In a clip spread across X and other platforms, a woman began screaming on a flight, leading other passengers to get into a war of words about how to proceed, all while staff stood there seemingly overwhelmed by the situation. Despite an intercom announcement demanding everyone take their seats, another passenger used this moment to spread the word of God, proclaiming that the woman was the victim of “demonic possession.” Passenger accuses woman of being “possessed” after mid-flight meltdown While most of the other passengers had sat down following the instruction, one passenger remained standing. She began alleging that the woman who caused the disturbance had been taken over by a demonic force and how there is “real devil” that wants to kill everyone. “That’s not her, she’s possessed! She needs help!” she cried before discussing Jesus. Despite her best efforts, however, the frantic flight continued with more screaming and fighting with the original woman demanding people “let go” of her. TMZ reports that the flight, which was traveling from Houston to Denver had to stop in Dallas due to the commotion. Eventually, the clip, uploaded by NBC Senior Executive Mike Sington transitions to a police officer speaking with a passenger and eventually removing the woman. It’s not known what was wrong with the woman or if any arrests were made, but this is just the latest in a long list of mid-flight incidents to go viral in 2023 with this clip receiving nearly 20M views so far. The most well-known encounter happened on an American Airlines flight when a woman, later identified as Tiffany Gomas, began yelling about someone not being real. The viral clip spawned countless memes with Gomas eventually becoming an influencer seemingly overnight, with even SNL parodying her outburst.

Klum also posted several pictures from the night when it aired including one of her and Vergara. America’s Got Talent is currently on its 16th season. This isn’t the first time people from America’s Got Talent have gone viral. While Heelmike isn’t exclusive to either platform, the steamer has really taken to Kick and received a short one-day ban on the site after he received oral sex during a live broadcast. Now, with four streams under his belt, the entertainer has revealed that he’s making a killing on Kick due to its 95/5 split compared to Twitch, which takes half of what creators earn through subs. Heelmike flaunts Kick earnings compared to Twitch On February 24, Heelmike revealed he had already hit 1,000 subscriptions on the platform, with subs costing viewers $4.99. This means that after 5% of the money went to Kick, he had earned $4,740.50. It may not be the numbers of Kai Cenat’s record-breaking Twitch Subathon, but for four streams on a new platform, it’s not bad. That’s not all, though. According to the streamer, he was able to make more money in those four three-hour streams than he made on Twitch in the past month. “I made more $$$ on KickStreaming in 4 three hour streams than I did on Twitch in the past 30 Days,” he revealed with a face-palm emoji. The streamer, who has over seven million followers on the Amazon-owned platform, has seen his channel suspended, meaning it can only be accessed by a time machine. Why has Heelmike been banned on Twitch? Upon vising Heelmike’s channel, it displays the current warning for viewers: “This channel is temporarily unavailable due to a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.” In a tweet, the content creator said a “nip slip during party stream” was the reason Twitch had to make a decision. How long will Heelmike be banned for? The streamer has now mentioned the ban publicly, and he says it is only a one-day suspension. On Twitter, he said: “One day Twitch ban. I’ll be back Thursday.” That’s it for now on this ban – Heelmike is expected to go live again on September 1, 2022.

The plastic panels of the PS5 were easily devoured into bits, though the full body of the machine took a bit more convincing to get it through to the other end. As Sony’s metallic behemoth put on one of the most heartbreaking ASMRs to date, the viewers were mixed. TikTok is home to a slew of viral food crazes. From its must-try baked feta pasta to air-fried ‘pasta chips’ and more, the platform has kicked off quite a few trends that foodies just can’t get enough of. The app’s latest food-related trend is called a ‘butter board,’ and it’s exactly what it sounds like. ‘Butter boards’ are, essentially, cutting boards slathered in butter. You can put whatever you want on top; from nuts to cheeses, fruits, etc., the world’s your oyster when it comes to these unique takes on charcuterie boards. Perfect for dipping crackers or chips, TikTokers all across the app are praising this uber-trendy food fad — but health experts are advising caution against the butter buzz. Are TikTok butter boards healthy? In a statement to Newsweek, surgeon Dr. Karan Rajan claimed that butter boards could result in the spread of germs from person to person, as it’s essentially a communal dipping sauce. “Sharing [food] with others has certain obvious risks,” Dr. Rajan said. “If someone doesn’t wash their hands after going to the bathroom, it’s an easy way for gastroenteritis to spread. There’s more prolonged contact time and more saliva transfer.” That’s not all; other experts claim that butter might not be the healthiest choice of dipping sauce, as it’s chock full of saturated fats. Lilian Cheung, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s director of health, spoke on the topic in another statement to Newsweek. “Butter is a concentrated source of saturated fat,” Cheung said. “When compared to sources of unsaturated fat, such as olive oil, butter is going to be the less optimal choice for our health.” “There is more than double the amount of saturated fat in one ounce of butter (14 grams) compared to one ounce of cheese. However, the amount of sodium in cheeses is higher than butter.” Although it might not be the healthiest choice of snack, Dr. Rajan says that “sharing within a family is probably fair game” as “you’re already sharing the same spaces and are likely exposed to the same microbes.” Cheung also admits that butter boards are fine “as an occasional celebration food – not something to consume on a daily basis.” This is just the latest food fad to take over TikTok after ‘spicy bowls’ permeated the platform earlier this year — and consumers warned against buying them online.

