MoistCr1TiKaL joined in on the conversation by discussing the viral news on a video uploaded on December 30. It begins with Moist providing context surrounding the situation: “I’ve said for months now, many moons, that Andrew Tate is one of the most entertaining clowns the internet has to offer. But today, the circus has finally closed. “Andrew Tate and that zit that has latched himself onto Andrew Tate, Tristan, his brother, have both been arrested on human trafficking charges. “The clip of Tate being escorted to the police vehicle instantly went viral, and I really love how the officers are dressed in this video because it looks like they’re ready to fight the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. A spokesperson from Myna has claimed that their snack is unique and exclusive to the company, meanwhile, Pokimane also shut down claims that her cookies were a “rebranded product.” However, the Twitch star was still being criticized the price of the product. In a recent November 18 livestream, Pokimane hit back by calling out “broke” fans who were criticizing the price of the cookies. Now, fellow content creator MoistCr1tikal has lashed out at Twitch star for being “out of touch.” MoistCr1tikal calls out Pokimane amid cookie controversy While Twitch streamer has received a ton of backlash, in MoistCr1tikal’s latest video the YouTuber put the Pokimane on blast, claiming he was “dumbfounded” by the controversial comment. “It’s just a really sh*tty thing to say,” he said. “I don’t know what would possess her to say something so rude and nasty to the audience she is trying to sell this product to.” He added: “Trying to call people broke for not buying or not being able to afford it is some really out-of-touch sh*t.” (Timestamp at 2:10) Later in the video, MoistCr1tikal went on explain that it’s her viewers who have built her wealth through watching her streams and donating using their own money. “Your wealth was built on their backs,” he explained. “Them watching you supplied you money through the ads that get played to them. MoistCr1TiKal blasts “pathetic” Sneako after he blames YouTubers for ‘canceling’ him YouTube: penguinz0, TheSneak0YouTube content creator Charlie ‘MoistCr1TiKal’ White had a heated exchange over Twitter with Nico Kenn De Balinthazy, better known on the internet as ‘Sneako’ as the latter blamed other content creators for his ‘cancelation.’ Sneako was a YouTube-based content creator who had his channel terminated in 2022 for “severe or repeated violations of YouTube’s TOS.” He now streams and uploads videos elsewhere. He has butted heads with MoistCr1TiKal before when Cr1TiKal made a video in November 2022, criticizing Sneako for his remarks towards Moist, his girlfriend, and his friends. Sneako would once again call back to the feud on March 12 by posting a collage of photos of content creators that, in his own words, “advocated for my cancellation.” The collage included MoistCr1TiKal, Hasanabi, and other creators from different platforms. Cr1TiKal made a Tweet in response: “Holy s**t you pathetic, sensitive, soy, little worm. I made fun of you for watching your girlfriend get f**d by numerous other men and also insulted you for defending child p**n. That’s not cancellation, that’s just spitting on you for being a pitiful, sad c**k.” This resulted in a heated exchange between the two creators. The feud went on for a couple of replies before Sneako stopped responding and simply tweeted “like this tweet if you want to see us fight” with a picture of Charlie attached. It remains to be seen if the feud will continue and actually result in a fight between the creators or more videos made on one another just throwing shots.

