Can you hide who you follow on Instagram? – Dexerto
Can you hide who you follow on Instagram? Unsplash: Alexander ShatovSome users want to hide who they follow on Instagram for privacy reasons. But is it actually possible to make your following list private on the app? Many Instagram users want more control over their privacy, including the ability to hide their following list. The reasons for this vary. Some people may want to keep their connections or interests private, while others might wish to avoid drawing attention to specific users they follow. Whether it’s to protect personal relationships or maintain a sense of anonymity, the wish to hide one’s following list is very common. So, can you hide who you follow on Instagram? Can you hide your following list on Instagram? Instagram does not allow you to hide your following list from your followers. Anyone who follows you can see the users you follow. While the app provides various privacy settings, no direct feature exists to conceal the list of people you follow from those who already have access to your profile. The only effective way to hide your following list from non-followers is by making your account private. With a private account, only users you approve as followers can see your posts and following list. This is a common solution for people who want more control over their visibility on the platform. However, if you have a business or creator account, Instagram does not allow you to set it to private. To use this privacy feature, you must have a personal account. Fortunately, the app does allow users to switch from a business or creator account back to a personal one. If you don’t want a private account but want to prevent specific people from seeing your following list, your only option is to block those users. However, it’s easy to mistype something when posting an Instagram comment, or perhaps after posting it, you decide that you want to word it a little differently. But is there any way to edit a comment on Instagram? Can you edit Instagram comments? No, you are not currently able to edit comments you have already posted on Instagram. Can people see who viewed their TikTok? – Dexerto
Can people see who viewed their TikTok? Unsplash: Solen FeyissaTikTokers can easily see how many people have watched, liked, and interacted with their videos – but can they see who exactly has viewed their posts? Posting on TikTok allows creators to share their work or funny moments with the world, with a good chance of going viral. However, sometimes they’re left wondering who exactly has been watching their content. It’s easier to see who has liked and commented on your post, but beyond that, people are left curious as to who’s been checking out their videos. It can also go the other way around, with many casual scrollers wondering if creators will be able to tell if they’ve seen their post. But the app doesn’t make all statistics readily available, often due to privacy reasons, which can make it hard to know what information is available at first glance. Can you see who viewed your TikTok video? No, TikTok currently does not have a feature that allows creators to see who exactly has viewed one of their videos. They are able to see how many people have watched their video by looking at the thumbnail on their profile page, but it is not possible to see the usernames of individual users. If you want to get a slightly more detailed look at the views on your videos and your account overall, you can access analytics by switching your account to a Business Account. However, this will still not enable you to see exactly who has viewed your video. This means you won’t be able to check if a particular person or account has watched one of your TikToks, but it also means that others won’t know if you’ve watched theirs. Can you see who viewed your profile on TikTok? In 2022, TikTok brought back the profile views feature, which you can opt into if you want to see some of the people looking at your profile. You can turn on the feature in your Privacy settings through your profile. After you’ve done that, you’ll be able to see who (out of the users who also have the feature turned on) has visited your profile in the last 30 days. If you want to learn more about how to use TikTok, you can check out our other guides, including how to duet on TikTok and how to find contacts on TikTok.

Can Jake Paul beat Ben Askren? Breaking down the boxer vs wrestler matchup – Dexerto
Can Jake Paul beat Ben Askren? Breaking down the boxer vs wrestler matchup YouTube: UFC / Instagram: jakepaulJake Paul and Ben Askren are set to clash inside of a boxing ring on April 17 but when the social media celebrity meets the former Olympic wrestler, who has the better odds at getting their hand raised? There’s no denying that Jake Paul’s next challenge will be his toughest yet. Rather than signing a bout agreement with another inexperienced celebrity or internet star, he’s preparing to box a veteran athlete who has victories over some of the world’s most accomplished mixed martial artists. While many have been quick to neglect Askren’s chances in the upcoming striking contest, he has more than a decade of professional experience to give him confidence while Paul has just two brief fights under his belt. When the spotlight is on, both will be looking to embarrass the other in one of boxing’s most bizarre PPV events yet. But who has the better chance at success when the talking is over and the gloves are laced up? Let’s break down the numbers and take a deeper look at the matchup. Jake Paul’s inexperience against Ben Askren’s veteran approach The most obvious factor heading into this matchup is experience. On one side of the coin, you have a relatively fresh boxing prospect. Paul had just one amateur bout against a fellow content creator in 2018 before turning professional in 2019. That term is a little loose in this case, however. Typically, amateur boxers will have to rack up a dozen or so wins over a number of years before getting their first crack at the professional level. It’s a slow process that allows up and comers to develop in the ring, rather than being rushed ahead and getting outclassed early into their careers. The term professional is also extremely murky due to Paul’s inexperience against other boxers. Of his three fights, two have been against social media stars with an equal lack of experience. The other was against a former basketball player who hadn’t thrown a single punch outside of the gym. In signing the contract to take on Askren, Paul is lining himself up against his first real opponent with a combat sports background. While he’s never been known for his striking, Askren has been an elite athlete for more than a decade. Starting off as a collegiate wrestler, Askren made a name for himself with more than 150 victories, making him one of the all-time greats in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). He soon advanced to the Olympic level, earning his position on the US freestyle wrestling team in 2008. While he didn’t place well enough for a medal, even making it to the Olympics cemented his spot as one of the most accomplished wrestlers in the world. View this post on Instagram A transition into mixed martial arts proved fruitful as Askren began his fighting career with a 19 fight winning streak across multiple organizations and regions. Throughout this staggering run, he collected wins over future champions Douglas Lima and Andrey Koreshkov to name a few. Askren has dominated some of the best fighters in the world while Paul is only just beginning to scratch the surface in what could still be classed as an amateur boxing career. A Stylistic nightmare for both fighters? When it comes to the stylistic matchup, these two couldn’t be further apart. One is relatively fresh to the boxing game while the other dominated the MMA scene for multiple years with his wrestling prowess. Obviously, their showdown on April 17 comes with its fair share of rules. Askren won’t be able to incorporate any of his usual takedowns to overpower Paul. Though this doesn’t mean his gameplan won’t still rely upon a similar strategy. Throughout his time in Bellator, One FC, and eventually the UFC, Askren primarily relied upon his wrestling experience to outclass 19 of his 21 opponents. While he has a number of TKO victories on his record, almost all of these came after wearing his opponents out on the mat, rather than accurate strikes on the feet. View this post on Instagram Given this is Askren’s first strict boxing match and that his striking has never been a glowing highlight, there’s a good chance he comes out looking to clinch as often as possible. Getting up close, landing short-range punches before grabbing Paul and waiting for the ref to step in could be his best option here. This might prove to be a real drain for the less experienced Paul. Having never gone past the second round in his professional career, there’s really no indicating just how good his fuel tank is. Can his cardio hold up until the eighth round when Askren is constantly closing the distance and making him work? Will his knockout power still be there later in the scrap? These are questions no one outside of Paul’s training camp has answers to. Not only that, but both of Paul’s opponents up until now have been rather hittable. AnEsonGib doesn’t come from a boxing background and Nate Robinson had no experience in the ring leading to his fight. How will Paul react when he’s finally across from an opponent that knows how to block and evade strikes? It’s entirely likely we see visible frustration from the corner of Paul. If his goals of a lightning-quick KO fail to materialize, we’ll be seeing Paul in deep waters for the first time in his career. Who has the physical advantage? While there is a 12 year age difference between them, many of their physical characteristics are quite similar. Askren is slightly smaller of the two, coming in at 5ft 10” with Paul measuring up at 6ft 1”. Paul also has a minor four inch reach advantage to boot. Naturally, the average viewer is going to gravitate towards age as the biggest determining factor here. You don’t often see 36-year-olds fighting 24-year-olds in legally sanctioned bouts. From slower reaction speeds to a weaker chin, you can make all sorts of predictions based on the gap in age alone. However, it’s the more nuanced attributes that could make the biggest difference when it comes time to bite down on the mouthpiece. In terms of damage absorbed, this might be the most significant advantage for Paul. Of his two professional bouts, he has just six minutes and 45 seconds of actual ring time. The first fight against AnEsonGib ended in the first round while the following scrap against Nate Robinson ended just halfway through the second round. Throughout these rapid bouts, Paul was barely touched. A few strikes came through but none ever landed particularly clean. Therefore, the only real damage Paul has taken in his short combat sports tenure has come while sparring where he’d presumably be wearing headgear. Meanwhile, Askren has certainly absorbed some more legitimate damage throughout his much lengthier career. There’s the devastating knockout loss to Jorge Masvidal, some brutal ground and pound damage sustained at the hands of Robbie Lawler, and every other strike that made its way through over his 21 fight MMA career. Paul has a few minutes in the ring while Askren has just shy of four hours inside the octagon. With dozens of hours of sparring plus a six-year wrestling career added on, Askren’s body has taken far more of a toll than Paul’s. It’s also worth bearing in mind that Askren technically retired in 2019. Since then, he hasn’t been actively training to the extent of a professional athlete. Moreover, he’s even coming into the boxing match just months removed from hip replacement surgery. When it comes to the raw physical attributes, on paper, Paul should have Askren’s number. But with the beauty of the fight game, anything can happen to anyone on any given night. View this post on Instagram We’re still a while off from push coming to shove so both fighters still have plenty of time to get in shape, gameplan, and lock in their path to victory. Paul has lofty ambitions for his combat sports career. Meanwhile, Askren has already climbed to the top of the mountain and found success. Only one will be getting their hand raised come April 17.

Camille Lamb takes shot at Alissa after brutal Below Deck double firing BravoCamille Lamb has taken a shot at former co-worker and Below Deck Season 10 star Alissa Humber after she suffered the same fate – being fired by Captain Sandy Yawn. Captain Sandy was forced to make another tough decision about the crew she adopted mid-charter season, after previously letting Camille go. She has since branded herself the “scapegoat” for the crew’s poor performance. This time, it was another member of the interior team to be cut, Alissa. Sandy said she was showing an “intolerable” lack of respect. “It never feels good to fire a crew member,” Sandy explained. “You’re ending their income and, as a captain, I have to make the hard decisions, and I have to live with them.” Camille responds to Alissa firing on Below Deck Since the double firing, Camille has appeared on the show indirectly, after being spotted FaceTiming deckhand Ben Willoughby discussing the decision. Responding to the news, she simply said: “Good riddance.” As reported on Bravo TV, she also said the following in a confessional: “I’ve been vindicated. “I was always seeing her, you know, be, for lack of a better term, awful, and she’s shown her face. I’m satisfied that people got to see what I saw. Hashtag Justice for Camille.” You can watch a recap of a row between Camille and Alissa below, from Bravo. It’s unlikely that the duo will cross paths again in the near future, but speaking to E! News Alissa says they have spoken to each other about their differences. Camille Lamb reveals Love Island hint after Below Deck Season 10 finale – Dexerto
Camille Lamb reveals Love Island hint after Below Deck Season 10 finale Instagram: Camille LambBelow Deck Season 10 star Camille Lamb has hinted at a possible debut on another popular show, Love Island, after watching the finale. Camille was dismissed by the temporary replacement for Captain Lee, who left halfway through the charter season on medical grounds. Captain Sandy axed not just her, but another member of the interior team, Alissa Humber – unhappy with their work. Lamb was split between two roles, on the interior and exterior, during Season 10. Not excelling in either of the positions left her open to criticism and after clashing with multiple personalities on the St. David super yacht, she’s now “done” with the drama. She hopped onto Instagram live right after the finale, to respond to fan questions about the season on the whole and what’s coming up for her career. Is Camille from Below Deck going on Love Island? After being asked about what’s coming up in the future, she said: “Right now, I’m working on yachts and just want to be in entertainment. I love television shows, I love production… I’m going to, right now, start doing more content on YouTube.” Later, she added: “I want to build a brand, I guess, and I want to be open to whatever opportunity comes. Like Love Island, I really wanna do Love Island, so yeah.” While nothing has been confirmed so far for this potential casting, her intention seems very clear. Check out the recap of Camille’s Below Deck exit below, or click here for more information on her firing. “I really want to do Love Island. I really would, you’ll all need to message them and say ‘have me on.’” Would Camille return to Below Deck? In the same Instagram live video, she confirmed she would be open to returning to Below Deck in the future, particularly Below Deck Sailing Yacht – stating her skills in yachting would make that a natural fit. “I really like Captain Glenn,” she said later, eyeing a move. Whether or not another captain from Bravo TV’s spinoffs would take Camille back on the crew remains to be seen. Cameraman passes out on set of Bryce Hall’s ‘bloody’ horror film – Dexerto
Cameraman passes out on set of Bryce Hall’s ‘bloody’ horror film YouTube: Bryce HallTikTok star Bryce Hall is currently filming his upcoming horror film ‘Skill House’ — and apparently, things got so gory that one of the movie’s cameramen passed out. Bryce Hall is making the shift from TikTok celebrity to Hollywood star… and it’s a journey for the books. Earlier this year, Hall revealed that he’s playing a leading role in Josh Stolberg’s ‘Skill House,’ a horror flick that aims to dive into the dark side of social media fame. It looks like there’s more scares in this movie than getting canceled on Twitter though, as a recent behind-the-scenes look on the film’s set shows an especially gory scene in the works. On July 18, 2022, Stolberg shared a sneak peek into a ‘kill scene’ from the movie, which shows a swath of fake blood on a tile floor… complete with fake flesh. That’s not all; according to the horror director, things got so bloody that one of the cameramen actually fainted, and damaged one of their cameras in the process. He warns potential viewers that they’re in for some “crazy sh*t.” “Yikes!” Stolberg said of the incident. “We shot a kill scene last night and the camera operator became so nauseated that he passed out and the camera crashed to the ground. Had to stop down for a 1/2 hour. He’s okay now but… get ready for some crazy sh*t!” This is just the latest news to come from this TikTok-led horror flick; recently, it was unveiled that rapper 50 Cent would also be starring in the film, alongside names like ‘Arrow’s’ Neal McDonough and ‘Army Wive’s’ McCarrie McCausland. Hall’s movie marks the latest TikTok-led project, with Griffin Johnson’s ‘Diamond in the Rough’ rom-com getting released in June, which we reviewed right here on Dexerto.

Cameraman loses it after mall security says he can’t record shoplifters – Dexerto
Cameraman loses it after mall security says he can’t record shoplifters Angela Compagnone/UnsplashA man in Toronto has had his video shared across Reddit where he started filming an argument with shoppers and security. However the man soon loses it after being told to stop recording. A man started filming inside a mall in Toronto to capture a commotion that had started inside one of the shops. “Oh, what’s going on here,” the man is heard saying as the video starts filming the entrance to a clothing shop. Inside the store, two customers are seen arguing with a group of security team and store staff members, which according to the man was about them shoplifting. After a while, security noticed that the man was filming and walked up to him to tell him to stop recording, which he did not like to hear. For the rest of the two-minute clip, the man behind the camera is heard shouting at both the security guards as well as the store workers, and the women who argued with the security team as they all went in turns to ask him to turn his camera off. “I can record, I can record,” he kept repeating the first time the security guards came up to try to stop him. “Don’t tell me not to record, I recorded.” Man loses it after being told to stop recording in mall He then told a shop worker, who had walked up to him, that he was recording the incident to the police. “You don’t tell me not to record,” he repeated while another security guard told people behind the man to leave and to stop watching the incident unfold. That security guard soon told the man to stop filming and move along, to which he repeatedly told her to “shut up.” All of a sudden, a group of security is walking out of the store while holding onto two young shoppers. The man tried to capture the shoppers and guards on the recording, but then turned to the shop worker to say: “Shut up! Telling me not to record. You think I don’t know the law? I know the law!” A new group of shoppers then walked out of the shop and walked up to stand in front of him to block the camera, which he didn’t like, and quickly told them to not touch him. He shouted: “It’s a public place, you don’t f**king touch my phone.” Hundreds of people commented on the video clip, with most of them saying the man tried to make it about him. One person wrote: “Dude was hilarious. Trying to be the main character. No one gave a shit about him and he was not having it. The store employee that stood in the way and kept giving a thumbs up was the best.” “This man is confusing private and public property,” a second person argued. According to Canadian law, it is allowed to take photos in a public place or record video on public property without any legal consequences.