Now, Health experts are warning against a new TikTok trend that has users smearing beef tallow on their faces to combat acne and moisturize their skin. Experts warn against beef tallow skincare In a comment to the New York Post, Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Muneeb Shah said that while the use of tallow isn’t necessarily unsafe, it wouldn’t be his first choice. “There are so many great skincare products out there that are affordable and widely available it just wouldn’t make sense to me to take a chance on an ingredient that we don’t know works or not,” he said. Shah is also known as the Dermdoctor on TikTok and boasts a massive 18 million followers at the time of writing. The doctor also spoke about the ingredients in beef tallow, including oleic acid. “It’s been shown to disrupt the skin barrier and actually cause more irritation,” he explained. Dr. Shah went on to explain that he wouldn’t recommend it at all, warning against its use entirely. The most popular hashtag for the trend on TikTok has been viewed over 11 million times since its inception, with over 180 billion views on the general “tallow skincare” search. Dream’s survival multiplayer (SMP) Minecraft server has been taking over YouTube and Twitch over the past several months and is showing no signs of slowing down. With popular content creators like Dream, TommyInnit and GeorgeNotFound enjoying massive popularity — Ranboo is the latest to join them by dominating Twitch and Twitter. In the name of the Trevor Project, a mental health nonprofit for LGBTQ youths, Ranboo looked to conduct a record-breaking stream. And, within minutes, he shattered the records he started the day off intending to eventually break. After half an hour of streaming, Ranboo had broken the record for Twitch subscribers, subscribers by a Minecraft streamer and subscribers by a “faceless” streamer (as he is known for his trademark black and white mask). Many followers of the restrictive diet have reported improvements in their energy levels, the alleviation of allergies and intolerances, and relief from issues like insomnia or headaches. However, despite its popularity on social media, not everyone is convinced of its apparent health benefits. While the likes of YouTube and Facebook Gaming have been able to cut out a slice of the market share, Twitch still dominates the streaming scene overall. Though, as they no longer allow gambling streams from certain websites, it prompted Trainwreck to create his own alternative. After much anticipation, he unveiled his new Kick streaming platform on December 5, and a handful of streamers quickly flocked to give it a look. Though, they haven’t all quite made the jump over and started streaming on there just yet. Hasan baffled by Twitch embed being used on Kick Hasan was one of the ones to give it a look while he was live on Twitch, and noted something a bit strange about one of the streams. The OTKNetwork channel that had been set up on Kick was, at the time, using an embedded version of the Twitch stream they usually run. “No shot, is this just an embed dude? What the f*ck?” Hasan said after noticing the Twitch logo in the bottom right-hand corner. “Oh my god, it’s literally just a Twitch embed,” he added, becoming increasingly dumbstruck as he was sent to follow their Twitch channel rather than the Kick version. While that OTK stream was just a Twitch embed, not every stream on Kick is doing that. There are plenty of streamers using the streaming platform’s own video platform separately from what they typically use on Twitch. It is, however, important to note that using embeds in that manner goes against Twitch’s rules and developer agreement. While filming in the stands watching his favorite player Cristiano Ronaldo play for Portugal, the 17-year-old confronted a Chinese football fan who was wearing an Argentina jersey. After the fan made it clear to Speed that he was Chinese, and not Japanese, the YouTuber continued to shout “Konnichiwa” at him, startling the fan. Since then, Speed issued an apology while also insisting his comments were not racist. Hasan blasts IShowSpeed’s apology for “racist” altercation Hasan watched Speed’s apology live on his Twitch channel, and was less than impressed with how he handled the falling out. In Speed’s apology video he said, “I don’t know why you guys think I meant that in a racist way.” Hasan responded, “Yeah, that’s crazy. I can’t believe people thought that. Kick streamer Cuffem also bizarrely joined the drama after Hasan’s response, threatening to “kill” the Twitch star. Though, it doesn’t appear as if Hasan will be hiring a bodyguard anytime soon. Hasan addresses Kick streamer threat to ‘kill’ him over