On August 15, MoistCr1TiKal announced that his Twitch contract has been terminated. It was supposedly an ‘amicable’ split by both him and Twitch, as he detailed in a YouTube video explaining his departure titled “Goodbye Twitch”. “I am saying goodbye to Twitch, but not fully in the way that you think,” Charlie explained. “My Twitch contract has been terminated, amicably, between myself and Twitch.” He thanked the Amazon-backed platform for allowing him to terminate the contract ahead of schedule, despite having “a lot of time” remaining on his contract. “I wanted to be able to have the flexibility to stream elsewhere,” he said, echoing his thoughts from earlier this year in which he plans to stream across a number of platforms. “Twitch understood and gave me that firm pat on the ass and said ‘you got get em champ’, so, I’m no longer exclusive with Twitch,” he announced. However, despite the departure, the termination was not due to him signing a contract with a rival platform, at least not yet. Rather, he claimed it was purely based on his wishes to spread out and try things on different platforms. MoistCr1TiKal announces departure from Twitch as both parties terminate his contract “This isn’t me announcing that I’ve signed somewhere else with a contract, this isn’t like a LeBron James ‘the decision’ moment where I’m coming up here and saying, ‘I’m taking my talent’, well for me, ‘lack of talent’, to Mixer,” he joked. However, despite advocating for streaming contracts, Charlie did have his criticisms of Twitch’s contracts. “If you ask anyone who’s currently under Twitch contracts, you’ll know, they’ll tell you, it is the lowest possible offer across any of the other streaming platforms that have ever offered contracts.” He continued to explain that much of the revenue he earns from streaming goes into his esports team, Moist Esports, however, his old Twitch contract was not enough to fund the team alone. “The contract was very strict and the payment from the contract was not even enough to cover a single one of the Moist Esports teams. So it all just kind of felt like this contract isn’t really doing anything except making the streams worse, because of having to pump ads into them.” And now with the move away from Twitch exclusivity, Charlie just debuted his first YouTube stream. He has in the past streamed on YouTube, however, much of his online history in a live capacity has been with Twitch, even streaming on the site before it was named Twitch.

That said, Moistcr1tikal believes the French Canadian has learned his lesson. xQc received his second ban from the server when he used a glitch to smuggle a gun into the police station and opened fire on several officers – enough of a crime to surely get him put away for life in the real world. However, while Lengyel believes he deserved to be banned for the incident, he didn’t do so without also blaming the police for unfairly targeting him. Now, the popular streamer seems to have gained a supporter in the form of Moistcr1tikal, who thinks that xQc has been through enough and his punishment should be over and done with. “Not at all,” he replied to a viewer who asked if he thought Lengyel’s ban was too short. “He didn’t just get banned, he got banished to the f***ing Shadow Realm.” The Shadow Realm is a reference to the 4Kids Entertainment dub of the anime Yu-Gi-Oh and is used as a euphemism for death. Basically, cr1tikal was implying that xQc got obliterated and sent to purgatory. “That server he went on the other day where he got r***d within thirty seconds, I think that’s like a lifetime’s worth of punishment. That was the saddest thing I ever saw,” he added. Lengyel was brutally humiliated upon his return to the game, which, according to Moist, was enough of a punishment. “Getting openly mocked to his face, insulted and then sexually assaulted in the game,” he continued. “I think the ban has been plenty long. I think he’s learned his lesson, I suppose. However, after flying out to see Tsosie in Denver, she found that he was seeing another woman after he posted a TikTok with her. Tsosie later apologized to Hart in a now-deleted TikTok video for “not being the effective communicator that I wanted to be,” and notably described his relationship with Hart as a “friendship.” Tsosie lost half a million followers as a result of this drama, dropping from about 3.2 million to 2.7 million in the span of a week, according to stats from Social Blade. With over 90,000 followers on Instagram and 44,000 on TikTok, Banks has been looking to grow her following and increase subscribers’ interest in her adult content. However, the Australian-based creator has recently been copping the heat over a TikTok in which she referred to herself as “the favorite mom amongst the school dads”. Unimpressed with Banks’ statement, many TikTokers rushed to fill the comment section of her videos with hateful replies. Doumbe is currently slated to take on Baissangour Chamsoudinov on March 7, but there have been concerns about his opponent making weight. If that does happen, he wants to take on Jake instead. “Maybe I’m