All TikTok famous, these stars literally came together under one roof to collaborate and create content together (mostly filming dance routines in the bathroom), but a dispute has somewhat predictably arisen. The trio of Daisy, Thomas and Chase apparently spearheaded the whole Hype House project, but now Daisy says she’s effectively been ousted. First from the decision-making process, and now from the house itself. Daisy claims that she spent a large sum of her own money to help get the deposit for the house itself, but then claims she was given no authority over any of the decision making. “He somehow has authority over everything, because he is the only one with access to all of the social media accounts and emails,” Daisy said about Petrou. But he has now hit back, posting a TikTok comment to say “I’m over these lies. My name’s on this lease along with Alex and Kouvr. After Daisy’s video was posted, Petrou simply responded by writing “lies on lies on lies” on Instagram. Daisy has not spoken on the issue publicly since her initial video, in which she said it would be the last time she addressed the situation, rather than having an ongoing public dispute. Stanley cups have taken over the market, becoming a cultural phenomenon with everyone and their grandmother fighting to get their hands on the product at Target. However, the Stanley tumblers have recently faced backlash over health concerns when a TikToker found lead in her cup, sparking panic from those who have been using them. Despite the concerns over Stanley cups being made with lead, they are safe to use, but that didn’t stop rival company Hydro Flask from taking advantage of the confusion to blast their opposition. Hydro Flask burns Stanley tumblers lead backlash In a statement on Instagram, Hydro Flask took aim at Stanley with a series of posts about how their products don’t contain lead. “There’s a lot of conversation happening right now around lead. We want to assure you that Hydro Flask does not use lead in our vacuum sealing process,” the company said. In a viral April 26 TikTok video with almost 2 million views, @themamabrianna shared that her husband refused to eat a dinner prepared by her, so Brianna needed to whip him up some nachos. In one of the captions of the video Brianna explains “If I don’t feed him, he literally won’t eat,” and that it used to irritate her but now she “blames his mother for never making him try salmon.” The video went viral precisely because of the attitude of Brianna’s husband, as described in her story and shown in the video when she hands him the plate at the very beginning. Many came to see the TikTok and voice their grievances with her husband. TikTok reacts to the husband refusing to eat his wife’s dinner TikTok users in the comments were livid about the fact that Brianna must cook for her husband, as according to the captions in the video he never cooks and will just not eat if not served dinner. “If my man refused to eat a dinner I made him, I’d never cook for him again,” one user wrote. Another viewer with a similar sentiment commented: “There ain’t no way, boy can make his own food if he doesn’t like what I cooked lol.” Some other users took jabs at the husband and his attitude toward his wife. “The man’s own hairline didn’t stick by him, but you did,” points out one person. Hydraulic press Twitch stream goes viral after explosive accident Hydraulic Press ChannelA unique channel has risen to fame on Twitch after some incredibly tense hydraulic press action ended explosively and a clip of it went viral. Hydraulic Press Channel is a popular YouTube account that has begun to stream some of its content on Twitch. As the name suggests, they use a hydraulic press to conduct experiments where they have fun crushing various things. Usually, the press wins and manages to completely annihilate whatever it is put up against, but sometimes there is a worthy competitor that pushes it to its limit, yet, this time things took an unexpected turn. The Finnish YouTube team were streaming on Twitch on October 6 and had been attempting to crush a variety of item. Things started off well, but they eventually reached something they couldn’t crush as they put a large brass cylinder to the test. It began to bend rather than fold as expected, but they continued to push it. The metal bent more and more, until it finally gave way, releasing a thunderous boom while splitting in two and flying across the room. The team jumped in shock as the massive piece of metal unexpectedly flew around their workshop, but remained fairly cool, simply adding: “alright that wasn’t cool, we broke the window.” Meanwhile, the chat freaked out, worried for the streamer’s safety as things could have gone very wrong. However, one of the stars of the stream and owner of the workshop, Lauri Vuohensilta, revealed why he wasn’t worried at all. “It just went through two glass windows, so it’s not bad. Polycarbonate is 100 times stronger, so if it flew against the blast screen we would be completely fine” he said. Some fans were still concerned later on, but Lauri took to the comments on Reddit to ease their fears, jokingly saying: “It would have been better if it hit the blast shield since then we wouldn’t have a broken window.” They