Man who hit Bebe Rexha with his phone blames it on a TikTok trend Twitter: PopBase / LinkedIn: Nick MalvagnaArrested for hitting Bebe Rexha in the head with his phone, the accused is now using a TikTok trend as his defense. A man has been arrested and charged for throwing his phone at Bebe Rexha during her concert in New York City earlier this week. The singer-songwriter had to be rushed off stage and ultimately required stitches for the injury. Rexha has since shown off her battle scars on Instagram. Now the accused, 27-year-old Nicholas Malvagna, is blaming a TikTok trend for his actions. “It’s a TikTok trend where you throw your phone onto the stage, and a celebrity passes it and takes a selfie,” Malvagna told arresting officers on the scene. And Malvagna’s lawyer, Todd Spodek, is running with the claim. “As a fan, Mr. Malvagna’s sole intention was to have Ms. Rexha take photos with his phone and return it as a keepsake. It was never his intention to injure Ms. Rehxa,” Spodek said in a statement, calling the incident the result of an “unfortunate trend”. However, it seems Malvagna’s story isn’t impressing everyone and may have some major inconsistencies. “I was trying to see if I could hit her with the phone at the end of the show because it would be funny,” Malvagna admitted, according to a criminal complaint. He has since been freed without bail and instructed to stay away from Rexha, but will be returning to court on July 31. “The phone struck her in the face which caused her swelling, redness, and a laceration to her face,” Millan told Judge Valentina Morales. “Although the parties appear to be strangers, the defendant’s actions are serious.” We will be sure to keep you updated as the story progresses. Man uses pet python snake as weapon in viral street fight – Dexerto
Man uses pet python snake as weapon in viral street fight Twitter/crazyclipsonlyA man is going viral for all the wrong reasons after using a pet snake to attack his opponent in a chaotic street fight. Fighting two-vs-one or using a weapon in a fistfight is a low move, but you don’t expect to see both at the same time. That’s exactly what happened in Toronto when a man used a snake as a melee weapon. Over the years there have been many viral brawls that took the net by storm, with plenty of bizarre objects used. We’ve seen chairs thrown in Waffle Houses, guns used to pistol-whip men and even wet floor signs, but never a pet snake. That is, until now. A video going viral on social media shows a man using his python to whip his victim, and the man was lucky that police showed up to put an end to the attack. Man arrested for using pet snake as weapon in weird brawl In the footage uploaded to CrazyClips, a man can be seen constantly whipping another individual with a snake and even knocking him down with it. After taking a few strikes with the python, a police cruiser zoomed up onto the scene with officers demanding the snake-wielding man get on the ground. It’s not long after that when the video ends, but according to news reports, the guy using the snake was arrested for his conduct and it turns out he was going around threatening people with the animal before this fight even happened. 45-year-old Laurenio Avila was charged with assault with a weapon. It turns out he’s in trouble for his choice of weapon, too. He’s also being charged with “causing unnecessary pain or suffering to an animal.” Amazingly, this isn’t the first time an animal has been involved in a fight. Perhaps most infamously, a giant brawl in “the world’s worst McDonald’s” featured a man pulling a raccoon out of his jacket during the chaos.

Man who hit Bebe Rexha in the head with phone tries to get plea deal – Dexerto
Man who hit Bebe Rexha in the head with phone tries to get plea deal Twitter: PopBase / LinkedIn: Nick MalvagnaBebe Rexha was left with a black eye after a fan threw his phone at her. Now the culprit is looking to strike a plea deal and have all criminal charges dropped. Bebe Rexha had to be rushed off stage to receive medical attention while performing during her nationwide Best F’n Night Of My Life tour across North America. The cause? A tossed mobile phone that left the singer needing stitches. 27-year-old Nicholas Malvagna was the man behind the phone and has since been charged with assault and aggravated harassment. Now his lawyer, Todd Spodek, has hinted at a plea deal that will see all criminal charges dropped. Malvagna made an appearance in court with his parents shielding him from reporters. He has remained adamant that he threw the phone in hopes of getting Rexha to take a photo, claiming a TikTok trend served as inspiration. “I thought she was looking in my direction. I was about two rows back, but instead of my phone landing right next to her, my phone hit her in the face,” Malvagna allegedly told arresting officers. “It’s a TikTok trend where you throw your phone onto the stage, and a celebrity passes it and takes a selfie.” At the time of Malvagna’s arrest, Spodek released a statement that reiterated the incident as an unfortunate accident, “As a fan, Mr. Malvagna’s sole intention was to have Ms. Rexha take photos with his phone and return it as a keepsake. It was never his intention to injure Ms. Rehxa.” “At this point, we have not received any evidence to support the charges and are considering all relevant motions,” Spodek told The New York Post after a brief hearing. “I anticipate a resolution short of trial, with all of the criminal charges being ultimately dropped.” For all the latest entertainment news, be sure to check out our page here.

Man under fire for taking dad to Paul McCartney concert while abandoning mom – Dexerto
Man under fire for taking dad to Paul McCartney concert while abandoning mom sammactiktok/TikTokAustralian weather presenter Sam Mac has come under fire from his TikTok viewers after surprising his dad with tickets to see Sir Paul McCartney and went on to leave his mom abandoned. Australian weather presenter Sam Mac has been criticized by a number of his 2.3 million viewers on TikTok after he shared a video of him surprising his dad for his 70th birthday. Dressed in their best evening outfits, Sam had told their parents they were looking for a bar called SPM in Sydney, Australia. However, they were confused when Sam told them the bar actually didn’t exist. “So I’ve been lying to you both,” says Sam in his sneaky video. “There is no bar called SPM. SPM stands for Sir Paul McCartney.” Sam’s mom gasps off-camera and shouts: “Paul McCartney!” Unfortunately, this is the moment viewers learn that Sam’s mom has not been invited to join her husband and her son at the concert. “Sorry mom, you’re not invited,” he says to her smiling face. While his dad is trying to process what is going on, Sam asks: “Did you ever think you’d get to see a Beatle for real?” Shaking his head, Sam’s dad softly says no. The video then cuts to a montage of Sam and his dad at the concert. “That will never be surpassed,” says Sam’s dad. Viewers want “justice for mom” after Sam abandons her The bulk of the comments were from people demanding justice for Sam’s mom, and people wondering why she couldn’t have joined her husband at the concert. One person commented: “Omg did you really not take your mum?” Another person suggested Sam should have given both tickets to his parents, so they could enjoy date night. “I would have sent myself home in an Uber and let both parents see the concert,” a third person wrote. Another person said: “I really hope you have something planned for your mother because this seems so incredibly cold, especially after how excited she was.” Sam cleared up the not invited mom situation in the comments. “Mum is normally the one getting spoilt,” he said. “We had a great dinner. Dad and I rarely get one-on-one time. This was Dad’s night, Dad’s birthday. So special.”

Man uses ChatGPT to “never get a parking ticket again” – Dexerto
Man uses ChatGPT to “never get a parking ticket again” Twitter: @petergyang / FreepikAfter spotting an absurd road sign, one man came up with a genius ChatGPT idea to never get a parking ticket again. ChatGPT drove the internet crazy when it first launched in 2022 as netizens all around the world used it to create viral moments. For instance, one user convinced the software to tell them how to make napalm, racking up nearly 1 billion monthly users in early 2023. ChatGPT hasn’t quite been the center of the internet’s attention since becoming what Stanford thinks is ‘dumber,’ on top of more and more restrictions and safeguards being placed on the software. Despite these developments, one man still found a use for the AI software as ChatGPT came to his rescue to stop him from getting a parking ticket after he spotted parking instructions that were nearly impossible to interpret. How did one man use AI to dodge a parking ticket? Twitter users went crazy after Peter Yang posted his impromptu ChatGPT idea to Twitter. The photo shows five different parking signs, all attached to one lamp post, enough to confuse most drivers looking for a place to stop – including Peter Yang. But instead of risking getting a ticket, Yang took advantage of evolving AI technology. Instead of deciphering the sign, he took a photo and set it to ChatGPT, asking, “It’s Wednesday at 4 PM. Can I park in this spot right now? Tell me in one line.” To Yang and Twitter’s surprise, the AI did just that: “Yes, you can park for up to one hour starting at 4 pm.” Users were pleasantly shocked at ChatGPT’s newfound use, applauding Yang’s initiative, which could save them from never getting a parking ticket again: “Omg is this reliable? I’ve been wanting a tool like this forever,” one user commented. Fans of technology and artificial intelligence hope that Meta Ai will surpass ChatGPT’s shortcomings, allowing for more use cases for AI to help people bypass daily inconveniences.

Man “traumatized” as Bumble date brought parents to dinner – Dexerto
Man “traumatized” as Bumble date brought parents to dinner TikTok: ZockrA man has gone pretty viral on TikTok after he revealed that he went on a first date with a girl who brought her parents with her, and they even managed to arrange a second date. TikTok is now firmly a part of many social media users’ daily routines. The app may have started out as a place to post creative videos, but it’s been used just to document everyday goings on. As a result of that, we’ve seen plenty of TikToker share horror stories from their dating lives. Some have been upset about where their date has taken them for their first meeting, others have discovered that their partner-to-be is actually getting married, and other wild happenings. TikToker Zakir might have them all beat, however, as he claimed that he went on a first date with a woman who brought her parents along for the day. TikToker goes viral as Bumble date brings her parents along Zakir uploaded his first video on the situation back on October 31, revealing his dismay at the woman he called Priyanka bringing her parents with her. The TikToker explained that the two of them had matched on Bumble and had good conversations before agreeing to meet. After picking out an Indian restaurant to meet at, he arrived early on the day of the date to scope things out. However, he was “traumatized” when he finally met the girl after being surprised that her parents were there. “I see two people sitting at our table and I’m like ‘whos sitting at our table?’ and she’s like ‘Oh this is my mom and my dad’ and I’m like hello, how are you doing? I was not prepared for this moment in life!” he said in the video which has gotten over 14 million views. While things appeared to end on a bad note there, with his date’s parents ending the date abruptly, Zakir revealed that the girl wanted to make it up to him. However, he claimed that after they’d had a few drinks a second time around and things had gotten incredibly emotional, Priyanka’s father turned up and urged him to stay away from his daughter. Many commenters sympathized with the TikToker, urging him to not accept a third date. “I’m just shocked you agreed to a second date,” said one. “At this point, I’m more invested in your love life than my own,” added another. Others questioned the validity of his stories too. “Am now questioning if any of these dates are real,” argued one viewer. “I just want to know if these stories are real,” another said. Zakir hasn’t offered another update yet, and there is no way of knowing if he will. Though, we’ll keep an eye on things.

Man tries to blast airline for asking pregnant wife to clean up & the internet hits back – Dexerto
Man tries to blast airline for asking pregnant wife to clean up & the internet hits back Twitter: @AnthonyBass52A feud between United Airlines crew and baseball player Anthony Bass went viral after the man tweeted out that a flight attendant “made his pregnant wife get on her knees to pick up the popcorn mess made by his youngest daughter.” Anthony Bass made a Tweet on April 16 where he shared his displeasure with how United Airlines treated his wife traveling with their children. In the Tweet, he wrote: “The flight attendant @united just made my 22-week pregnant wife traveling with a 5-year-old and 2-year-old get on her hands and knees to pick up the popcorn mess by my youngest daughter. Are you kidding me?!?!” The pitcher immediately sparked a fierce debate among the users of Twitter as to whether the flight attendant was in the right to make a pregnant woman do such a thing. Baseball pitcher Anthony Bass’ United Airlines tweet roasted Some of the replies to the Tweet side with Anthony, stating that cleaning the cabin is part of the job of the staff hired by the airlines. “I’m sure everyone here cleans up all the messes they make when they pay a private company for service. They wash the dishes when they eat out and wash the sheets at hotels. United made $737 million in profits last year but can’t hire a cleaning crew like every other business,” asked one user. Some of the other replies point out that it’s a responsibility of a parent to clean up after their children and that the request of the attendant was justified. “Genuinely curious who should clean up the mess your 2-year-old made? As a parent of three kids, I am the one responsible for them,” wrote another user. Another yet sub-set of reactions to this Tweet was users asking if Anthony helped his pregnant wife clean up. “You watched your pregnant wife do this,” asked one of the replies. According to a follow-up Tweet from April 17, United Airlines reached out to Anthony privately and they are currently “taking care of matters with the flight attendant internally.” Earlier this year another story from an airplane cabin went viral when a video surfaced showing a flight attendant being harassed by drunk soccer fans.

Man “traumatized” after being trapped in airplane bathroom for 90 minutes – Dexerto
Man “traumatized” after being trapped in airplane bathroom for 90 minutes SpiceJet/RedditAn airline passenger says he was offered just a $60 voucher after he was stuck in an airplane bathroom for over an hour and suffered injuries. Out of all the places one can be, an airplane bathroom has got to be one of the worst, right up there with being glued to your chair and forced to watch Cats on Netflix. Unfortunately for a 37-year-old traveling on low-budget airline SpiceJet, that’s exactly what happened when he went to use the bathroom and found himself stuck as flight attendants couldn’t get the door open. To make matters worse, the man says he suffered injuries as the plane was landing and was offered little in the way of assistance during the whole ordeal, which he filmed. Airline offers man $60 after “traumatic” bathroom experience The man, a software professional on a flight from Mumbai to Bengaluru, was passed a note from staff saying “do not panic” as he remained trapped in the bathroom. However, according to the man, he was injured when the plane landed and he was tossed around like a rag doll. “I was traumatized, dazed and injured as I was thrown around inside the toilet as the plane landed in Bengaluru. There was no medical assistance at all,” he said. “When I came out, I had bruises, and my vision was blurred for a while.” He further noted that he was offered a $60 voucher as compensation, but didn’t accept it. SpiceJet, meanwhile, claims the passenger was provided a full refund and medical support. A ground staffer said the situation was “horrific” for the man as he was seated on the toilet during the landing. The passenger revealed he plans to sue the airline and make a formal complaint for putting his life at risk. This is hardly the first crappy airplane incident so far in 2024. Earlier this year, a passenger revealed his own flight from hell when another flyer smeared feces on a seat.