gonna fight, I don’t know. I’m gonna choose maybe Jake Paul! Maybe Jake Paul. But I mean Jake Paul is the guy. If I fight against Jake Paul, I think the Stade de France would be full in an hour,” the kickboxer told Ariel Helawni during his appearance on The MMA Hour. “He’s bigger than me, for sure. In an interview with ESPN MMA, Danis described Jake Paul as “the one that really wants to fight me.” While he stated that a fight with Jake was likely to be boxing, he said that Logan was more interested in an MMA fight. “Eddie Hearn has talked to me before,” Danis stated. “About Logan Paul. They have reached out, so like it will happen. Mizkif explains why he was banned on Twitch Mizkif took issue with this, asking a Twitch representative why other streamers like xQc hadn’t been banned for watching clips from Destiny, another broadcaster who has been permanently banned from the website. “I want to understand their logic here,” he began. “I said, ‘So why was I banned? It was later confirmed by AdrianahLee that the allegations Train was referring to were related to her and CrazySlick, a streamer Mizkif is friends with. Lee has claimed that Mizkif and his then-girlfriend Maya asked her to keep certain information private. The Mizcord is supposed to be a safe place for friends and fans of Mizkif to gather together, interact, and have a good time. While it was built with the best of intentions in mind, it turns out that having so many people gathered in one place on the internet is quite risky, especially if an administrator of the space accidentally puts everyone in harm’s way. That’s exactly what happened to Miz when his longtime friend and fellow streamer Lacari was hacked and no one realized it. Mizkif’s Discord server was hacked and it exposed personal information As Lacari explained in Mizkif’s July 31 video, all it took was a seemingly harmless phishing attempt from months ago to put the whole situation in motion. A few months ago, he received a strange message from a friend that claimed they couldn’t stay friends with each other because of something that was said on another server. While Lacari knew he hadn’t said anything controversial, he was worried that someone might be impersonating him, so he clicked the link that the already-hacked friend sent and unknowingly surrendered his log-in information to the person orchestrating the whole operation. The way these programs work is that they grab the Discord token information from any user who completes the verification process that opens at the end of the strange link. A user’s token consists of all of their log-in information. All it took was that one mistake for Lacari to be compromised. That might not have been such an issue if Lacari had been a regular mod in the Mizcord, but instead, he shares the same role as Mizkif himself, meaning he had unlimited power in the server and the other mods couldn’t do anything about it. While it took several weeks to materialize, whoever was in control of Lacari’s account eventually realized they were unstoppable in that server and barraged every channel with invites to yet another fake server, this time claiming it was an official collab with the Mizcord, that would steal anyone’s info that followed through with it. Thankfully, Miz’s manager realized what had happened and was able to get everyone on the same page to shut the operation down eventually, but there’s no telling how many people were caught in the crossfire.

Rinaudo has gained popularity on Twitch in recent years thanks to his variety of content, humor, and seemingly constant challenges against fans or other streamers within and outside of his org, OTK. One of those streamers is Emiru, who recently revealed a plan to move into Mizkif’s house. Since then, the duo has bonded over their interest in speedrunning, with Super Mario 64 being the most popular option. The duo agreed to a speedrun challenge, where the person with the fastest completion time would be crowned the winner. That challenge happened on November 14, and a costly mistake left Mizkif in a rage. Mizkif throws his controller Knowing that Emiru had less experience speedrunning Super Mario 64, Mizkif started the stream by giving her a six-minute head start. Everything went as planned until the very last level of the game: “Bowser in the sky.” On the last level, the player must accurately grab Bowser by the tail before throwing him at floating bombs placed around the island-like map. Being a speedrun, accuracy is crucial, as a single miss could cost you the game. Unfortunately for Mizkif, a mistake is exactly what happened. As he went to toss Bowser for the last time, he let go too early, which caused him to miss the game-winning bomb. As you can see, Emiru finish her speedrun seconds later. Mizkif reacted to his mistake by standing up from his chair, grabbing his chest, screaming, and finally throwing his controller at the nearest wall. Possibly the most hilarious moment of his meltdown happened when Mizkif sat back down without saying a word, reaching to his computer to immediately end his stream in a final act of gamer rage.