later continued their experiments, crushing a few smaller metals and even having a little bit of fun turning a rubber chicken and a play-doh duck into pancakes. The scammer allegedly had plans to steal the man’s family assets. First reported by the South China Morning Post, an Indonesian man referred to by the name ‘AK’ had been dating Adinda Kanza for a full year before deciding to get married. The report states that none of Kanza’s family was at the wedding due to claims that she “had no family left.” AK’s new wife allegedly withheld intimacy and refused to speak with the man’s family. Kanza also continued to wear their traditional Muslim attire that covered their entire face after getting married and moving in with each other, leaving AK left wondering what actually was going on. After deciding to investigate things further just twelve days later, AK found Kanza’s family and learned that they had no idea their son was in a relationship – let alone married. According to the report, Kanza has been arrested and detained on fraud charges. While in custody, the “wife” revealed to police that he intended to marry AK and steal his family’s assets. Police also noted that the man “genuinely resembled a woman, especially wearing makeup.” and speculated that although he had dated women in the past, Kanza may have enjoyed impersonating a woman while dating men. Luckily, the report states that the couple never filed to make their marriage official. If found guilty on the charges of fraud, Kanza could face up to four years in prison. This is far from the first wedding-gone-wrong to garner media attention so far in 2024. Back in April, a bride-to-be took to TikTok in tears after learning that their venue for the event closed before their wedding, and even stole their deposit in the process. They were unable to get the money back, but updated fans just a day later revealing that they found a replacement venue so that the wedding could go on as planned.

Hungrybox featured in bizarre Campbell’s Chunky esports commercial Super Smash Bros legend Juan ‘HungryBox’ DeBiedma debuted a new commercial for Campell’s Chunky Soup alongside his real-life mom. Hungrybox is considered one of the five Gods of Melee and first broke into the competitive scene in 2009. As one of the most well-known Smash players out there, it’s not a huge surprise that HBox was chosen by Campbell’s soup for a new Twitch commercial. Campbell’s is known to make commercials featuring famous athletes (like NFL legend Donovan McNabb) and their moms to advertise their Chunky soup, and HBox is the first esports star to get a chunky soup commercial of his own. MomBox saves the day The commercial has Hbox facing off against an opponent in a packed arena before his mom comes in and saves the day. After getting saved by mom, the aptly named HungryBox enjoys some Campell’s Chunky chicken noodle soup. “A Smash Bros. commercial for a giant food company. Featuring pop-offs, an esports arena, and… Melee on CRTs,” Hbox wrote on Twitter along with the video. “We truly are living in a simulation. Cloud9’s Mang0 took home the award for best Super Smash Bros streamer but, since he wasn’t in attendance for the event, competitor Hungrybox stood in his place and accepted the award for him. Hbox took the stage and delivered a speech that called out Smash Bros developers Nintendo for their lack of support for the game’s competitive community. Hundreds of PewDiePie fans march the streets in ‘Sub 2 Pewds’ parade The ongoing battle between PewDiePie and T-Series, to see who will come out on top in YouTube subscribers, has already gone outwith the internet realm, and now fans are marching the streets in support of the the Swedish YouTuber. Since late October 2018, PewDiePie, his fans and the internet at large have been fighting to keep his spot as the number one most subscribed channel on YouTube. T-Series, an Indian production company, are threatening that position, rapidly gaining subscribers at a pace that was expected to take over PewDiePie some months ago. Thanks to the support of other big name YouTubers and of course the fans, PewDiePie has managed to last much longer than expected, recently surpassing the 87 million subscriber mark first. But, fans know that if momentum doesn’t keep up, then neither will PewDiePie, and so they are taking their efforts to the next level – with a march through the streets of Estonia. On February 27, fans in Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia, held signs reading ‘Sub 2 Pewds”, and chanted PewDiePie’s name, before stopping at a city square. It didn’t take long for the scenes in Tallinn to be shared online, and were even picked up in the February 27 ‘Drama Alert’ episode, from YouTuber Daniel ‘KEEMSTAR‘ Keem. Shroud, in particular, has developed quite a fondness for the new first-person-shooter, and, much to the surprise of no one, is already considered to be one of the best players in the game. His latest exploit came during a match in which his team was trailing seven rounds to 10, with both teams racing to be the first to win 13 rounds to clinch the match victory. It was during this 18th round in which he put his full arsenal of skills on display, piling up four eliminations and nearly pulling off what