Calls for Twitch to ban IRL streamer stopped by police for speeding – Dexerto
Calls for Twitch to ban IRL streamer stopped by police for speeding Twitch: BlondieWondiePopular streamer ‘BlondieWondie’, who has over 200,000 followers on Twitch, has been criticized for her road trip stream to Mexico after clips show her speeding, reading chat, and even being pulled over by police. Twitch has taken a hard stance on driving streams in 2019, handing out suspensions to a handful of channels believed to have driven recklessly while broadcasting. On July 23, Young Turks host Hasan Piker was banned from the platform for seven days for using his phone, despite the car being stopped – his ban was later reduced to only 24 hours. BlondieWondie has sparked outrage after clips of her own driving stream – a road trip to Mexico – show her reading her chat while speeding. Driving her Porsche sports car, which she says she bought to improve the quality of her IRL streams, BlondieWondie says “hear the boost boys – here we go”, before aggressively accelerating. The streamer goes on to say that “the best part is that the speed limit out here is like 20 over what I’m used to.” However, it appears BlondieWondie still managed to break the limit, as later in the broadcast she was pulled over. The officer states “the reason I stopped you was your speed,” before BlondieWondie apologizes, explaining “I really didn’t know the speed limit and I missed the freeway.” Some have suggested that BlondieWondie’s actions could be punishable by Twitch, especially considering their recent clamp down on dangerous driving. However, at the time of writing, BlondieWondie’s channel is still available, as she continues livestreaming her journey to Mexico. Another clip from the stream appears to show BlondieWondie lose focus on the road as she changes songs on her device. “Dangerous or distracted driving” is mentioned explicitly in the Twitch community guidelines, which states: “Any activity that may endanger your life or lead to your physical harm is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: suicide threats, intentional physical trauma, illegal use of drugs, illegal or dangerous consumption of alcohol, and dangerous or distracted driving.” Breaking the law on stream is also unsurprisingly strictly against Twitch’s community guidelines, as well as “self-destructive behavior”. Breaching these guidelines is a bannable offense.

Calls for Alinity to be banned on Twitch following livestream accident – Dexerto
Calls for Alinity to be banned on Twitch following livestream accident Alinity (Twitch)Twitch streamer Natalia ‘Alinity’ Mogollon has found herself at the center of controversy again, as calls for her to be banned from the platform have spread on social media after her April 24 livestream. Update, April 26, 4:28AM EST: Alinity has now been banned from Twitch following the incident. This follows her previous high-profile controversy, when she was accused of mistreating her cats, even prompting some to report her to animal protection services. However, she was cleared of any wrongdoing by the SPCA. There was also no punishment from Twitch itself, despite claims that it broke the community guidelines. Later incidents have also found her the target of backlash, such as the infamous ‘crotch sniffing’ situation with her dog, or being accused of using racial slurs. During her April 24 Twitch broadcast, Mogollon was stuffing a pillow under her top, as she accidentally revealed more than was intended. After the incident, Alinity looked shocked and mouthed “Oh my god”. The clip was immediately shared widely, leading to calls for her to be banned from the platform. DramaAlert host Daniel ‘KEEMSTAR’ Keem was among those calling for her suspension. Twitch’s community guidelines state that “overall surrounding framing and context” will always be taken into account when assessing potential community guidelines violations. As of writing, Alinity’s account remains active and the streamer is free to broadcast on the Amazon-owned streaming platform. Floods of Twitch users have therefore placed Twitch’s punishment system in the firing line across social media. https://twitter.com/YourFellowArab/status/1253874661428989953 IF ALINITY DOESNT GET BANNED FOR THIS I AM GOING TO FUCKING LOSE IT ON HOW UNFAIR THIS SHIT IS, YOU HAVE 24 HRS BEFORE WE RIOT!!!!!! — kaceytron (@kaceytron) April 25, 2020 Although, one streamer said Twitch are “stuck in a catch 22.” Twitch is stuck in a catch 22 Either they don’t ban Alinity and then it becomes unfair to all the other streamers who have been banned for accidental slips Or they ban her and prove they care more about titties than animal abuse — DVS (@A_DVS_NTT) April 25, 2020 This isn’t the first time Twitch’s banning policy has been scrutinized, as formerly-banned streamer Dennis ‘PaymoneyWubby’ Richardson underlined Twitch’s supposed favoritism towards certain creators — after receiving a 14-day suspension for an ‘invasion of privacy,’ despite adhering to Twitch’s guidelines. Alinity has not commented on the incident publicly yet. Twitch does not comment on community guideline violations to respect the privacy of users.

CallMeCarson confirms Twitch return seven months after grooming allegations – Dexerto
CallMeCarson confirms Twitch return seven months after grooming allegations YouTube: CallMeCarsonSeven months on from ‘grooming’ allegations against Carson ‘CallMeCarson’ King, the once-popular Minecraft streamer has announced his Twitch return along with a year-long charity plan to combat the “negative situation.” Five days into 2021 and popular content creator CallMeCarson was the focal point amid a wave of grooming and pedophilia accusations. A 17-year old fan by the name of ‘miniborb’ was the first to speak up, revealing their experiences with the streamer while they “were still in high school.” Months of silence followed as Carson disappeared from the internet altogether. A few accidental mishaps along the way led to a brief appearance on June 20 as he asked for a “little bit longer” to process the situation. After a slight tease in Mizkif’s stream on August 17, Carson finally resurfaced for good on August 26 with a YouTube upload titled: Moving Forward. “This isn’t gonna be your average YouTuber apology video,” Carson said in his first planned appearance since allegations surfaced. “I’m not gonna make it long and drawn out.” “I’ve learned a lot over this past year. I’m not seeking forgiveness nor am I looking to make excuses.” Not spending much time reflecting on the controversy or addressing the allegations, Carson pivoted to discuss his upcoming plans instead. Moving forward, the streamer intends to “donate 100% of [his] profits to charity.” This comes as part of a bigger operation referred to as the ‘Year of Charity.’ Over the next 12 months, a different charity will be in focus as Carson seeks to “raise money for people that need it more.” “Before you start looking at this as an excuse to sweep things under the rug, that’s not what this is,” he stressed. “I’m doing this to turn a negative situation into something positive that can help a lot of people.” Read More: Pokimane explains why streamers like CallMeCarson behave inappropriately after achieving success – The Year of Charity kicks off with Carson’s return to Twitch on September 1. This will be his first broadcast back in just over seven months though the streamer admitted he will be avoiding any questions relating to the allegations. “I’m not going to answer any specifics of the situation with me,” Carson said. “Nor am I going to do anything to cause any more drama than there already is.”

CallMeCarson trolls Jschlatt after bizarre drama on social media – Dexerto
CallMeCarson trolls Jschlatt after bizarre drama on social media YouTube: CallMeCarson / JschlattAfter some attempts to ‘cancel’ YouTuber JSchlatt social media over a now-deleted Tweet, fellow YouTuber and friend CallMeCarson weighed in, with a tongue-in-cheek joke about the situation. On December 1, Jschlatt tweeted “I’m rich and white. why the f**k do you think I’m on hood twitter LMAO.” Some took this as an implication that “hood twitter” referred to black people on Twitter, but Jschlatt was quick to shut this down. When another user responded asking “so we are hood because we are black?”, Schlatt replied “you are reading too far into it.” However, despite deleting the Tweet, screenshots began doing the rounds on Twitter, as some accused Schlatt of being racist, or making a racist joke. “People need to start holding jschlatt accountable for the things he says and does,” one viral Tweet said. “I don’t care if he’s funny or it’s “just a character”, this sh*t is disrespectful and not funny.” https://twitter.com/P0KTU/status/1333673339173416960 “He constantly & blatantly disrespects people because of “humor” and he gets away with it nearly every time,” the post continued. “This tweet is just gross and other things he has said noticeably are ignored by many people.” Although Jschlatt hasn’t responded, CallMeCarson made light of the situation with a troll Twitlonger post. Titled ‘My problems with Jschlatt’, Carson’s Twitlonger is simply a comical ‘copy pasta’ about a fake story at a grocery store. Other fans used it as an opportunity to dismiss the mock to “cancel” Jschlatt over his Tweet, with sarcastic replies about how terrible he is. he needs to be held accountable for this! schlatt continues to do these blatantly racist, homophobic actions, idc if it’s a bit, its not funny! pic.twitter.com/vHOjf64oYh — ♡ (@qTWOB2FO4KrKPgK) December 2, 2020 Jschlatt is a popular YouTuber, often making videos on Minecraft, Among Us and various other games, as well as general commentary videos. CallMeCarson thanks Dr K for Katerino stream with insane $10K donation – Dexerto
CallMeCarson thanks Dr K for Katerino stream with insane $10K donation HealthyGamer_GG, Katerino – Twitch / CallMeCarsonyt, InstagramPopular YouTuber ‘CallMeCarson’ dropped in on ex-girlfriend ‘Katerino’s’ live conversation with Twitch’s resident psychiatrist ‘Dr. K,’ donating a massive amount to his broadcast with a jaw-dropping message. For those unaware of the ongoing drama, CallMeCarson shocked fans by taking an unexpected hiatus from social media in March, citing his mental health as part of the reason for stepping back from content creation. A month later, Carson appeared to confirm rumors that his girlfriend, fellow entertainer Katerino, had cheated on him — allegations that she later admitted to in a short video on YouTube. For those concerned about me, I recently started antidepressants and have been on a whirlwind of emotion and pain in my personal life. I recently started seeing a counselor a few weeks ago. Right now I’m in no way mature enough to handle the responsibility of this job. — Carson (@CallMeCarsonYT) March 12, 2020 Following this news, it was revealed that Katerino had supposedly been involved with multiple content creators at once, leading to mass backlash against her despite Carson’s attempt at dissolving a “witch hunt.” A month later, Twitch streamer and psychiatrist Alok ‘Dr. K’ Kanojia announced that he would be featuring Katerino for a broadcasted conversation, a common occurrence on his channel and a huge draw for fans. During their session on Monday, May 25, the unthinkable occurred; CallMeCarson made an appearance via donation, dropping an eye-popping $10k to Dr. K with a simple, yet scathing message: “Thank you for helping her.” Dr. K visibly took note of the donation, but said nothing as Katerino summed up her time on his stream, while the chat went wild with various reactions. “It’s fine, they can do whatever,” Katerino remarked after Dr. K brought up the fact that she didn’t want viewers to either hate her or sympathize with her. “You know? They got a mind of their own. They’re just chillin’.” After ending the session, Dr. K finally reacted to Carson’s donation, openly awed at the massive amount Carson had donated. That’s not all; Carson also reportedly donated subs to both Katerino and former friend ‘Fitz’s’ Twitch channels, spurring backlash against the YouTuber for his surprising act of kindness in wake of drama that completely upended his life for the better part of two months. While this isn’t the first time he has reacted to the drama, it marks a massive statement from a content creator known for his genuine nature, despite having been wronged.

He also asked for fans to show respect towards Katerino and Fitz before finally apologizing to them for publicizing their private lives instead of trying to resolve it together. https://twitter.com/goodguyfitz/status/1250398616696446980 Shortly after his response, YouTuber Fitz broke his silence on the drama and apologized to Carson for his part in the controversy. “Although the situation is a lot more complicated than anyone expected, I want to apologize publicly, not just in private,” he shared, expressing his apologies to his fellow content creator. With Carson seemingly wanting to move on from the drama, it is likely that he will focus on making his return to content creation once again after revealing he would be putting it on pause to deal with this matter.

CallMeCarson finally returns to YouTube amid Katerino cheating scandal – Dexerto
CallMeCarson finally returns to YouTube amid Katerino cheating scandal YouTube: CallMeCarsonCallMeCarson finally returned to YouTube with a new upload on April 23 after a near six week break from the platform amid a cheating controversy. The popular YouTuber — who boasts over 2.7 million subscribers on his primary account — announced on March 12 he would be taking an “indefinite break.” Initially citing mental health as the reason behind his extended leave, the YouTuber later confirmed a cheating scandal was behind his stint away from the platform. His partner at the time, Katerino, had seemingly cheated on him with fellow YouTuber Fitz. It was later revealed in an April 14 video she had indeed “led him on.” After another brief period of silence amidst the scandal, Carson finally ended his hiatus and returned to YouTube with a brand new upload. While it may not be an entirely new video, Carson’s April 23 upload began with new footage of the YouTuber as he introduced a feature-length compilation. “It’s okay, I’m back,” he said while emerging from under his desk to start the new video. “I hope nothing bad happened while I was gone.” “I was originally going to put up a best of 2019 video but then the last few months happened,” he explained, leading to the creation of a longer video that included highlights from 2020 as well. The two-hour compilation featured some of his most memorable gaming moments, hilarious Discord highlights, and various IRL skits as well. There’s no telling exactly when the popular personality might get back into a regular schedule on the platform once again, but he did tease more content was on the way. “Don’t worry, there’s going to be more videos this year, I just wanted to put up a ‘best of’ compilation of the stuff that I think is funny,” he explained. i’ve learned to trust myself and only myself pic.twitter.com/xbeM87gN72 — Carson (@CallMeCarsonYT) April 17, 2020 Some of the memories in focus throughout the video clearly played a huge role throughout the YouTuber’s growth and still hold an important place in his heart. One of YouTube’s most popular creators at over 2.5 million subs on his main channel, and part of the recently formed collective Lunch Club, Carson spoke candidly on Twitter about “recent personal events” that have had an effect on him. Citing the need to take an indefinite break, Carson said he wanted to “focus on making himself a better person,” and has recently started both taking medication for depression and speaking to a counselor. For those concerned about me, I recently started antidepressants and have been on a whirlwind of emotion and pain in my personal life. I recently started seeing a counselor a few weeks ago. Right now I’m in no way mature enough to handle the responsibility of this job. — Carson (@CallMeCarsonYT) March 12, 2020 Due to the “whirlwind of emotion and pain” in his personal life, Carson says that he currently can’t handle the responsibility of his current job. While his videos still perform well, with the lowest in recent memory still cracking 1 million views and others averaging 4 million or more, his most recent uploads have been generally longer but posted more infrequently. Several big names in YouTube and streaming wished Carson well on the next step of his journey, including comedian Gus Johnson, animator Ross O’Donovan, and YouTuber Jacksepticeye. He also streams regularly on Twitch at CallMeCarsonLive, and has a popular and robust Discord server. According to his channel, he left college where he was studying Media Communication in September of 2018 to become a full-time YouTuber and Twitch streamer. His upload rate quickly increased after he made that decision. Carson isn’t the only massive YouTuber who has taken extensive time off from the platform: One of the site’s biggest stars in Felix ‘Pewdiepie’ Kjellberg returned in February after a month-long hiatus, claiming that he needed to take a break even though he didn’t really want to. However, Carson’s statements indicate that his time off is needed for more than just slowing down his channel, so it may be longer until he makes a return. We wish him well in whatever he chooses to do next.