While OTK’s most recent event came with good intentions, drama involving some of the internet’s biggest streamers is what it’s now remembered for. During the broadcast, Malena offered alcohol to Team Envy’s Minx. Esfand interrupted to prevent Minx from drinking with certain medication in her system. However, it was later revealed that Minx wasn’t actually taking medication and that it was all “a bit.” This situation drew hot takes from plenty of others across social media with Asmongold even claiming all three of them were “in the wrong.” Now, another OTK co-founder has chimed in: Mizkif took to Twitch on November 24 providing an update and explaining what’s changing for future events. i literally told my chat i got off them because my mom said their addictive. It’s not good. If you can’t be entertaining without alcohol, you’re not entertaining. That doesn’t just go for me, that goes for all of us.” Not only is Mizkif representing himself as one of the top streamers on Twitch, but also speaking on behalf of his org. “If we want to be a good org,” he continued, “we need to step the f*** up.” So moving forward, things will be handled differently when it comes to alcohol at OTK gatherings. Not one to see a good opportunity go to waste, Mizkif quickly hopped on the Pokimane/39daph drama bandwagon — where 39daph leaked private messages between the pair, claiming that Pokimane had confronted her about being unfollowed. Pokimane later responded to the drama on her own stream, and the ‘beef’ appeared to be settled, but not without a song from Mizkif first. Mizkif capitalized on the opportunity, by singing an ad lib “roasted” song live, during a November 23 stream. While watching a Deepfake video with both Dimitri ‘Greekgodx’ Antonatos and Pokimane, Mizkif paused the skit on Pokimane’s merged face onto a businesswoman. After a short music interlude, Mizkif continued to mock Pokimane, with girlfriend, Maya Higa, standing beside him and seemingly asking him to stop. “I plead the fourth, the fifth, sixth, I said ‘shut the f**k up you b–,’ I said you’re f**king Pokimane, hallelujah.” Thinking that Rinaudo had overstepped the mark, Higa quickly jumped in by placing her hand over his mouth while stating “that’s enough.” Mizkif responded with “I can do this”, before continuing to close-out: “I’m never getting hosted, this is roasted!” 39daph reacted to the clip of the song later, and simply laughed it off, clearly taking no offense to the jokey lyrics. Twitch has a variety of popular streaming personalities that draw in large audiences to their platform. However, sometimes streamers will come together to collaborate much to their viewers’ excitement. This is what happened during Amouranth’s March 11 broadcast, when Mizkif and Esfand joined her in-real-life session. And things took a hilarious turn when they began to act like her bodyguards and moderate the public. Mizkif becomes Amouranth’s IRL moderator The two popular streamers teamed up for an IRL broadcast where they went out shopping at a local store. However while waiting in line to check out with their items, an employee asked Amouranth what she was doing with the camera. “Is that a camera?” they asked, to which the Twitch star responded, “Yeah, on the phone. We do like streaming and vlogging and stuff. That’s our job.” Mizkif then cut in and hilariously said “That’s her job. We just pay for stuff!” The group then began to walk around the female streamer with their gaming headsets on, and claimed to be her bodyguards. “Just moderate the area,” Esfand told Mizkif, as the two circled the around pretending to be her protection. While most of her chat was in hysterics over their antics, a couple of viewers in her chat were not too pleased with her collaboration broadcast. The streamer then roasted the concerned members of her audience. “One of my viewers just typed in your chat ‘These guys are not meant for you Amouranth, you need to leave!’” Mizkif told her. She then replied “That sounds like any time I leave my house ever. They are like ‘You need to go home, where you are safe and not going to find a soulmate that isn’t me!’ That is what they are all about.” Despite the naysayers, the IRL broadcast continued with the group having a great time. Earlier in the stream, Amouranth revealed that a question she gets asked all the time is “What do you do for fun besides stream?” which caused everyone to break out into laughter. His incredible rise to the top has caused him to be nominated for the Streamer of the Year award. Alongside Kai stands Hasanabi, xQc, and Jerma985 as other potential nominees for the prestigious award. However, OTK founder Mizkif has stated on his stream why he believes Kai Cenat deserves it over the others, and how Kai is “not even close to someone else”. Whilst submitting his own votes for the Streamer Awards of 2022, Mizkif eventually made it to the final category, the highlight of the event, Streamer of the Year. When prompted with who he would vote with, he began explaining his reasoning for each streamer. After going through his options, Mizkif announced to his viewers that he believes “Kai was the best streamer of 2022”. Mizkif went on to explain his reasoning for his choice. He was also sure to defend his opinion that higher viewership did not mean better streamer. “Kai has not only elevated himself, he elevated an entire new community to Twitch. It’s just the truth, he f*** did. Kai has also done more content, puts in more work.” He made sure to appreciate and compliment Cenat for his ability to entertain his audience. “Kai actually is an entertainer, unlike a lot of streamers. Mizkif is a popular variety and IRL [In-Real-Life] streamer that’s known for his entertaining and sometimes wholesome broadcasts. In one stream, he showed just how much he cares about his viewers as he spotted a worrying message in the middle of a busy chat and took a break from his game to check up on the person. The American was streaming on New Year’s Eve when he saw the message from a viewer saying they were thinking about self-harm. He immediately stopped what he was doing