Man Threatens to Kill Woman While She Is Live Streaming – “Turn it off. I’m going to kill you” – Dexerto
Man Threatens to Kill Woman While She Is Live Streaming – “Turn it off. I’m going to kill you” A live streamer was broadcasting via YouTube when her (perhaps former) partner instructed to turn it off or he would kill her, and later telling her to “not look depressed or sad or I’ll kill you.” The growth of live streaming in recent years has not been limited to video games, but also what is called ‘In Real Life’ or “IRL” streaming, where people broadcast their daily activities. YouTube streamer known as ‘Sweet Erin’, who has just over ten thousand subscribers on her channel, was live on May 11th when the incident occurred. The initial broadcast VOD (video on demand) has now been taken down, but a clip of the stream catches the moment when the man first makes the threat. It seems the threatening behaviour of the man was known to the stream beforehand also, as a donation claims they will phone the police on her behalf. The man can then be heard in the background saying: “Turn off your stream now. Turn it off. [Wait, why?] I’m going to kill you. You fucking piece of [inaudible].” Viewers of the stream have said that following this, the camera fell from her hand and the broadcast abruptly ended. A short time later, it is estimated about 10 minutes or so, the stream came back on again. ‘Sweet Erin’ looked physically unharmed, but the threats continued. “You better not looked depressed or sad or I’ll kill you.” Erin then addressed her viewers, telling them not to worry about her and clarifying the situation. She is clearly distressed however, and seems to want to ensure people that was happening was nothing serious, despite the threats. She also says that she can be “very obnoxious”. “You guys, don’t worry. Basically, things get out of context – no, I didn’t fake death, or murder. What you guys need to understand, – you know honestly, I’d rather be dead than [inaudible]. I don’t even know why I’m live streaming now, I shouldn’t be but. The only reason I had to stop streaming was because, you have to understand that when you do a live stream like this, it creates huge dramas that aren’t necessarily people’s true character and what they really mean. I am in a very bizarre situation because, my family has been very rude – oh my god I can’t do this. This is just pointless. Basically, I have gotten into many crazy fights with people before, and just because you are fighting with somebody doesn’t actually mean that they are actually going to do something bad to you. There are figures and expressions of speech that people use when they don’t actually mean it. As everybody obviously knows, I’ve had a complicated situation with my former relationship. But when you end a relationship, there are many loose ends to tie up, and I can be very obnoxious, and you know, I have a big issue with not listening.” Some have suggested that the situation is fabricated or scripted, however it her reaction seems fairly organic and so would lead us to believe it is not staged. “Sweet Erin” later tweeted saying that she was well and thanking people for support. New day… new fresh perspective. Def. gonna stream later but I’ll be ALONE, thank you guys for being so supportive. @REALIcePoseidon and others who cared thank you I’m truly thankful for your kindness. And I’ll be using discord more as well! — Sweet Erin (@sweeterinstream) May 12, 2018 How or if the situation was resolved is unknown.

Man thwarts shoplifting by throwing a Coke bottle at thief – Dexerto
Man thwarts shoplifting by throwing a Coke bottle at thief Twitter: Donut OperatorA man has gone viral on social media after using a 2-liter bottle of Diet Coke to knock out an alleged shoplifter. In the 18-second clip, a store guard was seen walking up to confront a retail thief whose backpack was filled with items he allegedly did not pay for. The security camera footage showed the man standing between the shoplifter and the store’s only exit, while the two appeared to engage in a back-and-forth discussion. The thief then shoved shopping carts at the guard in an attempt to escape. That’s when a man in a red hoodie showed up of nowhere, holding a 2-liter bottle of Diet Coke above his head in a two handed position. He took one step closer closer, before throwing the soda bottle at the alleged criminal’s head, knocking him out cold. It’s not clear when or where the incident occurred, but the video was posted on October 30 and has since gone viral with over 9.4 million views. Many people praised the man in the red sweater on his accurate throw. “Dude must do axe throwing on his days off,” one user wrote. “Which MLB team is signing him?” another said. “And it landed in the cart instead of busting open on the ground? Give him a raise and a bonus,” a third person commented. Others, however, were worried that the store and the man who intervened may face legal action. “Sadly, the employee will be fired and the shoplifter will get paid a lot through a lawsuit,” one shared. “I hope it wasn’t an employee because the guy and the company will probably get their asses sued off,” another wrote. “Unfortunately, the store will probably get sued,” someone else added. Man terrorizes neighborhood in truck and smashes into ex-wife’s house TikTok/ja.m43A man is going viral for all the wrong reasons after he allegedly smashed a truck into his ex-wife’s home and vehicle for not taking him back. Relationships can drive people to do crazy things, in some cases even literally. In a series of TikToks posted to the platform, a man completely annihilated an LA neighborhood with a truck and it seems to have to do with his former wife. Videos posted by ‘ja.m43’ on the platform are making waves online as they capture the destructive moment when a truck smashed into a home, a destroyed a fence, and a car. “This is the second attack. Before he tore up his front yard fence and garage door, then came with this diesel truck for destruction. all because his ex-wife wouldn’t take him back,” the TikToker explained. “Took almost 30 mins for cops to come when we live a mile away from the police station.” Man destroys ex-wife’s house with truck in viral TikToks In five videos, ‘ja.m43’ was able to showcase the moment the truck slammed into another car, a garage and the brutal aftermath of the incident. Once the man, identified by CBS as Ronald Dunn, left the scene, the neighbors could only look on in horror as their street was utterly annihilated. Patricia Dunn explained in an interview that Ronald decided to deliberately crash the truck into her home because she filed for a restraining order. “A man who’s under that kind of rage, who’s to say what he might do? He was trying to kill me. He really was,” she said. The police, meanwhile, have been accused of ignoring the situation despite multiple calls. As the TikToker explained, “someone seriously could have been hurt and the lack of urgency the people we are supposed to feel safe around is terrible.” “If they had been up in here a bit earlier, all of this damage wouldn’t have happened because he came back three times, and they weren’t even here,” Patrica said. Since being uploaded, the videos have gone ultra viral, amassing over 14 million views in just one day.

Man threatens to break IRL streamer’s camera for filming in public – Dexerto
Man threatens to break IRL streamer’s camera for filming in public Twitch/teampms_itspatIRL Twitch streamer TeamPMS_ItsPat was confronted by a man because he was filming inside of a restaurant. Pat was relaxing and drinking a beer at a restaurant in Phu Quoc, Vietnam when a man approached him and asked what he was doing. “What is this?” the man asked the streamer as he wandered towards Pat’s table. “It’s a livestream,” the German replied in English. “It’s a camera? You make movies?” the off-screen man continued to prod. Once Pat explained that he streams, the man went into a tirade about how it was a violation of his privacy. However, despite the man not even being filmed, he still took issue with streamer’s presence and started going on about if the owner gave him permission to film. “Stop it,” the stranger demanded. “I’ll kill the camera. And I’ll take your hat.” For his part, however, Pat didn’t back down and told the man to just go talk to the owner if he felt so strongly about his privacy. Once the man walked away, another stranger asked what all the commotion was about. “He was angry, but he was not even on camera!” the German laughed. “Let him be angry, I don’t care.” Turning his camera back on himself, the streamer started mocking the angry man and pointed angrily at his viewers. “You have camera? You have camera? You have camera? It’s privacy.” While it wasn’t nearly as intimidating or iconic, there were certainly some Robert De Niro “you talkin’ to me” Taxi Driver vibes going on. Eventually, a server approached Pat about what happened. “Where’s he from? He’s not even sitting here,” the streamer said, causing both he and the server to laugh out loud. Pat may want to consider himself lucky though, all things considered. As Dexerto has reported, some IRL streamers have been attacked in the past by people who didn’t want to be filmed. While IRL streaming remains popular, it certainly comes with its share of risks.

Man tackles porch pirate trying to escape with stolen package in New York – Dexerto
Man tackles porch pirate trying to escape with stolen package in New York Yonkers Police Department/FacebookA man was caught on camera tackling a porch pirate to the ground as he was running from the police after stealing a package from a stranger’s porch. “Porch Pirates” have become more common recently after a wave of thefts in 2023 that saw many criminals blatantly steal delivery packages from the fronts of people’s homes. Recently, a porch pirate in Yonkers, New York found out the hard way that it’s not the brightest idea to steal packages from a porch that is equipped with a doorbell camera. The homeowner watched through their security cameras as a man out for a stroll walked up to his porch and stuffed a package into his backpack. The thief then grabbed another delivery from the several that were sitting on the porch before he walked away. Good Samaritan tackles porch pirate in police chase The Yonkers Police Department responded to the call and spotted the man they soon identified as 27-year-old Francisco Jose Eder Mateo of the Bronx. When officers approached Eder Mateo, he quickly started to run away. Officers gave chase, and after dropping the stolen goods and losing his camouflage jacket, he was finally taken down by a good Samaritan. According to the Yonkers Police Department, the good Samaritan turned out to be a Yonkers public works employee who saw Eder Mateo run from the police. Surveillance footage shows the public works employee hopping out of his car after noticing that the thief had burst through the line and past the linebackers. Click here if video doesn’t load Without hesitation, he ran towards Eder Mateo and tackled him to the ground, where officers took over and put him in handcuffs. According to the Yonkers Police Department, he was charged two felonies; fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. The police department issued a message following the arrest to any thieves thinking about targeting Yonkers. It reads, “To any future thieves planning to commit these crimes in Yonkers- pick somewhere else.” “Our residents, Officers, and City employees will not stand by and allow you to victimize people in this City. Man sues for $75,000 after popular Facebook group shames his dating history U.S. District Court / Illnois Northern District / FacebookA Chicago man has claimed to be seeking $75,000 in damages over comments shaming his dating history and warning others to avoid, in a post to the Are We Dating the Same Guy Facebook group. Dating and finding love has been revolutionized over the years, as many people have turned to using their mobile devices through apps such as Tinder and Bumble to find love. With social media also taking over society as we know it, this has caused a rise in pages and groups forming surrounding dating and relationships. One of these is the popular Facebook group ‘Are We Dating the Same Guy?’ which focuses around reviews and experiences with people they have dated in different areas. Now, a man who was posted in the Chicago page, has filed a lawsuit against the members of the group and Facebook itself for damaging comments towards his dating history and reputation. Man sues Facebook dating group over “ill-minded” comments Nikko D’Ambrosio, 32, from Chicago, has filed a defamation lawsuit on January 11, 2024, against 28 members of the popular Facebook group. According to Today, who obtained the court documents made to District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, he has sued multiple companies, such as Meta and Facebook themselves. It has been made in response to the original post that was shared to the page, which revealed his name and featured a photograph of him. Following the post, it quickly gained traction and received various negative comments from users from Chicago who had allegedly dated him and warned others to avoid. “I went out with him a few times just over a year ago, he told me what I wanted to hear until I slept with him and then he ghosted… I’d steer clear,” one woman said. Another commented: ‘We met organically in Chicago two and a half months ago. Very clingy very fast. Flaunted money very awkwardly and kept talking about how I don’t want to see his bad side.” D’Ambrosio has sued for seven different counts in total. These include defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy by false light, civil liability for doxxing, misappropriation, unjust enrichment and public disclosure of private facts. In a statement to CBS, D’Ambrosio’s attorneys revealed: “We’ve been working on this for several months. We’ve tried everything but sue these people. We tried sending them registered letters, sending them cease-and-desist letters – to no avail.” Further calling him a “victim” in the matter.

Man sues Walmart & demands ‘unlimited lifetime shopping’ – Dexerto
Man sues Walmart & demands ‘unlimited lifetime shopping’ TaurusEmerald, Wikimedia CommonsA Texas man is making headlines after he decided to take on one of the biggest Supermarket chains – Walmart. The story is somewhat of a mystery, as the complaints do not detail the reason behind why he’s pursuing legal action. Roderick Jackson claims an undisclosed incident occurred back in 2021, in Omaha, Nebraska when he visited the local Walmart. He says that here, the event that transpired included “false pretense of shoplifting.” He also said that his civil rights were violated “based on race/color.” As a result, he’s demanding that the company give him 100 million dollars in compensation or unlimited lifetime shopping privileges. Walmart responds to man demanding ‘unlimited lifetime shopping’ The supermarket store has come forward and publicly responded to the man’s demands. A spokesperson for the company asserted: “Mr. Jackson’s allegations are almost identical to a lawsuit he filed against our company in 2021 that was dismissed. “We intend to defend the company against the allegations once we have been properly served and will quickly ask the court to dismiss any claims that are without merit.” Apparently, the man in question has sued the company before, filing that the same incident took place. Walmart said that they do not under any circumstance, “tolerate discrimination of any kind,” like that reported by Roderick. Discrimination and harassment are also a subsection of Walmart’s code of conduct, which notes that they are “committed to a workplace that is free of harassment and discrimination.”

Man stunned as footage of him stealing from store ruins job interview – Dexerto
Man stunned as footage of him stealing from store ruins job interview TIKTOK: kieyinA job applicant was left speechless when the company that was interviewing him showed footage of him stealing from the store he was applying to. TikToker Kian admitted to stealing from an unnamed retail store, only for him to then decide to apply for a job there at a later date. Unfortunately for him, this store had security cameras installed. In a viral video with over 330,000 views, Kian said that the people interviewing him for the job decided to show him the camera footage of him shoplifting from their store. “When I went for a job interview and they showed me footage of me stealing from them,” he wrote in a text overlay of the 5-second clip, as he put his hand over his mouth and moved his head around in despair. TikTok reacts to job applicant getting caught stealing by employers TikTok users in the comments shared their thoughts on the situation, with many saying Kian’s likely not allowed to apply to certain stores in the future for this reason. “There goes Wal-Mart, Costco, dollar store, Domino’s, shoppers, Hot Topic, Claire’s, and a few others,” one wrote. “There goes 2 Walmarts, 3 crystal shops, and MULTIPLE dollar generals,” another quipped. “Not gonna be able to work retail chains,” a third added. Others shared how they would react if something similar happened to them. “The way I would’ve lied and said that’s my twin or triplet,” one user commented. “Just tell them to take it out of the first paycheck,” a second joked. “If they did this to me I would simply die the second I recognize myself on the footage,” someone else shared. In the caption of his video, the TikToker revealed that he did not get the job he applied for, which is not surprising considering his interviewers caught him shoplifting.

Man sues Airbnb host for sending his wife photos of him with another woman – Dexerto
Man sues Airbnb host for sending his wife photos of him with another woman U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi / airbnbAn Airbnb host is being sued after allegedly blackmailing a guest and sending a photo to his wife that showed him with another woman. A man’s weekend get-together with old friends has ended in a lawsuit following the vengeful actions of the Airbnb “superhost” for whom he was a guest. Shawn Mackey filed a 22-page complaint against Airbnb and in particular, host Pamela Fohler, after photos of him with another woman were sent to his wife. The extortion attempt was seemingly the result of a bad review Mackay left after he was nearly kicked out from the Airbnb on allegations of ‘disruptive’ behavior. The complaint reveals Mackay rented the Fohler’s house back in September 2022 for four guests with the possibility of additional friends coming by for a “very lowkey” dinner. While Fohler initially told Mackay she would be “delighted” to host the group and “voiced no objection” to the additional guests, things quickly turned sour once Mackay had checked in and sent through a list of all expected attendees. Fohler revealed each additional guest would incur an additional cost, no matter if they were spending the night. She went on to allege that neighbors had made noise complaints about the group, before ultimately asking them to leave. With nowhere to go, Mackay called and spoke to Fohler’s husband, arranging for the group to be allowed to complete their stay. Mackay later left a negative review once the weekend had concluded and requested a partial refund of $502.46. However, Airbnb denied his request and suspended his account pending an investigation. Fohler also allegedly began to ‘harass’ Mackay about his review and after gathering requested security footage, resorted to blackmail. “Sorry it took so long to get the photos you requested together to show your stay at our home. But I had faith, was driven by integrity, so I committed to get these posted for you and Airbnb,” Fohler wrote according to the complaint. “Photo at 3:16 AM is especially notable. Should I forward the photos and videos to [Mackey’s wife] Teresa, or will you?” The image from the security camera showed Mackay with another woman, which was ultimately sent to Mackay’s wife after he refused to pay a requested $960 bill from Airbnb. While Fohler has denied all claims, Mackay is pushing forward with the lawsuit and is seeking unspecified actual and punitive damages. The complaint claims Mackay “has suffered economic damages and damages to his marriage, and emotional damages as a result to the Defendants’ invasion of his privacy rights.” Airbnb has filed a motion to compel arbitration in the case, while Fohler has filed a motion to dismiss.

