to fight him Taking to social media, Jake unloaded on McGregor, calling the mixed martial artist “coked up” for getting into fights with musicians. “Conor likes to play tough guy with musicians,” Paul said. “Conor PLEASE try and do something when you see me!” Previously, Paul blasted McGregor following a skirmish with Machine Gun Kelly and his girlfriend Megan Fox at the VMAs, so this isn’t the first time he’s called out the Irishman for his celebrity interactions. So far, McGregor hasn’t responded to Paul’s challenge, but in the past, he has stated he would be open to fighting the YouTuber or his brother Logan, though nothing has come of it just yet. With Paul’s next boxing match looking like it will be against Tommy Fury in late 2021, we may need to wait a bit to see if the influencer and McGregor actually square off, but for Jake, it seems like it doesn’t matter if it’s in or outside of a ring.

  • Jake Paul challenged to WWE match by former champion Drew McIntyre – Dexerto

Jake Paul challenged to WWE match by former champion Drew McIntyre Jake Paul/Flickr: Mike KalasnikSocial media star Jake Paul has been invited to have a match in the WWE by former champion Drew McIntyre, with the Scotsman comparing the YouTuber’s pre-fight antics to Muhammad Ali. Over the last few years, Jake Paul has transitioned from having a full-time focus on YouTube to being more involved in the fight game. The 24-year-old, who holds an undefeated 4-0-0 boxing record, has fought a few different opponents recently – starting with basketball player Nate Robinson before taking on Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley from the MMA world. His upcoming fight with Tommy Fury represents his first ‘real’ challenge against a boxer and there is plenty of excitement around the two finally squaring off. Though, once he’s done with that, he’s got an invite to swap boxing for the wrestling world. The invite comes from former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre, who complimented Jake’s ‘heel’ – bad guy – persona, and ability to make people want to see his fights. “Whenever I see him show up at these events and the whole crowd starts booing him, I’m like ‘wow, that’s pretty cool,” he told TalkSport’s Alex McCarthy. The Scotsman compared the social media star to Muhammad Ali, noting that the boxing legend took inspiration from professional wrestling in his heyday, just like Jake seemingly has. He even challenged him to get inside the wrestling ring at some point. “He (Jake) is basically the number one heel in the world, so if he wants to swing by WWE and get Claymore’d in the face, that’s just fine with me!” he added, referring to his signature Claymore Kick finishing move. Now, it’s not like Jake Paul is unfamiliar with the world of WWE. Ahead of his brother Logan appearing at Wrestlemania last April, Jake was a part of some pre-match build up for that, making a cameo in a pre-match promo. There’s no telling if he’d hang up his boxing gloves and strap on a pair of wrestling tights anytime soon, but it looks as if he’s got an open invite.

There has been a meteoric rise when it comes to influencers stepping into the boxing ring ever since KSI and Logan Paul went blow for blow in 2018. With there being a clear interest from fans, we’ve seen sports streaming platform DAZN step in, and sign KSI’s Misfits Boxing to a five-year deal to host cards featuring the biggest internet stars. On the other end, Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions have taken a different approach, putting the spotlight on up-and-coming professional boxers. Not only that, ‘The Problem Child’ has stepped in the ring with several professional fighters, with him touching gloves with the likes of Tommy Fury, who handed him his first loss earlier this year, before facing Nate Diaz. Setting his eyes on his next bout, the YouTube star has now sent a warning to boxing world champion Canelo Álvarez. Jake Paul calls out Canelo after Charlo win After the 33-year-old boxer took on Jermell Charlo to defend his title on September 30, Jake Paul had a message for the undisputed super-middleweight champion. Following the bout, Paul was asked for his thoughts on the fight. Clearly unimpressed by Charlo’s performance and power behind his punches, ‘The Problem Child’ told fans to wait for Canelo to feel his power. “Yeah Charlo is not really giving him anything, not really giving him that power,” said Jake. “Yeah, wait till Canelo gets my power, you know? Just wait, brother.” Since taking down Diaz in August, the YouTube star has remained tight-lipped on who he’ll be fighting next. While fans anticipate him to finally touch gloves with his arch-nemesis KSI, or face Tommy Fury again in an eventual rematch, we could perhaps see a fight with Canelo down the line.