and reached out to them. He said: “Buddy for the love of God. Look, I saw your messages, and… it’s ok. Are you ok, before we do anything, are you ok?” The viewer simply wrote: “I’m sorry guys” in the chat, but Matthew kept trying, asking them if they were ok and suggesting to call ‘1-800-273-8255’ – the national helpline Mizkif then continued to support the viewer, inviting them to stay on the stream, hang out, and to join his Discord. Mizkif loses his mind after Jump King DLC playthrough goes south Popular Twitch personality Mizkif exploded in rage after his attempt to conquer Jump King’s latest DLC ‘Ghost of the Babe’ quickly went south at the very end of the game. The notoriously punishing Jump King is back with its third chapter Ghost of the Babe having released on December 13, and has again taken Twitch by storm as streamers continue to put themselves through pain and misery. During his December 15 broadcast, streaming star Mizkif lost it when his attempt at the jumping simulator fell apart at the final stretch of the game, as the difficult title claimed yet another personality. The popular streamer has a history with Jump King, even finally beating the notoriously difficult game back in May. However, he was making his newest attempt at beating the newly released DLC during a recent broadcast. Mizkif carefully made his way to the very top, as his friend who was watching gasped at every jump because he had reached the final stretch of the game. “This is the end” he said triumphantly, before things went downhill – literally. A misplaced jump sent the Twitch personality falling down, and he flew into a rage, screaming at the top of his lungs as his character continued to sink to the bottom. “Oh my God, no!” he shrieked, as he put both of his hands on his head. Determined to not give up, the Twitch personality pushed on through to make his way back to where he failed. However, as he continued to struggle to progress once his chat began to taunt him. Responding, he said, “To anyone saying making the same mistakes over and over, you are making the same mistake every day by coming to this stream!” Mizkif finally made his way back to the spot he originally fell down at, and managed to fall in the exact same way as before. This time, instead of screaming, he pounded his fist on his desk in frustration. Despite the game’s brutally punishing game mechanics, the jumping title exploded in popularity back in May when it first released, as it became a favorite among Twitch streamers. Amouranth is more than just an ordinary Twitch streamer. She’s been making moves on the entrepreneurial front and has bought convenience stores, gas stations, a plastic ball company, invested in stock, and more. However, her latest business endeavor is a step in a different direction. She’s selling jars containing hair, farts, and bathwater for $1,000 apiece. There’s a limited number of them available, and people are going wild. Miz managed to get his hands on a box worth of them, which he opened on stream. However, since he had five in total, he made the bold decision to open one up with his friends to see what it smelt like, and he didn’t regret it. “Let me explain what this is,” Miz said proudly to his friends as they entered the room. “There are only one thousand of these jars. They were a thousand dollars each. There’s a hair in there, and also it’s one of her farts.” However, despite their value, he had a crazy idea in mind. “I’m going, to be honest with you. I kind of want to let one loose. What do you think chat? Should we do it? That thing is loaded up. It might explode.” It took him a while to muster the courage, but thanks to the encouragement from his friends and chat, he eventually did. After letting it loose, he lost his mind — with a hint of sarcasm in his voice: “That was awesome! Holy f**k. Every gun is slightly different in terms of recoil, but once you master them, you’ll be hitting targets with pinpoint accuracy in no time. Mizkif looked like he had been brushing up on his skills recently and wanted to flaunt them in front of his friends during a competitive match on stream on October 21. The Twitch star flexed his muscles during a bomb site execute, but the spray he put forward was a bit unusual. Mizkif and his gang, consisting of other streamers like ‘Jakenbake’ and ‘Lacari’, were struggling in their CSGO game, down 13-6. After a successful B site take on Dust 2, Mizkif was listening out for any sneaky counter-terrorists in tunnels. But, there was an obstacle in the way — Blex himself. Instead of stepping around his teammate, Mizkif shot right through him, cleaning up the two CTs and Blex for the ‘3k’. “Uh, I got three kills there,” he said as he cleared his throat after getting the ‘3k’. “Easy.” Meanwhile, on the other end of the situation, Blex was shocked that his teammate betrayed him in the name of getting the Reddit-worthy spraydown and MVP accolades for the round. “Did you just kill me?” asked Blex, stunned at what had happened to him that round. While it’s likely that Blex could have gotten the job done himself, it wouldn’t have been with the same level of flair that Mizkif brought to the table. Mizkif didn’t offer anything in response, with the streamer dead focused on getting the lead back and winning the game, although he did let out a little grimace when he knocked down Blex, indicating that maybe the entire thing was an accident. While they had a few fleeting successes in the rounds to come, Mizkif himself had a relatively quiet game, taking a backseat to Jakeandbake pulling up some hard frags. He spent his time calling the shots instead, trying to rally his team to victory. Unfortunately for Mizkif and company, they were unable to claw the game back, losing the game 16-11. That one heroic round wasn’t enough to salvage any dignity on the scoreboard either, as he found himself on the bottom with 13 kills — 14 if you take out the team kill. The popular Twitch streamer is sitting in Silver 2 for now, but it shouldn’t be long until he sees himself flying towards Global Elite if he can get his sprays nice and tight.