would have been a very tasty clutch. The round started with shroud running both the STG rifle and a shotgun, giving him the ability to confidently take on enemies both at close and far range. His sequence of kills began with a shotgun pump to the head of an enemy crouch-walking through the smoke, after which he hit some impressively accurate shots to beam an opponent that was sitting on A-bomb. However, the gem of the clip came after that, when the former CS:GO pro was stuck in a 1v3 situation. Knowing he had to play aggressively because the enemy team had planted the bomb, he pushed out and used elite movement and incredible accuracy to delete one player while rapidly recovering to shotgun another out of the air. Unfortunately, he was unable to kill the final player, who was guarding the bomb, although shroud immediately remarked that the final opponent “teleported in front of him.” What shroud thinks of Battalion 1944 Considering his legendary status among numerous FPS games, it’s not surprising that shroud has fallen in love with Battalion 1944, claiming that it’s the “best FPS out right now.” He’s called the game a combination of Call of Duty and CS:GO, in that it fuses the fundamental mechanics of CoD with the popular economy and round system of competitive CS:GO matches. Seeing as how he’s currently one of the best players in the world, and that there isn’t really any other game out there that he’s fond of as much, fans can expect the star streamer to continue playing Battalion 1944 for the foreseeable future.

In the clip, which has accumulated more than 1 million views, we witness the text, “POV you had to walk away from the maccies machine because it kept printing and made you look like a pig amongst humans.” In the background, we can see the machine in question, which seems to be generating an endless receipt. The receipt is so long it’s folded over on the floor several times. In the caption, @mouthculture writes, “Honestly couldn’t even find my original receipt.” Commenters weigh in on McDonald’s printing fiasco Commenters weighed in on the McDonald’s printing fiasco, and attempted to offer some reasons as to why the machine went haywire. Poppy Playtime is a survival horror game designed by MOB Games, which sees players attempt to survive in an abandoned toy factory while avoiding various enemies. One of the most notable villains is Huggy Wuggy, a furry blue monster that has inspired a huge range of fan content including the song ‘Free Hugs,’ which includes lyrics such as: “Running round in a darkened room, Make a friend, I will be there soon, Sink my teeth in and you’re consumed.” Videos about the character have garnered millions of likes and views across TikTok, but now police are warning parents about the kind of content may be seeing in relation to the frightening figure. How xQc stole the show during r/Place 2022 xQc (Twitch)For but a brief moment in time, r/Place 2022 had enthralled most of Reddit and Twitch as communities battled it out for pixelated glory – but xQc outshined everyone with his entertaining approach to the event. If you don’t know what r/Place is, its chaotic appearance is actually pretty easy to understand. Josh Wardle, the founder of the ever-popular word game Wordle, started the first r/place on April 1, 2017. It’s a subreddit that’s essentially a blank canvas that allows users to place one pixel of color every five minutes. The catch, anyone can place a pixel anywhere, even on top of existing pixels. Somehow, in the midst of chaos, communities were able to form works of art by working together. However, it would take constant monitoring and dedication to preserve these works of art. Some five years later, the second r/Place event was held, and this time it drew mass appeal from streamers and their own communities. Twitch’s largest streamers had put gaming on hold to spectate the madness of r/Place. A few streamers like MoistCritikal, Mizkif, and Hasan would create art with their viewers, but xQc had a different approach. He was ready to burn it to the ground. xQc goes to war with r/Place You may not like xQc’s approach to r/Place and that’s understandable. When I first heard what he was doing, I was a little irked myself. It’s annoying to picture a massive creator with his size following purposefully destroying art from smaller communities. But xQc played a vital role during the four days. Normally, communities will have their work covered up by groups of miscellaneous users. Users who attempt to maliciously cover others’ art with nothing but black pixels are referred to as “voiders”. But xQc gave participants a villain. He was the “big bad” with a nuclear viewership that could take out anything he wanted, providing a face for voiders and playing the part perfectly. Unlike internet trolls, xQc wasn’t cruel. He was a tyrant, but he also set rules and boundaries for his viewers. His main goal was to destroy, yes, but he did so in a way that oddly seemed fair. This became apparent when he told his viewers that they would tunnel and branch out from the void avoiding artwork he wanted to spare. xQc only fought the biggest battles While smaller bits of art fell victim to xQc’s warpath, he didn’t pick fights with smaller communities. “Destroying everything” was