Boasting a 5-0 record, ‘The Problem Child’ is set to take on his sixth opponent this August… but he’s already scored a major win ahead of time. Jake Paul challenged to first MMA fight by UFC star Paddy Pimblett YouTube/UFC/Instagram/JakepaulUFC star Paddy Pimblett is calling out influencer-turned-boxer Jake Paul and challenging him to his first-ever MMA fight after the YouTuber voiced intent at switching combat sports. Jake Paul has taken the fighting world by storm. With an undefeated record of 5-0, including KOs against former mixed martial artists Tyron Woodley and Ben Asken, ‘The Problem Child’ has made quite a name for himself in the boxing scene. With his rise, Paul has frequently called out UFC President Dana White, demanding that he pay his fighters more. The beef has resulted in plenty of back-and-forths between the two, including a full music video dissing the UFC boss. Not everyone is on board with Paul’s perceived help, though. UFC star Paddy Pimblett not only took issue with the YouTuber’s antics, but he even voiced doubts about him wanting to fight in MMA. (Segment begins at 16:45 for mobile users) Paddy Pimblett challenges Jake Paul During an episode of the Chattin Pony podcast, Pimblett explained why he doesn’t appreciate Jake Paul’s war of words with Dana White. “He’s going on, he’s trying to act like a martyr, like he’s helping MMA fighters. He’s not, lad. He’s just doing that for his own publicity,” he said. “That’s why the only thing what’s pissing me off about it, people are like, ‘Ah, he’s actually being good for MMA fighters.’ He’s not. He just wants to make a show of Dana White, and that’s the perfect way of doing it.” Furthermore, ‘Paddy The Baddy’ slammed Paul’s supposed MMA intentions, accusing the influencer of lying about his career goals. “The way he’s saying, ‘I’m gonna end up getting in the cage.’ You’re not, lad. You’re not. Stop lying,” he blasted. “If you wanna have an MMA fight, I’ll fight you in my ma’s garden tomorrow. You know what I mean?” This isn’t the first time Paddy has challenged Jake Paul, either. Back in September 2021, the Englishman called Paul a “sausage” and claimed he would “punch his face in.” Whether or not the two end up facing off remains to be seen, but a potential bout between Pimblett and Paul could be the fresh fight fans want after Jake’s rematch with Tyron Woodley sold considerably less than the two’s first encounter.

  • Jake Paul believes Canelo fight date is “closer” than people think – Dexerto

Jake Paul believes Canelo fight date is “closer” than people think YouTube: Showtime Sports/Instagram: CaneloJake Paul believes a fight with boxing icon Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez is “closer” than people think as it has now replaced Conor McGregor as his “dream” fight. Since stepping into the world of boxing, Jake Paul has targeted fights with some of the biggest names in combat sports. For the longest time, he had his eyes set on a crossover fight with Conor McGregor, but that has taken a back seat. Instead, Jake is targeting boxing icon Canelo Alvarez as his “dream” fight as he continues his quest to become a boxing world champion. The Mexican, who has a 60-2-2 record and is one of the greatest pound-for-pound fighters ever, was initially cold on the idea of fighting Jake. Over the past two years, Canelo has softened his stance on being against a fight and has appeared open to it. Though, he acknowledges that Jake has a long way to go before it’s a realistic possibility. Jake Paul says Canelo fight is “closer” than people think On the flip side of things, Jake believes it is “closer” to happening than people may think, and he’s upping his boxing workload to make it happen. The YouTuber-turned-boxer appeared on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helawni on November 15, and the topic of that dream fight came up again. “I think the path that I’m on now tees me up in the future to fight Canelo. It’s even just showing him that I can go 10 or 12 rounds with you, and I’ve done that with real, legitimate pro boxers,” he said. “I think it becomes this really fun, interesting fight that is historical and Canelo has shown and said in interviews, he’s expressed interest in it. So, I think we’re closer than we think and it’s bizarre to even be saying that now.” Timestamp of 18:45 Jake noted that he’s interested in fighting at least twice in 2024, provided he comes through his upcoming clash with Andre August without any issues. It’s very unlikely that a fight with Canelo would happen in the next 12 months, but Jake is going to keep using it as his goal.