Man stealing bike stops to cuddle household dog: “I love you too” – Dexerto
Man stealing bike stops to cuddle household dog: “I love you too” TikTok: ctvnewsSan Diego police released footage of a man who stole a bike from a garage, but not before he made sure to give the household dog plenty of love. The video has many saying the owner should let the suspect keep the stolen goods. San Diego police say they’re looking for a suspect who they say took a bicycle from a garage, but not before stopping to pet the household dog. Posted to TikTok on the account ‘ctvnews’, the video shows a man about to leave a garage with a stolen bike when a very friendly golden retriever insisted on coming along. Bringing the excited dog back inside, the man decided he had time for a quick cuddle, resulting in the sweetest suspect footage we’ve ever seen. “You’re the coolest dog I’ve ever known,” the man said, cupping the dog’s face in his hands and giving him a kiss on the head. “I love you too,” the man continued. “You’re a sweetheart, I want you to come home with me.” But despite being a bike thief, the young man wasn’t about to steal a family’s beloved pet. In fact, he started to question why the homeowner would leave the garage door open when there was a dog inside. “Where’s your dad? Your dad should not leave your garage open,” he said in between belly rubs. He then hilariously shouted out to the homeowner, “Dad? Where are you?” After some more cuddles and compliments, the man eventually left with the bike, leaving the excitable retriever looking a little disappointed. “My soft heart wouldn’t even press charges,” one person commented. Another said, “Dog [is] offering a tour of the house and the safe combination.” The man promised to return the bike before taking it, though it is unknown whether he followed through. Man stabs child after being called an “NPC” – Dexerto
Man stabs child after being called an “NPC” Dollar Tree Inc.A man stabbed an 11-year-old child at a Dollar Tree after he was called an NPC. The child’s family has since started a Go Fund Me to help offset the cost of medical expenses in their time of need. On Wednesday, April 12, Snohomish County Officers responded to a Dollar Tree in Everett, Washington. Around 5 PM, authorities were made aware of a 29-year-old man who reportedly stabbed an 11-year-old child. Witnesses claimed the man also tried to stab a 13-year-old. The man appeared in court on Thursday, where prosecutors claimed the child had called the assailant an “NPC.” This is a term used in video games that means ‘non-player character’ and refers to pre-scripted characters that aren’t in control of their own actions. This term has recently been used online by controversial personalities such as Andrew Tate and Sneako to refer to individuals they claim haven’t “escaped the matrix.” After being called an NPC, the man allegedly chased the children into the Dollar Tree before stabbing the 11-year-old with a kitchen knife. GoFundMe started by victim’s family When police arrived on the scene, they found the child wounded in the back of the store. He was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett before being transferred to Harborview Medical Center’s trauma unit. Later, the mother of the child launched a GoFundMe titled “A Families Time In Need.” She wrote, “My name is Shanai, and as a single mom of three, I’m swallowing my pride and writing this to reach out for help from my community during my family’s time of need.” She went on to detail how the attack had left her son in the ICU with a pierced lung and liver. The fundraiser has surpassed its initial goal to raise $5,000 and currently sits just above $6,000. “If you are able to donate or share, anything will help us in the process of trying to turn this tragedy into a story of triumph for our family.”

Man sparks backlash after walking through women-only train car in Japan – Dexerto
Man sparks backlash after walking through women-only train car in Japan TikTok: shearingshedvlogsAn Australian man is being slammed on TikTok, after filming himself walking through a women-only train carriage in Japan. In a 21-second TikTok video, which has amassed 2.2 million views, vlogger ShearingShedVlogs wanted to share what “shocked [him] as an Aussie in Japan.” The tourist recorded himself walking onto a train carriage intended for women only, with big pink signs written in English and in Japanese. “It’s like Saudi Arabia in here,” he said, looking less than impressed. As he walked through the car, he filmed several female passengers who appeared somewhat uncomfortable with his presence. “I am the woman inspector, checking there’s only women on this carriage,” the TikToker said in the clip. “This ‘women-only’ carriage is the last thing I would expect to be seeing in such a free country like Japan,” he wrote in the video caption, adding that it and reminds him of something he would see “in a country with strict segregation rules.” The controversial clip has since sparked outrage on TikTok and other social media platforms, with many blasting the tourist for being invasive and comparing women-only train cars to segregation. “It’s not segregation it’s for women’s safety and guys like you are why they exist,” one user wrote. “You have bad manners for not respecting Japan traditions, you are embarrassing yourself,” another said. “How dare you invade a safe space for women. Do you not even know about the sexual harassment suffered? It’s like toilets, stay out,” someone else added. Sexual harassment in Japanese trains, also known as “chikan,” continues to be an ongoing problem in the country. According to a 2019 survey conducted by the Japan Broadcasting Corporation, it was reported that 47.9% of the women polled had been touched inappropriately on a train. Japan first introduced women-only cars in December 2000, in response to female commuters’ complaints about groping by drunken men during the bōnenkai party season.

Man sparks backlash after proposing to girlfriend in crowded hot air balloon – Dexerto
Man sparks backlash after proposing to girlfriend in crowded hot air balloon TikTok: graysworldA man is sparking backlash on TikTok after proposing to his girlfriend in a crowded hot air balloon — and she begged him to stop his grand gesture. But is it real? Proposals are meant to be heartwarming romantic gestures — but sometimes they can go askew in the worst ways possible. Take, for instance, one guy who lost his ring in the sand during his grand proposal on a beach, or a couple whose proposal at Disneyland Paris ended up getting ruined by an employee who snatched the ring away. However, the latest proposal going viral online is making users seriously cringe and lash out at the guy for his not-so-unique proposal idea. Man’s hot air balloon proposal goes viral – but is it real? On November 11, TikTok user Gray Fagan uploaded a video of himself in a hot air balloon with his girlfriend on what, at first, seemed to be a seriously romantic date. The balloon appeared to be pretty crowded, but despite the close quarters, he popped the question to his partner, ring in hand… but she didn’t seem very enthused by the situation. Instead, his girlfriend urged him to stop making a scene, whispering “Please stop.” Judging by her body language, it seemed like this was the exact opposite of the proposal she’d envisioned. Users were quick to lash out at Gray in the comments, with one user pointing out: “The people in the back started minding their business QUICK.” “This is actually so sad,” another wrote. “Do not do a public proposal unless you’ve talked about marriage and it’s 100% sure she will say yes and is just waiting on you to pop the question,” another advised. However, it’s looking like this entire thing may have been totally staged. Gray posted a follow-up video showing his girlfriend (fiancé?) happily posing with the ring despite her previous reservations. In the video, she apparently drops the heirloom ring off the side of the balloon and tearfully apologizes to her man. Due to the theatrics of the entire thing, quite a few commenters are speculating that it might be faked. Despite this, both videos have gone pretty viral on TikTok, racking up a total 40 million views as comments continue to pour in.

Man smashes through window and uses grinder to open safe at Taco Bell – Dexerto
Man smashes through window and uses grinder to open safe at Taco Bell YouTube: ABC24 MemphisA masked man dove through a drive-thru window and used a metal grinder to break into a safe at Taco Bell. Police are currently investigating after it was reported that a man jumped through a drive-thru window at a Taco Bell, breaking the glass as he entered. In the footage, he can be seen diving through the window, taking the glass with him, which falls on the floor before him. The man clearly knew where the safe was located, underneath the counter, as he began using a grinder to open it. He then proceeded to crawl back out through the drive-thru window, taking the cash he’d stolen with him. The Memphis Police Department hasn’t revealed how much money the thief managed to steal before getting away. Not the first Taco Bell robbery It seems as though this isn’t the first time Taco Bell has been targeted by criminals. On October 24, in Minnetonka, two men and a woman performed a robbery at gunpoint in the establishment. They allegedly made an order at the drive-thru, then proceeded to drive to the window, where the man jumped out of the backseat, and took approximately $1,000 from the register. The woman driving the vehicle was subsequently arrested. On October 24, another drive-thru robbery took place in Knight Arnold. They allegedly forced their way through the open window, demanded the cash, and then escaped. And, Taco Bell isn’t the only fast food restaurant subject to criminal activity. Workers at the Waffle House complained that they were tired of brawling customers in the establishment, and demanded safer working conditions.

Man sparks backlash after buying fiance red dress: “Who does he see with this outfit?” – Dexerto
Man sparks backlash after buying fiance red dress: “Who does he see with this outfit?” Instagram: kimberlyy.pereiraA woman on TikTok is going viral after her fiancé bought her a red dress and told her to style her hair a certain way, with many commenters accusing him of trying to turn her into another woman. TikTok is in an uproar after viewers took issue with a video uploaded by user Kimberly Pereira on January 4. In the video, Pereira’s fiancé is seen giving her a red dress that he wants her to wear. The dress is a bodycon-style affair with three peekaboo cutouts in the middle. That’s not all; Pereira’s boo also tells her to style her hair in a very specific way, asking her to leave “two strands” hanging in front of her face with the rest in an updo. Although Pereira seemed amused by her man’s odd request, commenters were not here for his very specific stylistic requirements. In fact, more than a few accused him of trying to make her look like another woman — possibly, a model he saw on Instagram. Man sparks outrage after buying his fiancé a red dress “Who the hell does he see with this exact outfit? And trying to turn me into that woman? No thanks,” one commenter said. “Yeah no, because who is he trying to recreate with me?” another asked. “That would break my heart thinking he saw and memorized the exact look from another girl and was so unforgettable he’s trying to make me into her,” another admitted. However, Pereira doesn’t believe that her fiancé’s intentions were in any way malicious. She hit back at the comments in a follow-up video, where she lip-synced over audio that says: “You know what it never was? That serious.” That’s not all; Pereira’s fiance even created a video that she uploaded on her TikTok account, clearing up the situation after receiving a swath of hateful messages. In the video, her fiancé explains that he was inspired by the photo of Samantha Rayner modeling the dress on White Fox, where she wears a similar hairstyle to the one he requested. “This is just a hairstyle that I saw that I felt was nice with this dress and could be easily replicated by my beautiful fiancé,” he clarified. “So no, I am not fantasizing about this woman.” This isn’t the first time a couple has sparked debate on TikTok; previously, a woman stirred up commentary after carrying her drunk boyfriend home on her back in a viral video.

Man slaps bear to protect his family in viral TikTok video – Dexerto
Man slaps bear to protect his family in viral TikTok video Tiktok: anthonymooren174While on a walk with his dogs, a man discovered a bear approaching his family. In a fight or flight response, he growled at the bear, making loud noises to frighten the animal. When the bear walked up too close, he slapped the bear in the face, protecting his family. For areas of the world where bears reside, running into them can be incredibly dangerous. An aggressive bear is capable of murdering practically any unarmed person, therefore it’s always wise to execute caution when in their presence. In a viral TikTok video with over 750 thousand likes shared on September 21, a man threw caution to the wind, and assaulted a bear to ensure his family’s safety. Man slaps bear in viral TikTok When a man ran into a bear recently, rather than fleeing and panicking, his protective instincts kicked in while on camera. The now-viral TikTok video begins by showing the man’s family on a casual stroll with what appears to be his significant other and his dogs. The dogs abruptly paused, then barked towards something off-screen. Upon turning the corner, the man noticed the bear. Everyone, excluding the brave man, flees at the sight of the predator. Instead of running with them, the man’s protective instincts kicked in. “ARGGHHH. ROAAR!” the man screamed at the bear, while pushing his family to safety. One of the dogs attempted to confront the bear, but the owner stopped them. “GET BACK!” he yelled, yanking the leash, and bringing the dog to safety. Chasing the dogs, the bear approached the man. “GET BACK!” the man yells once again, following his warning by slapping the bear in the face. Gasps could be heard in the background. After being slapped, the bear ran away. The man successfully protected his family from a potentially dangerous bear. People in the comment section laughed at the predicament soon after. “Dude said call an ambulance, but not for me,” one user comments. Another added “laugh all you want but fight or flight and that Ole boy wasn’t playing.” Bears aren’t the only danger highlighted on TikTok. Users have been making content out of the natural disaster: Hurricane Ian.

Man smashed by car in wild brawl at famous ‘TikTok Motel’ – Dexerto
Man smashed by car in wild brawl at famous ‘TikTok Motel’ Screenshots via Google Map/NBC New York videoA man was repeatedly hit by a car during a wild brawl at a motel in New Jersey that has become pretty famous on TikTok over the last few months. With TikTok becoming bigger and bigger as the days, weeks, and months pass by, there are certain locations and people that you might spot over and over again on your For You Page. Some locations have become ‘TikTok famous’ because viewers want to follow their favorite creators and go there themselves. These are typically off the beaten track a little bit, and aren’t the typical landmarks that you’re going to find in any tourism guide books. That’s the case with the Lincoln Motel Hotel in New Jersey. Its owner, Brian Arya, has picked up a hefty following on TikTok for showing the inner working of the motel and charity work. Though, it’s gone viral for a different reason this time. Brawl breaks out at New Jersey motel as man tries to drive over another Instead of an uplifting, feel-good story, the motel has been in the headlines because of a wild brawl that happened on its premise. While plenty of punches were thrown, the CCTV cameras of the motel caught the fact that one of the men involved tried to repeatedly run over another man. The driver, a 42-year-old man from Western New York, hit the man at least twice including one revved-up moment where he appeared to try and pin him against the wall. The driver attempted to make a getaway when the police showed up, however, the damage the Western New Yorker had done to his car stopped him from making a clean getaway. He was eventually arrested by police. Arya, the owner of the premise, told NBC New York that it was a “scary” moment for everyone at the motel, especially as they continue trying to “clean up” the place. The 42-year-old driver now faces charges for the fight, including aggravated assault. The other man’s injuries are not thought to be life-threatening, despite his brush with the car’s hood.

Man slammed after saying being a stay-at-home mom is ‘not a job’ – Dexerto
Man slammed after saying being a stay-at-home mom is ‘not a job’ TIKTOK: dustinpoynterA man has been slammed on TikTok after saying that being a stay-at-home mom is not a real job, but a “privilege.” TikToker and dad Jared Sayre was criticized online after he posted a now-deleted video of himself responding to a commenter who’d argued that being a stay-at-home mom is a job. “Being a stay-at-home mom is not a job whatsoever. It’s a privilege,” the man proclaimed. “Do you know how many single mothers out there actually have jobs and then have to come home and do your job?” Jared noted that he’d taken four months off of work to watch his daughter at home, and claimed it was the “easiest sh*t.” He continued, “I can do all the daily responsibilities that come with taking care of a house in no time, and other than that, all you have to do is watch your kid.” Despite his passionate response, he did say he has “respect” for stay-at-home moms and that “the world needs more of them because it’s good for the kid.” Dad slammed for being a ‘red flag’ Jared’s perspective received heavy backlash on TikTok. One user, Dustin Poynter, stitched his video, and waved a massive red flag to express his disagreement with the dad’s argument. Dustin said he grew up with a stay-at-home mom, and because he was much older than his siblings, he was very aware of how much work she was doing. “I witnessed firsthand the stress that comes with maintaining an entire house – Olympic diving across the kitchen to save your child from putting its hand in the garbage disposal 50 times a day, listening to constant screaming meltdowns,” he revealed. The TikToker also added how stay-at-home parents have the extra responsibility of raising their kids and ensuring they don’t “cause irrevocable physical and psychological harm to an innocent human being who didn’t ask to be here.” Many users commented on the video, with one saying, “The audacity to think you just ‘watch’ your kids instead of ‘raise’ your kids.” Another wrote, “Being a mother is the hardest job I have ever done, it’s the best job but the most demanding.” A third said, “I’ve been both. Being a stay-at-home mom is way harder.”