his goal originally, but it quickly evolved into targeting the biggest communities. He started by waging war against the flag of Turkey, which had betrayed his trust overnight. From there, he lead his viewers to Hololive, a formidable foe that proved difficult to deal with. Yet, xQc provided chat with a solid plan of attack. Failing to overtake Hololive, X ordered his troops to retreat. Acknowledging his forces weren’t strong enough alone, he called fellow streamers Mizkif and MoistCritikal in for reinforcements. Earlier in the war, xQc stated he didn’t want to fight Osu! because of the size of their community. Yet, he discovered Osu! was behind many attempts to thwart his void progress. As such, one of the most intense and hard-fought r/Place battles began. There is no r/Place narrative without xQc Without xQc, r/Place would have been a pretty neat social experiment. But X provided a narrative when there was none that lead to several massive events during those four short days. He made his friends choose between their alliances with other communities in exchange for immunity. He came at odds with enemy titans that later became allies. His threats were outlandish and his attempts to take over were often futile. r/Place became a story of war, espionage, heartbreak, and deceit with xQc being the focal point of it all. Turkey fed X false information to coerce him into attacking unbeatable foes. He would retaliate, and for brief moments, consume his adversaries. xQc creates r/Place history Coming to terms with his lack of strength and organization, xQc moved on to leave a more permanent mark on r/Place. Sadly, all of X’s attempts to create rather than destroy were quickly wiped away by other communities. But one of his creations became one of the most iconic moments in the history of r/Place. While he and Mizkif had their communities attempt to create a massive realistic butt, the mods stepped in and removed the art mid-build. This was the first time in r/Place that mods had removed art that wasn’t hate speech. With that being said, it didn’t stop the streamer from continuing to plague the canvas with other less-vulgar images. r/Place was a very special surprise, and who knows if it will return next year. But if it does, I sure hope xQc returns. Spectating this event is one thing, but watching a general command his armed forces is a completely different experience. Love him or hate him, xQc was the best part of r/Place.

How VT Rainbow is changing the landscape for LGBTQ+ Vtubers on Twitch VT Rainbow, a new Vtuber group comprised of LGBTQ+ members, is taking Twitch by storm to inspire other marginalized creators and provide a safe positive space for viewers of all sexual orientations. Vtubing is a popular subculture of streaming that has skyrocketed in popularity over the past year. At any given time, a viewer can visit the Vtuber tag on Twitch and be met with hundreds of virtual streamers each offering a completely different viewing experience from one another. Some Vtubers opt to sign with agencies or form smaller independent groups. The most popular of which are VShojo, Hololive, and Nijisanji. A new Vtuber syndicate known as VT Rainbow launched on June 11, and its six members are coming together to spread LGBTQ+ positivity on Twitch and beyond. Dexerto spoke with members Marina, el_xox, tfmjonny, ArtsyVRC, and Makari about what it’s like to be an LGBTQ+ Vtuber and how they plan to use their platforms. The importance of an LGBTQ+ group Vtuber groups often consist of the same cisgendered members, like an all-boy/girl pop band. Breaking this norm and providing an example of a proud and successful LGBTQ+ Vtuber group is only one of the many reasons VT Rainbow feels necessary. “I believe it can be inspirational to lead by example, that we can create our own space if it does not exist yet,” stated Artsy. “Perhaps many more would feel willing to express themselves after seeing us, this is something I’m personally hoping for.” Tfmjonny answered, “I think there was a need to amplify LGBTQ+ voices in the community. The Vtuber community has shown, through the immediate success of VT Rainbow, that they felt there was a need and a want for this type of representation.” Some Vtubers have been around since 2020 or longer, but it’s only recently become a mainstream hobby. To this Makari stated, “It’s about time we showed how welcoming and affirming this community is. VT Rainbow will be one of the first to really emphasize the awareness and promotion of the queer community and hopefully help inform and support those who need it.” Providing a safer space for creators and viewers Streamers often attempt to create safe envrionment for their audiences, but the content and creator thereof dictates how safe that space can be. And providing a hub of safe spaces is one of VT Rainbow’s main goals. “Vtubing itself naturally draws in members of the LGBTQ+ community because of the control over one’s appearance and expression,” Marina responded. “People experimenting with gender and expression feel safer doing so with the assistance of an avatar.” Read More: 8 best LGBTQ+ video games to play right now – Member el_xox claims feels Vtubing provides an easier form of self-expression. “I feel like Vtubers can