Adin Ross drama The political streamer was made aware of the threat during his May 2 stream, and promptly watched it with his fans. Though, he was completely unfazed by the nature of the threat. “This is hilarious,” Hasan said before cracking up laughing at the threatening clip. “That’s awesome dude, that’s so stupid. I don’t even know who this motherf*cker is dude, what the f*ck?” Hasan’s viewers quickly set about mocking Cuffem’s video, which made the streamer laugh even more, as he remained unbothered by it all. He did state that he’s hardly going to waste time on suing the Kick streamer after one Twitter reply indicated that he could go down that route. “For the record, I’m not going to sue this person or whatever,” Hasan added. This includes Adin Ross, who had a debate between himself, Tate, and Twitch superstar Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, with hundreds of thousands of viewers tuning in to see the self-proclaimed “Top G” take on the biggest names on Twitch. With Ricegum on Team Adin and Hasan on Team Ludwig, we could see a real Twitch rivalry starting to kick off. During his June 2 stream, Ricegum was watching clips and videos of Hasan talking about Adin, Ricegum, and their crew when he sees Hasan say that “part of the reason they originally started doing YouTube is that they couldn’t make friends.” Naturally, Rice wasn’t happy with the suggestion that he had no “social skills” and went on a strong rant directed at Hasan. “Bro I made this sh*t so I could f**king cash out bro, you’re dumb as f**k bro,” he said. “I made my YouTube because I f**king wanted to make f**king money, bro.” He continued: “What the f**k don’t you get? I want to retire my parents, I wanted to buy some clothes, I wanted to not work, I wanted to not go to college, I wanted to have really pretty girls around me… It wasn’t because I didn’t have friends. From investing $44bn to making changes so unpopular they were instantly backtracked on, it seems nothing can be ruled out as we approach 2023. After holding an open poll to ask whether he should step down as Twitter CEO (in which 57% of voters said yes), Musk confirmed he would once a “foolish enough” replacement had been sourced. Since then there has been radio silence. However, one unlikely Twitch streamer has thrown their candidacy into the ring in the form of Trainwrecks. Trainwrecks’ wouldn’t let “clout” influence his role as Twitter CEO In a December 20 tweet, the streamer volunteered to replace Musk. He claimed he would avoid being influenced by popular opinion and that the platform’s CEO should be a “centrist”. “I’ll not only take the position,” he said, “but I’ll put in a lot of money so you know I won’t come in just to f**k it up and f**k you over. On top of that, this position needs to be filled by a centrist that isn’t influenced by “clout” or popular opinion votes.” While some hopped in to vouch for Train, others couldn’t believe what they were reading. One who was less than impressed was Hasan, never one to shy away from offering an opinion on a contentious topic. The two had another exchange in the middle of March when Hasan clapped back at Adin Ross’s comments that Hasan does it only for the money. The two creators have taken potshots at each other even since the previous exchange, with a new development emerging when Adin Ross tweeted out “Yo @hasanthehun can u teach me how to tie a not,” with what looks to be a picture of a tangled shoelace. Hasan reacted to the tweet live, mocking Adin for his grammar and generally being confused as the veiled threat seemed very unprompted. One of the more publicized examples of this is the feud between Hasan and Adin Ross which made waves as recently as June 2023 when Hasan flamed Adin Ross for banning him from Kick, calling him a “gremlin” in the process. This was the result of Adin constantly taunting and going after Hasan, such as the time when Adin Ross told Hasan to “kill himself” at one point. Now Kick’s official Twitter account posted a picture promoting their new feature to blacklist Hot Tub and Gambling streams featuring Hasan, even though he is not associated with the platform. Hasan mocks Kick for using his face to promote new feature The Twitch star retweeted the picture, mocking Kick for the amount of attention the platform and its streamers give him. “At this point, Kick has promoted me more than Twitch lmao,” said Hasan in the response. Neekolul, often just Neeko, blew up in 2020 thanks to a single TikTok video, with the song ‘Ok Boomer’. Within months, she was the fastest-growing streamer on Twitch, where she now has over 380,000 followers. Her rise to internet stardom helped her land a spot as a content creator in Nadeshot’s 