However, the one-year-old was not interested in taking part, prompting the husband to take the sponge cake and smash it onto his wife’s face. “The time I wanted to choke my husband for putting our son’s smash cake in my face, surrounded my family I had just met for the first time,” Candie wrote in the caption. “I cried like a baby.” TikTok users in the comments were horrified by what they saw, and slammed the husband for his behavior. “I will never understand people who find humor in publicly humiliating their spouses,” one user wrote. “I get weird vibes from him. Your feelings are 100% valid, I’m sorry,” another said. “Yes, I would’ve been mortified, hurt and embarrassed as well. Some people lack empathy,” a third commented. “That man wanted the attention on him,” another added. Others urged the mom to get a divorce, and told her to notice the “red flags” and “run.” Candie has since defended her husband in a follow-up clip. The TikToker explained that the situation happened a year ago, assuring viewers that she can now laugh about it and has accepted that it “sucked.” For more entertainment news and other viral stories, head over to check out our coverage.

Man sentenced to 16 years for coercing minor on GTA Online to send explicit photos – Dexerto
Man sentenced to 16 years for coercing minor on GTA Online to send explicit photos Rockstar/Jefferson County Sheriff’s OfficeA Georgia man has been sentenced to 16 years in federal prison after coercing a young child he met in GTA Online to send him indecent photos. On May 9, 2021, it was explained in court that Keyshawn Omar Cooper, 21, of Waynesboro, GA, had communicated with an 11-year-old in Missouri, persuading the victim to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of creating visual depictions that the victim then sent to Cooper. The child’s mother discovered what was happening and reported it to Missouri police, who enlisted the FBI to help them hunt down Cooper, who had been pretending to be a young girl to persuade the child to send the photos. Those images, along with those of other children, were found on a seized phone. Cooper was sentenced to 200 months in prison after previously pleading guilty to Production of Child Pornography, said Jill E. Steinberg, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia. U.S. District Court Chief Judge J. Randal Hall also ordered Cooper to pay $3,000 in restitution, and to serve 15 years of supervised release and register as a sex offender after completion of his prison term. The 11-year-old child had been coerced into sending indecent photos to a grown man that they had met in Grand Theft Auto Online. “This predatory crime represents a nightmare scenario for parents whose children connect with others to play games over the internet,” said U.S. Attorney Steinberg. “Thanks to the vigilance of one of those parents and diligent law enforcement partners, Keyshawn Cooper is no longer a danger to children.” The fear of many parents is the threat that being online can possess. Despite technological advances in child safety over the years, there is still a lot on the internet that parents will want to protect their children from.

Man shocks viewers after revealing he left contacts in for three years – Dexerto
Man shocks viewers after revealing he left contacts in for three years TikTok: CatsupwithdougA man on TikTok has left viewers shocked after revealing he used a single pair of contacts for three years in a row from 2012 to 2015. There’s no doubt that a large number of people worldwide need some sort of vision correction, whether they go with traditional glasses or contacts, or even opt to get Lasik surgery to correct the issue. The first two options need to be handled with care, whether it’s making sure you don’t scratch your glasses or keeping your eyes from drying out by taking contacts out every night. TikToker Catsupwithdoug, on the other hand, has shared that he’s “not responsible enough” to have contacts after revealing he wore a pair for three years in a row. TikToker left his contacts in for three years Doug revealed his experience with contacts in an upload on April 24 that quickly went viral. “I put on a pair of contacts in 2012 and I didn’t take them out until sometime in 2015. I mean I was sleeping in these things, never took them out,” he explained. “When I finally had an eye exam, my eye doctor didn’t yell at me but he did excuse himself from the room and go next door and yell in a way that I could hear every word.” “He came back in to tell me all the damage I’d done. Like some kind of build-up behind my eyelids, I developed permanent astigmatism, many things.” Doug went on to reveal that he had to wear glasses for at least a year in order to ever wear contacts again, although he and his doctors came to the conclusion that he’s “not responsible enough” to go back to contacts. Viewers quickly took to the comments to share their own thoughts, with many of them being shocked at how long he kept them in. “HOW THOUGH. My eyes hurt if I accidentally nap in my contacts,” one user commented. Another user said: “I take a 35-minute nap in mine and they feel like they’re glued to my eye. I can’t imagine 3 years.” “As someone who feels their contacts every second when I have them in, I’m just completely flabbergasted,” a third TikToker replied. Man says he thought he was a video game character after dangerous driving charge – Dexerto
Man says he thought he was a video game character after dangerous driving charge Peter Scobie/CBCA North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to reckless driving after imagining he was a character in a video game. 27-year-old Mitchell Kurtis Anderson had been reported for erratic driving in November of 2021. Three separate phone calls were made to the authorities to alert them to Anderson’s behavior on the road. Those who reported his driving in 2021 said that he drove up on curbs, nearly hit pedestrians, and stopped in the middle of an intersection for no apparent reason. Another caller reported that Anderson was ‘out of it’ and ignored other drivers’ attempts to pull him over. Eventually, police made it to the scene, where they found Anderson alone in his blue Honda Civic, driven into a ditch on the side of Lynn Valley Road. At his trial, Anderson claimed he believed he was in a video game. Vancouver driver played GTA IRL, risking lives with ‘respawn’ delusion Anderson allegedly had a past with drug and alcohol abuse. His defense lawyer argued that Anderson had taken drugs to combat his depression, which sent him down a ‘rabbit hole of delusions.’ “He believed essentially that he was living in a computer simulation and that if he died, he would just re-spawn to a different point, and his life would be better,” stated Anderson’s lawyer. During his trial on January 9, the judge preceding the incident opted to give the man leniency. Anderson escaped prison time, instead being banned from driving for a year and forced to do 12 months of probation. “Some people might say driving the way you drove, putting people’s lives and property in danger isn’t deserving of avoiding a criminal record,” the judge said. “Luckily for you, I’m not in that group of people.” Two additional charges of impaired driving and refusing a breathalyzer test were also dropped during the trial.

Man says he was “scammed” by Panera and their $15 portion sizes – Dexerto
Man says he was “scammed” by Panera and their $15 portion sizes TikTok: matt_epsteinAfter taking his Panera order to-go, a man was shocked to see how small the $15 portion sizes were. Ordering food to-go can be tricky — sometimes there are photos of the menu items online and other times there aren’t. However, even when there are descriptive photos, the meal itself doesn’t always size up to it. So, when TikToker Matt expected to get a hefty portion size of Panera’s new teriyaki chicken bowl, he was shocked when he saw just how minimal it was — later saying to his TikTok following that he felt he was “scammed.” Viewers compare Panera’s portion sizes to a “$3 lean cuisine” Matt was eager to order Panera’s teriyaki chicken bowl after seeing its promotion for having just been added to the menu. Though he was “quite surprised” at the $15 price of the meal, Matt was curious about its taste, so he ordered the bowl to go. However, when he pulled the container of rice, chicken, and broccoli out, the size didn’t quite measure up to its expense. Holding the to-go container up to his phone, Matt made sure to clarify just how small the portion size was, saying that there was between “six to eight ounces” of food given. He even mentioned being “tricked” by Panera, saying, “I was tricked into one of the biggest scams by this company Panera Bread.” Matt also claimed that Panera must be struggling financially, saying, “This company must be in serious trouble. Otherwise, I don’t understand why they’d be scamming customers like this.” Those who saw his viral TikTok explainer took to his comments to iterate similar feelings about Panera’s portion sizes and prices, saying that they would “never again” buy food from the company because it’s gotten to be too expensive. One viewer even joked about the meal looking like a “$3 lean cuisine.” While another compared Panera’s menu items to “cafeteria food.” Though Matt did say he felt “scammed,” he has not commented on whether or not he’ll give Panera another chance.

Tim Hortons is one of Canada’s most popular restaurant chains, and while its coffee and donuts are mostly well-liked, it’s not exactly the kind of food you’d expect to see someone willing to go to jail over. In a ridiculous viral video making rounds on TikTok, a man went to extreme lengths to get some baked goods, jumping over the counter to retrieve the item while being filmed in the process. Knife-wielding man steals donut from Tim Hortons The video, originally uploaded by user ‘jayman23231’ has since been deleted after going viral, but it’s since been reposted by Toronto news network 6ixbuzztv. Captioned “It’s getting crazy in downtown Toronto,” the footage shows a man behind the counter of the store while an alarm siren sounds. Instead of taking money, however, the man took a donut and proceeded to leave, even dropping his weapon on the floor as he exited the establishment. Users in the comments were in absolute shock, not just at the crime, but at what was stolen as well. “Down in the states people are breaking in and stealing from Best Buy, jewelry stores, top brand clothing… And in Toronto… A donut!” one exclaimed. “This Tim Hortons does not have a good variety of donuts,” another remarked. Others used this incident to voice concern about the state of the city as a whole commenting, “Toronto has become a sh*t show. Only going to get worse.” It’s not known if the suspect was apprehended or if he consumed the tasty treats.

Man reveals he needed therapy for Tinder addiction: “I was swiping on 500 women a day” – Dexerto
Man reveals he needed therapy for Tinder addiction: “I was swiping on 500 women a day” Good Faces Agency/UnsplashA man named Ed Turner has opened up and revealed that he became addicted to swiping on women on dating apps like Tinder, which made him seek help in therapy. Online dating has changed the game, opening singles up to a bigger dating pool than ever before, with apps letting singles swipe right on other singles they find attractive and might want to get to know better. However, sometimes the options can become too much, or even addicting. A man named Ed Turner, 27, said he “obsessively” used dating apps to feel a “rush” when women “liked” his profile, and revealed he had to seek treatment for his Tinder addiction after swiping on 500 profiles per day. Despite the endless swiping, Turner confessed he had no intention of actually meeting any of the many ladies he was swiping on or finding a girlfriend. But, he also admitted it would upset him if someone didn’t message him back. Man reveals he’s addicted to swiping on Tinder Speaking to the i Paper, Turner said: “I would get highs when I was getting a lot of matches with people that I found attractive but it would always be followed by a crash because it’s not sustainable. “Validation from others was the only thing keeping me going.” Despite his efforts, Turner said he only matched with “around five percent” of the women, with even fewer choosing to start a conversation with him. “If a person didn’t respond to me or didn’t message me in the first place it would crush me,” Turner said. “I would get highs when I was getting a lot of matches with people that I found attractive but it would always be followed by a crash because it’s not sustainable.” Turner eventually ended up in a relationship with a woman he met offline — but he still couldn’t quit thinking about the apps. “It made me feel like a bad partner. I didn’t do anything and I never talked to women while I was in that relationship but it had an effect on me,” he said. “That high was gone.” After the end of that relationship, Turner turned to Tinder again. He soon ended up in therapy where he was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and depression. And although he has quit the apps now, single Turner revealed he struggles to stay off them, suppressing an insatiable urge to start swiping again.

Man receives criticism for “garbage can” van after cleaning it for wife – Dexerto
Man receives criticism for “garbage can” van after cleaning it for wife TikTok: jakehurleyofficialA wife may have ended up with a cleaned van, but her husband received the short end of the stick, receiving backlash online for how dirty their vehicle was. A man bet his wife that he could clean their van and find enough items of trash to sing “12 Days of Christmas.” Though it would include him finding at least 78 pieces of trash in the vehicle, he began to clean it out. Having recorded the end results, the man proved his wife wrong. However, he received a great deal of criticism online after sharing how dirty their van was. Man finds 8 old takeout bags in van while cleaning it Jake Hurley must have known his wife well when he bet her that he could find over 75 items of trash in their van, as he was more than able to do so. He even uploaded a video to TikTok displaying what he found while cleaning, using the “12 Days of Christmas” jingle to showcase the pieces of trash he collected. Instead of “12 drummers drumming,” Hurley found 12 paper cups, so he wrote a text overlay in his video on top of the cups, saying, “12 paper cups.” He continued to count down, finding 11 unmatched shoes, 10 soda cans, 9 straws, 8 takeout bags, 7 dirty dishes, and more. Not only was there a great deal of trash in their van, but there was also dirt and crumbs everywhere, including on the baby seat. After sharing his video to TikTok, Hurley wasn’t met with the holiday spirit he put into the whole idea, as he received a lot of criticism from viewers. Their van was so filthy that one viewer called it a “rolling garbage can.” While another commented, saying, “I always wondered how people got roaches in their car and now I don’t have to wonder anymore!” Many viewers also questioned what the couple’s house looked like on the inside, while others demanded they clean the car seat immediately. Though the van was clearly a mess, Hurley did respond to a comment saying that there were “no roaches.” He also agreed with viewers who said his wife bamboozled him into cleaning out their van.

Man regrets his life decisions after promising to eat 100,000 slices of cheese – Dexerto
Man regrets his life decisions after promising to eat 100,000 slices of cheese TikTok: cheeze_louise__A man promising to eat one slice of cheese for every follower has been left regretting his life choices after his account went viral. With the rise of TikTok, users have continued to find new and unique ways to help their accounts gain traction and followers. One man, however, may have bitten off more than he can chew after dedicating his account to eating as many slices of cheese as he has followers. Going by ‘cheeze_louise__‘ on the popular social media platform, he was left ‘debating’ his life choices after the second day saw him consume 24 slices of cheese. Now that day three is rolling around, his following has spiked to nearly 75,000. Day one saw Cheeze Louise start with eight slices for eight followers, asking those keeping up with his journey to offer suggestions on what types of cheese he should include next. By day two, Cheeze Louise’s follower count had tripled, forcing him to include two varieties of cheese to make up the number of slices — though this already began to highlight the challenge’s difficulty. “I actually had to switch from the Kraft Singles to Sergento thin slices because I ran out of the delicious Kraft Singles,” Cheeze Louise said. “And I tell you, I have a preference and it is not Sergento. Zero out of 10 — horrible cheeses.” At one point Cheeze Louise admitted the challenge was already “really taking a toll on [his] body,” though he promised to press on until reaching his goal. He didn’t expect his video to go viral, resulting in tens of thousands of new followers overnight. Taking to TikTok on day three, Cheeze Louise admitted he wasn’t too sure how to tackle the insane number of cheese slices owed to his followers; “What am I supposed to do now? You guys just want to watch me bloody kill over and die?” “If it were within the realm of possibility to eat [75,000] slices of cheese… I would do it for you guys. But it’s impossible,” he continued. Instead, he asked his followers for suggestions on how to tackle the immense task; “Top comment. I’ll do it within reason — I don’t wanna die. I don’t want to destroy my guts, my inners.” So far, one of the top suggestions includes eating a piece of shredded cheese for each follower; “Definitely the shredded cheese thing, the idea of [75,000] shredded cheese pieces is funny to me for some reason.” Another suggested, “I vote to set up a cheese debt and work your way through it for months/years to come… Could be fun to try different recipes with various cheeses along the way.”