freely express themselves more since you are portraying to others what you want to be seen as, a Vtubing model in this case.” Makari stated, “When I started Vtubing my character was what let me see myself as who I truly wanted to be and allowed me to accept myself for who I was.” She went on to explain how Vtubing provides a level of expressive freedom and creativity that face cam streams usually don’t. However, the motive behind choosing what content to consume is different for every viewer, as Artysy pointed out. “In the VTubing community, It’s much easier to express yourself and have conversations with viewers that came in looking for a place to enjoy themselves.” Facing judgment as an LGBTQ+ group Some would say creating a family of marginalized content creators would paint a larger target on VT Rainbow’s back, and Dexerto asked how the members would respond to these accusations. “It’s inevitable whether we are in a group or not. There are people who are going to target us,” stated tfmjonny. “By working together we can both help to protect each other and our community.” Marina echoed this sentiment adding that – while all streamers deal with hate – LGBTQ+ streamers are heavily targeted. “Ultimately we stand together against hate, bullies, and trolls, and just keep doing what we’re doing. We won’t be silenced.” Artsy shared her own struggles as an openly trans streamer expecting to be the target of hate, even before VT Rainbow. “Fortunately, because I’m a Vtuber the vast majority of viewers who have interacted with me have been positive. I think if someone were to tell me I shouldn’t paint a target on my back I’d say that: To me, being a streamer is all about self-expression. It’s scary and potentially harmful. Yet I find it much more valuable to be able to live the life I envision for myself.” El_xox responded, “No matter what, you can’t please everyone and there will always be someone there to tear you down. You might as well make what you do the best of it, if not for others for yourself.” VT Rainbow’s goals for LGBTQ+ empowerment The group’s purpose reaches beyond allowing members to boost their platforms by merging communities. VT Rainbow aims to shine a light on creators of different sexual orientations and genders to provide a safer place for marginalized people. Marina feels that, while they are perfectly capable on their own, working together allows them to better support each other and their communities. “Our main goals are to empower, celebrate, educate and create safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community.” VT Rainbow is a very diverse group of streamers and tfmjonny states, “People seeing themselves represented in this space helps to empower them. It helps the community to grow in what I think is the right direction.” He also explained how his viewers have expressed thanks for giving them the strength to come out to their loved ones. Makari stated, “We want to use the experience and stories of our team to spread awareness and to show that no matter where on the LGTBQ+ flag you land you have representation and a place that you can find relatable and like-minded people to associate with, all the while hosting events and joining in with the rest of the LGBTQ+ world.” She continued, “When I came out as Trans, it was the most heartwarming day of my life, and I think that discovering one’s self and the journey that entails is one of the most affirming and needed parts of anyone’s life.” Makari wants to use her platform to help others discover who they are so they can feel as fulfilled as she does. Artsy, another trans woman in VT Rainbow, shared a similar experience. Since coming out to 1,000 during one of her streams, she has received countless messages from people who were inspired to follow in her footsteps. “I hope to communicate to those who view me that my content was never about how I decided to represent myself, it’s about having the choice to be able to do so. I want to show through example that this is possible in a peaceful way through a healthy community.” But it’s not just about pride and empowerment. Marina plans to host educational streams where she has conversations with other VT Rainbow members and friends aimed at providing advice and resources for the LGBTQ+ community. As el_xox put it, “Spreading LGBTQ+ positivity in any way possible will go a long way.” VT Rainbow plans to host events and even runs a Discord server that acts as a safe space for the community. How you can support LGBTQ+ creators When viewers think of supporting a streamer, they often assume the only way to support a stream is financial. And while channel subscriptions and donations go a long way, there are many other ways you can support LGBTQ+ creators. The first way to support creators is by watching their streams and interacting with the community. The members of VT Rainbow agree that one of the most effective ways to support is by being a part of the community. It inspires creators to keep being themselves. Secondly, viewers should keep an open mind and be taking the time to educate themselves. This applies to allies and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Treating each other with respect and being open to learning is crucial for continued growth.