In the case of Mizkif, the 28-year-old has changed the life of his house cleaner, giving him the opportunity to buy his own home by working for him and other streamers thanks to Miz. Mizkif tears up reading heartwarming text from his cleaner During his July 28 live stream, Mizkif explained that while watching a movie he received a text from his cleaner JJ at 1 am. While receiving a text at that time is rather unusual in itself, the streamer further explained that during the four years that they’ve known each other, he’s never gotten a text at that time — which sparked a bit of concern. “I got scared, did something happen to him, is he ok?” said Mizkif. “He’s never texted me in the four years I’ve known him at one in the morning. He usually just texts Synack saying pay me.” After a few minutes and still no answer, the streamer was ready to call his cleaner where he then finally got a reply, which he read out to his viewers. “I wanted to tell you thank you a lot for all the work you gave me and referrals to friends and other streamers,” Mizkif read the text while tearing up. “I finally bought a house, and it wouldn’t have been possible if I never got all the extra work and your the main one to have done that for me. I closed yesterday on my house and got the keys. Just wanted to say thanks.” It’s fair to say the text not only touched Mizkif’s heart but the heart of his viewers too, who flooded the chat with kind messages. “It made me so happy… yeah, nah it was nice,” said Mizkif.

Mizkif inks streaming deal with Rumble as platform continues rapid growth YouTube: MizkifMiskif has signed a streaming deal with Rumble, now dividing his live broadcasting hours between Twitch and the rival streaming platform, as Rumble continues to expand its roster of creators. Amid the streaming wars which have been brewing between Twitch and YouTube, newer sites like Kick have emerged. And another seems to be gaining strength over the horizon, as Rumble has announced yet another big signing. Rumble has been slowly growing behind the scenes, with Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed’s newest show being hosted on the site, and creators such as JiDion and Akademiks recently signing on as well. And now, the platform’s latest signing, founder and co-owner of OTK, Mizkif, is tagging along for the ride, this time to bolster their gaming creator lineup. The signing was first announced by Mizkif during a regular live stream on May 28. He announced that for twice a week he will be streaming on Rumble. “Basically, I will be, twice a week, or for a few hours, and that’s it, I will be streaming on Rumble” he announced to his Twitch chat. He further reassured his audience that the signing is not a full pivot to Rumble. “It won’t take away from Twitch at all, it basically is going to add time on Twitch,” Mizkif said of his new schedule, planning to add another day of streaming on Twitch to his usual three in addition to the hours on Rumble. He further explained that he is treating his time on Rumble as he would his alternative streaming channel. “Basically my alt-stream, syn4ack, is now going to be on Rumble, that’s it,” he said, announcing syn4ack will now be defunct and replaced by his Rumble streams. And Mizkif confirmed that the signing to Rumble is in an attempt to bolster the gaming section of their site, in addition to giving him a lot of freedom to play whatever games he wants. “They’re trying to make the website more gaming oriented, so I was like, ‘yeah I’m down, what do you want me to do?’ And they were like ‘Miz we literally want you to just play games.’” he said. Mizkif hits out at Trainwreck for defending Twitch Gambling amid Sliker drama Twitch: TrainwrecksTV/ MizkifPopular creator Mizkif has fired back at Tyler ‘TrainwrecksTV’ Niknam for defending gambling streams on Twitch despite increasing pressure to ban such content from the platform. Twitch streamer Sliker broke down in tears on September 18 as he admitted to having scammed his fellow creators of thousands of dollars to fund his gambling addiction. The backlash has once again sparked a fiery debate across the internet with streamers and Twitch-users across the community calling on the