100 Thieves organization, and with her YouTube channel also growing, Neeko uploaded a tour of her new apartment, with the title and thumbnail claiming it cost $2 million. This received a wave of backlash, both on the video itself and across social media, as users highlighted her past of criticizing the rich, and endorsing AOC’s ‘tax the rich’ slogan. Hasan & Mizkif’s take on Neeko apartment Whenever there’s drama among Twitch streamers, many of the big names will weigh in. Hasan and Mizkif, at the request of their tens of thousands of viewers, both watched the apartment tour, and came to similar conclusions. “She literally got scammed,” Hasan said, “$2 million for this? Listen, dude, two million dollars in Los Angeles gets you a literal penthouse apartment. [Neeko]’s in Dallas? L. L’s all around. Imagine paying $2 million for anything in Dallas and it’s not a f**king compound.” Mizkif agreed, but doubted the price was accurate. “There is no way that that apartment is $2 million. Hasan and xQc have seemingly been at each other’s throats over the last month — all thanks to one tier list. xQc’s controversial streamer power rankings made headlines, and Hasan’s ranking in the B-tier set the commentator off. Hasan claimed xQc lowered his ranking because he wouldn’t help promote the juicer’s sponsored gambling stream. He then criticized the popular streamer by calling out his lack of morality. However, it appears the two have resolved their differences somewhat. Hasan claimed he had met with xQc recently and discussed the situation, effectively burying the hatches — or so Hasan claims. During a July 3 stream, Hasan said: “When I saw him in person, I walked up to him. I shook his hand. I gave him a hug. Said I’m sorry for f**king blowing up like that.” He then continues to say xQc told Hasan “he was sorry as well and that’s it.” Clearly, the two are attempting to mitigate the situation. But are they actually on good terms now, or is this merely a cease fire? Conveniently cut from the clip that has gone viral, Hasan says that he “f**king hates that guy. Absolutely hate that f**king dude.” However, whether it’s tongue-in-cheek satire or whether the two just don’t see eye-to-eye and are willing to move on remains another story entirely — and it’s not worth the speculation. That was the case during his January 22 stream, as he took on Esfand and Mizkif in a three-hour-long game of Monopoly. Though, it was the ‘advice’ from one of his fans that caused the streamer the most frustration, never mind the challenges of building up a real estate empire. “TaskeredNoah, shut the f**k up, have you never played Monopoly before? Stop saying payoff mortgages – what a stupid f**king concept dude,” Hasan called out before ramping his fury up to another level – which almost caused some problems as he was eating at the same time. “What am I going to make? 18 f**king dollars, huh? Am I going to make 18 dollars when he lands on my f**king prop… property? What, are you out of your mind? Shut the f**k up!” He added: “Insane. Literally, the entire time he’s like dude, get the brown dude, mortgages, dude come on, pay off your mortgages dude.” However, while his fellow streamers couldn’t contain their laughter because of his rage, Hasan was still staring down the barrel of a Monopoly defeat as he owed Esfand more than 1100 in rent for landing on one of his properties. Everything that we make we have to rely on prior IP that was already successful, and we’re just slowly but surely eroding every single little thing that was good about the prior IP. And it’s just always going to be remake after remake. That’s slowly but surely degenerating, worse and worse, year over year. Finally, Hasan was able to snag Andrew for an afternoon of streaming on Twitch in October and showed him one of the more recent inexplicable viral sensations: the Island Boys. Andrew had already posted on Instagram he was in contact with the Island Boys, but admitted he hadn’t seen the video just yet, priming Hasan to be the first to show him the viral video. Andrew listened to the beginning of the song, laughed and said: “Why did this go viral?” Hasan, to his dismay, sarcastically shouted: “Bro, why did this go viral? They’re so nasty!” Time starts at 11:59 for mobile users Responding to the video, Andrew said, “I mean, I’ve met people gnarlier than that.” Hasan explained their appeal and why they went viral, and said: “They’re gnarly, but they’re like, media-friendly gnarly. They’re not like Insane Clown Posse boys, where it’s like okay, I can’t even put this on TV.” Andrew can be seen visibly cringing at the video of the Island Boys, and noted, ” I don’t really know why they went viral to be honest with you.”