CallMeCarson resurfaces to DM Ludwig during subathon to stop video share – Dexerto
CallMeCarson resurfaces to DM Ludwig during subathon to stop video share Twitch: Ludwig / CallMeCarsonYouTuber CallMeCarson has resurfaced for the first time following grooming allegations, messaging Ludwig during his subathon to ask him to stop playing a video that included him. On January 5, allegations that Carson had exchanged inappropriate messages with a 17-year-old girl when he was 19 emerged online. The accusations were initially publicized via a KEEMSTAR video, and they quickly spread through social media. Some of Carson’s friends cut themselves off from the YouTuber, and Slimecicle revealed that he had reported the situation to federal law enforcement when he was made aware of it the year before. Carson has been silent online ever since those accusations emerged, not posting content to his YouTube channels or to any other social media, leaving many wondering what happened to him. Now, in the first glimpse people have had of him since the controversy, Carson contacted Ludwig while live. The streamer has been doing a subathon stream that’s lasted for over three weeks, and when he needs to take a shower, or make food, he often plays something on stream in his absence. While Ludwig made dinner off-stream, he put on some of his YouTube videos for viewers to enjoy while he was gone, and one of the videos that ended up auto-playing was a Twitch Jeopardy video featuring Carson from 2019. The video played for a few minutes before Ludwig returned and switched it off. As chat expressed relief that the streamer had finally realized the video was playing, he explained how he found out. “You wanna know who told me that the Carson video was playing? Carson. Sent me a text. And I was like ‘oh sh*t I’ll turn that off.’ Good call Carson. Saved, Carson saved us. From Carson.” This seems to be the YouTuber’s first appearance online publicly in several months, and many were surprised to see that he had contacted Ludwig. Viewers also noted that Carson was listed as a user in the chat. Many were left wondering what had happened to Carson after the controversy, and with no updates regarding what’s going on behind the scenes since then, it was a fairly unexpected appearance.

CallMeCarson breaks social media silence five months after grooming accusations – Dexerto
CallMeCarson breaks social media silence five months after grooming accusations Instagram: CallMeCarsonCarson ‘CallMeCarson’ King broke his silence on social media, intentionally this time, months after being accused of grooming underaged fans, and it seems like he is looking to make a comeback soon. CallMeCarson has been on the down-low since he was accused of grooming underage fans back in January 2021. The situation sparked mixed reactions, with some people opting to cut ties with him, while others claimed that what he did wasn’t that bad since she was within two years of his age. He has emerged from the depths of solitude two times since then. The first time was when he told Ludwig ‘Ludwig’ Ahgren to stop sharing a video that included him during his subathon. The second time was when he ‘accidentally’ posted an old political article on social media and liked a meme. Of course, neither of those instances were truly him breaking his silence and returning to social media. But now he’s gone ahead and done it for real, and this time, he even went as far as hinting towards a potential comeback. “Give me a little bit longer,” he said. It isn’t much to go by, but it’s a clear sign that he’s almost feeling ready to give life in the public sphere another go and perhaps make a return to content creation and streaming. However, only time will tell whether that kind of reception will last and whether his fans welcome him back with open arms.

CallMeCarson breaks months-long social media hiatus with bizarre tweet Instagram: CallMeCarsonYTYouTuber and social media personality CallMeCarson caught many people by surprise. It’s been almost two months since Carson King last posted on Twitter but his latest tweet was quickly deleted after claiming it was a mistake. Carson has been set around controversy all year ever since he was accused of grooming underage fans in January 2021. Since these allegations Carson has gone silent on social media and YouTube but back in June he tweeted out, “give me a little bit longer” which sparked quite the debate if the once star should even return. His latest tweet caught the attention of many for the short time it was up as he quickly deleted what he said but not before the community was able to capture the moment. CallMeCarson sends awkward tweet then claims it was a mistake Fans haven’t heard from Carson in quite some time but he finally sent a tweet after a long time of silence. This tweet, however, really had no context to it whatsoever and makes no sense at all. Before it was deleted “Ourlxdyofsxrro1” was able to get a screenshot of this tweet and posted it to their account. Now we’re not going to jump to conclusions on this one but it does raise questions as to what specifically this even means. He did go on to reply to his tweet saying that this was a mistake and he forgot that he was not on his private Twitter account. CARSON PLAYING FUCKIN MIND GAMES MAN WTH pic.twitter.com/nYRuzab74H — someone (@Ourlxdyofsxrro1) August 1, 2021 Carson also said to give him a few more weeks but fans have heard him say that before. As for now even if he meant to post that on his private account there still is no context as to why he tweeted this. For now, fans will have to wait “a few more weeks” to see if Carson breaks his social media absence and comes out with a full explanation to everything that has surrounded him in 2021.

CallMeCarson appears to confirm Fitz cheating rumors – Dexerto
CallMeCarson appears to confirm Fitz cheating rumors CallMeCarson, YouTubeYouTuber CallMeCarson shocked fans by announcing an “indefinite” hiatus from social media in early March, citing issues with his mental health — but the star may have confirmed further reasons for stepping back. Nearly a month later, members of Carson’s subreddit noticed some telling activity from his Twitter account, noting that he’d liked a Tweet discussing heartbreak in romantic relationships. Speculation began to take hold of his fanbase, with some pointing out that Carson had unfollowed friend and fellow YouTuber Fitz on social media, leading to rumors that Carson’s girlfriend had cheated on him with the content creator. For those concerned about me, I recently started antidepressants and have been on a whirlwind of emotion and pain in my personal life. I recently started seeing a counselor a few weeks ago. Right now I’m in no way mature enough to handle the responsibility of this job. — Carson (@CallMeCarsonYT) March 12, 2020 Normally, this would be chalked up to mere conjecture — if Carson hadn’t appeared to confirm the rumors in a comment on a reddit thread discussing the matter. “Ding ding ding, we have a winner,” he replied under a comment that suggested his girlfriend, Katerino, had cheated on him with Fitz. That wasn’t he end of his apparent confirmation of the scandal, either; the YouTuber went on to comment further on the subject, denying that his statement on the matter was an elaborate April Fools Day prank as theorized by another fan. Carson likewise gave a damning response to a fan hoping that Kate hadn’t cheated while being aware of the YouTuber’s mental duress as explained in his hiatus video, replying, “They both knew.” Still another begged fans to keep their noses out of his relationship troubles, warning against the damage that could arise from rampant speculation and rumors — a statement Carson claimed he would agree with, “if it wasn’t the truth.” Despite the severity of the situation, Carson discouraged his fans from going on a “witch hunt” against both Kate and Fitz in yet another response to a fan on his subreddit — and thus far, most viewers are refraining from hate brigades, although a few have expressed their distaste for Fitz in wake of Carson’s confirmation. For now, all fans can do is bide their time as Carson recovers amid his current break from creating content in yet another sticky situation that both Kate and Fitz have remained silent about in wake of the exposure.

The user, who lists her username as “Sam,” claims she was “groomed by Carson” when she was just 17 years old and “still in high school.” According to Sam, the pair began talking after she tweeted at him on social media, and he “went straight to [her] dms.” “I have talked to many people and never came out about this since [sic] now.” https://twitter.com/miniborb/status/1346304892688855041 Her post also included a number of Discord messages between the pair. These included statements from Carson suggesting he “only wanted to talk to [Sam] for the sexual part,” and “couldn’t control himself.” He also suggested he thought about miniborb — who was using the username ‘gorl’ on Discord — “every time,” to which she replied she was “in school.” Read More: Why is #RIPDream trending on Twitter? – The YouTuber also wrote that messaging Sam was “such a bad idea,” and told her at one point during their conversation that she was “hard to resist.” https://twitter.com/miniborb/status/1346307095143059457 Miniborb also shared their related ‘logs’ through a scrolling Twitter video. The first messages in the video appear to have been sent on March 29, 2019. https://twitter.com/miniborb/status/1346317508878491648 CallMeCarson has yet to publicly respond to the accusations. While the YouTuber remains silent, several internet celebrities close to him have offered comments. One such comment came from Australian YouTuber Fitz, who simply commented “yep” soon after the news began trending. CallMeCarson “accidentally” resurfaces on Twitter after four months of silence – Dexerto
CallMeCarson “accidentally” resurfaces on Twitter after four months of silence Twitter: CallMeCarsonDisgraced Minecraft YouTuber Carson ‘CallMeCarson’ King posted on social media for the first time since being accused of grooming underage fans, but it appears to have been an accident. CallMeCarson has kept a low profile since he was accused of grooming underage fans back in January 2021. The shocking allegations saw many people cut ties with him, while others like Asmongold defend him, saying, “it’s not that bad.” Either way, other than briefly re-surfacing to tell Ludwig ‘Ludwig’ Ahgren to stop sharing a video that included him during his subathon, he hadn’t been seen on the internet and social media. That is, of course, until now. In an embarrassing slip-up, CallMeCarson posted a tweet of an old political article on The Hill, along with a captain that said, “mmmm.” He also followed it up with another post, saying, “Accidental tweet, carry on,” before deleting them both and returning to the abyss. But that’s not all. He also liked and disliked a meme someone posted that joked about YouTube channels and other media outlets, mistakenly thinking the accidental tweets are a sign that he’s coming back. Some fans described the debacle as an “awkward” mess. However, others believe there’s more to it, claiming it was a “test” to see if he gets bitten. One fan even claimed he did a similar thing on Instagram, too. In the end, though, if he truly was testing the waters, it didn’t seem inviting. Fans still haven’t forgotten about the allegations against him, and until he provides an update on the situation, the tension isn’t likely to fade. Starbucks releases limited-edition Pumpkin Spice Latte merch for 20th anniversary – Dexerto
Starbucks releases limited-edition Pumpkin Spice Latte merch for 20th anniversary PexelsFans of Starbucks’ signature Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) can now purchase exclusive merch to commemorate the brand’s 20th anniversary. It seems surreal that Starbucks are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their legendary pumpkin spice latte. Since its release in 2003, the beverage has become a staple of the brand’s menu, with customers clamoring to indulge in this seasonal delight. To commemorate the occasion, Starbucks have teamed up with KidSuper, a Brooklyn-based brand known for their innovative designs. Fans can now purchase a limited edition varsity jacket, which includes several fall-time slogans, including “PSL is Love”, “Happy Fall”, and “Worth the Wait”. The jacket features rich autumnal tones and bold lettering – a marker of KidSuper’s unique designs. The brand’s founder, Colm Dillane shared, “Starbucks PSL is an example of how innovation and community can drive culture, and that’s exactly what motivates me in my work… Partnering with Starbucks to design a jacket was an awesome experience. “Through this collaboration, I was able to infuse my creative vision into a wearable piece of art, while capturing the essence of Fall and the PSL. I’m excited for fans of the drink to check it out!”. These jackets are available to preorder right now, while stocks last. Brief history of Starbucks’ iconic PSL The PSL first entered public consciousness in the 2010’s, becoming a veritable zeitgeist of the era. Social media saw the rise of this seasonal beverage, however, what some fans might not realize is that the PSL almost met an early demise. Founder, Peter Dukes states, “We launched PSL very well, but then there were discussions about discontinuing it… There was this idea back then of, ‘Hey, we want keep things new, keep things fresh.’ And fortunately, we kept bringing it back. With the arrival of social media, it just took off on a whole new level.” With millions of fans the world over, it seems that Dukes had the right idea.

Callaway offers to replace man’s $3k golf clubs after tornado destroys them & home – Dexerto
Callaway offers to replace man’s $3k golf clubs after tornado destroys them & home X: MurphyKeithA recent high school graduate had his prized possessions destroyed in a tornado, and now big brands are offering to help. On Tuesday, May 21, tornadoes tore through Greenfield, Iowa, injuring several locals and wrecking the homes and businesses of many. After the destruction, news outlet WHO 13 caught up with Bradley Gebbie, who’s house and belongings were destroyed by the storms. However, Bradley wasn’t worried about his demolished home. Instead, he emphasized how much he’d miss his $3k worth of golf clubs. “I lost a lot, including my golf clubs. I had, like, three grand into that,” he told the outlet as he shook his head in disbelief. He then shouted out popular golf equipment companies: Callaway Golf, TaylorMade Golf, and Titleist. While doing so, he made sure to say that he “really” needed a new set. “I just love golf,” Bradley exclaimed in a news clip from the broadcast that’s now circulating X. After the outlet’s reports went viral, Bradley’s wishes came true, as Callaway Golf sent out a tweet offering to help. “Happy to help. Shoot us a DM,” the brand wrote on X. They also responded to another tweet, confirming they’d replace his set. “We’ll get him dialed. If anyone has his handle or contact info… we’re on it,” they wrote. LIV Golf even extended their gracious offering, saying they’d be “happy to help” the golfing enthusiast. Media personality Keith Murphy also clarified on X that Callaway Golf was in contact with Bradley, who is a recent high school graduate and former golf team athlete. Though this tragic story has a happy ending, another homeowner in Nebraska faced similar difficulties, as his entire property was destroyed by a tornado on April 26. Though he wasn’t particular about what was gone for good, he did go viral on TikTok for having a security system that wasn’t damaged during the storm.

Call of Duty voice actor Jeff Leach dropped by sponsors following sexism allegations – Dexerto
Call of Duty voice actor Jeff Leach dropped by sponsors following sexism allegations Facebook: Jeff LeachStreamer, comedian and voice actor of Ghost in Call of Duty, Jeff Leach, has been dropped by multiple sponsors following allegations of sexism. On May 10, Activision told Dexerto that it would no longer be working with Leach after clips surfaced of the Facebook Gaming streamer allegedly being sexist to a fellow streamer. This was in addition to claims made by Twitch streamer Natalie ‘ZombiUnicorn’ Casanova that they had been harassed and subject to sexist remarks from Leach in 2017, which resulted in his ban from Twitch. Leach is now a partnered streamer on Facebook Gaming, but has been dropped by Activision for his role as Ghost, and Dexerto has received confirmation that he has also been dropped by key sponsors. Sponsors cut ties with Jeff Leach Two sponsors, Team Kitchen and Sneak Energy, have both ended their relationship with Jeff Leach. A third sponsor, AimControllers, said: “As a female-owned company, AimControllers US condemns any hateful or degrading speech towards any group, especially women. We will be taking this time to gather some more information on the matter to ensure appropriate measures are taken.” Sneak Energy, a UK-based energy drink brand, terminated Leach’s contract with immediate effect. “We at Sneak don’t tolerate bullying, harassment or discrimination of any kind and apologise for any offence caused by one of our ambassadors.” Leach responds to allegations Leach has intimated that a full response to the accusations against him is forthcoming, but has addressed them on stream. He said that the clips are taken out of context, and amount to a character assassination. He has said that he is pursuing legal action against NitroLukeDX, a Facebook streamer who posted the compilation of clips on social media. “[NitroLukeDX] is presenting an out-of-context assassination of someone’s character. That’s what he’s done. It’s embarrassing for him and all his little trolls. I’m excited to speak to my lawyers and my Facebook partnerships manager and see what can be done about this.” He threatened that it could be the “end” of NitroLukeDX, and that his lawyers were “already on his case.” During a May 7 live stream, Jeff Leach claimed that he was banned from Twitch because ZombiUnicorn was dating a member of Twitch staff: “Because she was at that point dating someone within the Twitch eco-system, in terms of the staff of Twitch, my channel was permanently banned.” ZombiUnicorn has told Dexerto that they were dating professional CS:GO player Alexander “Lex” Deily at that time, and that they have never dated Twitch staff. ZombiUnicorn also accuses Leach of transphobia by continually referring to them by ‘she/her’ pronouns despite not identifying as a woman. During his May 7 live stream, Leach says that he told Facebook Gaming that the reason he was banned from Twitch was because Casanova was dating Twitch staff. He also says he told Infinity Ward and Activision the same thing, before he was given the role of Ghost. Leach suggests that Casanova was disgruntled because he had rejected sexual advances, but Casanova denies this and says they told Leach that they were simply “friendly acquaintances.” Update, May 13: Facebook Gaming has now terminated its partnership with both Jeff Leach and NitroLukeDX.

Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper spills details on exclusive Spotify deal – Dexerto
Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper spills details on exclusive Spotify deal Sarah KrickAlex Cooper’s iconic Call Her Daddy podcast has paired up with Spotify to bring the show to a new platform. In the first episode of the new season, the fan-favorite host reveals the details of the agreement. If there’s one podcast that’s etched itself into the history books, it’s Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy. Unafraid of broaching touchy subjects and controversial topics, Alex has attracted a massive audience. Calling Barstool Sports a home since 2018, on June 15 the star announced that she had signed an exclusivity deal with Spotify worth a supposed $60 million over the next three years. This follows the platform signing a $100 million agreement with Joe Rogan for his JRE Podcast, indicating that Spotify is in the market for the world’s biggest podcasts. Promising to delve into the details of the arrangement in the podcast’s first episode, Alex has spilled all of the tea. In the episode entitled “How I Glucked My Way to the Top,” Alex addresses “whether there’s going to be another internet war” in the wake of her move. “You all know about my infamous three-year deal with Barstool, I talked about it a bunch. But what I didn’t talk about, and what I couldn’t talk about… is the past three months leading up to the end of my time at Barstool.” Highlighting that all of her business endeavors were known to Barstool founder David Portnoy, she notes “I was able to take meetings with the heads of the biggest podcast networks. I was most often the only woman, and I was sitting in front of all these men negotiating one of the biggest deals in podcast history.” “I always knew I was going to do something big in entertainment…” she confesses. “I just knew whoever was going to be with me on that journey needed to fully buy into the vision I had. Barstool did it first, and then when I got on the phone with Spotify… it was love at first sight.” (Topic begins at 4:00) Confessing that “I am so f**cking thankful to Barstool Sports, specifically Dave Portnoy and Erika Nardini. They have been such unbelievable partners, they believed in me since day one. And I believed them. “Last night Dave Portnoy said to me on that rooftop said to me that he was going to give me back the IP when this deal was up, and I trusted him… And Dave came through, and gave me back sole custody of the podcast… We’re on good terms.” So for those hoping for lights, drama, action, it seems like that’s not been the case. As Alex’s journey continues on Spotify, we can’t wait to see her thrive.

Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper slams criticism over licking her dog’s tongue – Dexerto
Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper slams criticism over licking her dog’s tongue YouTube: Call Her DaddyCall Her Daddy podcast host Alex Cooper has hit back at criticism after sharing a video of herself licking the tongue of her boyfriend’s pet dog, Henry. The internet is certainly one of the best places to find odd and sometimes disturbing content… but a video posted by popular podcast host and influencer Alex Cooper is taking the proverbial cake right now. Alex Cooper is known for being one of the biggest podcast hosts out there. Rising to fame as co-host of the Call Her Daddy podcast, Cooper has since scored a $60 million deal to stream the series exclusively on Spotify. Despite her recent success, it seems the influencer has come under intense scrutiny after posting a controversial video to social media. The clip shows Cooper and her boyfriend’s pet pooch snuggling on the couch, while the enthusiastic pup licks her face. Video of Alex Cooper and her dog Henry that some people are calling bestiality. pic.twitter.com/NtTQC4nc1O — Def Noodles (@defnoodles) June 30, 2021 The gross part of this situation happens after Cooper sticks out her tongue. You can piece together the rest. Unsurprisingly, many commenters found the video to be off-putting and disgusting, with several even accusing the host of being inappropriate with her partner’s pet. These accusations prompted Cooper to speak out on the situation during a recent podcast episode, where she denied any claims of being inappropriate with the dog and even said that she’d deleted the video right away for fear that people would somehow discover her boyfriend by way of the pooch. (Topic begins at 28 minutes) “I feel there is nothing wrong with what I chose to let that dog do to my mouth,” she argued. “I personally think that people that are so angered, so triggered by seeing this dog’s tongue lick my tongue, you think that’s bestiality, but I don’t know what happened in your f***ing childhood. … but that’s not bestiality.” Cooper’s initial quote went into graphic detail about a hypothetical situation regarding her critic’s fathers, sparking further outrage against her on social media as the video continues to garner backlash and even calls to remove the pup from her care.

Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper roasts Bryce Hall, Griffin Johnson, more – Dexerto
Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper roasts Bryce Hall, Griffin Johnson, more Instagram: Alex Cooper/ Instagram: Josh RichardsCall Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper has brutally roasted every member of TikTok’s Sway house, revealing that Griffin Johnson tried to hit on her and describing Bryce Hall as “like Sid from Ice Age.” Alex Cooper, the host of popular podcast Call Her Daddy, was an exclusive guest on BFFs with Josh Richards and Barstool Sports’ Dave Portnoy this week. In a bid to combine the world’s of “Daddy Gang” and TikTok, Dave asked Alex to rank the Sway boys. Despite having millions of followers for their chiseled abs and bad-boy personas, Alex hilariously roasted every member of the TikTok Sway House, starting with Griffin Johnson, the ex-boyfriend of Dixie D’Amelio, who she revealed had slid into her DMs to say “Yo,” sending Josh and Dave into fits of laughter. Josh joined in, adding: “The fact that he’s been hitting the gym. Now he thinks he can just say ‘Yo.’” Griffin went on to confirm in a tweet that he did, in fact, try to message Alex Cooper, but that it was a “failed mission.” Alex said she felt that he, along with the rest of the Sway household, were too jacked, and looked like they had no lives aside from working out and drinking protein shakes. “I think that they’re just overdoing the lifting. If a guy has that much on his body, It’s like you don’t really make money and you don’t have a job. .@JoshRichards @stoolpresidente confirmed that i did slide into @alexandracooper DM’s.. it was a failed mission — Griffin Johnson (@lmgriffjohnson) November 12, 2020 She also roasted Blake Gray’s hairstyle who just dyed his hair from jet black to bleach blonde, and said “the blonde is just not f****** working for him and he has to go back to black immediately.” After that, she even explained that she texted his girlfriend, Amelie Zilber, to give her relationship advice. Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper praises Charli D’Amelio for attitude toward “sad” TikTok hate – Dexerto
Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper praises Charli D’Amelio for attitude toward “sad” TikTok hate YouTube: Alexandra Cooper, HuluTikTok stars Charli D’Amelio and big sis Dixie have debuted their very own reality show — a program that Call Her Daddy host Alex Cooper is giving high praise toward, due to their attitude toward the constant hate they receive. Charli and Dixie D’Amelio are two of the internet’s biggest personalities right now. Charli boasts the most followers out of any content creator on TikTok (125 million, to be exact), while Dixie is making a name for herself in the music biz alongside her 55 million fans. The D’Amelio family has also scored their very own reality show with Hulu, which shares an inside look into the not-always-glamorous lives of the TikTok famous sisters. Their show highlights the sisters’ struggle of maintaining their mental health in the face of intense internet backlash from critics over things like not liking the taste of snail, or breaking up with your sort-of-boyfriend after he kissed another girl. Alex Cooper, host of the uber-popular podcast Call Her Daddy, brought up the show during a September 29 episode alongside actress and writer Cazzie David — and it’s safe to say that they both walked away with a positive opinion of the D’Amelio siblings after their first watch. “I will say, Charli really has good instincts about this s**t,” David said. “And the fact that someone that young knows the cycle of getting hate… she knows that if someone compliments her, she’s gonna get hate, so she doesn’t want anyone to compliment her.” “That’s really smart, one, and two, really f**king sad that she has had enough experience with that to know the cycle of it,” she added. “Dude, she’s 17, and literally — what was it, she was about to be on the Top 100, whatever the f**k, TIME s**t, and she was like, ‘No, I can’t do this, I will get s**t on,” Cooper interjected. “It’s sad.” “I think anyone who comes away not being able to empathize with Charli and Dixie is a sociopath,” David continued. “They had observations about fame that I thought were really perceptive.” “It makes me sad, but overall, the Charli and the Dixie dynamic, I have nothing but empathy,” Cooper said. “I actually feel really bad [for them].” (Topic begins at 25 minutes) While public opinion on the D’Amelio Show has been decidedly mixed, it looks like Alex Cooper and Cazzie David are big fans of the program and even bigger fans of the D’Amelio sisters for being able to navigate the stormy waters of internet stardom.

California police cover suspects’ faces with LEGO heads due to new law – Dexerto
California police cover suspects’ faces with LEGO heads due to new law Murrieta Police DepartmentThe Murrieta Police Department in California has gained popularity recently after they started publishing photos of suspects they’d arrested but with their heads photoshopped as LEGO heads after a new law was introduced. Murrieta Police Department explained on March 18 that the reason they’re adding LEGO heads to photos is to shield detainees’ faces to comply with a new state law prohibiting the release of mugshots and booking photos of those accused of nonviolent crimes. On January 1, 2024, a new law was put into action in California which was made to protect the identities of suspects of nonviolent crimes. The new law, Assembly Bill 994 and Penal Code 13665 which was signed by Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom last September and implemented on Jan 1, 2024, prohibits law enforcement from sharing suspect photos for nonviolent crimes – unless specified circumstances exist. The law also requires police departments to remove other mugshots from social media after 14 days. Murrieta Police Department wrote on Facebook: “The Murrieta Police Department prides itself in its transparency with the community, but also honors everyone’s rights & protections as afforded by law; even suspects. “In order to share what is happening in Murrieta, we chose to cover the faces of suspects to protect their identity while still aligning with the new law.” But the practice is nothing new for the Murrieta police as they have been obscuring suspects’ faces for several years before the new law was introduced, using emojis, Barbie dolls, and Shrek. “Some of the reasons were the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law, the effects a post could have on an individual or their families outside of the criminal proceedings they may be subject to (public shaming) and some of it came down to workload,” the department previously wrote. “Our goal is to keep our citizens informed on what is occurring in the City in which we all live as well as the work the police department is doing on behalf of the citizens,” it added. Despite people criticizing the new law, people couldn’t help but laugh and joke in the comments of the Facebook post. One person wrote: “Are the makers of Lego okay with this?” A second person joked: “Officers should carry actual Lego heads around on their cars and when they arrest someone, place the Lego head on the suspect and the Lego head must remain on the suspect until released from custody.”

Calfreezy reveals intimidating DMs from James Arthur after Sidemen beef – Dexerto
Calfreezy reveals intimidating DMs from James Arthur after Sidemen beef Instagram: calfreezy, jamesarthur23UK YouTube star Callum ‘Calfreezy’ Airey has revealed the intimidating Direct Messages he received from X Factor winner and platinum recording artist James Arthur, after the singer’s beef with the Sidemen. The clash first occurred ahead of KSI’s highly anticipated boxing match against Logan Paul in November 2019, prior to which KSI released his first single from his upcoming album, which featured some of the biggest names in hip-hop in Rick Ross and Lil Baby. James Arthur didn’t take kindly to the fact that KSI had such big names on his track, saying that he must have paid “$150k” for the Rick Ross feature, and went on to show support for Logan Paul during fight week. One of the biggest people Arthur took an issue with in the ensuing Twitter beef was Calfreezy, a close friend of the Sidemen, who called the arena-touring artist a “wetty,” UK slang for someone who is boring or overly emotional. Now, Cal has revealed the threatening DMs he received from Arthur amid the beef, though he seems a little more amused than worried about what was said during his appearance on JaackMaate’s Happy Hour podcast. Reading the message, he said: “The state of you. Stop acting hard. You’re just trying to get a cheap laugh off of kids. Aren’t you, like, 25? This is between me and you, now. I’m messaging you directly. I’m not playing games, man, that’s seriously offensive.” (Timestamp 7.30 for mobile viewers) The group seemed to find the messages hilarious, and Freezy said there was a lot there but it was all just “waffle” about being offended by it. The YouTuber, who has over 3 million subscribers, said that Arthur’s showing support for Logan Paul was clearly his attempt at being a wind-up, so it became fair-game for him to win Arthur up in return. Though there was clearly a lot more said in the message than Calfreezy reads out, he clearly thinks it’s not anything worth worrying about and was making jokes about it throughout – so maybe he didn’t take it as seriously as Arthur did.

Caitlyn Jenner reveals she gets along “well” with Kanye West on NELK Podcast – Dexerto
Caitlyn Jenner reveals she gets along “well” with Kanye West on NELK Podcast YouTube: FULL SEND Podcast Clips, REVOLTThe Nelk Boys sat down with Caitlyn Jenner on the FULL SEND Podcast, where she revealed her thoughts on the current tensions between Kim Kardashian, Pete Davidson, and Kanye West. The Nelk Boys have been scoring major interviews left and right for their FULL SEND Podcast, which boasts over 1.3 million subscribers just under a year after being launched. The group of viral YouTube pranksters have scored talks with the likes of Jamie Foxx, Rick Ross, Mike Tyson, and most recently, retired Olympic athlete Caitlyn Jenner. The Nelk boys sat down with Jenner for a conversation regarding her current business ventures when the inevitable topic of Kim Kardashian’s drama with ex-hubby Kanye West came into the discourse. The tensions between the ex-couple have taken over headlines for the past few months, with Kim recently getting romantically involved with comedian Pete Davidson — much to Kanye’s apparent chagrin. Jenner explained that she approves of Davidson, notably saying that her daughter’s happiness was paramount to everything else. “To be honest with you, he seems like a very nice guy,” she said. “But the best part was, Kim seemed so happy. And that’s my number one concern.” Caitlyn Jenner opens up about Kanye West drama When it comes to Kanye, Jenner claims she gets along well with the ‘Donda’ rapper, who she says was “absolutely great” during her transition in the 2010’s. “Actually, I get along very well with Kanye,” she continued. “I really like Kanye. Every time we’ve been together, he’s been absolutely great, especially during the transition, and this and that.” However, she’s also treading carefully due to statements that Ye has made about her family, but continues to hold the rapper in high esteem and wishes him well. “He was absolutely phenomenal. I’m still, today when I see him, good friends. I just have to be a little careful, because he’s said some things, especially towards the family that, obviously I’m on the family side, you know? I wish him nothing but the best.” This marks the latest major interview for the NELK Boys’ podcast – a show that caused some apparent tensions between host Kyle Forgeard and fellow YouTuber Logan Paul, who felt the prankster “copied” the idea from his own pre-existing IMPAUSLIVE podcast.