The Amazon-owned streaming platform is set to roll out a number of changes to the advertising experience as previously announced at TwitchCon 2019. With changes being implemented across the board from October 30, here’s a rundown on everything you need to know about the ‘Ads Experience Update.’ Ad Revenue Share for Affiliates Starting on October 30, Affiliated Twitch streamers are now eligible to earn revenue from video advertisements. Additionally, video ads will be removed from all non-Partnered and non-Affiliate Twitch accounts. Option to Disable Pre-Roll Ads Partners and Affiliates will soon be able to disable pre-roll video ads in exchange for running regular ad breaks throughout their broadcast. When first loading into a channel, it was guaranteed that you’d encounter an ad immediately. With these changes however, if the streamer has disabled pre-roll ads, you’ll be able to jump right in and enjoy the stream without an initial video to sit through. As part of a trade-off, streamers will be required to run regular ad breaks throughout their broadcasts to negate pre-roll ads. For instance, running a 60 second video will disable pre-roll ads for 20 minutes. He says it is “designed to mislead TikTok’s video recommendation algorithm, making it possible to see how TikTok feels when it’s no longer made ‘for you.’” How does it work? “Not For You” finds the other sides of TikTok you wouldn’t normally watch by clicking on videos and hashtags to find all the other nooks and crannies. TikTok says the stream will also be “A virtual interactive experience.” The event is in partnership with XO republic records and virtual concert startup Wave, which is backed by Scooter Braun. This is not the first augmented reality performance to be held exclusively by a platform online. Slim, the favored fighter, looked comfortable from the start, sizing up his mysterious opponent. Zanetti, on the other hand, looked stiff and overexcited. Both fighters spent most of the round trying to find the right time to strike, but Slim found it first. With Tom telegraphing his moves, Slim was able to land two considerable punches. Tom woke up late in round one and found his own opportunity to strike moments before the bell rang. Tom lost his bravado in round two, seemingly taking the fight more seriously. This played to his advantage as he was able to retaliate more efficiently. But Slim found his way and was able to punish a sluggish Zanetti. To the surprise of Slim, the announcers, and the crowd, Zanetti was almost always able to connect a firey punch after being pelted by Slim’s fists. Round three saw a revitalized Slim take further advantage of Tom’s empty tank. However, Slim started to lose the edge he had earlier in the fight. With almost zero defense on both sides, Tom and Slim took turns throwing wild punches, hoping something would connect. And on most occasions, Slim would find a piece of Zanetti’s chin. That was until late into the round when Tom broke through Slim’s defenses and gave him a taste of his own medicine. The decision rode on the final round of this brutal fight. Tom’s power was felt in his early-round punches, and Slim’s lack of defense left him vulnerable. By the final minute, training and discipline were once again thrown out the window as the fight devolved into an all-out slugfest. Salt Papi vs Josh Brueckner results Salt Papi has become one of the most anticipated fighters on every card he’s on. His tenacity, aggression, and showmanship make him a crowd favorite, and his undefeated streak proves he has the skill to step into the ring with the best of them. But with a height and reach advantage, Josh Brueckner could give him a run for his money. Round one had the slowest start to any fight so far, with both opponents sizing each other up. But instead of trying to break his defenses, Salt Papi attempted to get inside Brueckner’s head. He taunted and jeered as Josh missed shots to the head and body. And Papi’s patience paid off as he was able to explode and take advantage of openings, landing considerable blows on Brueckner. Luis Alcaraz Pineda vs Bdave results Luis Pineda made a name for himself after being “beaten to a pulp” by KSI, and was mocked for his constant complaints during the bout. And his extreme height and reach advantage made him look like the favorable fighter, despite his lackluster performance against KSI. Once again, the first round started with a level of tenacity that the