Even though the influencer boxing scene was kickstarted by UK YouTubers, it didn’t really take a big leap forward until Jake and Logan Paul got involved. The brothers propelled things up a level when they faced KSI and Deji back in 2019, and have been pushing things forward ever since. Jake is getting back into the ring on December 15 to face Andre August, a 35-year-old boxer with a 10-1-1 record. Logan, however, has chosen to go down a bit of a different path. The imPaulsive host has focused more on professional wrestling, recently being crowned WWE United States Champion. And, he’s also retired from boxing, claiming that there is “no money” in the sport. Jake Paul doesn’t believe Logan is retired from boxing Well, his brother has cast doubt on that, claiming that Logan won’t be able to stay away because he’s simply too competitive. “I don’t believe that,” he said when asked about Logan’s retirement on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani. “I don’t know when he’ll fight but he’s just got so much fight in him and he’s going into his athletic prime. “I think he’s going to fight again for sure,” Jake added, but wouldn’t respond when asked if Logan returns to the boxing ring in 2024. Timestamp of 20:30 As noted, Logan has now picked up a championship in WWE and is expected to increase his workload there. He’s already been announced for a pay-per-view event in Perth, Australia too. That’ll be his focus for now, alongside Prime and imPaulsive, but who knows what the future ultimately holds.

  • Jake Paul calls out UFC star Sean Strickland to spar and puts $1 million on the line – Dexerto

Jake Paul calls out UFC star Sean Strickland to spar and puts $1 million on the line YouTuber turned professional boxer Jake Paul has called out former UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland to spar, putting $1 million on the line if he loses. Sean Strickland’s first title defense as middleweight champion at UFC 297 in January didn’t go in his favor, as Dricus Du Plessis took home the belt after it was only in Strickland’s possession from September 2023 — when he took down Israel Adesanya. Since losing the UFC title, Strickland has taken some time to relax and even mapped out a bizarre retirement plan for when his fighting days are done. The 32-year-old recently accepted an offer from controversial influencer Sneako to spar on February 9, and after completely demolishing him, Strickland has got himself caught up in a squabble with Jake Paul. Jake Paul wagers Sean Strickland $1 million to spar In a series of posts on Twitter/X on February 9, Jake Paul called out Sean Strickland for being a “bully” in his spar with Sneako, who has no prior combat sport experience. The YouTube star then called out the former UFC champ to spar, offering to put a million on the line if he loses. Although if he wins, Strickland will need to get a tattoo of Jake Paul’s betting company ‘Betr’. “You’re embarrassing for trying to stop Sneako like that you weren’t even able to drop someone with no experience while going all out,” Paul said. “You’re a horrid boxer that only picks on inexperienced people..” He added: “I’ll fly you to PR and we can fight on camera… if you win I’ll give you $1 million (half your net worth) But if you get dropped you have to get Betr tattooed on you. DM me. But just like Paddy I’m guessing you’ll find a way to run.” Hitting back Strickland didn’t entertain the offer at first, and instead responded by simply mocking ‘The Problem Child’ for losing to “part-time boxer” Tommy Fury last year. “You lost to a part-time boxer….. lmao……… don’t forget that,” he wrote. In another post, Strickland then called Paul a “joke” before claiming he’d gladly take his life if it were legal. “Real talk… jokes aside.. Jake Paul is an utter fucking joke….. You box small retired old mma fighters and you sell sugar water to kids.. If it were legal I’d take your fucking life with a smile on my face. Is there any place on this earth I can take this man’s life and walk? Instead of Paul’s proposed spar, Strickland suggested for the two to head out into the desert alone to settle their score, with no cameras and nobody else around. “Actually Jake I’ll make you a better deal because money can’t buy happiness and you have plenty of it and youre still a cunt……. No cameras, me and you in a desert…. That would buy my happiness… No Instagram, no likes, no games…. Just you that’s what I want,” Strickland wrote. While it’s unlikely we’ll actually see the two go blow-for-blow, we’ll just have to see what comes of their little feud online.