Caged streamer discovers balloons can’t support his weight the hard way – Dexerto
Caged streamer discovers balloons can’t support his weight the hard way Twitch/johnny_nowIRL Twitch streamer Johnny_Now was in for quite a surprise when a balloon stunt went wrong during his latest 30 Days in a Cage challenge. Johnny, who gained a following when he first spent a month in a cage in 2018, has returned to his roots this October by going back inside. During the challenge, the streamer has to spend 30 days inside a home-built cage. Balloon week is part of the challenge. This means that every time Johnny has been getting a new sub, a balloon has been blown up and added to the cage. As he has been receiving a lot of subs, the cage has been filling up with a lot of inflatables. Johnny had previously revealed how the balloons have been affecting him but had said that the toughest part of spending a month in a cage was the toll it took on his sleep schedule. “I slept like a baby drowning in a sea of balloons,” Johnny told his viewers. However, he got annoyed when one of his viewers mocked him, writing: “I slept like a balloon last night.” Clearly aggravated that his own viewers would delight in his suffering, the caged entertainer stormed off to the side of his cage. Eventually, the sleep-deprived streamer stared at the camera before attempting to fall backwards onto the pile, but the balloons couldn’t support his weight, and Johnny hit the floor awkwardly. “Ow, I hurt my back,” he can be heard saying from underneath the pile of balloons. “That did not work out. You guys said that [they] would support my weight!” While Johnny was clearly in pain, he continued with the rest of the stream like a trooper and marched forward into the next day of the challenge. Speaking to Dexerto on October 11, the streamer said that he views his time in the cage “as a very cleansing experience”, and that he “had never felt better than when I left the cage for the first time after 30 days.” At the time of writing, Johnny is on day 11 of his challenge with 19 days to go.

Bystander screams abuse at Ninja as he feeds the homeless during Super Bowl trip – Dexerto
Bystander screams abuse at Ninja as he feeds the homeless during Super Bowl trip NinjaAs the most popular Twitch streamer in the world, Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins has superseded many of his peers and broken out into ‘mainstream’, beyond just gaming – but a certain amount of internet toxicity he cannot get away from. As part of his growing brand, Ninja was invited out to the Super Bowl in Atlanta, and even featured in a commercial for the big match alongside the biggest names in the sport. He and his wife/manger Jessica ‘JGhosty’ Blevins, and fellow streamer Tim ‘TimTheTatman‘ Betar, were even spotted on the ‘celebrity’ cam during the match, proving the growing mainstream appeal of gaming entertainment. Ninja is generally well-liked, but with extreme popularity also comes a side helping of extreme negativity, albeit from a small portion of the community. Typically, this negativity would be consigned to Twitch chats, Twitter and YouTube comments, but as Ninja’s brand moves out-with the confines of the internet, it appears these “haters” are following. JGhosty explains that while she and her husband were handing out leftover catering food to the homeless in Atlanta, one such hater hurled abuse at Ninja, in a public setting. After the Super Bowl in Atlanta, @Ninja and I didn’t go out. Instead, we packed up a ton of the extra suite food employees are required to throw away, and drove around giving it to the homeless. While doing this, someone screamed horrible things at Tyler. It breaks my heart. — Jess Blevins (@JGhosty) February 7, 2019 JGhosty, a popular streamer in her own right, explains that some ‘fans’ only see Ninja as the ‘video game streamer’, and not a more human side to him. We are trying to do something so good in this position we’ve been blessed to have & unfortunately we’ll never be able to show that to everyone. People just see Tyler streaming games or us traveling & make their opinions. We want to change the world. That’s always been the goal. — Jess Blevins (@JGhosty) February 7, 2019 Ninja’s influence has likely outgrown even his own expectations, thanks to a year of rapid growth over 2018, which saw his following on social medias expand ten times over. He now sits with over 13 million followers on Twitch – he had only 874,000 on January 1, 2018 – which puts him eight million followers ahead of the second most followed streamer, Michael ‘shroud‘ Grzesiek. Ninja gave an estimate of his earnings in 2018 of around $10 million, but this is likely a very conservative estimate. He has contributed constantly to charity efforts however, and even during his Super Bowl trip, was involved in a fundraising raffle, raising thousands for national disaster charity BBQ Relief.

“Buy Twitter” trends as Elon Musk fans demand he purchases social media giant – Dexerto
“Buy Twitter” trends as Elon Musk fans demand he purchases social media giant YouTube: PewDiePie“Buy Twitter” began trending online after Elon Musk gave his opinion on the app, with fans calling for the Tesla CEO to purchase the huge social media platform. On March 25, billionaire Elon Musk launched a poll on Twitter, saying “Free speech is essential to a functioning democracy,” and asked followers, “do you believe Twitter rigorously adheres to this principle?” Over 70% answered ‘No,’ with just under 30% answering, ‘Yes,’ which prompted Musk to write: “Given that Twitter serves as the de facto public town square, failing to adhere to free speech principles fundamentally undermines democracy. What should be done?” He went on to ask “is a new platform needed?” Many were in agreement, but some even suggested that Musk, “just buy Twitter,” with one user joking that he should “change the bird logo to a doge,” to which he replied, “haha that would [be] sickkk.” “You should buy and reinstitute actual free speech on this site,” Clay Travis wrote, with another user saying: “Elon Musk needs to buy Twitter.” https://twitter.com/Liberty_Zoomer/status/1507895576884617217 You should buy @twitter and reinstitute actual free speech on this site. https://t.co/iccR1b2UgE — Clay Travis (@ClayTravis) March 26, 2022 However, there were many who strongly opposed the idea of Musk buying Twitter, with one user writing: “It’s amazing how people are begging Elon Musk to buy Twitter to save it from censorship and also to ban anyone who doesn’t agree with them.” Another wrote: “All these folks urging Elon Musk to buy Twitter because they hate Twitter. Yet none of them have the courage to click that “deactivate your account” button and go elsewhere.” It’s amazing how people are begging Elon Musk to buy twitter to save it from censorship and also to ban anyone who doesn’t agree with them. Bus driver fired for drinking White Claw on the job: “It was a mistake” – Dexerto
Bus driver fired for drinking White Claw on the job: “It was a mistake” News12A school bus driver was fired after mistakenly drinking an alcoholic White Claw while on the job. A school bus driver was fired for drinking a White Claw while on the job, as the carbonated beverage contains alcohol. The woman, Amal Hanna, was given no leeway from the school administration despite also battling cancer, causing her to not be able to taste the alcohol in her drink. Claiming it as just a mistake, the community decided to rally around Hanna and raise money, as she was quite distraught after being fired. Amal Hanna worked as a school bus driver for 15 years Hanna is currently undergoing chemotherapy, so when she took a sip of the White Claw, she only thought she was drinking a flavored seltzer, as she has difficulty tasting what she ingests. Though she began her bus route for the school day, Hanna was immediately taken off the bus when someone spotted her White Claw in the cup holder near her driver’s seat. Speaking with News12, Hanna was in tears explaining how she’s handling being fired for the mishap, saying, “I have been crying and crying, I don’t even have any more tears. It was just a mistake, it was a mistake.” The bus transportation company of the school district also released a statement saying, “This alleged conduct is completely unacceptable, and the driver has been immediately removed from service.” After being fired, parents of students that Hanna drove to school were quick to defend her, saying that she’s always been meticulous with her timing, kind to their children, and treated them like her own during the 15 years she’s worked as a bus driver. Parents also began raising money for Hanna by creating a GoFundMe. In a matter of one week, the community has raised over $42,000 for Hanna as she battles through her cancer treatments without financial stability.

Burning Man 2023 descends into chaos after rains leave 73,000 campers stranded – Dexerto
Burning Man 2023 descends into chaos after rains leave 73,000 campers stranded TikTok: angiepeacockmsw / TikTok: shoddylynnRainfall at Burning Man 2023 has turned the playa into mud, leaving festival-goers stranded with organizers warning to conserve food and water. Black Rock Desert’s annual temporary city has been shut down after predicted rainfall saw Burning Man 2023 transformed into a “clay pot.” Organizers warned that “no driving is permitted until the playa surface dries up,” with tens of thousands of people “encouraged to conserve food, water, and fuel, and shelter in a warm, safe space.” Currently, concert-goers are facing limited resources, alkaline mud, and unreliable phone service while they await some much-needed sunshine. Banding together in a showcase of the festival’s spirit, occasional videos shared on TikTok have offered insight into what life on the playa looks like. With the festival supposed to run from August 27 to September 4, supplies are beginning to run out. A lot of the festival’s events have also been called off due to the weather — including the iconic burning of the man — and portable toilets are out of use. Another concern is that the dust-turned-mud is alkaline and can cause chemical burns. “Playa foot,” though not serious, is uncomfortable and is caused by exposure to the desert floor. With the ground now sodden and many attempting to traverse the plains barefoot, worries are that cases of playa foot may be about to spike. Nonetheless, campers have been helping one another, and one attendee told BBC that “the party’s still going, it’s business as usual.” Showers and thunderstorms have been predicted over the weekend and it is unknown for how long Burning Man will remain stuck in limbo. There have been rumors of the National Guard getting involved, though these have not been confirmed. Check out all the latest entertainment news on our page here.

Burger King tweet goes viral on International Women’s Day for all the wrong reasons Burger King / UnsplashInternational Woman’s Day takes place every year on March 8, however fast food giants Burger King have commemorated the day’s events in a Tweet many have branded as sexist. A single glance at Twitter on March 8 will let you know that it’s International Women’s Day. With some of the world’s biggest brands and stars coming together to speak out against sexism, everyone has their own way of honoring the event. Burger King, however, took an approach that many deemed to be sexist. Earning overwhelming criticism and even a trend for their troubles, the fast-food behemoth split the Twitter-sphere right down the middle. Here’s where everything went wrong. Burger King tweet branded as sexist The brand’s UK Twitter account dropped the bombshell in the early hours of the morning. Writing that “women belong in the kitchen,” the tweet was immediately attacked for the sexist connotations that it appears to promote. After a few hours and going very viral, BK decided to delete the tweet. As the floodgates opened and angry Twitter users descended, the UK team attempted to salvage things with a series of responses below. If they want to, of course. Yet only 20% of chefs are women. We’re on a mission to change the gender ratio in the restaurant industry by empowering female employees with the opportunity to pursue a culinary career. #IWD — Burger King (@BurgerKingUK) March 8, 2021 We are proud to be launching a new scholarship programme which will help female Burger King employees pursue their culinary dreams! — Burger King (@BurgerKingUK) March 8, 2021 While the intent of the original Tweet might have been to promote Burger King’s new scholarship program for its employees, it seems to have missed the mark entirely. Burger King deletes the tweet A few hours and thousands upon thousands of angry and mocking replies later, Burger King UK decided to take down and delete the poorly-received tweet. They claim they finally took the post down after they noticed that “there were abusive comments in the thread, and we don’t want to leave the space open for that.” We decided to delete the original tweet after our apology. It was brought to our attention that there were abusive comments in the thread and we don’t want to leave the space open for that. — Burger King (@BurgerKingUK) March 8, 2021 Twitter reacts One of the brand’s main competitors, KFC, responded from their gaming account hinting to Burger King to remove the tweet. The response was simply that the tweet wouldn’t be deleted as it is “drawing attention to a huge lack of female representation in our industry.” The post then goes on to criticise KFC for not being “on board” with the idea. Prominent former League of Legends caster Indiana ‘Froskurinn’ Black also weighed in on the situation, writing that “that Burger King tweet is already being loaded into social media decks as an example of what not to do.” That burger king tweet is already being loaded into social media decks as an example of what not to do. Neko went live in a stream on May 3 explaining why she hadn’t watched Joseph ‘Kuno’ Chan’s apology video on the topic, claiming that he had never personally come to her to make peace before making a public statement. “I think if someone were really, sincerely apologizing, he wouldn’t have made an apology video,” she said of the issue. “…I did this too, I just quietly went into their thing and be like, ‘Hey, I’m sorry.’ So I don’t wanna watch it, I’m sorry.” Why Neko “can’t forgive” Kuno However, Neko later uploaded a YouTube video denouncing this claim, apologizing to Kuno for not seeing a message he had sent out the day of the incident in an attempt to reach her and apologize in private. Despite her apology, she went on to state that she wouldn’t forgive Kuno for his hateful words, instead stating that he needed to earn forgiveness by changing his actions henceforth. “To get to the point… I can’t forgive you,” Neko stated. “But I think forgiveness is not something you need from me. I think the forgiveness you really need is showing us and showing the community around us that you have changed.” Kuno’s apology Kuno uploaded his apology video to YouTube on May 3, claiming that he’d earned the mass hatred targeted at him and would work to grow from the experience. Kuno likewise claimed that he and his girlfriend, Hana, had parted ways due to the debacle, stating that he will “be working hard to make right out of what I have wronged on my own.” And for the record. As of now me and Hana are no longer together. I hope you all can respect my decision to separate myself for now so I can focus on myself for a while. I will be working hard to make right out of what I have wronged on my own. — Kuno @ Finals Destination (@artiKun0) May 4, 2019 Major Twitch bullying leads to eventual ban A clip from Kuno’s stream went viral on May 1, after he and Hana were caught verbally harassing Neko for her art, with Hana calling Neko a “piece of trash” and even appearing to insult her for being “autistic.” The internet at large fought back against their hateful speech, with even the likes of Game Grumps’ Arin Hanson and Ross O’Donovan decrying their actions and sending support to Neko in the process. Unless you decide to figure out what makes you such a hateful narcissist, I suspect you’ll “fuck up” many many other days, too. Public apologies won’t help you on those days, either. — Arin Hanson, you say? (@egoraptor) May 2, 2019 This is harassment. @Twitch should be banning this utter disgrace of a creative streamer. Disgusting. https://t.co/v8VjvXMx44 — Ross O’Donovan (@RubberNinja) May 2, 2019 Kuno and Hana have since been banned from Twitch following the blowup – providing a brief bit of justice for Neko, whose follower count skyrocketed after the issue exploded across Twitter.

Getting into a Super Bowl ad is a big deal. It’s one of the biggest events of the year, with companies around the world spending tens of millions just to get a slot during the sporting event’s half-time show. With the rise of gaming in mainstream culture, and more collaborations between traditional sports and esports, it was only a matter of time before streamers and other personalities would start appearing in the special advertisements. While Tyler ‘Ninja‘ Blevins paved the way in years gone by, this Super Bowl, it was Bugha and TimTheTatman’s time to shine over the hallowed turf. Bugha made his Super Bowl appearance during the half-time show for Sabra, a hummus brand based in America. Promoting the brand’s #HowImuss campaign, Bugha was on screen for a split second, kitted out in a yellow tracksuit mashing a controller. The Fortnite World Cup 2019 solos champion said one word in his appearance at the Super Bowl — “bananas.” https://twitter.com/bugha/status/1224138380281286656 TimTheTatman had a slightly longer lline for his NFL 100 cameo, which appeared before kick-off. Bugha encounters horde of stream snipers following Fortnite World Cup win – Dexerto
Bugha encounters horde of stream snipers following Fortnite World Cup win Epic GamesIt didn’t take long for Kyle ‘Bugha’ Giersdor to run into stream snipers after winning the appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. It’s also apparently drawn the attention of Fortnite stream snipers, who have begun to make a hobby out of interrupting the player’s stream. Bugha’s not a secret anymore The Fortnite World Cup was watched by over 2 million people, which makes it one of the biggest esports events, in terms of viewers, of all time. After winning it all in front of that many people it’s no surprise Bugha has begun to run into stream snipers, something that longtime Fortnite celebrities like Ninja already have plenty of experience with. The champion has seen a massive spike in his popularity on Twitch following his World Cup win, so it’s no surprise the snipers are starting to come out of the woodwork. During a recent stream bugha entered a game and was immediately flooded with stream snipers so badly it made it seem like he wasn’t even playing Fortnite anymore. After dropping in with what seemed like half the lobby on top of him, Bugha instantly began mowing down the horde, but more just kept coming. Read More: When does Fortnite Season 10 start? – “Guys, do not kill me please,” the champ begged as he built to get away from the crowd. “What am I playing? This is not good, I’m playing Zombies.” What’s Bugha been up to since the World Cup? Besides appearing on Jimmy Fallon, Bugha also has to figure out what to do with the $3 million he won from the World Cup. In total, the battle royale star has to deduct $1,446,600 from his total earnings, leaving him with a touch over $1,500,000 to do with as he pleases. No doubt $1.5 million is still a good chunk of change, but whether it’s enough to make up for the legions of stream snipers all over Bugha is another question.