platform to ban gambling streams. Not all are on board, however, with the likes of Trainwreck and xQc arguing that it’s not as big a problem as others have made out. However, Mizkif slammed Trainwreck for defending slots on Twitch despite Sliker’s admission and, as a result, encouraging more viewers to start gambling. Mizkif repeats call to ban gambling on Twitch On September 19, Mizkif was joined on his livestream by Pokimane as the two called on Twitch to ban gambling-related content from its platform after Sliker apologized and admitted to having a gambling addiction which drove him to ask for money from his fellow streamers. However, Mizkif was particularly frustrated with Trainwreck’s comments following on from the drama. According to the 31-year-old, it was “the people scapegoating Slots, Blackjack, and Roulette and not blaming the individual [who] are the real problem.” Yet, Mizkif strongly disagreed with Train’s view: “Why do people give you millions of dollars a month to market gambling? It’s surely not because they’re friends with you, Train. It’s because you give them millions of millions of dollars in revenue from your viewers who go and watch you are now gamblers.” He clarified that he wasn’t blaming “just the individual” and that Sliker was “100% wrong” for his actions. Yet, he argues, removing gambling from Twitch would make it less accessible and attractive to viewers. Mizkif has been honest about his views against gambling streams in the past, previously hitting out at xQc for his Slots content. He similarly received an offer for a $10 million gambling sponsorship deal which he, unsurprisingly, rejected. It’s still early days following on from the shocking revelations surrounding Sliker. However, there is most likely much more drama still to come.

Mizkif hits out at Twitch after Alinity ban: “It doesn’t make sense” YouTube: Mizkif / Instagram: alinitydivineMizkif is criticizing Twitch’s ban policies after friend and fellow streamer Alinity was hit with a three-day suspension for twerking during a live broadcast. Alinity lashed out at Twitch in a string of angry tweets on May 30 after receiving a three-day ban for “sharing content that focuses on sexually suggestive behavior, content, or commentary.” The streamer shared a clip of the issue that allegedly resulted in her suspension, which showed her dancing to music while another creator rapped over a beat next to her. Alinity criticized the platform over its ban policies, writing on Twitter, “When I tell them that there’s way worse in the platform, all Twitch says is: ‘Well, it needs [to be] reported for a ban,’ so I guess go ahead and report anything you think is worse than this, ’cause there is lots.” Luckily, Alinity’s account was reinstated just 24 hours later in spite of her initial 3-day ban period… but she made it clear that she’s considering leaving the “bullshit” streaming platform as other sites like Rumble have openly offered her a deal to join their ranks. Alinity isn’t the only one lashing out at Twitch. Her good friend and fellow Twitch streamer Mizkif has also made his feelings clear on the matter, levying criticisms toward Twitch’s ban process in a ten-minute YouTube video the very next day. Mizkif criticizes Twitch after platform bans Alinity for twerking In the video, Mizkif expressed confusion over what content Twitch deems permissible, noting that its ‘Pools, Beaches and Hot Tubs’ category seems to skirt a line that would be deemed unacceptable in its other categories. As an example, Mizkif showed several clips of bikini-clad women doing suggestive dances or showing lots of skin while in a tub or poolside, wondering how this type of content was allowed on the site while Alinity’s dancing was not permissible. “It just doesn’t make sense,” he argued. “Why is that okay, but Alinity just simply twerking on stream [is not]?” “It just makes no sense. If I were Alinity at this point, I’d be terrified to even try to dance on stream or do anything, because are people just going to assume it’s sexual content just because her a** is bigger than the average bear’s? Is she gonna get a ban just for having fun and dancing with friends in the Just Chatting category?
