The ensuing questions included such queries as, “Have more than five people told you to your face that you might be a sociopath?” “Have you been canceled for doing irresponsible actions more than five times?” and “Do either one of you have more than one criminal charge pending against you?” The priceless questions ended in a not-so-surprising conclusion: That Bryce Hall is, in fact, the Jake Paul of TikTok, a result that he seemed to celebrate. Dubbing himself “Bryce Paul” (we have to admit — it has a nice ring to it), it seems that he and Jake are now unofficially-officially “bros” — something that Jake’s brother Logan also jokingly brought up in a humorous segment during his feature on the ‘imPaulsive’ podcast in July. Considering their shared penchant for parties, wild stunts and other various antics, Bryce is a welcome presence in the Paul brother’s content — even if he’s decided to temporarily suspend his party-hard lifestyle.

The event was expected to pull in about 500,000 PPV (pay-per-view) sales but apparently only made 136,000. This is far less than half the original sales which then put Social Gloves, the company McBroom allegedly owns into hot water. It has since been reported the show saw a loss of $10 million despite significant investment in the event. Since then, it’s only been a month of bad news for McBroom including potential eviction as well as reportedly being sued for $65,000. Other influencers have also weighed in with Jake Paul comparing the event to the infamous Fyre Festival and claiming Social Gloves might go bankrupt. Tana Mongeau also heavily criticized McBroom on Twitter. McBroom has continued to put a positive spin on things promising big things in an interview with the Hollywood Fix. He also alluded to working with Showtime.

He was reportedly arrested and charged with a DUI. Hall claims he would have been happy to let the driver go without pressing charges… that is, until they argued that Bryce was the one in the wrong. The TikToker discussed the matter in a June 16 YouTube vlog, where he revealed he’s pressing charges against the driver due to that very statement. Bryce Hall’s brawl last year in an L.A. restaurant has apparently resulted in a lawsuit, with the owner claiming the TikToker and YouTuber used racist language and refused to stop vaping. Video released in October 2020 by TMZ shows Hall involved in an altercation at a Los Angeles eatery called Cinco, where Hall (in a white, long-sleeved shirt) can be seen getting pushed off of another man. According to the co-owner of Cinco, Hernan Fernando, Hall and his friends showed up at the restaurant back in October, and were drinking. Bryce is said to have ignored a warning by a manager to stop vaping at his seat. Hernan said he told staff to “close out Bryce’s tab” after he refused to stop after a second request. This allegedly caused Bryce to call Hernan a number of racial slurs and blow vape smoke in his face, also reported by a waitress. A fight broke out where Hall, his friend and producer Rory Fitzpatrick, and others, allegedly beat Hernan, with Hall even getting him into a chokehold until he was pushed off (as you can see in the video from TMZ). Cinco held Bryce’s credit card so he couldn’t leave before police arrived, and while they were waiting, the co-owner said the influencer went off once again, yelling “Who the f**k are you? I’m from Bel-Air, and you’re just a fat Mexican who works at a restaurant.” Hernan told TMZ that he’s seeking an unspecified amount from Hall in a lawsuit for “assault, battery, emotional distress” and “attacking him based on his ethnicity.” Hall is yet to reply to news of the lawsuit, but we’ll update you as soon as more details emerge.

Shortly after, Bryce Hall took to the comments to express his disdain towards the creator. He said: “You’re a creep for even saying this. You’re 36 making TikToks bro. I get you talk about me for numbers, but this is so far outta pocket.” In a second comment, Hall went on to say that Futurebombs is a “freak” for making the video. In an Instagram story uploaded on May 11, Hall revealed that he, Tayler Holder and other friends had been invited to a party by San Diego State University’s Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. However, Hall claimed that the function wasn’t what he’d thought it’d be. Instead, it allegedly turned out to be an elaborate — and violent — prank.