Bugha’s CS:GO stream accidentally hosted by Fortnite Twitch channel – Dexerto
Bugha’s CS:GO stream accidentally hosted by Fortnite Twitch channel Epic Games / ValveThe official Twitch channel of Fortnite mistakenly hosted World Cup Solos champion Kyle ‘Bugha’ Giersdorf, even though he wasn’t even playing the popular battle royale at the time. One thing that Epic Games have done consistently is help promote some of the big-name content creators and professionals who play Fortnite Battle Royale. That’s why it came as no surprise when the official Twitch channel hosted Bugha, their pride and joy who is also the champion of the Solos tournament at last month’s $30 million World Cup. What did come as a surprise was the fact that he wasn’t even playing Fortnite when his channel was hosted, as pointed out by Reddit user ‘qwety9000.’ Read More: How to get Stay Smooth Spray for free – Instead, he was dabbling in some CounterStrike: Global Offensive, so it was quite odd to see Epic Games’ channel hosting someone that wasn’t even playing their game. Apparently, Bugha had been playing Fortnite earlier during that very stream, but had gotten tired of practicing in scrim matches and decided to turn to CS:GO to get a change of pace. However, with his channel having gotten so massive since he won the World Cup, Epic had him on a timed auto-host, meaning that the Fortnite channel would start hosting his page starting from a specific time that day. Unfortunately, his switch to CS:GO ended up coinciding with the auto-host, creating a pretty awkward situation for Epic, seeing as how their 2.3+ million followers could all see them hosting a CS:GO stream with 17,500+ viewers. This is obviously a pretty glaring and embarrassing error on the part of Epic, since the last thing they probably want to do is promote a game that’s not one of their own. However, considering all of the hot water they’ve been in recently with their own player-base, this is probably going to go by relatively unnoticed, with many players still fuming at the developers for keeping the controversial BRUTE Mech suits in the game.

Buffalo Wild Wings worker shares hack for free food in viral TikTok – Dexerto
Buffalo Wild Wings worker shares hack for free food in viral TikTok TIKTOK: berryd_treasure/WIKIMEDIA: Michael RiveraA former Buffalo Wild Wings employee went viral on TikTok after sharing how he used to get free food at the restaurant. In a viral clip with over 348,000 views, TikToker BerryD Treasure wanted to know if anyone else who’s worked in a restaurant has pulled the same scheme he did in the early 2000s. The content creator shared that when he worked as a cook at Buffalo Wild Wings during his high school years, he would often call in an order for pick-up before starting his shift. He would then specify that the pick-up was for around 5:30pm, as the restaurant’s dinner rush usually ran between 5-6pm. After the dinner rush died down, one of the servers would call to find out why the fake order hadn’t been picked up. BerryD said he would usually use a phone number of someone he went to school with, so that he could also hear the story from them the next day. The person on the phone would say they never placed an order for pick-up, which allowed the TikToker to “eat the food in the back.” He also revealed that he and his colleagues would do this once or twice a week, as they would often get hungry after the dinner rush. “So that’s how we were able to get free food during our shift,” he said. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load below. TikTok reacts to Buffalo Wild Wing worker’s free food hack TikTok users loved BerryD’s story, and wanted to know more about his scheme. “So basically what you are saying is? Make random orders at restaurants so they employees can get a treat. Got it!” one user commented. “But was it prepaid? Lol that’s smart,” someone asked, to which the TikToker responded, “No. No one paid for it.” “Did the managers ever catch on to this?” another asked, and the content creator confirmed that, “No, they didn’t care about their jobs. I doubt the managers even knew.” Others thought it’d be hard to pull this off today, as most restaurants throw away food from an incorrect order or one that hasn’t been picked up. “My old place would make us throw away the food. Perfectly good food,” one user shared. “The restaurant I was a line cook at stopped taking phone orders altogether because they refused to let us eat food not picked up,” another admitted.

BTTV emotes now on YouTube: Popular Twitch extension follows big streamer moves – Dexerto
BTTV emotes now on YouTube: Popular Twitch extension follows big streamer moves The massively popular browser extension Better Twitch TV (BTTV) is now expanding to YouTube as well. This follows a stream of Twitch content creators making the switch to the rival platform. BTTV is a Chrome extension that is primarily used by Twitch streamers and viewers to gain access to a much larger library of Twitch emotes. Streamers can upload their own custom emotes to the platform and then enable the extension so that viewers can use them. There’s also a variety of popular BTTV emotes, such as KEKW and POGGERS which are very commonly used on the site. These emotes are loved by Twitch users, but as some of their favorite streamers like DrLupo and TimTheTatman move to YouTube, they’re missing some of the classic chat engagement that the extension provides. BTTV coming to YouTube Currently, the YouTube version is still in a sort of beta period, and only select streamers, such as those mentioned before, are able to create and upload their own custom BTTV emotes. Hopefully, though, this will be extended to all users. On September 12, users of the Chrome extension have begun being notified to allow permissions so that BTTV can enable emotes in live YouTube chat. BTTV then properly announced the new update later on September 12: “7.4.0 brings emotes to YouTube live chat. “For streamers: you’ll also soon be able to connect your YouTube channel to your BetterTTV account.” BetterTTV v7.4.0 brings emotes to YouTube live chat! This update is still rolling out to all browsers and users, but if you see a popup asking for new permissions that is from us! For streamers: you’ll also soon be able to connect your YouTube channel to your BetterTTV account. — BetterTTV (@BetterTTV) September 12, 2021 This update hasn’t rolled out to all BTTV users yet though, so if you have it installed on your browser, keep an eye out for an update notification soon. Although it’s not an official YouTube feature, the addition of BTTV to the platform is a big step forward – and one that YouTube Gaming boss Ryan ‘Fwiz’ Wyatt is clearly happy about. https://twitter.com/Fwiz/status/1437065545178750981 Chat emotes and general chat engagement is one of the aspects that we think YouTube needs to improve upon if it is to truly compete with Twitch, as opposed to just snapping up the big streamers.

BTS star RM Namjoon stuns fans by revealing how many AirPods he’s lost – Dexerto
BTS star RM Namjoon stuns fans by revealing how many AirPods he’s lost Korean rapper and BTS star Kim ‘RM’ Nam-joon shocks fans after sharing how many pairs of Apple AirPods he has lost. The popular BTS leader recently took part in a live Q&A stream on December 14 with many of his fans, who are also known as the ARMY, and revealed that he had a habit of losing his Apple AirPods. To the Army’s surprise, however, the number was way higher than many would have initially guessed, revealing that he had lost over 30 pairs of the wireless earphones in total. When one of his viewers had told Namjoon that they were disappointed in losing their set of the Apple earbuds, RM simply clapped after reading it and expressed that they would likely be good friends with one another. The popular rapper then revealed that, similarly to his fan, he often loses track of his AirPods and that he believes he is already on his 34th set of Apple’s Bluetooth buds. The wireless earphones were first released to the market in December 2016. This means that the K-Pop star has had to replace his AirPods around once per month on average over the past three years, if he first picked them up during their initial release. Someday, I’ll watch them.” BTS announced their hiatus in October 2022. “Bighit Music has focused to the milestone moment when it would be possible to respect the needs of the country and for these healthy young men to serve with their countrymen, and that’s now,” the band’s label said in a press statement. BTS performs Fortnite dance challenge on the Tonight Show – Dexerto
BTS performs Fortnite dance challenge on the Tonight Show NBC / Epic GamesWidely popular K-pop group BTS performed Fortnite’s most popular emotes with Jimmy Fallon on the Tonight Show. The pop sensations were tasked with re-enacting some of the game’s best-known dances, including ‘Orange Justice,’ ‘The Floss,’ ‘Tidy,’ and more – to thunderous applause. While the band pulled off the moves with ease, Fallon had a bit of a tougher time. BTS cheered him on nonetheless, and the whole group performed a few moves together – although Fallon ended up falling to the floor out of desperation during ‘The Floss.’ The segment ended with BTS teaching Fallon the choreography from their song ‘IDOL.’ The crowd even sang along with them to the clip, and Jimmy’s moves weren’t too shabby, either. The band ended up performing their song ‘I’m Fine’ just after the segment. Their moves on the show have garnered them over 1,633,000 views on YouTube as of September 26 in a video of the broadcast. Many commenters noted the irony of the group mimicking Fortnite dances, due to their noted preference of Overwatch and League of Legends. The group are even invested in the games’ esports scenes, and have favorite players and teams within their competitive leagues. The band’s performance followed member Kim ‘RM’ Nam-joon’s address to the UN on September 24, where he announced the launch of the group’s Love Myself campaign in partnership with UNICEF’s End Violence program. BTS’s efforts continue to mark the Korean music industry’s stride into the West, with the Tonight Show marking their latest performance in the region.

BTS launches new McDonald’s meal: when & where to get K-Pop special – Dexerto
BTS launches new McDonald’s meal: when & where to get K-Pop special Instagram: bts.bighitofficial / Twitter: McDonaldsK-Pop sensations BTS have unveiled their very own McDonald’s promotion. The BTS Meal will be available for a limited time and here’s how you can get your hands on it. As one of the most popular bands in the world, BTS continues to break new ground. After smashing records in the music industry and turning heads inside the biggest video games, the K-Pop band is now branching out in another unique way. Following in the footsteps of Travis Scott, BTS will soon have its very own McDonald’s meal. The BTS Meal will only be available for a limited time at set locations. Here’s a full rundown on everything we know. Where will the McDonald’s BTS Meal be available? No matter where you are in the world, there’s a very good chance you’ll be able to get your hands on The BTS Meal. Rather than being limited to a single location, the new deal is set to reach 49 countries in total. From Malaysia to Greece, the limited-time deal will be making a splash all across the globe. McDonald’s will be launching the promotion at different times for each region though, so be sure to check below for when the meal will be available in your country. When can you buy The BTS Meal at McDonald’s? The BTS Meal will first be available on Wednesday, May 26 in select regions. This date kicks off a global rollout with certain countries not receiving the limited-time meal until as late as Friday, June 25. There’s currently no telling how long the meal will be around in each region. It could be a matter of days, or it could be available for weeks. You’ll want to get in quick regardless, as McDonald’s has confirmed that The BTS Meal is only a limited-time promotion. So it will eventually disappear forever. What’s actually in The BTS Meal? For the time being, there’s no telling what’s included in the special BTS Meal. All we have to go off is a few french fries arranged in the shape of the BTS logo. Therefore, it’s a safe bet to assume you’ll get fries with your meal. Beyond that, however, there’s really no indication of what you might be chomping into. The previous Travis Scott meal came with everything the popular rapper has in his go-to order. A Quarter Pounder with cheese, bacon, and lettuce. A Sprite for the drink, along with fries and BBQ sauce. If The BTS Meal follows a similar structure, it should include the artists’ favorite items on the McDonald’s menu. We’ll keep you updated as we get a better idea of what’s in ‘The BTS Meal’.

BTS K-Pop star Jungkook stuns fans with insane Overwatch skills – Dexerto
BTS K-Pop star Jungkook stuns fans with insane Overwatch skills Korean pop star Jungkook caught fans completely off guard as he posted a look at his impressive Overwatch skills, with the gameplay clip going viral. The singer-songwriter, who is a member of the mega-popular pop band BTS, likes to give regular updates to the group’s fanbase using Twitter, but not many would have been expecting him to drop a video of him playing Blizzard’s team-based multiplayer game on October 31. However, that’s exactly what he did and people just couldn’t get enough of it. At the time of writing, the short clip – which only lasts 17 seconds – has been retweeted over 230,000 times, liked by over 650,000 accounts, and has racked up 2.3 million views. Those are numbers that many Twitch and Mixer streamers can only dream of, despite many of them playing Overwatch on a regular basis. Jungkook simply tweeted “After a long time”, along with a video of some of his scintillating gameplay using Widowmaker and her deadly Widow’s Kiss sniper rifle. In just a matter of seconds, the K-Pop star tore through three opponents with some eye-catching quick scopes, leaving many of his fans suggesting esports organizations should consider securing his services in the future. While that might be a step too far based on just one clip, there’s no doubt that if Jungkook – or another player of his ilk – could perform to a high level consistently, it would be a coup for any org to bring in somebody with such star quality. However, even if that is extremely unlikely to happen any time soon, that hasn’t stopped people from imagining what it would be like to see him pitted against some of the very best. “All the professional gamers in the world, you’re time is up because Jungkook is back in the game,” one fan tweeted, with another suggesting that he should set up his own gaming channel on a streaming platform. The biggest nod, though, came from head coach of the Los Angeles Gladiator’s – an esports team that competes in the Overwatch League. After being made aware of the clip on Twitter, David Pei responded with a simple message. “He’s kinda insane actually,” he tweeted. It seems highly unlikely that anything will come out of this, in terms of Jungkook playing Overwatch at a competitive level in the future, although that doesn’t mean to say that he won’t start streaming the game for fans to watch. BTS crushes 28-year-old record for most music show awards in a year – Dexerto
BTS crushes 28-year-old record for most music show awards in a year YouTube: BTSK-Pop group BTS have once again broken a record after scoring a win at the 2020 Asia Artist Awards (AAA). BTS, also known as the Bangtan Boys, consists of seven members: V, J-Hope, RM, Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, and Suga. The group debuted in 2013 before soaring to international popularity in 2018 after releasing the YouTube Premium documentary Burn the Stage. Most recently, BTS released their fifth studio album ‘Be’ on November 20, which includes Dynamite – the first of their songs to be recorded fully in English. Dynamite helped BTS break their latest record after the song won the Daesung for ‘Best Song of the Year’ at the AAAs. In the K-Pop world, a Daesung is one of the most prestigious accolades an artist can receive. When winning a Daesung, the focus is on the records the artist released that year, and takes into account how many copies – both digital and physical – were sold. By winning this latest Daesung, BTS broke a record that has previously been held since 1992 by K-pop trio Seo Taiji and the Boys. The band had previously collaborated with BTS in 2017 in a 25th anniversary concert, wherein Taiji announced that he was passing the torch onto BTS to continue K-Pop’s legacy. This is their newest one, in case you missed it https://t.co/oYQB2vdhMM — BTS Charts & Translations (@charts_k) November 28, 2020 “This is your generation now,” Taiji said at the time. BTS’ Daesung for Dynamite also extends their record for the most Daesungs in history to 43 – a record they previously broke in 2019 after they won a total of 37. This isn’t the first time the group’s hit song Dynamite has broken records. Back in August, they broke several milestones on YouTube after fans eagerly watched the premiere of the song’s music video. One record they broke was for most views within 10 minutes of uploading a YouTube video, as over 20 million viewers tuned in to watch Dynamite during that timeframe. The live premiere of the video also broke the YouTube record for most concurrent viewers. One live count recorded that between 3 to 4 million people were watching the video at once.