Man pulls gun on streamer pouring fake gasoline on cars for prank – Dexerto
Man pulls gun on streamer pouring fake gasoline on cars for prank Twitter/CatchUpFeedA streamer’s decision to pour fake gasoline on cars for content could have cost him his life when the prank backfired. It seems as more and more content creators try to go viral, the absurdity of their videos increases, and some have been engaging in extremely dangerous acts. Just recently we’ve seen TikTokers spark backlash by walking into random people’s houses in the middle of the day – and now, a live streamer nearly got himself shot by pouring fake gasoline on vehicles. In a video going viral on Reddit and Twitter, a streamer was walking through a parking lot with a gas can filled with water pouring the “gasoline” on vehicles when a man armed with a gun confronted him. Streamer gets gun pulled on for threatening to burn vehicles As the video begins, the streamer tells someone in a parked vehicle that they were “burning their car down,” prompting the owner to get out and confront the content creator. “F**k your car, man. It’s over,” the streamer said. Although the streamer eventually let the man know it was just a prank, when he tried doing the same thing to an elderly man, he got a very different response. This time, the victim of the prank pulled a gun out of his car, leading the streamer to confess that the “gas” was just water immediately – but the man wasn’t having any of it. “It better be water, partner. Or you’re one dead son of a b*tch,” he warned. “You stay out of this. I don’t want to do that. You almost died, you stupid son of a b*tch.” Despite bringing a can of water to what could have turned into a gunfight, the streamer had the nerve to strike back, calling the elderly man a “p*ssy.” Unfortunately, that’s where the video ends, so it’s not clear what happened after this, nor is it known when the clip was originally posted before being reuploaded to Reddit and the CatchUp Twitter account. This isn’t the first time a prankster had a gun pulled on them. Things ended a lot worse for YouTuber Tanner Cook who was actually shot by a man when a prank in a mall food court turned into a fight.

Man pursues iPhone “scammer” in car chase for ripping off little brother for $1200 – Dexerto
Man pursues iPhone “scammer” in car chase for ripping off little brother for $1200 Instagram: @icellphonezzTwo iPhone salesmen were hunted down in a car chase after allegedly scamming a man’s little brother for over $1000 for fake iPhones. A man’s little brother claimed they were scammed after the teenager thought he had purchased two iPhone 15s for $1,200, which, in fact, were iPhone XRs disguised as the newest iPhone. His big brother and phone expert, @icellphonezz, wasn’t about to let that slide, as he pulled up on the alleged scammers in person to demand the money back. @icellphonezz, who has a following of over 150k followers on Instagram, posted the video to his social media and it has since gone viral. In the video, he examined the phones sold to his little brother for $1200, noting that you can “kind of tell it’s as XR by the way they glued a back piece onto it.” “This one has a sim tray, and the 14s and up in the US don’t have a sim tray,” he explained. “Well, let’s go see what’s up with this foo then”. “Where’d you get those?” icellphonezz asked. “Because the ones in the States, they don’t have SIM Trays.” “I have a distributor” replied the iPhone seller. “You can tell right away that’s an XR, that’s an iPhone XR, that’s not a 15,” replied icellphonezz. “You got my little brother for $1200 yesterday […] so basically you scammed him […] he needs his money back”. “I don’t have his money right now bro” the man responded, and moved to get back into the car after being asked for his information. icellphonezz clearly didn’t believe that if the men left they would come back with the money, so he and his brother proceeded to grab the open passenger door, preventing the car from moving. “$1200, right now, right now!” icellphonez shouted, but the men wouldn’t give up the money, and it appears he threw a punch before they sped off, hitting another car in the process. Heated car chase ensues The men tried to escape, driving off suddenly again when stopped by the man and his little brother for the money, until eventually they were tracked down again in a supermarket car park and gave up the chase. In the final clip of the video, one of the alleged scammers can be heard saying “I was just rolling with him I didn’t even know what was going on,” as he gives back the money. “You got all your money back, right?” the icellphonezz asked, to which his younger brother responded by pulling a stack of $1200 in cash out of his pocket to show the camera. “Just know it’s love fool, real sh*t”.

Man phones into court hearing for suspended license while driving Twitter: Sky NewsA court Judge was left at a loss for words after a defendant dialed into his suspended license court hearing while in his car and driving. A man from Michigan has gone viral after footage of him phoning into his court hearing for a suspended license while driving to the doctor was shared online. Corey Harris was due to appear in court after a suspended license hearing, however, the case took a massive turn for the worse when Harris decided to join the court case via Zoom while driving his car. In the clip, Harris can be seen joining the Zoom call and almost immediately getting called out by Judge Cedric Simpson after the Judge realized Harris was driving. After Judge Simpson realized the situation, he asked the defendant, “Mr. Harris, are you driving?” After a brief pause, Harris responded, stating, “Actually, I’m pulling into my doctor’s office. Just give me one second.” At this point in the video, Harris doesn’t appear to realize the major error he has made, the Judge then chooses to spell it out for him, clear as day. “So maybe I don’t understand something, this is a driver with a suspended license and he was just driving and he didn’t have a license. I’m looking at his record and he doesn’t have a license, he’s suspended and he was just driving.” After this sunk in, Harris muttered “oh” to himself and the court listening in before ending his connection to the Zoom call and vanishing from the screen. Once again perplexed, Judge Simpson looks around the court, completely baffled by what just unfolded, before stating, “I don’t even know why he would do that.” Following this interaction, Judge Simpson then chose to revoke Harris’s bond and ordered him to turn himself in to the local jail. Comment sections of the now-viral clip have been filled with online users completely flabbergasted, one X user said “You can’t make this up” while another wrote, “This is so ridiculous and way out of line he definitely will be in jail for a long time.”

However, the ethics of making videos on real-life tragedies are at times questioned — especially when the family members of those involved are still dealing with the aftermath. Now, one man is pleading with TikTokers to stop using his mom’s murder for views after she was killed four years ago by her daughter, who had been struggling with mental illness and was later diagnosed with schizophrenia. Odessa Carey was 73 when she was killed in her home in 2019, and her family is still “trying to put [their] lives back together.” But her son claims TikTokers rehashing the horrific details of the crime are making the grieving journey more difficult than needed. In an exclusive with the Daily Star, Lawrence Crook said, “People see it as entertainment, to see how many likes they can get. But they need to stop and think about the real families behind it.” Still coming to terms with the death and having spent years trying to find his younger sister help before the worst came to fruition, Crook admitted the TikToks “[bring] us all back to day one.” He also stated he had already seen two this year alone, slamming those using his mom’s murder for clicks; “At the end of the day, they haven’t got a clue what they are talking about. If they stopped and thought about the family they wouldn’t do it.” Check out all the latest entertainment news on our page here.

Man on the run after driving cargo van through LEGO store – Dexerto
Man on the run after driving cargo van through LEGO store TikTok: beyondthebrick / Unsplash: Markus SpiskeA LEGO store has been left with “devastating” damage after a cargo van crashed through its windows. Fleeing the scene, the driver remains on the run. There’s a reason “I hope you step on a LEGO” has become such a well-known retort used to express a deep level of resentment. Stepping on the little hard-plastic building blocks is an unpleasant experience far too many have encountered, and it’s better wished only on your worst enemy. One popular LEGO store in Grand Rapids, however, might just be facing a fate worse than that after a van crashed through the front windows of the Bricks & Minifigs store on Saturday, September 23. Left to pick up glass and debris amongst the scattered pieces of the beloved toy, witnesses were left in “shock” following the incident. An employee told WOOD TV8 the van came out of “practically nowhere”, stating that he heard a “loud bang” followed by “the sound of glass shatter and LEGO”. With a major cleanup effort now underway, store owners Julia and Nathan Petersen believe the driver was doing at least 50mph when his vehicle barrelled past the traffic lights opposite the building. “We hope they’re ok,” Julia said when asked about the driver, who fled the scene. It is currently unknown what caused the accident, with a police investigation still underway. Allegedly witnesses told Julia the vehicle did stop at the traffic lights, but then “accelerated through the lights and hit the store.” Despite the “devastating” damage, many have volunteered to help rebuild the beloved store; “We work with LEGO on a daily basis and we know how to rebuild things so, we’re hoping to get back up and running as soon as possible.” Check out all the latest entertainment news on our page here.

Man pays $500 a month to live in a “pod” and TikTok is absolutely shocked – Dexerto
Man pays $500 a month to live in a “pod” and TikTok is absolutely shocked TikTok: viralbangerViewers have been left shocked by a viral TikTok that shows a tiny closet apartment that a man pays $500 monthly for. Apartment and house reveals are popular on TikTok for wowing people, typically with amazing architecture and beautiful decoration. However, there are some cases where viewers are left shocked by how bad a living situation can be. Typically, this can be because they’re living in such a small space, there is trash everywhere, or because of sky-high rent. Well, in a TikTok reposted by MattWalshBlog with over 8.5 million views, people were bewildered at how much money a month one man has been spending on living in a tiny room in a friend’s apartment. People think this might be the worst room ever for $500 The video starts with a man pulling back a curtain on what viewers initially thought to be a closet. However, then he slides back a wooden panel to reveal a space completely taken up by a small bed. The person spending $500 on the room then shows a desk that folds over the bed, and a headboard behind the bed that also serves as a clothes cupboard. He described the space as more than enough to hold “all of my possessions.” However, Twitter users weren’t as impressed with the room as him. Some users described the room as a “little fort,” and were quick to compare the $500 space to “Harry Potter’s room.” Though, not everyone frowned at the monthly price tag. Twitter user lronLoL pointed out that some studios in Santa Barbara can price at $2k monthly. Therefore “$500 starts sounding good.” This wasn’t the only strange TikTok to surface in late August. Another viral video that also had over 8 million views showed a man taking off his shoes on a flight to reveal a foot with six toes for everyone on the plane to see.

For John Henry Dick, who has gone by Harry his whole life, that match became his life after the road he’s lived on for most of his life has aptly named Harry Dick Road. Now, he’s begging for people to quit stealing the road sign as many find the name extremely funny. ‘Harry Dick’ has message for those stealing road signs Harry spoke with CBC about the constant string of signs being stolen, which he says happens four times a year. “All I want is some peace and quietness,” he told the publication. “Nobody asked us what to name the road, it was just named. And so Harry Dick Road. Well, people think that’s very, very funny, and the signs started to disappear.” The report also states that the township officials have tried greasing the steel pole to deter thieves and even reinforced the concrete at the base to prevent people from stealing the whole thing. The man’s grandson installed a camera meant to catch the thieves in the act, but that was stolen too. Man living in church shocked as hidden trapdoor leads underground – Dexerto
Man living in church shocked as hidden trapdoor leads underground Facebook: New York PostA gentleman living inside an old church found an eerie trapdoor that led to a ghostly structure. Now, he has big plans for the hidden room. A man living inside a church in Horton, Michigan was going about his business when he came across a trapdoor inside the bathroom. The bathroom featured tile floors – one of which, the man was able to lift. That’s where he found a ladder that led deep into an underground room. “I tore up the old carpet in the bathroom,” he said in a viral video. “But, as I was doing so, I saw this,” he noted while pointing the camera to the small trap opening. “Holy cow! That goes way down there,” the man said as he partially walked down the ladder full of cobwebs. Viewers of the eerie find noted that the trapdoor wasn’t exactly hidden after the man tore the carpet out, as the tile that led to a room down under was clearly cut out. Others were bummed that the video didn’t go into much detail about what was found underneath the bathroom floor. However, that’s where the gentlemen’s plans for the trapdoor findings come into play. As reported by the New York Post, the Michigan church is allegedly going to be converted into a film set for the telling of ghost stories by a paranormal investigation team. This isn’t the first hidden feature someone has found inside their living space. Earlier this year, a couple took to TikTok to share that they had discovered a manhole underneath their jacuzzi. The shocking part? It led 20ft underground where it connected to a body of water. Another TikToker also went viral for finding what appeared to be bloody stains during her home renovations. She was so scared, she contacted the police where they did a full investigation – discovering that the stains were not blood.

Man mortified after pulling latex gloves out of his pizza, but is it real? – Dexerto
Man mortified after pulling latex gloves out of his pizza, but is it real? Wikimedia CommonsA viral X/Twitter post showed a man pulling what seems to be a latex glove out of his pizza, leading commenters to debate whether the video is real or not. In the X/Twitter post, news source 6ixBuzzTV, who have over 90000 followers, posted an unsourced video on their account. The description simply states, “Someone is claiming they found latex gloves in their food from a Pizza Pizza location in Ontario.” The video, which disturbed numerous viewers, showed the pizza in question. Things looked very innocent until the man began searching underneath the cheese. A blue item appears at the base of the pizza, which seems to spring back when they grip onto it. The person in question can be heard saying, “There’s f*cking plastic in here.” As the video continues, it is revealed that the item in question is a latex glove, which seems to be baked into the base of the pizza. Viewers called out fast food chain Pizza Pizza, tagging them and urging a response from the company. Is the video real? It’s no question that X/Twitter have a lot of fake videos lurking on the platform, demonstrated by the skeptical comments underneath: “I call bullshit on this. No way would a big blue glove not be seen when rolling out the dough, or when putting on the sauce etc…” However, most people seemed convinced by the footage, stating, “I’m not really surprised,” and “That’s not really a claim – looks to be fact.” One thing that’s for sure, is that viewers hold some hostility towards the fast food chain. The comments section is inundated with claims of Pizza Pizza being “the worst pizza out there.” One commenter speculated, “Probably noticed it since it didn’t taste like cardboard”, while another concurred “I mean it’s hard to add flavor to a piece of Cardboard.” Another recommended that the person in the video “Eat the glove and throw away the rest”, stating, “I promise you that is the best part of that pizza.” The brand have yet to address whether the video’s claims are true or false.

With over a billion users on TikTok, there’s no telling what could pop up on your For You Page. Some of the most popular content on the app, though, involves food in some way. From a viral brawl with a raccoon to a TikToker accidentally getting a bag full of money and another flying to Canada just to get a McDonald’s Snack Wrap, the possibilities are endless. While on a trip to the Czech Republic, TikToker Blowitupbrady uploaded a video showing a restaurant worker clipping their toenails in the kitchen and viewers are disgusted. Viewers left disgusted after restaurant worker clips toenails in kitchen In the upload on June 10, Brady’s video caption explains that he was at a mall in the Czech Republic when he came across a restaurant worker taking care of their toenails. “I did a double take in disbelief before getting my phone put to record! I think the toenail clippings in the vegetables disqualify it for being true vegan,” he said. After a few seconds, the worker notices the man filming and stops what they were doing. The video’s since been viewed over two million times with thousands of comments left. “If she’s comfortable doing this in public, then idk what she does behind the scenes,” one disgusted viewer replied. Another commented: “Why would she do that INFRONT of the customers?!?” “Why did she think ‘I need to clip my toenails over this lettuce’,” a third said. While it’s unclear what restaurant the employee was at, it’s clear that viewers aren’t exactly impressed with their actions. For a slightly more appetizing food topic, a TikToker is claiming to know why McDonald’s fries taste better than the competition.