  • Jake Paul calls out “lunatic” Zayn Malik over Gigi Hadid drama – Dexerto

Jake Paul calls out “lunatic” Zayn Malik over Gigi Hadid drama Instagram: jakepaul / zaynYouTuber Jake Paul has described singer Zayn Malik as a “lunatic” following allegations that he assaulted Gigi Hadid’s mother, saying he “deserves everything coming for him.” Singer Zayn Malik and model Gigi Hadid parted ways after Malik was accused of hitting Gigi’s mother Yolanda—allegations that he firmly denied. After pleading no contest to four counts of harassment, he was sentenced to 360 days of probation. The situation then brought up old drama between YouTuber Jake Paul and Zayn from 2020, where Jake claimed that the singer had “basically told [him] to f**k off for no reason” despite being nice to him. His comments were criticized by Gigi at the time, who called her then-boyfriend a “respectful king.” Following the recent allegations against Malik, Paul went on to reply to Gigi’s old tweet from last year, writing: “Your ‘rEsPeCtFuL KiNg’ punched your mom in the face.” This then led to a scathing Instagram callout from Zayn’s sister. In an interview with TMZ, Jake delved further into his opinion of the former One Direction star after he was asked whether he regrets calling him out on social media. “Nah, I don’t regret that at all. The guy is a f**king lunatic,” he said. “He needs help, he needs to go to rehab and all that sh*t. And I called this since day one. Like the guy is a complete asshole. And now, of course, he punches Gigi’s mom.” “That guy’s a d*ckhead. He deserves everything coming for him,” Jake added. When asked whether Jake thinks Zayn has ‘temper problems,’ he responded: “100%. I’ve seen it first hand. He’s lucky I didn’t beat his ass when we were here in Vegas last time.” Zayn hasn’t responded to any of Jake’s comments at the time of writing.

  • Jake Paul calls out Tyron Woodley’s tattoo loophole and won’t commit to boxing rematch – Dexerto

Jake Paul calls out Tyron Woodley’s tattoo loophole and won’t commit to boxing rematch Twitter: Tyron Woodley / IG: Jake PaulAmerican YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul has called out ex-MMA fighter Tyron Woodley over a tattoo ‘loophole’ ahead of the pair’s potential rematch. Jake Paul’s August 29 boxing match with Tyron Woodley was the latest in a long line of YouTube fights, traceable all the way back to KSI and Joe Weller’s original 2018 bout. The American YouTuber came out on top via split decision in a tight encounter, with Woodley now pushing for a rematch. Paul, though, called out the ex-MMA star over his failure to get a tattoo the two had wagered on the first fight. Woodley subsequently obliged and shared the images on Twitter. However, something seems amiss to Jake. what’s your excuse again!? @jakepaul pic.twitter.com/h4VHhhCJXf — Tyron T-Wood Woodley (@TWooodley) September 27, 2021 The YouTuber is seemingly not buying Woodley’s concession, revealing in a TalkSport interview why he won’t commit to a rematch just yet. “Let’s see what happens. He was like three or four weeks late on the tattoo, he let the hype die down,” the 24-year-old said. “I think he had a call with his accountants and he saw how much taxes he had to pay and he was like ‘oh, man, I need to get this tattoo right now.’” There were also doubts about the tattoo itself, with Paul suggesting Woodley may change it should he get his rematch. “The weird thing about it,” Paul continued, “is the tattoo is on his middle finger and it’s done in a way where he can change it to say ‘f*** Jake Paul’. He did it so the I looks like an F or could be changed to that, so I think personally he’s going to change it to say f*** Jake Paul on his middle finger… He’s trying to find loopholes and be slick but he’s not as smart as he thinks he is.” A rematch between the two looks to be getting further away, rather than approaching imminently. There’s no shortage of fighters wanting to get into a ring with Jake Paul though, with boxing legend Tyson Fury’s younger brother Tommy among those wanting to settle his differences with Jake. Boxing icon Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez hasn’t ruled out a fight yet either, but he wants to see Jake improve somewhat first.