On February 7, DarkViperAU posted a 14-page document claiming Twitch streamers who spend hours reacting to other people’s content are “bad people” who “exploit others” to benefit no one but themselves. Naturally, his document drew a reaction from several streamers, including Mizkif and MoistCr1TiKal. Miz claimed he’s trying to stir the pot because he’s “irrelevant.” Moist said an “unhinged rant” overshadowed the few valid points he made. Hasan commented on it too. At the time, he wrote: “It’s wild that this is even a conversation when most people love watching it. The overwhelming majority of content creators (including myself) love when people react to whatever we make.” Later on stream, he claimed he’d never watch something without permission. “If I watch a content creator [and] they don’t want me to watch them… I immediately stop watching and say I’m sorry, and I never watch them again,” he said. However, he insisted most content creators don’t care about it. “Ninety percent of creators don’t mind it. They like it when we’re watching their videos. I’m a content creator, and I love it when people react to my videos.” He also tackled assertions that he doesn’t react hard enough. “I do react hard, okay. I react so f**king hard that there are entire memes about how much I pause. We totally forgot about this for some weird reason.” He believes people who claim otherwise have never watched his stream. However, the internet erupted into a heated debate after an article reported his new home in West Hollywood cost him a whopping $2.74 million, which some people saw as hypocritical given that he identifies as a socialist. It’s not the first time it’s happened, either. Nicole ‘Neekolul’ Sanchez was criticized for purchasing a $2m apartment for the same reason. Many people rushed to her defense, and they’re doing the same for Hasan. He’s also been hitting back at the haters himself too. That includes individual responses to fans claiming he’s “disingenuous,” should donate a “significant amount of money” to charity given his riches, and should keep advocating for higher taxes on the rich, including himself. Hasan has responded to this outrage The essence of the argument against him is simple; essentially, some Twitch fans feel like Hasan isn’t practicing what he preaches, given that he’s apparently indulging in an expensive lifestyle. They’ve been calling him out on social media, too. They made various points about his situation, and he’s been responding. In one example, he took a swipe at a user who claimed it was “immoral” for him not to donate significant amounts of money to charity given his wealth, claiming that he donates money both publically and privately. In the end, he said everyone “collectively needs to calm down” and those still after his head can “suck [his] d*ck.”He also joked about what kind of “wonderful, intelligent discourse” would transpire if he decided to upgrade his car. Now, off the back of several blockbuster Twitch events spearheaded by Ibai Llanos, GeorgeNotFound, streamer meetup “Shitcamp,” and the ever-increasing fame of political star Hasan Piker, the category has surged back into top spot, raking in an incredible 708 million viewing hours between July and September. The category’s popularity saw it score over 51 million more hours watched than GTA, and cleared League of Legends by a whopping 265 million hours. Ibai hit a monster 196,000 viewers while interviewing Barcelona’s football star Gerard Pique, while GeorgeNotFound scored nearly a quarter of a million fans turning in during a Tommy Innit live meet-up. Hasan has also been credited with the category’s popularity; up to three percent of all viewing hours in Just Chatting occur on his channel. Non-gaming content on Twitch has recorded a 233.7% rise over the past two years, up from 274m hours watched in 2019 to 914m in Q3 2021. The Twitch category hit a highwater mark earlier this year, cracking one million hours watched in June. This includes the ASMR subcategory and Sports streams. A study from Streamlabs released earlier this year revealed Just Chatting makes up at least 12% of all total views on the Amazon-owned platform. That’s a huge slice of the billion hours watched per three months for the website. Notable stars who often stream in the Just Chatting section include Pokimane, Hassan, Amouranth — who was banned today — Mizkif, and Ibai Llanos.

Hasan has been following this story and addressing it on his streams as it unfolds. One of the latest photos captured of Tate showed that he started growing back his hair. Given that Andrew appeared with a shaven head pre-arrest, it is assumed he is unable to shave. Hasan made light of this situation saying: “I think it is a human rights violation what they are doing to Andrew Tate, I’ll come out and say it.” Clip of which was reposted by Carlos “Ocelote” Santiago, an avid Tate supporter, who stated, “it honors Hasan to state the truth even if it alienates his audience, I’m genuinely and positively surprised good for him.” But Hasan quickly responded by posting the clip with full context, in which it is revealed that he was making fun of Tate’s looks. Hasan has been embroiled in an ongoing debate surrounding the use of the word “cracker” during his Twitch streams. According to some of his fans, use of the world is a “hateful slur” that should be stopped. In response, Hasan said: “I’ve been called ‘cracker’ more times than every single one of you f**king pasty little cracker b****es in my chat, okay?” No official reason for the suspension has been revealed yet. At some point while carrying around three blade replicas, one on his back and two secured to his belt and a bunch of manga box sets in his hands, Hasan caught a glimpse of himself reflected on a window and commented that he looks ridiculous.