In more rural parts of the country, it’s common for homeowners to burn leaves and sticks in a pile in their backyard. TikToker Parker Jones and his dad do just that, but unfortunately the size of the pile got a bit out of hand. While filming a video about one of his new car parts, Parker was interrupted when his dad’s attempt to burn off part of the pile set the backyard and fence on fire. TikToker shocked after yard catches fire while filming Uploaded on March 8, 2023, the video from Parker briefly shows the new part he got for his mustang ‘stangry’ before it pans over to the fire in his back yard. “I was making a TikTok on my new driveshaft when the backyard caught on fire,” he said. The 25 second clip then shows Parker attempting to put out the fire with a hose before the fire department eventually showed up. Just a day later, Jones posted an update revealing all the damage caused by the rogue fire. He showed the damage to the grass, two different areas of fence, and his neighbors yard. “We owe the neighbors some yard work now,” he said. Luckily nobody dealing with the fire was hurt, and fans of the car influencer are already back to talking about the new part Parker’s going to be putting in his ever-popular Mustang. Officers entered the carriage and approached the man, who was reportedly carrying a knife. According to the police, the knife-wielding man “advanced towards” an NSW female officer, who then tasered him. Man jailed for three months after sexually assaulting streamer on Twitch – Dexerto
Man jailed for three months after sexually assaulting streamer on Twitch Twitch: may5wA Hong Kong chef has been sentenced to three months in prison after sexually assaulting a Twitch streamer during a live broadcast in September. On September 11, 2023, Korean Twitch streamer ‘may5w’ was broadcasting her travels in Hong Kong when she was sexually assaulted. While she was making her way back to her hotel, a man suddenly pushed her against the wall in a stairwell of an MTR tram station and began groping her. The Twitch streamer repeatedly begged him to stop, but he continued with the assault despite her protests. Luckily, the streamer was able to break free and ran away, and was later guarded by another man who warded off her attacker. The shocking moment was all caught during May’s live Twitch broadcast, leaving viewers shocked, appalled, and thankful for the man helping her out. It wasn’t long before the man, a 46-year-old former chef in Hong Kong’s Kennedy Town district, was arrested on suspicion of indecent assault and outraging public decency. Now, nearly two months later, he is officially facing charges. Man faces jail time after sexually assaulting Twitch streamer According to reports from the South China Morning Post, the defendant pleaded guilty to indecent assault and was reportedly under the influence of alcohol during the incident. Counsel for the defense claims that the man developed a dependency on alcohol due to falling into a depression after being separated from his family in India and “and lost control of himself” upon seeing the Twitch streamer alone. According to his defense, the man lost his job as a result of his arrest and “could not be more ashamed” of his actions. Principal Magistrate Ivy Chui Yee-mei rejected the defense’s appeals for a second chance and found his behavior “despicable and offensive.” “The harassment lasted for quite some time, and I find the degree of indecency was considerable and escalating,” Chui stated, per the SCMP. “…The incident was actually captured by the live-streaming video, which would inevitably [destroy] the reputation of Hong Kong.” Amit has been sentenced to three months in jail — a reduction from his initial sentence of four and a half months in prison. Although May has not made a public statement regarding the man’s sentence, she did publish a YouTube video discussing the subject in October. In her video, she explained that the man initially asked her for help getting to his destination. May claimed the assault began after she agreed to help him. “This was the first time I had experienced such a situation and I was too shocked to even think about shouting,” she explained in the video. “…Rumors have emerged, including the absurd claim that I staged a drama to become famous and promote racial discrimination. …it hurt me more than being sexually harassed that day.” “This experience makes me realize the importance of being cautious when helping others or showing kindness, and it saddens me deeply.”

Man has absolutely savage way of dealing with annoying plane passenger – Dexerto
Man has absolutely savage way of dealing with annoying plane passenger Unsplash.com: Suhyeon Choi, TikTok: ericgoldieA man is going viral on TikTok for his savage way of handling a passenger during a flight who wouldn’t stop opening his window shade from behind his seat. Although flying might be the most convenient way to travel long distances, it certainly isn’t the most stress-free method out there. Crowded terminals, long security lines, and cramped seats all make the experience less than ideal. However, annoying passengers might take the cake for making one’s flight a miserable time… and one man’s flight had an infuriating passenger who made him go viral. TikToker Eric Goldie often records his experiences traveling abroad, and that includes his time spent on airplanes. He received a comment from a viewer who claimed that she put her shade down during a 6 AM flight — and a woman behind her kept opening it up, sending bright light into the cabin. “I almost got arrested,” she joked. Man goes viral for slapping plane passenger’s hand away from window shade It looks like Eric Goldie had a similar experience, as he uploaded a video of someone doing almost the exact same thing. In the video, an elderly woman reaches from behind his seat to lift up the window shade — but Goldie slaps her hand away and lowers it. This happens twice, and shocked viewers couldn’t believe “the audacity” of the woman sitting behind him. Thus far, the clip has garnered over 5 million views and a lot of outrage. “Can’t they open their own window?” one user asked, incredulous. “I get so confused when the window is 50/50 between seats. Who owns it?” another asked. “Who has the audacity to try MULTIPLE TIMES after being told no?!” yet another questioned. However, not everyone was on the TikToker’s side. In fact, one user clapped back that the “rule” is shades go up in daylight, and down at night, saying people “pay to see the view…” but Goldie wasn’t so sure about that. “No. People have paid to get from point A to point B. By that logic, a window seat should cost more. And it does not,” he hit back. This is just the latest airplane moment to go viral on TikTok after a woman was escorted off a plane after saying she hoped its passengers would “crash and die.”

Man has slick response when woman asks him to stop staring at her working out – Dexerto
Man has slick response when woman asks him to stop staring at her working out TikTok: sirthestarA man was minding his business when a woman asked him to stop staring at her while she was working out. TikToker Sir Carter was enjoying a mid-workout jam session when he was interrupted by a woman at the gym. Asking him to stop staring at her while she was working out, Sir Carter was instantly taken aback and told her he couldn’t be more uninterested in her. Viewers of the viral moment have since reacted, laughing at the way Sir Carter responded to the claim. Woman’s boyfriend asks to spot Sir Carter during his workout Sir Carter was recording himself during a short break when a woman approached him to say, “Hey, excuse me, I would appreciate it if you would stop looking at me.” Captioning his viral TikTok, “Girl, you don’t have the right facilities fa me,” Sir Carter got right into explaining to his 4.1M followers what he meant. Though the woman at the gym assumed he was looking at her during their workouts, he told her, “Girl, if anything, I’m looking at your boyfriend.” He then went more in-depth about the situation when he got in his car, saying that he may have given her a smile at one point in their workout, but that was only because they had locked eyes. The kicker about it all is when the girl left the gym, her boyfriend asked if he could spot Sir Carter during the end of his workout. Not only did Sir Carter find it hilarious, but his TikTok following felt the same, “The way I open-mouth laughed. OH MY GOD, YOU DID NOT TELL HER THAT!” Some viewers also agreed that the boyfriend was clearly into him, “Her woman’s intuition told her her boyfriend wanted you.” And, “Oop, not the boyfriend coming up. She better reel him in before you get the catch.” Others felt that the woman’s “audacity” was overkill and that he reacted with an unmatched “confidence.” Though Sir Carter didn’t go on to tell if he got the boyfriend’s number, time will only tell where their situationship will lead.

In another video, he said: “The longer I stayed, it got more interesting.” Seconds later, he panned the camera to the ceiling to show a box fan mounted in place of the ceiling fan. Just when he thought he had found everything that’s been “rigged,” he realized that one of her drawers was replaced with a plastic tote. Viewers flooded the comments with their take on the viral videos, with thousands of replies across the video series. “I feel like she’s low-key genius,” one user said. Content creator dottshot captured the terrifying ordeal while trapped in his local Planet Fitness during the flash flooding. He said that after noticing a heavy precipitation of rain, he decided to go inside the gym to take a shower, and wait for the rain to die down. Unfortunately for him, that didn’t happen. The TikToker said that the weather report indicated there would only be 5-6 inches of rain in his area, but that would come after his shower was finished. Man stuck in gym during flash flood However, as he began walking through the gym, it became clear that the situation was way more serious than had initially been predicted. “I looked up from my phone to find that half of the parking lot I was sitting in was already underwater,” he later explained. “We were only expecting 5-6 inches of rain so when I saw this I kinda went into shock.” In a series of viral TikTok clips, Dottshot showed brown water gushing into the building, leaving him standing on the top of a Stairmaster in a desperate bid to stay safe. He was not alone, as other people were seen clutching onto gym equipment and looking around. According to the content creator, it took hours before emergency rescue personnel reached the gym. “We just stood around, we were waiting for rescue personnel for hours, they wouldn’t answer us,” he explained in a story time video. “So I decided to take out my phone and start filming TikToks and the rest is history.” Dottshot said he also watched on as his car was submerged by the crashing floodwaters, admitting that it “hurt a lot” to see his vehicle go under. He’s asked viewers for donations to help him out with getting a new car. Although he feared for his safety while recording his videos, he’s gotten out of the situation safely and has garnered a large TikTok following, racking up over 675,000 followers.

Man goes viral wearing shorts in South Pole as viewers are baffled – Dexerto
Man goes viral wearing shorts in South Pole as viewers are baffled TikTok: @thejeffcappsOne man baffled the internet after posting a viral video where he goes outside into the -76 Degree Fahrenheit South Pole wearing only boardshorts and a vest. Winter has arrived for most countries, and people have started to feel the effects of the cold weather, wrapping up in as many layers as possible whenever they need to go outside. Temperatures vary across many countries in winter, with some being more obviously colder than others, and people envy those who don’t have to suffer as cold winter months. But no one envied one man as he stepped outside into well below-freezing temperatures at the South Pole to demonstrate how cold it was there. Viral moment man steps out in arctic snow wearing boardshorts In the viral video that currently has over 5 million likes, the TikToker joked as if he was on a sunny holiday vacation: “Now that the sun has officially risen here at the South Pole, I’m going to head onto the deck before all the good spots are taken.” He continued the skit, pretending to prepare himself for sunbathing, by squeezing out suncream that froze immediately onto his hand and whipping out a beach towel that also became frozen solid as a rock. People in the comments were perplexed as they watched this viral video, wondering how the man managed to keep a straight face as he faced the cold weather. “How does that not shock your system,” one said. “I could not commit to this bit. Even if you are only outside for those short few seconds. It looks like pure pain,” another added. But, once viewers were past their initial shock, they wondered why the man had even brought shorts to the South Pole: “My question is why he brought shorts to the South Pole in the first place?” Whatever their reaction, people were glad they were at home, warmed by a fire watching a Christmas-themed movie like Die Hard – which some falsely believed was getting re-make featuring John Krasinski – and not in the TikToker’s position.

Man goes viral using WWE finishing moves to win real street fight – Dexerto
Man goes viral using WWE finishing moves to win real street fight Twitter/GoinCrazyFightsA man who pulled off three different WWE moves in a real-life street fight is going viral after his power bombs helped him win. Pro-wrestling moves are some of the most iconic attacks in history with the Stone-Cold Stunner and Rock Bottom up there with Goku’s Kamehameha. The only difference is a Dragon Ball Z energy blast won’t win you a real-life fight. In a video going viral on X, formerly known as Twitter, a man showed that WWE and AEW moves can come in handy in an actual brawl, that is if you can land them. While WWE matches are choreographed and moves often require wrestlers to work together to perform them, this mad lad did all the heavy lifting in order to defend himself and it’s absolutely wild. Man wins street fight with WWE finishing moves In the clip uploaded on August 22, a couple of men were squaring off in a parking lot as onlookers filmed their altercation. After the smaller fighter threw a punch and followed it up with a kick, the bigger combatant grabbed him and decided it was time to take his opponent to Suplex City. First, the future WWE Hall of Famer lifted his rival up and destroyed him with a belly-to-belly suplex. Next, he put his foe between his legs and looked like he could have been going for a piledriver, but instead nailed him with a power slam. If that wasn’t enough, he followed this up with a body slam, laying his dance partner out on the parking space. Eat your heart out, Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle fans. Judging by the snow on the ground, it’s safe to say that this fight took place during the winter this year at the earliest, but that didn’t stop it from blowing up on social media. In just a couple of days, the clip has amassed over 6.8 million views. Impressive. No telling if WWE or AEW end up signing this kid down the line, but he’s already making a name for himself in the parking lot indie scene.

Man goes viral for his first date Tenet PowerPoint explanation – Dexerto
Man goes viral for his first date Tenet PowerPoint explanation Jason CarmanA devoted Christopher Nolan fan has gone viral after hilariously presenting a PowerPoint explanation about the film Tenet to his first date. Here’s how it went and the reactions from the audience. Movie buffs delving into plot ideas and speculating on what happens next is nothing new and has been around for a very long time. On the other hand, nowadays it’s common practice to upload videos to YouTube describing unusual films that entertain but aren’t always easy to grasp. Christopher Nolan is one filmmaker who frequently has viewers guessing about the film’s plot because he plays with their minds. As fans try to piece together the plot and storyline of Tenet using their theories, the film has been the subject of much discussion. In a similar vein, one devoted Nolan admirer even went to the trouble of making a PowerPoint presentation that explained the whole film and then posted it online. But they decided to take it up a notch by presenting it to a woman on their first date and filming the whole thing. Man explains entire Tenet film using PowerPoint on his first date An X user by the name of Jason Carman created a PowerPoint presentation titled “Tenet for Dummies” on January 5, 2024, in response to a request from an ex-date for an analysis of the film Tenet. The user succeeded in completing the task and then went on to receive praise from their X audience for their hard work. But to show that this isn’t just empty talk, they recorded themselves trying out the challenge given by their X followers while out on a first date with a woman. In the same thread that Carman shared the presentation, in which they explained Tenet to their date via a printed PowerPoint, they also released the full video. In the 17-minute video, Carman discussed the film’s important story points with their date – from Inversion and Temporal Pincer to the terms in the film being palindromes based on the Pompeii carvings and effortlessly described the entire movie while enjoying lunch. It seemed like their date was paying attention the whole time, finding mind-blowing facts spoken by Carman that they didn’t know anything about. Carman also mentioned their date’s X account with the video to show their followers that the incident was real and not staged. One fan said, “Thank you for doing your part to restore glory to a misunderstood masterpiece.” Another chimed in, “This is absolutely banger. What a complete legend you are Jason. Hats off.” A third fan added, “All children born after today will heretofore and forevermore be known as ‘Tenet babies’. However several fans recommended more such films to be explained similarly, one of them being Shane Carruth’s Primer which in itself is a twisted tale about time travel.