  • Jake Paul calls out Tommy Fury with scathing $1 million fight offer – Dexerto

Jake Paul calls out Tommy Fury with scathing $1 million fight offer YouTube: Jake Paul / Instagram: Tommy FuryYouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul is looking for his next opponent — and he’s got his sights officially set on Tommy Fury, calling out his fellow boxer with an eyebrow-raising $1 million fight offer. It’s safe to say that Jake Paul is on a roll. The YouTuber, who first got his start on Vine, has gone on to build a career for himself in professional boxing and has already amassed an undefeated 4-0 record. The ‘Problem Child’ has taken on quite a colorful cast of opponents. From fellow content creators to former NBA pros and even a former five-time UFC Welterweight Champ, Paul has faced off against just about anyone who isn’t an actual boxer… but this trend might be overturned in the near future. Following his split-decision victory over Tyron Woodley, Paul claimed that he was locked on to Tommy Fury as his next opponent, calling the Love Island star “skilled, undefeated, and a real boxer.” Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like Fury is taking the bait, according to a tweet Jake published on September 21. The youngest Paul bro revealed that he’d offered a fight to Fury twice to no avail. “Tommy ‘Fury’ has denied 2 abundant offers from my team,” Paul penned. “Timmy ‘Fury…’ This is your last offer… $1 million, 8 rounds. 4x more than you have ever made. Either step up and fight OR accept that you and your Dad don’t believe in you.” Tommy “Fury” has denied 2 abundant offers from my team. Timmy “Fury”…. this is your last offer… $1 million, 8 rounds. 4x more than you have ever made. Either step up and fight OR accept that you and your Dad don’t believe in you @tommytntfury. — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) September 21, 2021 Thus far, Fury has yet to release an official response to Paul — but this comes as quite a shock, considering the slew of other, far more profitable, fight offers he’s received as of late. In fact, Paul notably rejected a whopping $30 million fight with none other than Vitor Belfort, claiming it “doesn’t excite me.” He’s even passed on the possibility of fighting Anderson Silva, claiming the bout would be a “lose-lose” for him after news broke that his older brother, Logan, might be facing off with the legendary Brazilian mixed martial artist. For those wanting Paul to face off with someone in his caliber in the boxing ring, his latest offer toward Tommy Fury comes as a welcome development… but there’s no telling if Fury will actually accept.

  • Jake Paul calls out Pete Davidson over boxing event comments – Dexerto

Jake Paul calls out Pete Davidson over boxing event comments Triller Fight ClubAfter comedian and actor Pete Davidson relentlessly mocked Jake Paul and his boxing match with Ben Askren while hosting the event, the Paul family — father Greg included — have called him out. Paul’s fight versus Askren was his first against an actual fighter, and he made incredibly short work of it. While Ben is best known for his high-level wrestling capabilities, his boxing is clearly a weak point, as proven when Jake beat him by TKO in the first round. With a whole bunch of celebrities attending the Triller Fight Club event, Pete Davidson hosted the entire thing, frequently poking fun at the event and the idea of Jake taking on a former UFC fighter. Davidson joked that the fight “shows how low boxing has sunk,” as well as questioning Paul over the recent sexual assault allegations levied against him. Of course, the Paul family weren’t having any of it and addressed the issue on Logan’s Impaulsive podcast. After Greg asked if he could “fight that little piece of sh*t,” Logan questioned “who put him on the set?” before Jake made his thoughts known. “It was my idea to have him as the host of the event,” Jake said. “F**k that guy. He won’t ever be a part of one of those ever again… Just, f**k that guy.” Timestamp 12:27 Jake went on to say that “the sh*t he said is sh*t you can’t take back,” while Logan admitted that he found some of it “funny” but “the context didn’t make sense” to him. Obviously, with the Paul family being as divisive as they are, Davidson’s comments definitely would have appealed to some, but he might have ruined his chances of hosting more in the future by making them.