fighters couldn’t possibly keep up for long. And after a minute in, Bdave’s exhaustion started to show. But even more apparent was Pineda’s experience. While technically a professional boxer, no one expected to see this amount of patience and skill from Pineda following his main event fight with KSI. Round one in a word: Punishment. Bdave looked like a lost helpless puppy in the ring, and it was the bell that saved him. Round two started much slower than the previous one. Bdave displayed patience that wasn’t there before, and Pineda only had a fraction of the aggression he had in round one. We saw a lot of clenching throughout the round as both fighters were gassed. Pineda managed to sneak a hit in at the last second, sending Bdave to the mat. But Bdave was once again saved by the bell and sent into round three. Both fighters were at their limit going into round three. Despite Pineda’s impeccable performance in round one, this was anybody’s fight. And that showed as Bdave finally sent Pineda to the mat. With a minute left on the clock, Pineda looked finished, but Bdave needed a knockdown to tie up the fight. However, he wasn’t able to find it. The decision was handed to the judges and their scorecards, and it was announced by Unanimous Decision that Luis Pineda won the match. Ryan Taylor vs Swarmz results UK rapper Swarmz stepped back into the after a pitiful bout against KSI during his 2-fights one-night event. Now, looking to make his name in influencer boxing, Swarmz is facing a more manageable opponent, Ryan Taylor. He started the fight displaying more skill than he did against KSI. And he would end this fight with one punch. 20 seconds into the fight, Swarms would land a jab on Taylor’s left eye that would send the fighter into his corner. The commentators theorized Taylor had suffered an orbital fracture, and Taylor told his corner he was unable to see anything. After deliberating with his corner, the ringside doctor retired Taylor from the fight giving Swarmz the win. Faith Ordway vs Elle Brooke results The second fight – and only female matchup of the night – was between influencers turned boxers, Faith Ordway and Elle Brooke. With a serious height advantage and a greater display of aggression, Faith Ordway walked to the ring as the favorite. However, Elle Brooke is the more seasoned fighter with one win under her belt. The first round had an explosive start, with both fighters throwing a number of punches you’d be lucky to see in a full professional matchup. Technique was abandoned as offense was all that was on the fighters’ minds. At one point, Ordway was caught by a strong hook from Brooke and found herself on the mat. Before the end of the first rounds, the ref stopped the match as Ordway wasn’t able to answer any of Brooke’s blows. The winner, by TKO, was Elle Brooke. Anthony Taylor vs Idris Virgo results The first match of the night was between the undefeated Idris Virgo and Anthony “Pretty Boy” Taylor. But of 12 professional fights, Taylor was built up to be Virgo’s toughest opponent yet. This is backed by the fact that Taylor has made a habit of knocking out former ‘Love Island’ contestants, and Virgo could be next. Both fighters wasted no time pressing the gas. Fists were flying from the first few seconds until the bell rang. But the combatants also displayed impeccable defense, ducking blows that could have been devastating. But within the final minute of the round, Idris was able to land a few incredible shots that quickly wore on Taylor. Taylor’s composure from round one seemingly disappeared in round 2. Instead of patience and skill, Taylor resorted to wild swinging, brawling, and scrapping. But Idris, able to maintain a level head, punished Taylor’s undisciplined attacks. Taylor’s exhaustion began to show as he wobbled around the ring, stumbling into Virgo’s punches. Anthony Taylor needed to reset in Round 3 to reclaim his place in this fight. And miraculously, his defense seemed to improve. However, Virgo knocked Taylor to the mat twice in the final minute. While he was able to get back to his feet, it was apparent he was running on fumes. Taylor’s fatigue was even more apparent in round 3. Within the first 30 seconds, Taylor was on that again due to fatigue. And a minute later, he was back on his knees for a fourth time. While he never stayed down, Taylor was only trying to survive. No more attacking or retaliating. But Virgo was unable to put Taylor down for good.