Man goes viral for urging moms to use food banks instead of joining OnlyFans – Dexerto
Man goes viral for urging moms to use food banks instead of joining OnlyFans Instagram: do_it_like_andyA man has gone viral after sharing his controversial beliefs on a podcast and urging struggling moms to use food banks instead of joining OnlyFans. Since the app was first released in 2016, OnlyFans has seen well over 1 million creators join the site to post adult content and earn some extra money. With the pandemic and increasing living costs leaving many struggling to get by each week, more and more women have made the switch to OnlyFans, either as a side hustle or to replace their 9 to 5 jobs. However, not all approve of this new income avenue. A man has now sparked debate after chatting with Irish plumber-turned-adult worker Andy Lee about the increase of moms using the adult content-sharing platform. In a clip posted to Andy’s Instagram, the man known only as Steve was asked his opinion on single moms turning to OnlyFans due to being unable to “physically afford to feed their kids.” Steve had been invited to come for a chat by Andy after frequently commenting on the adult content creator’s videos. “What I’ll say to you is this — there’s food banks, mate,” Steve replied. “If you can’t afford to eat, you can go to a food bank and get yourself some food.” Andy clapped back at the idea, saying, “Why should they? When they can afford it if they do OnlyFans?” But Steve stuck by his thoughts on the matter. “What? Instead of getting their rat out on camera?” he said. “What is your kid going to see when he’s older? Do you know what I mean?” Many were unimpressed by Steve’s stance, including Andy who retorted, “[The kids are] going to see that they had such a great life growing up.” Andy even shared his personal experience, revealing he had a “very poor” upbringing and would have thought no different of his mom had she turned to OnlyFans to offer her children a “better life”… assuming of course, that the app existed then. Viewers shared a similar sentiment, sharing their own experiences in the comments. One said, “My mum goes to food banks every week and always comes home with crap that she wouldn’t normally eat and food that’s out of date, I would 100% rather be able to buy my own food and eat what I want.” “I find it wild [that] someone would suggest using a food bank over having a paying job that contributes to society!” another said. However, some did still agree with Steve’s opinion; “There are far more respectable ways to put food on the table.”

Man goes viral for getting fired right after saying his GF was pregnant – Dexerto
Man goes viral for getting fired right after saying his GF was pregnant TikTok: inothungryA man was terminated from his job after telling management that his girlfriend was pregnant. Workplace discrimination is against the law and that includes the firing of women who are pregnant or seeking maternity leave. Men may also be eligible for paternity leave within various states, as both parties are usually granted at least 12 weeks off. However, when TikToker Tommy told his employer that his girlfriend was pregnant, they followed up by terminating his employment. TikTok disagrees with how Tommy was fired from his job Tommy took to TikTok to expose his employer for firing him from his job right after he disclosed that his girlfriend was pregnant. The viral video shows the Zoom call between him and management. During their conversation, the woman who fired Tommy assured him that losing his job had nothing to do with the pregnancy, saying, “The team has undergone a restructuring.” She continued, “Your role has been eliminated and that is affected today.” Tommy’s employer then said it was a “difficult” decision to make and that she and their colleagues made sure to handle the termination with “care.” After she signed off on the call, Tommy was dismissed to another form of management who he asked, “I got fired?” She proceeded to say yes and that it wasn’t based on his performance. His employer also apologized for the “timing” of letting him go. Tommy then agreed that it wasn’t “great” timing because he had just told them that he and his girlfriend were expecting. Before ending their call, the employer concluded by wishing Tommy “the best of luck.” However, viewers weren’t fond of how Tommy was fired, saying, “They fired him simply because he was going to request parental leave, hope they get the same treatment.” As well as, “They sound like they have no idea what they are talking about… and they look so unprofessional. Who are these people?” One viewer even took note of how Tommy’s employer phrased his termination, saying, “Omg, she never should have mentioned ‘unrelated to what you told me last week.’” Viewers were also quick to offer advice, saying that he should file for unemployment. Tommy, however, did not comment further on losing his job or what he plans to do now.

Man goes viral for epic response to TikToker asking him if she’s “hot” TikTok: scarletvasA man is taking TikTok by storm for his “based” response to a woman who used him for an impromptu interview, where she asked him if he thought she was “hot.” TikTok is known for making content go viral. From popular athletic challenges to pasta recipes and even conspiracy theories, TikTok is a one-stop shop for creating the next big fad. However, the latest video to take over the platform isn’t a popular hashtag or trend. Instead, it’s a video interview that went sideways, and it’s stirring up a big debate all across social media. ‘Scarletvas’ is a fairly prominent creator on TikTok, where she boasts over 3.8 million followers. Her content usually centers around streetside interviews, where she pulls random people aside for a conversation in public places. Man goes viral for “based” response to TikToker Scarletvas uploaded a video earlier this month that is going mega-viral, garnering over 40 million views at the time of writing — and it’s all thanks to an interviewee’s response to her questions. In the video, Scarlet sits down next to a heavier-bodied man wearing a hoodie before asking him if he “had a girlfriend” and if he thought she was “hot.” “Eh, not really,” the man replied. “Way many more people more attractive than you.” “What’s not hot about me?” Scarlet asked. “Your personality and your voice,” he answered. “You’re a little too small. Maybe like, eat a burger, not be anorexic.” “That’s aggressive!” the TikToker exclaimed. “I don’t know who you’re trying to impress,” the man added. “No one’s gonna simp over you.” His responses to Scarlet’s questions are taking over social media, with commenters praising his stalwart attitude to what many believe was an attempt to embarrass him for a video. “Bro’s a legend,” one user wrote. “Officially king status,” another said. “Bro knew what game she was tryna play,” another pointed out. This clip follows another viral video where a woman was called out for calling a man in her gym a “weirdo” after he offered to help her with weights during an exercise last month.

Man goes viral after giving his family the gift of mariachi for Christmas – Dexerto
Man goes viral after giving his family the gift of mariachi for Christmas TikTok: Papito BlancoA man went viral on TikTok after sharing that he got a mariachi band to play on Christmas for his family. When you think about Christmas, you probably think about giving gifts. The cheer that comes with watching a loved one rip into Christmas paper is something truly special. Of course, the holiday is far more than presents Christmas is often about the experiences—being surrounded by those you love and enjoying one another’s company. The memories you make can last a lifetime. That’s certainly one man’s mentality when he decided to create a magical moment with his family over Christmas dinner. Mariachi band becomes quite the holiday treat Instead of individual gifts for his family members, a man on TikTok invited a mariachi band over to play. “I’m a big fan of gifts of experience,” he said, “as opposed to material things. So, without further adieu, put your hands together for Mariachi Ramos.” The family erupted into laughter and applause, their smiles beaming from ear to ear. The band entered the room and immediately launched into the popular Christmas favorite, “Feliz Navidad.” Later, they performed an unexpectedly sweet cover of “Stand by Me” by Ben E. King. Many in the comments were quick to applaud the man for such a thoughtful gift. “In 10 years, it will be ‘remember that time Tom got us a mariachi band?’” wrote one user. Another echoed the sentiment, “They will all remember this 10x more than any 30-50$ material gifts.” “Also a perfect way to make sure no one could have any awkward family conversations. Listening to live music could save a lot of family dinners,” someone else quipped. “I wasn’t sure of the intentions at first,” admitted Ryne, “but everyone had a BLAST. Both family and band will talk about that forever.” Whether you’re making memories with “joke” Christmas gifts or doing what this young gentleman did, the holiday means much more when the focus becomes human connection. Needless to say, this particular family isn’t likely to forget this experience for as long as they live. For more entertainment news, keep it locked to Dexerto.

Over the past few years, all different types of content has gone viral on TikTok. Some are pretty wholesome, others are rather surprising – like finding out you got fired while making a meme – and others are just downright terrifying. The latter of which usually revolves around spooky goings on. There have been plenty of TikTokers convinced they’ve had an interaction with a UFO or even a group of ghosts. However, the newest, scary clip to go viral doesn’t have any demonic help. Instead, it’s just unlocked an absolutely terrifying fear for anyone who is a bit claustrophobic and hates tight spaces. Jamii eventually found an escape hatch to get off the slide and was greeted by a lifeguard who informed him that he’d also lost part of his camera. However, despite getting out, the constant stopping and starting inside the tube had terrified enough viewers. “My claustrophobia can’t deal with this,” said one. “I panicked and it wasn’t even me stuck!” added another. “Literally been a nightmare forever and had no idea what they did to get someone out till now,” another commented. “I would’ve started panicking and crying.” It all ended alright for the TikToker, who managed to get a proper run on the slide shortly after his nightmarish trip. Though, it’s clearly left a mark on others.

Man goes viral after faking death and showing up to funeral to shock family – Dexerto
Man goes viral after faking death and showing up to funeral to shock family TikTok: el.tiktokeur2A man has gone viral on TikTok after faking his own death and then turning up to his own funeral, all to ‘prove’ which family members really care about him. TikTokers have constantly been going viral on the short-form video platform for some incredibly wild and wacky stunts. Some of these spawned trends too, but it’s unlikely that people want the newest stunt – which is something right out of an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm – to become widespread. It comes from Belgian TikToker David Baerten who, with the help of his wife and children, decided to play a deadly – almost literally – trick on his wider family. The 45-year-old decided to fake his death and had his close family plan a funeral in Liege, Belgium. Naturally, many of his other family members turned up to mourn him, but they got a shock. Just as the ceremony got underway, Baerten turned up in a helicopter to prove that he wasn’t actually deceased and they weren’t mourning. In fact, he even tried to joke about things and ‘welcomed’ people to his funeral. The clips have picked up around 2 million views so far, with the 45-year-old explaining that he was doing it to make a point about his extended family not inviting him to events and seeing who really cares. “I never get invited to anything. Nobody sees me. We all grew apart. I felt unappreciated. That’s why I wanted to give them a life lesson, and show them that you shouldn’t wait until someone is dead to meet up with them,” he said, as per The Times. Plenty of viewers saw the funny side of things, with a few even saying they may try something similar. Though, Baerten did cop a fair few complaints for what he’d done. “Pure narcissism,” said one. “The ego on this guy must be tremendous,” added another. “Unacceptable!” another simply said. The 45-year-old will release a full video of the funeral, seeing as he did have a video crew filming things. Though, he said he’s already ‘won’ because he knows who really cares.

Man goes viral after flight turns into “private party” with no other passengers – Dexerto
Man goes viral after flight turns into “private party” with no other passengers TikTok: Phil StringerA TikToker has gone viral after his flight turned into a “private party” as he was the only passenger onboard due to a substantial delay. Airplanes and passenger behavior on flights have always been a pretty popular topic on TikTok, especially when it comes to passengers exposing others for being unruly. We’ve seen TikTokers capture moments where another passenger has taken their shoes and socks off to get comfy, others shouting at staff because they’ve got crying babies onboard, and some reclining their chairs back a little too far. An unruly cabin of passengers is a nightmare for other passengers and cabin crew, however, TikToker Phil Stringer managed to get a dream flight for many others as ended up being the only passenger on a cross-country trip. Passenger goes viral after ending up on flight by himself That’s right, Phil has gone viral because his trip from Oklahoma City to Charlotte ended up being massively disrupted by an 18-hour delay because of maintenance issues. While many other passengers decided to find other ways of making the trip, he stayed in the airport alone and found himself to be the only passenger. “18 hour delay turned this flight into a private party!” he captioned the clip. Stringer told Insider that he apologized repeatedly to the staff for having to make the trip for him alone, but they all had fun with it after he doubted they wanted to do it. His TikTok, which has gotten over 24 million views, even shows the cabin crew doing personalized safety briefings for him, and viewers have absolutely loved the whole thing. “This looks like a dream flight to me!” said one viewer. “Love how they all engaged in your experience,” commented another. “Talk about a once-in-lifetime kind of experience,” added another. Phil revealed that they all exchanged numbers after the flight because of the experience. Though, he’ll probably never get that lucky again.

Man goes viral after discovering “weird” hidden detail in 7-Eleven logo – Dexerto
Man goes viral after discovering “weird” hidden detail in 7-Eleven logo Instagram: twosometravellersA man has gone viral on Instagram after spotting a bizarre detail in the 7-Eleven logo, and the reasoning behind it might leave you surprised. Content creators Alex and James Lock, who go by ‘twosometravellers‘ on Instagram, went viral after posting a video pointing out an unexpected inconsistency in 7-Eleven’s logo. The video shows James standing outside a 7-Eleven in Japan, umbrella in hand and a confused expression plastered across his face. Text overlay revealed what had him so perplexed, pointing out that the convenience store’s entire logo utilizes capital letters except for the “n” at the end. The video’s caption was packed with questions, including; “How did we miss this? But why though?! Has it always been small? Was it ever big? What else are we not [realizing]? What game are they playing?” The video quickly went viral, amassing more than 148,000 likes and over a thousand comments at the time of writing as viewers shared their bafflement over the easily missed detail. Many agreed they had “never noticed” the “weird” detail, with one person claiming it had to be an “epic mistake”. However, it turns out the specific capitalization of the logo is in fact very intentional. “According to the company’s website, the founder, Joe C. Thompson Jr., wanted to create a distinctive logo that would stand out. He experimented with different letter combinations and settled on the lowercase ‘n’ to create a unique and memorable brand identity,” one commenter revealed. They continued, “It’s a deliberate design choice that has become an iconic part of the 7-Eleven brand!” “It’s a bit of geometry,” another pointed out. “There is so much more to typography design than meets the eye and this is a great example of that.”