Bryce Hall’s true feelings for Addison Rae exposed by lie detector – Dexerto
Bryce Hall’s true feelings for Addison Rae exposed by lie detector YouTube: Bryce Hall / Instagram: Addison RaeTikTok stars Bryce Hall and Addison Rae were once the internet’s most buzzed-about couple; but after the two broke it off in September, it’s been unclear whether they might get back together in the future. [jwplayer ZXB9LNVP] It’s been almost a year since ‘Braddison’ took the net by storm; The two influencers frequently appeared in each other’s TikToks and social media posts, quickly sparking rumors that the two were dating on the down-low. While they never confirmed their relationship status — with Addison even claiming they were not involved, whatsoever — the two broke off whatever was going on between them “off social media,” leaving shippers in shambles. However, it’s clear that Bryce Hall isn’t over his pseudo-romance with Rae (who is one of TikTok’s highest-earning creators), as evidenced by a lie detector test taken in collaboration with the Vlog Squad’s Jason Nash. https://www.instagram.com/p/CDNP07thbTm/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link It’s worth noting that polygraph tests are not always correct, with a report from the National Academy of Sciences claiming that there is “little basis for the expectation that a polygraph test could have extremely high accuracy.” That didn’t stop the Sway House from taking the test for entertainment purposes, anyway, prompting Nash to ask the question on everyone’s minds: “Do you want Addison back?” Hall initially laughed at the query but openly admitted that he did, indeed, want to get back with the Southern belle — prompting the test proctor to announce that his statement was, in fact, true. (Topic begins at 4:27) Needless to say, this caused quite an outrage among the Sway House members, with Josh Richards even getting up from the sofa to run out of the room yelling, “Oh my god! Holy s**t!” It’s unclear whether or not ‘Braddison’ will ever be a thing again: Considering that Addison seems to keep her love life close to the chest, as well as being constantly harassed on social media, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the two keep a potential rekindling of their romance off the books. For now, all fans can do is watch and wait for a response from Rae after Hall’s soul-baring answer to one of TikTok’s most burning questions.

Bryce Hall’s party kiss with Josie Canseco goes viral – Dexerto
Bryce Hall’s party kiss with Josie Canseco goes viral Instagram: brycehall / josiecansecoA video of TikToker Bryce Hall kissing Josie Canseco at a party is going viral, and although some fans think there could be something going on between the pair, they firmly denied dating rumors months prior. Ever since Bryce Hall and Addison Rae broke up, fans have been waiting to see whether either of the stars end up in a new relationship, keeping a close eye out for any hints on social media. For the past few months, many have theorized that Bryce could be dating fellow influencer Riley Hubatka, after she started appearing more and more in his content, even kissing him in one of his vlogs. However, Bryce went on to establish that the pair are not dating. Bryce even called out paparazzi after they made it seem like he was on a romantic date with a mystery girl. But it seems like rumors about the star’s love life aren’t slowing down, after a video of him kissing model Josie Canseco at his birthday party started gaining traction online. View this post on Instagram Back in June, Josie denied that she and Bryce are romantically involved, stating: “I can’t believe I’m even addressing this but guys I’m reeeeaally not dating bryce. at all. in any way. pls stop. how many times do I have to say I’m completely single… end of story.” I can’t believe I’m even addressing this but guys I’m reeeeaally not dating bryce. at all. in any way. pls stop. how many times do I have to say I’m completely single. being friends w someone and being supportive and close to them IS NOT dating. end of story. — Jos (@JosieCanseco) June 4, 2021 However, some fans wondered if this kiss meant something more, and immediately started asking, “what about Riley?” On the flip side, plenty of people defended Bryce, one fan writing, “can y’all just leave Bryce alone, he’s single,” and another writing, “why should he apologize? he’s not in a relationship.” The clip is garnering ten of thousands of views and likes online, as fans’ curiosity about the TikTok star’s love life continues.

Bryce Hall’s mom claims son was “never going to win” rigged fight vs Austin McBroom – Dexerto
Bryce Hall’s mom claims son was “never going to win” rigged fight vs Austin McBroom Instagram: Bryce HallIt seems like Lyza Hall took Bryce Hall’s loss to Austin McBroom during Battle of the Platforms harder than her son, with a shady subtweet suggesting that she believes Austin’s father, Allen McBroom, had something to do with the YouTuber’s success at the event. On June 12, the highly anticipated Battle of the Platforms finally took place. It was a night of victory for Team YouTube, who won five of the seven fights while Team TikTok only took home one win (alongside a controversial tie that even Tayler Holder, Team TikTok’s fighter for the match, admitted was “bulls**t”). When it came to the main event of the evening, the much-hyped bout between Hall and McBroom, Team YouTube once again came out on top, with Bryce lasting three rounds in the ring before the referee put a stop to the match. While Bryce seemed to take the loss well — embracing, talking, and laughing with Austin after the match — his mom seemed a little more skeptical about how his defeat came to be. In a Twitter conversation with a fan, she said: “While Austin fought very well, Bryce was never going to win the fight.” Suggesting that Austin’s win was pre-determined, she also points out that Allen McBroom, Austin’s father, was involved in the planning of Battle of the Platforms. Yep! And while Austin fought very well, Bryce was never going to win this fight. Alan McBroom organized the event and it was quite obvious that the ref was on his payroll. — lyzasmythe (@lyzasmythe) June 13, 2021 “It was quite obvious that the referee was on his [Allen’s] payroll,” Lyza, who is affectionately known by fans as ‘Mama Hall,’ said. During Bryce’s match with Austin, the referee in question, ‘Big Chris,’ deducted points from Hall on two occasions for using underhand fighting tactics. Fans were also amused when, at one point, he told Hall to “go to the corner and shut the f**k up.” The referee ultimately called the match during the third round after a bloodied Bryce received several blows to the head by McBroom. https://twitter.com/luvantic/status/1403914039718260739 However, for the most part, fans on Twitter didn’t seem to agree with Lisa’s theory. “Definitely rigged. That’s why Bryce got knocked out,” one user sarcastically quipped. Another pointed out that Bryce, who boasted that he has been in over forty street fights “kept breaking the rules and that’s why he was reprimanded” by the referee. Neither Bryce nor the McBrooms have responded publicly to Lyza’s claims. While not many fans are convinced that Bryce’s loss was rigged, viewers went up in arms when fellow TikToker Tayler Holder’s bout with AnEsonGib was ultimately judged a draw. Many, including Gib himself, claimed that he was “robbed” of a win, with “rigged” even trending on Twitter in the aftermath of the fight.

Bryce Hall’s electricity cut off by LA Mayor following huge parties – Dexerto
Bryce Hall’s electricity cut off by LA Mayor following huge parties Instagram: swaylaAfter rumors that Bryce Hall’s electricity and water would be cut off as a result of his controversial 21st birthday party, the mayor of LA has followed through and severed the utilities in Hall’s personal Hollywood residence. When videos emerged on August 14 of a huge gathering at the Sway House to celebrate TikTok influencer Bryce Hall’s birthday, the internet was in uproar. Clips showed over 100 attendees up close and personal with each other, breaking recent regulations and upsetting fans. Bryce even came under fire for disrespecting rumored partner Addison Rae by engaging with strippers. On August 16, viral star and comedian Elijah Daniel called out the Sway and Hype houses on Twitter for their behavior, saying they are “attention-seeking clowns risking lives for clout.” just a warning for Sway & Hype, i don’t even give a fuck about y’all and I’m sure you’ll be told this but after your power and water gets shut off on Tuesday, if you continue to party they can and will try to charge you with domestic bioterrorism to make an example out of you ❤️ https://t.co/3h7GpgJP4F — elijah daniel (@elijahdaniel) August 16, 2020 He warned that he’d been in contact with the authorities and that their power and water will “get shut off on Tuesday.” LA Mayor shuts down TikTok parties This came to fruition on August 19 when the LA mayor tweeted out. “Today I authorized the city to disconnect utility service at a house in the Hollywood Hills to stop the large parties held there in flagrant violation of our public health orders.” Today I authorized the City to disconnect utility service at a house in the Hollywood Hills to stop the large parties held there in flagrant violation of our public health orders. Parties like these can quickly and easily spread the virus and put our communities at risk. — Mayor Karen Bass (@MayorOfLA) August 19, 2020 Taylor Lorenz of the New York Times reported that it was in fact Hall’s personal residence that had been effected. https://twitter.com/TaylorLorenz/status/1296198021168762881 While it appears that the house in Encino where the party was originally held still has utilities, Hall’s private Hollywood Hills property he shares with fellow TikTok stars Noah Beck and Blake Gray has had its electricity shut off. Apparently unfazed, Hall and Gray posted a TikTok of them bobbing their heads to the song “Electric Love.” In an insta live, Gray walks around the now pitch black house, asking one of his housemates “how was the shower?” to which he replies “cold as f**k.” https://www.instagram.com/p/CEGM2tZHB4G/ This comes only days after uploading a video flaunting the fact that the water and electricity in the house was still working and hadn’t been shut off as Elijah Daniel had suggested it would be. It’s currently unclear whether Hall and his housemates in Hollywood Hills have regained their power, or what the next steps will be in the LA mayor’s takedown of the controversial influencers.

Bryce Halls calls out Ethan Klein after H3H3 star claims he’s “mentally unstable” – Dexerto
Bryce Halls calls out Ethan Klein after H3H3 star claims he’s “mentally unstable” Instagram: Bryce Hall / Ethan KleinBryce Hall has called out Ethan Klein for ‘trash-talking’ him in a recent episode of the H3H3 Podcast, calling him an “old f**k” and claiming he should worry about his impending lawsuit with Triller instead of having a go at TikTok stars. The unexpected drama between the two internet personalities started when Ethan asked Trisha Paytas if they wanted to watch a video of Bryce “being a f**king douche” during Frienemies Episode 35 of the H3 Podcast. Then, he showed them a clip of Bryce calling a random girl walking by a “b*tch,” only to apologize to her boyfriend moments later and brush the whole thing off as a joke. It didn’t sit well with Ethan, who went on to say that he believes Bryce is “on steroids” and described him as “mentally unstable” and “unhealthy.” “He’s always the tough guy in all his clips, [saying things like] fight me p*ssy. [But he’s] a little b*tch, actually, in real life.” Naturally, Bryce wasn’t enthusiastic about Ethan’s comments. He called him out on social media, saying, “I think you should worry about that fat lawsuit Triller gave you instead of talking sh*t about me, you old f**k.” “I don’t get why these grandpa’s [and] grandmas always critique 17-21-year-old kids as if they weren’t f**king up at our age. Sorry, [there are] these things called phones that document sh*t now instead of the rocks you used to use to communicate.” yo @h3h3productions i think you should worry about that fat lawsuit triller gave u instead of talking shit about me u old fuck — Bryce Hall (@BryceHall) May 12, 2021 i don’t get why these grandpa’s / grandmas always critique 17-21 year old kids as if they weren’t fucking up at our age… sorry there’s these things called phones that document shit now instead of the rocks you used to use to communicate — Bryce Hall (@BryceHall) May 12, 2021 Fans have had mixed reactions to the drama in the comments. A large number of Bryce’s fans agreed with him, while many others accused him of using it as an excuse to be on the podcast. Ethan hasn’t responded yet. We might have to wait until the next episode of the H3 Podcast to hear his thoughts.

Bryce Hall wants to fight Tayler Holder “in the street” amid accusations – Dexerto
Bryce Hall wants to fight Tayler Holder “in the street” amid accusations YouTube: Bryce Hall, Tayler HolderBryce Hall is adamantly distancing himself from fellow influencer Tayler Holder, claiming he’ll “never” be friends with him again and even saying he’d fight him in the street. Over the past several months, TikTok star Tayler Holder has been at the center of speculation as murky accusations have risen against the influencer. While nothing concrete has yet been levied, former friends of the social media personality say the accusations are “serious.” Holder was unfollowed en masse on social media by a slew of top creators in February of this year. Although Holder himself has never been transparent about the purported allegations, the influencer said there was “a lot of stuff going on offline that should continue to be handled offline” during an episode of the BFFs Podcast. Since then, Holder has claimed he “has nothing to hide” — but despite this sentiment, Bryce Hall isn’t keen on rekindling his friendship with the Sway House star. TMZ caught up with Hall during a night out in May 2022 and asked him about his beef with Holder… and whether or not the two would ever be friends again. Bryce Hall says he’ll “never” be friends with Tayler Holder again “I would never be friends with [him],” Hall answered. “The s**t that he’s done? F**k no.” That’s not all — Hall also claimed that there’s no chance he’ll settle the score with Holder in the boxing ring, but he’s more than game to handle it in the streets. “I would never give him that,” he continued. “I would never. No. I would see him in the street. I would never f**king give him that clout, that credibility, everything. Nothing. …I would never fight him where he would get paid for it.” (Topic begins at 1:06) While Hall isn’t interested in boxing Tayler Holder, it seems as though he’s secured a two-vs-one bout against the Island Boys, although nothing has yet been revealed in terms of a fight date or venue.

Bryce Hall reveals why he wants to fight KSI’s brother Deji next – Dexerto
Bryce Hall reveals why he wants to fight KSI’s brother Deji next Instagram: Bryce Hall / DejiBryce Hall revealed he’s thinking about lacing up the gloves and stepping back in the ring soon. His opponent? None other than KSI’s brother, Oladeji Daniel ‘Deji’ Olatunji, who also lost at Battle of the Platforms. Bryce handled the criticism quite well after losing his fight against Austin McBroom at Battle of the Platforms. He planned to take on KSI next, but it didn’t eventuate. KSI even mocked him for barking up the wrong tree. But it seems like he isn’t ready to hang up the gloves yet. Not only did he square off against a German influencer in a friendly backyard boxing match, but he also revealed that he plans on making KSI’s brother, Deji, his next opponent. “I might actually step in the boxing ring soon,” he told The Hollywood Fix. “Honestly, a lot of people want me to fight Deji. That might happen. That might be the next one.” Bryce also admitted he likes Deji, which is no surprise given his heartfelt response after Deji called himself a failure for losing against Vinnie Hacker. “Deji is actually such a good guy, man. It sucks to see people clown him for something they’d never get the opportunity to do,” he said. While nothing is set in stone, Hall is confident the fight might happen. The fact they get along means it should be easier to organize. After all, Bryce is now on his own after leaving Sway House, and based on his recent antics, he’s got plenty of fight left in him.

Bryce Hall wants ‘big influencer fight’ after bare knuckle boxing debut – Dexerto
Bryce Hall wants ‘big influencer fight’ after bare knuckle boxing debut BKFCSocial media megastar Bryce Hall is set to make his bare knuckle debut at BKFC 48 against Gee Perez and he shared his thoughts with Dexerto on why he was making the jump to such a dangerous sport. Bryce Hall is set to duke it out against 3-0 Gee Perez on Friday, August 11, marking his return to combat sports. Hall had previously suffered a defeat at the hands of Austin McBroom at the 2021 YouTube vs. TikTok boxing event – a loss that he blamed the refs for. Speaking with Dexerto before his BKFC fight, Hall shared his honest thoughts about a number of topics including why he had decided to get involved in this sport and not another traditional boxing match. Bryce Hall wants to be involved with bare knuckle “long term”: Leading up to his match Hall praised bare knuckle fighting as both “ballsy” and “honorable” while also admitting that it’s a “savage” sport. “I’ve noticed that bare knuckle is blowing up rapidly and I want to work long term with bare knuckle whether it’s for fighting or interviews or anything,” he explained. “I also took a two-year hiatus from YouTube boxing and I do want to continue doing YouTube boxing, but just for fun. I don’t want to become a professional fighter.” According to Hall, BKFC is the best way to get back into it and jump into bigger fights and have to fight “bums” to work his way up, bare knuckle can fast-track him into getting a big main event match. BKFC has been around since 2018 and has seen plenty of brutal bouts in the years since. While this sport could be considered too hardcore for some, Hall clearly isn’t afraid. When asked if bare knuckle boxing scares him, Hall easily stated “no,” adding that his opponent, Gee Perez is actually the one afraid – of his weight that is. “I usually walk around at 200 pounds and he walks around at like 155, so yeah, I’m going to have a significant advantage when it comes to weight and power.” Addressing Gee Perez, Hall mocked mock his 5’7 tall opponent, calling him “annoying” and even joking that he suffers from “small man syndrome.” Be sure to catch Hall’s BKFC debut this Friday and keep it locked to Dexerto for the latest in influencer boxing.