  • Jake Paul ‘calls out’ Tiger Woods after ranking in Google’s most-searched athletes – Dexerto

Jake Paul ‘calls out’ Tiger Woods after ranking in Google’s most-searched athletes YouTube: Jake Paul, SHOWTIME / Wikimedia Commons: Keith AllisonYouTube star-turned-boxer Jake Paul has just issued a “challenge” toward professional golfer Tiger Woods after ranking in Google’s Top 10 most searched athletes of 2021. Jake Paul is shaking up the world of combat sports one boxing match at a time. Jumping from the life of a full-time influencer to becoming a boxer with a 4-0 pro record, Paul has garnered international attention for his exploits… and he’s not throwing in the towel anytime soon. Most recently, Paul defeated five-time former UFC champ Tyron Woodley by split-decision and is set to face off against the mixed martial artist once again for a rematch on December 18. After that, though, it looks like Paul has his eyes set on even greater heights… one of which could include American pro golfer Tiger Woods. Jake Paul lands in Google’s most searched athletes of 2021 With 2021 coming to a close, quite a few Google users are checking out the search engine’s most Googled celebrities, moments, and even athletes. It turns out that Jake Paul has actually landed on this list within the United States, coming in at 10th place among names like Simone Biles and Odell Beckham Jr. However, ranking at #1 is none other than golf legend Tiger Woods… and Jake Paul may have spotted an opportunity unlike any other if one of his tweets is anything to go by. Jake Paul calls out Tiger Woods after landing in most searched athletes On December 8, Paul tweeted out his findings from Google Trends, appearing to hint that a boxing match against Tiger Woods could be a majorly profitable (and viral) venture. “Google Trends Top 10 most searched Athletes of 2021,” Paul wrote. “Looking like a Jake Paul vs. Tiger Woods fight in 2022.” Google Trends Top 10 most searched Athletes of 2021 📈 Looking like a Jake Paul vs. Tiger Woods fight in 2022. pic.twitter.com/yMxqlGCtHC — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) December 8, 2021 This wouldn’t be the first time Jake faced off against a former pro athlete and non-boxer; in November 2020, the ‘Problem Child’ notably defeated the NBA’s Nate Robinson by knockout. Although this is a definite reach for Paul (and likely just a big joke), it certainly would make for quite the spectacle, leaving fans anxious for some sort of response from Woods, who has not commented at the time of writing.

  • Jake Paul calls out Mike Tyson to make blockbuster fight happen – Dexerto

Jake Paul calls out Mike Tyson to make blockbuster fight happen YouTube: Showtime Sports/Jimmy KimmelJake Paul is still eager to fight boxing legend Mike Tyson and has called on the former Heavyweight king to “make it happen” in the near future. YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has been linked with a whole host of fights over the years, but there’s one big one that he’s been pushing quite regularly – himself versus ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson. ‘The Problem Child’ has routinely said he’d fight the boxing legend at some point, and Tyson has been open to doing it as well. Though, he’s set a lofty price tag and would want it to happen before the end of 2022. Time is obviously running out on that front. Even though he’s currently gearing up to fight Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva in October, Jake is still down to fight ‘Iron’ Mike, as he believes it would be a “crazy” fight for the both of them. Jake Paul still wants to fight Mike Tyson During the second press conference for his fight against Silva, Jake was quizzed about the potential of fighting another “legendary” fighter down the line, and whether or not he had a name in mind for that possibility. “Mike Tyson! That would be crazy,” the YouTuber-turned-boxer quickly answered. “I have so much respect for him. He’s another one of my idols, and he said he wanted to do the fight. Mike, where you at? “Bro, you said it on Jimmy Kimmel or Jimmy Fallon, one of the Jimmies, so let’s make it happen.” A fight between Jake and ‘Iron’ Mike would certainly have plenty of intrigue surrounding it, given that Tyson has proven he can still box pretty well despite being 56 years old and having numerous long-standing injuries. Whether or not it’ll ever happen, though, remains to be seen, especially as Tyson hasn’t made any further advances on his previous claim of wanting to fight at some point in 2022.