Man goes viral after dressing up as his mom to use her ID for drinks – Dexerto
Man goes viral after dressing up as his mom to use her ID for drinks Monique Meza / TikTokA man went viral on Tiktok after dressing in his mom’s clothes to see if her ID worked for him to buy drinks, and the similarities are uncanny. TikTok user Monique Meza has gone viral after posting several videos of her son dressing up like her to use her ID. In one of Monique’s videos, which has since clocked up more than 28.6 million views, her son Jiovanni Herrera, aged 21, donned one of Monique’s outfits and looked uncannily like his parent. He is seen wearing a brown wig and make-up along with blue jeans and a maroon sweater. In the 10-second video, he is seen strutting across the hall with a big grin on his face while carrying his mother’s designer handbag. Monique is heard laughing loudly behind the camera asking if he is “ready to do this?” The video’s captions read: “My son seeing if he can pass as me and use my ID” followed by “The answer is, he can.” “He came into the house with a 6 pack of beer, and I almost fell out of my chair laughing,” Monique wrote in the replies In a follow-up TikTok, Monique dropped one photo of herself next to her son in makeup as well as another of the two of them in their usual state to show just how much they look alike However, would this prank work with both of them present? Obviously, they had to find out. Mom and son “shooks” waiter with doppelgänger prank After the clip went viral, the fun-loving pair decided to test their likeness in public, with a video titled: “Mother and son swap prank” which included Monique, Jiovanni, and Monique’s boyfriend. Monique and her partner rocked up to a restaurant and Monique soon ordered herself a sangria before telling the waiter she was having to go out to the car ‘real quick’. Except, the person who returned to her seat was not Monique at all but her doppelgänger son wearing her exact outfit and another wig to mimic her distinctive dark locks. Clearly committing to the bit in almost every aspect, the son forgot one major thing when it came to impersonating his mom. As the slightly perplexed waiter popped down the glass of sangria, the son asked in a low-pitched voice: “Thank you, and can we also start with the nachos?” The server then bursts into a fit of awkward laughter before Monique then finally returned and they all cracked up in laughter. They soon go on to reveal the prank to the waiter, who told them: “You guys got me. That was a good one.” He went on: “You guys look alike. I’m shook. The same face, oh my god…”

Man goes viral after catching mechanic driving his car to McDonald’s TikTok: euqir78A TikToker has gone viral after spotting mechanics driving his car to McDonalds moments after he dropped it off, and while viewers aren’t too pleased, he’s not too annoyed by it. If you’ve ever dropped a car off at a garage to be looked at, you’ll know that feeling of constant worry about where they’re going to find something that is incredibly expensive to fix. Sometimes, the mechanics are trusted with driving your car around – usually around the block – to make sure everything is in order. Though, in the case of TikToker Rique, the mechanics in question decided to use his car to grab an order from McDonalds. His TikTok on the matter gained over 8 million views at the start of February when, 10 minutes after dropping his car off for a check-up, the TikToker spotted the mechanics grabbing a breakfast at the McDonalds he’d gone to as well. TikToker catches car mechanic driving his car to McDonalds Rique didn’t seem overly panicked at first and asked his TikTok followers for advice. Many appeared up in arms, questioning why they’d drove it to McDonalds rather than going on a normal test drive. The TikToker offered an update a day later, and wasn’t too bothered about the whole thing. Though, he wishes he would have gotten a ride to the restaurant from the mechanics. “I’m not upset about it. I did bring it up and they did have a little shock as they didn’t know that I saw them,” he said. Some viewers were still up in arms for Rique, despite his calmness about the whole situation. “I would be so mad, if my car is getting inspected, I am not agreeing to letting people run personal errands,” said one. “They would not have gotten off that easy with me. You are a good one,” added another. “You’re very patient I wouldn’t have been able to let it slide like that.”

He was quite shocked and confused by his findings. Man sparks debate after lashing out at girlfriend for making 34th birthday cake wrong – Dexerto
Man sparks debate after lashing out at girlfriend for making 34th birthday cake wrong Nik Shuliahin/Unsplash, CanvaA man has sparked a debate online after asking the internet if he was in the wrong when he lashed out at his girlfriend for not making the birthday cake he wanted. One of Reddit’s most popular subreddits is the “Am I the a**hole” section, where people share stories from their lives, usually regarding arguments or conflicts, to ask if they were in the right or not. With stories varying from anything between cheating and wedding planning to having interactions with “Karens,” you never know what you’ll read next. In a now-viral post with over 11,000 comments, the original poster, who goes by the handle Throwaway5829582999, asked other Reddit users if he was in the wrong after getting disappointed after his girlfriend made him a chocolate birthday cake, but not in the way he wanted. Man gets disappointed with birthday cake from girlfriend OP started the post by saying that for his birthday, his girlfriend offered to bake him a cake. He told her what he wanted: a chocolate cake with chocolate icing. Nothing fancy, just a classic chocolate cake. He went on to say that his girlfriend made him what he wanted — but she took some creative liberties and added vanilla icing between the two layers of chocolate cake before covering it in chocolate frosting. “She is usually a great baker, and I guess she thought that wasn’t sophisticated enough or something,” OP wrote in the post. After his girlfriend asked if he was disappointed, OP told her the truth and said it wasn’t the cake he requested. He continued: “If I wanted vanilla in a cake, I would have asked for vanilla in the cake. “I didn’t make a scene. I didn’t pout. I even ate half of a slice – the chocolate part,” he wrote. The girlfriend got upset and confused, as she said she’d made the vanilla frosting before and that OP had liked it, to which he said he did like vanilla frosting, but that it wasn’t what he had wanted. “Her feelings were hurt, and she even pulled an ‘I’m not going to make you any cake next year,’ which I replied with, ‘I will order my own and get my money back if they don’t do it like I want it,’” OP wrote. That was the final straw, as the girlfriend asked the OP to leave. She later told him that he embarrassed her in front of her kids. OP also revealed the girlfriend is now refusing to answer his messages. “I think birthdays are important things, and I feel like I was honest with her when she asked me. I didn’t want to lie about it,” OP wrote. “My friend told me I should have been grateful that she made me a cake at all, especially one that I’ve eaten and liked in the past. Maybe I overreacted a bit, though I don’t feel like I did, and hope to get a second opinion. AITA here?” Readers are conflicted about who’s in the wrong In an unexpected turn of events, this post has left social media divided. Most of Reddit rallied in support of the OP’s girlfriend, while many on X (formerly known as Twitter) surprisingly took the OP’s side. One person commented on the Reddit thread, saying: “YTA. Not necessarily for saying the cake wasn’t what you wanted, although I would have kept my mouth shut, but for the way you spoke to her. It’s so incredibly rude and disrespectful.” Another wrote: Imagine someone going out of their way and baking you a cake and being a complete a** over it. When people do you a favor, you’re GRATEFUL. YTA, I can’t believe this is even a question.” However, as the post made it over to X, one person commented in favor of OP and said: “Asking someone what they want, having them answer specifically, making something different, and then monitoring their reaction is passive-aggressive.” After reading the responses, OP revealed he’d realized that he could have handled things better and has apologized to his girlfriend – but is now expecting an apology back.

Man gets caught cheating after husband sees viral TikTok from “homewrecker” – Dexerto
Man gets caught cheating after husband sees viral TikTok from “homewrecker” TikTok: CharliebcxA man has gone viral on TikTok after he made a video following a hook up with another man, only for his husband to see it and ask if they’d met up. Relationship drama has always been one of TikTok’s favorite genres, especially now that people are using the app to document their everyday lives. The Couch Guy drama is still talked about on the app, even though it happened two years ago, and we’re constantly seeing videos of cheaters being exposed by their scorned partners who suspect that something is going on. Well, in the case of TikToker Charliebcx, he posted a video of a staircase at a married man’s house that he was hooking up because he enjoyed the “medieval” aesthetic. However, that’s landed the married man in a fair bit of hot water. Man goes viral after hook up’s husband spots his house in TikTok Charliebcx posted his first video back on September 20 with the caption: “leaving a hook up but this guy’s staircase is kinda giving medieval.” That has gotten 2.3 million views since then, with one of them being the married man’s husband. The TikToker dropped an update a day later on September 21, calling himself a “homewrecker” as he stitched his original video with some of the texts he’d received from the man he’d saved as ‘Le Marais’ in his phone. “Did you f*cking record TikTok on my staircase?!???” the man asked. “Sous merde. My husband saw this and ask if you and me met!!!!” That clip has gotten a further 1.3 million views and viewers are obsessed with the drama. “The biggest plot twist!” commented one viewer. “Why do I think I’ve been in that same staircase in Le Marais?” another added. “No, not the husband seeing it,” another said. Charlie has since added a third video with his “official statement” on things, claiming he didn’t know, at the time, that the other man was married. Users are expecting further tea from the drama, but who knows if that’ll happen. It could just become another infamous part of TikTok’s relationship drama history.

Man gets hand stuck in cup holder on 10-hour flight after seeing if it could fit – Dexerto
Man gets hand stuck in cup holder on 10-hour flight after seeing if it could fit TikTok: kdarshenA man has gone viral on TikTok after his friend Darshen Kuna filmed him when he got his hand stuck in a cup holder on an airplane. A man spent several minutes with his hand stuck in a cup holder during his flight to Vietnam from Singapore after trying to see if it would fit through the hole. Influencer Darshen Kuna, who has over 200,000 followers on both TikTok and Instagram, couldn’t help but start filming when his friend Abraham De Laure got his hand stuck in the cup holder in the middle of their flight to Vietnam. The video, which has gained over 490,000 views on TikTok, starts with De Laure’s hand already in the cup holder. He asks Kuna to “put butter” on it to try and squeeze it out. “Don’t call the flight attendant,” he says, evidently a little embarrassed. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load However, the video then cuts to Kuna telling a flight attendant what happened; after briefly trying to assist De Laure, the woman tells the pair that the crew has no more butter. Did the man manage to get unstuck from the drink holder? But viewers couldn’t wait to find out what happened next, so Kuna soon published a second video, which quickly reached 500,000 views. In the second video, Kuna tells De Laure: “You’re so screwed, oh my god. We need to call the flight attendant.” However, De Laure was once again very much against the idea of calling the flight attendant over and stopped Kuna from pressing the call button. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load But after almost a minute more of fighting to get his hand unstuck from the cupholder, De Laure finally made progress and managed to get himself unstuck with a lot of determination. A caption then shows up on the video saying: “Abraham vs. Cup holder, 0-1. “His paws were bruised.” De Laure then closes the cup holder back up and says: “No, not again.” This is not the only weird thing to have happened on a plane recently. A couple was recently refunded $1400 after the dog that was sat next to them continued to fart throughout the entire flight.

Man finds disturbing item in metal box after diving in water for friend’s lost ring TikTok/coltyyandcomboA swimming trip took a disturbing turn after a woman lost her ring, resulting in her friends making a disturbing discovery hidden in the water. In a TikTok going viral on the platform, ‘coltyyandcombo’ and his friends were diving into the water when Zoey lost her ring, leading to the trio deciding to turn the search into content. A bit later, although the two were unable to locate the ring, they found something a bit more interesting: a box stuck in the mud and rocks. And no, it wasn’t the board game Jumanji. Eventually, Colty was able to get the safe unstuck and brought it up to the surface to open with tools. Inside was something so shocking, the trio couldn’t even show it on TikTok. TikTokers find gun and old coins in metal safe in bottom of water Once the safe was opened, you can see a gun just barely visible inside, but it was quickly removed due to TikTok’s guidelines. “Due to the rules on this platform, I can’t show closeups of the main thing we found, but we did find some pretty cool coins as well,” Colty said. “If you’re wondering what the main thing was, it’s a rusted item that used to go ‘pew.’” Unfortunately, the group was unable to find Zoey’s ring, although they still plan to keep looking. In the meantime, many commenters believe the gun could have been used in a crime. “You definitely just uncovered a murder weapon,” one user remarked. “Call the cops. Why would someone put a gun in a box and throw it in a lake unless they don’t want anyone to find it?” asked another. So far, it’s not clear if the group has handed the weapon over to the authorities, but with the viral videos getting over 7 million views, maybe someone with information about the firearm can provide some answers.

Man fights off four carjackers at once after he catches them stealing his car – Dexerto
Man fights off four carjackers at once after he catches them stealing his car TwitterA Connecticut man has become a hero to car owners everywhere after he fought off four thugs at once trying to steal his Infiniti. Imagine what you would do if you happened to look out your window and see someone in the middle of breaking into your car. Would you call the police and wait or confront them head-on? That’s exactly the dilemma a man was facing after he spotted a man trying to steal his car and sprung into action like a modern-day crime-fighting superhero. Home security footage of the incident shows the man rushing to make matters into his own hands by confronting the would-be thief before he could escape, but things soon turned wild when others enter the fray. Man battles four men to protect his car in viral brawl After grabbing the thief and giving him a piece of his mind in the process, the car owner demanded the thug leave, but instead of retreating, he snapped and attacked with two others joining in. Despite being kicked, hit and even smacked with a shoe of all things, the man refused to quit and wouldn’t let them get away with his car. Even as yet another carjacker entered the fray making it an unfair 4 vs 1 fight, the gang couldn’t keep the Infiniti owner down and were forced to back out before the police could arrive. Cops are currently looking for the thugs and released the footage in hopes that it would help identify anyone involved. However, they’re also warning the public not to fight thieves. “Thank God that he wasn’t seriously hurt,” Rocky Hill Police Sgt. Jeffrey Foss-Rugan said. “We’re seeing a lot of these incidents throughout the state and the country that people are intervening, and the suspect may have a weapon.” He went on to add that the force has tools they could use to locate the suspects, but admitted it’s “very difficult when you see people break into your cars.” As for the car owner, he only sustained minor injuries. It’s unclear what damage he may have done to the group of carjackers, but here’s hoping they get what’s coming to them. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen one man fight off multiple attackers. Notably, a gas station brawler dubbed the “real-life Undertaker” went viral after he annihilated eight people in a single melee.

While concerts can be rough – with fans moshing in pits and bands calling for walls of death – you’d hardly expect to see such chaos at a country music show, but that’s exactly what went down. In a viral video making rounds on social media, a fight between two women broke out – and the boyfriend of one of the combatants made sure to finish it. Brawl breaks out at Luke Combs concert as man punches woman Footage posted on X shows a woman with a drink in her hand tackling another two people down to the ground. As onlookers filmed the spectacle, a blonde woman and a man in a Phillies jersey then approached. Without warning, the bloke threw one of the women aside before firing at the other with a vicious right hook. He then manhandled one of the other fighters before pushing away another, sending her hurtling violently toward a concrete wall. At this point, security had to intervene, but this gave time for the man and his date to leave the area while the crowed booed and jeered the couple. The uploader of the video, Tori Lahren, claimed that the man started the fight. “He was mad people weren’t saying excuse me, and HIS GIRL started the physical fight by pushing one of those girls’ moms.” I got the pre-fight story by a source that was there. The guy STARTED it, because he was mad ppl weren’t saying excuse me, and HIS GIRL started the physical fight by pushing one of those girls moms. — Tori Lahren (@Tori_Philly4) July 29, 2023 So far, it’s not known if police are investigating the altercation, and Lincoln Financial Field has not issued a statement on what transpired. Man fights off fifteen people at once after getting jumped in viral brawl – Dexerto
Man fights off fifteen people at once after getting jumped in viral brawl Twitter/FightHavenAn insane fight video of a man taking on fifteen people in a massive brawl is going viral on social media. If you ask anyone who has ever been in a street fight, chances are they’ll tell you that it’s never fair to fight two-on-one, yet alone three-on-one. So, just imagine the craziness of getting jumped by fifteen dudes and still coming out on top. That’s exactly what happened in a crazy melee that has the internet talking and praising the man for refusing to lay down and take a beating. Man takes on fifteen people at once in viral fight In the video uploaded by FightHaven, a man in a hood was walking ahead of a group when suddenly he was pushed from behind. Not deterred by the odds against him, he turned around and shoved his adversary right back, resulting in everyone else in the aggressor’s posse getting involved. What followed was a battle that looked like it was straight from a direct-to-DVD bootleg version of The Raid: Redemption. The unnamed individual in the white hood fired off lefts and rights on his opponents while dealing with all sorts of attacks coming his way. At one point he even dove at his foe and delivered a Superman punch of all things. Eventually, he tackled one of his many opponents to the ground, but the group just piled on top of him, pounding away with countless blows. Still, the one-man army took everything they had and was able to get up just moments later as if he was prime John Cena. Amazingly, the group ended up backing off, leaving Twitter users in awe at the man’s resiliency. It’s not clear when this video was from or where it was filmed, but it’s been able to amass over 5.5 million views since being uploaded earlier in March. This isn’t the first multi-man brouhaha to go viral recently. Notably, a man dubbed the ‘Real-life Undertaker’ emerged victorious in an 8-v-1 gas station brawl. Perhaps both he and this latest hero should exchange notes.