Bryce Hall wants Alex Wassabi boxing match ahead of reported KSI event – Dexerto
Bryce Hall wants Alex Wassabi boxing match ahead of reported KSI event YouTube: Bryce Hall, KSI, Alex WassabiTikTok star Bryce Hall is calling out Alex Wassabi to be his next boxing opponent ahead of the YouTuber’s purported summer match against UK star KSI. American influencer Alex Wassabi notably participated in ShowStar’s USA vs UK boxing event earlier this month, racking up his first career win against fellow influencer Deji. However, that was not to be the end of his beef with the Oltaunji family, as Deji’s older brother, KSI, was quick to blast his little bro for losing against Wassabi — someone he’s openly mocked in the past. Wassabi and KSI got into it over social media, with Wassabi defending Deji’s honor and KSI dunking on Wassabi’s boxing skills. Alex Wassabi is the winner, taking the match against Deji by split decision! pic.twitter.com/G9yDbzZWFT — Dexerto (@Dexerto) March 5, 2022 Now, it’s looking like KSI and Wassabi could face off in the boxing ring later this year… but TikToker Bryce Hall wants a piece of the action before this proposed bout goes down. Bryce Hall calls out Alex Wassabi for future boxing match During a March 17 YouTube video, Hall can be seen attending an LA Kings hockey game where he met up with fellow content creator Fouseytube. Fouseytube warned Hall that he might be “underestimating” Wassabi after Hall asked him to set up a boxing match against the 1-0 YouTuber. “He’s down,” Fouseytube said. “Before KSI?” Hall asked. “He’s down,” Fousey answered again. “Hey, Alex Wassabi’s next,” Hall shouted. “That’s my next fight, baby!” (Topic begins at 1:11) Although it’s unclear exactly when (or if) these two influencers will actually face-off, the current climate is rife with beef on all sides; Jake Paul is fiending for a fight with Conor McGregor, KSI seems set to take on Wassabi, and Bryce Hall wants a piece of the pie, too. For now, all fans can do is watch and wait as more news comes out about the latest in YouTube boxing — that is, if Logan Paul’s career in the WWE doesn’t debut, first.

Bryce Hall updates fans on TikTok after late-night car crash totals his Tesla – Dexerto
Bryce Hall updates fans on TikTok after late-night car crash totals his Tesla YouTube: The Daily StardustTikTok star Bryce Hall has given fans an update after getting hit by a drunk driver late on the night of June 12, totaling his Tesla. Bryce Hall is one of the biggest personalities on TikTok. Boasting over 21 million followers on the viral video app, Hall has accrued a sizeable audience on YouTube and Instagram, as well. However, the star is now going viral for content other than his catchy dance videos or chaotic vlogs. On the night of June 12, 2022, Hall was struck at an intersection by a drunk driver going 40 miles per hour. The driver sideswiped Hall’s Tesla, which was totaled and towed away from the scene. Luckily, everyone involved in the accident is alright — aside from one of Hall’s buddies, who suffered some bleeding from a wound on his arm. Paparazzi caught up with the TikToker shortly after the accident took place and recorded the aftermath, showing the totaled black Tesla sitting on the side of the road. Hall also posted several videos about the situation to his Instagram stories, where he showed the drunk driver being taken into police custody alongside a swath of broken glass littering the intersection. “We just got f**kin’ cracked by this idiot who ran a red light,” Hall explained. “Thank God everybody’s okay. But yeah, this guy f**ked me up. Shoutout to that dude.” That’s not all; he also shared a video to his TikTok account, which has already gained over 2 million views since being posted last night. “Drunk driver hit me at 40 mph and scarred me for life,” Hall captioned the video. “Good thing we had a nurse on board.” Click here if TikTok fails to load. Bryce Hall under fire after allegedly breaking the law in recent video – Dexerto
Bryce Hall under fire after allegedly breaking the law in recent video YouTube: Bryce HallBryce Hall has found himself in controversy again, and this time it could have legal consequences. The YouTube and TikTok star may have broken the law in a recent video, impersonating a public servant as a “prank.” Bryce Hall has been in trouble with the law before. Hall, along with Jaden Hossler, were arrested back in May 2020 for drug possession in Texas. However, he may be in trouble in California, after filming himself allegedly breaking the law in a February 4 video. Hall, alongside some of his video crew, impersonated Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) workers on health inspections. “We’re going to be going to random stores around this area, trying to get access to random spots normal people can’t get because we have authority,” he said at the start of the video. Hall filmed himself, kitted out in high-vis vests trying to look the part, going to two restaurants and asking to see the kitchen after hearing “corporate complaints.” Read More: Did Dave Portnoy break up the Sway House? – “We’re with the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety. We’ve got some corporate complaints about the kitchen safety,” he said, entering one restaurant. They walked around, trying to fit in by ‘fixing’ certain things, and even tasting some of the food behind the scenes. The level of access they got stunned the crew, who even asked themselves “how the f**k are we doing this.” However, what they did could be against American federal law. Impersonating a public servant is a misdemeanor, according to the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations. Despite this, Hall made a pledge that if he receives 100,000 likes on the first video he’d do a “part two, but we’d get way more into it.”

Bryce Hall under fire after joking that he “made” Addison Rae – Dexerto
Bryce Hall under fire after joking that he “made” Addison Rae YouTube: The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Bryce HallTikTok star Bryce Hall is facing backlash after joking that he made ex-girlfriend Addison Rae famous on a recent episode of Bradley Martyn’s Raw Talk podcast. ‘Braddison’ was once the most popular influencer pairing on the internet. The social media stars were on-again, off-again for some time before finally confirming their romance in November 2020. Unfortunately, their “official” relationship would be short-lived. The couple was plagued with cheating rumors not long after going public, prompting a slew of speculation that fans agree most likely led to their split in March 2021. Their breakup was not amicable; Hall slammed Rae for putting their parting on “social media,” claiming their split was “very one-sided.” Rae, for her part, was fairly tight-lipped about the situation. While both of the influencers are quite famous in their own right, Rae has gone on to secure a multi-movie deal with Netflix after starring in ‘He’s All That,’ has created her own fragrance and cosmetics lines, and is set to release a full album. This being said, Hall recently made a joke that he was responsible for Rae’s current success, as told during a January 4 episode of the Raw Talk podcast with Bradley Martyn. Bryce Hall jokes that he made Addison Rae famous When asked who got famous first, Hall said, “I remember when she had 35k, and I had like, 700,000 or something like that on Instagram.” “Damn, so you made Addison?” Martyn replied. “Yeah,” Hall laughed. “Where’s that check?” Although the group clarified that the statement was a joke, and Hall gave “full props” to his ex-girlfriend for making it as far as she has, the internet wasn’t totally amused by the humor. (Topic begins at 18:23) “She’s at the met gala…. And he is where?” one fan wrote on Instagram. “She made him relevant,” another said. Still another quoted TikToker Larray, writing: “I only knew his name ’cause Addison gave him fame.” It’s clear that Hall was just joshing around when he made his comment, but it looks like his humor wasn’t met with the anticipated response. Hall has yet to respond to the backlash at the time of writing.

Bryce Hall under fire after ‘hypocritical’ lockdown parties Tweet – Dexerto
Bryce Hall under fire after ‘hypocritical’ lockdown parties Tweet YouTube: Bryce HallSway House’s Bryce Hall has caused a stir on social media after seemingly criticizing ‘insensitive’ influencers for partying during the current global health crisis – being labeled a hypocrite. Recently, Bryce Hall has been causing controversy on his social media platforms left, right and centre. Earlier this month, he was slammed by fans after sharing photos he took in front of the campaign truck of third-party candidate Brock Pierce, with rumors of him endorsing the candidate further intensifying after a leaked conversation seemingly showed him saying that Pierce ‘had his vote’. Hall was quick to put those rumors to rest on Twitter – saying the only person he endorsed for President was ‘Mama Hall’. But, his outspoken nature has once again got him into trouble, after he has spoken out against influencers partying over Halloween with no regard for social distancing. The Tweet, which takes aim at ‘influencers going to/throwing parties on Halloween’ despite the current global health crisis, can be seen as a thinly-veiled swipe at the upcoming ‘Verified Party Pt 4’. This is being held by influencers Joey Birlem, Zach Clayton and the band WAV3POP. According to YouTuber DefNoodles, several influencers appear set to fly from all over US to attend the bash. https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1322394260230975488?s=20 However, as valid as Hall’s criticism may be, many fans have pointed out that he is in no position to criticize influencer’s behavior. After all, he was caught at a string of rule-breaking parties over the last few months, with the LA Mayor even cutting off utilities in the original Sway House mansion after his 21st birthday party broke social distancing rules. One Twitter user said: “It’s the hypocrisy for me”, while another joked that “he’s one to talk.” As well as fans, YouTubers like DefNoodles put the TikTok star on blast, as he pointed out that “Bryce Hall is literally the only influencer who got fined for throwing parties.” https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1322297708154023936 Meanwhile, several other Twitter users rushed to Hall’s defense, claiming that the Tweet was meant to be tongue-in-cheek and not to be taken seriously. One user said: “He’s being sarcastic because everyone that calls him out are the ones throwing and going to parties. He’s the only one that gets called out. No one on TikTok Room or anywhere gives a flying f**k about the others if he’s not there. Ooo Bryce didn’t go… Oh, it’s ok then. The others can party.” Not condoning him going to a party just saying. Fake influencers getting pissed off for him partying when they’re doing the same fucking thing. POT MEET KETTLE!!! — Brett (@lovealways_Brea) October 30, 2020 Another said: “I have a feeling he’s trying to take the p**s at this point. He already knows he’s getting hate so he might as well get hate for this. In addition to that, I think he’s absolutely loving all of the attention he’s getting.” Whatever Hall’s intentions are with this Tweet, it is clear that most of his fans are not willing to let him forget his mistakes that easily.

Bryce Hall to star in TikTok-inspired horror movie – Dexerto
Bryce Hall to star in TikTok-inspired horror movie Instagram: Bryce HallSway House celeb Bryce Hall is slated to star in a TikTok-inspired horror movie called ‘Skill House.’ Here’s everything we know about the film so far. Bryce Hall is the latest social media star to grace the silver screen, following Addison Rae’s acting debut in Netflix’s ‘He’s All That’ last year. However, rather than playing a bit part in a viral chick flick, he’s getting a much bigger role this time in a full-fledged horror production. Hall, 22, is a co-founder of the TikTok group ‘Sway House,’ who once had an infamous beef with rival group the ‘Hype House’ — so it’s safe to say the subject matter of his next big venture is something he’s quite familiar with. What is the ‘Skill House’ movie? Skill House is an upcoming horror film inspired by TikTok. Described as “a dark satire of social media and influencer culture,” the film is set to explore “how far people will go for online fame.” The movie is being directed by Spiral: The Book of Saw writer Josh Stolberg, who opened up about the plot of his next big flick in a statement to The Wrap. “When a young kid from Maryland, like Bryce, with nothing but a cell phone and a ring light, can attract tens of millions of followers on Tik-Tok and Instagram, it evens the playing field for everyone,” he said of the project. “But there’s a dark side to this new entertainment landscape, and I’m excited to flip that rock over.” Skill House is being produced by Ryan Kavanaugh’s Proxima Studios, who said the movie hopes to “break the boundary between the short-form social media phenomenon and long-form content.” “Bryce is one of the most recognized and polarizing influencers, with over 50 million followers, and will certainly be a crossover star,” Kavanaugh explained. “The film digs deep into the human psyche and the new generation’s thirst for stardom, asking how far they would go? It will be bloody, it will be dark, and it will certainly be talked about.” Hall is celebrating the venture over on Instagram, where he shared several articles about his upcoming movie in a few Stories posts. For now, it looks like he’s focused on securing a boxing match against the Island Boys amid this next big step in his career.

Bryce Hall & Thomas Petrou officially end the Sway vs Hype House beef – Dexerto
Bryce Hall & Thomas Petrou officially end the Sway vs Hype House beef YouTube: Thomas PetrouTikTok stars Bryce Hall and Thomas Petrou have officially ended their long-standing feud after months of trash talk and intense rivalry between the Hype House and Sway House. The Hype House vs Sway House beef is a tale as old as time for TikTok fans. Both popular content houses in their own right, the two began to feud as they each grew in popularity, with things escalating amid the Charli D’Amelio / Chase Hudson breakup drama this summer. Things ramped up further between founders Bryce Hall and Thomas Petrou as the year went on, with Hall specifically calling out Petrou for his spending habits and even accusing him of “stealing” from the HH’s content creators. Thankfully, it seems that this beef has been put behind them, after the two appeared in a humorous YouTube video on December 10 and laid their quarrels to rest. https://twitter.com/BryceHall/status/1319382754497228802?s=20 “We talked out our issues off-camera,” Petrou revealed before breaking out into laughter. “Hopefully for the last time.” “Hopefully this is the last time!” Hall chuckled. “But from that talk, it’s definitely behind us.” That’s not all; Petrou also revealed that none of the beef between them had been faked for views, as many viewers had speculated throughout the duration of their rivalry. “No, none of that s**t was fake,” he added. “We actually f**king hated each other! Bryce Hall thanks police after LAPD confront him over joy rides YouTube: Bryce Hall[jwplayer ksH6zuKH]TikTok star and Sway House member Bryce Hall uploaded a vlog that showed him being confronted by police as a warning for any potential partying antics — but his response wasn’t what viewers were expecting. Bryce Hall has become a divisive name among social media celebs, with the TikToker making headlines after being charged with breaking Los Angeles city ordinances for partying in spite of the current global health crisis. Facing potential jail time and a hefty fine, the power and water were also shut off at Hall’s infamous Sway House prior to his charge by the LA city attorney — and with rumors that the Sway House itself might be going under, it seems that Hall has moved locales. However, that doesn’t seem to be putting a halt to all of his antics, as the star and his buddies took a short joyride in an ATV in the road in front of his alternative home in a vlog uploaded on September 3. His move — potentially along with his ATV-riding stunts — appeared to catch the attention of local law enforcement, who paid a visit to Hall’s home shortly after they parked the vehicle. “To be brutally honest, we’re aware of what happened in Hollywood,” one officer stated in the video. “You guys are more than welcome to stay wherever you guy stay… it’s the things that could go on or possibly happen.” (Topic begins at 1:59) That’s not all; the officer also warned the Sway boys to keep their ATV off the street, as it could lead to unwanted attention from mobs of fans — an understandable precaution, considering that neighbors of the old Sway House had to deal with hordes of viewers turning up at all hours of the day after the address was leaked. Rather than being annoyed by the police’s presence at his home, Bryce actually thanked the officers, writing in a short blurb: “Shoutout to those police officers… They were dope and gave us some really good advice. All love and respect.” It makes sense that Hall might not want to toe the line after his highly-publicized partying antics landed him in hot water — and we’re so here for his change of heart.
